  1. So today I want to talk to you about escape.

  2. Are in the words of Dora of Finding Nemo, escape.

  3. Amen. So we're going to escape because

  4. there is a judgment, Amen. You understand that we we run in

  5. circles when it comes to, you know, people that we tend to

  6. listen to and gravitate towards where, you know, we all always

  7. are talking about victory or faith in these particular

  8. things. But sometimes we lose

  9. perspective that there is a judgment, Amen.

  10. And so I want to look at this here from Second Peter, chapter

    2 Peter 3 chapter mention

  11. 3, verses one and two. And I've got quite a few things

  12. we want to cover today, so we'll be very diligent.

  13. But it says that Peter writing this particular letter says

  14. this. This is now beloved, the second

  15. letter I'm writing to you in which I am stirring up your

  16. sincere mind by way of reminder for many of you.

  17. I'm going to remind some things for some in here.

  18. It may be something you've never heard before.

  19. He goes on to say that you should remember the word spoken

  20. beforehand by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord

  21. and Savior spoken by your apostles.

  22. Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come

  23. with their mocking, following after their own lusts and

  24. saying, where is the promise of His coming forever since the

  25. fathers fell asleep? All continues just as it was

  26. from the beginning of creation. Let me stop right here for a

  27. moment. Listen, I want you to know that

  28. yes, there have been generations before us that have talked about

  29. the coming. In fact, every generation has to

  30. have a revelation of His coming again.

  31. It is not something that we should think about.

  32. Well, it happened. Put it on the shelf.

  33. Have no thought. In fact, the Bible tells us to

  34. look up and see that our redemption draweth nigh.

  35. You know, I've been pastoring and, and, and, and, and as an

  36. apostle of this particular location for 21 years.

  37. And of the 21 years, I've never been more impressed in my spirit

  38. concerning the return of Jesus. And it's because there are

  39. things happening within the planet right now that is letting

  40. us know that it is extremely likely that he could come in our

  41. generation. Now, you can discredit that and

  42. say, well, I don't know. And you know what?

  43. No one technically knows, only the Father.

  44. But it would be in your best interest to have faith for in

  45. your generation, then you to put it on a shelf and act like it's

  46. not and only for it to happen and you miss out.

  47. Are you hearing me? So with that being said, we need

  48. to understand that the Lord is is coming and there are a lot in

  49. these last days that are going to mock that are going to act

  50. like it's not this way, that they are basically more

  51. concerned about the things of this earth than the return of

  52. the king. Verse 5 says, For when they

  53. maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God

  54. the heavens existed long ago, and the earth was formed out of

  55. the water, and by water through which the world at that time was

  56. destroyed, being flooded with water.

  57. But by His word, the present heavens and earth are being

  58. reserved for what? They're being reserved for what?

  59. For fire kept for the day of judgment and destruction of

  60. ungodly men, there is a fire that is kept for a day of

  61. judgement and destruction of ungodly men.

  62. And in our planet where there are over 8 billion people, of

  63. which only about 2 billion attest to be Christians.

  64. And if you started to talk to the 2 billion, there may be some

  65. challenges of whether they're actually born again or not.

  66. Because not every church that is by the world standard considered

  67. a Christian Church actually believes that Jesus died.

  68. Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose from the grave.

  69. And he's the only way to the Father through his blood,

  70. through the forgiveness of sin, through a confession of faith

  71. that Jesus Christ is your Lord. So it could be even less, which

  72. tells me that right now on our planet, at least 6 billion

  73. people are considered ungodly to the father of which destruction

  74. is imminent in their lives. What does that do for you?

  75. What should that do for us in the church?

  76. Are we going to continue to be casual?

  77. Are we going to continue to just sit back in our air conditions

  78. facility and think only about how we prosper, how we are

  79. victorious, how we're going to overcome while 6 billion are

  80. marked for destruction? You are passing by people day in

  81. and day out that have the smell of Hell's flames on their lives

  82. and we're not even taking notice.

  83. Say Amen. Anyway, so there is a fire that

  84. is reserved and kept for a day of judgment.

  85. Look what it says in Romans chapter 6 verse 23.

    Romans 6:23

  86. You know this. It says for the wages of sin is

  87. but the free gift of Jesus Christ or of God is eternal life

  88. in Christ Jesus our Lord. It still is applicable today

  89. that the wages of sin is death and there is ungodly people that

  90. death is their future eternal punishment.

  91. See, today there's a lot of things out there saying that

  92. Hell's not even real. And honestly, I'm just going to

  93. be extremely technical. The Bible calls it the lake of

  94. fire. There is a lake of fire.

  95. This is not hypothetical. This is not something that is

  96. just of our imagination. This is not just something that

  97. is mystical. This is a literal place that

  98. exists because in the Kingdom of God there is a prison system,

  99. and the prison system is the lake of fire where all

  100. ungodliness will exist forever, being tormented because of their

  101. ungodliness, their unrighteousness, solely because

  102. they failed to confess Jesus Christ as Lord, because all have

  103. sinned. You and I both were in this

  104. position of sin. You and I both lived it, played

  105. it, practiced it. Some of us would consider

  106. ourselves professionals, and all the while we are marked for

  107. destruction. But God?

