Thanks for checking out the Anchor Faith Message podcast
-
from St. Augustine, FL.
-
Now enjoy this message. All right, if you have your
-
Bibles, turn to Matthew chapter 15.
Matthew 15 chapter mention
-
I'm super excited about today because today is a day that the
-
Lord is allowing me to communicate the word of God
-
again. And I love these days because I
-
was just in an event. We went to summer camp and then
-
I flew to DC to attend where believers from all over the
-
nations came together to be able to, you know, hear from
-
different people that have are in office who aspire to be in
-
office. And we attended that event.
-
The number one reason why I attended that event is because I
-
am always, as a pastor, concerned about the believer.
-
I'm not concerned about the government.
-
You understand this. I have to do my part in the
-
government, but at the end of the day, the church thrives.
-
Period. There is no government on the
-
planet that can stop the church right now.
-
In the most oppressive governments.
-
The church is still growing. The church is growing in China
-
right now. You just don't hear about it
-
because the government will not talk to you about it.
-
But it's growing. It cannot be pushed out, cannot
-
be snubbed out. It cannot be destroyed.
-
Can it be persecuted? Yes.
-
But it doesn't stop it. In fact, if we look at our
-
history book called the Bible, we see that when persecution
-
does come to the church, it actually will grow.
-
It seems to have this ability that the tougher it gets, the
-
more wildfire it will spread. Like wildfire, it will spread
-
because there's something innately within the believer
-
that when pushback comes to the point of death, they are willing
-
to lay down their life like their king did, and it somehow
-
seems to spread his message at a greater level.
-
Now, that doesn't mean that the Lord doesn't want us to have
-
peace and that it can't because you understand, Jesus came to
-
the earth under a very tyrannical government called the
-
Roman Empire. The Roman Empire was not a nice
-
government, OK? And he could navigate.
-
You understand this. He actually had no issues with
-
the Roman government, not when he was ministering, didn't have
-
issues. He had issues with his own
-
nation and it was the religious people he had issues with
-
because it was the religious that they had partnered with the
-
local government and they like the government power that was
-
established within the Roman Empire instead of the government
-
power that was associated with the Kingdom of God.
-
They love the notoriety of men within government more than the
-
notoriety of the King himself, and as a result of that they
-
would adjust the word to be able to adopt what they considered
-
traditions. They would use God's words to
-
create these man made traditions that seem holy, but honestly
-
they were not. They were taking the word out of
-
context and they were actually causing the word not to not be
-
acted upon. And Jesus took great issue with
-
this. OK, but as far as with, you
-
know, the Roman government in general, he didn't have, he
-
didn't say much about it because to him it's, it's a mute point
-
'cause once the kingdom's in the earth, the kingdom's in the
-
earth, you can't take it out. It is the supreme government of
-
the planet. OK, Now why am I talking
-
government so much? Because the Bible's about a king
-
is Kingdom and Israel offspring. It actually is a governmental
-
document and so we've used it as a religious document for years.
-
When the reality is religion, if you use that term, if you break
-
it down, it means a belief system.
-
And you understand every government has a belief system.
-
So we've tried to separate something when the reality is
-
the state of any government is the state of the church.
-
Now with that being said, I'm in a room with all these believers
-
from different types of belief systems when I say that
-
denominations and all that. And so I'm listening because the
-
ones that are elected to office stand behind the lectern and
-
begin to quote scripture. If you're going to quote
-
Scripture, my ears are going to be listening to determine, to
-
determine. Are you rightly dividing that
-
scripture? Because both Republicans and
-
Democrats, as far as a party, quote scripture, but even the
-
devil quotes scripture. Are you hearing me?
-
I have seen a trend happening that gives me great concern and
-
that is where Christians in the United States are trading their
-
Christianity for being a conservative.
-
OK, that got quiet. I love that you understand being
-
a conservative is not holy, nor is being a liberal, but you
-
understand in the Kingdom of God there is.
-
He is very liberal about some things.
-
I'm not talking about policies that are the same.
-
I'm just saying in the term liberal, God has some very
-
liberal things that he does, but on the other side, he's
-
extremely conservative. So they take terms that come
-
from our government and they tend to use it in their
-
particular platforms and then use his words to try to make
-
their point. One of the ones most used within
-
the Democratic Party is Matthew chapter 25.
Matthew 25 chapter mention
-
And in Matthew chapter 25, it says, if we do this to the least
Matthew 25 chapter mention
-
of one of these of ours, now, that is one of the most
-
misquoted unscriptural statements that they make,
-
because the context of Matthew 25 is not to the world.
-
When I was naked, you gave me clothes.
-
When I was hungry, you gave me food.
-
That was not to the world. It says, if you've done this to
-
the least of one of mine, well, who's his?
-
Because the world is not Jesus's.
-
The church is Jesus's. But yet no Republican questions
-
the Scripture to them because they don't know it either.
-
Most of the time they don't know it.
-
And so they spout all things, communicate things.
-
And I've realized that there is this rallying happening and I
-
understand there is a moral issue that's happening in our
-
land. And if again, if you go just to
-
Scripture and many people dispute Thomas Jefferson in this
-
context, I wasn't there personally.
-
So I do not currently know his motivation.
-
There are those that lean on one side that said he, he
-
emphatically believed in Jesus Christ as Lord.
-
There are others on another side that said that he was a deist,
-
which means he believed in a God, but not necessarily that
-
Jesus was the Son of God. I don't know and never talked to
-
him personally, but I will say this based upon the Thomas
-
Jefferson Bible, which is he took extracted out and again
-
when I said this understand there's a reason why that is.
-
I don't know which one specifically.
