  9. So we continue our study with the Galatians Chapter 1 and

    Galatians 1 chapter mention

  10. hope, I hope I'm not chasing the rabbit horse, but it's great

  11. study. It is just I never done this

  12. kind of study before. So praise God for the

  13. revelation. So we talked about how people

  14. were deserting the gospel, how they were exchanging for a

  15. different kind of a gospel. And yeah, so this week we see

  16. how the gospel is very unique. Everybody say unique.

  17. It is not only unique, it is there's no parallel to it,

  18. nothing similar to it. It is just so distinct, so

  19. peculiar and so outstanding. I don't know how to, I don't

  20. have words to describe it. It's just the gospel and nothing

  21. can compare to it and if we dilute it then we are going to

  22. be under a great curse of God. Basically that's what this

  23. Scripture is talking about. South here we see in verse 6, I

  24. am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the One who

  25. called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a

  26. different gospel. So what is happening here is the

  27. people are turning to a different gospel.

  28. So what is a different gospel? What is the real gospel?

  29. That's what we need to understand.

  30. So here he is astonished. So why he is astonished?

  31. Was there anyone else who was astonished?

  32. In the Scripture we see Jesus himself was astonished.

  33. Where? When He went to Nazareth, there

  34. he could not perform any miracles, just except laying

  35. hands on some and heal some people.

  36. And he was astonished at their unbelief.

  37. He was astonished at their unbelief.

  38. Was he astonished at the faith and belief?

  39. Yes, he did. When the centurion came and

  40. said, don't come to my home. You just say the word.

  41. That's enough. My surrounding will be healed.

  42. And he was astonished again, amazed that such kind of faith

  43. is available in a a Gentile man rather than there's no, nobody

  44. in the whole of Israel. There's no one in the whole of

  45. Israel who have this kind of a faith.

  46. So that kind of a faith is what Jesus is looking for this

  47. morning in our hearts. That kind of faith is what is

  48. looking into your heart. Yes, that kind of faith is

  49. there. He's going to do something in

  50. your life. Something is going to happen.

  51. See, preaching is not just some information transfer from me to

  52. you. No, I believe the preaching has

  53. to be. It is the Spirit of God who is

  54. inspiring and communicating and imparting life to the listeners

  55. that is preaching. So here we see that he was

  56. astonished and the faith of the man, and it was the same thing

  57. with two other people, as if there was another lady who was a

  58. Cyraphoenician lady. And she goes on begging him for

  59. healing for the daughter. And he says no, no, I can't give

  60. this bread that belongs to children and toss it to the

  61. dogs. Dogs eat the crumbs from the

  62. table for such a statement as this.

  63. Go home, your daughter is healed.

  64. See, without the faith part, gospel makes no sense.

  65. The one way that gospel comes alive to people is by faith.

  66. You receive it. There's no other agency, there's

  67. no other method, there's no other truth by which that gospel

  68. is going to take root in your heart and impart life to you.

  69. It is by faith, not by works. So what was happening in

  70. Galatia, The churches of Galatia, they were listening to

  71. other a gospel, this other than this one.

  72. The gospel they heard was by faith in Jesus who died for them

  73. and to believe that he was crucified for their sin.

  74. And now they are deserting the gospel and they're going back to

  75. circumcision, they're going back to following the Jewish rites.

  76. And he said, no, no, no, no, you have to believe in Jesus.

  77. That's all, nothing more. That's the gospel.

  78. Anything you add to it, it is not the gospel anymore.

  79. It's not the gospel anymore. So now what is happening here is

  80. he was amazed. He was astonished.

  81. You know, this is having a reference to a story in the Old

  82. Testament. How quickly he was astonished

  83. that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you

  84. is gospel is when you change the gospel, you are actually walking

  85. away from the one who's calling you.

  86. You are walking away from the one God who loves you and died

  87. for you. You're walking away from him by

  88. twisting it. So that's the reason why he is

  89. so much astonished. But then this has a reference to

  90. Exodus chapter 32, verse 8. They have been quick to turn

    Exodus 32:8

  91. away from what I commanded them, and have made themselves an idle

  92. cast in the shape of a calf. They have bowed down to it and

  93. sacrificed to it, and have said, these are your gods, Israel, who

  94. brought you up out of Egypt. How long did it take for them to

  95. turn away from the true God, God who spoke to them from the Mount

  96. Sinai? And the whole mountain was set

  97. on fire and nobody was allowed to go up.

  98. And they were quaking with fear when God himself spoke.

  99. And that fear just left in 40 days.

  100. When Moses went up to get the tablets, they said we don't know

  101. what happened to this man. We just don't know what happened

  102. to this Moses who brought us from Egypt until here.

