  1. So turn over to Second Timothy chapter 2, verses 11 to 13.

    2 Timothy 2:11–13

  2. Say not denied. Come on, say not denied.

  3. We're going to talk about the word of the king today.

  4. Second Timothy 211 to 13 says this and there's a lot we can

  5. mine out just in this verse. I'm going to focus on the 13th

  6. verse, but it says it is a trustworthy statement for if we

  7. died with him, we will also live with him.

  8. Verse 12. Now let me just let me back up

  9. one minute. There's a 2 letter word in here

  10. called if, if it's a conditional statement, all right, that means

  11. you must meet the condition in order for the latter to happen.

  12. So when it says if that's a condition and that condition is

  13. predicated on us. So if we died with him, then

  14. what's the result? We will also live with him.

  15. But if you've not died with him, then you're not living with him.

  16. Verse 12, if we endure. So endurance is necessary.

  17. That tells us that just asking Jesus to be Lord of our lives,

  18. or as it's typically portrayed, to come into our heart and save

  19. us is not an enduring event. That is a one time confession.

  20. So something else takes place once you're born again, there's

  21. an endurance you must endure. So if we endure, then what will

  22. take place? We will also reign with Him,

  23. which tells us you can die with Him and live but not reign.

  24. In order to reign in life, you're going to have to endure.

  25. I'm going to say that again. In order to reign in this life,

  26. you must endure. Unfortunately, most people are

  27. dying with Him, acknowledging their sin state that they need a

  28. Savior and they confess Jesus as Lord so that they come alive,

  29. but yet they do not endure in this earth with the Word in

  30. order for the word to reign with them in this life.

  31. We always see this as a future, but you understand, you can

  32. reign now, all right. It says if condition we deny

  33. Him, He also will deny us. So if we don't deny Him, then

  34. guess what? He's not going to deny us.

  35. If we do not deny Him, He is not going to deny us.

  36. Now, most of the time, this particular passage of Scripture,

  37. this one statement is set solely with the lost, that if the lost

  38. deny him, he'll deny. But it's not just in the lost

  39. because a believer can deny him. And I'm going to show you why

  40. here in a minute, because we have taken Jesus and only placed

  41. him in one late, one particular category.

  42. Although his name is Jesus, he is something else prior to the

  43. name Jesus. Jesus is his name because God

  44. had to send His Son in the form of a man to regain the dominion

  45. that Adam lost. Yet he's always been a son and

  46. he also serves another purpose within the Godhead, that if you

  47. deny that it will be denied you. Y'all right?

  48. I know I'm speaking a little, you know, in mystery, but it'll

  49. be revealed here in a second verse 13.

  50. If we are faith less, if we are faith, He remains what?

  51. Faithful. Why?

  52. For he cannot deny himself, He cannot deny himself.

  53. I said he cannot deny himself, he cannot deny himself.

  54. So if we are faithless, he remains faithful.

  55. Now, a lot of times this particular Scripture is kind of

  56. kicked off in this type of interpretation.

  57. I'm probably going to question that a little bit, But it says,

  58. you know, if we are faithless, like if we aren't believing God,

  59. God will still be faithful and do it for us to spite us.

  60. So at this point, then why even live by faith?

  61. Why is there a requirement to live by faith?

  62. Because he'll do it anyway, whether we're in faith or not,

  63. based upon our lives. Well, you know, if God, because

  64. this is where sovereignty kicks in, in air.

  65. Well, God's sovereign, he's going to do what he wants to do,

  66. how he wants to do it. And so you understand, whether

  67. you believe or not, God's going to do it for you anyway.

  68. So even if we're faithless, God's faithful to do it for you

  69. anyway. And you'll get the result of it,

  70. period. But that's not what that

  71. Scripture means. I said it's not what it means.

  72. And so let's look at a couple of the translations of 13 before we

  73. break this verse down. The Young's little translation

  74. says it this way. If we are not steadfast, he

  75. remains steadfast to deny himself.

