  26. Delivering this morning Salmon is no other person that our

  28. Shall we welcome him? With a club offering.

  29. Praise the Lord, May grace and peace for our Father and our

  30. Savior Christ Jesus be multiplied unto us all.

  31. Oh I can't feel your Amen. Your Amen is a bit down now.

  32. You have come to church. Amen.

  33. We thank God for today and for this week.

  34. This whole week is area week and we are ending today and

  35. throughout the whole week we have been looking at prophetic

  36. grace and Christian living lessons from the prophets, Hosea

  37. lessons from the book of Hosea. And today as we end I want us to

  38. look at another sub team from that same bigger one.

  39. Plow any unplowed land in your life.

  40. Plowing any unplowed land in your life, that is what we want

  41. to look at. So as part of the prophetic

  42. Greece and Christian living, we want to picture this from the

  43. book of Hosea. So read our texts as you have

  44. seen there on the screen. Hosea 6 verse 6.

    Hosea 6:6

  45. And then we'll go to Hosea chapter 10, verse 12 to 13,

    Hosea 10:12–13

  46. Jeremiah 4 verse 3, and then finally Isaiah 32 verse 15,

    Jeremiah 4:3 Isaiah 32:15

  47. Hosea 6 verse 6, Hosea 10 verse 12 to 13, Jeremiah 4 verse 3,

    Hosea 6:6 Hosea 10:12–13 Jeremiah 4:3

  48. and Isaiah 3215. So read from Hosea 6 verse 6.

    Hosea 6:6

  49. For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, an acknowledgement of

  50. God rather than bent offerings. Amen.

  51. And move on to Hosea 10 verse 12 and 13.

    Hosea 10:12

  52. Hosea 10 verse 12 and 13. Sow righteousness for

    Hosea 10:12

  53. yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up

  54. your unplowed ground. For it is time to seek the Lord,

  55. until He comes and showers his righteousness on you. 13 Please.

  56. But you have planted wickedness, you have reaped evil, you have

  57. eaten the fruit of deception, because you have depended on

  58. your own strength and on your many warriors are men.

  59. They read from Jeremiah 4. Three.

  60. Jeremiah 4/3 This is what the law says to the people of Judah

  61. and to Jerusalem. Break up your unplowed ground,

  62. and do not sow among tongues. Break up your unplowed ground

  63. and do not sow among thongs. And then finally, Isaiah 3215.

  64. So the Spirit is poured on us from on high, and the desert

  65. becomes a fertile field. And the fertile field seems like

  66. a forest when we read from the same text from the NLT.

  67. Let's take it from the NLT and let's see.

  68. Until at last the spread is poured on us from heaven.

  69. Then the wilderness will become a fertile field, and the fertile

  70. field will yield bountiful crops.

  71. Amen. So Hosea, what we are looking at

  72. today, essentially Hosea's message is a call to repentance,

  73. is a call to repentance and spiritual renewal.

  74. What are we going to look at? You see that if you take your

  75. time and read the entire book of Hosea, which I would have wished

  76. that you take an hour to read and not celebrate, you can do it

  77. within a very short time, though you may be thinking about many

  78. things, how to comprehend it, but just read and you catch the

  79. import of it. And then it also shows us that

  80. God has a desire to restore. Though He had threatened them to

  81. bring judgments. God, on the other hand, too, was

  82. trying to say that He will restore them.

  83. Then He tells them that their religion was so superficial,

  84. they were just doing something to represent another thing.

  85. They came to serve God, but their hearts and their minds

  86. were far away. So God was saying that I desire

  87. mercy, not sacrifices. God wanted them to come and know

  88. Him personally and relate to Him, not just doing something to

  89. represent something. And then as we end, we look at

  90. the issue of sewing, plowing, sewing and ripping.

  91. So that is what we want to look at.

  92. So let's start from Hosea's time.

  93. Hosea lived in a very chaotic time.

  94. His time was very bad. He lived in a troubled and

  95. chaotic time. After the 40th reign of

  96. Jeroboam. The second they were they were

  97. cools, there was instability and the social conditions were also

  98. very bad. The social condition there was

  99. bad spiritually to Israel had abandoned their God and they

  100. were they had a form of worship that was syncretic, meaning that

  101. they had picked other things and they claimed to worship God, but

  102. they were worshipping bow and they were also having the calf

  103. and we were worshipping all these things.

