  8. This is an opportunity, David. I was glad when they said to me,

  9. let's go into the presence of you can never be in the presence

  10. of God. I can never work with you.

  18. Go to the noted 1 flows through the night.

  19. This is our prayer. Oh God, annoying us with fresh,

  20. oh your fro. Oh please Lord, we bought this

  21. morning carist on Caribbean. This is a prayer, This is a

  22. prayer Jesus, waiting for your touch.

  23. We are waiting for your touch, Lord, once again.

  24. I just want you to open your mouth, speak the speak of the

  32. O Lord Jesus. Hallelujah, Hallelujah,

  33. Hallelujah. Oh, if you are, clap and clap to

  34. the glory of the Lord. Praise the Lord, Hallelujah.

  35. Last week I said as we are waiting upon the Lord and we are

  36. going to dine with Him, each and every one of us should have an

  37. expectation, and I'm of a firm conviction that before this

  38. morning's service will come to a close, the Lord will do

  39. something new. You don't need to believe it

  40. before I believe it. I believe it.

  41. And so whether you say Amen or you don't say it, the Lord will

  42. do it. Amen.

  43. This morning we are privileged to have our dear mother in the

  44. person of Mrs. Josiah Cosa. Shall we welcome here?

  45. God richly bless you. On this note, we invite our dear

  46. pastor, Pastor Josiah Cosa. Shall we welcome him with your

  47. father? Oh praise the Lord, Hallelujah.

  48. May the grace and peace from our Father and our Savior, Lord

  49. Jesus Christ be multiplied unto us all.

  50. We thank God for today. Today we are going to dine with

  51. the Lord and today too is Palm Sunday, so we want to also

  52. celebrate the triumphant entry of Christ into Jerusalem.

  53. Amen. Friday we began looking at the

  54. church. Unleash lessons from Job lessons

  55. from Job and we read from Job chapter 29.

    Job 29 chapter mention

  56. We read from one to verse 6. So today we will read from verse

  57. 7 following. But by way of recap, we looked

  58. at the first point. We looked at why Job and we saw

  59. that Job was commanded by God himself as someone who is

  60. righteous and the way he used to live his life.

  61. So this whole chapter Job is recounting how he used to live

  62. his life and that is what we want to learn from that.

  63. We want to pick some valuable things from the life of Job and

  64. that was to help us that as the church we are being unleashed or

  65. as the church unleashed, we can draw some valuable things from

  66. the life and the story of Job. So we want to pick from Job.

  67. Friday we saw that Job had a personal relationship with God

  68. and he also had a household relationship with God.

  69. So we are saying that charity begins at home.

  70. We cannot possess the world if we fail to possess our homes.

  71. So Job was someone who was conscious that God was with him,

  72. so he knew that he had the presence of God, and because of

  73. that he built artists to pray for his own children year after

  74. year after they had gone to have their own in a way party or

  75. things. So Job will erect authors and

  76. pray and purify them, saying that perhaps they might have

  77. sinned against God and that was his regular way of life.

  78. So we are saying that fathers, we should carry the fire for the

  79. home, for God bless us. We saw that.

  80. The second thing we saw from verse 6 was that the path and

  81. the steps of the church unleashed.

  82. Job had his path drenched with cream and the rock poured out

  83. for him streams of olive oil. We saw that it was a

  84. representation of how Job was affluent.

  85. He was rich, he was he had wealth and as a church, the

  86. church unleashed. The world is full of dryness, so

  87. we need to let our path be full of cream so that the world will

  88. know that every step of ours we will leave lasting impacts and

  89. God will be blessed. And also that the rock which is

  90. Christ Jesus himself, may he continually pour for us streams

  91. of olive oil so that we will not lack oil.

  92. We saw that our head should never lack oil, so the church

  93. should always be anointed, otherwise we'll leave.

  94. We'll become as dry as the world is.

  95. So we are moving on to the that point and that would take us

  96. from Job 26, from verse 7 following Job 26, from verse 7,

  97. following. Say that when I went to the gate

  98. of the city and took my seat in where the public square, the

  99. young man saw me and stepped aside.

  100. The old man rose to their feet. The chief men refrained from

  101. speaking and covered their mouths with their hands.

  102. The voices of the nobles were hushed, and their tongue stuck

  103. to the roof of their mouths. Whoever had me spoke well of me,

  104. and those who saw me commended me.

