  1. All right, so tonight's Wednesday night, we're going to

  2. finish out on talking about God's Kingdom Healthcare.

  3. I appreciate Pastor Mike ministering along these lines

  4. last week. Amen.

  5. And what a great message, right? I love that he started over in

  6. Proverbs 4 when he was saying that we can be in health.

  7. That's powerful. You know, I mean as many times

  8. as I've read that, you know, I loved how he said now notice

  9. it's not healing. You can be in health and in that

  10. what you want to try to live towards where you're just

  11. walking in health. Now again, we're not saying that

  12. you couldn't have something come, but you understand, I

  13. mean, I haven't been to a doctor.

  14. I'm talking about because I'm sick.

  15. I haven't been. I can't even remember the last

  16. time and what few elements I have are so small that over the

  17. counter should I need something is I need nothing powerful to

  18. knock something out at all. And even those things man, I

  19. mean Benadryl may be the only thing I take, or an aspirin.

  20. That's it. That's it.

  21. I can't think of another thing I've taken in a decade or more

  22. now. Again, why?

  23. Is it because I tell you was because of what I inclined my

  24. ear to the word and you know, it was doing thing.

  25. Now, I did other stuff too, OK. There was natural things that

  26. I've done too. You know, I've stayed in in an

  27. exercise routine because that's positive, right?

  28. And, you know, I've had to change the way I eat as well.

  29. So that's, you know, something I've done, but it's not like I

  30. haven't gone off the reservation.

  31. A few times. Right.

  32. You know, I'm not religious eater.

  33. I am a, you know, aware eater and, and I'm aware that when I

  34. eat a little crazy, I feel it. And it's amazing when you get

  35. clean, how quick it is to know that was not clean.

  36. Food that was not clean 'cause you'll fill it in your joints,

  37. the inflammation, you'll be like, I mean, you probably feel

  38. this when you're 30. You know, we just thought it was

  39. probably normal at the time. I don't know, it's just when you

  40. get clean, you're like anyway, but I'd love that be in health.

  41. And and so, you know, again, you know, people sometimes get

  42. around us and are shocked you have no healthcare.

  43. No, no medical, you're not. I don't go.

  44. I mean, I don't know what to tell you.

  45. I don't go and if I had to, but I don't go.

  46. I mean, I'm not saying I wouldn't, but I don't praise the

  47. Lord. You know, when you live in the

  48. will of God, doing what he's called you to do and you're in

  49. the word, you can actually. And you know what me saying

  50. this, I don't know why believers aren't like bro.

  51. How does that happen? I want that.

  52. I mean that really should be our response, not like.

  53. I hope he gets sick and goes to the hospital next week.

  54. You know, some people are like that, you know, because again,

  55. well, I had to go. I'm not making let I'm just

  56. saying I, I wasn't trying to be this way other than just trying

  57. to be in the will of God. And this is the result of it is

  58. what we're saying, because we're applying scripture.

  59. And I'm just saying the word works and and and God's not a

  60. respecter of person. And so you could go decades,

  61. decades without ever having to be rushed to an emergency room,

  62. rushed to a hospital, all of this, praise God, and we can

  63. have this. Yeah.

  64. I think that's the last time we've been other than people

  65. outside our immediate family. Our pregnancies definitely went

  66. to the hospital with pregnancies.

  67. Although could I have done it at the house if my wife was about

  68. to go? Sure, I'd have been ready,

  69. right? Praying in tongues for sure,

  70. however. You know, I like somebody little

  71. more experienced than myself doing that, all right.

  72. But my idea, I think the Sean was the last time we went to

  73. emergency wrinkles, he broke his collarbone in high school.

  74. He graduated in 2005, so that was probably 2000.

  75. Was it 5? I think it was 566.

  76. Nah, it was five. Yeah, it was 5.

  77. So that was probably 2004. So that was what, 22 years ago?

  78. Glory to God. Amen.

  79. The Lord is good, so let's live and help.

  80. Obviously Pastor Mike took some time to let you know there's

  81. some things that can, you know, challenge you walking in health

  82. and that is if you're in unforgiveness, right, it affects

  83. your love walk. You need to be walking

  84. forgiveness and then stress, right?

  85. And so you don't want to have that and I'm thankful that he

  86. pointed a couple of those out. I'm going to talk about one very

  87. briefly tonight, although my emphasis is not to talk about

  88. what hinders your healing. We'll come back and have to do

  89. that later date tonight. I'm going to lay hands on

  90. people. And so I just want us to be able

  91. to see as Pastor Mike spoke last time and and I had learned just

  92. recently that during this great the great healing revivals that

  93. you could go on and watch YouTube of people being healed

  94. miraculously. And you know where they're

  95. coming out of wheelchairs and they're coming off their

  96. crutches. And you know, people that are on

  97. beds are standing up and walking all kinds of stuff.