  104. So he leave he was called in a time when things were very bad.

  105. Leadership had filled, priests had ignored God's word and the

  106. kings trusted others. They wanted to seek help from

  107. Egypt instead of seeking help from him God and this thing

  108. happened in the northern Kingdom.

  109. By this time Israel had been divided into two 10 tribes had

  110. formed the northern Kingdom. And they when you read this

  111. book, you'll be seen God referring to them, Samaria

  112. because it was their capital. You see, God mentioned Ephraim

  113. because it was the most prominent of the tribes in the

  114. north and it was level 2 down. And that was what we refer to

  115. Judah. So the Judah now, they now call

  116. themselves the real Jews because they have the pure blooded Jews.

  117. The northern tribes after Hosea, you will see their name.

  118. God banished them and they were mixed up also because they

  119. failed to listen to God. So God, his heart was not at at

  120. ease. In fact he wanted to call them

  121. to himself. So from the Kingdom to the

  122. priests to the worship, to the social structure, everything was

  123. crumbling, everything was upside down.

  124. And that was the time that the word of the Lord, the prophetic

  125. grace came upon Hosea. So the word of the Lord came to

  126. him and he was told to go and act.

  127. So the prophetic grace was God's response to what was happening.

  128. God wanted to talk to them. So God anointed all the word

  129. that grace came upon Hosea to go and deliver God's message to the

  130. people of Israel who were living in sin.

  131. So God's response to the chaotic world was that he bestowed

  132. prophetic grace. So God gives his prophetic grace

  133. a response to what is happening amongst us.

  134. God intentionally raised some individuals from nowhere to come

  135. and declare his way that that sears the Lord.

  136. And that grace is what we are praying that in our time to you,

  137. May God raise us up so that in our homes, wherever we are, we

  138. will be the mouthpiece of God at our workplace.

  139. So as you evangelize, receive this grace to you so that you

  140. will not only evangelize, but you will carry the prophetic

  141. anointing. Hallelujah.

  142. So the prophetic grace came in a time where there was a mess.

  143. In a time of mess, God gave a message to take them out of that

  144. mess. And that was what came through

  145. the prophetic mouth of Hosea. So God's prophetic grace brings

  146. prophetic messages to a messy world to forestall order.

  147. So there was so much chaos and they needed order and God

  148. unleashed His prophetic grace to go and restore order.

  149. So the prophetic grace we are talking about came so that they

  150. would know God's intention. It was revealed so that they

  151. will have a better life and direction for themselves.

  152. So now they were doing everything they could.

  153. They were doing it anything, but they were not doing it according

  154. to what God wanted. So as a loving Father and as a

  155. faithful God, He didn't want to destroy them.

  156. Because when you read the book of Hosea, you see the God being

  157. just and at the same time being merciful.

  158. So he says that he deserves mercy so that he wouldn't want

  159. to destroy them. At the same time, you will not

  160. sit down on concern while they keep on sinning.

  161. So he he called the the grace of the prophetic grace came to warn

  162. them that if you don't stop, I will destroy you.

  163. And it's the same thing with us now.

  164. So as a father, anytime he sees things going wayward, bad,

  165. messy, he intervenes. And he intervenes by declaring

  166. his intention. He intervenes by seeking for a

  167. mouthpiece to tell them that this is what I want to do.

  168. So if you would change and come to me, I too, I'll return unto

  169. you. May we be the mouthpiece of God

  170. in our time. So God told him to go and marry

  171. Goma, a promiscuous woman, an audifu, a prophet in Israel.

  172. In fact, of all the minor, of all those who from Daniel and

  173. Cole, from Joel up to Malachi, it was only him who came from

  174. the Northern tribe, and he was called to preach unto them, this

  175. man. And of all the women in the

  176. world, God didn't ask him to marry anyone except a

  177. promiscuous woman. So he said that when the Lord

  178. began to speak through Hosea, the first word, the Lord said to

  179. him, Go marry a promiscuous woman and have children with

  180. her. For like an adulterous wife,

  181. this man is guilty of unfaithfulness to the Lord.

  182. So God wanted to let the world, God, you wanted human beings to

  183. feel how he felt. So he wanted to demonstrate,

  184. dramatize his feelings by asking a righteous man to get marry a

  185. very evil and evil woman. So God was saying that through

  186. your relationship, I'm going to use you to demonstrate my

  187. faithfulness and my mercy onto the land of Israel.

  188. So that woman to receive mercy, because at a point in time she

  189. went about following other men to the point that Jose had to go

  190. and pay half a price of a slave to redeem her.