  76. He is not able to deny himself. He is what He's not able.

  77. He cannot deny himself. The word cannot means this.

  78. No power or ability to be unable or incapable of.

  79. So we are finding one of the things God cannot do.

  80. Oh wow, I thought I'd have had a better response here.

  81. OK, I expect that on YouTube this is one of the things God

  82. cannot do. See this is the problem with the

  83. the air of sovereignty is that we don't understand sovereignty

  84. from a Kingdom perspective. We only understand sovereignty

  85. from a religious perspective. Religion teaches us sovereignty

  86. is God's in control of everything.

  87. This is why so many people stay lost because they are perplexed

  88. how in the world if he is a God of love and he's sovereign and

  89. in control of everything, why is there raping, murdering and all

  90. these things? Because now we have associated

  91. that God is controlling those things.

  92. And that's not true. God is not controlling, nor is

  93. he allowing. There is an enemy that does

  94. these things, and because men are separated from God, this is

  95. the result of their behavior and their actions that are contrary

  96. to the behavior and nature of God.

  97. God is not controlling that, nor is He authorizing that, nor is

  98. He condoning that, nor is He in control of that.

  99. So religious sovereignty has it where God is controlling

  100. everything. This is why Christians take up

  101. this banter that, you know, well, you know, whatever God

  102. wants to do, it'll do because you know, he's sovereign.

  103. Well, why pray you understand some of these thinkings?

  104. Because we have lost critical thinking.

  105. We have really. And when we say critical

  106. thinking, that's really a word, word term.

  107. Let me give you a biblical term. Because we quit seeking first

  108. the Kingdom and His righteousness.

  109. See, when you begin to seek God, you can't help but ask questions

  110. and say, now Lord, do you mean that?

  111. What does this mean? And you're not questioning God.

  112. You are seeking God and His way of doing, processing and

  113. thinking. His ways are higher than our

  114. ways. His thoughts are higher than our

  115. thoughts, but they're not unobtainable.

  116. They can be found. God wants us to seek Him to be

  117. found. He wants us to not so He can

  118. open. He wants us to ask so He can

  119. give, so we can receive, not so that He can keep dangling A

  120. revelation that you can never come to a truth.

  121. God is not withholding truth. He is revealing truth to the

  122. seeker. Because God does not violate His

  123. own word, He would never cast His pearls before the swan.

  124. God is not casting revelation to you for you to chew it up and

  125. eat it for your own personal pleasures.

  126. All right, Amen. This is really a great good

  127. stuff we're talking here. So he cannot.

  128. God does not have this power. This is one of the things God

  129. cannot do. The next word is deny.

  130. Deny means to contradict, to reject, to abnegate, to refuse.

  131. So God has no ability to reject himself.

  132. God is powerless to refuse himself.

  133. So Jameson Fawcett Brown biblical scholars and their

  134. commentary said this. Three things are impossible to

  135. God, and I don't think you're going to disagree with this.

  136. Number one, it's impossible for God to die.

  137. God cannot die, Amen. He's eternal.

  138. He's not going to die. He cannot be separated from

  139. himself #2HE cannot lie, can't do it.

  140. And the last thing is he cannot be deceived.

  141. God cannot be deceived. We have been deceived.

  142. We have walked in a life of deception, but God has never

  143. been deceived, and I don't know why.

  144. Why the lost think they can deceive God?

  145. Nor do I understand why a born again believer thinks they can

  146. deceive God as well. God knows it all.

  147. He knows the heart. He knows the secrets of man.

  148. There is nothing that's hidden, but he cannot be deceived.

  149. You can pray the most eloquent prayer and be over and praying

  150. in the Spirit all the while. God knows what's going on in

  151. your heart. You can say the most eloquent

  152. scriptural things and God can say I would love to do for you.

  153. However, I need you to do this. There are many scriptures that

  154. talk about how prayers are hindered, yet we think just

  155. because we pray God's obligated to answer.

  156. Yet the Bible has a lot to say about God not listening.

  157. But we've a lot of us have been religiously taught that if we

  158. say any prayer, God is listening.

  159. Yet there are many accounts where God doesn't hear the

  160. prayers and does not answer them.

  161. And This is why corporate prayer services are as small as they

  162. are because we have a religious sovereignty mentality that then

  163. we take into our prayer life with God and when the answer

  164. doesn't come, we humanize the Lord.

