All right, turn over to Isaiah 55, verse 11.
-
Isaiah 55, verse 11. Amen.
-
I want to kind of go to .4 about reigning from the context of
-
authority, really dominion, because this year, as you know,
-
it's the reigning church the most the the next move of God,
-
OK will be the church maturing. It's a big deal for the church
-
to mature. And so we we need to position
-
ourselves so that we can be the church that's receiving the
-
latter rain. All right.
-
And in Agricultural Society, you know, there's the early rain and
-
the latter rain. The early rain is to be able to
-
get the seeds so that it would take root that way this plant
-
would come up and this plant coming up, which is pretty
-
amazing, isn't so amazing if it doesn't have fruit on it.
-
And so, you know, you know, conversion after you've accepted
-
Jesus by all rights is the seed breaking forth, the plant which
-
is on the inside of it. But the goal is to produce
-
fruit. And you know, the vine dresser,
-
he doesn't come through and say, wow, look at these branches,
-
they're amazing. The vine dress.
-
He said, I'm the vine, you are the if a man remains in me, he
-
will. So the key here is that we bear
-
much fruit. In fact, he goes on to say, by
-
this, the world knows that you're my disciples not by your
-
conversion, but by your fruit. So fruit bearing is really
-
important with the Lord. This is what he's looking for.
-
This is his examination. And in each season you can bear
-
fruit. And then he will come along at
-
the end of that particular season and say, now let's cut
-
this off, which is, you know, here's a little more carnality
-
we need to cut off. I want to address with you now,
-
or we need to cut this little bit off.
-
And sometimes God's not cutting any carnality or flesh.
-
He's just cutting a weight because the Bible talks about in
-
Hebrews that don't allow the sin or weights that so easily beset
-
you. A weight isn't sin.
-
It's just something that can hinder your progress.
-
It can slow you down. So the Lord can say, you know,
-
let's cut this out of your life. Not that it's a sin, but I want
-
you to cut back on that because I want you to give a little more
-
towards the gifting that I've made you to the body, to the
-
world. And I want to pull some more
-
fruit out because when you get pruned, it's so that you'll bear
-
what more fruit in the next season.
-
Which tells me God is never satisfied with the amount of
-
fruit that you are bearing from one season only.
-
God doesn't want you to do less fruit the next, nor does He want
-
you to do no fruit in the next. Because in that same passage of
-
Scripture, He says that if he comes to your branch and there's
-
no fruit, well, he'll cut that off and it gets cast and then it
-
dries up and then it's not good for anything but to be burned.
-
Well, we don't want to be a branch like that, right?
-
We want to bear fruit. So their seasons in life.
-
And why, why do I say that is because if we are people who go
-
from faith to faith, glory to glory, Well, then we have to
-
realize that we will have to go from one place where we have
-
been stretched. And then we we see the power
-
plan, the grace of God on our lives and him accomplishing what
-
we were believing. And then we look at that fruit
-
and go, wow, look what God did. Then all of a sudden he speaks
-
to us again because faith is calling those things that be not
-
as though they were so firm persuasion in his word that
-
we're like man, and you know that fight and you've got to
-
decide, will I step over it and go more or am I going to say let
-
me just stay right here. But the problem with staying
-
means that next season won't be as fruitful.
-
So I'm always excited to expand my my apostle Marcy and I, my
-
wife, we were talking and I said, you know, I remember the
-
season when we moved into the mall and man, we were like
-
having to, you know, tear all this stuff out and build
-
everything, you know, in the different theaters and, and the
-
money involved in all that. And then, you know, we got to
-
where, you know, finally enough people came and we were, you
-
know, money was just not a problem at that point.
-
You stretched yourself when you first came, but then you know,
-
God began to continue to provide.
-
Next thing you know you're moving and shaking, right?
-
You're like, what can't? What do you want to do now where
-
you want to give? What do you want to sow?
-
What do you want to buy? Whatever it is, you know,
-
there's not an issue here. But then when we met with the
-
owners about renting more, the Lord said, tell them you want to
-
buy it. And they said, well, we want to
-
buy them all. And they said, well, we've never
-
sold them all. We said, well, we've never
-
bought one, right? Well, then when we negotiate the
-
price and then you start seeing what that's going to be, then
-
you're like, well, that's different.
-
Now the question is, can I even do that?
-
So on paper, I'm like, well, naturally, I guess I can.
-
If we spend nothing, right? You know, that's one little
-
piece of toilet paper for all of you.
-
Each time you go in tight, you know, tight and but God's
-
exceeding money. Don't get me wrong.
-
My point is though you move, we moved into that season of faith
-
and things were different but God say, but God, because we are
-
moving forward from one now, what's the next thing God's
-
asking that's going to stretch us that you're like man now if
-
we do that well, I don't want to be comfortable here and think
-
this is all there is because it's not.
-
You know why it's not because there's 8 point something
-
billion people on the planet and not and most of them are not in
-
the Kingdom of God and we've got to advance the Kingdom and we've
-
got to preach the Kingdom and we have to get that out into the
-
world because they need to know that the king has come, the
-
savior of the world, the lamb has been slain.
-
The blood has been applied, but they need to get it applied to
-
their life through a confession of his lordship, right?
-
Isaiah 5511 says this. So will my word be which goes
-
forth from my mouth. It will not say.
-
It will not. It will not return to me empty,
-
without accomplishing what I desire and without succeeding in
-
the matter for which I sent it. That's powerful.
-
Now, God has said that. Now, if we truly are living by
-
faith, then we would know man. If God said it, that's it, I
-
said. If God said it, that's it.
-
And again, I'm not saying it, but if God said it, then I
-
believe God because God's word, which comes from his mouth, will
-
not return to him empty. It won't do it at all.