  191. Go told him, Hosea, go and pay this amount and redeem her and

  192. bring her back to your home. And Hosea said yes, Lord.

  193. And he went and paid about 15. I've forgotten the exact amount,

  194. but he went and paid to redeem that woman.

  195. That evil woman, she had descended below the price of a

  196. slave. She was worth half the price of

  197. a slave, yes. So he bought her for 15 shekels

  198. of silver and about a Homer and a lactic of Bali.

  199. That amount there was half the price of a slave.

  200. So she had degenerated her to the lowest point, that her

  201. wealth was half a slave. And God told him that go and

  202. bring her back. That was the sense which God

  203. wanted to demonstrate love unto them.

  204. So go there. His love for us is so great.

  205. And that was the message, mercy towards Goma, who did not

  206. deserve that mercy. But God told Hosea, go and

  207. redeem her and bring her back. And that whatever word, the word

  208. that Hosea told her, that now you will live here, you will be

  209. left alone. And that is what the Lord will

  210. also do to His nation, Israel. So through that grace, God

  211. demonstrated his love towards us.

  212. May God's love for us be seen through and through our lives in

  213. Jesus name. So the first fruit of the

  214. prophetic grace, the first fruits of the prophetic grace is

  215. repentance. Repentance.

  216. So Hosea himself had to repent. He had to change his mindset

  217. towards Goma in order to marry her.

  218. Repentance. When you receive the grace, your

  219. ministry will work on you first before it will affect others.

  220. If your ministry does not affect you, the impact on others.

  221. Will be shallow. The grace of God upon you will

  222. have to affect you in the same way we have been called, we have

  223. been called and we are the people of God.

  224. So the calling of God upon your life, she caused repentance in

  225. you before we can try or attempt to preach to somebody.

  226. So if you don't repent, you cannot preach and bring souls

  227. unto the Lord. So the grace, the prophetic

  228. grace transforms both the messenger and the audience.

  229. Unfortunately, in the case of the nation, Hosea was

  230. transformed, but the nation was adamant to ghost call to repent.

  231. May we not hide under I go to church.

  232. Sorry, I am a member of this and still do whatever you want to

  233. do. May God's grace upon you produce

  234. repentance. Hallelujah.

  235. Hosea's message were just simple and two return and know that the

  236. Lord of all the sermons he preached, of all the things you

  237. read, these two words are key. Return to the Lord and know the

  238. Lord. So it is repentance and the

  239. knowledge of God. So the basic issue of the

  240. Israelites was that they are turned away from the Lord.

  241. Their backs were now facing God and God was saying that repent,

  242. come, come to me and then let us sit down together for you to

  243. know me and know me well. If you are one mile apart from

  244. God, God is saying come back to Him.

  245. If you are here and you need to return to God in prayer, return

  246. to Him. You cannot survive if you go

  247. alone. If you drift and drift and drift

  248. and drift and drift, a time is coming.

  249. You will lose your way back. Then coming to this hall will be

  250. the most difficult thing in your life.

  251. Coming to church will be like, hey, carrying a log of wood

  252. because you have drifted and it comes subtle, slowly.

  253. Before you say, Jack, you are one mile apart.

  254. May we return unto God in prayer.

  255. Remember your first love, your first love.

  256. The day you first believed how you were you were yearning to

  257. fellowship with God. How you you, you used to pray

  258. read the Bible. The day you don't even read, you

  259. feel like something is missing with you and check today with at

  260. you and see if you have gone off.

  261. God is saying that may we return unto him.

  262. Return in your faith. Some of us, if we don't take

  263. care. The world can spin you.

  264. This world, it can spin you. Because from the day from

  265. morning, from dawn to dusk. Obeyashi true of us.

  266. Everybody make wild. Hey, everybody, you in a car

  267. crowd. Yeah, it'd be too serious.

  268. Because don't know your your you open your eyes and plants,

  269. inquire plants from the home. And if you are a wife and a

  270. mother. Dear.

  271. Deionia Manhunu. What dear, dear, where's how to

  272. cook? You know you are tired and you

  273. have to carry yourself up, take care of the small ones and take

  274. care of the mountain before you move out.

  275. You are late to to even make your way out to your office.

  276. Traffic, the horns everywhere, fatigue, but in this time to God

  277. express us throughout that relationship with him.

  278. So if you are drifting, come back to him and may we repent.

  279. So God's repentance, he wants it to be genuine God.

  280. He doesn't want superficial things.

  281. He wanted them to return unto Him and to come to Him with

  282. genuineness of hearts that will reflect in their daily life.