  165. I'm hoping this week is going to allow me to launch into God is

  166. not a man. They go on to say the

  167. impossibility is not one of infirmity, but of infinite power

  168. and majesty. Also indirectly, comfort is

  169. suggested to the believer that he is faithful to his promise to

  170. them. At the same time that apostates

  171. are shaken out of their self deceiving fancy fancy that

  172. because they change, this is their thinking.

  173. Christ similarly may change, but he warns Timothy to be steadfast

  174. in faith. In essence he's saying God is

  175. not the change we are. God is not wishy washy with his

  176. words. We are because John come on 1/1

  177. we call him Jesus. But long before he was given the

  178. human name Jesus, Jesus in Spanish John 11 says in the

  179. beginning was the was the what was the word and the word was

  180. with God and the word was God verse 14 and the word became

  181. what's his name? Come on, what's his name?

  182. So before he was given the name Jesus through the Virgin Mary

  183. who was married to Joseph the Son of God is known as the word.

  184. This is why he cannot deny himself, because God cannot deny

  185. a word he has spoken. It is impossible for God to

  186. refuse his own word. It is impossible for God to say

  187. a word and then say, oh not you know what?

  188. I'm not going to keep that. It's impossible.

  189. God keeps his word. I said God keeps his word.

  190. God never fails to keep His word.

  191. Look what it says here in Isaiah 4610 to 11.

  192. It says declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient

  193. times things which have not been done.

  194. Saying My purpose will be established and I will

  195. accomplish all my good pleasure. Calling a bird of prey from the

  196. East, the man of my purpose from a far country.

  197. Truly I have what spoken. Truly I will bring it to pass.

  198. I have planned it. Surely I'll do it now.

  199. This scripture does not mean that what he intends for you,

  200. you will do. What it does mean is God did his

  201. part so that you are at. You have no excuse not to do

  202. your part. You're without excuse not to do

  203. your part. Again, if we can't continue to

  204. keep this religious mindset of sovereignty that God's in

  205. control, do whatever he wants to do, then it would be very

  206. difficult for us to be able to believe that anyone could be

  207. cast into the lake of fire. However they will be.

  208. So the Bible's very clear. There is a God side, but there

  209. is also His creation side and of His creation side that has been

  210. given free will. They have the responsibility to

  211. yield and submit their will to the One who cannot lie, to the

  212. one that is life. Are you hearing me now?

  213. We know that there's an at some point the angelic realm rebelled

  214. against that word, and God did not deny himself, meaning what

  215. He said would occur. If someone goes against His

  216. word, the action would happen. And we do not have the back

  217. story of that whole thing. We just know rebellion happened,

  218. that this one anointed cherub convinced others that we're

  219. going to take over the throne, we're going to overthrow the

  220. Creator. However, the Creator has spoken

  221. and he cannot be overthrown. Man, I should get you.

  222. Like just running. I mean that one statement of law

  223. should make a Pentecostal church shout that King Jesus King the

  224. Father can never ever be overthrown.

  225. Wow, never overthrown and what God says He does so when He

  226. creates the heavens and the earth and then we get over into

  227. this earth, He's created in a way so that he places a man in

  228. his likeness in his image to have the dominion on the earth

  229. as he has in heaven. He speaks it into existence.

  230. He said let us make man in our image according to our likeness

  231. and let them rule, have dominion like we do here in heaven.

  232. He'll have on earth. I'm authorizing him to function

  233. that way as long as he is hearing my words and obeying

  234. them. And he said, this Son, you can

  235. eat from any tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge

  236. of good and evil you shall. Now this lets us know that God's

  237. Word reigns supreme in every part of His creation.

  238. Although He gave Him rule, man, rulership to administrate,

  239. dominion or rule on the earth, it was still at the

  240. authorization of God the Father who resided in heaven.

  241. Adam as a ruler could not just eat any tree he wants to.

  242. He's eating what has been authorized from heaven's will.

  243. This is why Jesus said, Now when you pray, pray this way, our

  244. Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be your name, your

  245. Kingdom, your will be on as it is.

  246. Earth's Kingdom cannot reflect heaven's Kingdom without the

  247. will of heaven. That's right.