-
If it is the one that he just didn't believe that Jesus was a
-
miracle worker and he took it out, well, that would be a
-
problem. According to Scripture, you're
-
not supposed to take things out. OK, if that was his intent,
-
that's a problem. But if his intent was, let's not
-
debate as a nation of whether or not Jesus is the Son of God.
-
Let's just look at his moral work and if you in which if you
-
extract the miracles out and just look at his moral work,
-
which is his social work. If a nation live by that social
-
order alone, it would be blessed and prosperous and would be good
-
for the all of mankind. And that's what's his point.
-
I believe potentially if you look at just the standards that
-
Jesus put within the moral fabric of humanity, if you base
-
laws upon that, then the society as a whole, whether you're
-
righteous or unrighteous, would be blessed as a result of it.
-
And, and there's a point there to be made, however, in our
-
nation because of this issue. And I'll be honest with you, I
-
was a little vocal in the crowd. My wife had to shush me, had a
-
particular speaker say that it was the church's responsibility
-
or it's it's problem for the problems of our nation.
-
They blame the church. Well, I take issue with that
-
statement. The number one reason why I take
-
issue with that statement is, is that we have a huge trend today
-
in our nation where people call themselves believers but do not
-
actively attend the church. So here's the thing, if you're a
-
Republican or Democrat or any other party, which you know, the
-
Green Party, the Libertarian Party, I don't know them all,
-
'cause there's quite a few parties out there that you're
-
unaware that are there because they give them no media time.
-
But in all those parties, they will tell you the only way we
-
can win an election is if we come together, we mobilize, we
-
turn, turn out and vote. That means we have to do it on a
-
very specific time frame. Oh, y'all don't want to hear
-
this? In essence, they'll say we need
-
you to go vote. You either need to do it the
-
minute early voting opens. That means it's a defined time,
-
or the day of election, which is November the 5th.
-
It is. Polls open at 7:00 AM.
-
They close I think at 7:00 PM, usually 12 hours.
-
That is a defined time and you need to get out and vote and
-
then you're going to say the church is the the the the
-
blaming party of the condition of our nation.
-
When pastors are giving just fine times for us to come
-
together in unity so that we can grow in the things of God and
-
the culture of the Kingdom. That way we can go out as a
-
group to influence the world. No one would even be talking
-
about Trump's re election run if he went to a community and no
-
one showed up, no one showed up. Everybody would laugh, say well
-
when he first ran, thousands, 10s of thousands, hundreds of
-
thousands showed up. Now he gets out there, nobody's
-
there. Why are we?
-
Why do people take notice? Because everyone seems to show
-
up at the time spoken to assemble and then we want to say
-
it's the church's problem. Well, I would say it's the
-
believer's problem because it's not the church's problem.
-
The church has been assembling, but has the believer?
-
I said has the believer because if we have been assembling and
-
if we have been growing in the things of the Kingdom, if we
-
have actually been rightly interpreting the word of God and
-
not seen it as a document that it causes us to escape the
-
earth. Where are we going to go when we
-
die book. But how do we change our culture
-
in the earth through our culture that's from another world.
-
While we're in the earth, then you know what?
-
Our nation would be different. And I'll say it this way.
-
If you truly believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the
-
Word of God is the infallible word of God, and you actually
-
rightly divide it through the interpretation with the Holy
-
Ghost, then every professing believer in the United States in
-
two election cycles would remove any type of politician that was
-
wicked and only put those in that had an ear towards the
-
Lord. I'm not saying that they had to
-
be born again, they would just be an ear towards the Lord.
-
It would only take two election cycles, but because we don't
-
assemble, so it's not the church, it's a disengaged
-
believer. Same thing if someone loses an
-
election, typically what they do, they'll say, well, the
-
voters didn't turn out. We had low voter.
-
There's plenty of, I mean, right now you understand, in our
-
nation, Anila, do you know off the top of your head how many
-
people typically vote in an election?
-
25, OK. I think they said for believers,
-
only about 25% of profession believers turn out to vote.
-
That means 75% don't assemble. Don't assemble.
-
In fact, every registered voter in our county has never voted on
-
an Election Day. We've always had absentees,
-
meaning they didn't vote. So once again, you would hear a
-
politician say this if you didn't vote, you shouldn't
-
complain about your government. Well, I would say if you don't
-
attend church, you shouldn't. You shouldn't talk about the
-
church. If you don't attend church
-
actively and submitted to a pastor and a local vision, then
-
you should quit complaining about the church.
-
You should quit because again, you have no actual investment in
-
some in the organization that Jesus invested his blood for.
-
Hallelujah. Say Amen.
-
Anyway, Matthew 15 three says this y'all doing all right, all
-
right. And he answered and said to
-
them, why do you transgress? Why you self transgress the
-
commandment of God for the sake of your tradition.
-
I love the Kingdom of God because the Kingdom of God
-
destroys every religious tradition, absolutely dismantles
-
it. And the Bible again is about a
-
king, his Kingdom and his rural offspring.
-
It's always been about that and we need to learn this more than
-
ever because the the suffering servant is not returning.
-
The suffering servant is not returning.
-
The Lamb that was slain is coming back in a in a different
-
role now. He all, he came in this role,
-
but he yielded himself. But the next time there is no
-
yielding. His first assignment is He must
-
take on the sins of the world. He takes on the sins of the
-
world so that he can gain power again in the earth.
-
What do I mean by that? Giving the power back to whom
-
the power was due. Are you hearing me?
-
How do we know this? In Genesis 11 we said in the
-
beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
-
Psalms 8911 says this. The heavens are yours.
-
The earth also is yours. The world and all it contains,
-
You have founded them. So God never lost planet earth.
-
He formed it, He made it. It's his by right of creation.
-
Isaiah 4518 says, For this is what the Lord says, He who
-
created the heavens, He is God who fashioned and made the
-
earth, He founded it. He did not create it to be
-
empty, but formed it to be inhabited.
