Heavenly Hosts - A Study of Angels

Turn over to Luke Chapter 2. Today we're going to start a

Luke 2 · chapter mention

series, which is why we jumped into filming on Wednesday nights

because this is, again, we're dealing with the reigning

spirit. We've been talking about this

all year for, you know, you know, we're talking about just

reigning for quite some time really since 2020 specifically.

But we're dealing with the reigning spirit.

And in order to deal with the reigning spirit, you're going to

have to get into the realm of the spirit.

And so I'm going to start a study that I've never taught

ever, ever. So it's going to be a fun

journey together. Amen.

And I'm excited because based upon what the Lord has revealed

to me in the word I, and you know, I have to conclude the

Lord's like, now I want to teach you something else.

OK, Now, I'm not saying that people hadn't studied this.

I mean, you get plenty of books about these things.

They're just unfortunately, they're probably not going to be

mostly accurate. And most of our thoughts

concerning the things we'll discuss in the realm of angels,

OK, You know, it's it's probably more Hollywood than it is

biblical, all right. Our own personal fantasy based

upon things that we've seen. But we want to stay with the

word specifically, OK, when we talk about realms, let me go

back. The reason we went to Wednesdays

because some of the subject matter I want to cover is

probably better for dedicated Wednesday night people because

there's another increase of hunger as opposed to Sunday.

Now if you say obviously you're not a Sunday only person because

you're here, OK, but Sunday only, you know hadn't arrived to

the location that man I need to be inside the door of the place

God has placed me to learn as often as I can Are you hear me?

OK, so we need to do these on Wednesday nights in the in the

realm of the spirit. OK, there's a couple things we

need to solidify in this room right now.

There are things in this realm, but we do not see it nor hear

it. The light spectrum

scientifically only goes so far that you can see with the

visible eye, but there is others.

If you put lenses on, you would be able to see them.

There are particles that exist right now in this room that if

we magnified it, we would see them.

So it's not like it's somewhere else, like we have to pull a

veil. It's in another dimension, is

what I'm saying. You know, we talk about

dimensions, OK? You know, there's this huge

thing that's that's happening now in the Marvel community as

the multiverse, multiple dimensions, right?

So, you know, we have these ideas of these other realms,

these other things, but in this room right now are so many

things that exist. We just aren't tapped into it

again. There are sound waves besides my

sound in this room. And if you everyone turned on

their phones right now and went to, you know, whatever your

favorite, you know, app to listen to music that's being

sent through our phones and you pulled up not your playlist you

downloaded, but things that are out there that's being played on

particular stations. OK, then if you hit that, what

if I was on the same station as you?

We would hear the same music. But if someone else was on one,

they would hear a different one. It's being broadcast and we're

able to receive it. Are you hearing me?

OK, so again, it exists now in this realm.

We just don't hear it right now or see it.

So why have we concluded that the realm of the spirit isn't in

this realm? Why have we concluded that

angels that are in the room today aren't actually in this

realm, but in a different dimension or a separate realm?

Why do we conclude that Heaven's not in this realm?

I mean, Paul said I knew a man, whether in body or not, caught

up to the 3rd heaven. So we know there's a first one.

Most believe it's the ones we see.

You know our atmosphere, That's the heavens.

You know where the clouds and all that.

Then you get out into the universe.

They consider that the 2nd heaven and how far does that go?

But what about the 3rd heaven, right?

Where does it exist? We're like it's beyond space and

time. But is it now?

Is it beyond time? In the context of eternity, yes.

But you understand eternity in and of itself.

If you could count, you could count.

I mean because Y is 2/2. I mean Y is 2/2.

Who decided that after one we called it two and not 3?

Why is it not 1357627? No, I already said seven.

But you understand that we would count to you know, a number and

there it is. Why it is double digits?

Why could we not have a single digit after a double digit?

Well, there's something reasoned behind that.

I understand that. But again, in the realm of just

12345 up to 9, that's an order and we've assigned a name to a

an amount, correct. OK.

So once again, there's these thought processes that we have

accepted or we're thinking exists, but yet we really don't

have anything that determines why.

It's like it's been explained because again, when you can't

see something, it's very difficult to understand.

And So what takes place is we begin to add stuff to things we

don't know about. And typically we try to grapple

from things that we currently see in one sense, right.

However, the Bible does give us information about things that if

we just take it for face value, it is, it is what it is.

I mean, the New Jerusalem right now that's being built is

physical. It is physical matter because in

the end, when it comes down out of heaven to the earth, you will

physically see it. So it's physically being

constructed somewhere. We say heaven.

I have no problem with that. Now there are people.

And again, I'm going to say a few things that I I'm not here

to directly substantiate from Scripture.

I'm just saying based upon the order that we see, OK, that some

believe based upon the comment that Satan said when he would

raise up his throne above the Most High because he's the

reigning spirit, right? And that he would His that in

the recesses of the North, well, he gives a direction.

Well, if heaven is everywhere, then how can it just be north?

Some believe that heaven's an actual planet.

Now can we see all the way to the ends of the universe?