  98. You know, we're seeing that we're like, where's God doing

  99. that? But you and he had said last

  100. week, what we don't realize is those people were in those

  101. meetings for weeks on end. So faith came by hearing and

  102. those ministers were actually specifically saying we will not

  103. lay hands on you unless you've been this many times in the

  104. meeting because they knew they needed their faith because they

  105. were not just functioning off the gifts, they were also

  106. functioning with faith. And there's the faith of just

  107. laying on of hands without any gifts being an operation and

  108. faith of the person coming and man, when the faith of a person

  109. comes and the faith of the ministers there, then it can do

  110. it can heal a lot of things. Now the gifts do get involved

  111. when they're required because just regular faith of man will

  112. not get the job done. God has to bring His aspect

  113. through the gifts, but you know, in today's society, we want

  114. things so fast and you know the the even commitment within the

  115. church. Now I'm y'all do really great

  116. and I'm talking on Wednesday night you know, but I believe

  117. and I want to encourage. You you should stir up.

  118. Those that you see on Sunday and say, man, I need to see you on

  119. Sunday, I need to see you on Wednesday.

  120. When you see him on Sunday, you know.

  121. When we first started the church, we.

  122. Were only like 10-15 people difference between the two

  123. services for like 2 years. It was amazing, you know, and I

  124. know things get going, but again, what are those things?

  125. And should those things? And we got to ask those

  126. questions and all the mores we see the day approaching because

  127. there's going to be a lot vying for your time.

  128. And you don't want the trumpet to blow and you don't have

  129. enough oil in your lamp. So with that being said, let's

  130. stand for the reading of the word.

  131. I'm going to start with this one verse.

  132. So there'd be a quick stand. Amen.

  133. And we're going to talk about His hands through ours.

  134. Matthew chapter 8 verse 3 reads this way.

    Matthew 8:3

  135. Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him saying I am willing

  136. be cleansed and immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

  137. You can be seated. We're going to see here and not

  138. my the, the assignment that God gave me specifically tonight is

  139. just to show you in Scripture that the laying on of hands will

  140. transmit the healthcare provision and power through the

  141. anointing into your body to be healed and you can receive it

  142. and be healed period. And again, they are not it's not

  143. it has nothing to do with my hands.

  144. It has to do with faith in laying on of hands.

  145. I'm going to be, I'm going to tell you, let me, I'm making

  146. very clear, I have no special anointing.

  147. I have no fire that's in my hands.

  148. I'm not going to tell you that. I'm not going to say that at

  149. times things haven't happened. But you know what?

  150. It doesn't like Papa. I don't go flame on, OK?

  151. I don't do that. I operate by faith and the

  152. majority of things I do are by faith.

  153. Now, I'm not against those that God wants to utilize and they

  154. tend to, you know, operate along those lines a little bit.

  155. I have no issue there because the result is not the person,

  156. it's the healing and the minute you get your eyes.

  157. And the reason why those healing revivals ended is because the

  158. people got focused on the people that were laying on instead of

  159. the one who did, and they miss that.

  160. If he can lay hands, then I can lay hands.

  161. So instead of people having to be drugged to a tent, they could

  162. just start doing it in their own offices.

  163. And so I'm always pushing things away from me, back to you,

  164. because God wants the church to exercise all of its authority

  165. and not just the fivefold gifts doing.

  166. It. So again, that's why I don't put

  167. any things on that. In fact, I'm going to be like

  168. Jesus, I do not even want you to post your healing.

  169. Just know you were healed. Then you can tell somebody and

  170. I'll even tell our little camera if they take, we won't even put

  171. we won't even talk about it because Jesus help people say

  172. now tell no one. Now there's nothing wrong with

  173. telling somebody. I'm not going overboard, OK, but

  174. I'm just saying I'm not here. We're not here to advertise to

  175. the point that we're trying to get people to show up just so

  176. they can be healed. Now, if they hear that people

  177. are being healed here and the Kingdom Healthcare is

  178. functioning here, well, they ain't come on their own, praise

  179. God. But more importantly, maybe they

  180. don't even have to get here. They just come here because

  181. they're like the person who was here laid hands on me at work

  182. and I was healed. And it seemed like all the

  183. people coming here are laying hands on people when they're

  184. sick. Whether they have an allergy, a

  185. cold, a fever, the flu, cancer, tuberculosis, doesn't matter.

  186. They're healed. What's going on with this whole

  187. group of people? Well, this called the Kingdom of

  188. God, OK? But again, Jesus is willing all

  189. the time because he has paid the price.

  190. For us to be healed and immediately in this day, the

  191. leprosy that was literally incurable was cleansed.

  192. Hallelujah. And not only was he cleansed

  193. from his sickness or his disease, he had the ability to

  194. go back to the temple and worship his God.

  195. Wow. So this is way bigger.

  196. And you understand, we don't make that connection.

  197. I'm going to make that connection right now.

  198. Jesus is willing because he knew with leprosy, this isn't just

  199. about curing you of a disease. This is a this affects your

  200. relationship with God. This affects the purpose that I

  201. have for you to worship me. You can't be in the synagogue.

  202. You're unclean. You understand a lot of people,

  203. they want to be healed but don't want to serve God.

  204. And the Lord's like, well, I'm healing you to serve me.

  205. I'm not healing you so you can go back in the world and

  206. prostitute yourself. Come on now.