-
So God created the earth with us in mind.
-
God is in heaven, that is his place, that's his residence, OK.
-
And heaven is a literal place, OK.
-
It's not this unseen realm in in one sense it is seen, we just
-
don't technically see it. And it is a defined place
-
because it is called heaven. Heaven is not all encompass of
-
everything else. OK so heaven is a defined place.
-
Although God Himself is is everywhere and is all knowing,
-
omnipresent, all that, there still is a containment by which
-
Heaven has yet. Then He creates this thing
-
called earth, and when he creates this earth, He had a
-
concept in his mind of what He would do.
-
In Psalms 115 verses 15 and 16, he says, May you be blessed of
-
the Lord Maker of heaven and earth.
-
The heavens are the heavens are the Lord, but the earth He has
-
given to the sons of man. The the NIV of verse 16 says it
-
this way. The highest heavens belong to
-
the Lord, but the earth He has given to man.
-
Are you hearing me? And I find it interesting
-
because of some of the things that are happening in our
-
nation. The enemy has done a really good
-
job because he knows what's going down.
-
Can I say that the enemy knows what's going down?
-
Let me Fast forward real quick. Just so you understand, the
-
devil is fully aware of the Kingdom of God because in the
-
Luke's temptation of Jesus, he takes Jesus to a high place.
-
He shows him all the kingdoms in a moment of time.
-
He did not show him the the the world's religions because
-
religions were nothing that Jesus was struggling with.
-
He was not struggling on whether Bail was the real God or not,
-
whether the gods of Rome were the real gods or not, or the
-
gods of the fallen Greek Empire. Where gods are are what ones
-
that preceded all that stuff before.
-
Or was Molech really a real guy? He was not struggling with God
-
issues. He knew who God was because he
-
came from God. He had been with God, he was
-
God. He had no identity crisis when
-
it came to God. So religion was something that
-
the devil never tempted him with.
-
But what he did tempt him with is what Jesus was coming after,
-
because the Bible says Jesus came to seek and to save that
-
which was lost, not who was lost.
-
See, we've changed the whole dialogue of the Bible to be
-
about you. It includes you.
-
But that which he came to seek and to save was the Kingdom to
-
be restored back to those who choose to want it.
-
Because even Jesus knew there's no guarantee they'll accept the
-
position I I originally made for them.
-
And if they don't, they don't have to.
-
Because I will not make them make me king, even though I am
-
king nonetheless. They can choose because love
-
lets you choose love lest you choose.
-
And so Jesus came to save that which was lost, which was the
-
Kingdom of God. He shows him all the kingdoms in
-
a moment of time, and he says all these domains I'll give to
-
you, for they have been handed over to me and I can give them
-
to whomever I wish. The devil clearly communicates
-
to Jesus. They were handed over to me.
-
And you hear ministers say all the time that the devil stole
-
it. The devil stole.
-
The devil did not steal it. Adam abdicated his throne.
-
He gave it away. He knew what he was doing.
-
He chose to operate in rebellion, the most dangerous
-
word in the Kingdom. Are you ready is independence?
-
And this is a problem for the USA church because we like our
-
U.S. government in our churches, we have this independent spirit.
-
Nobody going to tell me what to do.
-
Well, that doesn't work in His Kingdom.
-
I said that doesn't work in his Kingdom.
-
And this is very important because as many times as I've
-
ministered on the Kingdom and I know of a lot of people who know
-
this, I can watch them slip away in their day-to-day life of the
-
Lordship of Jesus, that doing his word is optional in their
-
lives. Whether to forgive someone,
-
whether to walk in joy and put down anger or you know, feelings
-
of low self esteem, picking up an offense yet you know, because
-
the king said. And yet if we don't watch out,
-
we'll pull independence back in. It's OK for us to come and
-
worship and have an issue with our brother.
-
It's OK for us to worship and have a challenge with someone.
-
It's OK for us to tell somebody about themselves.
-
Hallelujah, we fall away. But independence is the most
-
dangerous word in the Kingdom. The second most dangerous word
-
in the Kingdom is rebellion. And the minute you want to be
-
independent, you're going to rebel.
-
Now let me tell you what you do not lose in the Kingdom is your
-
individuality. So do not mistake individuality
-
with independence. Individuality.
-
God is way too creative to make us the same.
-
This is why when you look at the church, it's going to look
-
different. On the outside, it'd be easy for
-
it to look different, but on the inside it's going to function
-
the same. What do I mean by that?
-
Every spirit being within the vessel that carries it will be
-
yielded, compliant with all their heart, to the voice of the
-
King, knowing he has absolute authority.
-
They love that he has absolute authority because he's the only
-
one who can carry that absolute authority without ever failing.
-
And we're thankful that he carries it and he loves us.
-
And he made a way for us to come out of our rebellion, come out
-
of our independent spirit, and become fully dependent on Him,
-
where we are led by his Spirit as he was led by the same
-
Spirit. Jesus said, I don't do anything
-
on my own initiative, but only what I hear from the.
-
And if Jesus would never deviate from what the Father says, why
-
do we think we can? Because we want U.S. government
-
in our church. Now, the Declaration of
-
Independence was technically just a document to say we do not
-
want the oppressive, you know, rule that you have and it and it
-
really bowled out of taxation without representation, right?
-
You know, basically exploiting us and you're not even here and
-
we have no representation. So we're just going to do our
-
own nation. It wasn't because we want to be
-
independent of ourselves. This is why we coined the phrase
-
eventually the United States. But man, is there not a push to
-
not be united anymore? Well, the minute you can bring
-
division in a house, what will not?
-
So there is an undercurrent in our own nation to divide us.