  248. So Adam cannot function or have heaven's will or God's Kingdom

  249. in the earth unless he has the will of heaven, because the will

  250. of heaven is the will of the king.

  251. And as the will of the king is, so goes the Kingdom.

  252. That's right. So he says, Son, you can eat

  253. from any tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of

  254. good and evil you shall not eat, for the day you eat you will.

  255. Surely. I have spoken.

  256. I have spoken now is it, is it God's will that man would die?

  257. No, God didn't say let us make man in our image according to

  258. our likeness. Let them rule Adam.

  259. You can eat from any tree of the garden, but if the tree of the

  260. knowledge of good and evil, I will for some of you to die.

  261. No, don't eat it. And again, we've said this

  262. before, if Adam is created out of the love of God and is of the

  263. nature of God. Adam had to do more than just

  264. say I love you. His love is demonstrated through

  265. his obedience and he obeyed. As long as he obeys, there's a

  266. connection. But the minute he disobeys, now

  267. what did the enemy do? He came in and says, what has

  268. God said? Because he knows this.

  269. He knows this better than Adam and Eve.

  270. He cannot deny himself. He will not deny his word.

  271. What he has said, what he has spoken, he'll bring.

  272. It'll come to pass. So he says, what does he said?

  273. She recounts it. And then he says you're not

  274. going to die. There's the deception, there's

  275. the lie. Now a lying and deception are

  276. hand in hand. In order for you to be deceived,

  277. you have or to walk in deception, you have to accept a

  278. lie. And there are many believers

  279. that are born again that live under deception because they

  280. accept lies. They're hand in hand.

  281. I said they're hand in hand. They're hand in hand.

  282. The men, you accept a lie, you're going to walk over in

  283. deception. So he he gives them a deceptive

  284. plan. That sounds better, but this

  285. root is just a lie. And why is a lie?

  286. Because he now has truth. Truth is do not do this or this

  287. will occur. And he says God's not going to

  288. do what he said he would do. God will not do what he says he

  289. will do. Now if this is how we in our

  290. modern day Christianity are living a relationship with the

  291. Lord, we're in trouble and we hear it all the time.

  292. Well, you know, the Lord may heal you, but he may not.

  293. Now that's not coming from heaven, you know, because sister

  294. so and so, aunt such and such, you know, Uncle so and so, my

  295. Mama, love God and believe. But she received something

  296. contrary to what God said. And now God isn't who he says he

  297. is. God is who you say he is.

  298. So when God in the beginning said let's make man in our

  299. image, He is obligated to not to deny that opportunity.

  300. Even after Adam eats the fruit. And all now are subject to

  301. eternal separation, for all have sinned and fallen short of the

  302. glory of God. Even if the Lord knew no one

  303. will ever receive the forgiveness I have given them

  304. through my Son Jesus, I still must send him because I cannot

  305. deny my word concerning that opportunity.

  306. Hallelujah. Now talking about love, God so

  307. passionate to see his word fulfilled by every T cross and

  308. every I dotted that he is willing to send himself before

  309. he even speaks man into existence because he said the

  310. lamb was slain before the foundations of the world.

  311. So he already knows Adam's going to eat.

  312. Keeping a tree out doesn't save men.

  313. That's right. Come on.

  314. This is why, because God's life, when it's all said and done

  315. everything we'll know I keep my word.

  316. Now the problem with today's religion is that when you say

  317. keep the word, they think of legalism, you know, and works

  318. and all that kind of stuff. Well that's just religious

  319. garbage that we've been taught. The reality is it's always about

  320. your free will acknowledgement, but that's not without something

  321. you're doing yourself, meaning you're involved in the process.

  322. I don't earn God, I receive him based upon his instruction.

  323. So when I do what God says, He can't deny me because He cannot

  324. deny Himself. This is why I can boldly go

  325. before the throne of grace and have confidence when approaching

  326. Him, knowing that if I ask anything according to His will,

  327. He hears me because He always hears His own word.

  328. So He's not doing for me based upon me, He's doing for me based

  329. upon what He said about me. And why am I arguing with the

  330. father saying I don't deserve to be who you say I am?