Could it be out there? It could.

And how hard would it be for God to transport what he has on that

place to this place? I mean, he's creator now.

Again, our finite minds a lot of times has a hard time grappling

with the, you know, infinite thought processes.

And I'm not here to answer all those questions, but I am here

to get us to think. Since you're thinking, think,

all right. But tonight's intention is to be

able to show there is a thing called heavenly hosts because

the Bible says so. OK, the Bible says so turn over

to Luke chapter 2, Luke chapter 2, starting in verse eight.

It says in the same region, there were some shepherds

staying out in the fields and keeping watch over their flock

by night. And you thought this was only a

Christmas scripture and an Angel of the Lord suddenly stood

before them. Now who's to say he wasn't

standing there the whole time? But it's obvious they saw him.

He's standing now so they can see.

And suddenly he stood before them, and the glory of the Lord

shone around them, and they were terribly frightened.

But the Angel said to them, do not be frightened.

For behold, I bring you good news of great joy, which will be

for all the people. For today in the city of David

there has been born for you a Savior who is Christ the Lord.

This will be a sign for you, and you will find a baby wrapped in

clothes and lying in a Manger. And suddenly there appeared with

the Angel a multitude of the heavenly what host they were,

praising God and saying, glory to God in the highest and on

earth, peace among men with whom he is pleased.

When the angels had gone away from them into heaven, the

shepherds began saying to one another, Let us go straight to

Bethlehem then, and see this thing that has happened, which

the Lord has made what known to us.

There's a lot to unpack in this passive scripture and has

nothing to do with Christmas. OK, again, because we get

familiar with scriptures at certain times of the year, we

act like that's all they are about and they're not.

So #1 in this passive scripture, we see that when they showed up,

they were terribly frightened. OK, now I just want you to

understand something. Have you ever been somewhere

where all of a sudden you turned around and someone was there and

you didn't realize they were there?

And what do you typically do? Yes, you jump.

Scream. You are terribly frightened,

right? I didn't, you know, you're like,

you jump. I mean, you're everything, you

know? And some spouses are like, this

is cool. I'm going to, like, scare my

spouse, right. And you're like, Boo, you know,

you're like, jump out and you're like, you know, you, you're

there, but you're not there. And then all of a sudden you

show up and you're like, right. I say that because do not think

it's because of what they look like that scared them.

It's not because of their appearance as much as is the

suddenness of their appearing. Just like we have experienced

our own personal self on more than one occasion, on more than

one occasion, many times. Even in, you know, here I've

come, you know, either down, open the door or something.

All of a sudden someone's shocked because they were not

expecting me to be right there behind the door when they opened

it up, Right. OK.

The second thing then we see is that they came and brought news.

So angels by definition. Another term for this is

messenger. Messenger, OK.

And we're going to see here that there are spirit beings, because

I'm dealing with heavenly hosts. I'm not just dealing with

angels. Tonight, although primarily

we'll talk about angels, because angels themselves has a direct

assignment to the kings. We'll say that again.

Angels themselves have a direct assignment to the kings.

In the hierarchy of the Kingdom, a messenger is not over the

king. The king sends the messenger.

Are you hearing me? So it's more of what he what his

job description. We could say he is a spirit

being that God has created. We'll talk about what they look

like here in a little bit. But God has created and their

assignment is to bring message. They have a message that they're

going to bring. That's their primary duty is

they're going to be bringing message.

And we see this not only in the Old Covenant, they'll actually

do it. In the New Covenant, they'll do

it when helping the Lord reap people.

They'll become personal escorts, All right.

So they bring a message. They're bringing, they're

communicating. So it says a heavenly host.

There's this huge, there's this amount, we don't know how many.

And we're going to look at some scriptures concerning, you know,

hosts. What does that even mean?

Now, when we say hosts, we could keep a general sense and say the

actual moon and stars, anything created in the heavens.

OK, but there are very defined spirit beings in the heavens.

The intent today is not to show you the demonic realm in the

heavens. That's before a later study.

When we deal with that side and that side is subject to us.

That side is afraid of us when you know your authority.

So the exorcist would have never happened if they would have

called Pastor Earl. Never would have happened,

right? If Pastor Earl would have came

to the house that poltergeist, it would have been clean, OK?

Because a person who knows their authority in Christ is the

dominant spirit. It's the reigning spirit,

period. And I don't care how they're

acting or what they look like, you know that the madman of

Gadera did not look good, as gashed up as he was and as

fanatical as he looked run into Jesus.

But did it cause Jesus to get scared and put Peter in front of

him? Are they out?

Let's get back in the boat. We're out of here.

No, He's like falling down at his feet, begging him.

And he's like, get out, right. What's your name?

Get out. I'll give you permission.

Go. I'll give you permission.

I'm the reigning spirit. But Mad Hollywood has sold the

demonic realm like it's the bad, Bad.

Now, again, if you enjoy those movies, that's why they have the

ability to keep you in fear and they challenge your authority.

Hallelujah, OK, but we're not talking about that realm.

That's there because of the principles and powers that work

in that. We'll deal with those later.

