God willing, we have a lot of things to discuss, but we will
-
try and do what time allow us to do so.
-
We will do some discussions, so please kindly take your time and
-
note things down as and when we give you that opportunity.
-
Please ask all you want to share with us anything that God has
-
laid on your heart. So for today, we want to share a
-
word with with you. And then we'll pick some few
-
things about the church with respect to some things that we
-
expected from us. I have in my hand here the
-
Pentecostal songs book. Pentecostal songs book this is
-
our this is the the Church of Pentecost book of songs.
-
So we have English parts and we, we have the key fancy EpiPen
-
parts also following. So I will encourage everyone
-
here, if you are a leader in this church, it is very
-
important to have one because if someone sings or if someone does
-
not sing a song, well, how can you, you will not be in a very
-
good position to bring that correction that it needs.
-
So I will sing one song from it. I will sing the very first hymn
-
and is a hymn by Charles Wesley. This book has songs from
-
Presbyterian hymn, Presby Redemption, Human Now, and our
-
own as well, so you find a lot of them in there.
-
So I will sing the very first song of this book, the first
-
one, a charge to keep. I have a God to glorify, a never
-
dying soul to save and fit it for the sky to serve the present
-
age, my calling to fulfill. Oh it all my powers engage to do
-
my masters will I'm mean with jealous care, as in thy sight to
-
live and all thy servant Lord, prepare a strict account to give
-
the 4th one help me to watch and pray, And on thyself rely
-
assured. If my trust betrayed I shall
-
forever die by Charles Wesley MHB 578 If you can sing, want to
-
sing the first one only a charge to keep 1/2 tune one go.
-
A charge to keep. Thank you very much.
-
So this song too, we have the soft one which you can also have
-
it on your phone so that you can easily have it anytime you want
-
to refer to it is also good so you can help with the soft and
-
the hard anytime. We are looking at a topic that I
-
want us to have a look at partnering the Holy Spirit,
-
partnering the Holy Spirit for ministry, partnership with the
-
Holy Spirit or if you like fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
-
But I want us to focus more on the partners partnership.
-
That word carries much more meaning to us now the wits.
-
So read from if we're going to look at the book of Numbers
Numbers 11 chapter mention
-
Chapter 11, we're going to look at the whole chapter, but we
-
read from verse 31 and 32. The story is there, but we'll
-
not read the whole chapter. We'll be looking at them as and
-
when I want to refer to. So Numbers 1131 we want to read
-
from which one do you have and if your kid is good so that
-
after that to try and read from other versions.
-
Now a wind went out from the Lord and drove Quill in from the
-
sea. It scattered them up to 2 cubic
-
deep all around the camp, as far as a day's walk in any
-
direction. All that day and night and all
-
the next day, the people went out and gathered quail.
-
No one gathered less than 10 homers.
-
Then they spread them out all around the camp.
-
Amen. So the wind from the Lord, The
-
wind from the Lord. There was a very serious demand
-
for meat in the camp because they had just left Egypt and
-
they were on their route to a land that they have not seen
-
before, but they are assured and they were carrying with
-
experiences from Egypt, 400 years plus 30 years more in
-
Egypt. So they left.
-
On their way they remembered Egypt.
-
So the first one he said that soon the purple began to
-
complain about their hardship, and the Lord heard everything
-
they said. Then the Lord's anger bleeds
-
against them and He sent fire to rage among them and to destroy
-
some of them in the outskirts of the town.
-
So the whole thing was that they, they were complaining
-
against the hardship and they remembered Egypt.
-
So there was a demand for meat. And I'm yesterday we were
-
discussing I was of Miami and I were looking at some of the
-
powerful drives in the human being.
-
One of them is hunger and thefts.
-
Hunger and theft. It can drive you to drink in the
-
water only we are not even in and then sex drive.
-
These drive drives are very powerful.
-
So the hunger drive and the tests buttons in them had
-
activated and they remembered Egypt.
-
So the people question God, why God had delivered them from
-
slavery and He was taking them into the foreign land.
-
Another thing that influenced them was that whilst they were
-
coming, some foreigners join them.
-
So it was the foreigners who caused that stirring.
-
Verse 4. Please if you can show us verse
-
4. So be jumping the rubble among
-
them, those, the foreigners with them began to crave for other
-
food, for other food. So they began to crave for other
-
food. And those, those foods, those
-
foods, other food, meaning that God had been, God had given them
-
food, mana, but they were not craving for others.
-
And they were crying. If only we had meat to eat.
-
So they were crying Oh for some meat and they exclaimed.
-
Then verse 5 go on to the fifth vest.
-
We remember the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost.
-
Look at it too. Also the what the cooking vest,
-
melons, the leeks, onions, garligeni normal fidgini cake.
-
Look at them the the things that will can easily purge they were
-
now craving for them. So I've been sharing that
-
someone has said that it took God one day to take Israel out
-
of Egypt, but 40 years to take Egypt out of Israel.
-
These things the marine feeder slavery mindset.
-
Changing a mindset is tough. To change their mindset from
-
slavery into freedom, it took God 40 years and he had to bring
-
up a new group. So to change their mindsets, God
-
had a very wonderful time with them.
-
So they complain about manner, God's provision.
-
What do we have? Only this manner.
-
Only this what manner? But they have forgotten that
-
they have survived and God had taken care of them.
-
They had forgotten. They had forgotten that God
-
performed 10 powerful signs and wonders in Egypt to take them
-
out. They have forgotten that God had
-
to put the Red Sea for them to walk through and Pharaoh and his
-
soldiers died. They have forgotten that God had
-
provided them water, has given them manner.
-
Soon they had forgotten. May we not forget, but may we
-
always remember. Then came another thing that we
-
want to one thing that we want to look at complaining,
-
complaining. Complaining is infectious
-
complaints, rumouring, murmuring, it's infectious.
-
Complaint, it's infectious. So the foreigners just started
-
like yeast, and it spread through the camp and touched
-
everybody. So now Moses had the all the
-
families standing in the doorways of their tents winning,
-
and the Lord became extremely hungry, the Western good.
-
So Moses had the people wailing at the entrance, and the Lord
-
became exceedingly angry and Moses was troubled.
-
Then we look at Moses to became troubled.
-
Moses to be became one troubled. That is where leadership comes
-
in. Look at the weight of the
-
people. They were just in slavery,
-
enjoying it even though it was hard.
-
They were getting free things. Then you came from nowhere and
-
said that the God of our Father says that I'm taking you to a
-
land. Yeah, smile.
-
But you have said that you have met a God, so every leader
-
should always know the God who sent him.
-
Other than that, when tough times come, you can never stand.
-
And every leader will be tested. Leadership will be tested.
-
Your power will be questioned. Your authority will be tested.
-
They will come and test you. Tough times will come so Moses
-
to you can feel the weight. You even see it much more even
-
as we go on. So the first the thing I want us
-
to learn here is that as a leader, guard your hearts guard
-
your hearts. The Bible says that above all
-
things, guard your hearts for everything you do flows from it.
-
Guard your heart with all diligence.
