  1. So in Ephesians chapter one, verse seven, we're going to

  2. start there. I'm going to talk to you about

  3. your allotted portion today. All right, your allotted portion

  4. Ephesians chapter one starting in verse seven, it says in him

  5. that means in the position that he has placed you in him is this

  6. context where you're in him. You're in a denote a denoted

  7. fixed position. You've been fixed here all

  8. right. In Him we have redemption

  9. through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses,

  10. according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us in

  11. all wisdom and insight He made. Come on, He made, He made known

  12. to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind

  13. intentions, which which He purposed in Him with a view to

  14. an administration suitable to the fullness of the times.

  15. That is the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the

  16. heavens, and things on the earth.

  17. In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, having been

  18. predestined according to His purpose, who works all things

  19. after the council of His will, to the end, that we who were the

  20. first to hope in Christ, would be to the praise of His glory.

  21. In Him You also, after listening to the message of truth, the

  22. gospel of your salvation, having also believed you were sealed in

  23. Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a

  24. pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of

  25. God's own possession to the praise of His glory.

  26. Notice in this passage of Scripture, He says in Him a few

  27. times and a lot of times we talk about in him or in Christ, but

  28. most people don't even know what in means.

  29. They don't even know what it really means to be in him in our

  30. circles, in him or in Christ. Realities are spoken of often,

  31. but we are we typically take it through the lens of what we have

  32. in him without understanding the in we're in.

  33. And when I say the in we're in, we're talking about who we're

  34. in, because in him is in Christ. And Christ is not a last name,

  35. it is a title. It is a Greek title that's

  36. equivalent to a Hebrew title called Messiah.

  37. And both of those terms are to be defined as the king.

  38. And so we are in the king, which means we are royalty.

  39. Come on, we are royalty. We are in a royal bloodline, We

  40. have been placed in a royal family.

  41. We are a part of a royal Kingdom.

  42. We are in grafted in in him. All that's in him is in us.

  43. So what's fixed in him becomes fixed in US.

  44. And so there's an inheritance that is spoken of in these

  45. passages of Scripture. I find it interesting in verse

  46. 11, which starts actually 2 words previous in verse 10, it

  47. says in him also we have obtained an inheritance having

  48. been predestined according to His purpose, who works all

  49. things after the counsel of his will.

  50. You understand God will do what He said He will do.

  51. And if we will find out what God has said about us and where He

  52. determined us to be and where He fixed us before the foundations

  53. of the world in His Kingdom and in His King Christ, then we can

  54. walk that path out and have everything destined to us or

  55. allotted to us based upon an inheritance.

  56. Based upon an inheritance. So we see then.

  57. And to remind you in Luke chapter 12, verse 32.

    Luke 12:32

  58. Fear not little flock, for it is your father's.

  59. What good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.

  60. To give you the Kingdom. Yeah.

  61. Wow, that's so awesome. Listen to this in Hebrews

    Hebrews 11 chapter mention

  62. Chapter 11 verse says it says without faith it's impossible to

  63. please God, right? So to be pleasing to him would

  64. bring God pleasure, right? So there's pleasure in pleasing

  65. all right. So it's God's good pleasure to

  66. what do you understand God's in faith that you'll receive what

  67. he has for you. He's believing that you'll get

  68. it. He has a confident expectation,

  69. a hope that you would receive. In essence, he's working

  70. everything out so that you have an opportunity in order to walk

  71. in what you've been predestined. And predestined doesn't mean it

  72. happens without your involvement.

  73. Predestined means God has a plan for every human that He saw in

  74. Christ. Should you accept His Son by

  75. faith through the death, burial, resurrection?

  76. If you'll do that, He'll put you on the path He predestined

  77. before the foundations of the world.

  78. But if you choose not to, then you abort your Kingdom

  79. assignment or your allotment with the Lord of your own free

  80. will. But if you'll get in his will,

  81. if you'll jump sides, if you'll come over into his Kingdom, then

  82. you will be able to walk this thing out.

  83. So he said fear not meaning don't be afraid, meaning it

  84. doesn't matter what's going on in the world, you shouldn't sit

  85. in fear doesn't matter what's happening in our nation doesn't

  86. matter what's happening in in the world doesn't matter with

  87. wars and rumors of war, doesn't matter with famines.

  88. It doesn't matter with pestilence, doesn't matter about

  89. those things. You are the fear not fear not.

  90. Fear not. Fear not.

  91. Fear not, fear not. Let me tell you, even to this

  92. level, you are not to fear, even if natural laws take away your

  93. liberty. Natural laws may strip you of

  94. your rights, but they cannot strip you of Kingdom rights.

  95. And when Kingdom rights are in play still, what can you fear?

  96. Because when Peter was thrown in jail after King Herod saw that

  97. the Jews loved that he killed James the brother of John.

  98. He said I'm going to kill Peter too, but we going to wait till

  99. after the Passover. And so the laws were against

  100. Peter. The persecution was there, but

  101. he fell asleep in the midst of a prison.

  102. He was full of peace. He had no anxiety or worry

  103. because even in Peter's mind, if if they take my life tomorrow,

  104. I'll just be present with the Lord.

  105. However, God was not finished with Peter and caused an Angel

  106. to do a prison break and bust him out of jail with the

  107. jailer's chain to him. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

  108. So in No Fear, God can deliver you, He can translate you.

  109. It doesn't matter what's going on.

  110. Why are we afraid of anything? Not when you're a Kingdom

  111. citizen, Not when you know who you are in Christ, Not when

  112. you're walking out the allotted portion.