  103. So they go to Aaron and say, make us gods that will go before

  104. us. And he said, OK, everybody take

  105. off a earring from your ears. So they took off the earring,

  106. they put it there, and you have more than a million adults

  107. there. So how much gold would have been

  108. collected? Just one earring, kilos and

  109. kilos of it. And he just melted it and shaved

  110. it into a calf. And he said, what did he say?

  111. He said to them like this, these are your gods, Israel, who

  112. brought you up out of Egypt, making one calf and saying

  113. you're your guards plural. He's applying plural crazy.

  114. And it is the same thing that Jeroboam did when he became king

  115. of the northern tribes. He didn't want them to go down

  116. to Judah anymore. So he makes 2 calves, golden

  117. calves, one at dawn, another at Vaishaba.

  118. And he says you don't have to go to Jerusalem anymore.

  119. I have made for you Golden crops, golden cops.

  120. I tell you everybody, I was just trying to see how many wrong

  121. cuts are there in the world. There are more than 1200 cuts

  122. which claim Bible as a source book, Bible as a source book.

  123. But what? What will happen to all the

  124. followers of the 1200 plus? May be 1500, whatever number.

  125. What will happen to all the followers of cuts?

  126. We will wait for it. I will tell you what's going to

  127. happen to them. I won't send you without telling

  128. it. But there are so many people who

  129. are quick to twist the gospel according to their own likes,

  130. according to their own thinking, according to their own emotional

  131. thing. We cannot afford to do it.

  132. Gospel is simple and we should not twist it.

  133. It is straightforward that God sold out the world, that he gave

  134. his only begotten Son, that who, Sir, believes in him, shall not

  135. perish but have eternal life. That's the gospel.

  136. So here we see that they were making like they did the golden

  137. God, so quickly forgetting the mighty presence of God, voice of

  138. God, quaking fire, smoke, everything is forgotten in just

  139. one day. After 40 days, I said no, we

  140. will make our own godson. Go go ahead.

  141. You want to take position of the land.

  142. You cannot do it. That land will you'll never

  143. possess it if you deviate from the way God prescribes.

  144. The way God prescribes is the way you follow for your healing

  145. is the way you follow for your salvation is the way for you to

  146. prosper is the way you follow for your protection and your

  147. guidance. There's no other way except

  148. Jesus himself. That's why he said I am the way,

  149. the truth and the life you cannot find anywhere else.

  150. Cool. So disserting the one who called

  151. you so again, disserting is the Greek word is metathete main.

  152. Where is that metastrepho metathete main?

  153. Yeah, you are deserting metathete me in Greek, deserting

  154. pictures. A soldier abandoning post.

  155. It is not a minor mistake. Its a volitional or a conscious

  156. shift of allegiance. You are you are following.

  157. You are a soldier, you are following a commander.

  158. And when you leave the post you don't do your duty and walk

  159. away. You are shifting your allegiance

  160. to someone else. There are no middle ground.

  161. Either you love Jesus, you follow Jesus, or you love the

  162. world and the devil and follow the devil and the world.

  163. There's no middle ground. Many Christians think there is a

  164. middle ground, and that is the bad news.

  165. I want to give you to those people.

  166. There's no middle ground either in God's camp or in the devil's

  167. camp. No middle ground.

  168. You cannot please the world and also please God at the same

  169. time. That's that's how it is.

  170. And then walking away from the gospel truth is walking away

  171. from Christ himself. When you turn away from the

  172. gospel, you're turning away from Christ.

  173. So we have to make sure we are right, right, right there in

  174. that place. And then what are they doing is

  175. they are disserting the one who called you.

  176. The initiative of your salvation is in gospel.

  177. He calls you John chapter 15. He says I have chosen you.

    John 15 chapter mention

  178. You did not choose me. The right to call you is with

  179. Him, but the responsibility lies with you to respond.

  180. He calls you, but you respond. So if you don't respond, then

  181. that call goes waste. That's the reason why many are

  182. called but few are chosen. When his call and your volition

  183. coincide and interact, and that's when the conversion

  184. happens, the gospel is reached to the whole world.

  185. But not everybody believes. You've got only a handful of

  186. people who are going to believe, and those are the people who are

  187. going to be safe, the one who called you by the grace of

  188. Christ. See, the grace is the ground.

  189. Christ is the giver. Any teaching that adds human

  190. effort diminishes grace. No, there's no other way.

  191. You cannot get circumcised. You cannot see one thing as I

  192. was thinking about, you know, that came powerfully.

