  1. Yeah. I won't try one.

  2. Yeah, yeah.

  3. Praise the Lord, Oh, I said. Praise the Lord.

  4. Hallelujah. We want to thank God for His

  5. faithfulness, for His love, and for His protection.

  6. And we want to see. May His grace be sufficient for

  7. all of us this morning. Amen.

  8. Shall we be on our feet? We just want to pray this

  9. morning and ask God of His grace that He shall release His grace

  10. upon us this morning as we have come to His presence.

  11. You and I will attest to the fact that God has been faithful

  12. unto us. You and I will attest to the

  13. fact that God has preserved our lives from first January to

  14. dates. And this morning I can feel

  15. within my spirit that we should ask of his grace, Thy grace, O

  16. Lord. We need to do thy grace, O Lord.

  17. We need to Lord. If you can't raise your two

  18. hands onto the heavens. Nigra's love me.

  19. Nigra's love me we need. Now shall you open your mouth

  20. and speak in tongues? May you release your grace upon

  21. us this morning. May you release your grace upon

  22. us this morning. May you be gracious on to us

  23. this morning. May you be gracious on to us

  24. this morning. Oh Lord, may you be gracious on

  25. to us. May you be gracious on to us.

  26. May you be gracious on to us, Lord, may be gracious unto us,

  27. may be gracious unto us, may be gracious unto us.

  28. Lord may be gracious unto us. Lord may be gracious unto us.

  29. Lord may be gracious unto us. Lord may be gracious unto us.

  30. Lord may be gracious unto us. Lord may be gracious to us.

  31. Lord may be gracious unto us. Lord may be gracious unto us.

  32. Lord may be gracious unto us. May be gracious unto your

  33. church. Lord may be gracious unto your

  34. people. Lord may be gracious unto us.

  35. May be gracious unto us. Shall we humbly resume our seat?

  36. Oh, praise the Lord, Hallelujah. This morning.

  37. The grace of God is here and anyone who is going through a

  38. situation that demands the grace, the grace has been made

  39. available. Praise the Lord.

  40. This morning I want to speak on the topic, the reward of God,

  41. the reward of God, the reward of God.

  42. As you all aware, today's last of our Sunday.

  43. This is the day in our church. It is set aside to dine with the

  44. Lord. And so this morning is a great

  45. day. It's a great day because God is

  46. giving us the privilege to dine with him.

  47. Amen. Amen.

  48. And whenever we are celebrating the Lord Supper, the Bible says

  49. we should remember the death of Christ.

  50. When we talk about the death of Christ, we are talking about the

  51. sacrifice Jesus made for our sick, the price he paid for our

  52. sick. And the Bible says that he came

  53. on this earth, He lived like an ordinary human being because of

  54. you and I. And at the long run, the Bible

  55. says he gave up his life to pay for our sins.

  56. And when you read scriptures, Bible makes sense to understand

  57. that Jesus came on this earth for a purpose, and the purpose

  58. for which he came is to come and do the way of the Father.

  59. So we can say that Jesus came on this earth to work.

  60. Praise the Lord. Jesus came on this earth to

  61. work, and his work was to come and pay the price of the Saints

  62. of men. Amen.

  63. The way he reads scripture, Bible says that when Jesus came

  64. and then he completed his work, he completed his work and the

  65. Bible says he died on the third day.

  66. He resurrected and then he showed himself to his disciples.

  67. When you read Acts chapter one verse 11, the Bible says that

  68. after he has brought all his work on this earth to a close

  69. and was being lifted, Bible says that is Act chapter one, verse

  70. 11. Men of maybe let's start from

  71. 10, let's start from 10. They were looking intently up

  72. into the sky as he was going when suddenly two men dressed in

  73. white stood beside them. Men of Galilee, they said, why

  74. do you stand here looking into the sky?

  75. This same Jesus who has been taken from you into the heaven

  76. will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into

  77. heaven. Amen.

  78. Amen. So Bible is saying that when he

  79. brought his work to an end and then He needed to go back to the

  80. Father, the Bible says that there were witnesses and the

  81. witnesses saw Jesus being transported, Jesus being carried

  82. away into the heavens. And Bible says that as the

  83. disciples and the men available or present were looking up into

  84. the sky, the angels of God told them this same Jesus who is

  85. being carried away will come back again.

  86. Amen. So this morning I want to

  87. announce to you that our Savior, the one who has saved us from

  88. our sins, the one who has redeemed us from condemnation,

  89. this same Jesus who has finished his earth, on his work on this

  90. earth. And as a result of the work he

  91. did, you and I have received, this same Jesus will come back

  92. again. At times when we are saying

  93. this, some people doubt it. Some people say we started

  94. saying this same Jesus will come back again.

  95. And it is 2000 years plus now. But this morning my mission here

  96. is very simple. I care less whether you believe

  97. it or not. My mission is to declare to you

  98. that this same Jesus will come back again.

  99. Amen. What is reward?

  100. We are talking about the reward of God.

  101. What is reward? One of the definitions maybe I

  102. want to talk about. Reward is a thing, giving in

  103. recognition of work, service efforts or achievements.