  108. But God? I said, But God.

  109. Have we forgot but God? I mean, when we hear a song,

  110. thank you for the cross, it should drive us to absolute to

  111. our knees. It should put us in this place

  112. where we are recognizing. But God, I was marked for

  113. destruction. I was destined for the fire.

  114. I should not be acquitted of my crime, but God being rich in his

  115. mercy and he's still merciful for the 6 billion people on our

  116. planet right now. But how can they be saved unless

  117. somebody is saying something? Ephesians chapter 2 verses one

    Ephesians 2 chapter mention

  118. through 3 says this. You were dead in your trespasses

  119. and sin in which you formerly walked according to the course

  120. of this world, according to the Prince of the power of the air,

  121. of the Spirit that is now working in the sons of

  122. disobedience, 6 billion people on the planet today.

  123. Their father is the devil, and they're disobedient.

  124. Among who? Among them?

  125. We too all formerly lived in the lust of our flesh, indulging the

  126. desires of the flesh of the mod, and were by nature children of

  127. wrath even as the rest, meaning that God was angry.

  128. A lot of people are going around today saying God's not mad at

  129. you. God is angry at sin and he is

  130. storing wrath for the ungodly and the ungodly or ungodly

  131. because they are sinners. Oh, you don't want to hear this?

  132. How? Why is it that we're do?

  133. Does God love everyone on the planet?

  134. Yes, he does. Has he provided so that no one

  135. has to be thrown into the lake of fire?

  136. Yes, he has. But to say that he's not angry

  137. is not scriptural. These are children of wrath.

  138. When God sees them, He knows you don't have to be like that.

  139. You don't have to act like that. You don't have to live that way.

  140. I have paid the price for you. Didn't that person tell you

  141. about me? Didn't that person tell you

  142. about me? Didn't that person share about

  143. me? Didn't that person say you have

  144. no excuse to sit around acting like you acting when you can

  145. confess me as Lord? And if you keep doing this, I am

  146. coming. I am coming.

  147. I am coming. Because he can love and still be

  148. angry. All you have to do is read a

  149. little bit of the Gospels and see when Jesus went into his

  150. house that was supposed to be a place of prayer, love walked in

  151. the room and turned tables over. And I'm telling you, God has no

  152. place for the ungodly. He has provided for them to have

  153. an escape. And they are without excuse.

  154. Romans even says they're without excuse.

  155. Just creation alone identifies the attributes of our Creator.

  156. Come on. Amen.

  157. And so we all live this way. We were children of wrath, but

  158. because of our confession of faith, we came out.

  159. But notice we were lived according to the lust of our

  160. flesh. We indulge the desires of the

  161. flesh and of the mind. We were by nature because all

  162. have fallen short of the glory of God.

  163. We were separated eternally, cut off from God.

  164. How did this position tap take place in the earth?

  165. Romans chapter 5 verse 12 says. Therefore, just as through one

    Romans 5:12

  166. man sin, one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, so

  167. death spread to all men because all sinned.

  168. How did? Who was this one man in Genesis

    Genesis 2 chapter mention

  169. chapter 2? His name is Adam, for God told

  170. Adam his son. He said, Adam, you can eat from

  171. any tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of

  172. good and evil, you shall not eat.

  173. For the day you eat you will surely die.

  174. He did not physically quit breathing.

  175. He died spiritually. His spirit man was cut off.

  176. And get this, this man who was made in the image of God, who

  177. was given the ability to rule and reign the world, have

  178. dominion, to take God's heavenly Kingdom and reproduce it on the

  179. planet, sin simply by eating a fruit.

  180. He didn't murder anybody. And all the lists of things that

  181. we're going to see here in a minute.

  182. He simply disobeyed his father and through 11 action of

  183. disobedience when Dad came in the garden in the cool of the

  184. day, just one action of disobedience, just doing not

  185. what Father said. He didn't even want to be in his

  186. presence. He was afraid and all he did was

  187. disobey once. How in the world could we come

  188. into His church and act like we could still toy with the world

  189. and lift our hands and worship and think that He is OK?

  190. Have we forgotten what we came out of?

  191. And why would we ever want to go back?

  192. Let me go on. So sin enters the earth because

  193. Adam has fallen. We call it the fall.

  194. Many people talk about the fall. Obviously there was a time

  195. before the fall. There'll be a time after the

  196. fall when everything is set right.

  197. But we're in that moment right now, and there are actions,

  198. behaviors. There is what is called sin that

  199. God hates and it causes him to be angry and it causes him to

  200. bring wrath. Now wrath isn't without mercy,

  201. but it's wrath nonetheless. And we see this in the

  202. documentation of our old covenant where God, when it when

  203. his nation would disobey him repeatedly, eventually he had to

  204. pull back and allow wrath to take place and they would cry

  205. out. How long will you be angry with

  206. us? And the reason he's angry is

  207. because he has to let them know. You cannot live like this, like

  208. the rest of the world, and expect my blessings.