  207. I say prostitute because it's true.

  208. That's what idolatry is. It's called committing adultery

  209. on God. Idolatry is putting something

  210. before God. That's why he would look at the

  211. nation and said you're an adulterous generation.

  212. Not everybody in Israel was cheating on their spouses.

  213. He was talking about they were worshipping other gods.

  214. He sees that as adultery. So again, he's like, you want me

  215. to heal you so you can go play the harlot.

  216. I'm talking about the church now.

  217. Now again, the loss. They're already playing the

  218. harlot. They're already out there.

  219. I mean, that's their daddy. That's the world they're in.

  220. So it becomes an opportunity for him and say, I care about you.

  221. I'll heal your body. And I'm not only hear your body,

  222. I'll touch your mind. I'll change your soul.

  223. I'll actually give you a brand new spirit and make you alive to

  224. me again. Hallelujah.

  225. So with that being said, you know, healing's awesome, but for

  226. us as believers, it's about I want to be healed so I can be

  227. doing the plan and purpose of God for my life.

  228. No hindrances. All right, Look over to Matthew

    Matthew 9:27–30

  229. Chapter 9, verse 27 to 30 it says, and Jesus went on from

  230. there. Two blind men followed him,

  231. crying out, have mercy on US, son of David.

  232. And when he entered the house, the blind men came up to him,

  233. and Jesus said, Do you believe that I'm able to do this?

  234. And they said to him, Yes, Lord. Then he what?

  235. Touch their eyes. How did he touch their eyes?

  236. With his hands? He didn't touch their eyes with

  237. his eyes. He didn't touch their eyes with

  238. his nose or his elbow with his hands.

  239. OK, Touch their eyes, say. It shall be done to you

  240. according to your faith. So Jesus's faith alone wasn't

  241. functioning. They had faith as well.

  242. And when He touched them, it activated their faith.

  243. His faith. Well, their faith was already

  244. active. That active faith they had

  245. activated the faith He had. They came together.

  246. And when it came together, what's it say happened?

  247. And their eyes were what? Open.

  248. Then Jesus sternly warned them see to it that no one knows

  249. about this and the reason why Jesus didn't want healings to

  250. get out rampant is because it hindered him from being able to

  251. be in certain places. The crowd started showing up so

  252. much because they wanted to see a miracle that he it hindered

  253. him from doing the very thing he wanted to do.

  254. And that was preach on the Kingdom of God.

  255. And he found itself that is fame, the Bible says, became so

  256. spread so strong in the the more densely populated places.

  257. He had to stay on the perimeter, had to stay on the perimeter.

  258. So you, you, you think, well, if it's God's will to heal, why

  259. doesn't he want anyone to know? Well, he doesn't want it to be

  260. where the healing is idolized above the healer.

  261. And if we don't watch out, that's what we'll do.

  262. We'll start idolizing the healing over the healer.

  263. OK. And Jesus didn't want that.

  264. But did he want them healed? Yes.

  265. Did they want to be healed? And when he touched them, what

  266. happened? They were healed.

  267. So he touched the leopard man, He was healed.

  268. Touched the blind eyes, they were healed.

  269. These are some pretty tough cases, people.

  270. But what were they healed nonetheless, Luke chapter 4

    Luke 4:40–41

  271. verse 40 to 41 is Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and

  272. forever in that what the word says in in Hebrews 13/8.

  273. The Holy Ghost just reminded me, he said, he said Jesus is the

  274. same yesterday, today. And so if Jesus said, if we're

  275. having documented historical accounts of his actions while on

  276. the planet yesterday in the past, well, guess what?

  277. He'll do that today and guess what?

  278. He'll do that tomorrow, period. Now, let me just say it this

  279. way. Listen, man, when I first

  280. started hearing about healing, it was kind of hard to grasp.

  281. And again, why it is, is a hard to grasp because experience

  282. makes things sometimes hard to grasp.

  283. And again, I you've heard my testimony before that in that

  284. every Thanksgiving and it's selfish, OK.

  285. And it probably no wonder, But selfishly, I wanted to eat a lot

  286. during Thanksgiving because I was a skinny guy that wanted to

  287. get heavier. And this is like a bounty, lot

  288. of food, lot of opportunities go back to the table.

  289. It's my time to gain weight, right?

  290. Get a little heavier. So, you know, but it was always

  291. in November and in Florida, you know, this is when the seasons

  292. are changing a little bit and people would get sick and we

  293. call it flu season anyway, so it's flu season.

  294. Seemed like I was really good at catching flu.

  295. I probably didn't ever go anywhere with deer season.

  296. Didn't anything do anything of that nature.

  297. I don't know if I'd have been good in those seasons, but I was

  298. really good during flu season. I can put down some flu and it

  299. would always show up couple weeks before.

  300. So now I have no appetite. So I look at the food and

  301. wanting. It's horrible.

  302. Yeah, and it's every year. Every year.

  303. Shots matter. Not because if shots mattered,

  304. why do you get one every year? I'm just saying they're always

  305. out every year to get another flu shot.

  306. I mean, they're, they're supposedly just to help you not

  307. be so contagious when you get it to help fight against it.