  113. The Bible is very clear. You cannot be taken out by any

  114. enemy if you are in the plan and purpose of God and you are

  115. pursuing it. If you are pursuing it, God will

  116. allow you to finish your course. I'm not saying that the end of

  117. your course could not be being martyred.

  118. I'm not saying that because Peter was martyred.

  119. Paul was martyred, OK, but they finished their course is what

  120. I'm saying. They finished.

  121. However, many will never experience being martyred.

  122. They will can just finish their course and then leave and go on

  123. and be with the Lord. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

  124. So in essence, why would we ever be in fear when we're guaranteed

  125. by the King that He will accomplish in US everything He

  126. purposed or predestined before the foundation of the world that

  127. we would walk in according to the council of his will?

  128. Cannot be taken out, cannot be stopped, can't happen.

  129. Acts chapter 26 verse 18 says this open to open their eyes and

    Acts 26:18

  130. determine them from darkness to light and from the power of

  131. Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and

  132. inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in

  133. them. Notice Jesus Christ came to give

  134. you the Kingdom. In order for you to walk in the

  135. Kingdom, you're going to have to be saved or born of that

  136. Kingdom. We use the term born again, but

  137. the correct way to say that is born from above.

  138. In essence, Jesus is saying you must become a legal citizen of

  139. my Kingdom. And in order to be a legal

  140. citizen of my Kingdom, you have to be born of my Kingdom.

  141. And so Nicodemus was like, how can I be born from above or born

  142. again? I cannot go back into my

  143. mother's womb. I'm an older man.

  144. He says you're missing it. This is not a natural thing,

  145. this is a spiritual thing. And so when we believe that

  146. Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose from the grave, and we

  147. confess with our mouth Jesus is Lord, we become a new creature.

  148. Where? What?

  149. In Christ we are fixed in a position, seated on the throne,

  150. raised up in heavenly places. In Christ, we're seated there,

  151. We're placed there. In essence, He takes us into the

  152. family. He pulls us out of the domain of

  153. darkness or the power of the enemy.

  154. He pulls us away from the power of Satan, and He moves us into

  155. the family of God, where we again are royalty.

  156. We are a holy nation, a peculiar people, a royal priesthood, all

  157. right, and it gives us an inheritance.

  158. Look what it says in Colossians 112 through 14.

  159. Give me thanks to the Father who has qualified, Say I'm

  160. qualified, say I'm qualified, who has qualified us to share in

  161. the inheritance of the Saints in light.

  162. For he rescued us from the domain of darkness and

  163. transferred us to the Kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have

  164. redemption, the forgiveness of sin.

  165. Do you understand? We are transferred into the

  166. Kingdom not when we go to heaven.

  167. We are transferred in the Kingdom the minute we are born

  168. again or born from above, the minute we confess Christ as

  169. Lord. The sin account that we have is

  170. taken off our books. I said taking off our books.

  171. The blood that has been poured on the mercy seat now has been

  172. applied. You know, we talk a lot about

  173. grace and we don't talk enough about mercy because again, in

  174. order for the grace of God to get active in your life through

  175. faith, mercy first showed up. We say, but for the grace of

  176. God, really it's but for the mercy of God, grace came by

  177. faith because the the blood is not on the grace seat.

  178. It's on a mercy seat. I said it's on a mercy seat, and

  179. when we didn't deserve mercy, God gave us mercy.

  180. But mercy comes at a cost. Mercy is not free.

  181. Mercy comes by way of the blood. And so blood is poured on the

  182. mercy seat, which now can be transferred to your account.

  183. Why? Because of the throne of grace.

  184. God's empowering grace. He says, I'm going to give you

  185. what you don't deserve, which is forgiveness.

  186. And then when you receive my son, I'm going to empower you

  187. with the same grace that comes from my throne, which is an

  188. empowering grace to overcome every form of temptation.

  189. And it's all activated by the principle of faith you believe

  190. and firmly persuaded in your heart.

  191. So we are, we have been qualified, say qualified.

  192. Come on, stay qualified. We have been qualified because

  193. we're born again. You're not qualified because you

  194. were good enough. You're not qualified because you

  195. deserve it. You are qualified because by

  196. faith you received Jesus and have been given a new name and

  197. then been given the name, the name that's above every name.

  198. And what's been qualified in Him has now been given to you and

  199. you have a right to it based upon that.

  200. Hallelujah. You have a right to it because

  201. of your birthright. Inheritance by definition means

  202. an allotted portion. You need to walk in your

  203. allotted portion. Notice here in verse 12 again,

  204. it says who qualified us to share, say share.

  205. So guess what? You don't get all of the

  206. inheritance. It's amazing how many Saints

  207. want to be the the closest one that looks like the Messiah.

  208. They want to be the anointed one, the one that everyone comes

  209. to, the one that everyone wants to get a word from, the one that

  210. everyone has their hands, has their hands laid upon them.

  211. The one who prophesied, the one who no, we're share.

  212. We share in this thing. Nobody, no one has it all.

  213. No one was supposed to have it all.

  214. But when we come together as one, then it's all available.

  215. I said it's all available. This is why the church is so

  216. important, because I need your allotment.