We're dealing with the God side, OK?

The ones that have stayed loyal and obedient to God.

So they communicate to the shepherds this one Angel.

Then all of a sudden more angels appear in verse 13, a multitude

of heavenly hosts. And then they say, and guess

what? The shepherds see every one of

them. So angels can be seen.

They can be. In fact, you may have seen some

and you just don't know. And I'll show you in Scripture

later tonight why that is so. OK.

All right. So with that being said, let's

then ask the question, how many are out there?

Well, it's an innumerable of host.

That means it's without number. They're so vast.

You're just not. You're not numbering them.

And so the Bible uses a different term.

Look at Hebrews chapter 12, verse 22.

Hebrews 12:22

It says. But you have come to Mao Zahn

and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem.

And to what? Myriads of angels.

There's a term here, myriads, that are used when it comes to

angels. It's like there's so many.

How do you count them? There's so many.

How do you even begin to count? The question is what are they

doing? And I would say because we don't

understand what they should be doing in connection with us,

some of them are sitting around waiting to go to work.

Like I sure wish that they would give me something to do.

Are you hearing me? All right now we are.

Just let me preface this before people get off, OK, because this

is a study. I'm not going to answer every

question today, but I'll start dealing with stuff that I hear

in my spirit that you are saying in your spirit, in your mind.

OK? An Angel is not a substitute for

you to disregard the Holy Ghost. OK, that's not we are in the

dispensation where now we are born of God in the third person

of the Godhead. The reigning spirit lives in US

and speaks to us personally. We have a direct connection to

the throne room, but even though we do, God still in this

covenant will use angels. So you're not more spiritual if

you encountered 1. In fact, if all you do is talk

about them, you're actually an error.

You're going to get an error because angels don't even

emphasize themselves. They are just emphasizing the

message. Hallelujah.

But they have some power if you don't listen to the message.

OK? They have power if you don't

listen to the message. All right.

So let's look at Psalm 6817. The Chariots of God are myriads,

thousands upon thousands. And the Lord is among them, as

at Sinai, in holiness. So again, we have this, like

trying to grapple this mindset of just how many.

They're just innumerable you, you cannot count them all.

There are quite. I mean, there's there's a lot.

That's why they're called a heavenly host.

And again, he, he's called the Lord of Hosts.

OK, the Lord of Hosts. Now the King James alone

referenced the Lord of hosts 273 times.

Where you'll hear him be called the Lord of Hosts, The Lord of

Hosts, The Lord of Hosts. Well, who's he hosting?

So he's the Lord, Or he's the most high of the heavenly hosts.

And let me just preface it this way.

Or let me say this as well. Not only is he the most high of

the heavenly hosts that have stayed and obeyed Him, He's

still the most high of those who rebelled.

OK, All right, Daniel, Chapter 7 again.

Daniel 7 · chapter mention

Let everything be confirmed by two or three witnesses.

That's why we're kind of running some of these things through, so

that you can see #1. We've already seen there's this

heavenly host, there's this Angel.

The multitude of angels come. They exist.

The Bible talks about them. The Bible says they exist.

Man can see them. They can appear before man.

They have the capacity to show themselves or to remove

themselves. OK, because they're not limited

to this physical realm. See, we are limited to the

physical realm today because we were born of the dust of the

earth. God can find us in this realm

now. Can he remove us from this

realm? Sure, by your spirit.

That's why we know through visions or through, you know,

even being teleported, so to speak.

Translated, you could say you can be moved to where you are

able to see God in his realm. Where your natural eyes Because

again, the things of the Spirit are matter is what I mean.

I mean God sits on a literal throne, you would be able to

touch it. This is not figurative.

I mean even the Lord himself like nobody's ever seen my face.

I'm going to hide you in the cleft of the rock.

You can see my back parts cause the Father has some some form to

him even though he's spirit. OK so Daniel Chapter 7, verse 9

Daniel 7:9

and 10 says I kept looking until Thrones were set up because

again Thrones are in kingdoms not religions and the ancient of

days that's the father took his seat his vestue was like white

snow and the hair of his head was pure wool.

So what color is our our daddy's hair right now?

He has not dyed it. There's no Just For God hair

coloring product in heaven, right?

I mean, we know the color of our father's hair, although I've

never seen it. He's told me OK And it says his

throne was ablaze with flames. That's going to be pretty

amazing, all right? Its wheels were a burning fire.

A river of fire was flowing and coming out before him.

He's pretty intimidating, Daddy, right Then it says.

Thousands upon thousands were attending him, and myriads upon

myriads were standing before him.

The court sat and the books were open.

Come on, what a day, I said. What a day.

So when the court set, there's going to be a grandstand of

attending. Are you hearing me now?

If you want to read more about this, you can go to Daniel 7 and

see what he's talking about, 'cause it's going to have some

references to revelation. The point is, is that there's a

court getting set and a lot are going to be in attendance.

It's not going to be a private event.

I said it's not going to be a private event.

So again, these three pastor scriptures let us know as far as

this heavenly host, it's innumerable, very difficult.

