Matthew, chapter 16, verse 18. Everybody doing good.
-
Weren't you glad we had 72° of today?
-
Hallelujah. Welcome back, Florida, Right?
-
I like that. My wife and I went to breakfast
-
this morning and they were talking about how cold it was
-
last week and I'm like, I dodged that bullet and I was in the
-
Congo. And then Todd tells me tonight
-
that when we left the next day, they had a big issue in the
-
capital city we were in and they set fire to the French embassy.
-
Glory to God, thank you for praying for us.
-
Amen. I'm glad I'm not there extended.
-
You know, there's some countries maybe I wouldn't mind being
-
extended in, but then there's some that no, just come home.
-
Amen. If you didn't see our video, you
-
know, we encourage you. I don't know if we'll have that
-
back out again, but we had a great time and was able to
-
minister at the school. And so, you know, God's doing
-
some pretty amazing things all over the globe and we're just
-
glad to be a part of that. Amen.
-
Matthew chapter 16, verse 18. Again, you know, we're moving
-
towards a series that I'm going to start on February the 16th.
-
But obviously this year for us is the reigning church.
-
And so there's some concepts concerning the church we want to
-
constantly be focused on. You know, the dispensation we're
-
in right now. It's called the age of grace or
-
the age of the church. Again, Jesus is the head of the
-
church. We are the body of Christ, which
-
means we're part of the church. And the church is God's
-
legislative assembly, as we'll see in one translation here.
-
And so it's really important for us to continue to strengthen
-
ourselves concerning the church because the church is always
-
been under attack since it came into the earth, because the
-
enemy is afraid of the church, OK?
-
You know, he can be afraid of you individually when you know
-
your authority and your rights. However you'll be the most
-
effective when you are connected to the local body because it is
-
that organization or as it is that expression of Jesus that is
-
the most powerful in the planet, OK.
-
And so in Matthew 1618, it says, and also, and I also say to you
-
that you are Peter. And on this rock, that's the
-
revelation that Jesus is the Christ or the King, the Messiah.
-
I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail
-
against it. So the gates of hell cannot
-
prevail against the church. Again, the church is a
-
collection of people, OK, where they are locally assembled and
-
there are many local assemblies, OK.
-
And so, you know, there are many churches globally speaking.
-
Awesome. You know, we talk about a
-
universal church and when we talk about a universal church,
-
we're just talking about those that are the body of Christ that
-
Jesus Christ is building. We are all connected, although
-
we are in different locations. All right, And so, you know,
-
we're all here to advance the Kingdom of God.
-
Do the assignment be led by the Spirit.
-
We are to grow up, but more importantly in our growing up is
-
so that we will model the culture of the Kingdom of which
-
we'll talk a little bit more about tonight.
-
The passion translation gets this right.
-
It says and I'll and I give you the name Peter a stone.
-
And this truth of who I am will be the bedrock foundation on
-
which I will build my church, my legislative assembly.
-
And the power of death will not be able to overpower it.
-
And so, you know, the church is his legislative assembly because
-
we know that we are in a Kingdom.
-
And the Bible says in Isaiah Chapter 9, verse six, that a
Isaiah 9 chapter mention
-
child will be born, a son will be given, and the government
-
shall rest on his shoulders. OK, the shoulders are in the
-
body. So the church is in the body of
-
Christ. Hallelujah, Amen.
-
Now, you know, since we're talking about body, you know, it
-
also is talking about the household.
-
And you know, as parents, you know, do you really get tired
-
of, you know, your children exceeding well and doing great
-
exploits? You typically you do not OK, the
-
same thing. You have to understand that when
-
you brag on the church, you're bragging on Christ's siblings,
-
OK? And when when we're advancing,
-
we're really bragging on the Father because the father is
-
excited about the son. He said, this is my beloved son,
-
of whom I'm well pleased. Now, you understand, the son was
-
just the head of the whole organization, which is a family
-
that he has. And the family is not just a
-
family of people, you know, that have been, you know,
-
disconnected and, and, you know, broke down, beat down.
-
Yes, we were all in sin, but He is connecting us back to his
-
original purpose, which is really powerful.
-
And So what I want us to see when we talk about the church
-
tonight is that from Genesis, this was always in God's
-
mindset. OK.
-
And then we'll see it conclude in Revelation is here to get a
-
big picture because one aspect of the church that we're going
-
to talk about tonight is a big deal in our nation right now.