  217. You need my allotment. There's times we're going to

  218. come together a lot. You need the allotment that's

  219. bestowed on me. I need the allotment that's

  220. bestowed on you so that when we all come together, the full

  221. inheritance begins to manifest. In fact, I'm quite persuaded

  222. that the local body has the full measure of the inheritance.

  223. Now, when I say that, don't equate that with the corporate

  224. church, Don't equate that with the corporate church.

  225. OK, when I say corporate church, that means every church that's

  226. out there that's professing Jesus Christ as Lord.

  227. What I'm saying is is that this church when we come together, we

  228. have every bit of the resource available to us and through us

  229. for this assignment that other bodies we're not dependent on

  230. those we're not because God's assigned us in this location

  231. where we get the full measure. How do I know this Because

  232. Ephesians tells us that when we come to maturity that we would

  233. be complete, we would develop the fullness of Christ.

  234. And this is you can't be this where someone in Indian, someone

  235. in Kenya, someone out because we're not assembling physically

  236. with them. This has to do with the ones

  237. that are assembling physically together.

  238. We can have a completion of all the inheritance from the Kingdom

  239. of Heaven to manifest through our lives corporately and not

  240. lack anything that's financially, that's physically,

  241. that's emotionally, there's not a lack when we come together,

  242. but we're sharing. Come on, we're sharing.

  243. You're going to have to learn to share.

  244. I said you have to learn to share.

  245. Got to share better. You know, you got to play well

  246. with others. If you're one of those that

  247. doesn't play well with others, you need to repent.

  248. Get it together, because you're going to have to learn to play

  249. well with others. Because God did not come and

  250. save you. He didn't come and save you.

  251. He came so that everyone can be saved, of which you're one of

  252. them. So the inheritance was never

  253. designed to be available only when you die and go to heaven,

  254. but was designed to be available because he died.

  255. I said he died. An inheritance is something you

  256. receive because someone has died.

  257. And it's amazing how many believers are waiting to inherit

  258. heaven. When the Lord's like, I'll get

  259. it down on the earth, I'll get it down there.

  260. You don't have to wait on this thing.

  261. I don't want you waiting. I want you receiving it is the

  262. Father's good pleasure to what give you the Kingdom, his King's

  263. dominion now to function in it. And he's giving you and me an

  264. allotted portion. And when we all come together,

  265. we have a complete portion of his inheritance that we get to

  266. function and walk in because Christ died.

  267. And here's what's so awesome about this inheritance we have

  268. because when you sit down and Reese and the reading of the

  269. will has come, you know, by the legal people of what is yours

  270. through the inheritance. What's so awesome is there's no

  271. way it could be corrupted because Jesus rose on the third

  272. day and comes and tells you Now let me tell you all that I died

  273. and left you. It became legal because I died

  274. and I'm alive to make sure you get exactly what I've died for.

  275. Amen. I mean, the devil has been in

  276. multiple will readings telling them can't have this, you can't

  277. have healing, that's for later. You can't have joy.

  278. You just going to have you can't have, you can't have, you cannot

  279. have, you cannot have, you cannot have, right saying these

  280. things. Yet they won't listen to Jesus

  281. in the room that says, that's not what I meant, that's not

  282. what I wrote, that's not what I'm saying.

  283. Come on. Look at Romans chapter 8, verse

    Romans 8:14–17

  284. 14 to 17. Come on, let's talk about our

  285. lot of portion. It says for all, for all who

  286. have been, who are being led by the Spirit of God.

  287. These are sons of God. So a confession of faith gets us

  288. in the family. Then God expects us.

  289. They expects us, expects us to have an ear to hear the Holy

  290. Spirit. What does this look like?

  291. The great fallacy that permeates our culture and has hit other

  292. nations because we are the greatest export exporters of

  293. missionaries to the world. And as a result of of sending

  294. out missionaries, many have gone out with the intent to tell

  295. people that Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave

  296. and that is true and that if you call on his name you'll be

  297. saved. That is true.

  298. But it's all in the package of where are you going to go when

  299. you die? It is not a reading of the will.

  300. Let me tell you what is yours now in Christ because we would

  301. be dominating nations if this was the case, OK.

  302. And so because. There has been this digression

  303. of not talking of all the full counsel of God, just this really

  304. escapism. I don't want to go to hell, I

  305. want to go to heaven. I know I'm wrong.

  306. Jesus's blood forgave me. I'm going to ask him to come to

  307. my heart now. I know I'm going to heaven when

  308. I die. And that's the sum of the

  309. conversation. However, the Lord, when you

  310. received Christ, expected you to have a revelation of a thing

  311. called Lordship, not Savior ship.

  312. Christ saved us and we've said this here at Anchor Faith Church

  313. on multiple occasions. You can find this in the book of

  314. Beginnings, which is the plan for man.

  315. God said in Acts chapter one, when he has created this heaven

  316. and earth that has no sin in it. Genesis one, no sin.

  317. He's created the heavens and the earth, no sin in this earth He

  318. has he places his man there. He said let us make man in our

  319. image according to our likeness and let them have what dominion

  320. over the fish of the sea. You know the Scripture.

  321. Then he goes and he takes the man in the second chapter, still

  322. no sin, tells him to take care of the garden, keep it, all

  323. these particular things. And then he says this.