-
Guard your hearts. In this church you need to guard
-
your hearts. I've been saying that I saw you
-
know Uber bibrim ababe for accommodation.
-
Freeze. Always cool it, don't let it
-
boil. Always have a backup fridge be
-
so that you can cool it down, cooling down.
-
Otherwise, look at Moses. You see through the effects of
-
the complain on him. So guard your heart as a leader.
-
If your heart is bad, your sermon is bad, your ministry is
-
gone. Have you ever met a pastor who
-
has been complaining for a long time?
-
You only hear from him in his sermon.
-
The very time he stands to preach.
-
You will see it. Or the mammal Roth when you sit
-
at his feet. Boom boom, boom, boom.
-
They say that the heart is wrong.
-
We pray that may the Lord help us so that we check our hearts.
-
Yakuma nu, Yakuma nu Eradum wine.
-
Because the races long. It was therefore the journey.
-
The journey. It is not happening, Miteso,
-
where you can just Sprint and get to the line.
-
This is marathon. There are sometimes you run and
-
you get a point and you are tired, but you cannot go back.
-
We meet me. Yeah, dear man, Only now, soon
-
it's here on your Hong Kong. Dear Ben, itchy and undesired,
-
somebody from another station will not come and harm you.
-
Sometimes we will be stepping on our toes.
-
So guard your hearts above all else.
-
Guard your hearts, for everything you do flows from the
-
heart. The issues of life flows from
-
the life complaints of Moses. So now Moses too has been caught
-
by the viral disease in camp call complaints.
-
So Moses also now describes the burden of leadership.
-
Now let's so let's go. So you know you too the man.
-
So he asked God, why? Why have you brought this
-
trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease
-
you that you put the bedding of all these people on me?
-
Leadership comes with carrying off burdens.
-
So as you have been entrusted with ministries, as God has
-
given you parts to play in His church.
-
Yeah, this war, this war in Pentecost in depos message
-
saying in COP we don't chop post, we serve.
-
Oh, some crowd beside Dua Tama Busan.
-
I wanna if you don't have a reference point to God that you
-
can turn to God. Moses when, if, when the wheat
-
and the bedding of leadership was crashing on him, he ran to
-
God. He prayed to God.
-
But As for this prayer, well, let's see what will come out of
-
the soul. The burden of leadership means
-
that he carried the burden of the people.
-
You know, you, you carry your own plus Abu Mudiya.
-
So every work that you have been assigned, you are going to carry
-
burdings and this one and youth leader, I had this one but we
-
have polished it nicely and you've asked leader.
-
So leadership is carrying of birdies.
-
If you get this right frame, you will not depend on your strength
-
but you run to God for help. May we not carry the in fact
-
yenti Minsua, we need God to help us.
-
May God equip you in this church when you are called and the
-
position you have been called to does not scare you at times that
-
is sometimes you'll be like this way.
-
God, Are you sure it's me? Do you think I can do it?
-
God is you now you will do it. So be settled in your spirit
-
that by now God has put so much trust in you and he trusts you
-
that you can do it. One of a young of OBM free mass
-
and we are going to do it. So be settled.
-
So he was touched to carry them in his arms like a mother.
-
Next verse 12. Let's move on to the 12.
-
Did I conceive all these people? Did I give birth to them?
-
Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms as a nurse carries an
-
infant to the land you promised on oath to their ancestors
-
already were in, were removed to their ancestors.
-
So it also means that leadership means that he's given us a
-
metaphor for leadership to carry people under you like baby,
-
baby, car, food. Babies can misbehave, they can
-
cry, but you don't go in and dump them.
-
You help them or Casa aunty, also Casa aunty.
-
So you need to device a means to communicate.
-
Then you see how good our mothers will be.
-
Moment no for no. So as a mother, leadership.
-
Media now Hassan wabe Oba time obia habits NIA baobi be apple
-
free. So it means that as a mother Oba
-
you're the baby can ease itself on your laps.
-
Yehuru yin Chao nai and tension. So Moses is giving us a very
-
powerful way that we are to carry them.
-
It means that, yeah, you know, we are well placed.
-
It means that a leader has a revelation that the followers do
-
not have. Leadership has been defined in
-
many ways and forms, but one of the simplest ones that I always
-
want to remind myself is that a leader is someone who sees a
-
vision and is able to influence those with him, though they feel
-
reluctant to go, but he's able to use his influence abilities
-
and skills, everything at his power to help them go to that
-
same place. And when they get there, they
-
will exclaim that that is leadership.
-
So you may need to employ several skills, several ways to
-
carry them there I don't know about, but they don't want to
-
go. They don't know that it would be
-
beneficial to them. So it's up to you as a leader to
-
carry them there. And when they get there, they
-
will enjoy it. So as a leader, we need to see
-
beyond what the two eyes sees. We need to have a vision.
-
So please, you need to have 1A vision.
-
Moses is the one who had the plan.
-
He was the one who would always go and receive from God.
-
So as leaders, it shouldn't be on the same level.
-
How can a baby nest a baby a baby a baby cannot nest a baby.
-
It takes an adult to nest an infant.
-
Three of us. So as leaders, we need to grow.
-
We mean and can grow or can be a free grow.
-
I can't see your your face until Izzy right and I just Lizzy.
-
I say what me who won't about you come and sit where and
-
Auntie Sarah. I can also feel your face well
-
and thank you so that I can easily see everybody's beautiful
-
and handsome face and leadership.
-
We have our destinations to Moses, it was the promised land.
-
So every leader, if you have a vision, a dream, what you seek
-
to achieve as a ministry leader at the end of my first term or
-
at the end of my term, what do I want the youth ministry to be
-
like? As the envy of the choir?
-
Five years from now, if said, will he enter Konya?
-
And I say until Konya and I say a year from now, how do I want
-
the poor to be like? Everybody should have that
-
mental picture. You should dream it, you should
-
have it. And that thing should scare you.
-
If your vision does not scare you, if your dream it's not big.
-
In fact God always he gives you. One thing you can test if a
-
vision is from God is that God's vision always scare you.
-
Go and check Obi be dreams. It was scary, it looked
-
impossible. Hey God me.
-
So God's vision for us will always scare us.
-
It must scare you so that you will run to him for help, so
-
that you know thy name. It is not by all minds, by this
-
God. So every leader, please write
-
down your vision for the women's ministry, for the men's
-
ministry, for every rule, everything, everything entrusted
-
to you. Have a vision for it.
-
Don't come and kill that group over by.
-
We are 10 Uber fish and reduce Saba five.
-
You have killed it. You came with no vision as far
-
as we will not do that. We will leave a handover with a
-
more beautiful and a more glorious than what we came what
-
we came. So Moses was now trying to
-
figure out how he can meet the needs of all these.
-
Next verse please. Next verse 13.
-
Hi. OK, so now I ask a very
-
important question. Where can I get meat for all
-
these people? Leadership is there to solve
-
problems. Leaders are called to solve
-
problems. If there are no issues, leaders,
-
maybe there will not be so much of good use to us.
-
So now Moses is not defining his role to meet a need.