-
OK? And we want to kind of look at
-
this in Genesis chapter one, verse 26, it said, then God
-
said, let us make man in our image according to our likeness
-
and let them rule over the fish of the sea, over the birds of
-
the sky, over the cattle and over all the earth and over
-
every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.
-
You understand everything after the fall moving forward into
-
Revelation is all about restoration.
-
You know, we talk about being redeemed.
-
We talked about Christ paid the price so we could be restored.
-
And we are not just to be restored in sonship because when
-
God said let us make man in our image, OK, this is by all right,
-
His son. In fact, if you look at the
-
Gospels and they do the genealogy, eventually it will
-
say Adam the Son of God. So is Adam God the Father?
-
Son, yes. Now he's not God in the flesh,
-
Jesus Christ his son, but he is God's son nonetheless.
-
OK, but notice when he speaks about his son, he doesn't speak
-
about his son outside of his position.
-
So they are they they come together, meaning I want to have
-
a son, ultimately sons and daughters, because out of Adam
-
became Eve, right, Because he said, let us make man in our
-
image. And then the next verse says
-
both male and female. And what are is he giving his
-
children? Dominion, rulership, Amen.
-
In essence, what he is saying here from the beginning is that
-
I am in heaven, right? Of which he's not limited to
-
heaven. God just rules the heaven realm,
-
OK? I'm not limited to that because
-
he came down all the time. So I rule this area.
-
I'm giving my children rulership of earth.
-
I'm giving them that these are my kids, and my children of
-
which I want to have a relationship with, is based upon
-
not only my nature but also the position they're in.
-
OK, because Adam has been given the position of dominion, he has
-
the ability to rule and to keep the garden.
-
Which means, again, as we've said before, if Adam had never
-
eaten the fruit, where would he be today?
-
Right. He would be here on the earth.
-
The point though is he would have produced after his own kind
-
and if Adam never sinned then he only would have produced son of
-
God kind, no sin. Which means then if we could say
-
Genesis chapter 2 and then the rest is being written still
Genesis 2 chapter mention
-
today because there is no fall at all.
-
All right, then we would be all of us right now would be
-
children of God having rulership on the earth.
-
In essence, he would have a nation of kings that were all
-
his children because he's the king of and we would be
-
functioning with our Father ruling and reigning now, no sin
-
and that amazing. So God wanted to extend his
-
heaven realm into the earth where the environments are the
-
same. They are definitely different
-
locations, but it's the same environment.
-
And so the Kingdom of Heaven is also a Kingdom within the earth,
-
and it was a global Kingdom. It's a global Kingdom where
-
there is only a group of people that are from His royal
-
bloodline that are His children that rule and reign over His
-
creation. Hallelujah, that's really
-
awesome. However, Adam did eat the fruit
-
and he fell from dominion and then he handed his dominion over
-
to the devil, which we know is this is in Luke chapter 4 when
Luke 4 chapter mention
-
he receives that through deceiving Eve and Adam just
-
openly rebelled against God, he receives that demean, which
-
means he begins to function the systems of the world all right,
-
and they are corrupt, broke, and then man is separated from God.
-
So now that man is separated from God, he has sinned, He's
-
fallen short of the glory because the King has glory.
-
I mean, he's full of glory and his train fills the temple.
-
I'm telling you, that's pretty amazing stuff that we had a
-
glory that he had. So he's fall short of that
-
glory. And so now the enemy is
-
functioning a domain of darkness.
-
The King James calls it a Kingdom of darkness, which means
-
there is a government that is functioning in rebellion against
-
God's government and it's all over the earth today and there's
-
nation upon nation that functions under the principal of
-
the air. OK, So in Genesis chapter 12,
Genesis 12 chapter mention
-
God is in the business of re establishing the nation and so
-
he finds a guy by the name of Abram.
-
He says, Now the Lord said to Abram, go forth from your
-
country and from your relatives and from your father's house to
-
the land, which I will show you, and I will make you a great, a
-
great what? Not a religion, but a great
-
nation. And I will bless you and make
-
your name great, and you shall be a blessing.
-
And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you
-
I will curse. And in you all the families of
-
the earth will be what blessed. Now there's an indication right
-
there already from the beginning.
-
In the beginning, if Adam had never eaten the fruit, it would
-
just be offsprings. That would be in a Kingdom that
-
is a global Kingdom of right, where righteousness dwells,
-
peace, holiness, the environment of God.