  209. You cannot live like the rest of the nations and have other gods

  210. and expect me to be OK with it. No, I do what I say.

  211. I said if you want to be blessed as a nation, you're going to do

  212. these things. You will obey me, you will keep

  213. my statute, you'll keep my commandment.

  214. But if you do not, then all these things are going to take

  215. place in your life. And he was merciful and he was

  216. long-suffering. But there came a time that God

  217. himself, who is the king, has to stay with his word.

  218. And he says you are now my wrath is coming on the nation.

  219. This nation will overtake you. You'll become a slave to it.

  220. It will throw down your city. And all the while to remind

  221. them, if you just stay with me, none of this would happen.

  222. None of this would happen. And when they recognize you're

  223. right, Lord, we're now in slavery because we went after

  224. the gods of the other nation. We sacrificed our children.

  225. We did this, we did that. Father, forgive us.

  226. He was merciful, He forgave them, He gathered them back.

  227. Boy is God rich in mercy. But we are not to live away so

  228. that the mercy of God is constantly having to be in play.

  229. Isaiah 311 says yes. Woe to the wicked Center, for

  230. they will get exactly what they deserve.

  231. People say all the time, you know what?

  232. If he's such a loving God, how could he send someone to hell or

  233. the lake of fire? He doesn't.

  234. They want to go, He does because he gives them what they want.

  235. Life without him, which isn't life, is actually death and it

  236. is a punishment. It is torment.

  237. It is a real location that exists.

  238. Look what it says in Revelation 21, eight.

  239. It says this. But As for the cowards, Oh, I

  240. like this translation here. But As for the cowards, and the

  241. ignoble, and the contemptible, and the cravingly lacking in

  242. courage, and the cowardly submissive.

  243. And As for the unbelieving and faithless?

  244. And As for the depraved and defiled with abominations?

  245. And As for the murderers and the lewd and the adulterous and the

  246. practices of magic, art and the idolaters, those who give

  247. supreme devotion to anyone or anything other than God, and all

  248. liars, those who knowingly covet untruth by word or deed, all of

  249. these shall have their part in the lake that blazes with fire

  250. and brimstone. This is the second death.

  251. You're passing people every day that's destined for this

  252. location. Every day destined.

  253. Destined because they are cut off every day.

  254. Oh, it's quiet in this Presbyterian Church.

  255. Have we become so firm in our own personal victories?

  256. I mean, we have been sold a personal gospel for so long that

  257. all you care about is being right with God by yourself, for

  258. yourself, for your own self, for your own little kids, and have

  259. no concept for the rest of the world or anyone that's within

  260. the church body because we're disposable.

  261. You get sideways with us. You'll go find another little

  262. group. Yeah, acting like the rest of

  263. the world happens all the time because we think it's personal.

  264. Well, He will personally save you, but He saves you to be in a

  265. body. Hallelujah.

  266. This is not individual only. This is not independent.

  267. You and God, you will not go to heaven and only have private

  268. meetings with Jesus. Amen.

  269. What's it say in Matthew 2541? Then he will also say to those

  270. on his left, Depart from me, accursed ones, into the eternal

  271. fire, which has been prepared for the devil and his angels.

  272. This is what's really sad is that the Lake of Fire was not

  273. for humanity originally. The Lake of Fire was designed

  274. for the first rebellion against the Kingdom.

  275. The original treason and when they rebelled, because they were

  276. in already in an eternal state and when they rebelled, there

  277. was no redemption for them, no way to save them.

  278. They chose to go against God. And you understand the enemy's

  279. tactic has been the same. He's never changed.

  280. It's one purpose and that is this thought.

  281. His thought was I can do it better than the creator.

  282. I want to rule over him. This is why he always has in

  283. this world where you're skeptical of authority because

  284. that's his his tactic. All you can't trust somebody

  285. that's over you. You can't trust somebody you

  286. could do it better. All you know, they do it that

  287. way. But if you were in charge, many

  288. of you hear somebody say, yeah, you know what?

  289. I just don't like the way that pastor did that, or I don't like

  290. the way that, you know, person did that.

  291. And if I was, you know, boss of this thing, you know what, You

  292. might as well say, get thee behind me, Satan, Because until

  293. you're in that position, you don't need to have a comment.

  294. You should just know I am submitted.

  295. I and if they ask, I'll let them know.

  296. But ultimately they're going to have the final say.

  297. And I love just being where I'm at until I'm promoted somewhere

  298. else. I just know how to function

  299. right here, man. You get around some people, you

  300. get them in a room and you say, OK, I want you to do this.

  301. And they're immediately already trying to take charge.

  302. If you're so mature as a believer, how come you can't

  303. just stay submitted? And I'll have to Give your

  304. opinion. No, because the devil's talking.