  283. God, you wanted them to to show integrity of hearts.

  284. You wanted to see that they have truly repented in their actions.

  285. And that was when God used the example of plowing, sowing and

  286. then reaping. So after the prophetic grace

  287. came, God used a lot of things to draw the attention.

  288. But we are just picking just one that God wanted to communicate

  289. to the heart that what they are doing will end in West things.

  290. It will end in wickedness, in evil.

  291. Instead, they should turn around and begin to sow righteousness

  292. so that what he desires as mercy, they will reap it.

  293. So let's just now turn and go through the imagery of

  294. agriculture and the call to repentance.

  295. One of them is ploughing. That's go and plow.

  296. In the same way you may think that in our time to what do we

  297. have to do with plowing? What do I have to do with

  298. agriculture? We are just using that one as

  299. the imagery that God used for them because by that time they

  300. were all into farming. In fact, it was the most

  301. abundant thing that they used to do.

  302. So we'll look at that one and then try to bring it down, down,

  303. down, down to 10. So plowing then God meant that

  304. they should break their hard hearts.

  305. Before you sow a seed, the ground must be loose.

  306. It shouldn't be compacted. It shouldn't be a hard ground.

  307. Otherwise they cannot gain much strength to go through and to

  308. gain roots. So follow grounds.

  309. So before we look at what you have there, let's look at

  310. unplowed grounds or fallow soil. It is simply a ground or soil

  311. which has been left unplanted for a period of time.

  312. In other words, fallowed land is a land that has been left there

  313. for a while. So the NIV calls it on plowed

  314. grounds and the King James and GO calls it fallow grounds.

  315. They are the same words. So it is a land that could be

  316. used to produce good things, but has been neglected, has been

  317. left idle, has been left untilled.

  318. Though it can be tilled to produce many things, it has been

  319. left for whatever reasons known best to them.

  320. So for it to be planted again, it has to be broken, it has to

  321. be prepared, it has to come back so that it will be useful for

  322. that which has to be done. In the same way, God's Word came

  323. to them to break up the fallow ground of their hearts.

  324. Their heart now had been hardened.

  325. Nyameka Shia. Their song will be Yentiobia

  326. Yentiobia. In fact, when God speaks, they

  327. don't even hear. It was strange.

  328. They didn't even they couldn't even comprehend what God was

  329. saying. So God needed them to draw the

  330. attention that just as before you plant a seed, you work on

  331. the ground to make it loose and soft.

  332. You to your heart, your your your heart is adding and

  333. therefore my word as a seed cannot gain grounds there to

  334. produce seeds and fruits that I desire.

  335. That was the the thing that God was was saying to them.

  336. So there are two things that we want to show to you about how to

  337. plow a plowable land. The first thing is that the

  338. follow grounds someone has just seen is that the grounds though

  339. is unusable. It's not used.

  340. It can be used, but it has become unusable because of the

  341. occupants on the grounds and the fellow grounds had also been

  342. left to be there. And that was what how Ralph,

  343. please see if you can go to the slides that have what is sparky.

  344. It is there. So Ralph Wilson is the man who

  345. identified it from the book that follow.

  346. Ground is unusable because it is hard.

  347. God could not use them. God could not use the the nation

  348. for his glory because their fellow ground was unusable.

  349. They needed to break it up before God could allow them or

  350. before they could sow things. So fellow ground is unusable

  351. because it is hard. You cannot put a grain of maize

  352. on this street as fats and expect it to grow.

  353. Why? Because the that ground, it is

  354. sealed. It has not linked to the soil,

  355. it is hardened and you need to break it before you get access

  356. to the real soil. And it can produce fruits in the

  357. same way. Their hearts were so hardened

  358. with sin that they could not even hear God when He was

  359. speaking. So follow grounds on you.

  360. Please go back when we compare slides 3.

  361. Otherwise I will tell you to move when it is so the seed

  362. could not get access to gain roots.

  363. So God's Word could not get access into their hearts and

  364. they needed to break it. And fellow grounds you have to

  365. before you work on them. You need to remove stamps.

  366. You have you you all of you grew up in Accra and see how you draw

  367. a palm. They don't see it, but you, you

  368. let me show you a very simple way.

  369. If you buy your own land and you want to build your house, you

  370. need to go and hire a nuclear honor friend and say a machine

  371. to go and clear the whole space. That's act of clearing is what I

  372. am referring to, breaking up the ground so that it will make way

  373. for you to do whatever you want to do good.