-
And George Washington, when he was leaving his second term, as
-
the president said prophetically, that he was
-
concerned that our government would come to a two party
-
platform and it would become so divisive that it would get
-
nothing done. And the Republican and
-
Democratic Party weren't even around then.
-
They were different parties at that time, but there were two
-
specific that were at odds. And he said that if it came to
-
that, it would turn around and and run the risk of the
-
Republic. And ma'am, we are here today.
-
I said we're here today. But I have to admit there is a
-
group of people that are trying to become independents.
-
But independent itself is dangerous.
-
Being an independent itself is dangerous.
-
So God creates this earth with no one on it at first.
-
But it was designed for man. I said it was designed for man.
-
He wants to give man the rule of the earth as he rules in heaven.
-
And the devil says, I'll give you all this domain, for it's
-
been handed over to me and I can give it to whomever I want.
-
Even the devil knows this is about a Kingdom.
-
So he there are terms the devil are using today to try to squash
-
or hinder the revelation of the Kingdom of God to come to the
-
church, especially in the United States.
-
Because if you have the revelation of the Kingdom of
-
God, which is not a subject, it is the Bible, then he knows your
-
faith will go to another level, your lordship goes to another
-
level, all the blessings of the Kingdom go to another level, and
-
there's nothing he can do to stop you.
-
That you'll recognize the position the church really has
-
in your life and what it means for you to be an actual
-
ambassador. Are you hearing me?
-
So the original inhabitants on planet earth were not of a
-
different culture than heaven, but we're actually of the
-
offspring of the king himself. Genesis 126 says then God said,
-
let us make man in our image and corner our likeness, and let
-
them have what? Dominion over the fish of the
-
sea, over the birds of the air, over the cattle, over all the
-
earth, over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.
-
He created man in his own image and the image of God.
-
He created him, male and female, He created them.
-
Dominion means to govern. It means to rule, it means to
-
control things, it means to manage, it means to master
-
something, It means to have rulers.
-
So notice he said, let them have dominion over who?
-
Fish, birds, cattle, earth. When we say earth, the things
-
that are growing are associated with the earth specifically, and
-
then every creepy thing that creeps on the earth.
-
Notice what man was not to have rule over other humans.
-
This is why every election cycle becomes a challenge for us
-
'cause we really don't want to vote for somebody, some human,
-
to be over us. Because God never intended for
-
humans to be over humans, but that God would be over us as a
-
people. Because again, the Kingdom that
-
God has is not a Kingdom of slaves or servants, but a
-
Kingdom where all of us that are citizens are kings themselves.
-
So when I look at you so well, hello king, right?
-
And when you're king, guess what?
-
You have all rule, all authority, all power over what?
-
Over yourself and then over the environment that is around you.
-
It should not rule you. This is why you've heard us say
-
before, after the fall of man, what man should have reigned
-
over, started reigning over him. Why are there so many humans
-
addicted to plants? Tobacco leaves were never
-
supposed to tell humans what to do.
-
Cocaine was never supposed to tell humans what to do.
-
Marijuana was never supposed to dictate the behavior and actions
-
of humans. And when you become a child of
-
the king, you'll say plant. You don't talk to me no more.
-
Are you hearing me? When you get this revelation,
-
you'll no longer allow plants to dominate you.
-
You won't even let grapes dominate you.
-
Grapes that get mixed with this thing called yeast and barley
-
and ferments. You won't make it, won't control
-
your life. I'll say Amen anyway.
-
Yeah. I mean again.
-
Well, you know, I have to have. You have to have.
-
No, you have to have the Lord. You have to have the spirit.
-
That's what you have to have. And that's what you need.
-
If you're having to have something else, then you're
-
bowing your knee too. But you understand this escapes
-
everyone's notice when all the Bible to them is about Jesus
-
dying on the cross for your sins so that when you die, you go to
-
heaven. In fact, if we read the Bible
-
and we'll see even see here in the beginning pages, I mean
-
before sin even hits the planet, God makes man in his image
-
according to his likeness, both male and female.
-
There we know their names are Adam and Eve.
-
And guess what, Adam and Eve were not singing this song in
-
heaven in in the earth. When we all get to heaven, what
-
a day of rejoicing that will be. They were not singing that song.
-
In fact, he's puts man in this garden.
-
He says, Adam, you can eat from any tree of the garden.
-
I mean, I've provided everything for you.
-
In fact, I expect that you're going to take my image that's in
-
you, and you're going to rule there as I rule here, as I speak
-
to you of what to do. You do it in the earth.
-
And whatever you say is what I've said, and it has to listen.
-
It will obey your voice. Are you hearing me?
-
And he says you can have any fruit from any tree, but of the
-
tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat.
-
For the day you eat you will, surely.
-
So if Adam had never eaten the fruit, where would he be today?
-
So Adam was not trying to go to heaven.
-
And here's the kicker, God wasn't actually asking him to
-
come, because God didn't have to have Adam come to heaven to be
-
with him. He came right down here.
-
You know how many believers today that only know the think
-
the Bible's about where am I going to go when I die or just
-
waiting to go to heaven so bad. Yet if they read the Bible
-
actually cover to cover, they realize God was constantly
-
coming down. He's never been waiting on us,
-
nor is he like can't wait till you get here.
-
Oh my gosh, can't wait till you get here.
-
Oh, can't wait till you get here.
-
I just want you to be here with me.
-
Are you seriously? Even after the fall, he comes
-
down. He comes down to talks to Noah.
-
He comes down to burning Bush with Abram, right he or to
-
Moses. He comes down talks to Abram.
-
He comes down in the temple. He comes down on the mountain.
-
He comes down on the in the anointing upon prophets, priests
-
and kings. He comes down then we get Jesus.