  104. Reward is a thing, giving in recognition of work, service,

  105. efforts or achievements. When you read scriptures, the

  106. Bible says because of the work Jesus did on the X and was able

  107. to complete it, the Bible says God has given him the name above

  108. every name and that at the mention of the name of Jesus

  109. every knee should bow and every tank will confess that Jesus

  110. Christ is Lord. Amen.

  111. So what it means is that without wake there is no reward.

  112. Without wake there is no reward. The reason why Jesus has been

  113. uplifted is as a result of the work He did on the earth and

  114. completed successfully. So without work there is no

  115. reward. If we are saying that without

  116. work there is no reward, then maybe let's try to find out what

  117. is work? What is work?

  118. Some of the definitions I found that I want to share with you.

  119. Work is an activity involving mental or physical efforts done

  120. in order to achieve a purpose or results.

  121. It is a task to be undertaken. It is to be engaged in physical

  122. or mental activity in order to achieve a result.

  123. You could see that all these definitions that I'm trying to

  124. talk about, at the long run it is looking up onto a result.

  125. So what it means is that the purpose of work is to achieve a

  126. result. For example, maybe you are what?

  127. A teacher? What is the purpose of your

  128. work? Teacher tell us what is the

  129. purpose? Of the purpose of my work is to

  130. install knowledge and discipline into lengths is.

  131. To install knowledge. So the point I want to put

  132. across here is that every work has a purpose and at the long

  133. run it is the results that we are looking at.

  134. If I should give you the opportunity to tell us the

  135. purpose of your work, we all have a purpose.

  136. Those of us who are into accounting, they will give you a

  137. different reason. But all or at the end of it all,

  138. it is the result that we are looking at to achieve a result.

  139. Amen. Amen.

  140. This morning I want you to understand that all of us seated

  141. here, all of us guarded here, so long as we have come to the

  142. saving knowledge of Christ and we have accepted the Lord Jesus

  143. Christ as our Lord and our Savior.

  144. The Bible says we are the children of God and God has

  145. called us to work. You see, when you read

  146. scriptures, when Jesus completed his assignment and then he was

  147. commanding his disciples, one of the commandments he gave them is

  148. that go and make disciples of all nations.

  149. And you could see that this instruction that he gave them,

  150. it wasn't optional. It was a command go.

  151. So what it means is that when, Oh yes, when you become a child

  152. of God, the work that God has called you into it is a command.

  153. It is not optional unless you are not a child of God.

  154. Praise the Lord, unless you are not a child of God.

  155. So this morning I want you to understand here that so long as

  156. you are a child of God, God has called you to work for Him.

  157. Amen. Amen.

  158. If you read Revelations chapter 22 verse 11 to 12, Revelations

    Revelation 22:11–12 Revelation 22:11–12

  159. chapter 22 verse 11 to 12, he that is unjust, let him be

  160. unjust still. And he which is filthy, let him

  161. be filthy still. And he that is righteous, let

  162. him be righteous still. And he that is holy, let him be

  163. holy still. And behold, I come quickly, and

  164. my reward is with me to give every man according to his work.

  165. To give every man according as his work shall be, to give to

  166. everyone according to his work. Amen.

  167. Amen. So here you could see that when

  168. John had the revelation and he was saying what he saw, he's

  169. saying that he that is unjust, let him be unjust and and he

  170. which is filthy, let him be filthy.

  171. And you could see that he enumerated many people.

  172. What I came to realize is that all these people that John

  173. enumerated, they are working. Hello.

  174. Those who are unjust, they have chosen to to do that work.

  175. Those who are filthy, they have chosen that path.

  176. Those who are righteous have chosen that path, and he said

  177. that those who are holy, they have also chosen that path.

  178. So what it means is that we have many paths, we have many works,

  179. and all these works are in the presence of God.

  180. It is not behind Him, it is not at the back of Him.

  181. All these works takes place in the presence of God and so John

  182. is saying that whatever category you find yourself in, keep on

  183. keeping on. Amen.

  184. And then the verse of he said, behold, I come quickly and my

  185. reward is with me. So what it means is that

  186. wherever you find yourself, you are going to receive a reward.

  187. To give every man according to his work.

  188. So here why is the work. As Jesus is gone, he has

  189. committed his work into our hands.

  190. In other words, Jesus has committed his work into the

  191. hands of the believers. So the day you come to the

  192. saving knowledge of Christ, you are ushered into the wake of

  193. God. I want and I want each and every

  194. one of us to understand is that what are you wake for God, or

  195. you don't wake for God? You are working.

  196. What are you wake for? God?

  197. Working for God stands for holiness.

  198. Working for God stands for righteousness.

  199. And if you don't find yourself in righteousness and holiness,

  200. you find yourself way in filthiness.