  374. In the same way, whenever you go to a ground which has been

  375. abandoned, left for a long time, you need to go and clap the

  376. whole space, remove stumps, break up rocks, dislodge them,

  377. gather tongues and bend them before you can get access to the

  378. soil. So the nation had brought many

  379. things on their hearts except God.

  380. And for God to get through to them, He was warning them that

  381. clear your hearts, get over everything which has occupy your

  382. hearts and break it up so that my way can produce what I

  383. desire. Also follow.

  384. Grounds are unused. They are there.

  385. You cannot just go and stand there and throw seeds there.

  386. It cannot grow. It is, it cannot grow.

  387. I pray that if anything has occupied our hearts, may we

  388. clear them off Hallelujah. See, when you leave Bible

  389. studies, devotions, your own one.

  390. If you leave it for a long time, if you want to go back, look at

  391. how difficult it is. If you have become prayerless

  392. for a long time and you want to go back, hey, their struggles,

  393. it means that you are breaking through.

  394. The struggle is part of what breaking through whatever you

  395. have left in this church. Anything that you used to do for

  396. God and you have left, God is saying return on threats and do

  397. it for Him. Hallelujah.

  398. Also, if you constantly allow any land to be idle for some

  399. time, gradually it will become a fallow ground in your Christian

  400. work. Whatever spiritual discipline

  401. you live for some time will become your fallow ground.

  402. Prayer, evangelism. When was the last time you went

  403. out to preach to somebody that Jesus says God loves you for God

  404. so loved the world because you have not been doing it.

  405. Now that area of your Christian work has become fallow.

  406. Break it up. You need to go and clear all the

  407. weeds, the cobwebs, everything on that ground and occupy it.

  408. If you fail to do it, you become numb to God, especially in your

  409. work with the Holy Spirit. At first probably used to hear

  410. his voice, but you started drifting, sinning, small, small.

  411. When he convicted you, you refuse.

  412. And so now when he speaks, you don't hear because your, your,

  413. your spiritual sharpness has been clouded by the cobwebs of

  414. sin. You need to remove them, break

  415. it up so that when God speaks, you hear.

  416. If you don't take care and you become numb, then you get to a

  417. very serious state of apostasy. Why?

  418. Why? There is no way coming back to

  419. God. May God help us so that we did

  420. not go to that point. Fallow grounds too.

  421. Another thing is that fallow grounds, they have nutrients and

  422. they have unwanted things. So as you live your Christian

  423. life to become fallow, your potentials in you are trapped

  424. and weaknesses are also abounding in you.

  425. So breaking up your fallow ground is a way of harnessing

  426. your potentials and working on your weaknesses.

  427. There is a gift in you, but you have allowed it to follow for a

  428. long time. Every believer you have a gift

  429. of God, you have gifts. Some of us, we have multiples,

  430. but whenever we are praying, God gives the Holy Spirit deposits.

  431. He deposits good things in us, but because you have left it to

  432. follow, now you think that you don't have anything.

  433. But if you will break your fallow ground, if you will go

  434. back and clear all the unwanted things, God will work with you

  435. again. Hallelujah.

  436. Don't justify your weakness. Anything you have left to

  437. follow, don't justify them. Allow God to work on them.

  438. Don't do what? Justify them.

  439. Next one please media team, next slide.

  440. Don't justify your weakness. There is something great in you.

  441. Until your your ground is broken, your land is

  442. unprofitable to God. Until you break your heart for

  443. God, you cannot bear fruits of repentance.

  444. Thank you. So break up your fellow ground

  445. and May God help us. Hallelujah.

  446. Oh, I said Hallelujah. So without repentance there is

  447. no restoration. Next slide please.

  448. I want to take you to the fellow grounds in the parable of the

  449. sewer. So let's go to the parable of

  450. the sewer and let's read from Matthew.

  451. OK, let's go to Luke. What Luke gave us is what I

  452. like. Luke 8/11/50, 11 to 15.

  453. Luke chapter 811 to 15. Let's take it from the NLT and I

  454. will try to end with the parable of the sower.

  455. This is the meaning of the parable.

  456. The seed is God's word. Next verse.

  457. The seeds that fell on the footpath represent those who

  458. hear the message, only to have the devil come and take it away

  459. from their hearts and prevent them from believing and being

  460. saved. Next verse.

