In you, Christ Jesus, you alone, I look to imitating your ways.

You, Christ Jesus, you are all I look to, imitating your hands in

all my ways. I'll follow you and I will

smooth what's an example I have Christ Jesus, I love you rely on

Times the circumstances of life, what we go through makes us

forget about the fact that we are children of God and we do

our friends as if we live on our own.

This morning the Lord is reminding us of the need of the

importance for us to live as a responsible children of God.

I want you to open your mouth and speak to God this morning.

How responsible are you, Jesus, as a child of God?

How responsible am I as a child of God?

Is the challenges of life taking me away?

Are the challenges of life making me forget about the fact

that I have been purchased by the blood of Christ?

How responsible am I? How responsible are you?

Open your mouth and speak to God.

This Lord Almighty, pray converting myself in the name of

Jesus. Oh Lord of this morning we come

before your process one more time.

Save me from eternal condemnation.

We are today for living the life.

Therefore, Lord, they are responding as Your word has come

unto us. We are all marked to the

responsibilities Lord for it is holy is you.

I was Speaking of life Lord Almighty.

I was responsible Lord to carry out for it is only in you that

we can have redemption of Jesus. I pray therefore this morning we

return back unto you Jesus and we pray that I will be able to

overcome that your grace, I'll be able to Lord will abound this

man responsibility. Spirit divide by each terrified

till the end used to your Jesus. As we see there is the light the

war on nature revive to till again until all Jesus be seen.

We want to thank God for the gift of life and I want to

specially welcome each and everyone of you.

If you don't understand why I welcome Joshua when you close,

come and see me. But it's very important as a

member of God's church and as a child of God, whenever you

belong to the Church of God or the family of God, you must

always make yourself relevant. I mean, I said as a child of

God, you must always make yourself relevant.

If I look at the ones he said beside you and tell him or him,

make yourself relevant. Amen.

One thing you should understand is that when you come to church,

God speaks to us through numerous ways.

There are some of us, we are in the church, but we are not

relevant. Even if you don't come, no one

knows you didn't come. And even if you come, and even

if you come, praise the Lord. But this morning I want to

encourage someone as a child of God, make yourself relevant, but

you only be relevant when you allow the Spirit of God to lead

you. Amen.

Amen. Even if you are not happy with

me, so long as I am preaching the word of God, I am OK.

I'm not here to please anyone, but please, brothers and sisters

in Christ, God has purchased us through the blood of Jesus

Christ. And so now that we have become

people of God, children of God, we all, not ourselves again, we

have become the people of God. We have become the people of

God, which stands for the church.

And so as a people of God, what it means is that you are an

ambassador of God. And as an ambassador, whenever

you are sent to go and represent your government, wherever you

go, you stand for the interest of your government.

Praise the Lord. So when you go anywhere and you

become irrelevant, what it means is that you have totally failed.

Praise the Lord. So this morning, I pray that God

will give us the grace, the ability to be relevant wherever

we go, wherever we find ourselves, even in our homes, in

our churches, in our various workplaces, and in every

institution we find ourselves. Amen.

I want to speak on the theme of the year.

Unleash to live a life worthy of your calling.

Unleashed to live a life worthy of your calling.

When you read a book of Genesis which talks about creation after

God has created everything and then he decided to create man in

his own image and in his own. Like the Bible is saying that

God created Adam and then God created Eve to God created Eve

to come and support Adam. And so when you read Bible is

saying that after God has created man, God handed over

creation unto man. And after God had handed

creation unto man, God has man to take care of his creation.

So what it means is that God gave man the ability, the power

in other ways. Man became the ambassador of

God. Man was to stand in for God and

take care of his creation. But one thing we need to take

notice that when God handed over His creation unto man, God gave

instructions unto man. So what it means is that as an

ambassador you cannot work or you cannot do things on your

own. You work with instructions,

praise the Lord. And the Bible is saying that God

instructed man to not touch the tree which was in the middle of

the garden, aside that man was giving them free will to touch

and to enjoy any other thing. So yeah, one of the things we

can see is that God gave man his will, praise the Lord.