  201. You find yourself In Sync. And I want to believe that that

  202. is the reason why Paul admonished that we should work

  203. on our salvation. God is expecting that as we have

  204. come to the saving knowledge of Christ, you and I will work on

  205. our salvation. Brethren, accepting the Lord

  206. Jesus Christ alone is not enough.

  207. Yes, it is good to accept Him. Yes, it is good to believe in

  208. Him. That is not enough.

  209. He has called us to wake for Him.

  210. And so Paul put it this way. Maybe let me read it.

  211. Philippians chapter 12. You can find it in Philippians

  212. chapter 12 verse one to Philippians chapter 2 verse 1 to

    Philippians 2:1–12

  213. 12. But for the sake of time, I will

  214. read only the verse 12. Wherefore my?

  215. Beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence

  216. only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own

  217. salvation with hear and trembling.

  218. Not as in my. Presence only.

  219. But now. Much more in my absence, Yeah.

  220. I don't know what Paul was trying to talk about, but I want

  221. to believe that he was addressing the problem of high

  222. service. He said not only in.

  223. My presence, but in my absence. You know there are some

  224. believers when they need to work in the presence of people, their

  225. work is different, but in the absence of people, the work is

  226. different and one. Of the.

  227. Maybe Bible characters we can cite as an example is Joseph.

  228. You could see that. One Potiphar's wife wanted to

  229. have an affair with Joseph. No one knew about it.

  230. Joseph could have decided to have an affair with Potiphar's

  231. wife and no one will know about it.

  232. But Joseph recognized, Joseph saw that the work, the service,

  233. the worship to God should be in absence and in presence.

  234. Amen. Amen.

  235. It's just like, let me use our church, for example, maybe we

  236. are coming for a program and then I stand here and see, maybe

  237. tomorrow I will not come to church.

  238. If I say tomorrow, I will not come to church.

  239. Some of you may not come because presiding idea is not there or

  240. the pasta is not there. Have you done it before?

  241. Oh Moncano cracker cry. That's why we call it.

  242. Eye service or you know, software we say, or you know or

  243. you know presiding who saw you know, so that whenever there is

  244. the need for us to maybe get new officers or whatever the

  245. intention is to get something to catch the eye of the leader.

  246. So Paul says we. Should work out our own

  247. salvation with fear and trembling.

  248. And they're working out of salvation.

  249. It is done in the presence of God, in the presence of men.

  250. And even if men are not there, we should know that God is there

  251. all the time, free car, free whatever bonuses, dressing

  252. allowance, phone call allowance, and then what hospital allowance

  253. and everything. And all he ask of you is, sleep

  254. with me. Praise the Lord, we believe in

  255. the Bible. And believing in the.

  256. Bible is wake and God is expecting that whether rain or

  257. shine, in every situation, whether favorable or

  258. unfavorable, we shall believe in the Bible.

  259. Amen. There is this evangelism song

  260. which says one more day, One more day.

  261. One Sanko. Sheba, praise the Lord.

  262. So the Bible is the mirror of the believer.

  263. In other words, it is the manual.

  264. Of the wake God. Has called us into.

  265. Amen. The next thing we believe?

  266. In is the one through God that we shall not serve any other God

  267. but Elohim, that we will be careful not to create other

  268. goals for ourselves. The Bible says anything we love

  269. more than God becomes our God. And in our dispensation, you

  270. could realize that there are some people who have come to the

  271. saving knowledge of Christ, yet they love money, yet they love.

  272. They love their work. So much that if you put the work

  273. and God for him to choose what he will choose the work, and he

  274. will tell you that it is the work that feeds me.

  275. That is true, That is true, but we shall be careful to believe

  276. in the One through God, Jehovah, Elohim, praise the Lord.

  277. We shall believe in the One through God.

  278. What do you believe in? What do you love more than God?

  279. Now we shall believe. And you see believing in the one

  280. through God through a swag. It is swag on your Bible.

  281. Bible says God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit,

  282. the whole one. I told me be sagging away.

  283. If you want to understand it with your human mind, if you

  284. want to take care, you go crazy. And that is what Bible is.

  285. Saying whether you believe it or not, God is the same as the Son,

  286. is the same as the Holy Spirit, and that we shall believe in

  287. only God. What is difficult in?

  288. This your own is to believe. And you leave the rest for.

  289. God. And some people will.

  290. Worry themselves trying to understand.

  291. Well, you see, when you believe so, Ujidiya, God himself, knows

  292. how to. Take care of your.

  293. Mental for you to understand. Amen.

  294. We. Also believe in the.

  295. Depraved nature of humanity, we believe that for all have seen

  296. and come short of the glory of God.

  297. When Adam was sinning, I wasn't there.

  298. In fact, when my grandfather was doing his idolatry things, I

  299. wasn't there. But the Bible is saying that I

  300. have seen. The Bible is saying I have.

  301. Sinned. The Bible is saying you have

  302. sinned, and the work here is that we will accept that we are

  303. sinners. Who bet?

  304. She had to say. We are audible in praise the

  305. Lord. You see, if you don't accept it,

  306. if you don't accept it, you cannot accept Jesus.