  331. He's like, that's not the issue, I said.

  332. And I just cannot deny myself, can't do it.

  333. This is what I desire is to have man in my image according to my

  334. likeness, to have dominion, to rule and reign with me.

  335. And that's what I want. Say it about you, but if you'll

  336. meet it, if you'll do what I say, if you'll get up in faith,

  337. if you'll believe me at my word, if you'll recognize that I

  338. always keep my word. So by faith you're really just

  339. receiving all that He has already accomplished.

  340. Wow. And He never fails to keep His

  341. word. Hebrews 617 and 18 says this in

  342. the same way. God desiring more, even more, to

  343. show to the heirs of the promise of the unchangeableness of His

  344. purpose, interposed with an oath, so that by two

  345. unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we

  346. who have taken refuge would have strong encouragement to take

  347. hold of the hopes set before us. Man, Hallelujah, thank you

  348. Jesus, Hallelujah, God is unchangeable.

  349. Now I know there are passages in Scripture, and again, the

  350. religious mind runs through those to try to justify things

  351. that that happen because we, for whatever reason, do not want a

  352. person to feel bad because they're not firmly persuaded of

  353. His word. And so we act like God to

  354. change, and then we'll invoke Scripture like, well, the Lord

  355. went to Hezekiah the king through the prophet and says,

  356. get your house in order, you're going to die, right?

  357. What did Hezekiah do? Hezekiah then as a king took and

  358. threw out stuff all over the bed.

  359. The word that God has spoken concerning things, His own word

  360. is what he did and he began to entreat the Lord based upon

  361. legislative amendments. I'm going to use it that term

  362. because when God, because Hezekiah is in the law of Moses

  363. and the law of Moses reads like this.

  364. Just read Deuteronomy if that's how it reads.

  365. If you obey me, if you'll do this, that and the other, I'll

  366. do all these things. Then it drops down and says, but

  367. if you don't, then all these things are incur will occur.

  368. But then he goes on. He has writings like this.

  369. If my people rebel against me, yet at some point turn, repent,

  370. cry out to me with their heart out here and I'll I'll invoke an

  371. amendment. There's another.

  372. I'll pull them off that path and put them on another path.

  373. They will determine which path will develop in their lives.

  374. Now here's the thing. God plays pays the price for

  375. both paths. I just want you to know that God

  376. has paid the path of death because Jesus took on our sin.

  377. He died for us. He took on our transgressions.

  378. So everything ever wrong ever done, every wrong thing King

  379. Hezekiah ever did that required the payment of death, Jesus is

  380. going to pay the price. It's not going away.

  381. It's not under a rug. It's going to be paid for and

  382. that word concerning it has to be met.

  383. Jesus met that because God cannot deny that word, cannot

  384. deny it. So he'll make the payment and

  385. it's the blood of Jesus, glory to God.

  386. So during that dispensation, you could come off that line and be

  387. back on a line of blessing. But he also said, if you're

  388. blessed, but then you go away from me, you begin to worship

  389. the gods of the land and you begin to forget, then it drops

  390. down. So you understand in the nation

  391. of Israel, they were like up and down on this.

  392. Now God's long-suffering as well.

  393. But that doesn't mean, because eventually we know when Jeremiah

  394. shows up, he says nobody's going to repent, Tell them they should

  395. repent, but no one's going to. And they're going to Babylon,

  396. period. The rest of these prophets that

  397. are saying they're not going to be, it's going to be OK.

  398. They're a bunch of liars. They're listening to deceiving

  399. spirits. They are going, they are going

  400. to be conquered. Did they get conquered?

  401. But didn't God say they would be conquered if they kept those

  402. actions absent? Because God always keeps his

  403. word. So when Hezekiah threw out his

  404. appeal, he invoked God's word of what I will do to one who will

  405. repent. But here's the thing, God

  406. actually did not change his mind concerning Hezekiah.

  407. He just delayed. When he would leave, he said,

  408. I'll give you 15 more years. OK, Same thing.

  409. Moses Lord, I know you want to kill everybody out here because

  410. they're stubborn, stiff neck. They saw all the miracles you

  411. did in Egypt. My gosh.

