  12. Amen. Amen.

  13. We want to inform the House that by the grace of God, our

  14. resident minister and their wife are in our Mace in the person of

  15. Pastor Emmanuel and Mrs. Elizabeth or say Akorsa, Amen.

  16. On this note, we want to humbly invite our dear Pastor to

  17. minister the Word of God unto us.

  18. Shall we welcome him? With a clap of

  19. May. The grace and peace for our

  20. Father and our Savior Jesus Christ be with us all and we

  21. thank God so much for the grace to be here and to also share

  22. fellowship and to dine at the Lost table together.

  23. Amen. Before we dine with the Lord, we

  24. are looking at the topic discerning the Lord's body,

  25. discerning the Lord's body, discerning the Lord's body.

  26. We read from First Corinthians 11/29, First Corinthians 11/29,

  27. and we also read from Matthew 26, seven to 13.

  28. That one is another story that I want to read.

  29. There are a couple that will be reading as and when we go on,

  30. but our main text is the First Corinthians 11/29 11:29, 1129.

  31. So read from the NIV. Also read from the new King

  32. James, there is a word that I will show you.

  33. So from the and I for those who eat and drink without descending

  34. the body of Christ, eat and drink judgment on themselves.

  35. Let's pick it from the new King James, please, if you have it.

  36. For he who eats and drinks in a worthy manner eats and drinks

  37. judgment to himself. For not discerning the Lord's

  38. body. The Lord's body, So for you eats

  39. and drinks in an unworthy manner, eats and drinks judgment

  40. to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.

  41. Amen. Let's go to Matthew 26, seven to

  42. 13. I read from the NIV.

  43. A woman came to him with an alabaster jar of an of very

  44. expensive perfume which she poured on his head as he was

  45. reclining at the table. When the disciples saw this,

  46. they were indignant. Why this wastes?

  47. They asked. This perfume could have been

  48. sold at a high price and the money given to the poor.

  49. Aware of this, Jesus said to them, why are you bothering this

  50. woman? She has done a beautiful thing

  51. to me. So here to you see why sometimes

  52. we keep on switching some of the additions, some of them hide

  53. things. OK so this one says that she has

  54. done a beautiful thing to me. Look who captured in another.

  55. So look at the new King James for she has done a good work for

  56. me. Beautiful thing and good, good

  57. work. Next verse please.

  58. Next verse verse 11. The poor you always have with

  59. you, but you will not always have me.

  60. Go on, when she poured this perfume on my body, she did it

  61. to prepare me for burial. Truly, I tell you, wherever this

  62. gospel is preached throughout the world, what she has done

  63. will also be told in memory of her.

  64. Amen. So the First Corinthians 11/29,

  65. there is a textual difference there.

  66. One of them says that descending the Lord's body, the other one

  67. is saying the body of Christ. So when you read it, you may be

  68. wondering, are you referring to the universal body of Christ as

  69. the church or the literal body of Christ that was hanged on the

  70. cross? These two, if you don't take

  71. care, it can sound confusing. So theologians have agreed that

  72. it could mean both. It could mean both.

  73. So Paul was actually referring to either the body, the literal

  74. body of Christ that was nailed on the cross, the body that you

  75. and I, we have some, or the body as the Church of Christ.

  76. But we will we will we will add both and then single.

  77. There was an issue with the church at Corinth.

  78. The church there at Corinth they were spiritually endowed, but

  79. they had problems. There are lots of issues from

  80. left to right. So poor had to write to set

  81. things in order that these things you shouldn't do.

  82. So the first thing that Paul was writing to correct about the

  83. lost table was the one they did not distinguish the lost table

  84. from the other table. Thank God that today we have a

  85. lot of tables here. So my example were fit.

  86. They didn't know the difference between this table and the other

  87. one. So they were approaching the the

  88. lost table as they would approach any other table.

  89. So Paul was not saying that what they were doing was very serious

  90. because to eat and not discerning the lost body means

  91. that they come to the lost table and not honoring the Lord.

  92. So the table set here is different from the table in

  93. front of us that we will be doing because what will be said

  94. before us, they are different and the reason for setting them

  95. up to are different. So Paul was saying that you need

  96. to discern the lost table. Don't come there and eat anyhow,

  97. some were coming there to eat to, you know, feel their stomach

  98. because then their bread was not this kind of small compressed

  99. with fathered witty who they were doing proper bread.

  100. So people were now rushing, not thinking about what was said

  101. before them or giving reverence to the Lord who's suffering

  102. purchased the table for them. So they were just rushing,

  103. rushing to get a bigger size of the bread.

  104. So everybody was now rushing Chalimanian in Tema, their bread

  105. could finish. So they were all rushing,

  106. pushing that I, I want to get the bigger parts.