  324. He says this because I need to know you love me, because love

  325. is demonstrated through obedience.

  326. And he says to him, Adam, you can eat from any tree or man.

  327. You can eat from any tree of the garden, but of the tree of the

  328. knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat.

  329. For the day you eat you will surely.

  330. And we've asked this question, if Adam had never eaten the

  331. fruit, where would he be today to be right here on the earth,

  332. which means Adam was never singing.

  333. When we all get to heaven. Adam did not have a desire to go

  334. to heaven because God came to the planet all the time.

  335. And it's amazing how many people struggle with that one thought

  336. because it's really not about location anyway.

  337. It's about being present with the Lord.

  338. I mean, if Jesus Christ came and manifested right here on the

  339. platform right now and said to you, I want to go home with you,

  340. would you say no, or you can go to my house, but I want to go to

  341. heaven. I mean, you're with Jesus,

  342. right? In fact, the Scripture says to

  343. be absent from the body is to be what?

  344. Present with the Lord. He is presently in heaven, but

  345. we know he's not staying there. The point is, is that that Adam

  346. was not looking for a place to go because he was already in a

  347. perfect place and God was with him already, but because Adam

  348. fell from dominion, not heaven. And redemption is to put us back

  349. in this dominion state, not to take us to heaven, although we

  350. will go there. We will transfer there for a

  351. time, although we won't be there permanently.

  352. Because I'm going to be where the Father is.

  353. And if you want to know where the Father is going to be, read

  354. Revelations 21 and 22. Because I'm going to be where

  355. the Father is and when I'm going to be with the Father, because

  356. that's all that matters. And So what we've done is we've

  357. gone around and we've had this expectation.

  358. So we said this, if Adam had never eaten the fruit, then he

  359. would still be on the earth, which means Jesus never would

  360. have needed to save us. Jesus would not need to be

  361. Savior. So Savior is an assignment

  362. because Adam fell, but he's always been Lord.

  363. And salvation is not about just Savior Jesus.

  364. It's about actually making Jesus Lord.

  365. Now Lord means supreme and authority.

  366. It's not a religious word at all.

  367. Yet we've made the message of Jesus religious.

  368. Just ask Jesus into your heart to save you.

  369. That way when you die, you'll go to heaven.

  370. Well, it's not about asking Jesus to come into your heart

  371. and save you alone. It's about making him Lord of

  372. your life where now you are yielded and submitted to his

  373. will because he's the one who's supreme in authority.

  374. This is why Romans brings a little more clarity and says,

  375. now listen, you want to know if you're a son of God, you're

  376. going to be led by the Spirit, which means you're not calling

  377. the shots. God is so true.

  378. Sons of God are having an attentive ear to hear what the

  379. Spirit is saying and saying. Yes Sir, because your Lord.

  380. It's your will, not my will. This is extremely important

  381. because you're not going to walk in your allotted portion of the

  382. inheritance if you are not yielding to the voice that you

  383. are supposed to be submitted because you made Jesus your Lord

  384. who happened to save you from your sins.

  385. And for some people, they say, well, that's semantics.

  386. It's not semantics because people who live a life according

  387. to Savior Jesus and those who live a life according to Lord

  388. Jesus live two different lives. Savior Jesus, people will be

  389. sick, will be carnal, will live much like the world, but will

  390. tell you they're going to heaven when they die.

  391. And when you look at them on the outside, they look like they are

  392. subject to the rest of the world.

  393. And like the rest of the world, they're up and down, highs and

  394. lows, no consistency in their life, none.

  395. But you get around someone who's Jesus is Lord.

  396. Oh, that person's a totally different person.

  397. They begin to walk in the covenant rice.

  398. They walk in their inheritance. They begin to walk in their

  399. authority. They begin to manifest the

  400. Kingdom in their lives to where people would say you're not even

  401. of this world Savior Christians, they look like the world and

  402. they make basically live this life.

  403. I'm just a sorry Sinner saved by grace.

  404. I mean, I sin every day too, but I'm going to heaven when I die.

  405. That is not what God expected. God expected that we come out of

  406. that darkness. We are no longer subject to sin,

  407. that we would be above it and then we walk in the authority

  408. that we have. So Romans 4814 says, and all who

  409. are being led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God.

  410. You have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear

  411. again. Again, fear not little flop, for

  412. your father has chosen what come on chosen what come on chosen

  413. what to give you the Kingdom For you not received a spirit of

  414. fear again or a spirit of slavery leading to fear again,

  415. but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we

  416. cry out ABBA father. Now that's an interesting word,

  417. adoption here because you're like, wait a minute, I thought I

  418. was born of God. How can I just be adopted?

  419. Well, this word adopted really just means you've been

  420. possessed, positioned, you've been put in a in a position, all

  421. right, says the Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that

  422. we are children of God. And if children, then what are

  423. we? What are we?

  424. Come on, help me out. What are we?

  425. We're heirs, also heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ.

  426. So we're heirs of God, but we're fellow heirs with Christ, if

  427. indeed we suffer with him, so that we may also be glorified

  428. with him. And you know, the sufferings

  429. we're going to have with Jesus is we're going to put down our

  430. will to do the will of the Father.