-
It's amazing, OK? However, man fell and so God is
-
going after that nation again in a world that is not in the state
-
that he originally created it. So when he finds Abram, he says,
-
I'm going to make you a great nation.
-
I'm looking for the nation. I wanted a nation from the
-
beginning. I want that nation now.
-
He tells him that all the families of the earth will be
-
blessed, so he's letting them know that I want a global
-
Kingdom. My intent for this earth is to
-
be an expression of my glow of my Kingdom on this planet.
-
Hallelujah. OK, well, we know that Abraham
-
has a name change to Abraham, which is the father of many
-
nations. He has a son by the name of
-
Isaac. Isaac has a son by the name of
-
Jacob. Jacob wrestles with the Lord and
-
he gets a name change and his name is and that nation is in
-
the earth today, still here. Now the nation of Israel came
-
from a human, OK, Came from a human of which you know as well
-
as I do. Joseph sold into slavery, ends
-
up getting into Egypt, became the Prince of Egypt, and during
-
the time of famine brought in the nation of Israel, which was
-
66 people strong. That was the population of that
-
nation at the time. OK.
-
Now with Abraham, God communicates to him where the
-
boundaries of this nation's going to be because again, in
-
the beginning God only wanted a global nation.
-
But now sin has come into the earth.
-
Now God has not lost planet earth, but he's lost the
-
systems. And when sin gets so bad in
-
areas, God can evict, God can evict.
-
And so we know that God flooded the planet one time.
-
We know this because it got so bad.
-
He regret he made man. And it doesn't matter that the
-
devil has dominion over the earth.
-
When the sin got that bad, he destroyed the earth.
-
He owns the planet still. OK, He may not be controlling
-
the systems that the devil is functioning in that he
-
rightfully and legally received from Adam, but yet he sure
-
limited the population, right? But he had his own obligation
-
because of Genesis 1. Let us make man in our image
-
according to our likeness, and let them have dominion.
-
I have to, according to my word, give a pathway for this to
-
occur. So I must send my own son,
-
right? He's going to be born of the
-
virgin woman. He's going to come into the
-
earth and he's going to crush the head of the one who has
-
dominion, the devil. All right.
-
So obviously a lot going on there that we don't have time to
-
talk about. But he ends up keeping some
-
people, Noah and his family alive so that this bloodline can
-
show up, of which then we get into this Abraham that God is
-
starting to say now, listen, it's about a nation.
-
So we're going to start with a piece of property.
-
And he tells Abraham, now this property is going to be my
-
nation. However, the ones that are on it
-
right now have not caught the sin they are in has not come to
-
fullness. Meaning where I have a through
-
my whatever God did. We don't have this written, but
-
God is not different. This is why the Bible seen it
-
from cover to cover is so important because God doesn't do
-
things that he's not doing everywhere.
-
His character is all the way through the scripture, so
-
something's going on in the planet for people to know in
-
each dispensation to follow God. Cain had enough knowledge of how
-
to sacrifice without anything being written that God held him
-
accountable to it. Are you hearing me?
-
So there was enough about God in the earth based upon what's been
-
revealed, of which God holds them accountable to that
-
revelation, that He can move and respond and act because again,
-
God is merciful. He wants man back in His
-
original state. However, if man continues to
-
rebel, they get the opposite of what is being spoken.
-
And God will see that word come to pass, not because he wants it
-
to come to pass, but the ones that are functioning in it.
-
It comes to pass on their life. So when we get over to Abraham,
-
he says, now I'm going to start with a nation that has a track
-
of land because again, we'll start showing a model.
-
It's a model. So the reason why we have the
-
old covenant is not so much that we just have a history book for
-
no reason because again, we are in a new and better covenant.
-
But what we're in today is something in light of what was
-
and what was gives us insight of what we're in now because things
-
are just progressing. So in the old covenant, it's not
-
about the law as much as it is about the nation because God
-
wants a holy nation. And he says to this nation that
-
Moses delivers out, you know, a million strong.
-
Some scholars believe about 3 million when he delivered them
-
from Egypt and he's taking them to the what promised land.
-
This is where he showed Abraham. This is the track of land that
-
I'm going to stab, that since I've made covenant with you, of
-
which Ultra becomes your son Israel.
-
And that's going to be my nation's name.
-
And I'm going to give you this track of land so that when this
-
track of land, you feel it subdue it and begin to multiply
-
on it. If you will do what I say, all
-
the other nations of the world will be in awe.