-
God will do what he says. So when people like, well, you
-
know, God just didn't do what he, then you didn't hear, right?
-
Because God always does what He said or you abandoned what He
-
said, one or the other, because God always does what He says.
-
Isaiah 45, starting in verse 21. Look at this one.
-
It says declare and set forth your case.
-
Indeed, let us counsel together. That's God saying, you want to
-
talk to me, let's talk, let's talk.
-
He said, Who has announced this from a vote?
-
Who has long since declared it? Is it not I the Lord, and there
-
is no other God besides me, Say there's no other God.
-
Come on, there's no other God. There's no other God.
-
And in in our world, really, the, the God that challenges the
-
only God the most are not idols, but it's man.
-
It's a man with his ideas, with his way of doing it.
-
In essence, he's like continuing with God.
-
No, I want to do this and I don't want to do it that way.
-
No, we should do it this way. And almost it's like the Lord's
-
like, well, you God or am I God? So there are no other gods
-
beside me, a righteous God and a savior.
-
There is none except me. All right, turn to me and be
-
what? Be safe all the ends of the
-
earth, for I am God and there is no other.
-
What an appeal. But then he goes on and says,
-
yes, I have sworn by myself. The word has gone forth from my
-
mouth in righteousness. Righteousness is not a religious
-
word. It means right standing with the
-
governing authority, and that's in essence.
-
The king from the throne has issued His decree, and he cannot
-
take it back, because He always does His word and will not turn
-
back. That to me every knee will bow,
-
every tongue will swear allegiance.
-
This is going to happen. Now look what it says in verse
-
24, because that will happen regardless.
-
He said. They will say of me only in the
-
Lord, our righteousness and strength.
-
Men will come to him, and all who were angry at Him will be
-
what? So you can either be saved and
-
bow as a child of God, or you can be angry with God, reject
-
him and bow anyway. But if you when you bow that
-
time he will read you all of your trespass, everything that's
-
against you and his Kingdom, and he will cast you into the lake
-
of fire, which is the second death.
-
So every knee will bow. Are you hearing me?
-
Let me tell you what will not happen.
-
Now, you've heard this little story before.
-
I'm going to use Melvin because we don't have any Melvin's here.
-
You know, little Melvin went to school, you know, and he was a
-
bit rebellious. And so, you know, he kept
-
getting in trouble and for, you know, acting out.
-
And ultimately, you know, the teachers like Melvin, you sit
-
down, he sit down. He said, I may be sitting down,
-
but I'm standing up on the inside.
-
Let me tell you, at the Great White Throne judgment, no one
-
will be saying Jesus is Lord, but I'm standing up on the
-
inside. It's never going to happen.
-
They are going to be in such awe of his glory, His Majesty, his
-
power, shaking in absolute fear because they will be in the
-
presence of holiness, of, of the creative power.
-
They're going to. They will be begging, but it
-
won't matter because his case against them will be infallible.
-
He will show them every opportunity they were given to
-
repent, to come to Him, to acknowledge him as their Lord,
-
to receive them as Savior in their life, to accept the blood
-
he shed. He will show it all and they'll
-
be without excuse and he'll cast them and they will get what they
-
wanted. Eternity without God, which is
-
death, the second death. OK.
-
And so the Lord understands this.
-
He wants everyone to yield and submit to hit to who He is.
-
All right, He wants that and it's up to us.
-
But what He does with His Word concerning that pathway, He
-
makes it come to pass. So when He says certain things,
-
He is making pathways for the free will created beings who
-
have access based upon his words to be able to accomplish what he
-
said. Now I said that in kind of a,
-
you know, ambiguous way because I want us to turn over to
-
Genesis chapter one, verse 26. What has God said about man?
-
He said I what I it's left my mouth.
-
It's not going to return to me empty.
-
OK, so God and in the creation, Genesis 1, he said let us make
-
man in our image according to our likeness, and let them have
-
what? Dominion over the fish of the
-
sea, over the birds of the air, over the cattle, over all the
-
earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth,
-
OK. He made both male and female to
-
have dominion. This is the purpose of man.
-
Man is in God's image. Looks like God.
-
OK, functions in the capacity that God, he's not God, but he's
-
in God's nature, he's God's DNA. Again, I am not my Mama or my
-
daddy, but I do have their DNA. There's parts of me that are
-
like them. In fact, if you looked at
-
certain pictures, you say wow, you look just like have you ever
-
seen like sons? You can look just like their
-
dads and daughters look just like their moms and then or
-
their sons look a lot like their moms, whatever it's in the DNA
-
And so, but here it says you are in his image according to his
-
likeness. And we know that God's Spirit,
-
and so our spirit man, our Adam and Eve spirit, was in the same
-
likeness of God, no sin, full of life.
-
Amen. Now what is their purpose?
-
To have dominion, to rule. Their purpose is not to be in
-
heaven singing. They were not created for that.
-
There are other beings that are all in the throne, roaming,
-
going around singing. Holy.
-
Holy is the Lord. I'm not saying we won't sing to
-
the Lord, because we will, but for this idea that when we die
-
we'll go to heaven and we'll just sing and worship him
-
because we associate worship only with singing forever.
-
That is not true. That's not even biblical.
-
We will sing praises. Worship by true definition has
-
nothing to do with singing, although it can involve singing
-
because worship means to obey. And so we're going to worship
-
God forever because we're always going to be in obedience to Him,
-
because His words final and we want to obey Him.
-
I said we want to obey Him because we've already lived that
-
other life. Come on, we've lived that other
-
life. We don't want, we do not want to
-
go back to the place where, you know, we're in rebellion.
-
So God says let us make man in our image according to our
-
likeness and let them rule. This was the destiny of man.