  431. The sufferings Jesus did was to resist temptations, to handle

  432. trials and tribulations, to not speak his own mind, but to only

  433. speak what his Father said. Remember what he said one time

  434. to the crowd? He said, how much longer must I

  435. suffer with thee? Now they weren't beating because

  436. when we say suffering, most of us think, well, that's the

  437. beatings. Well, that what that did there

  438. was a physical suffering he took that is true statement.

  439. But again, we're not going to take 39 stripes on our back.

  440. So it's not physical beatings that make us the same, it is the

  441. context that we are denying self, denying our will to do His

  442. will. We take up our cross, meaning we

  443. take up our assignment and purpose, not our own.

  444. We deny ourselves like Christ denied himself.

  445. I don't come to do my own will, but only of the will of the one

  446. who sent me. OK, and so then we are heirs.

  447. The word heir means one who receives his allotted possession

  448. by right of sonship. So you are an heir because of a

  449. rite of sonship. Aren't you glad you're born

  450. again? Aren't you glad you said goodbye

  451. yesterday? I'm not living that way anymore.

  452. Amen. My wife and I don't talk a whole

  453. lot about our yesterday. I mean, it's uncomfortable for

  454. us to talk about our yesterday. There are times that we may

  455. communicate a little bit about our yesterday because they can

  456. help somebody get out of there today.

  457. But I don't dwell on my yesterday.

  458. I don't focus on it. In fact, to talk about it

  459. grieves me because it grieve God that I live that kind of

  460. existence. And that's why Jesus came, so I

  461. could get out of it. So I don't revel in it.

  462. I don't prop it up. I just get excited about what

  463. Christ has done. I'll talk more about Christ and

  464. this new life I'm in than the one I came out of.

  465. Now, that doesn't mean I've forgotten where I've come from.

  466. But I don't dwell, will I? Where I've come from.

  467. I don't dwell there. I've been redeemed, I've been

  468. changed, I've been bought and paid for.

  469. I'm not even the same person. It's like even kind of odd to

  470. talk about it 'cause I'm so different.

  471. OK, but verse 17 of Romans 8IN the easy read version, I like

  472. this. Look what it says.

  473. If we are God's children, are you God's children?

  474. Come on, are you God's children? We will get the blessings God

  475. has for His people. Notice this next statement.

  476. He will give us all that He has given Christ.

  477. He will give us all He has given Christ.

  478. Everything the Father has given Jesus, he will give.

  479. Everything the Father has given Jesus, he will give.

  480. Now notice it's still an allotted portion.

  481. Now there's some things you get full things of you get full

  482. healing, you get full provision, you get full joy.

  483. But then your gift, there's a portion of your gifting or your

  484. assignment that's connected with other people's assignment.

  485. And when you stay connected in those veins, then it ultimately

  486. releases the full measure. It's when you disconnect from

  487. those individuals that your your portion can dwindle.

  488. I'll give you a great example of this.

  489. I didn't think I was going to go here but I will.

  490. Just in a quick recap, the father gave two sons their

  491. inheritance because the younger one did not want to wait for his

  492. father to die. So when he requested that he get

  493. his inheritance, now he receive it.

  494. Now his father gave it to him while alive.

  495. But in order for him to give the younger son his inheritance, he

  496. must give the older son his as well.

  497. And the older son, concerning this particular nation, received

  498. a double portion of the inheritance.

  499. So the younger son received his allotted portion.

  500. And instead of staying with the family, with the household, he

  501. took his allotted portion and did it his way.

  502. So the minute he disconnected the allotted portion, he had

  503. dwindled up, died, and he became impoverished.

  504. Well, people don't realize when they're in connection with the

  505. churches. When you start to start flowing

  506. in your inheritance, if you get out of the place you're

  507. assigned, it will seem good for a while because it seemed good

  508. with this guy. In fact, when he first left, it

  509. seemed like he had hit the jackpot.

  510. He was in the slap will of God. He was having the best life

  511. ever. And if he would have been on

  512. social media, he'd have been posting all the great things

  513. that he was accomplishing. Now that he has left the house,

  514. but we would have recognized later on, there's very few posts

  515. happening what seems to have happened.

  516. So again, just because in the beginning stages it seems like

  517. it's all there, if you're not where you're supposed to be

  518. planted, it will eventually dry up.

  519. And here's the only remedy. Are you ready for this?

  520. The only remedy is you have to go back to the house repented.

  521. You have to come back repented. If you never come back in a

  522. position of repentance, then you'll never receive any more

  523. allotted portion. Wow, are you hearing me?

  524. He will give us all that He has given Christ.

  525. Well, what has Christ been given?

  526. Look at Matthew 18 or 28. Matthew 28.

  527. Amen. Matthew 28 You ready to shout?

  528. Because everything I'm a read is yours.

  529. He will give us all that He has given Christ.

  530. OK. And Jesus came up and spoke to

  531. them, saying all authority has been given to me in heaven and

  532. on earth. What did the Father give Jesus?

  533. All where and and do you have some authority now?

  534. You have it because he has it. You have it because he has it.

  535. This is not an authority you have on your own.

  536. This is an authority because you're in Christ.

  537. You've been raised up and seated with him.

  538. When God looks at you, he's like that guys on the throne.

  539. That woman's on the throne. That's my child.

  540. They're speaking on behalf of my son.

  541. This is why he says whatever you bind on earth shall have been

  542. bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have

  543. been loosed in heaven, because all authority has been given to

  544. our King Jesus, which means we share.