-
So again, Israel is not the story of man.
-
Not good enough. That's right.
-
That's right. Man isn't good enough.
-
Yes, but that's not the complete story.
-
The story of Israel and the Law of Moses is not just man's not
-
good enough to live up to it on his own.
-
This the whole context of the nation is God revealing to the
-
world that my whole intent was to have a holy nation, a group
-
of people. So again, the Lord's like I'll
-
be your God, you'll be my people.
-
Deuteronomy 28. Let's just if we read that whole
-
chapter together, he said, now listen, if you obey what I said,
-
man, you're going to be blessed coming in and blessed going out.
-
You're going to be the head and not to tell you're going to be
-
above and not be your enemy's going to come before you one
-
way. It will he will flee before you
-
seven ways. I mean you do what I say, you
-
don't follow the gods of the rest of the these nations.
-
You are to be the envy of all other nations because I will
-
show how good I am and this was my intent for man the whole
-
time. However, they have to keep what
-
is being said. But this is about a nation of
-
which God is trying to put on display to the world.
-
Unfortunately, Israel went by the way of the other nations.
-
So God does this for a time period of which there's a lot
-
going on in our history books concerning the Old Covenant.
-
But it's again all about God, who is the King who wants a
-
nation to himself on the earth that is separated, set apart,
-
following His Word, demonstrating his culture, and
-
in turn they're blessed. Wealthy, healthy, blessed.
-
Their enemies can't even do anything.
-
I mean, it's amazing when that nation follows the Lord, but
-
then we jump into this dispensation, the one we would
-
be in now and the one we're in now is not so different from the
-
old one in the context. It's still about a nation.
-
So look at this particular verse here in Acts chapter 26 and Acts
Acts 26 chapter mention
-
2622. It says this.
-
It says so having attained help from God, Paul writing or
-
speaking, he said, I stand to stand to this day testifying
-
both to small and great, stating nothing but what the prophets
-
and Moses said was going to take place.
-
So what in the world is Moses and the prophets talking about?
-
Well, the next verse that the Christ which is the king, it is
-
the Greek equivalent to Messiah. It's the anointed 1 and his
-
anointing. It's the the prophesied king
-
who's coming to deliver the nation.
-
Now Israel thinks it's only them, but Abraham knew it wasn't
-
only them. He knew it was every family
-
because Abraham wasn't even an Israeli.
-
He was from the land of earth. He would technically be a
-
Gentile as far as that's concerned.
-
With that being said, we go on. It says that Christ was to
-
suffer and that by reason of his resurrection from the dead that
-
he would be first to proclaim light both to the Jewish people
-
and to the Gentiles. So this dispensation is really
-
taking us to a place where we go beyond the natural borders of
-
Israel. We're going beyond the natural
-
borders of Israel. You could say it this way.
-
After man fell from dominion, God carved out a piece of land
-
to 1st show his nation. All the while with one thought,
-
I'll take more territory now in the earth.
-
Today we see right now Russia goes into you what for what
-
Ukraine? For what purpose take more
-
territory? What what is being talked about
-
with Taiwan? With China taking more
-
territory? What is it that President Trump
-
is saying concerning Greenland and Canada taking more, getting,
-
taking the Panama Canal, the Gulf of America, right, taking
-
territory. Now, there was a time in our, in
-
our, our globe today that nations did this.
-
They took territory, they conquered and they conquered
-
land. Now, the difference between the
-
Kingdom that Christ brings is, which is different than Rome,
-
although it's similar to Rome and I, I, I totally understand
-
why Doctor Miles Monroe ministered and communicated
-
about this. He said Jesus comes during the
-
Roman time because when Rome came, they took territory.
-
But what they did different is they didn't take the inhabitants
-
of the territory that they conquered back to their home
-
country. They left them in the territory
-
and turn them into Romans, which modeled more of what God wanted
-
to do when he takes territory. Because if God wanted us, like
-
all the nations before Rome, conquer and then take them back
-
to the home country, The minute you ask Jesus Christ to be Lord
-
of your life, you would die and go to heaven to be present with
-
him. You know what?
-
Think about that for a moment. If you're married and you really
-
love your spouse, but you know, you, you know, need to be right.
-
But you know, the minute I pray this, I'm out.
-
I mean, I'd be probably waiting too.
-
They will do it on our deathbed together.