  307. Some people say. As for me, I don't think.

  308. As for me, I don't commit adultery.

  309. As for me, I don't commit fornication.

  310. Some people will even go to the extent of saying that.

  311. As for me, I always give arms. And he doesn't see the need and

  312. the importance of accepting the Lord Jesus Christ.

  313. Until you get to the point of realizing that you are a Sinner,

  314. you cannot and that one too is awake.

  315. And that is the reason why why we go out to preach the gospel

  316. or whenever we are going, we need to pray.

  317. Because you see, for the person to accept the gospel that we are

  318. preaching to him or her. It takes.

  319. The Holy Spirit to convict. Hello.

  320. It takes the Holy Spirit to convict.

  321. And that is why it is very. Important Whenever we are going

  322. for evangelism, we need to pray. November being the month of

  323. aggressive evangelism, and it is expected of each and every one

  324. of us to win at least a soul for God.

  325. We need to pray. Before we embark on evangelism.

  326. If you don't pray. And you don't take care before

  327. you realize the Sinner will win you.

  328. It's a sad of someone who went to a prostitute joint to go and

  329. preach to the prostitute before he realized praise the Lord.

  330. And you see, because of time, maybe I'll read the rest and

  331. then we progress. The next one is the.

  332. Savior, that because I am a Sinner, that because you're a

  333. Sinner, the only one who can save me is the Lord Jesus.

  334. The only one who can save you is the Lord Jesus.

  335. That you will believe, and also your ejuma.

  336. The next one is repentance after we have come to believe.

  337. After we have accepted. That we are sinners.

  338. And then we have come to the point of believing and accepting

  339. Jesus Christ. After you have accepted Him,

  340. after I have accepted Him, it is expected that we shall leave.

  341. I cannot say we shall repent from our sins.

  342. Hello, we shall repent from our sins.

  343. You cannot accept. Him.

  344. And then leave. Your old life.

  345. You cannot accept. Him.

  346. And do your the. Things you used to do before.

  347. In our. Dispensation.

  348. I have come to realize that there are some people who have

  349. accepted the Lord Jesus Christ, yet they live like before.

  350. If you come to the serving knowledge of Christ, if you

  351. accept the Lord Jesus Christ, you must obey Him.

  352. So before you came if you used to drink alcohol.

  353. When you accept him. You must stop.

  354. That is repentance before you came.

  355. If you were into soccer beds, when you come, you must stop.

  356. But what is so sad? Is that even in our

  357. dispensation, the soccer beds? Last Friday.

  358. I had a call from someone and then he was telling me that the

  359. Sun kind of say okucha, soccer bets maybe.

  360. And then he won 1.2 billion, 1.2 billion and.

  361. Then he decided. To open a store for their mother

  362. and their mother resisted and then he used all other means to

  363. convince their mother and their mother resisted.

  364. He. She said she's not interested in

  365. any soccer bets Money. This is a guy of.

  366. Less than 30 years. And he's working at.

  367. Their bank and you know what's happened.

  368. What culture soccer bets view Well, Kocha now Kocha I wouldn't

  369. know a he used a client's money 2.6 billion.

  370. No idea. Kocha Anayaka Anaya China too.

  371. And then I was called to come and help.

  372. Hello. Those of you who are seated.

  373. Here who are into betting. Before we leave here, pray that

  374. God will give you the grace to quit these things.

  375. And even you see. No one will know that you know

  376. in our dispensation and the Lotto and the Lotto now you'll

  377. be there and they will call you Lotto number.

  378. Saying I'm me, I'm wow. If you are down watching the

  379. last money then something will tell you and that is where the

  380. work is. That is where the work is in the

  381. OBR. Someone who stands believes in

  382. the Bible. You know waste your time you

  383. just ignore it. Now someone who doesn't believe

  384. in the Bible not is that personal?

  385. No, no, GNO mean trap, mean trap, mean trap.

  386. Oh, hello, hello. Can I see my handles who are

  387. into soccer betting and betting the youth and they're crying.

  388. You think one painful? Oh, are you here?

  389. OK, wow, we're Trabida. Man was a summation.

  390. Wow. We're Trabida, my brother Peggy.

  391. You see if you are into. All these things and only I can

  392. say working out your own salvation in absence.

  393. No, no. One is seeing you.

  394. Between you and your God now we shall repent and realize that we

  395. have been justified and we have been sanctified by God.

  396. If you're a madra. You're an armed robber.

  397. You have killed 20 people. You have killed 30 people.

  398. The Bible says that when you accept the Lord Jesus Christ and

  399. you repent the moment you repent you that person, you have been

  400. justified and you have been sanctified.

  401. And this is the gospel And you see, when you get to this point,

  402. you need to live a free life or be a with the ponies are now

  403. video and hunting. No, no.

  404. The Bible says when you accept Him and you repent, you that

  405. person, you are just justified and you are sanctified and that

  406. is the Bible. Tom Ribi at this time is very

  407. simple. How can it be?

  408. But that is it, and that is the Bible.

  409. The ordinance of. Baptism and the Law Supper when

  410. you come to the serving knowledge of Christ Jesus being

  411. an example, the Bible says he allowed himself to be baptized.