  193. I will, I will very soon going to tell you is that we cannot

  194. change the gospel. If we do it, we are going to

  195. lose everything. So here Paul later reminds them,

  196. if righteousness comes through the law, Christ died for

  197. nothing. Galatians 221.

  198. If it is not, if it is through the law, He died for nothing.

  199. So now what? What I want to focus on is one

  200. more word that we see here in verse 7, which is really no

  201. gospel at all. So now I want you to focus on

  202. verse six and seven. In verse 6 you see the grace of

  203. Christ are turning to a different gospel, the word, the

  204. word in Greek you have got two different words for different.

  205. One is hetero, hetero is other, another are different and the

  206. another is aloes. So I have got 2 tissues here.

  207. So if I want to say where is the other tissue which is like the

  208. one that I am holding is aloes but if I am holding something

  209. different where is the other thing hetero there?

  210. There is nothing common there. So what Paul was trying to say

  211. here is what he's trying to say here is that the gospel they are

  212. talking about is a hetero gospel.

  213. That's different in nature, different.

  214. It doesn't share anything in common with the true gospel that

  215. is a hetero gospel. But what what he's trying to say

  216. is that we need to have the arrows kind of a gospel.

  217. That is, you have to agree with the original gospel.

  218. You cannot change it. So their faith is hetero.

  219. You're turning to a different gospel, which is really no

  220. gospel at all. My NIV says no gospel at all,

  221. but it is some other versions. They say the other gospel, the

  222. another gospel, yeah, another gospel.

  223. So we really no gospel at all. So we need to know how this

  224. gospel changes and when it becomes the other gospel that's

  225. not accepted by God, we need to know it.

  226. But before that he says here, evidently some people are

  227. throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel

  228. of Christ. What are they trying to do?

  229. They are trying to do is they are trying to throw you into

  230. confusion. They were trying to confuse you,

  231. trying to destabilize you to it is like you know you want to go

  232. this way to Lincoln. They change your mind, they

  233. confuse you. You end up going to Christ this

  234. side to city center. That is how they are trying to

  235. confuse you, changing your destination.

  236. They are confusing you to change your destination where you are

  237. bound to go. That's what they are trying to

  238. change and that's what he's trying to say, confusion.

  239. They are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.

  240. The word used for pervert is the metastrepho.

  241. Now this word is what I got totally engaged with.

  242. Two days I was stuck on that word metastrepho.

  243. What exactly it says is metastaphor.

  244. This verb portrays a decisive change of condition or

  245. orientation, whether physical, moral, or emotional.

  246. It is not a mild adjustment, but a reversal so marked that the

  247. final state is recognizably different from the first.

  248. Pervert is you begin with something nice and then you

  249. crush it. Like let's say this is very nice

  250. tissue and then you end up with something completely crumpled.

  251. You know, it's completely different.

  252. They are not the same product. They are not the same product

  253. anymore. It's so different.

  254. So that is what he is trying to say.

  255. But now the same word, pervert, metastaphor is a word used for

  256. describing a change in the priesthood of Jesus Christ.

  257. Everybody says change in priesthood of Jesus.

  258. Now what? What am I trying to say here?

  259. This is if you catch it, I believe it will do something in

  260. your life to change your spiritual life, to change your

  261. thinking, to put you in a different sphere, to walk with

  262. God in power. It is going to happen.

  263. Why? Because this world we need to

  264. understand in its fullness. We think of Aaron, the high

  265. priest, you know, he was given a robe or he was given a dress

  266. made with gold, silver, precious stones, and all is the most

  267. glorious thing anybody can wear. Why?

  268. God told Moses, I want to put honor on him.

  269. I want to put honor on him. So make his robe like this.

  270. And when that man is wearing that robe, he becomes a high

  271. priest, and that high has a great responsibility of

  272. mediating between God and man. Go once a year into the Holy of

  273. Holies to carry the blood and sprinkle on the mercy seat.

  274. Cannot go without the incense in his hand.

  275. One hand he has got this big, big thing that is hanging on

  276. three golden chains and there's fire in it.

  277. And you put incense on it and the smoke comes.

  278. And that smoke is what is between the high priest and the

  279. Shekinah glory on the on the ark of God.

  280. If he looks at the Shekinah glory, he's going to fall dead.

  281. So he preserves himself by putting this incense that stands

  282. for worship, the stands for praise, the stands for

  283. Thanksgiving. And when we go to God, we need

  284. to be the same way. Go to God with praise, worship

  285. and Thanksgiving. Then you encounter the second of

  286. glory. And then when the time came for

  287. him to die, what did Moses do? He said, let's go up the

  288. mountain. You know, sometimes some bosses,

  289. they say, let's go to the for a walk in the car park.