  308. Well, you know what didn't matter?

  309. I got it every year. Then I went to Bible school and

  310. then they're talking about healing.

  311. I'm like, huh. But it wasn't just healing class

  312. I was in. And then I got into a class

  313. called the Believers Authority and I'm like, what?

  314. Then I'm like, seriously, why have I put up with this only

  315. 'cause I didn't know. So I'm like, man, I got to

  316. exercise this deal now, you know, the first one came around

  317. and I had symptoms, but they didn't stay as long.

  318. You know, there came a point where I had to say I'm not going

  319. to let my experience with things determine what he says.

  320. And again, you know, it's already a challenge.

  321. Number one, just think, how do you even put in your mind that

  322. you're going to hell without salvation?

  323. And what he did worked. I mean, it's just difficult if

  324. you try to naturally rationalize that, right?

  325. But when you did it by faith, then all of a sudden you're

  326. like, OK, this worked. I mean, nobody had that to

  327. pivot. I had, I'm like, I'm different,

  328. this worked. I pray I'm different.

  329. This worked. So I'm like, well, if Jesus said

  330. that now, I didn't know what else he said because all I was

  331. taught was that's what he said. You know, you need to be born

  332. again. That's all he apparently said.

  333. That's all I knew he said, and that's all I thought he said.

  334. But then I found out he said a whole lot.

  335. And faith wasn't just for. Salvation, you get baptized in

  336. the Holy Ghost, you could be healed, you could prosper.

  337. You could, you could, I mean, all kinds of stuff.

  338. You could deal with the demonic realm and put them at Bay.

  339. I mean, it was like, wow, where's this been my whole life?

  340. It's in the book. I just didn't read it.

  341. So, you know, I'm now having to exercise that.

  342. You know what? I refuse to allow my experience

  343. or someone who's been a believer and lived a life as good as they

  344. did, but yet they just chose never to step over in that I'm

  345. just choosing to go ahead and stay with God.

  346. And you know what, God, I have to prove that it's a lie.

  347. But the good news is God not a man, that he shall lie.

  348. So the point is, is that did I do it perfect?

  349. No, I didn't. But each year I kept growing to

  350. be stronger in it. And then I would say, what don't

  351. I know now? I didn't have situations where I

  352. there were other factors that had to be involved.

  353. I didn't have anything in my body that would have required

  354. the gifts of the Spirit to happen.

  355. As I've told you, you know, in the hearing impaired community,

  356. deaf community, not everyone that's deaf is deaf just because

  357. they hadn't lost it. And we've had some people here

  358. that had it and measles caused them to be hard to hear.

  359. And in fact, we had a gentleman that used to attend here that he

  360. could hear. He was legally deaf, but he

  361. could hear and he could pick out a tone and he could learn that

  362. tone with a person enough that he could call his brother on the

  363. phone and talk to his brother on the phone 'cause he had trained

  364. himself to get that tone. Well, he trained himself to hear

  365. me, to hear my tone, that he didn't have to look at the

  366. interpreter anymore. He could look at me and I was

  367. like you staring at me all the time.

  368. How, how? What's the problem?

  369. Why can't why aren't you like watching the interpreter?

  370. You know, you're bored with a servant.

  371. He said no, I can hear you. I'm like, what the God heal you?

  372. No, no, no. So then he had to explain, but

  373. his would have been a healing. But again, as I've said, like

  374. Pastor Priscilla, she has things missing.

  375. They were never there. So that has to have a working of

  376. miracles and I can't make that happen.

  377. So she I don't feel bad, she doesn't feel bad and you

  378. shouldn't feel bad. What we should do is like covet

  379. the gifts. That's why I like, Lord, we

  380. thank you that spiritual gifts are happening at Anchor Bay

  381. Church. Spiritual gifts, you know, and

  382. sometimes when God pulls on those spiritual gifts, it is in

  383. such a way that it becomes such a calling card in a community.

  384. And at the end of the day, when that happens, there's a lot you

  385. have to deal with after that. And I've told our staff before,

  386. I said, Are you ready for the gifts to function at such a

  387. capacity that we get a influx of people that will not assimilate

  388. to the word but only wants the miracles?

  389. And it forces Anchor Faith Church to shut down in Saint

  390. Augustine and have to go somewhere else.

  391. Now you say, how's that possible?

  392. Jesus would not do things in certain places.

  393. Anymore because the community refused the word only wanted the

  394. miraculous. So again, when we're like we

  395. want miracles. Are you studied enough to know

  396. that can be a byproduct? And are you all ready to sell

  397. your property and go with me to the next town?

  398. Because the rest of the community has decided we don't

  399. want Jesus. We make a demand on miracles

  400. only. And if you don't give us

  401. miracles, we don't. God's not there.

  402. Oh, God's in his word. God's in his word.

  403. And God doesn't have to prove himself to you.

  404. He is, he's, I am. Say Hallelujah.

  405. So again, you have to know what you're facing and you have to

  406. begin to say, you know, if, if a situation you're aware of, then

  407. what do you do? You don't have to feel bad if

  408. somebody's not healed that you know, has something that

  409. requires the gifts, but be a part of the process of saying,

  410. Lord, I thank you for spiritual gifts to be in operation because

  411. you don't understand. I, I, I'm like anybody at the

  412. end of the day, if a person has called on the name of the Lord

  413. and is saved and they never manifest healing in their life,

  414. that doesn't change their salvation.