  461. The seeds on the rocky soil represent those who hear the

  462. message and receive it with joy, but since they don't have deep

  463. roots, they believe for a while, then they fall away when they

  464. face temptation. The seeds that fell among the

  465. thongs represent those who hear the message, but all too quickly

  466. the message is crowded out by the cares and the riches and the

  467. pleasures of this life. And so they never grow into

  468. maturity. And the seas that fell on the

  469. good soil represent look at the words he used there.

  470. Represent honest, good hearted people.

  471. Who hear God's word and they do what?

  472. Cling to it and patiently produce what a huge harvest.

  473. That is what I want to link up to time now.

  474. So we have 4 different kinds of hearts there.

  475. Those 4 soils there represent the conditions of our hearts.

  476. The first hearts is the footpath.

  477. It is hardened and exposed to the enemy, so they also hear.

  478. They only hear and they lose their word easily.

  479. The footpath is a hardened land, constantly trampled by men and

  480. animals, so birds easily notice the seeds because that's ground

  481. is exposed and the devil had access to their hearts, so he

  482. just came there to steal it. The hearts are exposed to the

  483. devil's spray for the devil to pray on the precious seeds.

  484. So when your heart is hard, you cannot receive the word, it will

  485. be stolen. The second group is the rocky

  486. hearts, the rocky soil, They are shallow, they are enthusiastic,

  487. but which they come to church. So as we speak now, whenever we

  488. preach the word of God, 25% of us will produce fruits.

  489. I don't know about you, whenever the word is preached, 75% will

  490. not end up in bearing fruits, only 25%.

  491. And the reason is that the first one is that the footpath group,

  492. their heart is hardened. Urban women, we've got a bouncy

  493. off. I pray that may we come to God

  494. with a softened heart. The second group is that they

  495. are enthusiastic. They hear the message and

  496. receive it with joy. Oh preach, oh, preach preacher,

  497. oh glory. And and they will start them

  498. doing. I'm not saying that those

  499. preacher almost sorry, you know, preach preacher.

  500. I'm not good, but they are enthusiastic, but they are

  501. shallow, very, very shallow. They don't have deep roots and

  502. they fall away when there is what temptation.

  503. So they are enthusiastic, shallow and weak.

  504. They receive with joy. Hallelujah, are you this one?

  505. But the moment they go, this time I won't drink again.

  506. They will cry and weep. But the moment they go home and

  507. they see the star with that sweat and so here, baby, next

  508. one. I'm Emre.

  509. They always call this the spirit is willing.

  510. But Oh God, you know that the flesh the flesh is weak,

  511. enthusiastic, but they are weak in the when they attempted.

  512. No, they given the third group is the thorny 1 the thorny soil

  513. that one, their heart is occupied with thorns.

  514. They are crowded. They receive they to the hill,

  515. they hear the word. They to the here they hear the

  516. word. They hear the word, but too

  517. quickly things crowd the word, and then they lose.

  518. They lose, they lose it. I pray that we will not lose our

  519. hearts. May God give us a good heart so

  520. that we will always bear fruits. So they they cannot grow into

  521. maturity. There is a competition, the

  522. tongues are competing with the seed for nutrients but the

  523. tongues were the first occupant. So among when you need a Dada

  524. were full, Abuja said. And they have all these sharp,

  525. sharp things. So they would choke the wet,

  526. which is young, and they will kill it, and they will not grow

  527. into maturity. And the first one and the first

  528. one is the broken and the plowed land.

  529. That one, no tongues, no rocks, nothing.

  530. It is not hard, it is soft, it is loose, and they call it good

  531. soil. The reason why they are called

  532. good soil is that they are honest.

  533. They know that God, God, what we are saying, I am at fault.

  534. Blessed are the poor in spirits. So this group, they are poor in

  535. spirit. They accept that we don't have

  536. it all. So God help us.

  537. They know they need help. They are good hearted and when

  538. they receive the word, he says that they cling to the word.

  539. They are receptive and then they patiently produce a harvest.

  540. May our hearts be broken. So there will not be like the

  541. first train, which is the which is the fallow ground.

  542. So by by what I have said so far, the first train, the

  543. footpath ground, the rocky soil, the thorny soil, they are fallow

  544. grounds because they are still occupants on it.

  545. But the first one is a good soil because it has been broken, it

  546. has been cleared, all the bad things have been taken away, all

  547. tongues are burnt. There are no rocks to interfere

  548. with, with with taking roots, and they are nothing but them

  549. except good soil which has been exposed to receive a seed.