-
His name is Emmanuel, which means God, not God, can't can't
-
wait till you get to me. Emmanuel doesn't mean can't wait
-
till you get to me. He's constantly coming down.
-
Then the kicker, Jesus says, man, now that I've conquered
-
death, hell in the grave and my blood's been poured all in the
-
mercy seat in heaven, I'm leaving because he's coming and
-
the Holy Ghost is going to live in you.
-
I'm bringing God to you. And we say.
-
It greater is he that's in and we want to leave the earth.
-
Like we just can't wait to. Get up out of here.
-
It's 'cause you don't know you're in a Kingdom, 'cause
-
when. You know you're in a Kingdom.
-
You're like, what can you do to me?
-
I how's. God, I am the temple of the Holy
-
Spirit. I have a direct connection with
-
God. You may take out world's
-
communications, you may take out satellites, you may lock up my
-
iPad. You may shut down all my
-
accounts. You may do all those things, but
-
you cannot shut down my connection with the Creator of
-
heaven and earth. Can't do it.
-
You. Can't shut down.
-
The communication lines between me and the Kingdom I am of, and
-
that Kingdom is in the earth and you sure can't get rid of it.
-
Amen. Hallelujah so.
-
He's given us. Rulers, we are the most powerful
-
force on the planet. The thing I was.
-
Most discouraged about this weekend was it was #1 is that
-
when things were spoken from Scripture, the hearers from the
-
majority took it hook, line and sinker.
-
One person had the audacity to say this, that it's time for the
-
flock to rise up against the shepherds and lead them.
-
Yes, and I said something out loud.
-
I said that's. Nowhere in Scripture.
-
My wife's, Like I said, there's nothing.
-
There's nowhere in Scripture. Nowhere in Scripture.
-
In fact, in one of God's with one of God's prophets, he's
-
correcting his shepherds and he's telling them you getting
-
fat off the flock, you're not feeding the flock like I told
-
you, so I'm going to remove you. He never said I'm raising up a
-
flock. He said I will raise up another
-
shepherd. Anytime.
-
Somebody thinks the Saints are supposed to rise up against the
-
shepherds. That is the spirit of
-
Antichrist. Can Shepherds?
-
Fail, yes, and we're hearing about a lot of them.
-
But you understand, Saints fail all the time.
-
And all those Saints run. To those pastors, ask for
-
reconciliation, ask for forgiveness.
-
Now I understand they're at a higher accountability.
-
They need to be removed from their office.
-
They need to go somewhere else and get restored.
-
I have no problem with that. But to think a pastor cannot be
-
restored as well, that's ludicrous.
-
The attack on the church. And its institution today, which
-
is not a religious thing unless you're building it, crazy little
-
thing. We're on the little back roads
-
of Virginia when we were going to camp.
-
And this little church has there's nothing wrong with the
-
church. There's only something wrong
-
with the church. There's nothing wrong with the
-
church, God's building. There's only something wrong
-
with the church. Man's building.
-
And that's true because most pastors don't know Matthew 1618
-
where Jesus said, and I will build my church.
-
He never delegated the building of church to me, but I am an
-
overseer that he put me in charge of this vision that Jesus
-
Christ put me here because of his blood.
-
And the Holy Spirit made me overseer.
-
And because of that, I'm going to run this vision by the
-
leading of the Holy Ghost and let's all come together and do
-
it. And it'd be amazing thing.
-
Period only. One person can Take Me Out of
-
the pulpit. Me.
-
If I don't fail, I don't have to go.
-
Hallelujah. Neither do.
-
You have to go if you're not failing now we none of us have
-
to technically go. We can all be forgiven.
-
But you know, my position is more open and failure is a
-
problem, which that's why I have the fear of the Lord.
-
I'm more concerned about. God, than I am about you anyway.
-
Are you hearing me? But they're making these
-
statements and they take it hook, line and sinker.
-
And the one who made the statement actually just had an
-
issue with the denomination they were in because they didn't like
-
that he was actually standing for truth.
-
And so the system of his religion pulled his credentials.
-
And so now he's developed this kind of life.
-
Well. Just 'cause I mean you, maybe
-
you shouldn't have been that organization anyway.
-
Maybe you should have read enough scripture to realize, you
-
know, the organization in love itself wasn't the most
-
healthiest one and releasing the power of God.
-
I mean, I've gone through denominations myself and for
-
only one reason. Because the denomination I was
-
raised in only taught Where do I go when I die?
-
It was the only. Truth and it was the truth Jesus
-
Christ died for my sins. His death, burial, resurrection
-
is the only way that I'm to the can go to the Father.
-
I must be born again taught me that I I could avoid damnation
-
or the lake of fire. Those were truths but did not
-
teach me how to overcome my flesh.
-
Did not teach me the baptism of the Holy Ghost, Did not teach me
-
about the authority of believer. Didn't teach me any of those
-
things. Didn't even touch the subjects.
-
So when I got hungry for. God, God was obligated to meet
-
my hunger. Because he will.
-
Feed the hungry. He loves those who hunger and
-
thirst for his, which is his way of doing things.
-
And if the church that I was at wasn't teaching those things, as
-
Paul said, I've not withheld from you the full council of
-
God. If they were not doing that,
-
then God's obligated to move me to the next thing.
-
But He was really good the way He did it because He sure
-
immersed me into places that would allow me to continue to
-
grow properly. Are you hearing me?
-
And so I moved to the next one, which then I found out about the
-
indubent of power from on high, the baptism of the Holy Ghost,
-
this other experience with the Spirit of God that actually just
-
gave me the language of my Kingdom.