-
Where can I get meat for all these people?
-
They keep willing to me give us meat to eat.
-
So the people were not just saying it for a day.
-
Continuous willing. Yeah.
-
Panam. Yeah, Panam.
-
So Moses is now trying to figure out how to get meat for them.
-
So he felt the weight. He felt the weight.
-
Let's go to the next verse so that you see how you feel the
-
weight. I cannot carry these people by
-
myself. The bedding is too heavy for me.
-
If you attempt to do it yourself, it will be too heavy
-
for you. So I'm showing you a more
-
excellent way, partnership with the Holy Spirit.
-
That is the easy way to carry your burden of leadership,
-
partnering with the Holy Spirit. If you would partner with the
-
Holy Spirit, then the answer, where can I get meat for all
-
these people? The answer is there, we will get
-
there soon. And you see, so most felt the
-
weight of leadership and leadership became a misery to
-
him. The colony.
-
If I feel the pain because when we turn left and everybody and I
-
saw four and I'm and everybody and I'm and I'm, there is a
-
need. There is a need.
-
So he felt the pain, the pain, the pain.
-
Next verse, please, if this is how you are going to treat me,
-
please go ahead and kill me. Look at him, Moses, someone who
-
could talk to God face to face. Leadership can do you.
-
If it's my armor, you can even you flee, you run, you run and
-
leave your boots, you leave everything.
-
So you got to that point. It wasn't him who got to that
-
point. Elijah to you.
-
Elijah to you. Lord.
-
I'm the only one left. Jezebel.
-
That devil, devilish woman has killed a lot.
-
I'm the only one. I'm not better than my prophet.
-
Oh, kill me. We're going to learn from this.
-
It says that if I have found favour in your eyes and do not
-
let me face my own ruin. Next verse let's look at the
-
answer God gave him. The Lord said to Moses, bring me
-
what? Oh, let's all try and read it.
-
Bring me who? Who are known to you as leaders
-
and officials among the people. We have strict criteria.
-
Let's learn two things from here.
-
Anytime you complain about leadership, God will replace
-
you. That is very sad.
-
When Elijah complained, it was there that God told him to go
-
and find Elijah and God told him to also go and anoint Jew.
-
He gave an instruction go and annoying this person, go and
-
annoying this person, go and annoying this person and that
-
was when Elijah faced out. Moses was carrying the bedding,
-
and he was the reservoir or repository of the Spirit of God.
-
So the moment he complained kill me then God said that OK, I will
-
take the Spirit on you and give to others so that they can carry
-
the bedding with you for him. There he was lucky that OK good,
-
who is doing it? You are doing it.
-
So Elijah, the moment he also complained, you see anoint you
-
son of Nimshi over king of our Israel and anoint who Elijah son
-
of who suffered from Ebel to do what succeed you as prophet.
-
So the moment he finished anointing these people, his work
-
has come to an end. So we should be mindful when God
-
is with you, the weight of leadership, the misery that can
-
come out of it. Why we are you resign in your
-
heart, but you come to church. Our dear chairman, he has been
-
saying it that there are some super ministers, they have
-
resigned in their hearts. They only come to church because
-
he has to come. Some of them.
-
It can happen to you. You can resign and come to
-
church. Characteristics of somebody who
-
has resigned and NIMCO and I am Mimco meko merely men contempt
-
meeting. Don't resign in your hearts,
-
your work is not over or you might be so don't resign.
-
The beautiful thing is that the people who caused him to talk
-
like that, they were not the ones who called him.
-
We can give you examples and I'll see if if I can get another
-
one which is very similar to this one.
-
So please, nobody in the Kingdom of God is indispensable.
-
God can dispense us and pick others easily, because he told
-
Elijah that I have others who have neither bowed down to bail.
-
How many? 7000 in Israel whose knees have
-
not bowed down to Bill, and whose mouth have not kissed him?
-
7000 So he was like. Then God will bring it happened
-
at before we went there there was this guy who we used to
-
leave chorus. Oh Charlie.
-
Then, out of nowhere, a young man came to his home for his
-
national service. Or by Aquina, what, Billy,
-
didn't you mean? And that was the when we went
-
there even trying to lead cross again, he struggled.
-
Honey, he has lost it. Sometimes we don't take care we
-
can lose it. May we not be proud because
-
nobody in the Kingdom of God is indispensable with me at this
-
car being not just who do you think you or the scandal can do
-
it? Because he told them that I can
-
raise up stones. Stop saying that we are children
-
of Abraham. We are some children of Abraham.
-
God can raise stones as children of Abraham Abu everything will
-
be so. Don't let stones.
-
And the painful thing is that when stones are praising God and
-
you human being, you are there when you be rough.
-
I give my answer me so please don't let us get that hot.
-
Save this Our time to save a time is coming.
-
Your body will not allow you to come.
-
You know you wish to come, but we see severe action and you are
-
just there. Watch your kid.
-
Welcome to being a go back. You cannot come.
-
So this is our time. May we serve God well.
-
Hallelujah. So when we complain, when you
-
give excuses, God also excuse you.
-
I've been saying that this is the air, me, the power.
-
Whenever we give excuses, God also excuses us.
-
Remember Elijah and remember Moses.
-
Moses. Has Moses had the spirit without
-
measure? Jesus the Spirit OK and he had
-
some kind of measure because it's me by Jesus.
-
He had a spirit without measure as John one would say it for us,
-
the spirit without measure. May God anoint you and may we
-
not be like most. Let's go back to the book of
-
number. So the first answer to him was
-
that go and gather before me 70 men and let's look at the
-
criteria. God, he holds a very strict
-
criteria always in choosing. Let's look at how he chose them.
-
Bring me 70 Israel's elders. So they already were elders.
-
They were already elders who are known to you as leaders, who are
-
already what? Known to you as what leaders.
-
So the rule here is that in this church we ordain what we see in
-
you. So we will not ordain somebody
-
as a Deacon if we don't see the spirit of dickenship in him.
-
Of course, as human institution, you may make room for class or
-
-10 B and 10B better plus or minus.
-
But the critical Mass like you know, dear, we always confirm
-
what you are doing. So it is not the dear He
-
ordained me as Osophono enquana, Emma me Osafo.
-
They saw the calling as Osafo on me and they confirmed it.
-
The eldership in you is already there.
-
So we always confirm it. It's Yahuma, we see it.
-
So elder only and the team and the leadership here, they have
-
seen the leadership in you Internet Afro eduaver you are
-
what a leader, you are a leader. But when the Spirit of the Lord
-
comes upon you, look at the difference.
-
There were already known leaders, elders, officials among
-
the people, but then the difference came when the Holy
-
Ghost hates them. Hallelujah.
-
So when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, that is what will make
-
the difference. Let's go on to the next papers,
-
please. And you told them to come and
-
stand. Stand.
-
You should stand. Stand to the tent of meeting,
-
that they may stand there with you.
-
You are coming to stand with what?
-
The leadership, the presbytery? You are going to stand with who?
-
The presiding You are going to stand with you the elders, you
-
are going to stand with the deeking, the deeking.