  290. What does it mean? He's going to lose the job?

  291. So he says to Aaron, let's go for a walk up the mountain.

  292. It simply means you're going to die.

  293. And he took his son. God is ready.

  294. And there he took off his clothes and put them on the sun.

  295. And he got he died and he was buried there.

  296. No one knows where Aaron was buried.

  297. Best people want to commit idolatry by going to the two.

  298. No one knows where he is buried. So now that robe is taken and

  299. put on him. God's methods keep changing even

  300. in the Old Testament. I want you to capture this.

  301. It is no longer connected with the 12 tribes of Israel.

  302. It is no longer coming with 12 tribes of Israel.

  303. If it was connected to 12 tribes of Israel, God would have chosen

  304. everybody of the 12 disciples from each tribe.

  305. But look at them, we don't even know which tribe they belong to.

  306. We are only making a wild guess because they were Galileans and

  307. the Galilee is populated or repopulated by Jabutar Nazar by

  308. carrying people from southern Joda and put them in Galilee

  309. area. So probably they think they

  310. belong to Judah. Or they belong to God or

  311. Goddess, the tribe God or Gibrun or some other tribe.

  312. Very few had stranded people. But does it belong to Levi?

  313. No, he chose people who were Israelites but not particularly

  314. belong to the 12 tribes. Even if you have other kind of a

  315. logic, you have a Simon and Andrew brothers and you got John

  316. and James. They are brothers who are

  317. related to them. So they are one family, four

  318. people. So where are the 12 tribes?

  319. Is not there at all. What am I trying to say?

  320. Now? Listen carefully.

  321. God chooses another man in the Old Testament, Elijah.

  322. Elijah is simply known as a Tishbite.

  323. He is from a place called Tishbite.

  324. So that's all you know about him, nothing more.

  325. Because what tribe he belongs to no one knows.

  326. And you have to go back to Tishbay, where is it?

  327. And recall that area allotted by Joshua to so and so tribe.

  328. So he may belong to that tribe. And then you come to his, the

  329. successor Elisha and Elisha, when he was chosen by God.

  330. That's what it is. First.

  331. First you should be chosen by God.

  332. Then he speaks to Elijah. Go and make that man your

  333. decision because he's going to take over your place.

  334. And he goes and finds Elijah and throws a robe on him, his

  335. Mandela upon him, and he comes running after him.

  336. Please let me say goodbye. And then you know all the story.

  337. You know what I am trying to hear is it is shifted from the

  338. tribe of Levi. It shifted from the tribe of

  339. Jodha to another tribe which is not known.

  340. And God had chosen Elijah so powerfully.

  341. He ministered, He stopped the rain from falling, he stopped,

  342. he again prayed and again in rain He raised the dead ladies,

  343. dead boy of the lady when he was dead, and he caused food to

  344. multiply for months and months together.

  345. Many miracles he did, which are representing Jesus himself.

  346. And he was caught up in chariot sapphire without seeing death,

  347. which is again standing for the resurrection of Jesus.

  348. But he shifted from the tribe that's supposed to carry or

  349. treasure the call of God, from the tribe of Levi, from the

  350. tribe of Judah is gone to somebody else.

  351. Elisha, same thing. You only know his fathers name

  352. and from where he is nothing more than that.

  353. Now you again come back to Jesus himself.

  354. The 12 disciples don't belong to all the 12 tribes.

  355. The glorious court, you call it. The mantle that Aaron had was

  356. transferred to his son. Just an ordinary mantle that

  357. belonged to Elijah was put on Elijah so that he can move in

  358. the double portion of the anointing that he had.

  359. Now when Jesus turn, turn came, he was disrobed for you on the

  360. cross. He became naked, hanging on the

  361. cross for you so that you may be clothed and I may be clothed.

  362. Now this is the revelation. When there is a change in the

  363. priesthood, the original thing is completely changed to

  364. something new, different. It is heterog, not alloy allos.

  365. It is hetero, So Jesus himself, he was exposed on the cross so

  366. that you may receive his robe that you see him again in the in

  367. the Book of Revelation. Now he's glorious.

  368. His head and hair ice like grazing fire, face burn on

  369. midday sun. You know his clothes from the

  370. neck to the floor. You hardly see his feet, which

  371. are like burnished bronze. But I tell you the secret, the

  372. secret to getting the rope is becoming like Ruth, who goes to

  373. boils and says spread your government on me, spread your

  374. government on me. We are not worthy.