  107. And by so doing they were dishonouring the Lord, and they

  108. miss the good thing that had there and then the other side of

  109. the body of Christ. They did not also descend 1.

  110. School. Combines these two thoughts and

  111. says that the other one, the body of Christ, they did not

  112. descend the interrelationship between the believers in the

  113. body of Christ. So there was some kind of the

  114. poor should wait when the rich finished eating, then the poor

  115. will come. So there was that segregation.

  116. You are poor, Jinaha, you are rich.

  117. Oh come, come, come, come. So Paul was in their thought.

  118. They are saying that Paul was addressing the issues in two

  119. folds. But thanks be to God that

  120. nowadays is the same cup, is the same quantity, is the same small

  121. compressed circular wafer. What I take is the same as

  122. yours. No, it's the same thing.

  123. So the Corinthian church, there was that behavior going on and

  124. Paul wrote this to correct that the body of Jesus we should

  125. descend. So whilst I was thinking about

  126. someone who would give us a very good example of discerning the

  127. Lord's body, then the woman who poured the perfume on the Lord's

  128. body came to my mind. So the action by that woman by

  129. breaking an expensive alabaster box could be seen as one person

  130. who would truly descend the body of Christ of Jesus for barrier.

  131. So As for the lost body, it is there many people encountered

  132. him in several ways. But this woman's action,

  133. thoughts, behavior, outcome could also give us a model that

  134. we can follow even as we approach the table of the Lord.

  135. To descend means that to separate, to distinguish, to

  136. descend one thing from another. Another great theologian says

  137. that the lost body for him, the lost body, he was referring to

  138. the literal body, and we need to appreciate the body by receiving

  139. or coming to the table with thankfulness and thanking him

  140. and appreciating the selling. The lost body is also our

  141. reverence response to the sacrifice of our Savior.

  142. So to descend the lost body means that you don't come to the

  143. lost table anyhow, but you come as a response.

  144. Your expression is what reverence to what He has done

  145. for us. So approaching the table, not as

  146. any other table, but with reverence, much gratitude.

  147. So when we come to this table, we are come with gratitude.

  148. Lord, I thank you that once I was a Sinner saved by grace.

  149. That should be our hearts that we express to the Lord.

  150. We should also express our affection in response to the

  151. death of the Savior. We should come and know that the

  152. Lord has done something great for me.

  153. Why I was Once Upon a time a Sinner condemned, nobody would

  154. like you, but because of the death and the table he has

  155. presented. Now we are called the beloved of

  156. the law. This is how we should approach

  157. and descend the law's table when we also approaching and

  158. discerning, we acknowledge that the table has been set through

  159. the death and sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

  160. This table has been set through the pains, excruciating pains,

  161. through the sufferings, through the death that he established

  162. this table for us. So it is not by ourselves, but

  163. someone, our Savior did it for us and we need to be thankful to

  164. him. Praise the Lord, Hallelujah.

  165. Oh, I said Hallelujah one time, David, David, you let me also

  166. link it to how you can draw that correlation between a table and

  167. the toils of someone who has set it even at home when you come

  168. home and your wife has toiled, someone has toiled us today we

  169. are going to we have another table set before us to come and

  170. sheer fellowship love feast the the team behind it.

  171. They have worked, they have worked and after they have

  172. worked, you come and you sit behind and you do your face

  173. somehow and you dip a finger in the food and at a taste no salt.

  174. And the one who told is standing there right beside you.

  175. The way the person go look your hair, you don't take care.

  176. The person will slap you. Why the person has toiled.

  177. Sometimes mines will cut our fingers.

  178. The the saddest part is that you will cry without receiving any

  179. lashes. Onions can make you cry.

  180. Onions or you're very good the the moment you come through, no,

  181. you cry or beyond mobile, you are crying in the kitchen and

  182. look at this describing we have gas.

  183. If you go to the to the villages and have the, the half the three

  184. stones and they put in some wood and other things, the smoke

  185. alone. The moment your wife is done

  186. with the food, she will come with a perfumed body from the

  187. hair to the clothes to the skin nuisance.

  188. And after they have told and run around to present your food,

  189. just come and eat it with a heart full of gratitude.

  190. Then at home my sons will come and see that mommy will not eat.

  191. The movement could feel open pussy.

  192. They will not eat. Come and see us of mommy.

  193. I said I can't be a beshen when he brought me pray and said to

  194. me, yeah, anyway, do you have any idea?

  195. I don't like this food. I said, Crano Panason, you don't

  196. like this food. Do you know how this table came?

  197. And also of Miami would talk and talk and in the end we have to

  198. come and convince them, hey, this food it has this, it has

  199. that. This is the real food.

  200. We Adrian via Candide and Papa eat this food.

  201. So now your anger will turn into a lecture.

  202. Then you have to lecture them as to why they then then after that

  203. long back and forth, they will not attempt the endocrown you.