  412. Meaning that we are. Dead to sin and we live for

  413. righteousness and the Lord supper that we shall partake in

  414. the Lord supper, that we shall partake in the Lord supper.

  415. And you see all these things that I'm talking about, These

  416. are things that you have to be mentally, mentally hurt.

  417. As I said, we are watching say Uber this Sonowaya, not some,

  418. but all all. How can you be a Christian who

  419. comes to church all the time, yet you don't partake in the

  420. Lord Supper so. Should you die now?

  421. Should you die now, one of the work expected of us is that we

  422. shall live a righteous life and be able to dine with him on the

  423. set. And the Bible says that he who

  424. dies me with me on this earth, I will dine with him in heaven.

  425. And then you, yes, you have accepted him.

  426. Yes, you come to church, yet you live or you do something that is

  427. preventing you from dining with him on this earth.

  428. So should something happen and you die now?

  429. How can you dine with? Him in heaven.

  430. And so you see that all. These things demands intentional

  431. efforts. And anything that.

  432. Demands intentional effort is work.

  433. Baptism gifts and. Fruits of the Holy Spirit.

  434. Baptism. Gifts.

  435. And the fruit of the Holy. Spirit, that you shall be

  436. baptized by the Holy Ghost, that you shall receive the gifts of

  437. the spirits, and that we obey the fruits of the spirits.

  438. And doing all these. Things demands intentional

  439. efforts. You cannot tell me that you are

  440. a child of God and you not forgive.

  441. You cannot tell me that you are a child of God and you live your

  442. life anyhow. Hello.

  443. There was one time a pastor who said that As for me, I don't

  444. like preaching or forgiveness because me, I don't forgive.

  445. Not in our church. Somewhere.

  446. And then tighten. Offering tighten, offering

  447. tighten, offering. It is wake.

  448. There was this man who did not have wake.

  449. In fact, he worked before and then he lost the wake and then.

  450. Someone dashed. Him.

  451. And that person is. A church officer, someone dash

  452. him 10,000 Ghana 10,001 brew and then they dash him and head

  453. down. And then you could see that the

  454. reason why I'm saying you could see that the man was struggling

  455. is because he came to pose a question.

  456. And the question he came to pose me is that Edda.

  457. Would be actually. 10,000 and also as a cemetery are tighter

  458. now, hey? I'm saying this.

  459. For you to understand that Adam Pony.

  460. Hello. So you see that believing in

  461. tithes and offering it is work. The moment you receive.

  462. Your money that you need to pay, your tithes, that is when you

  463. remember your problems. That is when you begin.

  464. To do calculation, you remember that you must pay school fees.

  465. You must do this. You must do that.

  466. On this one. You have to be mentally strong

  467. to. Comply at times.

  468. It got to the point. That oh, let me borrow from it's

  469. more your movie. Are you dig?

  470. You dig, Am a tight Yeah, borrow Sarsi.

  471. And we have such people here. At least the way you are

  472. smiling, you are suspects. Some people they.

  473. Believe they believe in tights, they do well in tights, but they

  474. don't do well in offering. But you see, when you come to

  475. the saving knowledge of Christ, we need to come to the point of

  476. understanding that everything you have belongs to God.

  477. When you get to this point, when you are paying your tithe, you

  478. not struggle and when we are giving offering, you not

  479. struggle. Even if they're.

  480. Offering it demands that you give all your money and you walk

  481. home. You not struggle in our

  482. dispensation. It is difficult for a Christian

  483. to give his money to support the work of God and walk home.

  484. Look at what Wendly people are doing.

  485. People work from Independence Square to Kasua.

  486. Or not Africa. Swaggers to come and see

  487. Chatawali and then walk back home.

  488. There is no problem with it. But when you give your money to

  489. support the work of God, you the same person with channel now?

  490. Sorry not Jimmy CK. We believe in divine healing.

  491. We believe in the second coming and the next life and then we

  492. believe in marriage and family, maybe their marriage.

  493. Let me talk briefly about it. We believe in marriage and

  494. family life. We believe in male and female

  495. marriage. We don't believe in male and

  496. male or female or female, female and female.

  497. We don't believe in human being, marrying an animal.

  498. And also we believe that one man, one woman.

  499. Can you repeat after me? We believe that one man, one

  500. woman, if. I had a woman.

  501. Now I'm alakai some people get married to one wife yet they

  502. have side chick. Maybe be before you.

  503. Came to the saving knowledge of Christ.

  504. You you, you are married to two women.

  505. The moment you come into this work and you repent, you must do

  506. away with one. And the one you must do away

  507. with is the second one, not the first one.

  508. If you are not second one and I open up.

  509. The Bible says. The first one is your wife, and

  510. if you're able to do away with it, that is what we call

  511. repentance. But if you struggle.

  512. To do away with it, it means you haven't repented and if you

  513. don't repent, it will be difficult for you to be

  514. justified and it will be difficult for you to be

  515. sanctified. It means you are living in your

  516. own nature. Hello.