We would not be able to number it at all.

OK, again, I'm not going to give you every reference.

Hopefully you're already thinking of some different

references yourself as we continue to go.

But I want to talk to you about some host encounter and I'm

talking about the ones that are obedient to God.

These are the ones I'm talking about, OK?

They are spirit beings. They are spirit beings.

And of these spirit beings, OK, they are created spirit beings

by God. And all of them have a look.

In fact, the Bible describes their looks.

OK, now the first thing we think because when we start having

this conversation, we think that, well, everything I'm

saying is an Angel. It is not.

So the first one I want to look at is the first one that shows

up in the Bible, Genesis chapter 3.

In Genesis chapter 3, after the fall of man, when Dominion left,

it says he drove out the man and he placed at the east of the

Garden of Eden. Cherubims, those are not angels,

they're cherubims. They are spirit beings.

They're not angels. They're cherubims.

And we'll see what they look like here in a minute.

They are not angels. They are spirit beings.

They are part of the heavenly host, but they're a different.

I mean, that's like going to the mammals of the earth and saying

everything's the same. They are all spirit beings.

That's true. These are all mammals.

But we call them by different names.

And by the end of the day, we're not saying, you know, that this

particular mammal is, I mean, they consider a dolphin a

mammal, right? Is that true?

Because I'm am I still that changed 'cause, you know, Pluto

and Mercury has changed since I've been in school.

Is it OK? Thank you.

Obviously that is not to be confused with a monkey.

They are both in the species of mammal, but they are two

different created beings. They have different purposes.

So when we say cherubims, don't think, oh, that's an Angel,

that's not an Angel, it's a cherubim or a cherub.

Now if you Google search Cherub and look at his images, the

number one thing you're going to see is a fat, naked baby Angel.

That is not a cherub. Not at all.

OK, but here we are, the third chapter of the book of the

Beginnings. All right, He drove out the man.

He placed him in the east of the garden of Eden with cherubs and

a flaming sore. So right, if the world was

describing this, a fat, naked baby Angel with a flaming sword

is saying, I dare you, Adam, to come in.

But when we read Ezekiel here, in a minute you're going to be

like, Dare's be like Adam's going to be like, Nah, I'm not

going there, OK, This, these sheriffs have a a flaming sword

which turn in every direction to keep the way of the tree of

life. Now again, my intent is not to

give you complete descriptions of everything that these do.

We can pick this up a little bit later.

But these people are very protective of the the resource

of God. Sacred things will not let

things get in. That's not deserving.

Cherubs will not let you. They are there to protect

holiness, sacred things, and nothing that is that way can get

through. Ezekiel.

Ezekiel 10 · chapter mention

Chapter 10 you turn over there gives a a great description of

these spirit beings that are in the heavenly host.

We're going to jump through a few verses, it says Now The

cherub were standing on the right side of the temple when

the man entered and the cloud filled the inner court.

It says in the glory of the Lord went up from the cherub to

Cherub is singular, Cherubim is plural, to the threshold of the

temple. And the temple was filled with a

cloud, and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory

of God. Moreover, the sound of the wings

of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, like the

voice of God almighty when he speaks.

So cherubim have wings, they have wings.

OK, verse 14. And each one had four faces.

This is not a fat, naked baby Angel.

They had four faces. The first face was the face of a

cherub, the second face was the face of a man, the third was the

face of an alliant, and the 4th the face of an eagle.

Verse 15 When the cherubim rose up, then all the living beings

that I saw, they are the living beings which I saw by the river

jump down to verse 20. These are the living beings

which I saw beneath the God of Israel by the river.

So I knew that they were cherubim.

Each one had four faces and each 14 wings.

And beneath their wings was the form of human hands.

As for the lightness of their faces, they were the same faces

whose appearance I had seen by the river, each one straight

ahead. So again this class of in the

heavenly host called cherubs. OK, they have 4 wings.

Hands like humans, four faces. Are you hearing me?

So there's something different about these.

And then if you go on into 11, there's some things about eyes

and whirling wheels and stuff that go with them again, most of

the time where you're just like, I mean, you know, you just want

to know what this thing looks like one day because it's like

you're trying to grapple in your mind how that looks, right?

And there's a lot of imagery now because of AI that you can dump

in stuff and it creates its own art.

And there's some pretty unique looking things I can't tell you

any of us getting right. But all I'm saying is it's not

the fat, naked baby Angel. And its assignment is to protect

these sacred things. So unholy or unrighteous things

do not get through. The minute Adam fell and Eve,

they were put out and this spirit being stood in the way to

the tree of life. So here's the thing, is the Tree

of life on planet Earth OK? I mean, it is definitely here.

Was it not here before? Nowhere does it say it.

It left the planet. Now I'm not saying that it

didn't disappear cause an Angel can be in this room right now

and is and we don't see it 'cause we're not tapped in nor

has it revealed itself, has it? Has God allowed us to open up

and see it? Nor 'cause it can happen that

way. God can open up us to see them

without their revealing. This is what Elijah did with his

servant when the armies came surrounded the city goes,

master, we got a whole army out here.