So what it means that whenever you become an ambassador of God,

whenever you become a representative of God, even

though you are working with instructions, you also have your

own will, praise the Lord, and it is your own will that leads

you on the kind of choices you make you.

You may choose to abide by the instructions attached to your

calling, or you can also choose to leave contrary to the

instructions. And you could see that any

person who always works with the instruction attached to his

calling at the end of the day is promoted.

Praise the Lord. As our Bible is saying that when

God gave man his free will, man decided to go contrary to the

will of God in other ways. Man decided to choose to eat of

the forbidding tree, and the Bible is saying that as a result

of that, man fell. As a result of that, man died.

Amen. So one of the lessons we can

learn here is that every choice man makes, every choice man

makes has its own consequences. Every choice man makes has its

own consequences. Every choice you make, every

choice I make, has its own consequences.

If it is true, then it means that every choice man makes is

very, very important, praise the Lord.

And as a result of the choice of Adam and Eve, the Bible is

saying that one of the consequences that has come or

that it has brought on to us is eternal condemnation, death.

That's why you read a New Testament which says that for

all have seen. What did I see?

That is the consequence of a choice that was made by man.

Praise the Lord. That is the power of choice.

So the kind of choice man makes may not maybe end up on you, but

it may even go after generations to come.

If it is so, then as people of God, as children of God, we need

to be very mindful of the kind of choices we make.

Amen. Amen.

Choices has its own consequences.

What it also means is that the kind of choice man makes may

bring him life, and it can also bring him death.

The kind of choice man makes may bring you life or death.

Amen. I'm reading from Deuteronomy

Deuteronomy 30:15–20

chapter 30 verse 15 to 20. Deuteronomy chapter 30, verse 15

Deuteronomy 30:15–20

to 20. See, I said before you today,

life and prosperity, death and destruction.

For I command you today to love the Lord your God, to work in

obedience to him and to keep his commands decrease and loss.

Then you will leave an increase and the Lord your God will bless

you in the land you are entering to possess.

But if you, if your heart turns away and you are not obedient

and you are drawn away to bow down to other gods and worship

them, declare to you this day that you will certainly be

destroyed. You will not live long in the

land you are crossing to Jordan to enter and possess this day.

I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I

have set before you life and death, blessings and kisses.

Now choose life so that you and your children may live and that

you may love the Lord your God. Listen to His voice and hold

fast to Him. For the Lord is your life, and

He will give you many years in the land He swore to give your

father's Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Amen.

Can you please repeat this after me?

For the Lord is your life, and He will give you many years in

the land he swore, Amen. So this scripture that is after

God has sent Moses to go and deliver the people of Israel

from Egypt. The Bible is saying that after

God has sent Moses, Moses went through a lot of challenges.

In fact, it wasn't easy for Moses to lead the people of

Israel after God himself has chosen Moses to go and deliver

the people of Israel from the hands of Pharaoh.

The Bible is saying that the people to whom Moses was sent to

resisted him in many ways. But because Moses was the

prophet of God, was the representative of God, God gave

his word to his people through Moses.

And so it got to a point. God was speaking to the people

of Israel through Moses and drawing their attention to the

fact that they have their will. God has given them their will,

praise the Lord. And then Moses went further, and

then he was trying to let them understand the fact that the

will God has given unto them. They must make good choice of it

or they must use their will wisely.

And so the 15th saying, I sat before you today, life and

prosperity, death and destruction, And as people of

God, as children of God who have been saved through the blood of

Jesus Christ, the same thing applies to us.

Yes, we have been saved. Yes, He has purchased us with

His blood, but He has given us our free will.

Praise the Lord. But the intention of God for

saving us is for us to inherit eternal life.

The reason why God did not leave us to remain in the Kingdom of

darkness, God did not leave us to abide in the abyss of hell,

is because His original intention for man is for Him to

inherit eternal life. And so now that God has served

us through the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ, God has given

us back our will just as His. He gave the will to Adam and

Eve, but as a result of the kind of choice they made, the

consequence they faced and brought eternal death unto man.