-
You know, so many people get so freaked out about speaking in
-
other tongues, but they get, they don't freak out over
-
someone speaking in Spanish, German, Poland, Polish language
-
or any other language when they encounter somebody in our In
-
fact, my wife and I, we were at the airport in Washington and no
-
one that we spoke to, whether it was at the ticket counter, at
-
TSA, at a restaurant had an English accent.
-
Everyone almost from another. Nation and some of them didn't
-
even know how to really talk well.
-
And I didn't freak out, nor did I freak out when I was hearing
-
people speak other languages. But when you get to do with
-
power from Ohio, you'll speak in a new tongue.
-
It's unknown to your mind, but God hears it.
-
You know it's from the Spirit. You release it and you're
-
praying out the perfect will of God.
-
Man, I went to a church that taught me on the power of God
-
and that and I received that truth and I've never been the
-
same. Then God continue to progress.
-
Me why? Cause of hunger and he's moved
-
us into the Kingdom of God as well.
-
A Kingdom is a government influence of a king over his
-
territory, impacting it with his personal will, purpose and
-
intent. There's only one will that.
-
Will remain his. Jesus's.
-
Statement forces two things. Jesus says that forces you to
-
change 'cause God is not changing.
-
God is not a man that he should lie number one.
-
Number two, and the Bible says God changes not.
-
Why 'cause he's life. He is life.
-
He is the source of life. His words are the source of
-
life. For him to go against his word
-
is death. This is why he.
-
Doesn't This is why he doesn't do it, Because his words are
-
life. Period.
-
And so he's the embodiment of life.
-
Jesus made two statements. He said I am next word I am.
-
I am way truth life. I am.
-
What's that word? What's that word?
-
The not a he doesn't say I am a way.
-
I am my truth. I'm a life.
-
He doesn't say that. The minute he says I am the way,
-
then he eradicates any other way.
-
This is the thing with me and you know, people like you know,
-
it's just so confusing. It's not confusing.
-
It's not confusing because again, you've seen it before
-
where you have the like the little points up here ABC and
-
then there's 123 and there's like all these little scribbly
-
things all and you got to figure out, you know, does 2 connect
-
with A or is it B or C? And you got to follow that whole
-
little yarn string, you know, and it's like all them, but with
-
God. He's over on this other side,
-
right? He's got AK for Kingdom and he
-
got, you know, one. He's the only way, right one and
-
and and there's no other string involved.
-
It's just a straight line. And it's like, well, that's
-
easy. This not.
-
Complicated. Jesus eradicated every other
-
thought when he says I am, the way, the truth, the life.
-
There's no other way to the Father but I'm it.
-
So again. Wide is the gate and that's why
-
there's so many is why 'cause all the strings you.
-
Don't know which. Way you going and you don't know
-
if you've crossed over or whatever, but he said narrow.
-
It's just real straight path, not complicated, just straight,
-
he said. But many want to get on all that
-
broad stuff instead of seeing the path that allows you to see
-
straight to the end. Are you hearing me then He.
-
Makes this statement repent for the Kingdom of heaven is a hand.
-
The word repent is not have a sorrowful emotional response of
-
all your wrongdoing and say Jesus, I need you as my Lord.
-
That is not repentance. We've made that word repentance
-
into that kind of action. You need to come and repent.
-
I've done wrong. Oh, God, I don't want a bird to
-
go to hell. Thank you.
-
Thank you for saving me. Right.
-
But then they don't change. They leave the altar and live
-
the same way. And then drinking, boozing,
-
fornicating, adultery, whatever they're doing, living like the
-
rest of the world, talking like the rest of the world.
-
But in all those moments, say, yeah, I ask Jesus, come on, I'm
-
a believer. I'm going to heaven when I die.
-
Because we've said. Repentance as this emotional,
-
sorrowful moment. In essence, I would say this.
-
We have defined repentance. With a with a.
-
A context of Esau. Esau gave up his.
-
Birthright sold it. He gave, he gave all that stuff
-
up. He just wanted the blessing.
-
So when Dad gave the blessing to his oldest brother, he's crying,
-
sobbing. Where's my blessing?
-
And I want to go too. Because I'm not I'm.
-
Sorry I missed out on the benefits, but as far as a change
-
of action, that ain't me. And he says Esau sought for
-
repentance even in tears, but could not find it.
-
Jesus said repent which means this change your thinking.
-
So Jesus is very. Clear your your mind's messed
-
up. Your thinking's off.
-
See, there's a way that seems right to a man, but in the end
-
lies. He says that thinking's wrong.
-
Now here's the problem. You'll never think better until
-
your spirit is new. You'll never think better till.
-
Your spirit is new, your spirit's been made alive.
-
So Jesus says I'm going to do the thing you can't do.
-
I'm going to die for your transgression because your
-
spirit man is dead and separated from me.
-
For all have what sin and fallen short of the glory of God.
-
I'll take that on if you'll call me Lord.
-
We love to call him. Savior but.
-
That's calling. Him Savior doesn't get you
-
saved. Lordship is what gets you saved.
-
Are you hearing me? Lordship is what it gets you
-
saved. Lordship it means, and it's not
-
even a religious word. It means supreme in authority.
-
It is supreme in authority. In our natural government, we
-
have the highest court. It's called the Supreme Court,
-
and when they lay down a ruling, it becomes the supreme.
-
There is no appeal beyond it. Are you hearing what I'm saying?
-
There is no appeal beyond it is the supreme authority of that
-
case. Well, good news.
-
There's a court above the Supreme Court in.
-
Our nation. 'Cause we're a holy nation, we
-
are peculiar people and it is the throne room of God.
-
It's the throne of grace. Are you hearing me?
-
So we can make an appeal to the highest of High Courts and get
-
his word on the matter and his word will always come to pass.
-
Always. It never fails.