-
You know, let's say it together, right?
-
That way we can go together. Hey, man, I mean you, you may
-
hold out for your children. You, I need Jesus, but I got a
-
three-year old. Don't know who's going to take
-
care of my 3 year old. Are you hearing me?
-
So obviously in this dispensation we're in, when
-
Jesus comes, it is to expand the borders to where now, yes,
-
Israel is still God's land. He will deal with that land as
-
well, but we understand this isn't about an expansion project
-
because God never intended for the globe not to be inhabited
-
with his children. All right, Acts chapter 13,
-
verse 47. And so the Lord said, so the
-
Lord has commanded us, I have placed you as a light for the
-
Gentiles that you may bring salvation to the what ends of
-
the earth. So God is not satisfied, He's
-
never been satisfied that the land he marked out and spoke
-
would be their land physically on planet earth is the only
-
landmass. And have you ever noticed how
-
much, how many nations attacked that landmass?
-
This one, this, this is the most expensive sought after real
-
estate on the planet is Israel. Because the devil knows.
-
Because the devil knows that even in the old covenant if they
-
would have and has experienced it that when they did unify,
-
when they did obey God, when they did stay with the
-
sacrifices that that nation conquered everybody conquered
-
every Remember when Nehemiah went to go rebuild it and they
-
were like hey man you got some guys rebuilding Jerusalem here
-
King, you need to stop this. This is after Cyrus first, you
-
know authorized a new king shows up.
-
You need to if you look in your records, you'll find that out of
-
this city when this nation was intact that it rebelled against
-
all kind of foreign kings and conquered them.
-
You do not want this city to be raised back up and re
-
established because they will just against you and your
-
Kingdom. And that king looked it up and
-
sure enough saw the history of that nation's power and that
-
capitals power. And he said stop work order.
-
We got one of those once stop work order, you're done.
-
You're not you're not going to build anymore.
-
But once that king left, another LED letter was written, and next
-
thing you know, Jerusalem is being rebuilt.
-
Amen. First Timothy 29 says this.
-
But you are a chosen race, a royal, a holy, Because in this
-
dispensation the Lord says, I'll go beyond the boundaries of
-
Israel. In essence, He is saying I'm
-
giving you the pathway to legal entry.
-
Today, 1 of the biggest topics that we're having in our nation
-
is immigration, and the Lord opened up the ability for every
-
nation to migrate to Him. But there's only one way in,
-
there's only one way in, and there's only one legal way in,
-
and that's through the blood of Jesus.
-
Hallelujah. Through the blood of Jesus.
-
Amen. And if you're not through the
-
blood of Jesus, you're not in. No man comes to the Father
-
except through me. He is the the truth and the
-
life. He is also the door.
-
He is the gate. It's a gate.
-
A door. It's the gate.
-
The door only one. There's no multiple entrances.
-
Can't dig your way in? Can't pay your way in.
-
You can't pay for citizenship. Can't do it.
-
OK, but he's looking for people, for God's own possession, so
-
that he may proclaim the excellencies of him who has
-
called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
-
Aren't you glad he's called you out?
-
Now look at Philippians chapter 3.
Philippians 3 chapter mention
-
Because again, the dispensation we're in called the Church Age
-
or Ecclesia, the great Assembly or the Legislative Assembly.
-
This is where God's saying I'm extending the borders of my of
-
my representation or my citizenship in the earth, that
-
you don't have to become a citizen of Israel to be right
-
with God, that you just need to call on the name of the Lord,
-
Amen. Now I'm going to read the King
-
James because I find this very interesting.
-
And then I'm going to read you something out of the biblical
-
illustrator concerning this. It says for our conversation,
-
most of you are not reading King James right now, so you do not
-
see this word and you're going to you see the word we're going
-
to for our conversation is in heaven, from whence also we look
-
for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
-
Now, the biblical illustrator says this conversation has much
-
the same meaning as the political word constitution.
-
Yeah, so he says citizenship is a good rendering if to the
-
ordinary meaning of political standing and privilege be added
-
the mode of a nation's government, of which we know we
-
are a nation's government, and the government shall rest on his
-
shoulder. He said that repent for the
-
Kingdom of heaven is at at hand. OK, so the So let me go back to
-
that. Citizenship is a good rendering
-
if to the ordinary meaning of political standing and privilege
-
be added the mode of a nation's government, the character of its
-
laws, the tone and habits of its citizens.