What we going to do? He said don't worry about it.

There are more for us than there are with them.

Obviously he didn't understand that statement.

He said, So he prays, Lord open his eyes so that he can see what

I see. And his eyes were they didn't

reveal themselves. God allowed him to see what

existed in this realm that was already present all the way

wrapped around the city. They were there the whole well,

definitely when the army showed up, I ain't going to say the

whole time they could have said, oh, that natural army is going

go on down. You going to protect my man?

Or maybe Elisha got by the spirit The army's coming.

You're going to need to be protected.

He began to call on some messengers.

All right. OK, So let's look at the next

heavenly host that's mentioned in the Bible.

It's called a seraphim. A seraphim in Isaiah, Chapter 6,

Isaiah 6 · chapter mention

verses one through 7. Y'all doing all right, 'cause

again, we're talking about spiritual things.

And and I understand the the habit of the church today is to

give you practical things for living, right?

I just really need, pastor to give me some practical things

for living. You know how I can, you know,

get a promotion and how I can raise my kids well, and how I

can make my marriage, You know, that is so temporal.

Do you need it? Yes.

But what we're preaching now has major practical implications.

OK, so you're going to have to grow in so as in the year of

King Uzziah, he said. Death.

I saw the Lord sitting on the throne, lofty and exalted, with

the train of his robe filling the temple.

See, God opened up Isaiah's eyes so he could see where he was.

Then it said this verse. 2 Seraphim stood above him, each

having, what, 6 wings? With two he covered his face,

with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew, and one

called out to another, saying, Holy, holy is the Lord of hosts.

The whole earth is full of his glory, and the foundations of

the threshold trembled at the voice of him who called out

while the temple was filling with smoke.

Then I said, woe is me, for I am ruined because I'm a man of

unclean lips. We got a problem, and I live

among people of unclean lips, for my eyes have seen the King,

the Lord of Foes. What?

Who? Who is God the Father?

He's what? He's the King.

He's the Most High, He's the reigning spirit, he said.

My eyes have seen the King, the Lord of Hosts.

All right, so then he goes on and says, Then one of the

seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which

he had taken from the altar with tongs.

He touched my mouth with and said, behold, this has touched

your lips, your iniquity is taken away and your sins

forgiven. I don't have time to talk about

that, but that's pretty amazing. So here this is the only account

that is is is spoken of of them in the title Seraphim.

OK, they have 6 wings and they're over God and they're

saying things like holy, holy, holy is the Lord.

Come on, they're they're champ. They're they're decreeing who

the king is. This is what they're doing.

They are not angels. They are spirit beings.

With this assignment, are you hearing me?

Hallelujah. OK, so let's go into the ones

that we are most familiar with because we say, think that

everyone is this, but there's more contact with this realm of

heavenly host is called angels, All right?

It's called angels. The other two there is not.

There is less human contact with cherubims and seraphims, but

angels there is. You could almost.

It could be pretty constant. And I don't think I would be

stretching by saying that 'cause there's 8 billion people on the

planet and and we'll show in that there is contact with

angels in the new covenant. In the new Covenant.

OK, first one we're gonna look at is John chapter 5, verse 4.

John 5:4

John chapter 5 verse four says then an Angel of the Lord went

down at certain seasons in the pool.

Now that's obviously before the new covenant has totally done.

I'm just showing you some actions that they do and stirred

up the waters. Whoever then first, after the

stirring up of the water stepped in, was made well from whatever

disease with which he was afflicted.

Now we know this full of Bethesda because ultimately

Jesus went down there to heal a particular man who said I can't

get anyone to get me in when the Angel stirs it.

But there's an Angel that's been sent by God to deliver, Listen,

the message of healing. He doesn't speak it, but it

produces through actions of him touching the water.

The water moving is the message. God's the healer and the first

one in gets it. Luke 2244 This is Jesus and

being in agony. Agony.

This is when he was in the garden being in agony.

He was praying very fervently and his sweat became like drops

of blood falling down from the ground.

I didn't bring the rest of it. What's the next verse?

Hit 45. Is it 43?

One of those verses? I must have picked the wrong

one. The 43 put 40.

Throw 43 up there. And after there appeared an

Angel unto him from heaven. What strengthening him?

So Jesus in the garden had an Angel show up.

Now, there's no indication that the three he took to pray with

them saw it. Which means when Jesus in this

last moment, 'cause you understand, Number one, we know

they probably didn't see, 'cause he could have been physically

present, but they're sleeping anyway, 'cause they kept

sleeping. I'm not saying he didn't

physically show up. If they were awake, they would

have saw him. I'm just saying.

It doesn't say. However, it could have been that

Jesus is off and he's being ministered to by this Angel that

he sees, but they wouldn't see even if they were looking.

Because again, an Angel can manifest to one person and not

to another, especially if it's coming from the perspective your

eyes are being opened, not it revealing itself in the natural

realm it's in. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

So again, that's why it can be accurate.