  415. But I would not want you to be so complacent that you ignore

  416. it's possible or have a desire for it because you're not

  417. willing to exercise a fruit called patience.

  418. And I'm patient because I know it's his will and the gifts have

  419. to happen. And you know what?

  420. I'm going to believe they will. And whether that's a month from

  421. now, three years from now, whatever that is that causes

  422. this. I'll believe to my grave firmly

  423. persuaded not well, it doesn't really matter because the minute

  424. doesn't matter. Now you are in no position for

  425. it ever to change and that doesn't mean it was God's will

  426. because you changed your position.

  427. Are you hearing what I'm saying? OK, Luke chapter 4, verse 40 and

    Luke 4:40

  428. 41. And while the sun was setting,

  429. all those who had any who were sick with various diseases

  430. brought them to him, and laying his hands on each one of them,

  431. He was healing them right. Demons also were coming out of

  432. many. So that means everyone sick

  433. wasn't sick just by natural symptoms.

  434. Some of their sickness came by spirits.

  435. OK. And so they were coming out

  436. shouting, You are the Son of God.

  437. But he rebuked them again. I don't need you to advertise

  438. for me. He would not allow them to speak

  439. because they knew him to be Christ.

  440. Hallelujah. Now the religious didn't know

  441. the Christ was the Christ because they said well, you cast

  442. out devils in the name of bells above right and but the demons

  443. knew you got it wrong. Boys.

  444. This is the Christ we going to testify but he won't let us.

  445. OK, Luke chapter 6. But notice he's laying hands on

    Luke 6 chapter mention

  446. how many of them, each one of them, and what was happening.

  447. Now I'm doing this because when you come down, this is what

  448. we're doing. We're just doing the Word, OK.

  449. Luke 617 and 19. Jesus came down with them and

  450. stood on a level place, and there was a large crowd of his

  451. disciples and a great throng of people from all Judea and

  452. Jerusalem and the coastal region of Tara and this city who had

  453. come to hear him and to be healed of all their diseases and

  454. those who were troubled with unclean spirits.

  455. Right here we go, we're being cured.

  456. And all the people were trying to touch him, for power was

  457. coming out of him and healing them all.

  458. So again, he's touching powers, leaving.

  459. They're being healed. They're trying to touch him

  460. because they know who he's touching.

  461. They're getting the power. All they got to do is touch him.

  462. I mean, they're taking a playbook out of the woman with

  463. the issue of blood. If I just touches him, I'm going

  464. to be healed. I just need something that's

  465. touching him to touch me. Because when he touches, change

  466. happens. Hallelujah, change happens.

  467. And for those who believe and want to be healed and have faith

  468. in God to heal, then when they touch, when that touch happens,

  469. healing power moves, period. And healing power is not a

  470. feeling. I mean, this is the problem.

  471. And I'm so convinced that if Jesus was here today, he

  472. wouldn't let no cameras in the room.

  473. He would post nothing on social media.

  474. Why? Because we become creatures of

  475. habit or what we think we see. So again, you get it.

  476. You see one minister known for healing, they lay hands and they

  477. wave their hand or whatever. People fall down and we're like,

  478. oh, that's the Holy Ghost. So then you come down, they lay

  479. hands and you don't feel that. And then you're like, well, I

  480. didn't get it. No, you got it because we just

  481. exercised the word. I laid hands on you.

  482. You believed you were going to receive healing when hands were

  483. laid on you. Whether we feel anything or not

  484. doesn't matter because we just demonstrated the word by faith,

  485. right? Because if you don't watch out,

  486. one can fall. The next one doesn't have to.

  487. And that doesn't mean someone had a better experience, but I'm

  488. telling you, it's all over the place.

  489. People are looking for signs that the Holy Spirit there

  490. 'cause he's don't see him, He's in his word.

  491. He carries out that word. Whether you're going down or not

  492. is not a greater anointing. Can we just say that, again, I'm

  493. not against someone waving their hand and if power is really

  494. hitting people, great, whatever. But man, if that power is

  495. hitting, hopefully they're not staying in carnality when they

  496. leave. Sometimes I like to follow

  497. those. Sometimes I like to follow the

  498. minister that's doing this. You see what they doing in the

  499. backroom on Monday Because again, you can have an anointing

  500. in the power of God, but still not be living right.

  501. Again, that's not what's impressive.

  502. I mean, the churches, if we don't watch out, we're like

  503. chasing stuff when really we're here to receive the engrafted

  504. word of God, which is able to save our soul and then carry a

  505. culture out into our community because the greatest thing is

  506. not run into a conference. The greatest thing has changed

  507. in the community. That you live in.

  508. I mean, what happened to church planting?

  509. Why is it waned? Why do, why do believers not

  510. have a passion to see other people's lives changed?