Praise the Lord, now that you have become a child of God.

God has given us the free will. But it is very important for us

to know the reason why God created man, the reason why God

saved man. The reason why God saved man is

in order for man to inherit his glory is in order for man to

come back to the original plan of God, which is to inherit the

Kingdom of God. But you see what's happened in

the Garden of Eden was that man decided to disobey the

instruction of God. So what it means that whenever

man fails to disobey the instruction of God, it is a

choice you have made. And whenever man decides to obey

the instruction of God, it is a choice that you have made.

But God is expecting that as a child of God, we will or you

will obey. I will obey His commands, His

instructions, whether it is favorable or not.

When it happens this way, then what it means is that we are

adhering to the instructions, which is attached to our

colleague. Praise the Lord.

And what was this was saying that for?

I command you today to love the Lord your God, to work in

obedience to Him. The people who have been saved

from the hands of Pharaoh, do not forget that these people

were under oppression. They were maltreated, and then

God through Moses saved them. Now they have their freedom, now

they have their liberty. They were no more under

oppression. And then as Moses was leading

them, God was speaking through Moses unto them and telling them

of the need, the importance, commanding them to love the Lord

their God. I want to believe that probably

they were failing to love the Lord and they were not being

obedient to the voice of God. And that is why God through

Moses was reminding them, was telling them of the need and the

importance. So that means that you cannot be

a child of God, you cannot be an ambassador of God, you cannot be

a Christian who does not love God and who does not obey the

voice of God. At times when we talk about the

love for God, some people think it is all about what we say.

But true love is seen through our actions.

Praise the Lord, there are some people who have good vibes.

One, you need to convince a lady that you love her.

The kind of words you put together, when you hear it, you

melt. That is not the kind of love we

are talking about. And moreover, we need to

understand that the God we are serving, the Bible is saying

that He is all knowing. As I stand here, if I love God,

he knows. As you sit there, if you love

God He knows I cannot tell and even if I should tell I will

based on what I see. And it is not everything we see

that is real and genuine but our God Bible says He is all

knowing. And I pray this morning that you

love the Lord your God with all your hearts.

And if you love him, he should be seen through your actions,

you should be seen through your deeds, you should be seen

through your speech, praise the Lord.

And in fact, this morning, as we have come to the presence of

God, what kind of hearts, what kind of mind have we come before

him with? I have been talking about this

thing all the time. The love for God, the love for

God compels you to do things for God.

The love for God compels you to do things for God.

Praise the Lord. So if you get to the point that

nothing compels you, then Amen. That's to work in obedience to

Him and to keep His commands. Decrease and loss.

Then you will increase. Then you will leave an increase,

then you will leave an increase. So you could see that God has

made provision for us if we want to leave, if we want to

increase. God is expecting that we will

love Him and that we will obey His commands.

Failure to that, I don't expect anything.

At times we come to church, we come to the presence of God and

we pray, Oh God bless me, Oh God, increase me.

Oh God, let me live long. Meanwhile you don't love the

Lord, meanwhile you don't obey the word of God.

But God has made provision for us.

It's just if you want to live long, if you want to increase,

then love me. If you want to increase, if you

want to live long, then obey my comments.

So brother, anything contrary to this, don't expect the results.

Amen. God has made the provision for

us and the Lord your God will bless you in the land you are

entering to possess, but your heart stays away and we are not

obedient and you are drawn away to bow down to other ghosts and

worship them. So do not forget the Lord was

leading them to the promised land as the Lord is leading us

also into heaven until he was reminding them.

He was telling them of the of the need and the importance of

them to love Him and to also obey His commands so that they

will leave an increase. And then he was saying that the

opposite, that their hearts turns away and not obedience.

You are drawn away or you, yes, you are drawn away to bow down

to other gods. So what it means that anytime we

fail to love the Lord, anytime we fail to obey the voice of

God, the instructions of God, the commands of God, what it

means is that our hearts are drawn away.