-
Are you hearing me? So Jesus, when he says you're
-
going to call on me to be Lord, you have to have him as supreme
-
in authority. This is not a religious
-
exercise. To make Him Lord means I laid
-
down my life and the life I live now.
-
I live completely at the submission to your will for my
-
life. And why do we do it?
-
Because number one, He loved us and He made he met every
-
condition necessary so that we could voluntarily accept Him as
-
our Lord and yield to His Lordship.
-
And then he makes us in His image.
-
He crowns us as King. He gives us back dominion.
-
He puts authority back on our life.
-
He allows us to rule and reign in this life and the one to
-
come. Wow, what an awesome deal.
-
Not just man you just man. You got to hold on bro.
-
Jesus like, hold on. Stuff down there, man.
-
Stuff did. Jesus say it was tough.
-
Down here, sure he did. He said it this way, though.
-
In this life you're going to have trials and tribulation, and
-
most believers stop there. Oh, it's been hard, It's been
-
hard. Devil's after me.
-
It's hard, man. It's hard down here.
-
It's tough, it's tough. I can't wait to go to heaven.
-
I keep reading the verse. I say keep reading the verse.
-
Quit stopping at the verse in the verse where it meets your
-
emotional feeling. Keep reading.
-
And get in faith, he said. In this life you going to have
-
trials and tribulation. But come on, say.
-
But. But be of good tears doesn't say
-
that doesn't say for you to be crying the whole time.
-
It's hard I. Mean how can you even?
-
Identify as being a victim. Because we've all been a.
-
Victim of something, but he tells us to identify with
-
victory, with cheer. He said be of good cheer.
-
Then he tells you why you can laugh, have joy, be excited.
-
Joy's not temporary. You can have it anytime.
-
You can pull it in, as it was said by the Spirit of the Lord
-
this morning. I can pull it in now.
-
I can pull it in now. I mean, sometimes I wish the
-
Lord would allow me to come by and slap you in the face.
-
I do. And slap that dead look off your
-
face. I mean when you're in this.
-
Kind of environment, knowing what the king does and the best
-
you can do is. I'm like, where's?
-
Joy. Can we not slap some joy on?
-
I mean, how hard is? This to get excited about what
-
Jesus did for you. I mean, it's kind of crazy now,
-
at the end of the day, there have been like the healing
-
revivals where, you know, people had tumors and they're like,
-
punch them and they punched in the tumor.
-
I wish the Lord would say just slap happy on them.
-
Damn. And then they just fall out
-
laughing and get all excited, right?
-
Like, get happy, get excited, man.
-
God loves you. He died for you.
-
He's giving you the ability to reign.
-
He's giving you his Kingdom that cannot be shaken.
-
He said man have. Your what can man do to you
-
people stressing over an election.
-
I mean, all they're doing is talking about it.
-
If we don't elect this one, we're going to lose our whole
-
country. Well, listen, all the countries
-
are being lost because the kingdom's the only one that's
-
going to stay. Now, I'm not saying don't do
-
your responsibility. And it's better when we're in
-
peace because the gospel can go further in peace.
-
However, I don't care how it turns out.
-
At the end of the day. They can never dethrone my king.
-
He was not voted in power. He can't be voted out of power.
-
You can't kill his other kings. You can't suppress his book.
-
You can do none of those things to stop him.
-
We are in an unstoppable force. I wish they'd let me.
-
Preach at one of these little things one day, 'cause at the
-
end of the day man, let's get out of mamby pamby Christianity.
-
Let's become citizens that are locked and united together,
-
changing communities together because we look like God.
-
We don't see as man sees on the outward appearance, we look at
-
the heart. Hallelujah.
-
Amen. The Lord's good.
-
I'm it's going to be like a series now.
-
My creative guy's like, really? Yeah, why not?
-
Let's just preach this thing for a little while.
-
Let me. Close with this thought and then
-
we'll come back to it next week and Genesis 3, as you know.
-
The fall of Man. Most people preach the Bible
-
from Genesis chapter 3 to Revelations chapter 20, and
Genesis 3 chapter mention Revelation 20 chapter mention
-
it's. Called the Fall of Man.
-
They do not deal with how man existed in Genesis one and two,
-
which was a totally different existence, nor did they deal
-
with man's existence from Revelations 21 and 22.
-
Most Christians today would be shocked if you went to them and
-
said said to them you. Know we're not.
-
Going to be in heaven forever. They would be.
-
Shocked at that statement, however, the Bible clearly
-
communicates that there's a new heaven and new Why are.
-
We making a new. Planet.
-
Why? Is the new Jerusalem coming down
-
out of heaven to the. Our modern day US.
-
Christianity has abandoned the earth.
-
Yet God is going to live. Here.
-
Going to set up his. Full blown throne and
-
administration here. Now again.
-
Am I saying that you're not going to heaven?
-
Absolutely. The Bible is very clear to be
-
absent from the body. You'll be what present.
-
With the Lord, where is. The Lord presently at He's in
-
heaven, but is he staying there? He is not.
-
You know what? Most believers would be shocked
-
at this statement because they think when they die, they'll
-
never see sin again. Now it's true they won't
-
participate in it. But they'll see it again.
-
Because after the catching away of the church, Jesus Christ will
-
come back, put his foot down in the earth, and reign for 1000
-
years on a planet without the devil's influence.
-
For 1000. Years where there will be humans
-
that are still in the lost state and we will reign with him on
-
the planet as his judges in different territories.
-
This is. Why it's so important for us to
-
understand the Kingdom? Because most believers are only
-
thinking about going to heaven, receiving a reward that they
-
have no context of what that actually even means.
-
They think, apparently, that they're going to retire.
-
And that angels are going. To swing through and drop grapes
-
in their mouth because they're fat and naked anyway, like
-
little babies, right? Yet the Lord's life, when he
-
rewards you, he's going to say, this is what you're going to do
-
for me in the millennial reign. What we're doing now is the
-
resume for the next Earth. Are you hearing me?