  204. They will now going to attempt to see.

  205. Then you look at the face and the face bites.

  206. Oh the way they do their face. So it's the same thing Jesus had

  207. to suffer not just a cutting of knives or with things.

  208. Sometimes the vapor from the soup and the Stew, it can harm

  209. your skin and any time I come home and I see salt on the body

  210. of us of Mami, then it means that BBH Cheryl truly members

  211. are all the vapor, all the the stove, all that and she has to

  212. quickly get some salt and apply it so that it cannot spread

  213. through the entire skin. Look at the extent.

  214. So when I come and I eat, all that I have to tell my wife is

  215. thank you. Why?

  216. Because wow, me cooking is a well together, is a whole mood,

  217. is a whole trip. I can be thinking about it for a

  218. week cooking. So I find it very hard.

  219. So if you cook for me, I have to thank you because you have

  220. worked in the same way. The Lord has set a table before

  221. us. This one he had to squeeze his

  222. blood. This one, his body had to be

  223. lacerated. The body got torn the back it

  224. could have been that it was exposed to the point that you

  225. could see sometimes the ribs Jesus had to wear crown of

  226. thongs. Jesus had to suffer and and

  227. nothing is that that day Jesus did not eat.

  228. Why? Because of the table.

  229. Look at the the beautiful thing Jesus told them that I will not

  230. drink this wine with you. We'll be looking at the

  231. eschatological implication of this table.

  232. We'll get there and you see, so Jesus, that was the last food he

  233. ate. The God is why some people say

  234. the Last Supper and some to say the Lord's Supper.

  235. So we are referring to this table when Jesus was presenting,

  236. it was his last and it became a table.

  237. So Jesus, he suffered, truly he suffered to present us this

  238. food. At first when we got married,

  239. anytime a most of mother would give me food, I would say thank

  240. you, always thank you, always thank you.

  241. Then one day she reminded me when we married, at first he was

  242. saying thank you, even to the to some, yes.

  243. But now you don't say thank you. I'm saying yeah, Ebu, I'm sorry.

  244. Thank you for all the difficulties that she has been

  245. through. So, men, when you come and your

  246. wife gives you food, please thank her because she has

  247. suffered. Amen.

  248. Hallelujah. So that is the rationale behind

  249. discerning the laws body. Now you will not see the

  250. physical body now, but how you approach the attitude, the

  251. gratitude, your perception, everything.

  252. How you come to this table. Is this another way of

  253. discerning the laws body and afterwards what you will do

  254. after the laws table within the body of Christ?

  255. It's also another way of discerning the law's body.

  256. Let me give you example. David's mighty men.

  257. One day David said that he wants the, he wants water from the

  258. well at the gate of Bethlehem. You can find that text from

  259. Second Samuel 2317. Second Samuel 2370 So it says

  260. that, oh, how am I so long for the water at the well of the

  261. gate of Bethlehem. By that time the Philistines had

  262. occupied that gate. David, and so that ensued, 1 of

  263. it. So Davis.

  264. Three mighty men, they risked their lives, and they went

  265. through and broke through. So when they came with the

  266. water. Verse 17 David did not drink it,

  267. and he said, OK, let's go to the vest before 16.

  268. So the three mighty men broke through the camp of the

  269. Philistines, drew the water from the well of Bethlehem that was

  270. by the gates, and took it and brought it to David and brought

  271. it to David. Nevertheless, he will not drink,

  272. but pour it out to the Lord next verse.

  273. For he said that far it be from me, O Lord, that I should do

  274. this. Is this not the blood of the men

  275. who went in jeopardy of their lives?

  276. Therefore he will not drink it. These were done by the three

  277. mighty men. So David is saying that by

  278. extension, if I drink the water, it's like drinking their blood.

  279. So whatever somebody risk his life to produce can be

  280. equivalent to the life of that individual.

  281. So by extension, the lost table is as precious as the body and

  282. the blood from the cross. So the table here was purchased

  283. through the blood and the body and the sacrifice on the

  284. crossroad. If you come to the table anyhow,

  285. you are not discerning the body of Christ.

  286. That was the analogy or understanding that Paul brings

  287. to us from first Corinthians 11 verse 29.

    1 Corinthians 11:29

  288. So this table is very important. And when we come to the table,

  289. the VIP at the table is Jesus Christ Himself.

  290. No other person. We don't matter.

  291. It is only Him who is the most important person, and to him we

  292. owe everything. That is what the woman did for

  293. Jesus at the table. She distinguished the Law's body

  294. from any other body when Jesus visited them at the table.

  295. We need to always give Jesus Christ our best and unknowingly

  296. to her, what she was doing was a prebarrier, anointing and

  297. preparing Jesus Christ for the tomb or for the cross.

  298. So what the woman did was acknowledged by Christ.

  299. So people do not simply give their valuable things unless

  300. there is a cause or there is a motivation.