If someone says, I saw an Angel and you're like, well, I didn't

see it, well, that means then God would have opened their

eyes, which is the gifts of the spirit distinguishing of

spirits, which means you have the ability to see into the

spirit realm, which again we say see into the spirit realm.

We're just saying you get turned on that within this realm.

The spirit's here and you see it.

You understand what I'm saying? It's not like you're pulling a

curtain back like you're moving into another dimension.

As much as it is you're seeing now, again, I've had people in

in this church tell me that they've seen angels in this

corner here, whatever, and they may have, and that's great.

Again, seeing it doesn't change. It doesn't grow you up

spiritually, doesn't make you more spiritual, doesn't make

you, you know, a super giant doesn't let you, doesn't cause

you now to always overcome any issue you have 'cause you saw

one that doesn't do it. Faith does that.

Living the word of God does that, OK, You can see angels all

day long and die in your sin and go to hell.

OK, so the ability to see spirit doesn't make you mature.

Or? Or we should follow you.

We should follow you, 'cause you can see it well, Jesus made it

very clear. It's more blessed to believe

'cause you don't see, so what's he saying?

He says Faith is believing what you don't see, The powers in

those who can believe the word, not believe, 'cause they see.

Yet we want to flock after people who claim to see angels

in all this realm all the time. Like they're so super spiritual

and we need to sit at their feet and learn.

Which shows the immaturity of the person listening to the

person who's saying they see angels all the time.

Hallelujah. Praise the Lord.

It is good teaching. This is not the church for

wackos. This is the church where we're

grounded in the word, right? And we understand the

perspective. If Andrew said pastor, I saw an

Angel, I'd be like, praise God, man, what'd it look like?

And he would tell me and his description would let me know a

lot. And then I'm like, that's great.

What'd he tell you or what did you see or whatever?

At the end of the day, if he said something to you directly,

But I mean, you see, right now, CNN Angel's really not a big

deal. I'm gonna say it again.

It's really not a big deal, but we make it a big deal, right?

We're making it a big deal. And people who make it a big

deal are deceived. And guess who's showing up as an

Angel of light? Satan.

All right, so that was Luke 2243.

Thank you for that correction. Acts 519.

But during the night, an Angel of the Lord opened the gates of

the prison and taking them out, he said.

Now this is obviously with Peter taking him out.

An Angel shows up. Now, is Peter full of the Holy

Ghost? This is Acts 5.

This is not Acts one. This is Acts 5.

This is after Peter's been baptized in the Holy Ghost.

Whatever's Speaking of tongues, this is where he's full of.

He's healed the man at the gate. Beautiful.

The power of God. He knows the Holy Ghost, yet the

Holy Ghost does not get him out of prison.

The Angel does. Sent my God the Holy Ghost a

praise. Didn't shake it.

Are you hearing me? So in this particular case with

Peter, the Lord said go down and get him out.

And he had to kick Peter. Peter had a sleeping problem,

you understand? Get up.

We got to go. This is not a dream.

This is not a dream, bro. We've got to go.

And then the whole time he's walking in and he thinks he's

dreaming, still in stocks, only to realize later on.

And now the angel's pretty powerful 'cause he's opening

doors without touching him, but he's opening doors.

OK, look at Luke one. This is what one of this is, a

famous Angel because we get a name.

So then then Luke 119 says this. The Angel answered and said to

him, I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God.

And I have been what sent to speak to you and to bring you

this good news. Now here's the power of this

particular Angel. He's talking to John, the

Baptist's father, right. And he says to him, you got your

your wife's going to have a baby.

You're going to call him John. And he's like, how's this even

possible? He.

And and basically he said, because you didn't believe my

words, which they're not my words, they're the King's word.

I was sent. Since you didn't believe his

words, you're not going to be able to talk now.

So he had the power to mute the man during the whole pregnancy

of his wife. Then you get to verse 26.

He comes again to deliver another message to the cousin,

Mary says Now in the sixth month, that's of Martha with

John the Baptist. The Angel Gabriel was sent from

God to a city in Galilee called Nazareth.

And he talks to Mary. Mary says, be it unto me as is

spoken. She was smart, right?

She was a wise woman. Amen.

So both of them saw Gabriel. He is an Angel and he brought

messages, but we know that he has come around even in the old

covenant. Now let's go over to Daniel

cause Daniel's had quite a few Angel sightings.

I want us to look at this and then we get the names of the two

that we know of specifically that are serving God today, and

that is Gabriel. We know him because we've been

given his name and we know another one called Michael,

right? We know him.

An Archangel, OK, still an Angel, but of a higher class.

Cause again, the spirit beings are in a Kingdom, there is a

hierarchy, there is a rank and structure.

OK, Daniel 6/22, he said, My God sent his Angel and shut the

lion's mouth and they have not harmed me insomuch as I was

found innocent before him and also towards you old king.

I have committed no crime. This is Daniel being thrown into

the lions den because you know, his adversaries within the

political party wanted to have him destroyed because he was.

He was full of wisdom. He was better than them.

They were jealous of him. They could never see him do

anything wrong. They had no blackmail on him.