  545. Whoa, we share in that inheritance.

  546. We have authority over sickness, disease.

  547. We have authority over poverty and lack.

  548. We have authority over This is why, you know, when I hear the

  549. mantra of, you know, are, are you being depressed right now?

  550. You know, you know, people are are being I'm like, have they

  551. forgotten their authority? Now, again, don't get me wrong,

  552. I understand that things will attack us.

  553. I get it that again, you know, you hear people say, well, I

  554. just want to be honest. Fine, can I be honest?

  555. Honestly, all of us deal with thoughts.

  556. Quit trying to attach yourself to humanity instead of your

  557. sonship. I mean, if you have to get

  558. around those people who can let you know that they feel like

  559. you, they hurt like you, they deal with things like we all

  560. deal with stuff. That's not the point.

  561. The point is we overcome it and it's amazing how many people

  562. get, they don't want to get around the one that's like, you

  563. have the victory and you can, you know, walk in joy and like,

  564. well, you know, it seems like those people never have any.

  565. We have the same stuff. We just choose to not dwell on

  566. it. So the minute you're like, well,

  567. it seems like they have no problems at all, You should know

  568. that's a lie. In fact, if you associate with

  569. someone, it's seeming like they don't have any problems.

  570. You should probably say I ought to get around them a little bit

  571. more and see how they're able to manifest that all the time

  572. 'cause I know that they're dealing with stuff like I do,

  573. but they seem to manifest Kingdom responses more

  574. frequently. But the church, well, I just

  575. want to be real. Just because you have real

  576. attacks doesn't make that more significant than we have real

  577. victory in Christ. And that's the goal is not to

  578. talk about our problems and to share our issues.

  579. Oh, good. I thought I was the only one.

  580. You're not the only one. You'll never not be the only one

  581. which is a double negative. So you shouldn't say that you

  582. will never be the only one that has problems that somebody else

  583. currently is not facing, which I still put a knot in off.

  584. We'll, we'll work it out. It's a long sentence.

  585. Maybe I should have put a period somewhere.

  586. Praise the Lord. So Jesus said all authority has

  587. been given to me in heaven and earth.

  588. Guess what, You have have authority.

  589. I said you have authority. Your current financial situation

  590. is not a problem. You have authority.

  591. Whatever you're going through is not the problem.

  592. You have authority. You just need a word from the

  593. King. He said go, therefore make

  594. disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of

  595. the Father Son, teaching them to observe all that I come in to

  596. you and lo, I'm with you even to the end of the age.

  597. Wow, John 14 verses 12 to 14 says this truly, truly, He says

    John 14:12–14

  598. this twice. Truly, truly, in case you think

  599. he's lying about it truly, truly because Jesus not a man, God's

  600. not a man that he shall lie. Jesus is of the Father.

  601. They are one, so Jesus cannot lie either.

  602. So when he says truly, truly he's like, you need to listen

  603. what I'm saying. This is the truth.

  604. Truly, truly, I say to you, he. He who believes, those who

  605. believes, are you a believer? Come on, are you a believer?

  606. He who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also in

  607. greater works than these he will do because I go to the Father.

  608. Whatever the Father has done in Christ, He has given it to you.

  609. You have an inheritance. This is why we are not the

  610. weakest thing. We are the greatest thing on

  611. planet earth today. We have, we have, we are the

  612. most attacked entity because we are the greatest example of

  613. God's Kingdom ever. The church is God's message to

  614. the world. The church is Jesus Christ is

  615. coming back for the church, not for individuals, but for the

  616. church that has individuals within it.

  617. He's coming back for the church. The church is the manifest

  618. presence of the fullness of Christ and his Kingdom and man.

  619. All of us when we come together and believe, we do greater works

  620. because all of us are doing the things that Christ did when he

  621. was on the planet. My gosh, verse 13, whatever.

  622. Now again, this whatever is not a whatever like you to make this

  623. up, whatever, this is a whatever in connection to His will.

  624. So again, we got to get it with the Bible first.

  625. John 5 says if we ask anything according to His will, He hears

  626. us, and we have that which we asked for.

  627. Why? Because God will always do His

  628. own word. And we read when we first opened

  629. this up in Ephesians, that God who predestined us to do a

  630. particular work according to His counsel, His will, His purpose,

  631. when we are connected to His word and His purpose.

  632. Jesus said, I say nothing on my own initials, but only what the

  633. Father says. So whatever is, is more clear to

  634. say whatever we're saying according to the will of our

  635. Father, you ask in the name of Jesus, and that will no, I do so

  636. that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

  637. You understand this, You know why many of us are not seeing

  638. things that are rightfully ours in covenant.

  639. I'm going to tell you the number one ingredient.

  640. Why you do not see it quicker is because your prayer actually has

  641. a bit of selfish desire in it. Now, what do I mean by that?

  642. It means this in the name of Jesus, I believe that I'm

  643. healed. Now that's covenant, right?

  644. But yet I'm not seeing healing. Well, if you have this in you

  645. that says I prayed and I asked the Lord to heal me and he did,

  646. Now you're time to take an ownership and get a little bit

  647. of ownership in that. And I laid hands on people and

  648. they received the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

  649. Well, you didn't do that. I mean, you did your part, but

  650. if you don't watch out, it can get where you were.

  651. P The hardest thing to do is to get people to quit looking at

  652. you, but you can keep it in your heart that way.