  550. May I have been broken in Jesus name, Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

  551. So I want to ask you, what competes for your heart?

  552. What is competing for your heart?

  553. Are you hearing or clinging? Fruitfulness requires brokenness

  554. and patience. Next one, next slide.

  555. Fruitfulness requires brokenness and patience.

  556. James one. Let's see how James admonishes

  557. us as way of ending James 1. James 121 and 22.

  558. Get therefore get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is

  559. so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you which

  560. can save you. Next verse.

  561. Please do not merely listen to the word and so deceive

  562. yourselves. Do what it's do what it what?

  563. Let's take the same text from the old man King James.

  564. I like how King James puts his wherefore lay apart all

  565. filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness.

  566. This guy has elevated its super, just a super which is also

  567. fluid. It means that it is volatile,

  568. very bad until after Falcon naughtiness or size stubborn and

  569. receive with meekness the engrafted Word which is able to

  570. save your souls. Be ye, but be doers of the Word

  571. and not hear us, Only deceiving your own selves.

  572. So if you don't break your unplowed guts, you are deceiving

  573. yourself. May God have mercy upon us.

  574. May God help us to remove every filth and evil, even evil.

  575. Evil spirits cry when they get a hat.

  576. They sweep the place before they occupy evil spirit.

  577. God, this is the one. And evil spirit leaves a person

  578. at a point in time, it comes back to come and check if the

  579. stick of the hat if he finds that the place has been left

  580. that evils read I first found it.

  581. We'll see the place clean evils read cry, but no more open.

  582. How much more God and go and invite seven others more wicked

  583. than itself to occupy it. So if evils read, if you want to

  584. occupy good hearts to operate, then our God deserve a much

  585. better hearts. So let us remove all fields and

  586. break our hearts. Whatever you have left idle for

  587. a long time, please go back and let the word of the Lord be sown

  588. in your hearts. Follow grounds in COP are

  589. intercessory prayers now in the church?

  590. It's for himself, God for us. So you hardly hear anybody

  591. praying for others. Intercessory prayers has become

  592. a fallow ground. Commitment.

  593. Commitment in the church has become what a fallow ground God

  594. is calling us back to commit ourselves sacrificial giving and

  595. paying of tithes. Some of us it has become a

  596. fallow ground and the most conspicuous fallow ground is

  597. evangelism and discipleship. As for this one will be anpe.

  598. We are meeting to go and witness for yet yesterday night when we

  599. met here, we were harmony, our harmony 6.

  600. We have left it for a long time. May we go back and clear the

  601. land of evangelism and let God deal with us.

  602. So by ending, we have seen that you need to break up your fallow

  603. ground, let repentance lead to restoration and allow God to

  604. unlock the potentials in your fallow ground and allow Him to

  605. also deal with your weakness as you pray.

  606. We are using Isaiah 3215 to pray shall be on our feet as we read

  607. it and pray Isaiah chapter 3215. Let's move to the newly living

  608. one. NLT Yes, let's all reach

  609. together. Ready go until at last the

  610. Spirit is poured out on us from heaven.

  611. Then the wilderness will become Word, a fertile field, and a

  612. fertile field will yield bountiful crops.

  613. So we want the Holy Spirit to fall afresh on us as we

  614. contribute our path to break up any unplowed ground, the Holy

  615. Spirit who will help to break us.

  616. So we are praying unto God that oh God, whatever I have drifted

  617. away from Indiana, my work with you for a long time.

  618. Father, forgive me as I repent and return unto you.

  619. Let us talk to the Lord. You know whatever you have left

  620. doing for a long time, you yourself, you know anything that

  621. God wants you to do for him that you have neglected doing for a

  622. long time. Talk to God, that the Lord will

  623. be merciful unto us. Whisper a prayer to his ear.

  624. Pray, pray, pray unto the Lord anything that you have left

  625. undone as a child of God for a long time.

  626. We are praying unto Him the Oh God, bring me to the first,

  627. where I first believe, to the first relationship that I had

  628. with you, my first love, my first love.

  629. God is calling us to return on to doing the wax, the first wax,

  630. and to the first love. Oh God help us, Oh God help us.

  631. Whatever we have left, any unplowed grounds in our

  632. Christian work, we pray that, Oh God, bring us back, bring us

  633. back, bring us back, bring us back, bring us back.

  634. We repent. O God, forgive us, forgive us,

  635. forgive us. O Lord, forgive us.