So as a result of that they had to create a law that he would

defy which is praying to to only the the God of the the natural

Kingdom. And they know he would violate

that. He is going to pray to his God,

of which he did, and based upon that, the king had to order him

thrown into the lion's den because he cannot revoke his own

word. But an Angel came down and held

the mouth of the lion. Now that's important, which

tells us the lion wanted to eat Daniel, and if it wasn't there,

it would have. This is why when the others get

thrown in the next day, they can't even hit the ground before

they're eaten, because they're even.

They're another 24 hours hungry, they're already starving and now

they got to smell flesh sleep on them all night and they can't

open their mouth and there's no indication they know why.

Didn't say it shut their nostrils, it said it shut their

mouth. So they got to smell him all

night. That's like BBQ ribs just

cooking all day. And you're like, especially from

captains down by where I live. Jeez.

All right. Now notice there's no name given

to this Angel. So this is not Gabriel.

It's just another Angel in Daniel Chapter 9 though verse

20. It says now while I was speaking

and praying and confessing my sin and the sin of my people,

Israel presenting my supplication for the Lord my God

in behalf of the holy mountain of my God while I was still

speaking in my prayer. Then the man Gabriel whom I had

seen in the vision previously. So this is not his first

encounter with Gabriel. He's had an encounter with him

in the previous chapter, but it was in a vision.

Here this man, Gabriel says, came to me in my extreme weak

weariness. About the time of the evening

offering, he gave me what instructions and talked with me

and said, old Daniel, I have now come forth to give you insight

with understanding. At the beginning of your

supplication the command was issued and I have come to tell

you for you are highly esteemed. So give heed to the message and

gain understanding of the vision.

He is highly esteemed. Guess where Daniel's highly

esteemed at? In the spirit realm.

Now This is why we need to talk about angels.

You know what? It's kind of pathetic is that

Christians only want to be esteemed in the natural realm,

and we're seeing, especially in the United States, superstar

Christianity. They will almost sell out

anything to become superstars, to be esteemed among the natural

Christian community. Hey, you didn't care about that.

All he cared about was God, God's intentions, God's nation.

You know, here he is crying out for his nation.

Because, you know, I I don't care what I'm.

I'm just concerned about. I'm a slave by all rights

people. I mean, I may be in power, but

I'm still a slave to this nation.

And my nation was way better than this when it was in power

following God. And it's crying out.

He's crying out. And this Angel says, you are

highly esteemed from where I came from.

Oh boy, if we would aspire to have that to become highly

esteemed where angels are talking about you.

I mean, is there conversations in the throne room about you?

That's something to think about, 'cause again.

We're only trying to attain to a level, 'cause we're natural.

Instead of understanding everything we're doing now that

we're in Christ, our eternal choices.

Always. You're living right now, beyond

this lifetime. OK, so he came to give him

instruction now. Daniel, Chapter 10.

But then I want to show you something that you've probably

not recognized before. Maybe.

Maybe you have, maybe you haven't.

Starting in verse 10, it says Then behold, a hand touched me

and set me trembling on my hands and knees.

And he said, Oh, Daniel, man of high esteem, understand the

words that I'm about to tell you and stand upright, for I have

now been sent to you. And when he had spoken this word

to me, I stood up trembling. Then he said, do not be afraid,

Daniel. For from the first day that you

set your heart on understanding this and on humbling yourself

before our God, your words before who's God?

Our God, Your God. Right before your God, your

words were healed. And I have come in response to

your words. But the Prince of the Kingdom of

Persia was withstanding me for 21 days.

Who is this? It doesn't say, but it's an

Angel. It was stood me for 21 days.

Then behold Michael, one of the chief Princess came to help me,

for I had been left there with the kings of Persia.

Now I have come to to give you an understanding of what will

happen to your people in the latter days.

For the vision pertains to the days yet future.

This is not Gabriel. This another Angel that's

coming. But he has a challenge Now

notice. If you notice in Daniel chapter

6, he's thrown into the lion's den.

How fast does an Angel need to get in the lion's den in order

to hold its mouth? The minute Daniel gets thrown in

immediately, right, he's got to beat Daniel to the bottom.

And did he? No problem.

He was there. Daniel nine.

He starts to pray. And by that evening, an Angel

shows up and says the minute you made the request, I was

dispatched, here I am. And it's in a 24 hour period.

I mean it's in 1/2 a day, But now in the 10th chapter, it's

taking 21 days. Why?

Because it has gotten into the heavenly host demonic realm that

God's been sending. Oh y'all, don't want to hear

this. They have been not hindered for

the first two physical encounters.

The chapter 8 is a vision, so there's no indication that they

were personally present. He just saw into where it was

and had a conversation. But the other two?

They had to be there. If the Angel physically held the

lion's mouth. The other time he shows up, he

sees the man Gabriel. And let me say this, he sees the

what man Gabriel. We have two names mentioned of

angels, Gabriel and Michael. There's never been a female

name. Do not be upset, women, angels

aren't into male or female. That's humans.

But angels are always associated as a man, or looks like a man.