-
So the new American standard says it this way.
-
For our citizenship, OK, is in heaven, which from which also we
-
eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
-
Now notice what it says here. It says our citizenship is in
-
heaven, not of heaven. Cause your citizenship is in
-
heaven. Cause currently in heaven is the
-
citizens registry. There's a registry literally in
-
heaven. It's at the King's court, it's
-
called the Book of Life, and when you're born again, your
-
name is what written in the book, so your citizenship isn't
-
it? Which means no natural thing on
-
the planet could ever rob or steal your citizenship.
-
Once you've made Jesus Lord of your life, it is kept in heaven.
-
So that at the great day when we stand before the Lord and he
-
pulls out the books, whoa, glory to God, Amen.
-
It wouldn't matter if the devil did show up that day because
-
Jesus would say, let me pull out my citizens registry.
-
Tony, you in there. Tony Beak, Hallelujah, you're in
-
there. Your citizenship is in heaven,
-
secured on lockdown. Glory to God, Amen.
-
Look at the Williams translation.
-
Williams translation says this, but we are citizens of the
-
Republic in heaven. Hello.
-
And to the Republic for which it stands.
-
Oh, there's another Republic. It's another government.
-
It's the Kingdom from which we eagerly awaiting our Savior, the
-
Lord Jesus Christ. What they're saying is my
-
citizenship is in heaven. And the one over the the
-
government that I'm a part of, his name's Jesus.
-
He's my king. And my King's coming.
-
My King's coming. The King's coming.
-
Amen and I am a citizen of his Republic which is his scheme.
-
Look at the easy read version. It says this, but the government
-
that rules us is in heaven. We are waiting for our Savior,
-
the Lord Jesus Christ to come from there.
-
Aren't you glad that your citizenship is there because the
-
church age is God saying I will not allow my citizenship to be
-
to be limited to the 12 tribes. I'm extending the registry of my
-
citizenship. I'm going beyond just the Jewish
-
people and those that are in the bloodline of Abraham.
-
I am going out to the Gentiles. I'm going to adopt them.
-
They can become my sons. And when I say adoption, that
-
means position. I'm going to make them my
-
children. I'm going to make them
-
naturalized citizens, and they become naturalized once you're
-
born again. Hallelujah, Ephesians 219 says.
-
Therefore you are no longer outsiders.
-
Aren't you glad you're not an outsider?
-
Exiles, migrants and aliens excluded from the rights of
-
citizenship. You know why people want to come
-
to the United States? The majority want to come
-
because they understand there are different privileges and
-
benefits to be a citizen. All right, but you now share
-
citizenship with the Saints. God's own people consecrate and
-
set apart for himself, and you belong to God's own household.
-
Aren't you glad you're a citizen?
-
And so the Kingdom of God has expanded in this dispensation
-
called the Church. The Church was never a religious
-
organization. It was the boundaries of the
-
nation expanding globally so that it could pick up citizens
-
from every tribe. Tongan nation, it is God's
-
immigration policy so that those that are in the other nation,
-
which is the domain of darkness, where they have a tyrannical
-
ruler, the one who should have never had that dominion ever.
-
God did not want him to have it and authorize Adam to keep it
-
from him. However, Adam gave it to him and
-
so now God says, well, that's fine, I'll pay the price.
-
I'll pay the bounty on their heads and I will, if they call
-
on me to be their king, if they want to renounce the government
-
they're in and bring allegiance to the mind because I've paid
-
their price, their penalty, then they, they have a right to come
-
in. Hallelujah.
-
And so he went beyond the natural borders of not only
-
land, physical land, but human bloodline to come to the
-
nations. Yes, Hallelujah, so that we
-
could become citizens. Now what's so big deal about
-
citizens? Well, citizens, citizenship is
-
the most sacred privilege of a nation.
-
Citizenship is the most sacred privilege of the nation.
-
Citizenship is the most precious gift that any nation can give is
-
to give you citizenship. Because what that means is the
-
government is saying is supposed to say, now I understand man's
-
government's corrupt, but not God.
-
It's supposed to be saying, now that you are our citizens, you
-
have the rights, benefits and privileges associated with being
-
a citizen of This is why it's kind of crazy to me, you know,
-
when when people are talking and saying, well, you know, those
-
that have come in illegally, you know, we want to give them due
-
process. Well, citizens get due process
-
because I'm going to tell you that's not going to fly in the
-
Kingdom. It's not going to fly in the
-
Kingdom. You're not going to get any
-
rights unless you're in it. So why is this important?