  511. Because why? I've got Jesus now give me the

  512. stuff that blesses me 'cause that way when I go to heaven, I

  513. want to feel God. And they're like, there's a lot.

  514. I mean, there's way more people dying and going to hell and

  515. we're running around in conferences, shouting,

  516. screaming, rolling on the floor. Yeah.

  517. Hallelujah, Luke chapter 13. I'm going to have to get a speed

    Luke 13 chapter mention

  518. round through 13 and he was teaching in one of the

  519. synagogue's on the Sabbath. There was a woman who for 18

  520. years had had a sickness caused by the Spirit and she was bent

  521. over double. We read this one last week.

  522. Last time I was with you and could not straighten up at all.

  523. When Jesus saw her, he called her over and said to her, woman,

  524. you are free from your sickness. And he laid his hands on her,

  525. and immediately she was made erect again and began glorifying

  526. God. So again, let me just go real

  527. quick. Matthew 8, Matthew 9, Luke 4,

  528. Luke 6, and Luke 13. That is 512345.

  529. Let everything be confirmed by two or three.

  530. Witness, I've given you 5 of He's touched laid hands and they

  531. were healed. All right, let's do 6, Mark 6/4

  532. through 6. Jesus said to them, a prophet is

  533. not without honor, except in his hometown and among his own

  534. relatives, in his own household. And he could do no miracle there

  535. except that he laid his hands on a few sick people and healed

  536. them, and he wondered at their unbelief.

  537. And he was going around the villages teaching.

  538. Now verse 6 lets us know that there was an unbelief issue.

  539. And when unbelief is in the room, it can hinder, it hinders

  540. God moving. And so the answer to unbelief is

  541. teaching. So a lot of times when people

  542. are saying in their churches, man, how come we're not seeing

  543. the miracles? Well, you need some more

  544. teaching apparently, because unbelief must be somewhere.

  545. Now, I've never seen it this way, but I want us to look at

  546. this again because I want us to ask this question.

  547. Is this plausible? A prophet's not without honor,

  548. except in his hometown, among his relatives, in his own

  549. household. He could do know what miracle

  550. now miracles come through the gifts.

  551. But guess what he could do? Even though unbelief existed, he

  552. could still lay hands on some sick people.

  553. So healing the sick still manifested in an environment of

  554. unbelief. Yeah, this is good.

  555. Now, you know, 'cause many times we've gone through there, we're

  556. like, you know, the reason miracles didn't come because

  557. they're unbelief. And that's true of the miracles.

  558. But unbelief did not stop healing.

  559. Now, that doesn't mean it can't. I'm not saying because if you

  560. know and don't believe, that's your problem.

  561. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying unbelief is

  562. always in play among the lost. So when you lay hands on a lost

  563. person, guess what? They're not believing.

  564. You're believing. Now, obviously Jesus laid hands

  565. on people, but again, who was he primarily dealing with?

  566. Those that were in covenant? And they did have faith because

  567. faith is a firm persuasion. It's not even religious anyway.

  568. You can be in faith whether you're in the Kingdom or out of

  569. the Kingdom. Firm persuasion exists, I'm just

  570. saying unbelief in and of itself did not stop the laying on of

  571. hands to still heal some people. Because I would hate to think

  572. that in church everyone had to be hooked up believing before we

  573. have people come down. Because if that happened, no one

  574. would. Ever be healed?

  575. Because there's always going to be a room of unbelief.

  576. But what he is saying is if people would have recognized,

  577. first of all recognize this, y'all ready for this one?

  578. Recognize the ministry gift. I mean, so again brother Earl,

  579. enjoy brother Earl. I'm a brother just like you.

  580. I'm righteous like you. We can be righteous but there

  581. are things that flow with the gift of the prophet.

  582. I'm not one. But in this case it like they

  583. just saw him as brother Jesus and there are graces afforded to

  584. the prophet to work miracles and because they had no faith in his

  585. gifting then the grace to move in that gifting to distribute

  586. miracles did not happen. And every time a St. wants to

  587. get sideways and out of scriptural alignment with in in

  588. first Corinthians Chapter 9 and say you know, you know, you put

    1 Corinthians 9 chapter mention

  589. your pants on just like me, you're that's irrelevant.

  590. Pastor, prophet, teacher, evangelist, apostle are gifts,

  591. and if you do not recognize them and honor those giftings, you

  592. lose out on the graces associated with those giftings.

  593. And the majority of the Western church accepts the pastoral one

  594. and the teaching one, but the ones that had more miracles were

  595. the other 3. And maybe we're just asking the

  596. question, answering the question now, why don't we see more

  597. miracles? Well, because we don't honor the

  598. apostle, we don't honor the prophet, and we don't even want

  599. the advantages to be in the church.

  600. They're supposed to be out because when evangelist comes,

  601. we, we don't, we don't recognize their gift.

  602. We're like, oh, they're not for me.

  603. They're for the loss that's here tonight.

  604. So you don't honor the gift for you, but yet the gift is for you

  605. because an evangelist equips the Saints for the work of ministry.