-
You are going to stand with the oly deeking, You are going to
-
stand with the deeknesses. They're going to stand.
-
Can 2 work together? Unless they were they agree.
-
So you cannot stand with them. If you don't support them, you
-
cannot stand with them. And have the same vision or
-
sight if you're looking elsewhere.
-
You cannot make a move with the leadership.
-
So they were standing with them to receive the Holy Spirit.
-
They were standing with them. Stand with your presiding.
-
Do what stand with him. I told you have some decisions
-
you now want supporting, but once the whole house, the bigger
-
house says yes, Vachoka Montier, Carano, Pardo leadership will
-
train you. Media me no me support you make
-
catch wrong. I told them that this thing they
-
want to do is not good. You have betrayed standing with
-
them. Nadine said.
-
Yeah, cop banging and summer, some of the areas, do you think
-
they are all enjoying it? They're all happy you like it by
-
force that is leadership until we all say that.
-
No, let us now change. Don't go and stand.
-
You know we betrays all of us, so you are standing.
-
Leadership here means that you're going to stand with your
-
presiding. So once a decision comes, let us
-
all try. Even if your inner man is saying
-
no, tell the inner man that now I am standing with him.
-
I cannot go and do otherwise until about meeting.
-
If you have another view, please say it.
-
Please do what? Say it.
-
You want more? Some of us will not talk when
-
you come to meetings to don't go and sit at the back, sit in
-
front. I don't know that there's some
-
kind of spirit always and you're all good.
-
You don't and you know why it is no you, but I'm become awesome.
-
So please, even if your your view was not picked, leadership
-
will require that when you leave this forward, don't go and see
-
what do you. I brought the idea that we
-
should do this and now it's working.
-
You see that near JJ by the day I'm paying for no matter how
-
don't be like Ghanaian politician.
-
I said when the Supreme Court rules in their favor.
-
Oh, they are the best they are the best when it goes against
-
them. I'm I'm not from what they're
-
from. I'm from, I say baby, I'm
-
eleven, I say I'm from so don't be you Unanimous FC.
-
So he's the same guys, the same guys when they were not doing it
-
unanimous FC. So don't be like a politician,
-
especially a Ghanaian. 1 Yeah, Father.
-
Oh, beside you, you good. But the day it chokes you
-
beside, please no. The interest is in the church.
-
Jesus is our focus. So by this I'm saying that in a
-
meeting not always that the entire house will agree with
-
you, Omar and Father Pacho. But what if God told you to say
-
it and they refused to follow it?
-
He said it that you should do this next time when when you're
-
talking, they will pay attention.
-
So when they don't take care of you, don't, don't worry.
-
Pray if it's from, if you had correctly from God, don't worry.
-
Next time they will take. Amen.
-
Amen. So the leadership of a local
-
assembly is not one man show its Presbyterian system presbytery.
-
We meet together and we come to a consensus.
-
You can in Sia near Tuaba. You are near Tuaba A paya.
-
Then we leave the veto to the one in the chair.
-
So they will say that on my uncle hadn't say so.
-
After all, we have exhausted every means possible.
-
The one sharing, presiding, whether presiding or anyone who
-
is sharing, will now veto. So in a meeting, when you come,
-
please talk. Please do what you will be who?
-
I will not talk if someone brings that one next time.
-
Meeting. Talk, talk, talk, talk.
-
It's better in a meeting me. I prefer a meeting where you
-
talk than do the in you. I don't know how it's going to
-
explode. It is going to kill all of us.
-
So please in a meeting, don't harbor if some if you feel
-
offended, please talk, but mind your language too.
-
Mind your language. Let's go on, but look at the
-
leadership lessons we are learning from Moses.
-
So God save verse 17. Let's speed up a Azamu.
-
It's almost time. Yeah, BBC is here.
-
I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some
-
of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them.
-
They will share the burden of the people with you so that you
-
will not have to carry it alone. So please, we have all been
-
called to share the burden. The Vision 2028 Apostle Yamiche
-
received it on Ankwa but he cannot drive and possess the
-
nations of the world. So he discussed it with
-
Executive council so that they also carry a part of it from
-
there. Once to the IT went to the
-
National House and the area House.
-
Then he shared the burden with them, and when they received it,
-
they came down and share it with all the ministers and wives all
-
over the COP. And when we also received it, we
-
came to our districts and we shared with officers every
-
officer, and then the presiding orders carried down to the local
-
and they came and they shared it with the local presbytery.
-
And the presbytery, we are all supposed to carry it and share
-
the burden with the congregants so that the vision of possessing
-
the nations will become a reality.
-
So if chairman should carry it alone, it wouldn't be a vision.
-
It can never be a vision. But until we all carry it and
-
share the burden, then the vision will come.
-
So we are here to carry burdens. Next verse please. 18 Tell the
-
people to consecrate yourselves in preparation for tomorrow.
-
When you eat meat. The Lord heard you when you
-
will. If only we had meat to eat.
-
We were better off in Egypt. Now the Lord will give you meat,
-
and you will eat it, Sir. The Lord will give you meat, and
-
you eat it. Now in Kui very far, very numb,
-
but very the Lord will give you meeting.
-
So we should be mindful of what we say.
-
So God coming down required consecration, consecration,
-
prepare yourself, set yourself apart to meet God, prepare to
-
meet your God. So we need to consecrate
-
ourselves as a leader. It's not everything that you
-
will do. Leaders can do everything.
-
There are some things. There are some places I cannot
-
go. If you see me there, you see me
-
VVC 10 glucose every day. And when I'm evangelism, you,
-
you see me in some way there. He loves this glucose too much.
-
So consecrate yourself as a leader.
-
There are some things you cannot do and there are facts because
-
now you're through our software and we will open for yourself.
-
I'm on for yourself, I'm for yourself.
-
And you will be seeming the core bank and they call him also for
-
you also for and to wherever you go.
-
People are looking up unto us especially So what Church of
-
Pentecost. Then they begin to look at you.
-
Mana must see me Holy Mana must see Mana must see the reason why
-
that 2010 10A Trendy. I had him.
-
He said that it was not my new cool.
-
Hey, go and see the Asamancases. And they were done.
-
And this room where COP through machine.
-
It was war Second D somebody went straight to the late
-
Apostle Feng. The elders were agitated.
-
Why? Because your position is that
-
you holy you took her first thing to know that they had that
-
we have opened the gates. They were like, hey, money and
-
some somebody from CSC, you're called GPCC meeting and I think
-
minister you're Pentacles for sale.
-
Is that what will give you take you to heaven?
-
Did duku that die for you? No, these things, they are not
-
salivic and from Quan Jem Rain, but they help us to serve God.
-
Depending on your culture, there are some people they come from
-
the Akan background. They always cover their head to
-
go and see their king. A sign of respect to Budukuyen
-
Duku bono a resonating with our culture are very cool.
-
That is why a trend to her. Now that we are going to possess
-
the nation, are we going to impose Dukubo on those in the
-
wherever ever? It cannot fit, but Christianity
-
is more than that. Hallelujah.