-
Now God needs to know whether man loves him or not, right?
-
Although he's made him in his nature and God is love.
-
So the reality is he should be in love with one another.
-
But God proves the fruit of that love through obedience.
-
He said you can eat from any tree of the garden, but of the
-
tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat.
-
For the day you eat you will surely die.
-
And you understand God does this because He does not want man to
-
be with him as a robot with no choice.
-
He made us with choice, and so man has the choice to choose to
-
be with God and stay in this relationship with Him, or he can
-
choose to go his own way. The problem is, going his own
-
way is death. So there's more options to live
-
obedient in the garden than there is to be disobedient.
-
All right. And so here he is in the garden.
-
He can eat from any tree of the garment of the tree of the
-
knowledge of good and evil. He shall not eat, for the day he
-
eats, he dies. Now we know they're anointed.
-
Cherub had fallen, came into the garden.
-
He's considered a serpent. And he tells Eve, you know,
-
deceives Eve. She eats the fruit, gifts to her
-
husband. He rebels and he eats the fruit.
-
And then sin enters the world, enters the system by which man
-
governed it, because man had rule of the systems of the
-
earth. See, the earth is the Lord's, he
-
owns the planet. He let man have dominion or
-
rulership in it. The minute he sends it causes
-
death to be a byproduct of this now dominion that he has, of
-
which he has handed over to the devil.
-
Yes, Luke chapter 4, Luke chapter 4, verses 5 through 8,
Luke 4 chapter mention Luke 4:5–8
-
just so we can see this in context, Jesus and in the
-
temptation after he was baptized in the Jordan and the Holy
-
Spirit came upon him without measure, He goes into the
-
wilderness being led by the Spirit to be tempted of the
-
devil, of which he never failed. I said he never failed in this
-
particular temptation. The Luke account says then the
-
devil taking him up on a high mountain showed him all the
-
what? What he's showing, what he's
-
showing. Come on.
-
What he's showing. Say it louder.
-
I know it's Wednesday night. Say it one more time.
-
Kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.
-
So the devil knows this is not about religion.
-
This is about Kingdom. He's confused the world in
-
religion because religion is them seeking after a God.
-
But God is the king of the Kingdom.
-
All right? So he goes on to say this, the
-
Kingdom of the world in a moment of time, and the devil said all
-
this what one translation says domain or domain?
-
So dominion and authority work hand in hand.
-
He said all this dominion or authority I will give to you and
-
their glory. So what's the devil saying?
-
I'll give it to you. It's what you want anyway,
-
right? He said.
-
For this has been what delivered one translation said, hand it to
-
me. I can give it to whomever I
-
wish. Which means he actually had the
-
authority to do it cannot be a temptation if he doesn't
-
actually have it, right? So the people you know that come
-
around said, well, he didn't have.
-
It's a temptation. There's no temptation for me to
-
give you Matt Ryder's truck. No temptation.
-
I'm going to give away Matt Ryder's Ford.
-
You know, F2F-250, you know, it's really decked out tonight.
-
Just come see me. I'll give you the keys.
-
You can have a lock, stock and barrel and be like, wow, that's
-
super cool. Well, it's not cool when it's
-
not mine. And you're really not tempted to
-
come see me afterwards. And if you do, that's sad.
-
All right. But now if I own the vehicle
-
with the title, and I said I'm giving this to you, and I have
-
given some vehicles away, well now I'm authorized.
-
So now it's tempting whether to take it or not because you know,
-
I can give it. Now he's saying to him, look,
-
you've come for these kingdoms. I've met your brother.
-
Because again, Adam was the Son of God.
-
Now it's not God in the flesh, but he's son of God nonetheless.
-
I met your brother because he Adam's the first Adam.
-
Jesus is considered the last Adam.
-
He said, I met your brother. Now, when he met his brother,
-
the devil had nothing. But now that he sees Jesus, he's
-
like, I have it all right, and I've been waiting on you If
-
you're the guy, I've been killing off multiple sons before
-
you got here. So if you are, I'll just give
-
you this. But what's the what's the Lord
-
say? It is written, it is what it is
-
as my Father has spoken, it is what he said out of his mouth,
-
it is the word that he said from his mouth is what I'll follow
-
and yours I will not. Now this is where real authority
-
begins to kick in, because Jesus is going after this and Jesus
-
wanted another way to get it. So don't think this isn't empty
-
because the way he has to go, he has talked to his father about
-
it. Lord, if there's any other way,
-
remember that time I was in the wilderness?
-
I mean, he was just going to give it to me.
-
Is there a way we can trick him? You know, like I'd take it act
-
like I'm going to bow down, but just before I do is swoop up and
-
grab it and making them. I mean a lot of believers, a lot
-
of times to negotiate. Now, did Jesus have that kind of
-
conversation? No.
-
But he did have a real conversation about another
-
option that he was looking for, so much so that he asked three
-
times. But how did he always conclude
-
not? But now, in order to know will,
-
you must know a word. How can you know my will unless
-
I say it? So in essence, he's saying not
-
the word out of my mouth, but the word out of your mouth,
-
because the word out of my mouth should only come from what I've
-
heard out of your mouth. That's why Jesus went around and
-
said this. I only do what I hear, only say
-
what I hear, only do what I've heard from the Father.
-
I don't. Well, I don't say anything on my
-
own initiative. I don't do anything on my own.
-
What I hear from the Father that I do.
-
Come on, can I get an Amen? This is Dominion status because
-
if the first Adam would have looked at the serpent and say
-
you get away from my wife Eve, remember the word of the Lord,
-
we eat the fruit, we die. And I don't care what he is
-
trying to say. Our father is he's done come up
-
in here and trying to paint a picture about our father that
-
we've never seen before in character.
