  1. Well ladies, as we get together tonight, all of us have things going on in the background.

  2. You know, we dress up for coming here and we fix up and we put on our happy face and we come here, don't we?

  3. And the Lord is just quick in my heart tonight that there's someone here, one of you ladies who got a phone call today from one of their kids.

  4. One of your adult kids called you and said, Something's wrong.

  5. Could be a thing with a job, could be a thing with a marriage, could be a health thing.

  6. And maybe you're just trying to hold it together tonight while this thing is weighing on your heart.

  7. But the Lord wants the women around you to agree with you for that need.

  8. Recently we got a call from our son who had had a huge change in his job, and it's it's just been one long hassle after another with that.

  9. And it seems like if you if your kids are young, I'll I'll just warn you, you pray for them even more when they're grown up.

  10. It's so heavy duty and important, everything that's going on.

  11. So whoever you are tonight, whoever is bearing this load about something your son or daughter is going through, please feel free to take a prayer.

  12. We would like to agree with you for that situation to be broken, for it to change.

  13. Or do we just want to take a moment and we pray for our sister and we join around her, maybe more than one.

  14. We walk you through things.

  15. We know friends here that are walking through things.

  16. Maybe it's one, and maybe it's more.

  17. That your grace and your peace which are like took hands for us.

  18. We ask for your grace and your peace to carry them.

  19. We ask for your Holy Spirit to be here to not only comfort her, but to comfort their child, their adult child, and minister to them.

  20. And we speak peace be still to these circumstances.

  21. And we pray that you would be exalted in the midst of these circumstances, Father.

  22. So we thank you for your freedom, we thank you for your grace, and we thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit to bring light out of darkness in Jesus' name.

  23. Well, welcome, ladies.

  24. It's so good to have you here at Shine.

  25. Um we have a real treat tonight.

  26. Um I had asked Steve if he would come and um just share a little bit of his heart and to pray over you ladies here.

  27. And um I know I probably feel the same sentiment as most of you.

  28. We're so thankful for a senior pastor who has such a heart for men and such a heart for women to be released to be who God's called him to be.

  29. And so, Steve, thank you for the covering um that you have over us.

  30. What a joy to be with you guys tonight briefly.

  31. Um boy, this is beautiful.

  32. You certainly couldn't have gotten a bunch of guys to have set up such a beautiful room.

  33. And I saw um I saw last week how you guys did the balloons and everything is really cool and really beautiful.

  34. Turn in your Bibles, if you would, to Exodus 15.

  35. And uh this is gonna seem like a really obscure passage for you tonight.

  36. Um, but I I just want it to be in your heart as you guys start Titus, and I want it to be in your heart as you realize that you gotta pray for your man, you're gonna have to uh you're gonna have issues.

  37. Um and I want to put in place this this uh maybe this this uh theological point that God is wild.

  38. Okay, God's wild, and he is a warrior.

  39. So, Exodus 15, song of Moses, they've come out of the Red Sea.

  40. And uh look at verse 2.

  41. The Lord is my strength and song, and he has become my salvation.

  42. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him.

  43. The Lord is a man of war.

  44. Some of your Bibles say warrior.

  45. The Lord is his name.

  46. Ladies, uh, you have got this this is not a time of peace in America.

  47. This is not a time of peace in the American family.

  48. I just listened to the Pope give his uh speech, slash, homily, whatever you call it, to the joint session of Congress today, and he talked a lot about the family.

  49. Everybody is talking about the family, nobody's got any solutions for the family, but everybody likes to talk about it, especially in a political season.

  50. It's really cool to talk about the family.

  51. But the reality is that you hold in your in your uh grasp that your family.

  52. Um, I think that men tend to be out there.

  53. Uh certainly they should be leading their families, but the way they lead often is economic and they provide for their family.

  54. Really, the bottom line is the the main caregiver, and and I believe it's God's way, is in the family.

  55. And so I'm blessed to have Liz as my wife, and I have very, very few concerns about my family because of her.

  56. But she wars for our family.

  57. This is a time of war, and God is a warrior.

  58. This is what he does.

  59. He needs warrior princesses like you to war for family, to war for work, to war for your sons and daughters, if you're single, to war for the things that he has placed upon your heart, but you are called to be warring in this day and age.