  301. The woman in the story identified the conditions and

  302. everything, and motivated by Jesus, his love for Him, she

  303. offered it. So what does the lost table mean

  304. to you? What does the lost table mean to

  305. you? Let's examine the response of

  306. the woman when she descend that the Messiah in Jesus.

  307. At the table she offered her best to the body of Christ.

  308. When she descended as her response, she offered her best.

  309. When you're coming to the table, offer your best.

  310. Even when you're invited by His Excellency Dramani Muhammad to

  311. come for a lunch at the Jubilee House.

  312. Everybody who here true of us, they're planning that will go

  313. into the selection of the dress. For US men, it will take us a

  314. day. For the women, take them one

  315. month to plan an attack. You don't even sleep.

  316. You wake up early in the morning or even be rehearsing.

  317. If you are going to dine with Prince Charles or King Charles,

  318. you have to be taught. You will be schooled on the

  319. etiquettes how to dine with Royals.

  320. You have to be taught and be groomed even how to greet the

  321. king, how to bow, how to welcome him, how to turn your neck, how

  322. to look at him. They will screw you.

  323. Keno, how much more coming to the table of the king?

  324. At the table the king is always there, because no king will

  325. throw you a banquet and will be absent.

  326. So when you come to the lost table, His name is there, so He

  327. is present. The elements, you see that they

  328. represent Him, but He comes, He shows up.

  329. So when you are coming to the King, that is why we say the

  330. Lord Supper, prayers, preparatory prayers.

  331. Why do we do that? Because we prepare to dine with

  332. the Lord everywhere in the Scripture, when the Lord was

  333. descending to come into their midst, you say that they should

  334. prepare to meet Him. Prepare to meet your God.

  335. So in the same way, don't just come without consciously

  336. preparing your mindset that I am going to the presence of a king,

  337. I'm going to a table that was purchased by him and therefore I

  338. need to go prepared. If going to meet His Excellency

  339. Draman Mahama, you have to prepare and prepare and prepare.

  340. Then coming to the lost table will require even much more.

  341. Hallelujah. So offer your best, offer your

  342. best. When you come, you need to

  343. prepare. Come with a clean heart,

  344. prepare, offer your best. Offering your best does not end

  345. here or that does not come here. It goes to you everywhere you

  346. are. And you need to offer your best

  347. of character, your best of everything to the whole world.

  348. The woman's expression of devotion when she descend Jesus

  349. at the table. Let's look at how she expressed

  350. her devotion. She brought out a beautiful

  351. alabaster jar and the content was an expensive perfume.

  352. The ESV described as pure nut or a perfume oil.

  353. Those were used for solemn acts of devotion and it was used to

  354. anoint guests. Some were used for many other

  355. things. So when she descend the Law's

  356. body, the Law's body, she came with a very pure thing.

  357. May we come to the lost table with a pure heart.

  358. That was from the ESV Steady Bible, please not, not from the

  359. ESV text. Sorry about that.

  360. So there were some hindrances in Ipano, Assam.

  361. The disciples. This woman was a bold woman

  362. because she has to breakthrough the the to go to a table

  363. dominated by men and to identify Jesus at the table required so

  364. much. Required so much.

  365. Then the disciples, our fellow believers, especially Judas.

  366. What a waste. He could have been sold.

  367. What a waste. So she expressed her love after

  368. discerning the Lord's body. Something will do you, you

  369. express it. As for her, she expressed by

  370. giving something special to Jesus after discerning the

  371. Lord's body. You cannot live for yourself.

  372. You must live for Jesus. You must do what?

  373. Live for Jesus. That was what she did.

  374. And when you want to do something for the Lord, or after

  375. descending the Lord's body, don't confer with flesh and

  376. blood. Paul says that when he had the

  377. call, he did not immediately confer with flesh and blood.

  378. Why? Because they would discourage

  379. you. That was from one of the

  380. apostles of Jesus, Judas, the finance minister.

  381. This the in fact discouraging the the woman from expressing

  382. her love after discerning So after descending the lost body

  383. here expresses. Some will come at you and say

  384. the other with Tinuana. Don't mind them, you have seen

  385. something they have not seen. When you encounter Jesus, your

  386. output expressions will be different.

  387. Hallelujah. Some have identified this woman

  388. as Mary, the brother of Lazarus. It was that same man who sat at

  389. the feet of Jesus whilst Martha was busy preparing another

  390. table. Mary was sitting with Jesus.

  391. No wonder she was moved. You can see that probably the

  392. way Jesus loved them and brought their brother back, back to life

  393. and what she saw in Jesus listening to her motivated her

  394. to do what she did for Jesus. So she was motivated by her love

  395. for Christ. And as a result, Jesus says that

  396. wherever the gospel is preached, what this man has done will also

  397. be said that she did it. The purpose for expressing her

  398. sacrifice of her sacrifice was to prepare the body of Jesus for

  399. barrier. That was where she descended the

  400. body. She descend the body.