-
We've never seen him act like that.
-
We've never thought of him as something trying to withhold
-
from us, keep from us, keep back from us.
-
I mean, he's only been great. Look at all the trees we've been
-
able to eat now. Yeah, these do look a lot better
-
than the rest, maybe. And man, you know, I've eaten
-
these others, and sure, it would be nice to have one, but Dad
-
said they're there. And why would I doubt his word?
-
Because every other tree I've eaten, there's been no problem.
-
And now we're going to eat one that he says don't and see if it
-
works. No, what it is, as my dad has
-
said out of his mouth, unfortunately he did rebel sin
-
enter the world right now. Why do I bring this up, this
-
transfer? Because just because Adam fails
-
to maintain the position of dominion, God has spoken.
-
God himself is now obligated to make sure the pathway to what he
-
says is available to man. So that's why you've heard me
-
say this in the past, because people use this, you know, and
-
they use this kind of as a tool when they're altar calls, you
-
know, you know, when it gets kind of quieted by by your head
-
and close your eyes. And now we want people to make
-
decisions. And so we're like, now listen,
-
if you were the only one that would ever make Jesus the Lord
-
of their life, he would have came for you.
-
Now, do you believe that? Sure.
-
I mean, I would believe that. However, it's not accurate
-
because Jesus is coming whether any of us do it, because God is
-
going to do His Word even at the expense of His own Son.
-
And if all of them reject me when they stand before me, I'll
-
say He was the way to what I said about you, and you could
-
have been back in it. Now, Adam did not fall from
-
heaven, He fell from dominion. So to be restored is not about
-
going to heaven, it's about having dominion.
-
And that doesn't have to wait till you go to heaven to have
-
it. We get to walk in that today.
-
That's amazing. Now, again, the Bible is very
-
clear to be absent from the body.
-
You'll be what? Present with the Lord?
-
And where is the Lord presently? But do you believe He's coming
-
back? You know He's coming back.
-
Actually, He's coming back to a place that we will actually see
-
them and be called up together with Him in the air.
-
So He's not staying in heaven. The third He will come back at
-
least to the first, we'll be called it with him, but we also
-
know after that time period, he'll come and put his foot back
-
down on the earth. So Jesus actually going to come
-
here. Then if you read the back of the
-
book, we know there's new heaven and new earth.
-
The new Jerusalem comes down out of heaven and we will reign with
-
him here in the the capital of all creation called Jerusalem.
-
All right, and then expand from there.
-
So here God has to do a pathway. This why he says, listen, a man
-
lost dominion is going to require a man to get dominion
-
back. I'll empty myself through my
-
son, put him in a child so that he'll have legal interest in the
-
earth and then I will anoint him as Adam was anointed so that he
-
can demonstrate to the world what they can be anointed of
-
God. And so Jesus functions that way.
-
That's why we've told you and multiple times that Jesus
-
functioned in the dominion that Adam lost.
-
He obviously fish were not issues for him, right.
-
Adam had dominion over all the fish of the sea.
-
That's why Jesus could speak about putting Nets in place and
-
fish would follow to get in it. This is why fish that two in his
-
hand could multiply because he said I am the resurrection of
-
the life. So he can cause the sales of
-
that meat on those fish that have been out of the water and
-
been in a little boy's lunch to multiply so that he can feed
-
probably at minimum 10,000 people if not more and there be
-
leftovers. Hallelujah.
-
Why? Because that's the dominion, not
-
that God had, but that Adam had come on, get this.
-
We live in a coastal community. You should use your dominion
-
when you go fishing. Talk to the Lord says what's
-
what, what, what do you want me to catch today?
-
Talk to me before I go out there and throw a line in and wish
-
that they take my no give me insight.
-
Call them to your line because God had no problem calling them
-
to your line and not even be on the shore.
-
Peter, we have to pay some taxes, go fishing, and the fish
-
you catch will have the coins for our taxes in his mouth.
-
And that fish heard the king picked up the coins.
-
I don't know, maybe he's had them in there for a couple
-
weeks. Like, why do I keep these in my
-
cheeks for a while? Kind of messing up my gills, you
-
know, I'm just kind of waiting on the Lord.
-
I sense that I got to go jump on a hook somewhere, right?
-
Getting somebody's net. So anyway, so God has to do
-
this. Why?
-
Because he wants you to be his child in the authority he's
-
assigned to you. You understand, the death,
-
Baron, resurrection of Jesus was not so he could escape you out
-
of the planet. It's so that he could put you
-
back in the authority he always had for mankind, both male and
-
female. And the thing that I love about
-
God is God is like, you know, in each dispensation of the Bible,
-
he's showing himself back to the devil.
-
I'm coming, I'm, I'm going to have what I say.
-
I'm coming. And he revealed himself a little
-
bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more and a
-
little bit more and a little bit more.
-
Now we're in this dispensation, a new and better covenant.
-
And the Lord's like letting the devil know because Jesus
-
Colossians, chapter 2, verses 14 to 15.
-
I mean, he's like, ah, now you're really in trouble.
-
Up to this point you were running a little wild, but not
-
anymore because of Jesus. See, we act like the devil has
-
all this power. He is in the most scared state
-
ever. Now.
-
Now how do we know? Because first of all, when Jesus
-
came to the planet and the madman of Gadare confronted
-
member of the conversation, have you come to torment us before
-
our time? Now this is Jesus in the flesh,
-
anointed of the Holy Ghost, which is not what God can do,
-
but what man can. Come on, get this, please come
-
on, strike with me. And those demons are like, Oh my
-
God again, when he comes, they don't run away, they run to him
-
and bow down before him. Hollywood has sold Christianity
-
a lie. The Exorcist never would have
-
turned out that way if we would have walked in the room, stop
-
spinning your head, quit throwing up, shut up and come
-
out not have been the end of the movie.