  653. I said you can keep it in your heart that way because when

  654. you're doing the works of Jesus, you want them to say, man,

  655. that's what Jesus would do. Not all.

  656. Well, you need, you know, Pastor Angie to do this.

  657. Pastor Angie has no power in love herself.

  658. Everything she has is in Christ. So we don't flock to her for a

  659. because of her. We want God glorified.

  660. Look what God did. And you know, as a church, let's

  661. get better at that. Let's get better at recognizing

  662. God even though God's working through us.

  663. Let's get better at that, which means then when something

  664. happens in essence, like today, don't go home and say, you know,

  665. Pastor Marcy and Pastor Angie had a word.

  666. They didn't. God had a word for us through

  667. them. Now again, this is not

  668. dishonouring people who are in positions, but yet the focus

  669. should be man. The Lord spoke to us today a

  670. very encouraging where it should come out that way.

  671. Really what happened Well, Pastor Marcy happened to get up

  672. again. She just became the vessel.

  673. But when we LED with God was doing something, then we're

  674. giving God glory first. Wow, that worship.

  675. God was so powerful in worship today.

  676. Really, what happened? Well, as Chelsea LED or as

  677. Bridget did, then you know, we're talking about the

  678. individuals or vessels he used. But God got glory first.

  679. Let's be a better church at being able to communicate what

  680. God's doing 1st, and then we can acknowledge the vessels by which

  681. He did something. Are you hearing what I'm saying?

  682. And we would be a lot further along if we did this because

  683. then ministries wouldn't dry up and die when a personality left

  684. wouldn't dry up and die because a personality left.

  685. The church is not built on personality.

  686. Man's church is built on personality, but Christ's church

  687. is built on the King, built on Jesus, and He's number one in

  688. our lives. And man was his presence, not

  689. with us today and still through the ministry of this word right

  690. now. So again, truly, truly says he

  691. who believes in me the worst that I do, He will do also

  692. greater works than these He will do.

  693. Aren't you glad you can do greater works?

  694. Say I can do greater works. Say I do greater works.

  695. Now you have to believe that you have an inheritance.

  696. Again, the inheritance is not what you did, it's what Christ

  697. did. Just enjoy the inheritance, but

  698. you have to work the inheritance.

  699. If I left you $10 million upon my death and put it in an

  700. account with your name on it, well, it will do you no good if

  701. you never go to the bank. Pull it out.

  702. You have. We have to work the inheritance

  703. by faith. It's not what I deserve.

  704. It's what I receive because I've come into His Kingdom and I'm

  705. going to enjoy it. I'm going to work this thing by

  706. faith. I'm going to do greater works.

  707. I'm going to do greater works. I'm going to do greater works.

  708. Why? Because Christ wants to be

  709. glorified. Hallelujah.

  710. Hallelujah. John chapter 15, verse 16.

    John 15:16

  711. Jesus says you did not choose me, but I chose you and

  712. appointed you. Say I'm appointed that you would

  713. go and bear fruit and that your fruit would remain, so that

  714. whatever you ask of the Father of my name, He may give it to

  715. you. He wants your fruit to remain.

  716. God expects when you became a child of God is that you would

  717. have remaining fruit. You would bear fruit.

  718. You would do this. And we need to continually bear

  719. fruit. Keep bearing fruit, keep bearing

  720. fruit, keep bearing fruit, keep bearing fruit, just bear fruit.

  721. Hallelujah, because God chose you.

  722. You've been handpicked by the King and He picked you when you

  723. were not even desirable. Matt Hunt, would you stand up?

  724. Matt Hunt has the right. He has the right and the claim

  725. to fame to be the very first pick of Anchor Faith Church's

  726. flag Football League. He is the first ever first pick.

  727. Thank you, Matthew. Yeah.

  728. Now his friend just happened to. Didn't know, didn't know that he

  729. wasn't necessarily a strong football player.

  730. Right. Typically you pick first pick

  731. based upon ability, not friendship.

  732. I know you wanted me to leave that out, but it's relevant

  733. right now to the message. The point is is that in one

  734. sense he did not deserve to be first picked based upon ability

  735. or talent, but he has the title nonetheless.

  736. We understand when we were lost in our trespasses and sin man,

  737. we were not in a position to be first pick on God's team.

  738. But God being rich in his mercy man, he laid down his life.

  739. Why so you can become his first pick on the team.

  740. Now you say how do you know it's how can I be first pick when so

  741. many people got born again? We're all on the same seat.

  742. Oh, y'all don't want to hear that?

  743. There is no. And I used to play band, OK.

  744. And in band they have first seat, second seat, third seat.

  745. Come on, y'all who know that when you go to orchestra, not

  746. everybody's on the 1st and there's first seat, first chair.

  747. You can be first seat, second chair, OK, which means you play

  748. the first chair, seat part, but you're in a different chair.

  749. It means you're not as powerful as first seat, first chair.

  750. Well, there's only one chair up in heaven.

  751. I said there's a chair where Jesus sits.

  752. John, you're on it, I'm on it, my wife's on it.

  753. Marissa, you're on it. It's the same seat, first seat,

  754. first chair in Christ. We're all first picks.

  755. Whoa, glory to God. That way when Jesus says, I'm

  756. calling up Marissa, that's my best athlete right now, that's

  757. my first pick to move by the Spirit right now to do what I

  758. need to be done in my body right now to perform this task.