  60. Demons are on the loose.

  61. There is uh and we're getting ready to go into the book of Joel, and we're getting ready to go into the book of Revelation.

  62. And the reason I chose that, or I shouldn't say I chose it, but God told me to choose it, was because this is the world we're living in.

  63. And you've got to approach prayer as a war room.

  64. You have got to approach your man warring for him, uh, praying demons off of him.

  65. There is so much immorality right now, there's so much uh opportunity for temptation and drugs and uh illicit sex and just stuff like that.

  66. And we have got to war for our men, and that's one of your biggest responsibilities.

  67. And this is a training center in this lobby right now.

  68. This is a training center.

  69. You're gonna go through Titus.

  70. I mean, that is one of the most awesome books in the New Testament to train you to be a warrior princess.

  71. Because it is about you getting equipped so that you can equip others.

  72. You can disciple others.

  73. God's called many of you to be mentors, God has called many of you to go into battle in prayer and in the lifestyle that you live, and then bring along younger women with you.

  74. Turn to um Titus chapter 2.

    Titus 2 chapter mention

  75. I just want to read what I think are a key several verses.

  76. Titus 2, and in a couple weeks you guys will get to this.

  77. Several weeks you'll get to this, but let me just uh give this thought as it relates to warring.

  78. Um Titus 2 says, But as for you, speak these things which are proper for sound doctrine.

  79. So remember, Paul is actually talking about this is how you're supposed to live a godly life, that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, and love and patience.

  80. See, I think that's a great prayer right there for your if you're married, for your husband.

  81. If you're not married and you want to be married for your future husband, and if you're not married and you don't want to be married, which is not bad either.

  82. It's bet by the way, it's better to not be married and wish you were than to be married and wish you weren't.

  83. Um, but that you would pray that over the men of the road.

  84. Lord, I just pray, God, that the men of the road be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith and love and patience.

  85. The older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things, that they admonish the younger women to love their husbands and love their children.

  86. So, bottom line is, ladies, God's called you here to get trained and equipped, that you can train and equip.

  87. Does that make sense?

  88. So it's it's a multiplication effect.

  89. So I pray that as you're hearing from Christine and you're hearing from Liz and you're hearing from others in the leadership team, that it'll really go into your heart that you have spiritual power and you have spiritual authority.

  90. Walk in it.

  91. Walk in it.

  92. Pray it.

  93. And watch what God will do.

  94. He will change things, he will transform your place, he will transform your heart in a mighty way.

  95. You're to be whole-hearted disciples.

  96. So it's a joy to be with you tonight, and it's a joy to be um thanking Christine for all her hard work and setting all this up and having a vision for this and making it happen.

  97. Thank you for this leadership team and all.

  98. But um, why don't you here's what I want you to do.

  99. If you could say tonight that what I just said is like you want that.

  100. And you may already have it, but for some of you, you want it, but you don't have it.

  101. Can I pray for you?

  102. Would you just stand?

  103. And I want to pray an anointing to be a warrior over you ladies.

  104. You clean my car.

  105. So, Father God, in the name and the blood of Jesus, these women that are standing are saying to you, they're saying to the fourth dimension demonic and angelic principalities and powers, that they want to be warrior princesses.

  106. They want to be women who war in prayer, they want to be women who teach others, they want to be women who are used by you to push back darkness.

  107. So, Father, I pray for an anointing over them right now.

  108. God, pour it out over them, Lord.

  109. I pray for an impartation of faith to believe that they have spiritual authority in Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit, not their own power, not their own sustenance, not their own wisdom, but your wisdom surrendered to you, you providing that to them.

  110. Father, I pray, Lord God, that you'd put a hedge of protection around them.

  111. Lord, I ask right now that as they go home tonight and they find that special secret place, and they pray that, Father God, you would hear their prayers and you would move mightily upon their homes and their situations and their work, whatever it is that's around them, that the enemy is using.

  112. God, I ask that you would impart wisdom, strength, power, and anointing from your spirit, that they would not be intimidated by the enemy, but that they would be bold, humble, loving, surrendered warriors of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

  113. In your name we pray.

  114. Amen.