What it means is that we bow down to other gods and worship

them. Praise the Lord.

This is serious. So if you are, if you don't take

care, you may be bowing down to other gods, you may be

worshipping other gods unknowingly.

But the Bible is saying that the moment you fail to love Him, the

moment you fail to obey His commands, what it means is that

you are doing the contrary, which is bowing down to other

gods and worshipping them. What means that your heart is

drawn away from Him. And this morning it is my prayer

that the Lord will be gracious unto us.

You will not live long in the land you are crossing to.

You not live long to the land you are crossing the Jordan to

enter and possess this day. I call the heavens and the earth

as witnesses against you that I have searched before you, life

and death, brothers and sisters in the Lord.

As the Lord has saved us, as the Lord has saved us, the Lord has

given us our free will. You have to make a decision for

yourself. If you inherit eternal life,

it's in your hands. If you inherit eternal

condemnation, it's in your hands.

Praise the Lord. But Moses went further and then

he advised them, Now choose life so that you and your children

may live. So what it means is that any

decision you take is not about you only, but it even affects

your children. So if you choose death, death

will come after your children and your children's children.

And if you choose life, life will come after you, your

children, and your children children.

So what means that the kind of choice we make, the kind of

decision we take is very, very critical, even though we have

been purchased by the blood of Christ, Amen.

Amen. When you come to the New

Testament, it makes it clear. It makes it clear that it is God

who calls just like God himself chose the people of Israel unto

himself, and as because He had established a covenant with the

great grandfather Abraham, after so many years, God kept His

covenant with them. We who are the New Testament

believers, the Bible makes us understand that until God calls

you, you cannot come unto him. Hello, until God calls you, you

cannot come unto him. So this morning as you are

seated here, I want you to believe in your spirit and in

your soul that it is God who has called you.

Praise the Lord. At times we walk without

confidence because we don't know who has called us.

But if you have the belief and the faith that it is God who has

called me, it is God who has called you, it even affect the

way you work. You are able to work boldly, you

are able to work courageously because you believe within your

spirit and your soul that it is God who has called you.

And that is the reason why you have become a child of God.

What a privilege. It is not everyone that God

calls. So for you to have the

opportunity for you to be called by God, praise the Lord.

Shall we read from John chapter 6 verse 41 downwards?

John 6:41

I'm reading from the NIV. At this the Jews there began to

grumble about him, because he said, I am the bread that came

down from heaven. They said, Is this not Jesus the

son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know?

How can he now say I came down from heaven?

Stop grumbling among yourselves, Jesus answered.

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them,

and I will raise them up at the last day.

It is written in the prophets. They will all be taught by God.

Everyone who has heard the Father and learn from Him comes

to me. No one has seen the Father

except the one who is from God. Only he has seen the Father.

Very truly. I tell you, the one who believes

has eternal life. I am the bread of life.

Your ancestors ate the manner in the wilderness, yet they died.

But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which anyone

may eat and not die. I am the living bread that came

down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will

live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I

will give for the life of the world.

Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves.

How can this man give us his flesh to eat?

Jesus said to them very truly, I tell you, unless you eat the

flesh of the Son of man and eat his blood, you have no life in

you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks

my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last

day. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks

my blood remains in me and I in them.

Just as the living Father sent me, and I leave because of the

Father, so the one who fees on me will leave because of me.

This is the bread that came down from heaven.

Your ancestors ate mana and died, but whoever fees on the

bread will live forever. He said this while teaching in

the synagogue of Capeno. Amen.

But my interest is in the verse 44.

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them,

and I'll raise them up at the last day.

Do not forget that the intention of God is that man will live

eternally. And so Jesus is saying that it

is he who draws all the Father, draws people on to him, and any

person who comes on to him, he will live forever, praise the

Lord. But the reason why I added the

others is for us to understand because today is loss of our

Sunday. Do not forget that when God was

leading the people of Israel through Moses and got to a point

that God provided manner unto them and then Jesus is reminding

them that their ancestors the 8 manner, yet they died, praise

the Lord. And then he was comparing

himself to the manner or the bread, the eggs, and then he is

saying that he also came from heaven.