-
She'd have been in her right mind and said I'd give her
-
something to eat. That'd have been it.
-
I said that because the scary music would have been for the
-
demon in the child, not for the priest.
-
All right, we are, we are, we are a, a royal priesthood.
-
The royal priest would have walked up in the room and say,
-
shut up, come out. Okay, Get the girl something to
-
eat. I'm going to the next one.
-
Oh, Hallelujah. Look what it says.
-
Here's Colossians 214 and 15. This translation says it this
-
way. He canceled out every legal
-
violation we had on our record. And the old arrest warrant that
-
stood to indict us, he erased it all.
-
Our sins, our stained soul, soul, soul.
-
He deleted it all and they cannot be retrieved.
-
Now, this doesn't mean he was like, let's just forget about
-
it. So you got to understand that
-
statement doesn't mean God's like, hey, let's just act like
-
it didn't happen. Because if that's all God had to
-
do, then when he came down and said, Adam, where are you?
-
He could have looked because he's got a forgiving God.
-
Does did God want to forgive man?
-
Absolutely. It's why he's sending his son.
-
He could have said, son, I forgive you right then, but he
-
can't because he said if you eat, you die.
-
Now death has a wage that's required to be paid.
-
Silver and gold won't get it. No natural things of the earth
-
is going to be able to make that payment.
-
But the blood of Jesus does. So when we hear this statement
-
he cancelled out, that's because he paid it with his own blood.
-
It's not that he, he wiped it out because he applied the blood
-
to it. So it was of great 'cause again,
-
modern day Christianity, you know, echoes the free gift to
-
where we hear free. But anytime you hear free, you
-
have to understand it really means at the cost of something,
-
someone or something else. Anytime you hear free, it's at
-
the cost of someone or something else.
-
Not specifically you as the receiver, but someone paid.
-
All right, so it goes on to say everything we once were in Adam.
-
That's the first. Adam has been placed onto his
-
cross and nailed permanently there as a public display of
-
cancellation. Glory to God, I say glory to
-
God. Then Jesus made a public
-
spectacle. Now we didn't see it, and planet
-
Earth didn't see it, and the humans that were there on the
-
planet, after they took Jesus's body down and placed him in a
-
tomb and rolled the stone and sealed it, they didn't see this.
-
But this happened. He made a public spectacle
-
somewhere in the realm of the spirit of all the powers and
-
principalities and darkness, stripping away from them every
-
weapon and all their spiritual authority and power to accuse
-
us. And by the power of the cross,
-
Jesus LED them around as prisoners in a procession of
-
triumph. He was not their prisoner.
-
They were his Now they, they, they rejoiced for a time until
-
the third day, Because when the third day came, Jesus, who's in
-
paradise, because he told the thief today you'll be with me in
-
paradise. He's in paradise, OK?
-
He's going to leave captivity captive, all the righteous dead
-
that are waiting on the death, burial, resurrection of Jesus
-
for their atonement, their eternal atonement.
-
Gee, the Holy Ghost says it's time to leave.
-
I said it's time to leave. And when that took place, he
-
stripped the devil of all of his story.
-
He said where you once had dominion that the first Adam
-
gave you, I take it back. I take it back in the realm of,
-
you know, health, healing, provision everywhere, you know,
-
joy, peace, righteousness. He took it all.
-
He he stripped all of that off. He says now I am the king of the
-
earth. I am the one that rules and
-
reigns. I have stripped you of your
-
power. And for anyone who bows to me
-
and calls me Lord, there'll be set free from you and you cannot
-
stop it. He's powerless, I said.
-
He's powerless. He only has power on those who
-
are still in darkness, still blinded, and have not yet called
-
on the name. But for us who've called on the
-
name, powerless. And you know, he's wringing his
-
hands now, his little bitty old nasty little hand.
-
Now I'm not diminishing his deceptive, manipulative power
-
because it's there, but I'm saying for us, it's nothing to
-
us. We are US been raised up and
-
seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus because when we
-
recognize this not about going to heaven when we die, it's
-
about God came to us, put his Spirit in US, made us a new
-
creature in Christ that can now hear God's word grow in God's
-
word. We renew our minds to the word
-
that now we can walk in this dominion that the devil cannot
-
stop us at all on the planet. So in essence, this dispensation
-
is like, hi, you've had it. You've had it good up to this
-
point, but now I've stripped you of your power and all that pop
-
over. You can't stop.
-
And which means now if Jesus walks off a boat to the the
-
madman of Ghadera and we are in the likeness of Christ, now the
-
devil has a problem because he sees a little Jesus there,
-
little Jesus here, little Jesus there, little Jesus there,
-
little Jesus there. This becomes majorly
-
problematic. This is why He wants you to
-
believe that all you get out of the deal of the blood of Jesus
-
is heaven when you die, which is the same thing He is hustling
-
and selling to every other religion where you're going to
-
go when you die. But for us, we're like, we know
-
it's not about a destination, it's about destiny, it's about
-
sonship, it's about dominion. It's about the authority God has
-
given us that we've received His authority, and we get to
-
function in that thing. We're able to walk that thing
-
out in the earth. Hallelujah thank you Jesus that
-
is good Christopher all right Matthew 2818 Jesus says this and
-
Jesus came up this is after the death burial resurrection comes
-
up to a disciple and spoke to them saying all authority.
-
How much come on, how much, how much has been what given to me
-
in and in heaven? And we do not have more dominion
-
in heaven. Then he starts out verse 19 with
-
these two words Go there for come on, He says what?
-
Go there for John 1412 to 14 says this Jesus says truly,
-
truly I say to you, he who believes in me, Do you believe
-
in Jesus? Is he the Lord of your life?