And notice Gabriel identified him as a You know, it'd be kind

of hard to identify him as a man if he had wings.

In Scripture, when angels are identifying themselves, they do

not have wings. So there's no indication that

angels actually have wings at all.

Why do we think they have to have them?

Because everybody paints the pictures.

However, the Bible describes two classes of species that do have

wings, but angels are not one of them.

Well, then how do they fly? Same way Superman does.

We don't have a problem with that.

And we don't have a problem if he takes his Cape off.

Are you hearing me? But they look like a human.

They are human when they reveal themselves in appearance, is

what I'm saying. So it takes 21 days.

So something has occurred in this realm now that all of a

sudden the other heavenly hosts are saying we are going to stop

them from bringing messages. Now aren't you glad you have the

Holy Ghost today? Because there's never been a

demon, devil, or Satan himself that can stop the communication

you have with the Holy Ghost that lives in you.

You're in a whole nother ball game in this dispensation.

But in the Old Covenant there were messages multiple times

sent through angels. It was God's realm contacting

the human realm. Now look at this.

In Hebrews 13, we're closing, says this Hebrews 13 two.

That's why I say angels aren't a big deal.

Do not be forgetful to entertain who strangers, for thereby some

have what angels unawares. Can you confidently tell me

right now you've never seen an Angel?

So the reality is everyone in this room may have seen one and

interacted with one and spoke with one, and you don't even

know it. So when someone comes and says,

well, I saw this Angel, he was in the sanctuary and he was 10

foot tall and I saw him stand here or, you know, I was in the

spirit and I saw these angels. You're like, that's OK.

I'm sure I've seen some too. Well, how do you know?

Because I've entertained some strangers.

I have slap entertained some strangers.

Are you hearing me? You don't know.

Now you could become aware that that encounter was more than

just a human encounter, right? You could see them and how they

look in the Spirit because the Bible describes them bright,

shiny. I mean, obviously the heavenly

host, they still look like man, but yet they had a bright

shining about them. You could see them in that whole

context. Obviously the Bible describes

some of that context. You can see them in their

setting, but at the end of the day, they're going to have some

kind of a human form. They're going to look like men.

And they're here to bring a message.

But they can assemble, I said. They can assemble and fight.

What did Jesus say to Peter when he cuts off the high Priest's

servant's ear? He said.

Don't you know, I could call a legion of right now.

They would assemble. I mean you think what was

encamped around Elijah that day got nothing on what I could

bring to the earth at a word because angels or messengers do

the bidding of the king. So let me close with these three

verses. Very important Colossians,

Colossians 2:18

chapter 2, verse 18. As we close, let no one keep

defrauding you of your prize by delighting in self abasement and

the here it is worship of angels taking his stand on visions he

has seen inflated without cause by his fleshly mind.

Lot of teaching like that's going on right now in the earth.

I'm telling you the world has a lust for the supernatural and

even Christians have a lust for the supernatural and they are

falling prey to people who are saying they're seeing things.

I talk to my Angel all the time. What?

I don't care if you talk to your Angel all the time.

Whatever. I mean, as long as you're

telling it what to do and you're not sitting around waiting for

it to tell you something. Can it tell you something?

Yes. But it won't violate the Holy

Ghost in you. Are you hearing me?

Revelations 1910 says this says. Then I fell at his feet to

worship him. This is John, he said.

But he said to me, do not do that.

I am a fellow servant of who? Of yours and your brethren who

hold the testimony of Jesus. Did you see that?

This is the Angel that is taking him around and giving him in the

Spirit the revelation of Jesus. I mean the in stuff that hadn't

even happened yet. People, things that we're

waiting on to transpire. This Angel has carried him

through into into the future, letting him say he's gone.

John in this one has gone all the way into the eternities of

eternity. He has seen the new heaven and

the new earth. He has seen the eternal Kingdom

forever. And he bows down to this Angel

and he says, don't do that. I'm a fellow servant of yours,

John. You're a king.

You're a king of the king and your brethren who hold the

testimony of Jesus. All who call in the name of

Jesus shall be saved. They become in Christ.

They are little kings. He says worship God 'cause he's

the most high. He's the reigning spirit, for

the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Then look at Revelations 22, last chapter of the book,

actually Revelation 22. Again John gets caught up. 8-9

He said, I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things.

And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship at the feet of

the Angel, and he showed who showed me these things.

Verse 9 But he said to me, do not do that.

I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren.

The prophets and of those who heed the words of this book

worship God, worship God. So it's obvious that God wants

us as a church who's been taking time to minister about His

Kingdom since 2009 to understand this species of spirit beings so

that we can accelerate the work that needs to be done before the

end 'cause they are integral part of what will take place.

We need their help to accomplish the assignment.

So we have to understand how they function in God's Kingdom

and we get to function with them.

Now we have limited our effectiveness as believers to

our prayer life and our faith life.

We need to tap our messengers because they're here to do some

things. Are you hearing me?

We are not here to worship them. We're here only to worship God

because when it's all said and done, we will actually judge

them. Let's pray.