  375. We are not worthy. She was not belonging to the

  376. tribe of Israel at all. No tribe of Israel she belonged

  377. to, but yet she dared to go to boys and say, please spread your

  378. comment on me. We have to come by faith to this

  379. Jesus. And He is willing to put the

  380. robe on you. And that robe is a robe of

  381. power. That robe is a power of robe of

  382. power. It is going to make you mightier

  383. than Elisha. It is going to make you mightier

  384. than Elisha, I tell you. I don't know whether Paul had

  385. all these thoughts when he wrote this episode, but I when I

  386. looked at the word change pervert, they were doing it with

  387. a negative connotation. The perversion was negative.

  388. It was not a gospel at all. But when I looked at it, the

  389. same word used elsewhere in the book of Hebrews, that when

  390. there's a change of priesthood, the rule changes.

  391. The rule changes, and the rule is by faith.

  392. You can come to this Jesus, the glorious resurrected one who

  393. overcame Sydney and Satan, who trampled down snakes talking all

  394. of our enemy, who has trampled down Prince Charity of Roose

  395. attackers who made the Republic spected up on the cross, who has

  396. respoiled them, who has taken away the weapons of the weapons

  397. the enemy possessed so that you can be a victor, not a victim in

  398. his name. The rule changes, but that's

  399. open by faith. It is open by faith.

  400. Do you want this rope? So people are perverting the

  401. gospel. They are taking away the power

  402. in the gospel. This power gospel is not

  403. something. Oh, OK.

  404. Yeah. See that you've been drinking.

  405. Oh, you've been living in a very bad moral way, Jesus, that for

  406. you. Confess your sin.

  407. Ask him to come into your life. Father, I repent.

  408. Please come into my hand. Wash me in your blood.

  409. Now you are a Sinner. Now you are a child of God.

  410. Go. It's not not gospel.

  411. It's gospel, but there is no power in it.

  412. There is no power in it. So you either have a gospel full

  413. of power or you get a gospel without power.

  414. Now people who change the gospel, different kinds of

  415. things they do, either they meddle with the tree, they say

  416. God is not three persons. So you have got a Unitarian

  417. Pentecostalism. So one has Pentecostal Jesus is

  418. God the Father, Jesus is the Holy Spirit.

  419. Wrong. And you have the later essence.

  420. They have the Bible, King James Version, no other King James

  421. worship, but they also have one more book of Mormons which is

  422. mediated by an Angel. That's what they claim.

  423. What did Paul say? Even if an Angel should come and

  424. preach a gospel other than the one I have preached to you,

  425. anathema, anathema, and you have all witnesses.

  426. They say, oh, we don't believe in Trinity.

  427. Jesus is not equal to God. He is less than God.

  428. Where will all these people go? 1200 plus cuts and their

  429. followers. Where will they go?

  430. Anathema. What is anathema?

  431. Ask me what is anathema? Anathema is a Greek word which

  432. says set aside for destruction. It is like the story of Aiken

  433. when he desired the robe of Babylon, when he coveted the

  434. gold bar, and when he coveted the silver, he stole it.

  435. And he hid under the tent, in his heart, in his tent, and he

  436. became anathema, set aside for destruction.

  437. So they stoned him with stones, him and the family and

  438. everything that belonged to him, and they burned him as well.

  439. I don't know how they did both, but the word says they stoned

  440. him and burnt. So where will they go?

  441. If you pervert the gospel, what is the end?

  442. Another destruction marked for destruction, set aside for

  443. destruction. That is why in the Old Testament

  444. you have this concept of setting aside for destruction where King

  445. Saul was stored. Don't spray the Amalekites, not

  446. even the animals. You must kill the sheep, the

  447. goats, and you have to shield. Kill the oxen and the buffaloes

  448. and camels and every animal. Women, men, children.

  449. That looks very harsh, isn't it? Why did God set aside Americans

  450. for destruction like that? Because they were into accord

  451. and they had this ability to shapeshift.

  452. Let me say man can become like a sheep, a man can become like a

  453. camel, or man can become something like an animal, like a

  454. dog. And you say, oh its only a dog

  455. and you leave him. The American is going to be

  456. spared. That's why he said no, you will

  457. not spare. But yet when Saul, when Samuel

  458. came, Saul had kept the sheep and goats and he said, what are

  459. these? What is the breeding of sheep?

  460. I hear? What is the breeding of shepherd

  461. here? Almost there for sacrifice for

  462. God, huh? Does God delight in sacrifices?

  463. He delights more in obedience than in sacrifice.

  464. Because of this, your Kingdom is taken away from you and given to

  465. your knight. You can't play with God.