  305. The devil's always talking like that.

  306. And you know what that does? When you're like, I could do it

  307. better. That's the first step towards

  308. pride. That's how he arrived at pride,

  309. because he thought his way was better.

  310. But it's not. God's way is better.

  311. Amen. So this place was originally

  312. only for the devil and those who fell and rebelled with him.

  313. But he came into the earth and God had empowered his man to

  314. rule this Kingdom on the planet just like he rules in heaven and

  315. gave him authority and power and said, son, just don't eat the

  316. fruit. And if he had only obeyed his

  317. dad and looked at that serpent and says, you're saying

  318. something different than my father.

  319. I refuse to listen to that. And you've heard me say this

  320. before. How come Adam didn't come and

  321. say, let's wait for Dad to show up and see what he says about

  322. this? The minute he didn't want Dad to

  323. show up gave him the opportunity to listen to somebody else's

  324. voice. And believers are doing this and

  325. the world is doing this all the time.

  326. Hearing something about someone from someone without the other

  327. person even being around, and you form opinions and actions

  328. and behaviors towards them and the other person not even there

  329. to verify it. It's a travesty.

  330. And that's how the enemy brings division.

  331. Can I get an Amen? Colossians 3 five through 8 says

  332. this, the God's Word translation.

  333. I'm going to read a few other translations with this one.

  334. It says therefore put to death whatever is worldly in you, your

  335. sexual sin, perversion, passion, lust and greed, which is the

  336. same thing as worshipping wealth.

  337. It is because of these sins that God's anger comes on those who

  338. refuse to obey Him. You used to live that kind of

  339. sinful life. Also, get rid of your anger, hot

  340. tempers, hatred, cursing, obscene language and all similar

  341. sins. Have you heard believers say,

  342. well, it's just a word, what's it matter if I cuss?

  343. I listen to one particular newscaster says, you know,

  344. talking about how all of our government people are just

  345. openly cussing now and they're like, you know, when I'm here, I

  346. don't do that. Now, I may do it when I'm and,

  347. you know, this person supposed to be a believer.

  348. And I'm like, why you doing it period?

  349. You're not doing it on the camera.

  350. Why you doing it off the camera? And this is the problem.

  351. I said this is the problem because there are 6 billion

  352. people destined for destruction. Let me read another.

  353. Well, turn over to Galatians chapter 5.

    Galatians 5 chapter mention

  354. I heard the spear of the Lord say this to me yesterday when I

  355. was cutting the grass. You know, he talks to me a lot

  356. when I'm mowing. I don't know why that is.

  357. I think it's just because the sound puts me in a position

  358. where and I'm talking to him. And so, you know, there is no

  359. other voice that I'm listening to, but I heard the Spirit of

  360. the Lord say this. He says, you cannot say you have

  361. a passion for the lost when you cannot crucify your flesh in

  362. order to be an example before the lost.

  363. I'm going to say that again. The Lord said to me yesterday,

  364. you cannot say you have a passion for the lost when you

  365. cannot crucify your flesh in order to be an example before

  366. the lost. He said, remember Son, I said,

  367. be holy as I'm holy. Then I heard the Spirit of the

  368. Lord say this. He said when you preach

  369. tomorrow, people are going to be thinking them, where's the voice

  370. of victory? He said you tell them where is

  371. your, where's the despair in your soul that 6 billion people

  372. would be destined for destruction all the while while

  373. you would sit there and put 1 foot in the world and 1 foot in

  374. the Kingdom when I told you to come out and be separate.

  375. I'm sure this for somebody online.

  376. Are you hearing me? Because what's interesting about

  377. the things I'm I'm reading to you today is these are not

  378. letters that Paul is saying from an evangelistic message to the

  379. lost. These are to the church.

  380. He's saying church. You've been redeemed, you've

  381. been set free, you've been blood bought, blood washed.

  382. Son, don't even think about going back.

  383. Don't even behave that way. Abhorred that kind of stuff.

  384. Don't you know that God's wrath is destined on people's lives

  385. for that kind of behavior? This is the type of lifestyle

  386. that gets you thrown into the Lake of fire.

  387. Yet we've had false teachers and false apostles and false

  388. prophets water down the subject of grace to where really what

  389. they're teaching is not grace but lasciviousness.

  390. Because lasciviousness is that God saved me.

  391. I couldn't do anything, so I can't do anything now, and I can

  392. do whatever I want to do, and I'm saved by grace.

  393. Well, if you were saved by grace, then you wouldn't do that

  394. because something in you would say I don't live that way

  395. anymore. That way of living keeps you out

  396. of the Kingdom. Say Amen.

  397. Anyway, Galatians 519 to 21 says this.

  398. Now, the effects of the of corrupt nature are obvious.

  399. Illicit sex perversion, promiscuity, idolatry, drug use,

  400. hatred, rivalry, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish

  401. ambition, conflict, factions, envy, drunkenness, wild parties,

  402. and similar things. I've told you in the past, I'm

  403. telling you again that people who do these kinds of things

  404. will not inherit the kingdom's Kingdom of God.