Anyone who eats of him answered then Jesus had not died, but

Jesus was telling them what was to happen, praise the Lord and

so he said anyone who eats will live.

Let me read it again. How can this man give us his

flesh to eat? Jesus said to them, very truly,

I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and

drink his blood, you have no life in you, Praise the Lord.

So if you are sitting here this morning, there are some people,

yes, they have accepted Jesus Christ, yes, they have been

baptized, but because they live in sin, they don't partake in

the Lord Supper. The Bible is saying that if you

do not, if you do not eat, I'll see me.

I'm fetching of Francos. Unless you eat the flesh of the

Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.

So when you come and accept the Lord Jesus, when you are

baptized and you don't eat the lost Supper, you don't eat the

bread, you don't eat the you don't drink the blood, you have

no life in you. So what it means is that

partaking of the Lost Supper, it is very, very important in the

life of the believer. The reason why Jesus has saved

us is for us to have eternal life, life in abundance.

So accepting the Lord Jesus Christ brings life, and Jesus is

saying that if you do not eat, if you do not drink, you have no

life in you. So what it means is that

anything that prevents the believer from partaking the law

Supper, you need to deal with it until then.

Yes, you might have accepted him, you might have been

baptized by you have no life. Praise the Lord, ask your

neighbor, do you have life? Whoever eats my flesh and drinks

my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last

day. So what happens to those who

don't eat? May the Lord help us this

morning. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks

my blood remains in me and I eat them.

So what happens to those who don't eat and drink?

Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I

eat them. So whoever does not eat my flesh

and does not drink my blood, what happens to them?

I'm not saying it is the Bible. So if you are here, you don't

eat, you don't drink, then you should know and Bible is saying

that you are not in him and he's not in you.

So you will be in the church. And you say I love God, I, I, I,

I worship God, yet you are wasting your time.

Praise the Lord this morning. May the Lord be gracious unto us

because of time. I'm reading from Ephesians

Ephesians 4 · chapter mention

chapter 4 verse one as a prisoner for the Lord.

Then I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have

received. The author of these words is

Apostle Paul. If you should study the life of

Apostle Paul and Bible says that he is someone who fought the

people of God and then when he repented, when he encountered

the light of God and he repented.

The Bible is saying that he changed from his old ways and

now began to walk in newness of life.

And in the newness of life he loved the Lord his God and he

obeyed all the commands he gave him.

If you read when Saul had an encounter with the light, Bible

is saying that when the light strike him down and then he

screamed, Who are you Lord? And then the conversation went

on and then the Lord instructed him to go.

And Bible is saying that he obeyed the voice of the Lord.

So, brethren, as people of God, when we come to the saving

knowledge of Christ, we need to obey the voice of God.

Until we obey the voice of God, we cannot love him.

Until we obey the voice of God, we cannot worship him, praise

the Lord. And so after Paul has a soul who

has become Paul has worked with God and God has used him to do

great things, to accomplish many things, Paul came to himself and

then he was saying that that is what we just read as a prisoner

for the Lord. Then I urge you to live a life

worthy of the quality you have received.

So here Paul recognized that it is a call that he received and

has responded to it. And then he is saying that, or

he has come to the point of understanding, acknowledging

that when you receive this call, you become a prisoner of Christ.

Hello. When you receive the call of

God, I've already made you to understand that until God calls

you, you cannot come on to it. And not that God has called you

and you have become a child of God.

When Paul is saying that when you receive this call, you

become a prisoner for him. How many of us are prisoners for

Christ? The other time I think spoke

about a prisoner and then he made us to understand who is a

prisoner? How is that someone is a

prisoner? It means your life does not

belong to you. Again, you don't have the

freedom to live your life the way you want.

You are forced to do things contrary to your will, praise

the Lord. So as a prisoner of Christ, what

it means is that at times you wish to have something.