  466. You cannot play with the gospel. The purity of the gospel has to

  467. be upheld. We need to believe it with all

  468. our heart. We cannot dilute it.

  469. We cannot change it. We cannot twist it.

  470. We cannot do anything with it. You have to believe in the name

  471. of Jesus. And salvation is by no other

  472. name in the name of Jesus except the name of Jesus.

  473. He is not Paul passionate about the gospel.

  474. I want you to understand how Paul is passionate about

  475. preaching the gospel, a simple gospel that is going to change

  476. the world and how people are trying to twist it and change it

  477. to their own destruction. Don't let a Jehovah Witness come

  478. into your house. Don't give him water.

  479. Don't have him to see. I want to listen to you.

  480. Come sit here and teach me. And don't do that with the LDS.

  481. They don't they Saints any of the curse, because when you

  482. invite them into your home, you are parting in their sin.

  483. You are parting in their sin. So they are so throwing you to

  484. confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of rash.

  485. But even if we or an Angel from heaven should preach a gospel

  486. other than one will preach to you, let him be eternally

  487. condemned, anathema, eternally condemned, not just for

  488. temporary. So purity of doctrine is very

  489. important and purity of the gospel is very important.

  490. And I tell you, without it you have no business in this world

  491. that is so unique, so distinct, that life changing, life

  492. transforming, you cannot. You have nothing special.

  493. The gospel is the one given to you.

  494. Hold on to it, fight for it. Many people have sacrificed

  495. their life to maintain the purity of the gospel without

  496. Reformation. Martin Luther striking those

  497. bronze sheet or metal, whatever metal he has taken and wrote on

  498. his 95 theses and nailed it to the door in Wittenberg, I think

  499. in Germany. That brought the Reformation and

  500. he was persecuted. He had to flee for his life and

  501. the people who believed him, they had to run for their life

  502. because they protested against the Catholics.

  503. They are called Protestants and we are the inheritance of that

  504. group. Many have died.

  505. Many have died because they talked about the Trinity of God,

  506. God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

  507. Athanasius is one of them. And Athanasius was put into jail

  508. because he was preaching the Trinity of the Fathers and the

  509. Holy Spirit and some one of his friends who goes to the jail and

  510. says Athanasius, he said yeah, the whole world is against you.

  511. And Athanasius said go tell the whole world.

  512. Athanish is against the whole world.

  513. We need people of courage who will stand for the purity of the

  514. gospel and the doctrine. So as we have already said, so

  515. now I say again, if anybody is preaching to the gospel other

  516. than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned.

  517. A repetition a second time. Paul goes on to say a second

  518. time, why does he bother to say same thing a second time?

  519. Because its the most important thing he's telling.

  520. And verse 10, AM I now trying to win the approval of men or of

  521. God, or am I trying to please men?

  522. If I was still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of

  523. Christ. There's no two ways of living

  524. the gospel. Basically.

  525. That's what he's trying to say here.

  526. I am not trying to win the approval of men.

  527. I'm not looking for people to appreciate me.

  528. Well done, Paul, come and tap on his shoulder.

  529. Well done, well done. He's not looking for it at all.

  530. He's not trying to please people.

  531. That's not his goal. Paul had one goal is to preach

  532. the gospel and save the world, and we need to capture that

  533. hunger. That kind of an intention, that

  534. kind of a purpose that was in the mind of Paul should be our

  535. purpose for existence as well. There are no no two ways.

  536. There are no two ways. If I was still trying to please

  537. men, I would not be servant of Christ.

  538. You want to be servant of Christ.

  539. You will not please people. You please the people.

  540. You cannot be servant of Christ. It is so black and white.

  541. So now in Ephesians 414 this is happening.

  542. These people are all being tossed to and fro because of

  543. there is no depth. There is no depth to their

  544. faith. You look at Ephesians 414, then

  545. we all. We will no longer be immature

  546. like children. We won't be tossed and blown

  547. about by every wind of new teaching.

  548. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with the

  549. lies so clever they sound like the truth.

  550. Anybody can come to you and try to give you arguments.

  551. Once I had an opportunity when I was working in a factory.

  552. The guy came and he came basically to ah, we had a

  553. container that needs to be a fumigated.

  554. So you lock it up and then you put, they will fill it with zinc

  555. sulfide gas South. That is any rat or any mouse or

  556. anything is inside it will be dead.

  557. Basically it is a precondition for exporting.

  558. When you send a container from New Zealand to any other country

  559. you need to fumigate it. So this guy who came to do it,

  560. as I was talking to him, he said he is a Jehovah Witness.

  561. I said you're right, right candid, let's talk.

  562. So I engaged you for about 30 minutes and he said I have never

  563. come up as a man like you. Can I have your number?