  105. Why? Because I rescued the poor who

  106. cried for help, and the fatherless who had none to

  107. assist them, The one who was dying, bless me.

  108. I made the widow's heart sing. I put on righteousness as my

  109. clothing. Justice was my rope and my

  110. turban. I was eyes to the blind and feet

  111. to the limb. I was a father to the needy, and

  112. I took up the case of the stranger.

  113. I broke the fangs of the wicked and sniped the victims from

  114. their feet. I thought I would die in my own

  115. house, my days as numerous as the greens of sand.

  116. My roots will reach to the water, and dew will lie all

  117. night on my branches. My glory will not fade.

  118. The bull will never, will ever be new in my hand.

  119. People listened to me expectantly, waiting in silence

  120. for my counsel. After I had spoken, they spoke

  121. no more. My words fell gently on their

  122. ears. They waited for me for showers.

  123. They waited for me As for showers and drunken my words as

  124. the spring rain. When I smiled at them, they

  125. scarcely believed it. The light of my face was

  126. precious to them. I chose the way for them and

  127. such as their chief, I dwelt as a king among his troops.

  128. I was like one who comforts mourners.

  129. Amen. Oh, I said, Amen.

  130. So we want to move quickly through this, and we are still

  131. learning from Job. We are still learning from Job.

  132. So the third thing we want to learn from Job from verse 7 to

  133. 10 is that beyond the fortress, Job's bold step of leaving the

  134. splendor for service. So we need to leave splendor for

  135. service. Live in your splendor for

  136. service. Job was rich.

  137. He could have chosen to enjoy. He could have chosen to remain

  138. in the comfort of his home. Sometimes the church, we are

  139. blessed. We live in the splendor of our

  140. homes, of our church buildings. We live in so much splendor of

  141. what God has done for us. But the church on leash, like

  142. Job, need to live splendor for service.

  143. You need to leave the comfort of your homes for the gutters of

  144. the ghettos. We need to descend from the

  145. splendor of our luxurious places wherever you are comfortable,

  146. and descend to the to the undesirable pits where men are

  147. locked up. So Job he did not just remain,

  148. he left. So Job went to the city gates.

  149. The city gate was where they used to meet every city.

  150. The their gates was the point of transaction.

  151. It was the point where they conducted everything.

  152. They would accept even they will transact, buy land, buy and

  153. sell. So everything.

  154. So by effect, Job, as we learned from him, did not stay at home.

  155. He went out. He went out to the center of

  156. action. So the church to the center of

  157. action is not here. This place is not the center of

  158. action. This place we just spent about

  159. two hours to three hours and we leave.

  160. The center of action is where you work, where you spend 8

  161. hours a day, Monday to Friday, and even go beyond, where you

  162. spend much of your time, your working life, that is your city

  163. gates. And Job left his splendor and he

  164. went to serve. So Job had his own sphere of

  165. influence, his own sphere of influence.

  166. We too, your sphere of influence is different from mind sphere.

  167. Your sphere could be wider, your reach could be much more because

  168. some of us will work with students, we teach them.

  169. Some of us we work in the business field where we meet

  170. high profile men and women. Some of us, we work with our

  171. friends, with our colleagues. Wherever you spend your time,

  172. that is your city gates, that is it.

  173. And you need to go out there and make an impact.

  174. So he went there and another thing he did was that he had a

  175. seat. Let's go go back to the verse

  176. seven. Job says that when he leaves,

  177. when he left, he went to the city gate, to the gate of the

  178. city and took mine seats. So Job had a seat.

  179. Job had a seat. Where is your seat?

  180. Sometimes we may think that, oh, I don't want to worry others.

  181. The seat that you have at your working place, you are not just

  182. there for yourself. If at the work you do, God

  183. intentionally gave it to you, not just to go there and to earn

  184. a living for yourself. If for that alone, God can still

  185. reign mana for you so that you know it, but you are there as

  186. His representative. You are there as His ambassador.

  187. You are there ending a living. But God has strategically placed

  188. us at wherever we are for His own intention.

  189. We need to go back and ask God, Lord, what would you have me do

  190. at where I work? You are there to change

  191. somebody's life. You are there to be a source of

  192. encouragement for someone. Probably you are there because

  193. of one soul. That is why God is keeping you

  194. there. So don't just gloss over your

  195. ministry to your seats at your workplace.

  196. Everybody has a ministry, everybody, every believer.

  197. You are saved to make an impact. Look at the self to the disciple

  198. name, that his name appeared just once in the Acts, but he

  199. was the one who prayed for Saul to receive his sight.