-
And yes, honey, so consecrate yourself because people are
-
looking at you. You will not eat it just for one
-
day or two days or 5 or 10 or 20 days, but for a whole month
-
until it comes out from your way, no stress.
-
And you love it because you have rejected the Lord who is among
-
you and you have wheeled before him saying, why did we ever
-
leave Egypt? So they were telling God that
-
God, you don't know what your work.
-
You were bad father, and in pain God.
-
So in the same way to we should be careful the things we crave
-
for, be careful the things we crave for in this church.
-
This is the Church of Pentacles. We open truths, open secrets.
-
Look at how God brought those who were in house.
-
There was OK, so there was some kind of some kind of God brought
-
a very nice. Others were on the executive
-
committee, those who train him as overseer, those who showed
-
him how to be or suffer. He became their chairman.
-
So let us be careful when we're working with God.
-
Let God. He knows your need.
-
He knows the things that will kill you that will not be
-
helpful to you. So allow God to make you.
-
Don't run ahead of God. Those who try to amass wealth
-
for themselves, they died and left them for even strangers to
-
come and enjoy it and insult them on top.
-
That is what happened to them. They were craving, they were
-
craving, they were craving. It's like, oh fina.
-
The woman, it is not from your heart, true of us, but now come,
-
this is it, the child will enjoy it.
-
So now we need to have confidence in our goal.
-
The faithful is he who has called us and he will do it for
-
us. No matter your ambitions and
-
your plans, God can help you to get them.
-
But don't run ahead of God. Why did we ever leave Egypt?
-
God told them that Egypt don't go there again.
-
Now your question, God, why did we leave there and in pain?
-
God one month and truly God killed them when he gave them
-
meat, he began to kill them. He killed them, he killed them.
-
Let's let's go a bit faster. So OK now still Moses engine.
-
I said they have about 600,000 God where are you going to get
-
meat? But must say here man, here I
-
please go back. Here I am among 600,000 men on
-
foot excluding women 600,000 You see I will give them meat for a
-
whole month next verse. Would they have enough if flocks
-
and heads were slaughtered for them?
-
Would they have enough if all the fish in the sea were caught
-
for them? Next rest, please, please go on,
-
the Lord answered Moses is the lost arm to shot.
-
That means the Lord is saying that.
-
Have I lost my point? Say that.
-
Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for
-
you. So God is saying that my his
-
power has not diminished. He is still powerful and he's
-
got the answers to our questions that we'll be asking.
-
Let's go on in some show, but let's go on.
-
So Moses went, went out and told them and told them blah, blah,
-
blah. But jump to let's jump to let's
-
see, go to verse 20. Let me check let me check key
-
and also something show but our time and what the mommy some few
-
minutes and you read it through so that you appreciate how the
-
whole thing. So Moses went out and told the
-
people what the Lord had said about your mom.
-
He brought together 70 of the elders and had them stand around
-
the tent. Please go on.
-
Then the Lord came down in a cloud and spoke with him, and he
-
took some of the power of of the Spirit that was on him, and puts
-
on the 70 elders. When the Spirit rested upon
-
them, the first signs were they prophesied, but unfortunately
-
they did not do so again. Let's go on.
-
However, two men, whose names were Elder and Midad, had
-
remained in the camp. They were listed among the
-
elders into those who are on the virtual You are the 2.
-
They are remaining in the camp. They were listed among the
-
elders, but they did not go out to the tent yet.
-
The spirit also rested upon them.
-
May the Spirit also rest upon you.
-
So they were listed among so yes people and they prophesied in
-
the camp. Let's go and pick a young man
-
ran and told Moses elder and me that a professor in the camp,
-
Joshua son of Nan, who had been with most, who has been Moses 8
-
since youth, spoke up and said, Moses, my Lord, stop them and
-
let's see. Let's see let's verse nesve
-
Moses said are you jealous please next verse are you
-
jealous for my sake, I wish that all the lost people were who
-
prophets this verse is it carries a powerful
-
interpretation. Moses like Paul come on, you
-
know when she come so you see the heart of a good leader.
-
He wants everybody to have what they have.
-
They don't monopolize the grace of God.
-
They wish that everybody is like them.
-
So today the prayer or the wish of Moses can be fulfilled.
-
That you and I will be what prophets so that we can hear
-
what God says, and that the Lord will put His Spirit on them.
-
As for us, the Lord has put His Spirit on us.
-
We have the Pentecost on us. It's going to say next verse
-
please because of our time. Then Moses and the elders of
-
Israel will return to the camp. Now everyone say now.
-
Now the author is saying that now I feel this is not now God
-
is going to give them the meat, the meat from Mohini ma Bano.
-
Now the time has come. Now the time has come for the
-
need. Now that God has strategically
-
positioned Moses and taking some of the Spirit and put on 70 and
-
he has dealt with their mindset and I've told them, you know
-
that is going to give them the meat.
-
Now a wind went out from the Lord, and when we went from
-
where? From the Lord is the same thing
-
as AX2, AX2 OK, a wind went out from the Lord and drove Quill in
-
from the sea and did what drove Quill, Quill.
-
They are very small and they are difficult to catch.
-
And then these are they laid those small, small eggs, nice
-
and brown, with some hair. Those were the best.
-
When you have me a moment and number can see you and number
-
lean meat, I'll move your own befilly.
-
That was some very numb. So he drove the quilt in from
-
the sea, and what scattered it? The wind or ghost scattered them
-
up to four cubits up to. So it was about, they were
-
about, they were three feet from the ground, Three feet.
-
Engineers knowing 3 feet maybe, I say, what do you imagine?
-
So 3 feet, some of us, we are five, we are 6, 666666.
-
Maybe they're me, BB or me or hobby.
-
Even the shortest 3 feet from the ground and crying
-
everything. Archie B.
-
Look at how good, how good it is 3 feet from the ground and I'll
-
say as far as a day's walk in any direction.
-
One day Walker was so crazy you can catch them next verse
-
please. And all that day and night and
-
all the next day in tomorrow year, 24 hour quail catching.
-
And almost out of the following day, Amanda, interestingly, no
-
one gathered less than 10 hummus.
-
No one gathered less than 50 bushels, which is about 2.2
-
kiloliters. Be everybody to being an amory
-
then almost ready almost then unfortunately, the next verse
-
while the meat was still in between their teeth and before
-
it could be consumed. The anger of the Lord bend
-
against the people and he struck them with a severe plea.
-
But when you want to make it's OK.
-
So my concern is that the wind from the Lord.
-
Let's go back to the wind. Yes, the wind from the Lord is
-
the same thing as Acts 2. When the day of Penteco.
-
Please go to Acts 2. Not young when the day of when
-
the day of Pentecost came, they were all together, you know.
-
Please, let's pick this one from the new King James.
-
New King James go to the best one.
-
When the day of Pentecost had fully come, when they working in
-
the town fully come, they were all with 1 accord in one place.
-
Next verse. And suddenly there came a sound
-
from where? Heaven as of what?
-
A mighty Russian wind. And he had the wind in it to
-
Tuama. Holy Ghost, you want to do some
-
few things and compare. So the win that brought the
-
answer to their need was the Holy Ghost.