  517. You know dispensation people are doing it and it is even coming

  518. into the church. I said no one thing.

  519. Some people are in the church, they are married, yet they have

  520. their girlfriends in the church. Some of the ladies to you.

  521. Know that this man is married and so now what talent and you

  522. come to church. Hello.

  523. Why do you do that? You are not doing the work of

  524. God. You are not doing the.

  525. Work of God when you read Matthew chapter 25, maybe let me

    Matthew 25 chapter mention

  526. talk about the specific work also.

  527. Then I bring the way to a cruise.

  528. So this one I just mentioned the the tenants of the church, which

  529. summarizes the general work that God is expecting from every

  530. believer who comes to the saving knowledge of Christ.

  531. We have the specific work and maybe the Bible tests I want us

  532. to read is Matthew chapter 25 verse 14 to 30.

    Matthew 25:14–30

  533. Matthew 25 verse 14 to 30. It talks about the parable of

    Matthew 25:14–30

  534. the talent. Because of time I will no read,

  535. but you could see that the Bible says the master called three

  536. people. From this you could realize that

  537. there were many people, just as we have many people here, but he

  538. called only three out of the many.

  539. So you could see that these people, the master, gave them a

  540. specific work. So should you bring it to our

  541. church? The church leaders, like the

  542. elder, the Deacon, the deaconess, the ministry leader,

  543. the church worker, the drama, the keyboardist, the what?

  544. Everybody who is doing something in the House of God.

  545. That is the specific wake. I know from the scripture.

  546. You could realize that when the Master called them He.

  547. Gave them the. Talent.

  548. After he gave them the talent, he gave them a specific

  549. instruction. Go and.

  550. Work. With it so on sets, they knew

  551. why the Master gave them the talent from the beginning.

  552. They knew. If they did not know, it is

  553. different. Just like in our case.

  554. I think last Tuesday I spoke about it when we met US

  555. officers. In our case, before we call you

  556. from among the people, we'll call you to the local presbytery

  557. and then we'll interview you. Maybe if we are calling you to

  558. become a Deacon, we'll ask you the work of the Deacon.

  559. And then before you come, you will learn all these things.

  560. We'll ask you that the tenants of the church who ask you Bible,

  561. Scripture, and you mentioned all at the local presbytery.

  562. Then we saw why are there. Then we push you to the

  563. district. District will interview you

  564. there too. Why are they now?

  565. We push you to area. Area we interview, interview

  566. you. If you pass there, then you'll

  567. be ordained. You cannot tell me that someone

  568. is a Deacon without knowing the duties of a Deacon.

  569. Considering the processes that we go through before we ordain

  570. an officer, you cannot tell me that.

  571. So what it also. Means is that before 1 comes

  572. into the specific work or the specific call, he knows his

  573. duties are men. And then in our case, when?

  574. You go through all these processes and then the apostle

  575. who is going to pray for you or ordain you, he will ask you.

  576. He will not just pray for you, He will ask you again and then

  577. you respond, yes, I will do the Lord be my help.

  578. So I am comparing this call to the talent that was given to

  579. these three people. So you could see that in our

  580. church, no one can just wake up one day and say, I am a Deacon.

  581. I've never seen it before. No one can wake up.

  582. And say I am an elder, no one can wake up and say I am a

  583. presiding no. So what it means is.

  584. That the structures are in such a way that before you come in,

  585. you know. And then they pray.

  586. For me. And they make me a Deacon, they

  587. make me a deaconess, they make me an elder, they make me a

  588. presiding elder, they make me the ministry leader.

  589. And then when they pray for me, God is expecting that I work.

  590. As an elder. As a Deacon, As a deaconess, and

  591. I will make profit for him. What work am I supposed to do?

  592. I say Deacon. It is expected that before we

  593. come to church, you make sure the auditorium is set up,

  594. everything is right. Because of that, I don't want

  595. to. Mention, but we know the duties

  596. of the Deacon. We know the duties, and those

  597. are the works we are talking about.

  598. Hello. Oh, are you here?

  599. You. And then we are handed over or

  600. we are called into the office. The Bible says that what the

  601. Master gave them the talent. Two of them they worked and one

  602. of them he went to hit the talent in the soil or in the

  603. ground. And the Bible says that what the

  604. master came and it was time for accountability.

  605. The 1st 2 they gave account but the third one he said Master I

  606. knew that. Can you project the comments of

  607. the last person to me? Hello.

  608. So what it means is that there are some of us who have been

  609. called, we have received a specific call.

  610. Is it that we are doing? Our things like the first two or

  611. the last one. Now the question here is which

  612. group or we are doing our things like which one.

  613. The reason why I am bringing this to our notice is that.

  614. The three were called. From among the many, just like

  615. in our church, whenever we need offices, we need pastors.

  616. We'll not go and fetch them from outside, but we'll fetch them

  617. from here. So my mission this morning is to

  618. draw your attention to the fact that whenever you are called,

  619. whenever you are giving the specific wake, you are going to

  620. give account of it. Hello, in other ways they raise

  621. a reward for the wake. So when you read the Bible is

  622. saying that when the master came and they gave account the 1st 2

  623. they gave positive account and you could see that when they

  624. gave the positive account, the master rewarded them.