-
The works that I do now again in the beginning, John 11 in the
-
beginning was the and the word was with God and the word was
-
God and the word became flesh. His name is then Jesus is the
-
word. So the word that comes from his
-
mouth. Did it come to pass?
-
He said then the worst that I do.
-
Well, what works did he do now, unfortunately, you know, and the
-
enemy tries to get us to to focus on specific works, you
-
know, like he healed people. So we get get this like fantasy
-
to want to be a lay hands and see people be healed, right.
-
We tend to like that one. We tend to like, you know, the
-
casting out of demons, you know, because they get to flop around
-
a little bit, you know, then they're fine.
-
But you know, it seems spectacular and both of those we
-
can do and I'm not diminishing them, but our focus can get off
-
because we can see this only we're we're we're thinking on
-
the miraculous in those elements specifically, you know, like the
-
miracles, lame walking again, something to do with the body
-
being made whole or casting out a devil.
-
However, Jesus multiplied stuff. And you know, a lot of times a
-
believer will walk into their house and look at their check,
-
look at their cupboard, and then they'll say, and we don't have
-
enough. But Jesus didn't talk in those
-
terms. He takes a step back and say,
-
what do you want me to do? Right?
-
That's why I love the five loaves and two fish story,
-
because he had already had a conversation with the Lord that
-
morning on his third day of teaching.
-
He did not use food to draw the crowd.
-
They were already drawn. And now he's like, today's my
-
last day of ministry and they have not even eaten natural
-
food. They have been eating the
-
spiritual bread. That's when Jesus, you know, you
-
know, you, you, you know, not of the bread that I'm eating.
-
OK. And they were eating that stuff.
-
But he's like, if they could faint.
-
So he says we need to feed them. Now he had already heard from
-
the Lord of what was going to take place.
-
One of his disciples in one of the Gospel says, do you want us
-
to take 200 denarius, which was a day's way, so 200 days of
-
wages and go buy bread for them because they had the money.
-
Judas cannot be embezzling unless they were flowing
-
financially. Money was not an issue with
-
Jesus. All right.
-
However, there are sometimes Jesus.
-
I know I have the money, but money's not what Dad wants me to
-
use. He wants to do something else.
-
What do we have? So he shows up with what seems
-
like nothing, but you know, Jesus has read the the prophets
-
and he knows what the Father has done.
-
So this is no different than the widow woman with a little bit of
-
oil. He's fine with this.
-
But because these guys were looking for natural means and
-
not looking to the word of God, man shall not live on bread
-
alone, but out of every, every what that comes out of the mouth
-
of God. Why?
-
Because his word never fails. Now we have to renew our minds
-
to that. His word never fails.
-
So if you're with a word and it's not happening, you have to
-
say, Lord, what do I not see? Because I know you don't fail.
-
And so he ends up exercising the miraculous in front of them,
-
multiplies this food, and in turn, and you know, you've heard
-
me give the testimony of this black wall here, how God, you
-
know, supernaturally brought provision to us with that.
-
But then, you know, Mr. Berry, stand up.
-
Mr. Berry. Mr. Berry can testify of when we
-
were over at 3:12 and we were putting the wood picket fence
-
up, that we did not have enough to finish that, but God
-
multiplied it while we were there.
-
It was amazing because again, Jesus did that work.
-
Why do we not? We can't think.
-
We can't. We just aren't asking for things
-
that really seem impossible sometimes.
-
Well, with mad things are impossible.
-
With God there are possible. Once he speaks it, I said once
-
he speaks it. OK, So again, he said the works
-
that I do He will do also and greater works than these He will
-
do. Now greater is not greater in
-
measure, It's greater because all of us can do it, not just
-
through Jesus, OK, not Jesus being on the planet.
-
Then he goes on and says just whatever you ask in my name,
-
that come on, will I do so that the Father may be glorified in
-
the Son. So you understand when God gives
-
you a word about something, He wants you to believe that
-
because if you will not relent, then it glorifies God.
-
And you know, we as a church now have been, we have been, how do
-
I want to say this? We have helped multiple.
-
I say we because it's us. We have helped multiple
-
congregations because we have become a modern time where we
-
believe God for something way bigger than our ability.
-
And it's come to pass and, and it's being testified, man, they,
-
they bought them all and they're like blown away.
-
They bought all. Y'all have all.
-
Well, God had need of it. I mean, and I talked to the
-
Lord, I'm like, Lord, I don't need them all.
-
He said, I do. Well, if you do, then OK, right.
-
Because I'm just doing what you said.
-
Well, you know what it does? It stirs people up because
-
there's nothing worse than talking about the miracles of
-
the 1940s. And we haven't seen any of these
-
things again, but you have to position yourself, which means
-
you're going to do stuff that the minute you believe, then the
-
enemy is going to do everything you can to make what you heard a
-
lot and try to get you to abandon it.
-
Now I'll give you 1 quick example of that member.
-
God said to Moses, Moses, go tell Pharaoh to let my people
-
go. Remember, he kind of debated and
-
says, I don't speak real well. He said, I got MO, I got your
-
brother Aaron. Now this is what's going to
-
happen when you stand before Pharaoh.
-
You will be like God to Pharaoh and Aaron will be your prophet.
-
So that's the example, which means then when Moses says God
-
said let my people go, he is telling him what God has said
-
and God will do what he said. Are you hearing me?
-
God will do what he said. I said God will do what he said.
-
And did God do what he said? Did God do what he said?
-
Now Pharaoh, after that first meeting, he says, I don't know
-
your God, so you can leave. Then he pulls in his
-
taskmasters, the ones who ran the slave crews.