  405. God's Kingdom. Now I understand that when

  406. someone's born again, we know this as a church that people are

  407. growing up that you can come in here and you'll be doing some

  408. things that are of your old nature and God's renewing your

  409. mind. But if you're born again, then

  410. you every step of the way that when God says change this, stop

  411. that you and all he's doing is saying release who you are

  412. because you're not subject to that.

  413. You're not bound to that. You've been freed from the law

  414. of sin and death. You don't have to live that way.

  415. Inside you is more power and I've given you the greater 1 and

  416. greater is he that's in you than he that's in the world.

  417. And you, you actually have a different nature now and you

  418. actually can live for God and you can be an example and you

  419. can let the light shine. Because if you really care about

  420. those who are destined for the lake of fire, then you need to

  421. let your light shine and not let it be dim because you living

  422. like the rest of the world. I understand that if you're

  423. having some of these things and you were to die, that doesn't

  424. mean you're not in the Kingdom of God.

  425. But what he's saying is, is someone who knows God and begins

  426. to move back into these types of behavior.

  427. This is a very dangerous thing to be and you have no care for

  428. the lost. The remedy translation says it

  429. this way. When the selfish nature is in

  430. charge, it's obvious because the life reflects the destructive

  431. behaviors of the self. Selfish nature which includes

  432. lewdness, sexual perversion, immorality, all kind of self

  433. promoting, self worship, Wicca, voodoo, mysticism, all forms of

  434. idolatry, gossip, envy, jealousy, loss of control, all

  435. types of acting out, rage, hatred, grudge holding, self

  436. exaltation, racial and and caste discrimination, drunkenness,

  437. getting high on drugs, orgies and the like.

  438. With this should not even be named with us.

  439. And if you're sitting here today and anything, any of this is a

  440. part of your life that is destined for the lake of fire,

  441. God is not saying it's OK. He's not saying that the

  442. Father's posture nor Jesus Christ who stands at his right

  443. hand is saying it's OK. He's not saying that.

  444. He's saying you don't have to be like this.

  445. You do not have to act this way. You do not have to behave.

  446. I set you free from that because this is punishable by death.

  447. This is punishable by death, and you don't have to live that way

  448. because the blood of my son has paid the price.

  449. He has redeemed you. My gosh, you want to get out of

  450. that judgment. You want to be free from that

  451. judgment. You want to escape that, that

  452. declaration by the King. Depart from me, for I never knew

  453. you. And you can because of the

  454. precious blood of Jesus. Another translation says it this

  455. way. The cravings of the self life

  456. are obvious. Sexual immorality, lustful

  457. thoughts, pornography, chasing after things instead of God,

  458. manipulating others, hatred of those who get in your way,

  459. senseless arguments, resentment when others are favored, temper

  460. tantrums, angry quarrels. Only thinking of yourself, being

  461. in love with your own opinions, being envious of the blessings

  462. of other murder, uncontrolled addictions, wild parties and all

  463. other similar behavior which you understand.

  464. This is not an exhaustive list. Haven't I already warned you

  465. that those who use their freedom for these things will not, will

  466. not, will not inherit the Kingdom of God?

  467. So you understand you need to quit trying to explain how

  468. someone is getting in doing this and begin to love your brother

  469. and sister and saying why you gossiping right now?

  470. Don't you know that stuff keeps you out of the Kingdom?

  471. Oh, now I'm boring. If you're born again, you shut

  472. your mouth right now. That's what you would do.

  473. You wouldn't slander right now. So I want to believe you're born

  474. again. Let's have fruit that shows you

  475. are because again, if we care about people that are in this

  476. restaurant right now that do not know God, and you want to sit

  477. here and talk to me about your boss, about your spouse, about

  478. your pastor, about your apostle, about whatever and slander and

  479. gossip and give me all the juicy Marshalls about their life and

  480. this audience, how in the world are they going to see the light

  481. of the gospel? We just let them know.

  482. You think people aren't overhearing you at work trying

  483. to invite people to church, yet you gossip like the rest, you

  484. envy like the rest. You're mad because you didn't

  485. get promoted. You're complaining about the

  486. worldly governments too. You're talking about your

  487. spouse. Hallelujah.

  488. Thank you, Jesus. No, Paul is saying this stuff is

  489. not acceptable. It's not for the church.

  490. And if you have a compassion for the lost, then you will live

  491. separate. You'll crucify your flesh,

  492. you'll put it down. You'll say, Lord, whatever you

  493. say I'll do because you are Lord of my life.

  494. And you would imagine seeing the crown of thorns on his head

  495. beaten so bad you couldn't tell he was a man.

  496. You'd see the holes in his hands and his feet.

  497. You see the Pierce in his side. You would see that he took

  498. everything on. And you're going to justify

  499. behavior that you know is marked for the lake of fire.