  412. And here we are in the wilderness there wine bag

  413. complaining. I understand this is horrible.

  414. I just move out of the way. I'll start a whole nother nation

  415. with you no problem. And why does he know this?

  416. Because he knows the end from the beginning.

  417. He already knows their heart and He's righteous and He's already

  418. displayed His goodness to them by delivering out of a whole

  419. name. They have had enough evidence to

  420. act this way is punishable. But Moses throws up this

  421. thought. It's really ain't about them.

  422. It's about these other nations. Because we sure don't want the

  423. testimony that you brought them out just to kill them.

  424. Well, now obviously the Lord wouldn't want that testimony

  425. either, right? Because what testimony he is

  426. leaving with those nations. And we know there's a testimony

  427. because Rahab the harlot knew to testimony 40 years later.

  428. We have been afraid of you because we know what you, what

  429. your God did in Egypt. So the Lord didn't change his

  430. mind. The Lord delayed or says I'll do

  431. what I said. I'll just take 40 years

  432. according to your request instead of ending it now.

  433. Now Moses looking back may have thought probably should let him

  434. do that. Now you say why that?

  435. Because that congregation for 40 years was such a thorn in his

  436. flesh that one day God said go speak to the rock.

  437. And Moses was so just like I am fed up with them man, that what

  438. once worked as a word of the Lord hit the rock and it

  439. remained blessed. He hit the rock twice.

  440. Water still flowed, but it was against God's word and it cost

  441. him the promised land. And let me tell you, God keeps

  442. what he says because Moses begged him and he shows him the

  443. whole land on a mountain one day and he says, see this, this is

  444. where they're going. I'm giving you permission to

  445. see, he said, but don't you ever talk to me again about going in.

  446. I'm not changing my mind. You dishonored me and did not

  447. treat me wholly in front of the congregation.

  448. But what we do now in grace is we let God be a mind changer.

  449. Because of the grace of God, we act like God could say one thing

  450. to us. And believers do it all the

  451. time. The Lord called me to this

  452. church. Well, then he calls you out of

  453. the church. I mean, six months later.

  454. Wow, that's interesting. Wow, right.

  455. I mean, there's all kinds of things, you know, you believe

  456. God till the first trial comes. So I love what Pastor Darryl

  457. Huffman says. He said when I made Jesus Lord,

  458. it was for life forever, forever.

  459. The first offense, the first issue, the first conflict, the

  460. first run in with someone, the first time you get corrected by

  461. your spiritual overseers. I can't tell you how many people

  462. have come up to me through the years and talk about how

  463. anointed the services are only to blast me on Instagram, you

  464. know, years later, this craziest thing you've ever seen in your

  465. life. Why?

  466. Because they say they're hearing from God, yet they're acting

  467. like God could change his mind concerning things all the time.

  468. God is not that God. First of all, God is not bipolar

  469. because God is not a man. He's not bipolar.

  470. Yeah, it's a T-shirt. Yeah, my King's not bipolar.

  471. He does what he says. Hallelujah.

  472. Hallelujah. You understand.

  473. You have to let this get seared in your mind, because when you

  474. have the firm persuasion, my God will do what he says, you

  475. understand, Then nothing will ever take you off your faith.

  476. Nothing. No one can pull you from your

  477. purpose. No one can stop you from your

  478. destiny because you know what God has said concerning me and

  479. His church is going to come to pass Hallelujah.

  480. Titus 1-2 says this in the hope of eternal life, which God, who

  481. cannot lie, promised long ago. Here's 2 scriptures that led us.

  482. So he doesn't lie. So he doesn't lie.

  483. If he says you're healed, if he says you're, you're, you have

  484. favor. If he says you prosper.

  485. I mean, if he says that you can have the mind of Christ, and I'm

  486. just throwing out general out of general, yes, general statements

  487. right now. If he says that the fruits of

  488. the Spirit are in you, then you can't tell me that your family

  489. has a long line of having a short temper, 'cause my family

  490. does not. That's the problem.

  491. You keep associating yourself with a natural family and then

  492. you put it on a God that's supernatural and you try to make

  493. him natural, but God's not a man.