  625. The master rewarded them and then the last one when he came

  626. to give the account, the master also did what rewarded him.

  627. Hello. So why can't you do it or you

  628. don't do it, you'll be rewarded. Amen.

  629. Then the man who had received one bag of gold came Master.

  630. He said I knew that you are a ha Batman.

  631. Harvesting where? You have not sown and God and

  632. you see this kind of people in their church when they become

  633. officers, they are the type of people who always criticize the

  634. church. When he was coming in, the

  635. church was the church. He knew how the church was.

  636. He didn't criticize. But when they criticize hello.

  637. Harvesting where you have. Not sown and gathering where you

  638. have not scattered seed. Please continue.

  639. So I was afraid and went out and hit your gold in the ground.

  640. See, here is what's belong to you.

  641. Continue, please. His master replied.

  642. You wicked lazy servant. So what it means is that any

  643. person who fails to wake, especially those of us who have

  644. received a specific call, whenever we fail to wake in the

  645. sight of God, we are wicked. Lazy servant.

  646. So you knew that I harvest where I have not soon and gather where

  647. I have not scattered seed. Please pause here and let me

  648. pass this comment. You see, let me tell you this.

  649. There are some people in the church.

  650. When they come into the church, their interest is is to come

  651. into the leadership of the church.

  652. I want to become a Dickie. I want to become a Dickens.

  653. I want to become an elder. And some people, they try to

  654. work their way out. They try to work in JBR.

  655. So on the presiding, oh, let me go and give presiding a gift or

  656. the gift in the paper. And now let me visit pastor.

  657. I'm not saying don't bring me gift, bring it, I'll collect it.

  658. But you see, the motive is what I'm talking about.

  659. The motive is that I'll catch his eye so that they will see

  660. that or Yemi Dick in a year or Yemi Dick in a year.

  661. If you have this mentality, I want to tell you that when

  662. you're coming. Wait.

  663. Hello. I see such people when they're

  664. coming. Open movie are on your shit now.

  665. Open movie are you should know that you have taken

  666. responsibility upon yourself. That's what I'm saying.

  667. We have the general wake and a specific wake.

  668. So I standing here as an elder of the church, I'm going to

  669. receive a reward. For the general wake and I'm

  670. going to receive the reward for the specific wake.

  671. What a wake. Let me also say this.

  672. Because of time, maybe I should rush.

  673. I should rush, But please people of God, people of God, God has

  674. called us to wake. Matthew, Chapter 20.

    Matthew 20 chapter mention

  675. Verse 1 to 16 Matthew chapter 20 verse 1 to 16 it talks about for

    Matthew 20:1–16

  676. the Kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in

  677. the morning to hire workers for his vineyard.

  678. He agreed to pay. Them a denarius for the day and

  679. send them into his vineyard. I believe you all know this

  680. story, but here you could see that when the landowner called

  681. the people to come and wake those he called, initially he

  682. bargained with them on how much he's going to pay them.

  683. And the Bible is saying that he called people at different times

  684. and then during the closing of the day he called other people

  685. to also come and wake at the end of the day.

  686. The landowner paid all of them equally.

  687. And then the one who? Bargained with the landowner.

  688. Was unhappy with. Him and he was complaining, but

  689. I came in the morning. These people, they just came

  690. closing of the day. How come you are paying us or

  691. you are rewarding us the same? What I want to tell you this?

  692. Morning is that no one determines the reward you

  693. receive from the Master except from him.

  694. Hello. No one determines the reward you

  695. receive from the Master. I will receive from the Master

  696. except him. This one.

  697. It doesn't matter when you came into the church.

  698. It doesn't matter when you came to the saving knowledge of

  699. Christ. What matters is that you have

  700. done the work of the Master. Praise the Lord.

  701. At times some people will be working in the church.

  702. That's what a church. We have suffered for the Church

  703. when you wait up then or by. I remember one time I.

  704. Told you people here that if we don't take care a time will

  705. come. God will bring people from the

  706. back to come and take over and if you don't take care and it

  707. get to that stage that is when some people in their church will

  708. be memory. Hello.

  709. This morning God has asked me to come and tell you that He's

  710. coming quickly and as He's coming, He's going to reward

  711. everyone according to His works. And maybe the last Bible.

  712. Scripture I want us to take is Revelations chapter 14, verse

    Revelation 14:13

  713. 13. Revelation Chapter. 14 And I

  714. heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Right, blessed are the

  715. dead which die in the Lord from henceforth, yeah, see as the

  716. spirit, that they may rest in their limits, and their works do

  717. follow them. They are.

  718. Give me the NIV. Let me see, let me see what this

  719. is. Then I heard a voice from heaven

  720. say, write this, Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from

  721. now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they will

  722. rest from their liver, and for their deeds will follow them.

  723. Hello. So what it means is that even if

  724. we die in the Lord, our works will follow us.