  564. I want to talk to you again. But he never contacted me again.

  565. But I said you are wrong. You, you cannot be a Jehovah

  566. Witness and still be believing in the right kind of a God that

  567. is taught by the Bible. So if we need to seize the

  568. opportunity, every opportunity, every single opportunity, you

  569. seize it and talk about Jesus. You know, one of the things that

  570. I feel bad about not going to work a secular job nowadays

  571. since last three years, he said I don't get to meet anybody at

  572. work. I used to talk to people.

  573. One guy I told him about, I told him about the gospel.

  574. One day he looked at me and said you need to stop this Ramana.

  575. He meant he doesn't want to hear anymore, otherwise he is going

  576. to tell the manager or somebody and say this guy is creating

  577. problem, you know. So I had to say I honour you,

  578. will I leave you there? But we need to be seizing every

  579. opportunity. I think about 3 weeks ago I went

  580. to the Barber ah. And then as I was talking to

  581. him, ah, I asked him, why are you changing your profession?

  582. You don't look very young at this age, why are you doing it?

  583. And he said, oh, because I have a divorce, I have a son.

  584. I left him a room. I came here, I want to do

  585. something new all together. So I chose this profession to

  586. become a father. I said, I have got something to

  587. say to you. And he asked me what?

  588. What do you do? I said, I'm a pastor and I pray

  589. for people and their life changes when we pray.

  590. Oh, that's good to hear. I said before I leave, I want to

  591. pray for you. So in the lounge, we was sitting

  592. there and took his hand and I prayed for him.

  593. I said receive Jesus into your heart.

  594. And I made him say I prayed that Sita's prayer.

  595. He prayed the prayer and he said it feels awesome.

  596. And I left the details. This is where we meet.

  597. Come. I said, I know where you are,

  598. I'm going to come, but it hasn't come in the last three weeks.

  599. What I'm trying to say here is this gospel is powerful.

  600. You need to seize every opportunity to share the gospel.

  601. I told you this morning two things.

  602. What God showed me #1 He showed me a bunch of youth standing in

  603. a circle. I want you to pray about it

  604. every day. 2 minutes. Father, increase the number of

  605. youth who will know you in Omega and bring many more people #2

  606. God showed that this building had also an upstairs in the

  607. vision, and people are just crammed everywhere up the stairs

  608. and they're all waiting for the doors to be open so they can

  609. come in. Pray.

  610. Father, we thank you for the move that of the Holy Spirit.

  611. You are going to send revival. Oh, there are going to be an

  612. empty number of people, unlimited number of people, more

  613. than this hall can contain. I thank you for the revival.

  614. I thank you for the revival. I thank you for the revival.

  615. As you keep thanking him, the holy story is going to send

  616. people to here. But will you be giving that

  617. little time If this gospel is unique for you, if this gospel

  618. is the only hope for Christchurch, if this gospel is

  619. the only hope for self in district, will you have this

  620. time to pray? Because when you pray, your

  621. partner in the Holy Spirit who wants to come and move

  622. powerfully, he wants to heal people without even laying hands

  623. upon them. But you need to have that

  624. passion for God. You have to love God because

  625. elsewhere in the scripture it says if you don't love Jesus.

  626. Anathema. Did you hear that voice anytime?

  627. Hmm, where is it? I have so many scriptures here.

  628. So Galatians 313 says Christ redeemed us from the curse of

  629. the law by becoming a curse for us.

  630. This is an important verse. He became a curse of the law by

  631. becoming a sorry to redeem us for the curse of the law by

  632. becoming a curse for us. That is the biggest curse anyone

  633. can ever carry is the curse that was put upon Jesus.

  634. So every witchcraft, every witchcraft, every demonic

  635. influence, every demonic position will be broken because

  636. he became a curse for you. Everything is less, everything

  637. is smaller than the curse that Jesus endured on the cross.

  638. So because you are crucified with him and he died as you, the

  639. demon cannot have any power over your life anymore.

  640. You tell the demon, when it comes to you, I have died in

  641. Christ. Who are you looking for?

  642. You are coming to the wrong address.

  643. You're coming to the wrong address.

  644. I am not the same person. That's how it is.

  645. Romans 9 Three For I could wish that I myself were cursed and

  646. cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my own kinsmen,

  647. According to the flesh. Anathema talks about unspeakable

  648. laws which Paul is willing to go through for the sake of fellow

  649. Israelites. He says let me become anathema.

  650. Let me be cut off from God so that the fellow Israelites can

  651. be saved. That is the desire, that is the

  652. passion, that is the all consuming desire of the gospel

  653. that has taken hold of all of his heart where he says, let me

  654. be cut off from God, but let the Israelis be safe.