-
Because when God calls you when, when he speaks and says, would
-
you like to be a part of my Kingdom?
-
Would you like to repent of your sin and come into my man?
-
It's the greatest thing he could do is give you the privilege of
-
being a citizen of his Kingdom. And the thing that you don't
-
want to do is say, I'll think about it.
-
I mean, again, if you want to come into the United States and
-
you're standing at the gate and someone says I'm going to open
-
this gate and as long as it's open, anyone can come in.
-
Do you think they'd be like, you know, let me think about it.
-
Oh, they're running. They're running in.
-
I mean, you know, you're, you're, you're hoping they don't
-
kill somebody in the way because they trample somebody.
-
And what's the Bible say? The Kingdom of heaven suffers
-
violence and the violent taken by force, Meaning once you find
-
out about it, you want to get into that thing at all costs.
-
Hallelujah. Because what we're saying and
-
we've preached these things, we just don't always preach them
-
through the Kingdom paradigm. And again, you know, people
-
don't understand the authority of the belief.
-
The authority of the believer is a privilege associated with a
-
citizen. The only reason you have
-
authority is because you become a citizen of the Kingdom by
-
right of sonship, and sonship means you have rulership.
-
Hallelujah. So the new birth makes us
-
naturalized citizens of the Kingdom.
-
When we become citizens of God's Kingdom, it means that we
-
voluntarily align ourselves with a new government and a new
-
country, embracing its language, its ideals, and its values.
-
Our culture should reflect and reveal our citizenship as being.
-
Here but not from here as being in the world but not of the
-
world. When I made Jesus the Lord of my
-
life, I did not denounce my other citizenship, which is AUS
-
citizen. However, my quality of living is
-
not defined by the US citizenship.
-
It's now defined by the Kingdom. Because even though in the
-
natural I have this citizenship that allows me to travel, I've
-
actually renounced the systems of the world.
-
Because in a lot of countries, if you're going to become a
-
citizen, they will say you have to denounce your allegiance to
-
your birth nation and you're only going to be with this one.
-
Now, I know we do have dual citizenship that's available for
-
people. I get that.
-
And we have dual citizenship in the context that we have a
-
spiritual citizenship and a natural one in the earth.
-
But our spiritual citizenship is our citizenship, and it is a
-
higher, holier, separated unto God, greater privileges and
-
benefits than any natural 1 you could ever have.
-
Hallelujah. So the Lord is expecting that
-
when you call on the name of the Lord to be saved, you are
-
denouncing any of those systems of the darkness that were in
-
your natural citizenship. That's a part of your natural
-
nation. Every nation on the planet has
-
the domain of darkness in it. But now, because of what Christ
-
did, every nation in the world has the Kingdom of God in it,
-
and it can function even in those physical territories.
-
Glory to God, and that citizenship gives you the right
-
to pray the will of heaven into earth where you live.
-
Amen. When I was teaching about
-
Kingdom economics to the school there in Congo, I, you know,
-
communicated first. I dealt with the heart.
-
You got to deal with the heart before you can even talk about
-
money. So we did that and then, you
-
know, I said, now tomorrow I'm going to give you a lot of
-
money. And they got excited, but I did
-
and went the ones that got it, oh, man.
-
Because it became so freeing, because they they were able to
-
pull off their mind. We can't accomplish what other
-
ministers can in other countries because we're just poor Congo.
-
They're not poor Congo. They're citizens of the Kingdom
-
of God, whose father is the king, who answers faith in any
-
nation and is not hindered by natural governments.
-
You can prosper anywhere. You can prosper when famine is
-
broke out, Hallelujah. And then when they saw the
-
currency of the Kingdom, they got jacked excited.
-
Why? Because again, I'm not limited
-
anymore because I have the word. How big do you want your
-
account? Fill it up.
-
Faith comes by hearing and hear from the word of God.
-
Then act on that thing. It always come to pass glory to
-
God. So citizenship grants you access
-
to all the rights, privileges and benefits of the Kingdom.
-
Hebrews chapter 12 Hebrews chapter 12 verse 22 to 24 says
Hebrews 12 chapter mention Hebrews 12:22–24
-
this. But you have come to Mount Zion
-
and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and
-
a myriad of angels in festive gathering and in the General
-
Assembly, the assembly of the first born who are.