  500. His grace has empowered you to be free from it all.

  501. And you know what? The Holy Ghost on the inside of

  502. you is not saying it's OK if you talk about this.

  503. You know it's OK if you don't forgive them.

  504. That's pretty rough. No, the Holy Spirit's like,

  505. really, really. Do you know what your Lord and

  506. Savior has done for you? Do you understand?

  507. Your response right now is fixing to be a light so that

  508. this person that is destined for destruction has hope.

  509. See, you have no testimony if you don't live the testimony.

  510. The reason Jesus was so successful with the crowds was

  511. because the Pharisees did not live what they preached, but

  512. Jesus did. You cannot tout I'm a Sinner

  513. saved by grace. I sin too.

  514. We all sin. We can't help it, you know,

  515. that's just what we do. The Bible doesn't say that.

  516. The Bible says that you were a Sinner.

  517. You've been saved by grace through faith and now you're a

  518. believer and that you're a new creature in Christ.

  519. And now you have the mind of Christ, and you have the nature

  520. of Christ, and you have the Holy Spirit who will teach you, and

  521. He will keep you from every temptation and cause you to

  522. overcome every situation, because now you are a child of

  523. the King. And if you do happen to blow it,

  524. you will admit it. You will ask people to forgive

  525. you. You will acknowledge that you

  526. did not live the standard. That is the nature you are now.

  527. You won't make an excuse for it. You won't sugarcoat it.

  528. You won't say, well, you know, it's OK If we, you know, I

  529. realized we wouldn't die. If, I mean, you wouldn't do

  530. that. You would have what Paul, I

  531. believe it was it says or it could have been Peter.

  532. You would flee. I think it's Paul.

  533. Flee the appearance of evil. I don't even want it to look

  534. like it, because I'm going to tell you, in this world there's

  535. going to be plenty of people that are going to put you in the

  536. category of evil. In fact, in the last days, all

  537. of us are going to be called evil because the world's going

  538. to call what's good, evil and what's evil good.

  539. And they're going to blast you and talk about your extremism

  540. and who how you are and how radical you are as a believer in

  541. Christ and try to get you to compromise with the world.

  542. But if we care for the lost, this is so serious with God.

  543. Look at Mark Chapter 9 verses 43 to 50.

    Mark 9:43–50

  544. It says if your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off, for it

  545. is better for you to enter life crippled than having your two

  546. hands go into hell. Where?

  547. Into unquenchable fire where the worm does not die and the fire

  548. is not quenched. And that is not metaphorical.

  549. All right, Verse 45, if your foot causes you to stumble, what

  550. do you need to do? Cut it off.

  551. Now is God advocating amputating or mutilation?

  552. No, but what he's saying is if it literally was a hindrance, it

  553. would be better that you completely remove it from your

  554. being from your being than to keep something that's going to

  555. kill you and keep you eternally separated from him.

  556. And you understand we're treating these things that Paul

  557. are writing the churches in this age as if it's OK like, well, I

  558. asked Jesus into my heart. So if you did, where how are you

  559. living? Is are you part of a local body

  560. church? Are you being discipled?

  561. Are you submitted to the fivefold ministry?

  562. I mean, I could just run list upon list of what someone who's

  563. truly made Jesus Lord looks and lives like.

  564. Or are you deciding how far you go?

  565. Are you making that choice? Well, then he's not Lord.

  566. And maybe, even maybe I could ask the question, Has he ever

  567. been? John the Baptist says he have

  568. fruit in keeping with repentance.

  569. He goes on and says this. So if your foot calls you to

  570. stumble, cut it off. It'd be better for you to enter

  571. life. Lame than having 2 feet and be

  572. cast into hell where the worm does not die and the fair is

  573. fire is not quenched. If your eye causes you to

  574. stumble, throw it out, for it is better for you to enter the

  575. Kingdom of God with one eye than having two eyes to be cast into

  576. the hell. Can I go ahead and give you real

  577. quick an example of that? If your phone causes you to

  578. stumble, it's better for you to get rid of your phone and learn

  579. how to navigate in this world without a cell phone.

  580. Cut it off, go find you a cricket phone with big screen,

  581. little screen and big numbers. I don't even know if they have

  582. those anymore. Be honest with you.

  583. I'm just saying whatever you need to do.

  584. But what we make excuses for carnality and God is saying I'm

  585. not making excuses. The blood is not making excuses,

  586. The blood paid the price. The blood does not authorize you

  587. to sin. The blood paid the price for

  588. sin. So verse 8 where the worm does

  589. not die and fire is not quenched, verse 49 for everyone

  590. who will be sought for everyone will be salted with fire.

  591. Salt is good, but if the salt becomes what?

  592. Unsalty with what? Will you make it salty again?

  593. Have salt in yourself and be at peace with one another.

  594. Look what it says in Hebrews chapter 2 verses one through 3

    Hebrews 2 chapter mention

  595. says. For this reason we must pay much

  596. closer attention to what we have heard so that we do not drift

  597. away from it. For if the Word spoken through

  598. angels proved unalterable, and every transgression and

  599. disobedience received a just penalty, how will we escape if

  600. we neglect so great a salvation? And again, you cannot neglect

  601. something unless you have something.