  494. God raise you up out of just the natural.

  495. He says you got a new bloodline and your Father in heaven has

  496. never lost his temper unrighteously.

  497. Your Father in heaven has never had in his DNA cancer.

  498. He's never had depression. I, I mean, I'm blown away at

  499. believers talking about their depression and their anxiety

  500. while you're doing this, identifying with your flesh.

  501. God has stripped it, whipped it, taking it off.

  502. He has pulled it away. He said, I've conquered it.

  503. I've conquered a grave, I've conquered death, hell in the

  504. grave. I've conquered sin, I've

  505. conquered depression, anxiety. Why are you letting it on you?

  506. Why would you let it on you, 'cause God said the joy of the

  507. Lord is your stream. That's joy every morning, every

  508. morning. Don't live another day

  509. depressed. You don't have to 'cause when

  510. you know that God can't lie concerning that, all you have to

  511. do is believe you didn't earn the joy.

  512. He paid the price. So you could have the joy just

  513. by faith you but you have to receive it by faith.

  514. You have to exercise it. You have to say, no, I'm not

  515. going to be depressed today. No, I'm going to rejoice in the

  516. Lord. I mean, what did Paul say?

  517. Rejoice in the Lord. And again, I say always rejoice.

  518. Hallelujah. But what is the modern day

  519. church doing? The modern day church is, yeah.

  520. But the truth is, I know people are going through things and we

  521. don't want to see. You're supposed to raise them up

  522. to the culture of the Kingdom, not try to bring God down to

  523. identify with them. Jesus did not come to identify

  524. with you. Jesus has been tempted on

  525. accounts like you so he can sympathize with your weaknesses,

  526. but the only reason he came that way is because Adam lost the

  527. dominion as a man so it requires man to get it back and God did

  528. it through Jesus Christ. Hallelujah.

  529. Hallelujah Jesus. I never heard Jesus say to his

  530. disciples. I'm really depressed right now.

  531. Now, that doesn't mean he wasn't weighed down.

  532. He said. He was tempted on all accounts.

  533. He was tempted to have anxiety. He was tempted to have fear.

  534. He was tempted to be depressed. He was tempted to worry.

  535. But he didn't. He cast it down.

  536. He obeyed his father. He stayed in the nature of God.

  537. Although he lived in a skin suit, he overcame.

  538. And you know what we're called? We're called.

  539. Oh, they're preaching that little God.

  540. Your bet we are. We are sons of.

  541. Yeah, I'm a child of. I was created by.

  542. Yeah, I'm not God, but I am his child.

  543. I do have his nature and his nature's are overcoming,

  544. conquering. And my God said that I would

  545. conquer. He said that I was more than a

  546. conqueror. He said that I would triumph in

  547. all things. God said that about me.

  548. And by the grace of God, I'm going to conquer and win.

  549. I'm not a loser. No more else.

  550. Yeah, no more else. We ain't taking no else in this

  551. house. Yeah, we ain't taking no else in

  552. this house, people. No way.

  553. No way. God never said, you loser,

  554. aren't you glad? You just in the house, you

  555. maggot of a man. Now he said, son, you have no

  556. idea what it was that I ordained you for.

  557. Get up out of that dark mess and get over here in the Kingdom.

  558. I'll show you your work. I'll show you your power.

  559. I'll show you who you are as a child of God.

  560. Whoa. Glory to God.

  561. Yeah, see, This is why we stand up and shout because that's like

  562. getting a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

  563. And when in a game you can't stay, as you see, when you know

  564. who you are and you know the victory that he has gotten for

  565. you, My goodness, Hallelujah. And let me give you a speed

  566. round and we'll close First Samuel chapter 15, verse 29 just

    1 Samuel 15:29

  567. to concrete the thoughts. And also the glory of Israel

  568. will not lie nor repent, for he is not a man that he should

  569. repent. The glory of Israel is God.

  570. He will not lie nor repent. He doesn't have to change his

  571. thinking because He thought before He spoke, because when he

  572. speaks it comes to pass. Numbers 2319 says God is not a

  573. man. Are we going to preach this

  574. soon? I hope Sunday God is not a man

  575. that he shall lie nor the Son of man that he should repent.