  401. You need to look beyond this small table and it's not about

  402. the size of the table. Our table can be small, but the

  403. weights on the table is what really speaks.

  404. So the purpose is to prepare Jesus for his barrier, to

  405. prepare Jesus for his barrier. Look, not this.

  406. Jesus is the anointed 1 Messiah. Anointed, in fact he was.

  407. He was filled with the Holy Spirit in the womb and Jesus

  408. took the form of body from a woman.

  409. And no wonder that to let the body go through suffering, she

  410. was anointed by a woman. So there was somebody who needed

  411. to anoint him to prepare his body, but who would catch that

  412. revelation to do it? It was someone who descend the

  413. lost body. Who did that?

  414. May we descend the lost body. Oh, if you're here, give me a

  415. bigger Amen. Amen.

  416. So Jesus himself said that she has poured this perfume on my

  417. body to prepare for barrier. So his body needed to prepare

  418. for barrier because his body will not decay.

  419. The other woman went there on the Sabbath day on the first day

  420. of the week to go and then perfume his body again.

  421. But when they got there, they were late.

  422. Anything you have to do for the Lord, do it fast, because the

  423. opportunity may not be there forever.

  424. Mary caught that opportunity and she did it and anointed the body

  425. of Christ before her for for His barrier.

  426. Jesus said that the woman has done a good thing for him, a

  427. good thing for him Today you may not see his physical body, but

  428. whatever you are doing for someone in the body of Christ,

  429. you are also doing a good thing for the body of Christ.

  430. Do something good and Jesus will thank you to today.

  431. You may not see him and anoint him with with the expensive one,

  432. but as you are doing it for the the least amongst us, you are

  433. doing a good thing for Him and Jesus will thank you for that

  434. good thing. Hallelujah.

  435. Let the good thing that you are doing for Jesus be the good name

  436. you portray out there. Do a good thing for the Lord, Do

  437. a good work for the Lord. The occasion was just once was

  438. rare. It will not be OK when Jesus

  439. said that. As for the poor, you always

  440. have, but As for me, you will not have.

  441. So the woman identify and seize the moment.

  442. And she did it. She broke her expensive

  443. alabaster jar and she did it for the Lord today.

  444. Don't hoard it, break it. Oh, you didn't hear me today.

  445. Don't hoard the good things you have, break them in the name of

  446. the Lord, and the Lord will bless you to you.

  447. Jesus, he did not. He did not keep his life to

  448. himself, He broke it. So anyone who follows his

  449. example of sacrifice and given you, move him to your behalf.

  450. Sacrifice, then give him. May we continually sacrifice

  451. even the tables before us. If you go to our page, some

  452. people sacrifice for this table to be here.

  453. True or false. You see the name there?

  454. Elder and the dickness Unni. Elder and Unni and I must be

  455. human and I'm in Kahun and I'm minister of Mami Kahun.

  456. The way to rejoin. So when we are sacrificing every

  457. day. So even this table, somebody

  458. took money from the pocket for it to be here.

  459. Jesus, He didn't just take money, He took his life to make

  460. the table a reality for you. So may we thank Him and descend

  461. as Mary did for her. Hallelujah.

  462. Oh, I said Hallelujah. So now when we descend the

  463. Lord's body, let us offer a sweet smelling aromatic memorial

  464. sacrifice to the Lord. Amen.

  465. Oh, I said Amen. Because of our time, I will run

  466. to is quite a longer 1, so I will run to the final part.

  467. The eschalogical eschatological implication of the laws table.

  468. Implications of the laws table. Let us read from Luke chapter

  469. 2215 following Luke 2215 following.

  470. Let's take this one from there, NLT.

  471. There's a particular way there I want to have ambly bring to

  472. attention. Then you end, Jesus said.

  473. Listen to this as I try to end, Jesus said.

  474. I have been very eager to eat this Passover meal with you

  475. before my suffering begins. Let's go on, for I tell you now

  476. that I won't eat this meal. Look at the this referring to

  477. that day, this meal again until its full meaning is fulfilled in

  478. the Kingdom of God. Then he took a cup of wine and

  479. gave thanks to God for it. Then he said, take this and

  480. share it among yourselves, for I will not drink wine again until

  481. the Kingdom of God has come. Next verse please.

  482. He took some bread and gave thanks to God for it.

  483. Then he broke it in peace and gave it to the disciples,

  484. saying, This is my body, which is what given to you.

  485. Do this to Remember Me. After supper, he took another

  486. cup of wine and said This cup is the new covenant between God and

  487. his people, an agreement confirmed with my blood, which

  488. is poured out as a sacrifice for you.