  602. After it was at the first spoken through the Lord, it was

  603. confirmed to us by those who heard.

  604. I want us as members of the Anchor Faith Church, Vision

  605. partners to As one visitor said one time, he said, Pastor, you

  606. give an invitation for holiness. You know what's crazy?

  607. All churches should give an invitation for holiness, not an

  608. invitation. Where are you going to go when

  609. you die? Let's just get you out of hell.

  610. But how can you have actions that are marked for the lake of

  611. fire, have the blood, and still live with the actions that are

  612. marked for the lake of fire? How was that even possible?

  613. And how can we? How are we going to see the

  614. world coming to the Kingdom of God if we ourselves are not

  615. willing to be holy? Because we already are?

  616. He made us this way. He separated us from the things

  617. of the world. He gave us a new spirit.

  618. He took the spirit in you that was dead in his trespasses of

  619. sin, that was cut off from God, that was destined for the lake

  620. of fire, which is the second death.

  621. He removed it from your skin suit and put in you a new spirit

  622. that hears God's voice. The Holy Spirit bears witness

  623. with your spirit, you are a child of God.

  624. And then the Holy Spirit says I'll change the way you think so

  625. that the nature that you now are, that it's behavior, it's

  626. actions can live among men and you will shine bright.

  627. Your lifestyle will shine so bright.

  628. People when they get in your presence will want to quit

  629. cussing. They want to put their drinks to

  630. the side. Now they're going to be some

  631. brazen enough because you understand the enemy.

  632. He knows he's dead. Some like I don't give a RIP

  633. about God and you can say I'm praying for you and hoping that

  634. there's still room for repentance.

  635. But today what some are doing is like, let me have a drink with

  636. you and tell you about Jesus. How does that even make sense?

  637. I understand this is not US popular preaching, but I'm not

  638. here to preach AUS gospel, I'm here to preach the Kingdom

  639. gospel. Amen.

  640. Second, Peter 220 to 22 says, For if they have escaped the

  641. defilements of the world, come on, have you escaped it?

  642. By the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are

  643. again entangled in them and are overcome.

  644. The last state has become worse than the first.

  645. This is serious business. This scripture alone eradicates

  646. once saved always saved. And everyone who says once

  647. saved, always saved says What can separate us from the love of

  648. God? Read the list.

  649. Can a famine come and cut you off from God?

  650. Obviously not. Can a trial and tribulation cut

  651. you off from the love of God? Obviously not.

  652. Can demons, principalities, and powers cut you off from the love

  653. of God? No.

  654. Can you cut yourself off? Yes.

  655. You can. You say?

  656. Prove it, Adam. Adam, you want a second witness.

  657. Eve, you want a third witness? The blasphemy of the Holy

  658. Spirit. And you can't do that unless

  659. you've been born again. And there's some other criterias

  660. associated with it. Yeah.

  661. So once again, well, I ask Jesus in my heart, I can never lose

  662. it. You can denounce it just like

  663. Adam did. And Adam lived a state that none

  664. of us have lived yet. For it would have been better

  665. for them to not have known the way of righteousness than having

  666. known it to turn away from the holy commandment handed on to

  667. them. It has happened to them.

  668. According to the true proverb, a dog returns to its own vomit,

  669. and a sow, after washing, returns to wallowing in the

  670. mire. I'm just going to be quite

  671. honest as the apostle of the ministry, there are many

  672. funerals that people are going to and they're saying, well,

  673. they're in a better place and they are not in a better place

  674. because their lifestyle gave no evidence of lordship.

  675. I think many people are going to be surprised when they get up

  676. there and they're like, we're so and so I got up.

  677. They're not here. What do you mean they're not

  678. here? I was there when they asked

  679. Jesus into their heart. They said they may have asked

  680. him into their heart, but He didn't make him Lord.

  681. There's no fruit, no change. And you know, so and so they

  682. turned against me and went back. And, you know, they were living

  683. life worse than they were before they ever got saved.

  684. And you think I just let them in?

  685. No, they trampled on my blood. These are sobering words, but

  686. they're words of truth. Revelation chapter 20, verse 10

    Revelation 20:10–15

  687. through 15 says in The Devil who deceived them was thrown into

  688. the lake of fire of brimstone, where the beast and the false

  689. prophet are also, and they will be tormented day and night

  690. forever and ever. Then I saw a great white throne,

  691. and him who set upon it, from whose present earth and heaven

  692. fled away, and no place was found for them.

  693. And I saw the dead, the great, and the small, standing before

  694. the throne. And books were opened, and

  695. another book was open, which is the Book of Life.

  696. And the dead were judged from the things which were written in

  697. the books according to their deeds.

  698. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it.