  759. Not well. I don't have anybody else.

  760. I guess I'll pick, Nope, that's not how it works, Amen.

  761. Just walk in that inheritance. We'll close with this passage of

  762. Scripture. John chapter 16.

    John 16 chapter mention

  763. We have some water baptism to do today and we get to rejoice in

  764. that, Amen. And John 1623 to 26, it says

  765. this. In that day you will not

  766. question me about anything. Truly, Truly, I say to you, if

  767. you ask the Father for anything in my name, he will give it to

  768. you. Until now you have not asked for

  769. nothing in my name. Ask and you will receive, so

  770. that your joy may be made full, these things I've spoken to you

  771. in figurative language. An hour is coming when I will no

  772. longer speak to you in a figurative language, but will

  773. tell you plainly of the Father. In that day you will ask in my

  774. name, and I do not say to you that I will request of the

  775. Father on your behalf. That's a powerful statement,

  776. which means all authority that's been given Him in heaven and

  777. earth been given to you, and that the Holy Spirit is #1

  778. revealing the written word of God to us so that it becomes

  779. revelation of our inheritance. And the Father is still speaking

  780. to us through the sun by the Spirit of things that are

  781. necessary for today. That is not technically written

  782. in Scripture. Now, when I say that, I'm not

  783. saying you can get your own revelation.

  784. I'm saying it has to do with your own personal walk.

  785. What do I mean by that? I'll give you the example that

  786. just popped in my head from Pastor Lynette.

  787. Pastor Lynette Hagen was going home one day, she said.

  788. And she was driving. And she was, you know, kind of

  789. late, and she didn't have much time to go home and come back to

  790. the church. So she was moving pretty quick.

  791. And in her spirit, she heard slow down.

  792. In her spirit, you kept moving at that same speed.

  793. In her spirit, it got a little louder, a little more

  794. authoritative. Slow down.

  795. She says she pulled off the gas. OK.

  796. And she pulled off the gas as she was approaching a green

  797. light in her intersection. She pulled off the gas, slowed

  798. down, was coming into the light, and just before she got there a

  799. car blew through and ran a red light.

  800. If she had not listened to that voice, it would have T boned her

  801. and most likely she would not be in the planet today.

  802. Again, the Father speaks to us today that are not directly off

  803. pages, but they're in line with Scripture.

  804. OK, because God will deliver us out of our trouble.

  805. She didn't even know trouble was coming.

  806. He will deliver you from the snare of death, the valley of

  807. the shadow of death. He can deliver.

  808. And there was the case in point. And He delivered her that day

  809. because she obeyed the leading of the she was, because she

  810. could have just went on home and been with Jesus if she had not

  811. developed herself to hear and respond to the leading of the

  812. Spirit. So there are things we're going

  813. to ask for in his name because all authority has been given to

  814. us because we have an inheritance.

  815. We have a right to things that are ours in the King, in Christ.

  816. I'm not listing the mall today. You need to most of you know

  817. this. For those who don't, we'll

  818. continue to do teaching to to let you know cuz when we talk

  819. about healing, when we talk about provision, when we when we

  820. talk about you know, our attitude and, and, and taking

  821. captive thoughts. These are all thoughts have no

  822. right to rule your mind. Thoughts have no right to come

  823. and talk to your mind anytime they want to.

  824. You actually have authority to control what's in your brain.

  825. You have been given the authority to take every thought

  826. captive. Thoughts don't even have the

  827. right to run through your brain. That's a inherited right.

  828. That's part of an what the heir's portion is, that you're

  829. no longer having to just filter everything or be subject to

  830. everything that comes across your mind, nor do you have to

  831. say it. You don't have to give everybody

  832. a piece of your mind, Amen. But you can take these things

  833. captive because this authority we have been given covers so

  834. many things. And what's the most important

  835. about we being heirs is this. I'm going to close with this

  836. thought. Psalm.

  837. The Psalms tells us Psalms 24 believe it's verse one.

  838. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.

  839. It does not matter what all will happen in this planet because

  840. God has not lost planet Earth. He will redeem the planet.

  841. He will redeem it means he'll put it back in its original

  842. state. He's going to do that.

  843. God has not given up on the planet.

  844. It will come by way of global warming, but it will come to

  845. pass. He'll burn the planet with a

  846. fire. He'll burn it up and get a new

  847. one. OK.

  848. And so he's the planet's his. So it doesn't matter what

  849. systems are functioning today. You're not of those systems,

  850. you're of the Kingdom. And as an inheritor, what did

  851. Jesus say? The meek will inherit the earth.

  852. So quit saying, man, this world's going to hell in a

  853. handbasket. The world will not go to hell.

  854. The Earth will not go to hell. The Earth will be reborn.

  855. So just saying, it's Dad's planet.

  856. He's taking it back. He's taking it all back.

  857. Don't matter how bad it's getting.

  858. We have authority. We can do our purpose.

  859. We cannot be stopped. We will accomplish what our

  860. Father has sent us to do. There will come a day, and I'll

  861. be an eyewitness to it, along with all that are in the family

  862. of gods of the redemption of this Earth and the planet going

  863. back underneath the full authority of our King.

  864. It's a global takeover and we're a part of it.

  865. Hallelujah. Let's pray.