-
But he says to man. You can eat from any tree of
-
the. Garden, but of the tree of the
-
knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for the day you
-
eat you will surely and. Many people ask.
-
Me. Why did God do that if he knew
-
he was going to eat the fruit? Why?
-
Well, I'll tell. You why?
-
Because there's no way for God to know you love him.
-
Unless you are given a. Choice.
-
Jesus. Defines our love for God and it
-
is not the US Christianity definition the US Christianity
-
definition of love is we accept you just as you are that's.
-
Good. We love you, don't matter what.
-
You've done. We love you.
-
That is not biblical definition of love.
-
It's not because God does not love us in our current state, in
-
this context, that He's accepting us.
-
Because if he accepted us in our.
-
Current state. Then there would be no reason
-
for us to be born again. Nor would there be in a.
-
Requirement for blood. I don't have time to teach.
-
On the subject of love though, I will again this year on a Sunday
-
and I will release it because for those that you know, we've
-
gone through this detail and most do not know what we know
-
concerning it. We did not release that series
-
at that time, but the next time we will, OK.
-
And so Jesus met every condition you have fallen into so that you
-
can. Come out of.
-
By making him Lord. But you have to choose so when
-
God says you can eat from any tree of the garden, because here
-
I've made Adam in my image from my breath.
-
He is a living being. He's of my nature.
-
Well God is love. The Bible tells us this in first
-
John that God is love, not that he knows love, but that he is
-
love. So if he came from the nature of
-
God, then Adam himself must be of the nature of love.
-
However, how does God know that Adam loves him?
-
He must do his word. Jesus said this in John 15.
-
He says if conditional statement, if you love me, he
-
did not say you'll tell me, he said you'll keep my word.
-
This is why. I know that there's problems
-
within our Christian community in the earth because we are
-
bringing our independent thinking, Democrat, democratic
-
democracy I. Get to do what I want to do.
-
I have the freedom to. Do what I want to do mentality
-
into the church. Well, that may be good for you.
-
You can do what you want to do with God, but I'm going to God
-
does not have a different standard for his children.
-
And if you're born of his nature, then it's.
-
Easy for you to say, I love doing God because His word is
-
life. And I'm going to demonstrate
-
that I love you because I keep your word.
-
I keep your word. So the fall of man was not a
-
fall from heaven, it was a fall from dominion.
-
So the purpose? And goal.
-
Of God's redemptive plan is to restore mankind back to God's
-
original plan, the restoration. Of God's King's.
-
Dominion to Earth is God's ultimate goal.
-
Adam lost a Kingdom, not a religion, and therefore the
-
redemptive work of the Creator would be the re establishment of
-
his Kingdom on the earth. This is why Jesus only said one
-
time after. Midnight to a.
-
Religious man named nicodemus in John chapter 3 in context to the
John 3 chapter mention
-
Kingdom when nicodemus. A religious leader.
-
That had access to the scrolls, the Torah, the first five books
-
of Moses, the prophets, the minor prophets, Psalms, all
-
those books. And then he looks at you and
-
says you've got to be from God because of the works that you're
-
doing. And Jesus said unless to a man
-
privately, only time he did it. To a man privately.
-
Unless you are born again, you will not see the Kingdom, he
-
said. Unless you're born.
-
Again, you cannot. Enter the Kingdom of God.
-
We emphasize born again. But Jesus's ministry emphasized
-
the Kingdom. And if we would emphasize the
-
Kingdom, then people would say, well, how do I get your Kingdom?
-
And we would be able to say, well man, you just got to be
-
born again. You got to be born from our
-
country, unlike nations that will allow you into their
-
country through paying, taking tests and giving you citizenship
-
of your own merit. This Kingdom of God you must.
-
Become a citizen of it by birthright, which is why
-
Nicodemus. Says this is.
-
Confusing. How can I get back in my mom's
-
womb as a grown man and be born again?
-
He says. You're thinking natural.
-
This is spiritual. You must be a.
-
Natural born or we would say supernatural born citizen of his
-
Kingdom because a better translation actually is you must
-
be born from above. Everywhere else, Jesus said the
-
Kingdom of heaven is like. This and the Kingdom of God is
-
like that, and the Kingdom of heaven is like this and the
-
Kingdom of God. Let me tell you what the Kingdom
-
of God would be compared to. Why is he saying this?
-
Because you need to repent for the Kingdom is at hand.
-
Jesus came to re establish his Kingdom realm to us so that we
-
don't have to wait to rule and reign.
-
We get to participate in it now. And when we do, guess what?
-
It's easy for us to transform our communities because we get
-
to receive from the home country as ambassadors all resources
-
necessary to influence the world with His Kingdom.
-
Heaven is not what we're here to gain.
-
Dominion. And once you get Dominion, then
-
heaven. And earth is easy, I said Heaven
-
and earth is easy. Once you gain dominion, Heaven
-
and earth is easy because then you'll be able to pray to your
-
Father like Jesus said Our Father whose father who art in
-
heaven. Hallowed be your.
-
Name your what Kingdom come your will be done on as it is.
-
You're not missing out on anything.
-
In fact, you are the greatest liberators to the planet today.
-
And this planet needs you. To rise up as a king, a citizen
-
and an ambassador for the king and show them heaven.
-
On Earth through your. Life your behavior and through
-
your demonstrations by his power.
-
That's why it's so. Important for us to know the
-
Kingdom. And the king who's returning.
-
And when the king comes, it's not optional to do what he says.
-
He's life and our King. Says unless a man.
-
'S born again. He shall not see the Kingdom.
-
You need to be born again. Let's pray.