  699. And Death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them, and

  700. they were judged, every one of them, according to their deeds.

  701. Then Death and Hades were thrown into the Lake of Fire.

  702. This is the second death, the Lake of Fire.

  703. And if anyone's name was not found in the Book of Life, he

  704. was thrown into the lake of fire.

  705. And we have just read through scripture of all of the actions

  706. and behaviors that do not inherit the Kingdom of God.

  707. And there are 6 billion people, probably more, that are marked

  708. for this scene. And the greatest hope they have

  709. is you. Because the church is the hope

  710. of the world. We are the hope of the world.

  711. Because if we will actually come out from among them and where it

  712. just means we do not live like the world, we live like we are

  713. in Christ. We are born of God.

  714. We have his nature, we have his power, and we walk in a world we

  715. are not of. We're in a world we're not of,

  716. but the world knows we're not of them.

  717. They see it in our actions. They see it in our behavior.

  718. They see it in our lifestyle. They see it in how we carry

  719. ourselves. They see it in our forgiveness.

  720. They see it in the fruits of the Spirit that happened day in and

  721. day out of our lives. And if we truly care to

  722. evangelize to the world, then we must crucify our flesh and live

  723. a holy life and let the blood of God, my gosh, sanctify you

  724. entirely. Entirely.

  725. I close with these verses. Romans 59 says this much more

  726. than having been justified by his blood.

  727. We shall be saved from the wrath of God through him.

  728. If you're here today and you've never made Jesus the Lord of

  729. your life, I want you to know God is storing up anger towards

  730. you. It's not because He wants to.

  731. It's because you are having him do this because He's already

  732. paid the price for everything you're doing in the life you're

  733. living. And as much as you're trying to

  734. do good and you're trying to put your life on a scale and you're

  735. trying to say, well, I'm not as bad as such and such, and I

  736. haven't done as much as so and so.

  737. That means nothing with God. All that matters is the blood of

  738. Jesus because no one is good. No, not one.

  739. I always fell short of being right with God, no matter how

  740. much. And I was raised in church, but

  741. being raised in church only let me know that I was a Sinner.

  742. I was cut off, I needed saving, and Jesus was the only one.

  743. And his blood justified me and saved me from the wrath to come.

  744. First Thessalonians 110 says and the way and to wait for his Son

  745. from heaven, whom he raised from the dead.

  746. That is Jesus who rescues us from the wrath to come.

  747. Come on up, worship team God wants to save you.

  748. He wants you to escape this wrath.

  749. He does not want you anymore to be subject to it.

  750. And He sure doesn't want his children taking their hand off

  751. the plow and looking back. And there are so many people in

  752. this congregation right now that if we all would commit to a holy

  753. life, Saint Augustine cannot stand a chance because you are

  754. in too many places that the light of God does not shine.

  755. And the conviction in their lives put them in a place that

  756. they're like, I need your Jesus. No longer do we need to see a

  757. person go into the Lake of fire because of the hypocrisy of the

  758. believer. You have to settle that.

  759. I have been blood bought, blood washed.

  760. I have been. I am owned by the king.

  761. My life is not my own and no longer will I just go by someone

  762. without at least saying God, I pray for this person right now.

  763. Sin laborers. If I'm not the person to talk

  764. today, God, I don't know where that person is.

  765. I don't know who this person is that is serving me right now at

  766. McDonald's. Lord, I don't know if they're

  767. right with you or not, but God, I thank you today.

  768. At least I prayed for them. Maybe God's not authorizing you

  769. to speak to them and please do not go to them and say, do you

  770. know where you're going to go when you die today?

  771. Don't do that. That is not the gospel Jesus

  772. preached. Now, if you want to say, do you

  773. know Jesus, say that because this is about life.

  774. This is not when we exit. This is about life.

  775. Now, do you have peace in your life?

  776. Do you have perpetual peace? Ask them things that are

  777. applicable for now, not Do you know where you'd go if you were

  778. to die right now. How's that help them on the

  779. earth? Let's preach the gospel.

  780. Jesus, be sensitive enough to say, I see you're sniffling

  781. today. Can I pray for you?

  782. And maybe that's all you do, but you're being led by the Spirit.

  783. Why? Because this person, maybe not

  784. this person, but you understand that person that you're standing

  785. in front of may be marked for destruction.

  786. This is why. Do we want something to change

  787. with our schools? Do we want protection for our

  788. schools? Well, how is it that we would

  789. not want to go pray? And again, I can't be at every

  790. one of them. This is why we equip the Saints

  791. for the work of service so that you can participate and do

  792. something. You can show up, you can pray a

  793. hedge of protection. You can say this is what the

  794. church is supposed to do. I close with this verse right

  795. here. Colossians 1/3, 13 and 14.

  796. And he rescued us from the domain of darkness and

  797. transferred us to the Kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have

  798. redemption, the forgiveness of sin.

  799. It's time to escape and be transferred.

  800. It's time to escape and be transferred.