-
He said, now listen, this guy has just come here and talking
-
about a God we do not serve. Trying to add like that God is
-
better than ours. So this is what you're going to
-
do. Don't bring them straw anymore,
-
but keep the quota. This is why we're doing it.
-
So that what that man just said to me, that when the nation gets
-
a hold of what we are going to do, they'll think that man's
-
words are lies. And all of a sudden they show up
-
for work. Go get your own straw.
-
But the same bricks. And the guys are freaking out,
-
running all over the place. They don't make the quota.
-
They get beat. Show up to a meeting with Moses.
-
Moses is expecting to be received like he was when he
-
first came in. They're like, whoa, you're in.
-
It delivers us amazing. Gods hurt our cries.
-
We love it. You're amazing.
-
God sent you to us next day. You stink, bro.
-
Get out of town. We don't want you here.
-
You made us look bad in front of Pharaoh, our slave owner.
-
How quickly they changed, right? This is what the enemy will do.
-
You know, we, you have to understand this doesn't move
-
God. But the enemy wants you to be
-
moved away from. What God's saying.
-
Why? Because the devil's afraid of
-
you learning your authority and exercising it here.
-
That's what he's afraid of, of you exercising.
-
He doesn't mind if you listen. He really doesn't even mind if
-
you get born again, as long as you never exercise authority.
-
Because you're no threat to him. You're no threat to his his
-
gates. You're no threat to his
-
dominion, his Kingdom. You won't take nothing.
-
You'll just live, live life like you were lost, but yet go up to
-
heaven when you die only to hear the king say woo, you could
-
have. We could have done a lot more if
-
you just would have. Believe me at my word and a
-
whole lot more. So if you ask me anything in my
-
name, what's he say? Come on, what's he say?
-
I'll do it now. Anything is is specified, but
-
we'll see here. What he's trying to do now is
-
he's trying to give you back what Adam had in Genesis chapter
Genesis 2 chapter mention
-
2. In Genesis chapter 2, Adam had
Genesis 2 chapter mention
-
the power of the voice. In Genesis 219 and 20, it says
-
out of the ground the Lord formed every beast of the field
-
and every bird of the sky and brought them to the man to see
-
what he would call them. And whatever man called a living
-
creature, that was its name. He was giving him the exercise.
-
Listen, I've given you a dominion here.
-
I created them, you call them. I give you the right to name
-
them. And whatever he named them, God
-
didn't say what? Wow, I never would have said
-
giraffe. Totally was going to say long
-
neck. Long neck horse.
-
Totally was going to do that. I had him in the same class.
-
Horse, long neck horse. Pretty easy.
-
Why did he say giraffe? Where did they even come from?
-
Mule, donkey, horse, Giraffe. What is happening?
-
He didn't do that, Did he, though?
-
It is what it is, all right? The point is, is he's showing
-
him the power of his words. He's showing him what you say
-
matters. And the man gave names to the
-
cattle and to the birds of the sky, to every beast of the
-
field, right? But for Adam, there was not
-
found a suitable helper. Obviously, Eve shows up after
-
that. Now here in Matthew chapter 8,
Matthew 8 chapter mention
-
we got a couple more verses. We'll be shutting down Matthew
-
88 and 10 because we are in a new and better covenant.
-
Jesus Christ has died, risen from the dead.
-
He's we're brand new creatures in Christ Jesus.
-
And now the work that he's done, we can do as well.
-
We can ask him anything in his name and he will do it because
-
his name has the authority. All authorities have been given
-
to him in heaven and on the earth.
-
And when we ask in his name, which is a legal term, power of
-
attorney, he's giving us power of attorney.
-
OK. And so because again, it's about
-
a king, his Kingdom and his royal offspring.
-
It's not not religion, OK. And so we have this freely
-
because Jesus has paid the price.
-
We're just functioning in faith because he said now just do it.
-
I'm authorizing you and by faith we do it.
-
So it says this, but the centurion said, Lord, I am not
-
worthy for you to come under my roof.
-
But I say, but, but just say, just say the word and my servant
-
will be healed. For I also am a man under
-
authority with soldiers under me.
-
And I say to this one, go, and he goes into this one come, he
-
comes to this slave do it. And he what does it.
-
Now when Jesus heard this, he what marveled and said to those
-
who were following, truly I say to you, I have not found such
-
great faith with anyone in Israel.
-
So this is a Gentile that Jesus technically is not coming to
-
minister to. He's coming to the House of
-
Israel. But there's a few Gentiles that
-
have broke in on the Kingdom by faith and and God's obligated to
-
his word, even if you're outside his nation because he's
-
obligated to his word. And so here's this centurion.
-
He caught what it is now. The world wants you to feel like
-
you're in authority, power without the miss, with missing
-
the most important aspect of true authority.
-
The centurion saw it. Go back to that verse 9, maybe
-
verse 8, verse 98989 right here. Now, first and foremost, let me
-
just take this off the table. The centurion was not worthy for
-
him to come under because Jesus has not died and risen from the
-
dead and he was lost as everybody was.
-
But in the dispensation we're in now, guess what?
-
You've been made worthy. So this different context.
-
So don't say, oh Lord, I'm not worthy.
-
He made you worthy and he's giving you his name and he told
-
you to boldly come before the throne of grace.
-
So don't be dragging up in there saying, Lord, I don't deserve
-
nothing. I'm just, you know, I'm sorry,
-
you know, I hate to even ask. That's not how he positioned us.
-
He positioned you to boldly come and say, Daddy, I've come at
-
your word, giving you your word and expecting your word to come
-
to pass had nothing to do with me.
-
You said it. I believe it.
-
It's got to come to pass OK Centurion recognize this in
-
order for you to function in great authority.