  489. There is a story here. So you will be wondering how

  490. many cups did Jesus speak or you didn't see it?

  491. I intentionally read this Boko so that you will see it.

  492. He took a cup. The first was a cup, then he

  493. took another cup. OK, this same text.

  494. Let's read it from the new King James and see.

  495. Look at how the King James qualified the cup.

  496. King James says the cup, so it means there was a particular cup

  497. there. If you read the historical

  498. things behind the table, they were expecting the Messiah to

  499. come. So whenever they eat the

  500. Passover meal, there is always a particular cup that is tanned

  501. Yebutuno. So there are other cups, there

  502. are several cups, but there's a particular cup that is always

  503. turned upside down. And when Jesus had given them

  504. the initial drink with any cup, then he, he broke the bread for

  505. them, referring to himself. Then finally he took that cup,

  506. the cup that is always, I don't know if it's always set in the

  507. middle or in the left or right, but there's always a cup there

  508. referring to the Messiah's cup. So when Jesus took the cup, he

  509. was referring to himself that I am the Messiah who has come.

  510. So the table that Jesus was setting 1.

  511. He says that I've been very eager.

  512. This, this was not the first time he was eating the Passover.

  513. He had been eating probably for that.

  514. This would have been the third one or who knows.

  515. And he would say that he was eager to eat this last one with

  516. the why? Because he was fading away the

  517. Passover and he was instituting a new covenant in his blood.

  518. Also, he was eager because that will be the last one he's going

  519. to eat with them. That will be the last meal.

  520. I will not eat this meal again. Meaning that he had been eaten

  521. until his meaning has been fulfilled in the Kingdom of God.

  522. So eschatologically, it means that if this is the last one

  523. Jesus is eating, then there will be a first one in the Kingdom

  524. who will eat with Him. So if you don't participate in

  525. this table, this one is a dress rehearsal.

  526. We are rehearsing on earth how to dine with him in the Kingdom,

  527. and there's a table there he has set for us.

  528. So you will not eat this meal again until in the new Kingdom.

  529. And then he also said that he took the cup and gift us and say

  530. that take this share among yourself.

  531. I will not drink wine again. I will not.

  532. So there's another wine we will drink with the Lord.

  533. So we will not drink earthly wine at this table forever.

  534. Need to be any of this wine. A day's coming, we'll be going

  535. to taste the eternal, the heavenly wine.

  536. I don't know how it will feel when it's going down your

  537. throat. I don't know the feeling it will

  538. create in your mouth. I don't know how it if it will

  539. create a it will be sweet. A bed upon a bed upon the reason

  540. why these little guys love Christmas and those nice things

  541. that the food and the atmosphere, everything, it

  542. creates a memory in their mind and they want to really leave it

  543. again. So Jesus was saying by this last

  544. time there's going to be another one.

  545. That one, when you taste it, you enjoy.

  546. So as we come here eschatologically, we are

  547. thinking that we are doing this in anticipation of a better wine

  548. that is yet to come. We are tasting this bread, but

  549. there is a bread in eternity in heaven, where Jesus is going to

  550. give to us. So when you are coming to the

  551. table, prepare your mind eschatologically that a day is

  552. coming. It will be your Last Supper.

  553. Help improve. A day will come, everybody.

  554. This table might be your Last Supper before you die.

  555. So that is why sometimes when people are sick at home they see

  556. that, bring me some, let me eat some.

  557. Probably that will be the last one before the transition to

  558. meet the original 1. The original 1 is there, and

  559. Jesus would give to us to have a bite and a taste.

  560. So this table is not saying that I will not drink it again.

  561. He was facing out, the old was going away and was instituting

  562. the Lost Supper for us. May we come with this heart that

  563. we are thanking Him eschatologically.

  564. It's also important that as we die at the Lost Table, we are

  565. thinking of the glorious feast in heaven.

  566. That table is set. The chairs are there.

  567. Our names have been put on a chair.

  568. The chairs have been labeled. What is waiting is that there's

  569. somebody at the gates waiting to hear the trumpet call so that

  570. they will assemble all the Saints together to enter that.

  571. Hall. And to go and dine with the Lord

  572. Jesus, that when Jesus was sit at the table, at the head of

  573. that table. So what we are doing here is in

  574. anticipation. So if you don't come to this

  575. table, do you think you can go to that one up there?

  576. I had the Akran Ujani Nasro. So don't run away.

  577. Descend it well and come and do it.

  578. A word of caution to those at the table.

  579. Judas too came to the table. Judas Iscariot, he was also

  580. present at the table on Earth. So another word is that the fact

  581. that you come to this table does not guarantee your position at

  582. the table in heaven called Judas.

  583. He was at the table, but he betrayed Jesus Christ.

  584. So a word of question. If you don't take care, you will

  585. taste the earthly table, but you miss the heavenly table.