  636. O God, forgive us. O God, forgive us.

  637. O Lord, forgive us. O Lord, in the name of Jesus.

  638. We want to sing this song. After that, we are committing

  639. our hearts onto the hands of God that made the Holy Spirit help

  640. us to clean our hearts, any aspect of our hearts

  641. representing our relationship and communion with God, which we

  642. have left to follow. We have left for a long time.

  643. We are not attending to them. We want to go back and ask God

  644. to clean every rock, every thong, every hardened part, so

  645. that it will be loose to receive His word.

  646. I surrender all unto Jesus. I surrender unto Him.

  647. I freely give. I will ever love and trust.

  648. So we want to sing the song. Please sing with meaning.

  649. Let's go. I will ever.

  650. Love and trust in His presence. Daily I surrender I.

  651. Surrender. Oh.

  652. I surrender. I surrender.

  653. Oh. I surrender, oh oh, to be my.

  654. Begin to pray unto the Lord. Surrender your hearts, Lord, we

  655. repent of our sins. We repent of our sins.

  656. We repent of our sins. We act.

  657. The Lord forgive us, Lord, forgive us, Lord, forgive us by

  658. repentance. They are heartbroken.

  659. Hey. Listen, repentance is the one

  660. that actually breaks the ground. Until you don't see the need to

  661. repent of what you are doing, you will continually do it.

  662. So today we want to repent of anything that we have been doing

  663. of drifting away. Anything that you used to do for

  664. God and now you have stopped. God is calling you to return

  665. unto Him whatever thing that you need to return unto.

  666. Showing love to your spouse, showing love to your spouse, you

  667. need to return. You need to return in tithes and

  668. offerings. You need to return in loving God

  669. with all your hearts. What do you have to return?

  670. In this morning? As we stand before God, may the

  671. Holy Spirit reveal unto us the state of our affairs and our

  672. work with Him. What do you need to return in

  673. Repent? May repent.

  674. May repent the nation after they were adamant to God's call to

  675. repent. God eventually punish them.

  676. If you fail to repent, a time is coming.

  677. God will punish you unless you repent.

  678. Unless we repent from doing the way we do church, the way we

  679. serve God, we don't have to be superficial.

  680. Serving God is not a Sunday affair.

  681. It is an everyday relationship with God.

  682. You need to return to your personal devotions, reading the

  683. Bible for yourself. Hours upon hours we spend on

  684. social media, but we don't spend.

  685. In the mirror of God checking how do we look before God this

  686. morning God is calling us to repent.

  687. If you don't eat and you continue to drift a time is

  688. coming. You never find your way back to

  689. God. Coming to church might be the

  690. bedding something to you if you don't repent.

  691. Now if we all of us, we need to repent every day.

  692. So as we are standing, let the Holy Spirit remind you, Lord, in

  693. what do I have to repent? Asking you give you an answer,

  694. Lord, in what do I have to repent?

  695. Probably you don't even know in what do I have to repent?

  696. Talk to God, ask him, Lord, in what do I have to repent and

  697. hear the word that you give to you.

  698. God wants you to have a good heart.

  699. Let's please sit because of our time.

  700. I pray Father we thank you in Jesus name.

  701. Forgive us Lord for the times that sometimes we drift because

  702. of your grace. We think we can do anything we

  703. like, but today You have reminded us that there is a day

  704. that You will judge us and that You want to show mercy to us,

  705. and that You deserve mercy. Help us, O Lord, to get this

  706. understanding. Help us, O Lord, that as You

  707. have bestowed Your grace upon us, You deserve for us to

  708. conform before we perform on Your behalf.

  709. Help us to know that You desire our sanctification, not our

  710. sacrifice. Help us to break our fallow

  711. grounds that we have neglected for a long time and that is

  712. causing us to drift away from You.

  713. Lord, today we repent of our sins and we say that forgive us

  714. as a corporate body, church and as individuals, have mercy upon

  715. us. Bring us back to Yourself that

  716. we may know You, that we may know You and the power of your

  717. resurrection, that we may conform to the image of Your Son

  718. and become like him. Lord, as we repent any fallow

  719. ground, let it be broken. Make Your word take seed and

  720. roots in our hearts and produce fruits.

  721. We agree that Lord, we have weaknesses.

  722. Help us to diminish them, they are great things in US.

  723. Harness them for us as they come forth to shine so that men will

  724. see our good deeds and glorify your name.

  725. Help us Lord, in Jesus name we have prayed our men.