  725. Why will our works follow us? Because we shall be rewarded

  726. according to our wakes, You shall be rewarded according to

  727. your wakes. So this morning the Lord has

  728. sent me to come and announce to you that He's coming quickly and

  729. He's going to reward each and every one of us according to our

  730. works. What is your wake?

  731. What is your wake? Amen.

  732. Shall we? Be.

  733. On our feet. Let.

  734. Me. Say this English assembly.

  735. This morning. We should all know that God has

  736. called us into His wake. Last.

  737. Tuesday when we came to church, loss of a week.

  738. When we came to last Thursday, we were 6IN number 66, loss of a

  739. week. We are preparing ourselves to

  740. come and dine with the Lord. We were 6IN number when I came.

  741. Barbara, you were here on Thursday.

  742. I think the office says you and I came.

  743. I sat here alone. Barbara, what happened to me?

  744. I was sleeping like something. In fact, when I was coming.

  745. I was very tired. And then I knew I was.

  746. Sleep yet? I came when I came to sleep.

  747. And you see this call that we have been called into one.

  748. I didn't finish my message, but you could see that when you

  749. continue the Bible exalt us not to forsake the gathering of

  750. God's people. And it is part of the work.

  751. So whenever we agree that this week we are waiting upon the

  752. Lord to pray and come and dine with the Lord and you stay in

  753. the house, you have chosen that path.

  754. And I've also chosen another path.

  755. And it's all part of the work we are doing.

  756. So if we should be measured by this, you could see that we are

  757. not doing a good work. Hello, we are not doing a good

  758. work. And should a master appear, what

  759. will be awake? Mr. Oma will some you know such

  760. restaurant. You know the kind of.

  761. Work you are doing. I know the kind of work I'm

  762. doing this morning, as the Word of God has reminded us.

  763. I just want you to be sincere to God.

  764. The Bible says that if you repent, He justifies you and He

  765. sanctifies you. So what is important is that as

  766. you have heard the gospel this morning, we shall repent from

  767. any bad works. And if we repent, the Bible is

  768. saying that He will justify and sanctify us.

  769. As you have raised your two hands, I want you to confess

  770. your works to Him. What kind of works are you

  771. doing? If they are negative, confess to

  772. Him. And as you are confessing, ask

  773. Him to be gracious unto you. Open your mouth and pray.

  774. Open your mouth and pray. Father, in the name of Jesus,

  775. this morning we have come unto you.

  776. We have heard your words. You have made us to understand

  777. that you are coming very soon and You are going to reward us

  778. according to our works this morning, as you have reminded

  779. us. O Lord, we confess all our works

  780. unto you, works that are not pleasant unto you, works that

  781. does not end well with us, works that does not go with your way.

  782. This morning we confess all his works unto you.

  783. We pray that even as you have, we have had your way.

  784. You shall be gracious unto US1 More time.

  785. Lord, may you be gracious unto us.

  786. Lord, may you be gracious unto us.

  787. Lord, may you be gracious unto us.

  788. Lord, may you be gracious unto us that henceforth we shall work

  789. according to your will and your desire.

  790. We shall work as you expect of us, that we shall not be made

  791. pleases, but we shall please you at all times.

  792. Lord, may you help us even as we confess, even as we admit, even

  793. as we acknowledge that we have not work as expected of us.

  794. We pray that your grace will speak for that you'll be

  795. gracious and to run. So, Lord, and give us another

  796. chance that we shall work for you, we shall work for you, that

  797. we shall work for you, so that when you appear, we will be

  798. worthy to receive a good reward coming today.

  799. One of the reasons why you may work anyhow is the absence of

  800. the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit is with

  801. you, He will teach you, He will guide you, He will remind you.

  802. But when the Holy Spirit is not with you, you do your work.

  803. Anyhow, we are asking the Holy Spirit this morning to come into

  804. our hearts coming today.

  805. To my heart, Lord Jesus coming into my heart, heart.

  806. To my heart, heart. To my heart, Lord

  807. Jesus Christ, coming to the To my heart, Lord Jesus, I

  808. mean to say to my heart, to my heart.

  809. Revelations chapter 22 verse 11 and 12 He that is unjust, let

    Revelation 22:11

  810. him be unjust still and he which is filthy, let him be filthy

  811. still. And he that is righteous, let

  812. him be righteous still and he that is holy, let him be holy

  813. still. The.

  814. Difference here is. The Holy Spirit, when the Holy

  815. Spirit is with you, you shall be righteous and you shall still be

  816. righteous. When the Holy Spirit is with

  817. you, you shall be holy, and you will still be holy, but absence

  818. of the Holy Spirit. You will be in the Church, but

  819. you will be unjust, but you will be filthy.

  820. And this morning we are asking Him to come in.

  821. When He comes in, He makes the difference.

  822. Come in, raise up your two hands.

  823. We are calling on you. One who is able to make a

  824. difference. He makes the difference.

  825. He makes the difference. Shall you begin to cry on him

  826. this morning? Call on him, invite him, call on

  827. him, invite him. Spirit of the living God, we