-
And it's the same Holy Ghost. When we partner with him, we'll
-
bring out the need of our time. That is it.
-
But Moses had the Spirit upon him, and he himself was
-
complaining. Until you can be aligned but
-
complaining can be infectious that you forget your anointing.
-
Amen. While we are real beefy and you
-
will join them to complain, may we not join them?
-
Elijah too was anointed. Elijah, he didn't.
-
He'd never died. Well, but so you could have
-
anointed. But say, Echo, when do those
-
things catch on on you? You can run and leave it and run
-
and run and run. So please, may we partner with
-
the Holy Spirit so that whatever need we have, don't look inward,
-
look upward. Listen, look to God.
-
He has called you, but we're fire.
-
So there but no, no offer is the voice behind the human voice
-
calling you that. Come and be the youth leader, or
-
should be. Isaac, you've I went to Gaza.
-
He's there, he's there, he's there.
-
So please save God. Do your best, yeah men Afro.
-
So when things get tough, go to him men, for when Ibrahim was
-
swa the congregation. But turn unto your God and he
-
will bless you. May the Lord God Almighty bless
-
us all. Amen.
-
Praise the Lord or shall we bless our pastor.
-
Looking at our time, we have 9 more minutes to close.
-
We want to plead with you so that we take additional 30
-
minutes of your time. If you agree, if you agree so
-
that we can ask questions and have some time to pray.
-
So I'm waiting for your answer. Hey, are you here?
-
I can't hear you. Those of you who agree, give me
-
a wave. I mean you.
-
We want to open the floor for question.
-
Maybe you have a question you want you want to ask.
-
The floor is open. After the presentation, you have
-
a question you want to ask. The floor is open.
-
Those who join us online, if you have question you can also write
-
and it shall be responded. Please see any question.
-
So I want to ask this question. When our father was speaking, he
-
was saying that leadership comes with a burden and sometimes the
-
burdens are too heavy, that we are human beings.
-
Open cell Ujjai Wapen and I'm asking after praying and we are
-
not sharing anything from God. Can you speak to someone that
-
you trust that who may catch any power?
-
We are the person is going to help me or talk to me because
-
sometimes you are fed up and you need someone to talk to.
-
Yeah, that's my question. So can you do that?
-
Yeah. Any other question?
-
Any other question or contribution?
-
Maybe you you want to share some comment with us out of the
-
presentation? OK, Yeah.
-
OK, so please, I want to ask, I don't know if it's an addition
-
to what pastor said, but this is something that someone told me.
-
So she works in the church, She's a church worker.
-
But what she does at a point she's, she feels like someone.
-
Yeah, will be Internet with time, I said.
-
Like it felt more like a response, a responsibility, more
-
like a responsibility than like a work he or she was
-
volunteering to do for good. So when it gets to that point,
-
what do you do as a Christian? Yeah.
-
So the question is to all of us, anyone who wants to help with
-
the answer, Ben, help us. What do you think about the two
-
questions? So share your view with us.
-
So I'll answer the second question.
-
The second one, the person shouldn't feel like it's a
-
burden. I mean, we are.
-
It's a privilege to be called to serve God.
-
So you shouldn't feel like you are doing it for men or because
-
if you are not there, somebody, nobody will do it or something.
-
You should see it as a privilege and a grace and then give it
-
your all. She didn't think that if
-
somebody is not there and of course God can raise anybody to
-
do the very thing that you are doing.
-
So you should see it as a privilege and give it their all.
-
Amen. Praise the Lord and please, I
-
want to answer, answer all this question.
-
So when it gets to a time when you feel you are tired or you
-
are further as a Christian or as a leader, you have to go to the
-
Holy Spirit because He is able to give you strength.
-
And you ask whether you should go and tell somebody, huh.
-
You can go and tell somebody to make sure that the person you
-
are telling is a person who encourage you, but not to bring
-
you down because so if you get go to that person and that
-
person wouldn't give you any advice to uplift you.
-
So just go to a personal Obed like Obed and carried you
-
because that work. You mean we are all here, but
-
God chose you to do that work. It means that you were able to
-
do it. But when it's time, maybe when
-
you get worried or when you are fed up, go to God.
-
He will, He will strengthen you. Amen.
-
Yeah, maybe I also want to ask something.
-
You see, I believe that our understanding of leadership
-
counts a lot. Maybe you're a leader.
-
Your intention is to please men all the time.
-
Let me give you a typical example.
-
Maybe whenever you are called upon to come and do something in
-
front of the congregation, you are here to impress, impress the
-
the members. If you have such mindsets, I
-
hope you understand you give up early.
-
And so I believe that the kind of mindset we have on leadership
-
counts, that is the number one thing.
-
If you believe that you have been called by God and you have
-
been called to work for God and please God all the time, that
-
alone can encourage you. But if you think or you, yes, as
-
a leader, you want to please men all the time, you'll be
-
disappointed. So I just want to say that we
-
should believe and trust in the one who has called us and at
-
every given time we should do our very possible best.
-
To please him to work. For him and he will give us the
-
needed strength. Amen.
-
Yeah. Any other person?
-
Thank you really. OK, so since we don't have any
-
question, what did you hear? Maybe 5 people.
-
Then we bring it to a cruise. What did you hear?
-
Yes. What did you hear, Barbara?
-
What did you hear? We are not a brother, Ezekiel.
-
I heard that when you actually when, when you give to my many
-
excuses, God will also excuse you.
-
Yes, OK. Family is here, sort of chain,
-
we are not. I heard that as a leader you
-
need to help. You need to get have a big
-
heart. You have to know how to control
-
your temper and know how to keep secret as a leader.
-
I also heard that we should not relent in doing the work of God
-
and also the road will not always be smooth, sometimes it
-
will be rough, so we should endure.
-
If you finish, you give it to Peggy and then Sarah.
-
I also heard that if you think you are the only one who can do
-
everything, God can easily replace you when you begin to
-
give excuses. I also learned that as a leader,
-
you are supposed to have a vision for the people that you
-
lead. Amen.
-
Praise the Lord OK mine is talking about the vision as
-
Peggy said and I have a question to that OK so a leader is
-
supposed to have a vision me my main focus coming here is a
-
person mean one vision be I have I've been introduced to a new
-
leadership in this church. I don't really have any idea
-
about it, so I. Which said this time I hear
-
retreats no pastor will go a bit of better be bigger crack
-
concerning the I'm not saying anything about it.
-
OK. Thank you.
-
Yeah, Kingsford, So I also learned that when we are called,
-
we are not just called us the physical beings of the person
-
and what we have in US. I also said that I shouldn't be
-
a typical Ghanaian politician. Yes.
-
I also learned that in a meeting, I should voice out my
-
opinions. I shouldn't keep things to
-
myself. I should talk in meetings.
-
I also learned that in every position they put, you see God
-
as your help so that if anything happens, you run to him first.
-
Please. I also learned that as a leader,
-
if you are doing something, you should do it wholeheartedly.