  606. Oh, I'm preaching way better than you're shouting, but that's

  607. OK. Hallelujah.

  608. Let me say this. Let me say this.

  609. In 22 years of Anchor Faith Church, I believe right now I

  610. have the greatest environment to preach in at Anchor Faith

  611. Church. Now I do I I don't believe I've

  612. had an atmosphere this easy to preach in in 22 years.

  613. That says something about the majority of your hunger.

  614. It's saying something about unity in the body right now.

  615. It's saying us something about being submitted and committed to

  616. the vision in your part to play right now.

  617. I mean, it's like easy, very little resistant.

  618. I'm gonna preach on money this summer so, you know, get it

  619. together. Yeah, I have Dominion Air coming

  620. out and I want to preach before it comes so that when we release

  621. it, I have preached it. And so I'm going to start it

  622. here super soon, all right? So don't lock up and, you know,

  623. leave your wallets at home, right?

  624. I mean, I'm not coming for your money anyway.

  625. I'm trying to get you to function in Dominion, but I'm

  626. not afraid to talk about your bank account.

  627. You better help me better than that right now.

  628. Say Amen. All right, All right, it's a

  629. great environment, don't make it a bad one.

  630. And I'm feisty. If it gets crazy, I'm going to

  631. Hallelujah. So they laid hands and they were

  632. healed, right? OK Acts 9/17/18 Just so you

  633. know, Jesus not the only one who does this.

  634. So Ananias departed and entered the house and after laying his

  635. hands on him, said Brother Saul, this is Saul of Tarsus who just

  636. had an encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus.

  637. And he's blonde and he's been fasting for three days because

  638. he has had an encounter with Jesus Christ himself that has

  639. left him without sight. And Ananias has obviously talked

  640. to the Lord about this encounter he's about to have with this man

  641. because he's like, this is a bad dude and he's he has papers.

  642. I can get thrown in jail the minute I reveal that I follow

  643. you. And he says, what, you going to

  644. go talk to him anyway because he's with me now.

  645. And that was obviously a shocking statement, right?

  646. And so he believed Jesus had his word and he said, OK, I'm going

  647. to go see Saul. Nice.

  648. And so he walks in the room, right?

  649. And so he says, the Lord Jesus who appeared to you on the road

  650. which you were coming, sent me, so that you may regain your

  651. sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

  652. And immediately. And what there fell from his

  653. eyes something like scales, and he regained his sight and he got

  654. up and was baptized. Glory to God and he started his

  655. journey that would author over half of the New Testament we

  656. read today. Glory to God and Ananias.

  657. Not Peter, not John, not James, not Matthew, not the apostles of

  658. the Lamb, but Ananias, a man of God in the body went, laid hands

  659. on him, and he regained his sight.

  660. Glory to God, I say, glory to God.

  661. Acts chapter 19 Well did Paul learn something from that.

    Acts 19 chapter mention

  662. Acts chapter 1911 to 12 God was performing extraordinary

  663. miracles by the what? By the hands of Paul?

  664. By who? And what was he using his hands

  665. so that handkerchiefs and aprons were even carried from his body

  666. to the sick, and the disease left them in evil spirits came

  667. out. Can I just say this?

  668. Paul said I pray in tongues more than you all.

  669. I wonder if he kept himself charged, so full of the Holy

  670. Ghost that it just saturated things that came from him.

  671. And he said I pray in tongues more than you all.

  672. I want to heal. And why don't you just pray in

  673. tongues more than you all like Paul and let's see what happens.

  674. But we want stuff without exercising our effort's a good

  675. word. Most people don't like it

  676. because it sounds like it's self earned.

  677. It's not self earned. It's exercising something God is

  678. giving you by faith. And Paul exercised his language.

  679. I'm not telling you that's a correlation.

  680. I'm just saying he prayed in tongues more than you all and

  681. extraordinary miracles came in his hands that even aprons and

  682. handkerchiefs that left him healed the sick and cast out

  683. devils. Acts chapter 28, verse 7 and 9.

    Acts 28:7

  684. And again, I'm not asking you to pray in tongue so you can come

  685. and get up here and service. I'm saying pray in tongues so

  686. you can go to work. Go to work, right, Dustin?

  687. Go to work, be at a client's house, lay in their floor.

  688. And you notice they come and they looking rough and you're

  689. like, you look rough today. Excuse me, Can I say that?

  690. And they're like, yeah, I'm not feeling too good.

  691. You know what? I'm putting your floor.

  692. Can I lay hands on you? Right?

  693. Then you lay hands on them and next thing you know, they're

  694. feeling great. They're like, wow, Dustin, I'm

  695. healed. And you're like, praise the

  696. Lord, he is the healer. And you just keep doing the

  697. floor. And the next thing you know, you

  698. may get 5 other houses because they tell everybody this guy

  699. that did my floor laid hands on me and was healed.

  700. I want that guy to lay on, lay my floor, right?

  701. And then you may be laying floor and people walking on the floor

  702. you're laying and they get healed.

  703. The guy didn't even touch me, just installed my floor and and

  704. it healed my arthritis, right? Wouldn't that be crazy?