  586. May we not miss it? Hallelujah, Hallelujah.

  587. At the table, opportunities abound.

  588. It was at the same table that Judas was looking for

  589. opportunity to betray Jesus. Whilst people were looking for

  590. opportunity to anoint His body, Judas was looking for the

  591. opportunity to betray the Lord. It was at the same table that

  592. Jesus taught the disciples. He washed his their feet.

  593. He washed the feet of all of them.

  594. Peter said the Lord don't do not just my feet, the whole body and

  595. Jesus said that anyone who has taken a bath does not need to

  596. bath again, but to wash the feet.

  597. So the preaching and everything they had heard from Jesus meant

  598. that they were clean and was teaching them that do same.

  599. You called me master, master, master, you called me teacher

  600. and I'm doing this. Make sure you do that.

  601. So at the last table, if you descend him very well, we serve.

  602. We serve at the table of the Lord.

  603. We don't go there to Lord it over.

  604. He said that the people of this world, they Lord it over their

  605. followers, but not here. Jesus said I'm not here and

  606. Yamaha may hide the over some. So he told them that go and do

  607. likewise. Go and do what?

  608. Likewise. So at the table when you dine

  609. with him, you have to go and serve.

  610. After dining, you must be unleashed.

  611. Oh, you didn't hear me. After dining.

  612. He taught them a valuable lesson to serve one another.

  613. So after dining, the effects from the table is that you have

  614. nothing but to go and save. Husbands will save our wives.

  615. Wives will save our husbands. Children will serve parents.

  616. Parents will serve children. Church members will serve God

  617. well. We will serve God at our

  618. workplaces. We will serve God when we are

  619. looking at the figures before us.

  620. We will serve God when we are fixing prices on our product.

  621. We will serve God by doing everything right.

  622. We will serve God by not selling bad things to people in the name

  623. of class. Adya Otaman and your parents.

  624. Not one more final. Are you serving God?

  625. Let us serve God who end with Paul.

  626. He say that anyone who eats and drink this cup in an unworthy

  627. manner eats and drinks judgments upon themselves.

  628. So Paul was emphatic that that is how many people are weak and

  629. I'll for not descend. So if you don't descend the lost

  630. table, well, you will be judged, you will be judged, you will be

  631. judged. So eventually Judas who spoke

  632. against the woman who descend the lost table, was the one who

  633. could not descend the lost table, that the Lord's body and

  634. betrayed him with pieces of silver.

  635. So if you feel to descend the Lord at his table, you will

  636. betray him. Look at the example of Judas.

  637. And even now Paul is saying that that is where many are weak and

  638. people have even died. So people have even died.

  639. So if you come to the lost table and you don't take it serious,

  640. the Lord is serious. The Lost Supper is not to be

  641. taken lightly because it's a new covenant that cost Jesus his

  642. life. Enacting the new covenant, It

  643. cost him his life. Don't let us come as a

  644. meaningless ritual every month. Be a cause.

  645. So now people have used it as their first.

  646. Oh, this is the first Sunday. Also today we'll go to the

  647. luster. Also today we'll do this.

  648. So now it's becoming a ritual. So the moment you go, just make

  649. yourself pious, sanctimonious. Don't let your feet even touch

  650. the ground. He wants a good heart from you.

  651. So it's not how you walk. So pious.

  652. Oh, Jesus. Oh, Sokoto.

  653. Mama. No, no.

  654. He wants your heart to be that. He wants your heart to be

  655. humble. He wants your heart to come to

  656. him with reference. And the fear that this table.

  657. Jesus, Oba, I've told you that no king throws a banquet and

  658. he's absent. He comes, he shows up.

  659. Shall we be on our feet? Shall we be on our feet?

  660. May the Lord help us so that this table here, the essence is

  661. to strengthen our faith. The key thing is what?

  662. Strengthen our faith. So if you are coming and you are

  663. not coming in a wealthy manner because you're not descending

  664. the lost table and his body, well, we are praying to the Lord

  665. that Lord forgive us if we have not descend your body and we

  666. have behaved anyhow, have mercy upon us.

  667. Lift up your voice and you know, pray to the Lord, begin to pray

  668. to the we are asking God to forgive us that many a times we

  669. don't even prepare ourselves. We don't plan, we don't come

  670. with a prepared heart, a heart of gratitude and thankfulness.

  671. Let us ask God, forgive us Lord, have mercy over us.

  672. Have mercy over us. The number of times we have not

  673. come to your table well prepared.

  674. We don't descend you at the table that it is through your,

  675. the purchase of your blood that you have purchased this for us.

  676. Forgive us Lord, forgive us Lord.

  677. We want to thank the Lord that He has done this for us.

  678. We are discerning the Lord's body by thanking Him, by

  679. acknowledging that He paid it. He paid the price for us to have

  680. this table. The Lord set this table before

  681. us by offering His only Son as a sacrifice.