-
Don't think if you are not there, someone will be able to
-
do it. OK, so as a leader sometimes
-
your vision should scare you and you know that God is your
-
strength and God is with you. So do not shake.
-
Not sometimes, he said. Any vision that comes from God
-
must scare you. Please, I also learned that when
-
you are in trouble or you find something difficult, we should
-
talk to the Holy Spirit. He will guide us and I also
-
learned that we shouldn't run before God.
-
And then please I have a question I wanted to ask.
-
Please tell us what you had before you ask your question.
-
We gave you the opportunity. You didn't ask, so tell us what
-
you had. Then you ask your question.
-
So we shouldn't like go before God, we should always make him
-
take the lead. And then the question is, is he
-
always bad or wrong for a leader to retire?
-
Maybe when you are looking at your other activities, the polls
-
that have been given to you, you yourself, you see the way maybe
-
you are handling it. Is it a bad for you to say say
-
you just want to retire or resign you?
-
Believe that. Oh those are the bags you talk
-
then pastor or or if someone has an opinion you can share.
-
With us, I will say mine before I go back.
-
Yeah. I also learned that when one
-
thing we can do as leaders is we should stand with our other
-
leaders in decision making, whatever the decision may not
-
favor us, but we have to stand with the other leaders.
-
Pastor says something about those who always sit at the back
-
room. I hope you heard it.
-
Yeah. OK, I heard that.
-
He said you shouldn't be a leader who always complain.
-
Yeah. Yeah, I also learned that
-
leadership comes with caring of bed, so you should just prepare
-
for that. Please hurry up.
-
OK, I learnt that the moment you start complaining, God make sure
-
to bring your replacement. And we learnt that from the
-
story of Elijah and also that of Moses.
-
Amen. Mr. Opuku has raised their hand.
-
I don't know whether he has a question, so please here is
-
Dennis. We shouldn't let the complain of
-
others affect us. Then Frank, have you spoken?
-
Yeah. Then Teacher Vida will be the
-
last person. OK, so I also heard that any
-
time we make excuses, God also excuses us.
-
So we should be relentless when we are given the authority or
-
opportunity to serve. It is not going to be easy, but
-
we have to look up to God and then not be on our own.
-
And I also want to ask, what does it mean if you have been
-
given the opportunity to save or lead and that doesn't scare you?
-
Amen, Teacher Vaider. Please leaders are called to
-
solve problems. Thank you.
-
OK, So we want to talk to the issues that were raised that if
-
you want to retire, it depends on many things.
-
If your if your church has that limitations for you, for us as
-
COP everybody should retire at 65.
-
Everybody we encourage if you as COV minister composed by force
-
you retire at age 65. But if personal things and other
-
things you have to also right to justify why you want to retire
-
or resign. So you would have to come to
-
that point yourself and be convinced yourself.
-
But if it can also come because of health, your health too may
-
not even allow you to go on and on and on.
-
And if there are issues that probably we can address it to
-
when you come up, we will attempt to solve it.
-
We'll attempt, we'll not say we'll solve it.
-
We'll try to to help you so if all these things feel they will
-
deliver to you. So if you want to retire to, but
-
we always want to encourage you to run the race to the end.
-
It is good to run to the end looking onto Jesus, the author
-
and the finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set
-
before him endured the shame, the pain and the shame.
-
You run out to the finishing line.
-
So if you look to Jesus, you give you grace.
-
We give you as grace to run to the end.
-
So and the other one, if your vision that does not scare you
-
enough, what do you do? If your vision that does not,
-
what does it mean? It may look very simple, but you
-
go and start. You see that it's not as easy as
-
because even Jesus Christ, before he went to the cross, the
-
vision of the cross scared him a little bit and he was like
-
Father and so he got scared. Everybody, your vision will
-
scare you if it's from God Air points you feel scared, but when
-
you encourage yourself and you get filled in the Holy Spirit,
-
you can do it. Thank you.
-
Ma, please, did you talk? Hello Enoch, your your hand is
-
out. You can unmute, unmute yourself
-
and speak. OK, thank you.
-
I think your question has been answered.
-
I was asking that. So if you tend to want to resign
-
before your due dates, they proceed.
-
Yeah, I think Pastor has answered.
-
Thank you. But please don't be in a hurry
-
to resign. Don't resign.
-
Please don't give up. God will take you to the end.
-
OK, God will take you to the there's a cheese saying which I
-
like that one. And you must see any Arkatia and
-
you must see any Arkatia until you should end so that we know
-
that I have finished. Jesus said that I have finished.
-
Paul said that I have finished the race of Copanama query.
-
Don't give up. So please don't resign.
-
Please don't do. And can I ask another question?
-
OK, sure. Yes.
-
OK, so you see, we, we, we have one leader, OK, it says Christ
-
is the, is the head of the church.
-
OK, I, I used to ask my friends that why is it that I attend
-
Pentacles, then they attend the church they attend If we, if
-
their pastors were to be my church, once the church be a
-
very powerful institution. We have prophets at different
-
churches, we have teachers at different churches, we have
-
apostles and different churches. If we're all to come under one
-
umbrella once it's be a wonderful thing.
-
And then I will proceed to now ask that what happens if you
-
have a vision, OK, be it's a vision God has laid on your
-
heart or a vision God has told you to pursue.
-
But then the church, it's it can't fits under the church.
-
It's not permissible under the church.
-
What do you do? You then tend to break away like
-
we have or what do you do? Let's say you are the you are
-
the evangelism leader. And then there is this.
-
There is something you need to undertake.
-
OK. But then it's not permissible
-
within the church. What do you do?
-
Thank you. OK, so for your first one, the
-
church, when you talk about the church, the church universalize
-
one body and we have different parts, but we are all serving
-
the same Lord. So it is Jesus who sees that
-
beauty. We don't see it.
-
And so for him, he's doing his work through all the groups, all
-
the denominations, and we shouldn't look down on any
-
church. We shouldn't preach against any
-
church as much as you can. If you are not, I'll say you
-
guys sent here, but restrain yourself because James Macon
-
warn his followers not to preach against any church, but to
-
preach Christ, because the Christ, the Christ, I'm
-
preaching against another church.
-
So it is not part of our work. So the beauty of the church
-
universal is what we are looking for.
-
That all may be one. We will get there, but not now.
-
So the second part, if your vision does not fit into your
-
church now, what should you do? You should explain your vision,
-
make it plain for us to hear it. If it does not, if you think it
-
does not fit into your church, you need to engage and explore
-
avenues. Breaking away to form a church
-
is tofu Massa. It's lots of work bending out to
-
come inside. You get frustrated, many many
-
started, but there are nowhere to be found, so you may have to
-
go back to God for better and further clearance.
-
No clarification and you'll be revealing.
-
We see in parts. So don't rush to run away, but
-
sell it, explain it. And I think that for COP now, no
-
evangelism beyond what it cannot fit because no one member of
-
another one God would say that we have finished what I've given
-
you before, I give you another one.
-
So when it comes, you need to also seek advice in the
-
multitude of counselors, there is safety godly ones of course.