  705. But hey, crazier things can happen.

  706. Whatever. It's for all of us, but it comes

  707. through our hands because it's his hands through our hands.

  708. All right? Acts 28, seven.

  709. I think we're on #10 now, maybe through 9 now in the

  710. neighborhood at that place where lands belonging to the leading

  711. man of the island name Pubulus who?

  712. What's wrong with y'all? You all right?

  713. I'll pray for them down here in the front.

  714. OK, Mr. P, since you're struggling.

  715. OK. Who welcomed us and entertained

  716. us for three days. Now, this is after Paul just got

  717. off a shipwreck, people, OK? And he had a snake bite him.

  718. You know, when he gets to land and they're like, this dude's

  719. about to die. He was a murderer.

  720. The sea let him out, you know? But he's been judged.

  721. We don't watch this guy die. This is great.

  722. And then 10 minutes, an hour, whatever went by, and they're

  723. like, this dude is still alive. This is crazy.

  724. He must be a God. So they shifted their thinking.

  725. He's condemned murderer, and then now he's a God, right?

  726. Sounds like humans, right? You're knowing it one day, and

  727. then you're the devil. It's OK.

  728. It happens. And what?

  729. Jesus happened with you, Right? OK.

  730. And it happened that the father of Mr. P was lying in bed

  731. afflicted with a recurrent fever.

  732. All right? I mean, this guy's got some

  733. problems. And what's this word?

  734. Medical people. Thank you.

  735. What is that? Diarrhea?

  736. Thank you. I thought that's what it was.

  737. I just wanted confirmation from somebody else's mouth.

  738. All right, So that's not good because, you know, there wasn't

  739. plumbing back now back then. OK.

  740. And Paul, just so you understand the environment and no air

  741. conditions either, so you understand what he's walking

  742. into. OK.

  743. And Paul went to see him and after he had prayed, he what?

  744. Laid his hands on him and healed him.

  745. After this had happened, the rest of people on the island who

  746. had disease were coming to him and getting how do you think

  747. they were getting cured? So Paul was laying hands on

  748. them. Hallelujah.

  749. All right, so last verse here it is Mark chapter 16, verse 17 to

    Mark 16:17–20

  750. 20. Powerful verses here and these.

  751. These what come on, what are they?

  752. And these signs will will maybe could be on occasions all right.

  753. And these signs will accompany those who those who is that

  754. apostles only? Is that profits only?

  755. Is that pastors only? Is that teachers only?

  756. Is that evangelist only? Is that graduates from faith

  757. Christian University only? It's those who believe.

  758. Are you a believer? Do you qualify then?

  759. OK, he said. In my name they will drive out

  760. demons, they will speak in new tongues, they will pick up

  761. snakes with their hands, and if they drink any deadly poison, it

  762. will not harm them. They will.

  763. Who will, Who will? Those who believe?

  764. Who will, who will? Those who believe will lay hands

  765. on the sick, and they will be made well.

  766. And the Lord Jesus had spoken to them.

  767. He said after the Lord he got spoken to, he was taken up into

  768. heaven, sat down at the right hand of God, and they went, who

  769. went those who believe and who went?

  770. Those who? Believe.

  771. Are you a believer? OK, And those who believe went

  772. and preached, are you preaching? Are you testifying of the

  773. goodness of God at your work, at school, in the library, at every

  774. coffee shop you're buying coffee at?

  775. Are you somewhere testify 'cause those places are breeding

  776. grounds for those who believe to see signs.

  777. All right. And the Lord worked through who

  778. those who believe. We got it finally.

  779. And the Lord worked through those who believe, confirming

  780. his word by the size that accompanied it.

  781. So again, when you're testifying of the King's health care

  782. system, oh, you know, in my nation, everybody's healed.

  783. Come on. Amen.

  784. I mean, started out that way. Oh, you're not feeling well.

  785. OK. You know the nation I'm from.

  786. Everybody's healed. What?

  787. Yep, we got the greatest health care ever.

  788. They're like, where you from? It's the World Cup.

  789. What nation are you from? Mine's not even in the world.

  790. I mean, it's in the world, but it's not of it.

  791. It's actually a global nation. It's called the Kingdom of God.

  792. And at the name of Jesus, if I lay hands on you, you'll be

  793. healed. Hallelujah because you have to

  794. believe signs accompany me because I represent him when I

  795. touch it's it. It's as if he touched because I

  796. invoked his name. Power of attorney.

  797. I just had someone recently who came to me who's in the legal

  798. side and it's the first time they heard this concept of power

  799. of attorney and they were like, wow, you they were blown away.

  800. I did not realize we had I know what power of attorney is.

  801. I ride them all the time. And then the one that I read

  802. concerning my mom, they're like, wow, she I actually like yours

  803. better than the ones I write. You know, I said, well, ours are

  804. pretty good. You know that my attorney does,

  805. but they getting it because again, it's not yours.

  806. It's theirs that they've given you to function it.

  807. OK, so. Through just the scripture.

  808. Reading today, there's enough in it for you to have health

  809. because if you've given attention like Pastor Mike

  810. inspired you last week to what I just said this week, then

  811. everyone can leave healed.