You wish to have something, but because you're a prisoner of

Christ, you are compelled, just like someone when you are in the

world, what may be when you are in the world, you are a

womanizer. Unless you don't see a lady, you

sleep with her, and then you come to the serving knowledge of

Christ, and then you see a lady so that things are there, their

vibes and everything. But when you become a child of

God, because you have now become a prisoner of Christ, you are

compelled to do away with those things.

Maybe when you are in the world, you used to drink.

When you become a child of God, as a prisoner of Christ, you

have the freedom, you have the liberty, You can decide to

drink. But because you recognize that I

own not myself, I belong to God, I have AI have become a prisoner

of Christ. You do away with those things,

praise the Lord. Maybe when you are in the world

you are corrupt when you come to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Yes, you were once corrupt, but now that you have become a

prisoner of Christ, you have to do away with those things.

And that is what shows that now you live under the instruction.

Now you live for God. Until then you are not a

prisoner of Christ. So what Paul was trying to say

is that we have the liberty to live our lives anyhow.

But because of the call he received, and he has responded

to it, he has subjected himself to the will of the Master.

And because he has subjected himself, he has become a

prisoner. So when you received a call and

you fail to subject yourself, you cannot be a prisoner.

How well have you subjected yourself to the call you have

received? So what I want you to understand

this morning is that as a child of God, your will does not

belong to you. The reason why I will have to

wake up early in the morning and come to church even though my

sleep is not enough for me is because I don't owe myself as a

prisoner. You have to wake up on time, but

when you owe yourself, you wake up the time you want.

Praise the Lord. The reason why one the other

that I can see was saying that when you go to the prison, they

don't get the food of their choice and even the kind of food

they give them. You have no choice.

If you don't eat, you die. So as a prisoner of Christ, you

don't choose what you want to eat.

May the Lord help us this morning.

I pray that we all come to the point of understanding that

because of the blood of Christ we have become prisoners of

Christ. Because we have been saved by

Him and we have become children of God.

We are prisoners of Christ. Until you get this understanding

and you come to this level, all our worship will be full of

hypocrisy. And that is the reason why maybe

as an elder I'm saying it is no good to drink.

Yet when I close, I'll go and drink.

I'll look left, I will look right and I drink.

It is no good to commit fornication as an elder.

I am. I'm a member.

Why would an elder, why would a member do that?

He has not got to the point of understanding that he is a

prisoner of Christ. He has not subjected himself to

the calling he has received. And so when you are in a church

and you are living a double life, you are living a

hypocritical life. You should know that it's

because you have not subjected yourself to the calling you have

received for the calling you have received.

All right, but you have decided. So it's a matter of decision.

You have decided not to subject yourself to the call you have

received. How well have you subjected

yourself to the call you have received?

The scripture makes sense to understand that we have the

right to do everything, but as children of God we don't deserve

to do everything. The other time I was telling

someone, where do the people dress anyhow?

And as children of God, we also at times dress anyhow.

So when you come and you bring the wetly person here and you

bring the Christian here, you can't even differentiate who is

the wetly person and who is the Christian.

But as a child of God, as an ambassador of Christ, where do

you stand? People should see, even from

your appearance, who you are. As a child of God, how do you

live your life? I remember I went to a funeral

and I met some of my classmates and then they were going to

drink. They were calling themselves no,

because I'm quite wage. I don't know.

And so forth. Why is he saying you live your

life for people to move to see the enemies are quite sorry for?

Oh yeah, massive. Oh yeah.

Oh. How?

I love you and those people one day raise their hands, you could

see that tears are coming. And so when you are sitting

here, you look at the person appear as you see that this

person, he loves God. So knowing you're correct, that

is why I'm saying that it is God the all knowing One who knows

the heart of men. We can only talk about what we

see, but the one who sees beyond the physical.

I mean, maybe let me read this and I'll bring my message to a

close. First Thessalonians chapter 4-1

1 Thessalonians 4 · chapter mention

to 8. As for the other matters,

brothers and sisters, we instructed you how to live in

order to please God, as in fact you are living now.

We ask you and aunt you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and

more, for you know what instructions we give you by the