  682. Let us thank Him. Open your mouth and begin to

  683. thank the Lord. Open your mouth and will thank

  684. the Lord to us. Let the Lord hear that you are

  685. so. Lord for thank you, Lord.

  686. For what I have done for. You Lord for.

  687. We are forever thankful. Father sending holy thank.

  688. You Lord to. Come and die for us.

  689. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord.

  690. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord.

  691. Thank you, Lord. Father, we appreciate.

  692. Lord, if I. Thank you.

  693. We thank you, Father. We thank you, Lord.

  694. We thank you, Lord, we thank. You, Father.

  695. Lord, we thank you. Lord, we thank you, Father.

  696. In the name of. Jesus.

  697. We are praying to thank the Lord for what He has done for us by

  698. sending His holy begotten Son. For God so loved the world that

  699. He gave us His one and only Son, that whosoever believes in Him

  700. will not perish, but have everlasting life.

  701. So they won't be intentional in thanking God for his only Son,

  702. that through Him we have access to the table, through Him we

  703. have access to Him. Let us lift up our voice.

  704. I'm going to thank the Lord. Let us appreciate with the heart

  705. of gratitude. Thank Him.

  706. Thank you, Lord, we thank you. Lord, We thank you.

  707. Lord, we thank you, Lord, we thank you.

  708. In the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, shall we

  709. be seated? Please, shall we be seated?

  710. Mayweja Party War crystal. Moon.

  711. When Mary descend the body of Christ, she expressed it.

  712. We too know that we have descend His body.

  713. What is the form of your expression?

  714. After descending the Lord's body, anyone who descends his

  715. body, descend his body. There was an expression.

  716. Mary brought forth her expensive perfume and anointed Jesus the

  717. body of Christ. Today, what is your expression

  718. towards the body of Christ? You may say medium, me,

  719. Bonidina, my day, Madonna. Today I want you to form a new

  720. expression that we have descend the body.

  721. Even if you have not descended the body by this word, you have

  722. descended up to some point. What are you going to do after

  723. discerning the body of Christ? Judas Iscariot criticized and he

  724. was ostracized from the Kingdom. He was expelled.

  725. He lost his place and was given to somebody else.

  726. May we not be critics at the table, but may we appreciate the

  727. Lord and focus on Him. Form your expression.

  728. Form your expression. Form an expression that, O God,

  729. after I descend your body, I will also serve.

  730. That is what we have to do. From leaving His table, He

  731. commissioned to go and save today.

  732. What are you doing in response? After thanking Him?

  733. What other thing do you want to do?

  734. That is what we are going to possess the nation with the

  735. gospel and with the power of the Holy Spirit.

  736. We are going to transform society and it starts with you

  737. and I, our form of expressing our faith.

  738. After the descend, the body of Christ would touch a life

  739. somewhere, would touch a family somewhere, will bring

  740. transformation to somebody, will bring somebody to the Kingdom.

  741. Lord, Lord, allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you.

  742. Mary give her beautiful Alabastaja.

  743. With content so expensive as her form of expression after she

  744. descend the body today, after you have descend the Lord's

  745. body, how are you going to express it?

  746. Paul says that proclaim the lost death until he comes.

  747. There's another form of expression, evangelizing.

  748. Witnessing is a form of expression.

  749. After you have descend the body, you will not sit down, but you

  750. go forth. Oh God, Father, in the name of

  751. Jesus, we thank you that today you have reminded us that we

  752. need to discern your body. Mary, discern your body and

  753. prepare your body for barrier. And it was a good thing, you

  754. remark. That was a good thing.

  755. Lord, may our expression after descending your body through

  756. your table that you are the VIP in our life, help us so that we

  757. also do good thing to the body, to the body of believers.

  758. We also do good things to each other.

  759. We will love one another and we will love you dearly.

  760. Thank you for your work today as we come to dine with you.

  761. Lord, we pray the Lord let grace abound unto us.

  762. We wash ourselves in the blood of Jesus and let the blood speak

  763. for us and cover all weaknesses. We thank You that in the

  764. Kingdom, when all is fulfilled, we are going to taste a heavily

  765. bread and a heavily wine with you, and there you are going to

  766. comfort us. Thank you Lord, as we live in

  767. readiness in anticipation of that day.

  768. May that understanding and thoughts dominate our lives so

  769. that we'll not leave for ourselves, but we'll leave for

  770. you in Jesus name, Amen. Let us read from First

  771. Corinthians where we we just finished off as a way of

  772. reminding ourselves before we dine with the Lord.

  773. First Corinthians 11. We'll take it from the 23rd

  774. verse following 23rd verse First Corinthians 1111 from verse 23

  775. following Can we get the new King James and then the new For

  776. I received from the Lord.