-
So not just many other in the phobia godly ones.
-
Seek help and let's see how it fits into it.
-
But for the church, I just say via Uber communipa and then the
-
evangelism communipad. But for what those that will
-
bring souls to the Kingdom of God will give you, I also want
-
to guide you and help you to do it based on godly way of doing
-
it. OK.
-
And then one thing I also want to draw attention and maybe
-
pastor, I will want you to advise us on that.
-
There are some leaders who are not update officers.
-
And so when the bedding of leadership falls on them and
-
it's become so intense before you realize me and I'm a by me,
-
I'm a cock me, I'm a sanko and true, true before you realize it
-
and we're far back door. No, I think say, even though you
-
have spoken about it, you know, it is some some people have that
-
mindset. One because he he or she is not
-
an ordained officer. So he thinks that Obed to me.
-
I found one course and I just say he's not responsible to
-
anyone, not unscribe to anyone. So since we are learning, I will
-
want you to speak to it so that we can take some lessons from
-
it. Yes, OK.
-
So please you are a leader, get it into your heart.
-
You don't need to be ordained before you start working.
-
Start and work. We have seen countless number of
-
people in the history of the Church of COP who were not even
-
ordained but the open assemblies.
-
So go and check how the COP church spread to West Africa
-
along the coast fisherfolks Mukuinam and when it's on Sunday
-
like lost and they already did you even they they gathered just
-
to pray and while they were praying Holy Ghost Father now
-
Benin to go. That was how fisherfolks and
-
nobody inside Nicole Liberia and other people.
-
They took the church to the nation.
-
Some people also were schooled. They went to do pH, DS and other
-
things in Europe. One of them is elder lawyer,
-
Doctor Ken Abwa, a lawyer, a doctor, a specialist, urologist,
-
specialist, a paper and the way he does evangelism, the church
-
in Germany and Holland especially, it was through him,
-
Elder, our former genius Appos Camilla, he went to Germany to
-
go and study. He opened the churches in some
-
of the states in Germany. He went there to study and then
-
it's, you know, they open. So like I said, when you're a
-
posture, so you know, open a church, but they open.
-
So please don't wait son. Yami be chair and car, Unka
-
said. Because you are not ordained as
-
an elderly minty worker, I will pay you, even quadruple it for
-
you. So please don't let that mindset
-
say unless I am ordained as an elder, a Dick in a dickness
-
medium in kaho O kaho assemble with Shim.
-
Yeah, Jessica, even more BAD. And you might be.
-
So please, when it comes to food, Yeah.
-
Chennai. Yeah.
-
You feel mass and you're there. So in the same one we wait to
-
come. Don't.
-
Don't leave us. Please don't leave us.
-
Amen. So we want to pray, OK?
-
OK, pastor, I have a personal problem that I want to share
-
with you. To see how best you can help me
-
concerning leadership apart from the church that will play as
-
leaders outside the church I play a lot of rules or I lead so
-
many people in so many institutions and.
-
Is. So time consuming.
-
It takes my time. So many of them I belong to so
-
many community leader and they all need me.
-
The church also need me. So I am just on my way.
-
I have made-up my mind to resign from some of them and I when I
-
was sitting there and we were just talking about it to adjust
-
running through my mind whether to go ahead and resign or I
-
should stick to it because they also need me, but they are
-
taking a lot of my time. They need me as well, OK.
-
So the best way is to try and multiply yourself in them.
-
That is the best way. So train others to also be like
-
you so that they can share the weights together.
-
There is this saying that do you grow from if you stand Willie,
-
did you approach him from me? Please 13 as I say, will be
-
kind, say I should try a Baron. And then I say in English, I say
-
my former representative, and I see a blue which is inevitably
-
yours once taking extricate you from feather encumbrances.
-
I'm not forgetting a blue which is inevitably yours once taking
-
extricate you from feather encumbrances.
-
All right, So please, we wanted to try and delegate.
-
You cannot do everything. The delegation is also very
-
important. And then pick some, train them
-
and unleash them so there are some of them.
-
You can ask them to go and do it on your behalf.
-
And you pick feedback. If it doesn't go how you want it
-
to go, then you step in so you can throw your weight,
-
resources, your strength, your voice behind him so that he can
-
stand in your shoes and also act for you.
-
So please don't resign now that we are in the period of
-
possessing the the nation's memories and in Emma
-
resignation. Did you even add more to it and
-
do it for us? So please want this all we want.
-
We want you to take up this key, key key things within the
-
community so that with your godly advice, it can turn
-
around. You have no idea.
-
I've heard it that you are settling the disputes hard ones,
-
tough ones. That is what God will want you
-
to do so to ask all please, whenever there is the space of
-
keen man with whatever champagne, whatever, present
-
yourself vote for me. I want to now because they know
-
that you, you are a Pentecost woman.
-
You a Pentecost man on this guy. Would this guy do come to me
-
here or they will bring you to me and they can tackle you for
-
their money. So when they come, go for it.
-
Workplace, even if they're voting for minister for sweeping
-
our face, take it, Please take it.
-
Let's be on our feet even as we want to pray, Let's pray, shall
-
we Lift up our voice. I'm going to thank God.
-
Thank the Lord for what He has done with us today, for a time
-
with him. Lord, we are saying thank you.
-
Thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord, in the name of Jesus.
-
Thank you in the name of. Jesus, Lord, we thank you, bless
-
your name, wonderful Savior. Thank you, God, thank you that
-
these things happen. For example, so that we may not
-
repeat what they do. Help us.
-
So Lord, Lord, help us. Lord help us aju Mai Yi asudi da
-
medu E. The.
-
Lift up your voice and you know, pray in tongues you want to blow
-
some. Tongues.
-
Lift up your voice and pray that May God give us grace.
-
May the Lord give us the grace so that the bedding of
-
leadership He will help us carry it through.
-
Lift up your voice. Blow some tongues.
-
Blow some tongue. We have about one minute to
-
close. Blow some tongue.
-
In the name of Jesus, free, free, free.
-
In the name of Jesus, Lord, let's pray.
-
Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for a way that you
-
have given unto us. We trust you, the Lord, you help
-
us, help us so that may our leadership, may the vision that
-
you have given us. Though with humans is may seem
-
impossible, but with you God, all things are possible.
-
So Lord, we ask for a fresh touch, anoint our eyes to see
-
what we see. May we begin to see things from
-
your perspective. Cause us Energizer, strengthen
-
us to be able to accomplish it in Jesus name.
-
We pray that O Lord, your way that has come is spreading their
-
life. May that life transform our
-
ministries and our giftings to become better and the best
-
version that you have ordained for us in Jesus name.
-
We also pray that even as we depart from here, we commit
-
ourselves into your hands, continue to review yourself unto
-
us and build over us, review visions and dreams so that we'll
-
know and we can accomplish. We thank you for, if asked, all
-
these three crises. As we depart from here, take us
-
to our homes safely and bring us back tomorrow throughout the day
-
to be faithful. May we see your faithfulness in
-
our lives and your mighty hand also moving on our behalf in
-
Jesus name, Amen.