-
You have to understand submission because the first
-
thing he recognized Jesus in verse 9, he said for I also
-
meaning I identify with you how I also am a man what under
-
authority. In essence, he said you're
-
submitted. Now This is why the church has
-
problem with authority because the Saints have a problem with
-
submitting to the oversight. And if you can't submit to your
-
pastor, apostle prophet. Now listen, we're not here to
-
Lord over you. We're here to guide you.
-
We're here to oversee. We're here to navigate release
-
your gifts to champion you to be all that God needs you to be so
-
that all of us together can do something amazing.
-
We're part of the team. So if you're the center, hike
-
the ball man, quit trying to be a running back block.
-
That's your part and do it the best and drive the enemy back,
-
right? OK, so we're A-Team and this is
-
what he recognized. He said Jesus, for you to
-
function like that, you are totally submitted to an
-
authority. The gods you're serving, you are
-
totally submitted because that you function in authority.
-
So you cannot say to me that you're submitted to Jesus but
-
can't be submitted to the local body church because Jesus is the
-
head of the church. You can't say you're submitted
-
to Jesus's word but yet can't submit to the fivefold ministry.
-
These are all hand in hand. You can't say you're submitted
-
and can't walk in love with your brother and walk it
-
unforgiveness. See, that's not submission.
-
So you first have to submit to everything God has said you're
-
under. And once you submit to all those
-
things, then you can declare in the name of Jesus.
-
Because once you understand submission is the foundation to
-
great authority, and then you'll get underneath the Word, get
-
under the word, rightly divided function in the Word, and yield
-
to it in every aspect of your life.
-
Then when you need to declare about something, you'll have it.
-
Some people aren't being healed today not because Christ isn't
-
the healer. It's because they haven't
-
yielded to God saying you need to forgive your brother first
-
before I can bring that healing to your life.
-
All right, submit, walk in authority.
-
Then you can talk to that sickness on your body, command
-
it to leave, and it has to listen.
-
Hallelujah. All right, So when you
-
understand your dominion, then you're going to experience great
-
faith, period. Because you know where the word
-
of the King is, there's power. Jesus is on the throne.
-
I've been raised up and seated with him.
-
I'm only saying what He says. If he tells me to take that, I
-
take it. If he tells me to go there, I do
-
it. If he tells me to lay hands
-
there, I lay hands and we will have what God says.
-
All right, last scripture is this first John 514 and 15.
-
So make sure you're doing this. Now I understand the religious
-
are going to call you arrogant, but you just have to not worry
-
about that because Jesus was not worried about the religious of
-
his day. He just did the will of the
-
Father and it was amazing. So those that aren't being
-
submitted and have created a religion around God and they
-
form their own image of God and they're worshipping the image.
-
They've decided they can do that.
-
But you, you do this scripture. This is the what is that word?
-
Because you sure didn't say it very loud.
-
This is the OK, say it again like you're confident.
-
This is the, this is the confidence.
-
That's not arrogance, but you understand, I can be confident.
-
I mean, how confident can I be when God says this is what I
-
say, oh, well, that's it, what's done?
-
And it's not my effort. It's not what I did, it's not
-
what I'm saying. It's just what he said.
-
So this is the confidence which we have before Him, that if we
-
ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
-
And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that
-
we have the request which we've asked of him.
-
I'm telling you the Church maturing All Saints are going to
-
rise up in their authority that God has given them in the earth
-
now that we can reign in this life and the one to come.
-
And so we need to function in this authority because why we
-
have a relationship with God. We're taking responsibility to
-
be doers of the Word and be in the word, allowing the Spirit of
-
God to renew our minds to God's Word.
-
And we lay down, we yield, we give up, we let go of anything
-
within our soul realm that would hinder us from releasing this
-
new spirit God and only God could put in US and give us
-
through the bear on resurrection of Jesus.
-
And then we yield. All of those things being
-
submitted, then guess what? Through that renewal process, we
-
are going to reign. We are going to walk in our
-
authority, our dominion. We're going to speak.
-
We're going to say This is why, you know, you've seen evidence
-
of us through the years that every time a hurricane came
-
around, we did not run, leave the county, go find shelter
-
somewhere and cry and just beg and hope that our stuff wouldn't
-
be. We said, Lord, what do you want
-
us to say? And there's been many times the
-
Lord says, say, go this way. And we say, and we would track
-
the little thing and it would go exactly as we were saying it,
-
not because we were saying it without God, it's because God
-
was saying it through us in the name of Jesus, Amen.
-
And we've seen time and time again where we took our
-
authority and you know, we've not had a direct hit glory to
-
God. I mean, we again in prayer when
-
the Lord spoke to apostle Marcy in prayer through her prophetic
-
gift and says, you know, start calling that the crack houses
-
this summer get get exposed and she began to declare it speak it
-
out, say it in the name of Jesus.
-
And then the Lord said say you'll hear about it in the next
-
two weeks. And sure enough, not because
-
she's, you know, is doing magic or just hearing the voice of
-
God. And then we got in agreement, we
-
prayed. And then next thing you know, on
-
the front page of the Florida Times Union and the Saint
-
Augustine record, 10 crack houses are busted down.
-
Largest bust of crack homes in Saint Johns County.
-
Glory to God what's Because you're hearing what he's saying.
-
God has sent us into the the world as the church to help take
-
care of the planet, to be able to keep things at Bay, to push
-
back the domain of darkness. But we do this through our
-
authority, not through wishful thinking.
-
Amen. When we know His word and
-
declare His word, we'll have what His word says.
-
Because He said out of my mouth, it will not return to me, boy.
-
Which means then out of your mouth, out of your mouth in the
-
name of Jesus. Out of your mouth in the name of
-
Jesus, I said, Out of your mouth in the name of Jesus.
-
It will be as God said.