  655. But unfortunately, during his lifetime, he couldn't see much

  656. of much of that happened. He was set aside for preaching

  657. the gospel to the Gentiles, but everywhere he went first he

  658. spoke to the Jewish people first because that is what is driving

  659. him. The passion to see the Israel is

  660. saved. And then you've got one question

  661. 12/3 Paul Contra the spirit spirit read confession.

  662. Jesus is Lord with the blast bust right?

  663. Jesus be cursed. What they're saying when they

  664. say Jesus is cursed, they say Jesus be anathema.

  665. But that's not what is going to happen.

  666. The the worst distinguish the regenerating work of the Holy

  667. Spirit from demonic influence and protects the church from

  668. contradictory spirituality. You say Jesus is Lord.

  669. Somebody's demon has a demon. You make them say Jesus is Lord.

  670. They may say 5-10 times without any problem, but the 11th time

  671. when they open their mouth, they cannot say it because by then

  672. the demon in them takes over their mouth and does not allow

  673. them to say Jesus is Lord. That's how you know whether

  674. there is a demon inside or not. Make them say Jesus is Lord.

  675. They once tried. No keep saying it, keep saying

  676. it, keep saying it until they cannot say it.

  677. Then you know that the demon is start up now and then you call

  678. it by name and say coffee. Top one question says 1622 if

  679. anyone does not love the Lord, let him be under a curse, come

  680. Lord. That is of course one question.

  681. 1622 If anyone does not love the Lord, let him be under a curse,

  682. Come Lord Jesus. So you have to love Jesus.

  683. You have no other option. It's not by force, but because

  684. of his love. He gave himself up for you so

  685. that you may love him and come out of the curse.

  686. Come out of the curse. So afterwards we are going to

  687. stand up and put under your foot every curse you've broken.

  688. You do it and believe it and walk out free from here because

  689. Jesus became a curse for you on the cross.

  690. Galatians 18 to 9, twice. Paul produces anathema on any

  691. who distort the gospel that we read it already.

  692. So that's what it is all about. Shall we pray?

  693. I encourage you to stand up. Thank you Jesus, thank you

  694. Jesus, now is your time. Every curse, you sample it down

  695. by the thought of the name of Jesus and disconnect it from

  696. your life because he became a curse on the cross.

  697. So you can be a blessing. You may inherit the blessings of

  698. Abraham, so you will become a blessing.

  699. So now it is your time to stand, to drown under your feet.

  700. Every curse coming down your father and mother, 10

  701. generations or 20 generations, it doesn't matter.

  702. All is coming down the family line.

  703. Trample it down. Whatever is coming from any

  704. witchcraft or spell or sorcery, trample it down.

  705. And every cusp you broken up on your life.

  706. And may the whole Spirit release you from every cusp and set you

  707. free this morning to the glory of His name.

  708. Take it by faith, call, open your mouth and say it.

  709. I distract myself from the curse of the law.

  710. I disturbance from every curse, every every curse coming down my

  711. father's side, mother's side, for any number of generations.

  712. I trample it down in the name of Jesus.

  713. I trample it down in the name of Jesus.

  714. I am being set free because Jesus became a curse on the on

  715. the cross. But I may receive his blessing.

  716. I am blessed this morning. I am blessed.

  717. Nobody can stop me from being blessed.

  718. I am blessed, I am blessed. I am blessed in Jesus.

  719. I am blessed in Jesus Christ. He became a curse so I can go

  720. free. I am free.

  721. I am free. I celebrate your freedom in the

  722. name of Jesus, Amen. Father, in the name of Jesus, we

  723. thank you for your work, and we thank you for your children who

  724. have made this confession and go and rampled down every dust

  725. under their feet that has to be broken.

  726. In the name of Jesus, be disconnected from the spirit,

  727. soul and body and let them begin a blessing in Christ Jesus and

  728. Lord of others. Spread your garment on them.

  729. You became naked and died upon the cross, that we may be closed

  730. with your righteousness. We are the righteousness of God.

  731. He is our redemption. Make the proclamation and be set

  732. free this morning in the name of Jesus.

  733. We thank you, for we are free. We are free, we are free.

  734. We thank you Jesus. You became a customer upon the

  735. cross so that we can be a blessing.

  736. We worship you, we honor you, we praise and we thank you.

  737. We exalt your name, you deserve our worship and pray we love you

  738. Jesus. We love you with all our heart.

  739. In Jesus mighty name we ask. Everybody says Amen, Amen.