  576. Has he said and will he not do it?

  577. That is a rhetorical question. That is not like, yeah, I don't

  578. know if he will. That's that's a rhetorical

  579. question. It is absolutely he will do what

  580. he said or has he spoken and will he not make it good?

  581. The problem is, is that we are speaking things God's saying

  582. without God's saying and and you cannot speak on behalf of God

  583. and be outside of His word because God's will is His word.

  584. You cannot listen to modern day Christian music and some of the

  585. modern day praise songs. You cannot listen to it and it

  586. and and and recite it and expect God to move because God's in

  587. some instances aren't moving at all.

  588. You have to be in the word. All right, speed round.

  589. I said, let's go to the next one.

  590. Want to get you out of here. Isaiah 40 and verse 8.

  591. The grass Withers, the flowers fade, but the word of our God

  592. what for the word of our God, what man?

  593. I'm trying to get this in your spirit because in the last days

  594. were great deceptions coming in the last days where the the love

  595. of many will wax cold that people will fall away from the

  596. faith. Why?

  597. Because they are actually not really believing that God does

  598. what he says. They know he can.

  599. Knowing he can do something is not firmly persuaded He will

  600. only do what he says because the many of you are saying well God

  601. can. You are setting it on a

  602. condition and thinking it's not. It may not be applicable to you.

  603. Healing is applicable to everyone, definitely the

  604. believer, because even the laws can get access to it through

  605. mercy so that God can show his compassion and to draw them, but

  606. they cannot have it habitually. But a believer can walk in it.

  607. Now you just can't slingshot and go up in there and grab

  608. scripture and begin to not meditate on it and say, I'm

  609. going to use this one. You got to say now, Lord, what

  610. is it that I because if you'll go to the Lord, Lord, I know

  611. your scripture says this and I know it says this and I know I

  612. can be healed and I know that the healing God is mine and it's

  613. mine now and it's for me today and it's what I need to have.

  614. And it's this, that and the other.

  615. And you keep saying it and then you're saying, is there anything

  616. I need to do so that these things are alive and come to

  617. pass? And the end results is what you

  618. say. And the Lord may say, change

  619. this in your diet, quit drinking this, let go of that.

  620. There could be a multiplicity of things that God could say in

  621. your hearing that the minute you act on it, then you receive it.

  622. For some, the reason why they do not have healing is because they

  623. have unforgiveness. And you can go read all the diet

  624. books you want to and quote all the healing scriptures you want

  625. to. But the Lord knows your heart

  626. and he's not deceiving. He says you got unforgiveness.

  627. You need to go ask Him to forgive you.

  628. If you don't do that, healing won't be yours because you're

  629. not doing the word of the King. It's a hindrance.

  630. He knows what hinders His word. Unbelief, ignorance, and your

  631. failure to act on another word to release a word.

  632. Are you hearing me? Last scripture Is this, Luke

  633. 2133, Heaven and earth. Now that doesn't mean it will

  634. cease to exist. That means the sin that's

  635. contained within the 1st and 2nd heavens and the earth, that'll

  636. pass away because we'll have new heavens and a new earth.

  637. But my words will not pass away. His word concerning the church

  638. will not pass away, and His word concerning you will not pass

  639. away, and His word concerning you individually is for the

  640. church. It's for the church, Hallelujah.

  641. So he cannot deny himself. Every time I go to Scripture, I

  642. said, now Lord, you have to do what you said.

  643. You said you're making a demand on God.

  644. I'm making a demand on his word because he tells me to do so.

  645. And it pleases our Father that you come and bring his word back

  646. to him. It pleases him.

  647. He's like, that's it right there.

  648. Now you talk in my language. Now you talk in my life.

  649. Now you talk in my nature. Now you talking how we supposed

  650. to function. That's right, that's right,

  651. that's right, that's right. And then he says, let it be

  652. according to your faith, Let it be according to your faith.

  653. And all of a sudden that which once bound you was loose from

  654. you, free from you, and you're walking in the fullness of God.

  655. Hallelujah, Hallelujah. He will always keep His word

  656. concerning you and the Church.