  200. He was the one who God Jesus showed him that.

  201. Go to this house, there is a man there named Saul.

  202. He is praying. Go and lay your hands on him to

  203. receive sight and you'll be filled with the Holy Ghost.

  204. But that man, his name appeared once since then.

  205. It was poor, poor, poor, poor, poor, poor.

  206. So Paul cannot glory in the Lord because the person who laid

  207. hands on him to receive the Holy Ghost was not even an apostle.

  208. He was a disciple. So in the Church of God, Jesus

  209. is the one who is the head. Yeah, yeah, we are servants.

  210. So please, you are there. Probably you are there because a

  211. word from your mouth would save a generation to come.

  212. So don't just think that me I go work, come home, work.

  213. No church. Don't involve yourself with

  214. spiritual things. You are here to work.

  215. No, no, no, no, no. Don't draw the line of secular

  216. sacred young people and free home.

  217. We need to take our spirituality to fill the secular spaces.

  218. Wherever we are, we are spiritual beings.

  219. Wherever we are, Jesus is there. Jesus must be seen wherever I

  220. work and wherever I go. So Job carried that thing and he

  221. went out city gates. You need to have a seat.

  222. You need to have a seat. You need to have a seat.

  223. And honor was not merely bestowed on Job, but you soon

  224. see what why they did what they did.

  225. Let's try and then read from the verse 8, the groups, the noble

  226. groups who when they saw Job, you may think that was just

  227. because of his money, but it wasn't just for his money.

  228. You will see. So that he was involved in acts

  229. of kindness service, so that the young man saw me and stepped

  230. aside. Your young men, young men, by

  231. their nature, they will not just step aside, they want to occupy

  232. space, but whenever they saw Job, they will step aside.

  233. So there are about 5 of them, so that the first one is young men

  234. and they step word aside. The second group is old men and

  235. then chief men. Look at how the whole thing is

  236. progressing. Go back to the verse 8 and let's

  237. check. Young men, old men, next one is

  238. what chief men, next one is nobles.

  239. And the last one, so young men, all the noble groups, leaders,

  240. the young, the ages, the Princess, the highest city

  241. officials, when they all saw him, they honored Job.

  242. Job was not a priest. Job was not a prophet, but he

  243. was a businessman, A wealthy man who loved God.

  244. So you don't have to tell me that unless you are a priest,

  245. you cannot serve God well. Is a lie.

  246. Go and check the scriptures. Abraham.

  247. Abraham was a businessman. He was what, a businessman.

  248. He traveled Isaac and ghost Jacob go and see him.

  249. He was business minded. So God wants to use ordinary men

  250. and women like us to transform the world.

  251. Only that open up your heart for him.

  252. So he wasn't a priest, but he lived a righteous life and his

  253. life affected the entire space. So take your sacred life to the

  254. secular world. Hallelujah.

  255. Oh, I said Hallelujah. Oh, why are you angry with me?

  256. So when they saw him, it wasn't just for fun, but Job was doing

  257. something spectacular. Job had influence even to to the

  258. point that the young men step aside.

  259. Young men want to occupy in Chile from abrancia Obrana on

  260. tea. Do you know how to bra Okanisha

  261. like a cock? If you push it hard, another

  262. water. Why?

  263. Because of the strength abrancia.

  264. So the young ones are not just easily to move away, but they

  265. step aside. The old men rose to their feet.

  266. Old men, they wouldn't just rise to their feet unless they see

  267. another one who is older than. So Job was doing something

  268. spectacular for old men to rise to their feet.

  269. Verse 9 The chief men, they did what?

  270. Refrain from speaking. Chief chief men, they talk, they

  271. have wisdom. But when they saw Job, they

  272. refrain from speaking, and not just that, they covered their

  273. mouth. Just say no, not per SE a

  274. Casacra, don't talk. Then the nobles, the voices of

  275. the nobles that you always hear, they even kept quiet.

  276. Not that their tongues stuck to the roof of their mouth, meaning

  277. that the the voice, even the sound, their voice cannot even

  278. utter even any sound. They needed to keep quiet.

  279. Why? Because job is in town.

  280. I pray that the church unleashed when we hit the streets, when

  281. you get to your work, when you move out, when you as a church

  282. unleashed at your workplaces, these things should happen to

  283. you. If they are not happening at

  284. your workplace, then please go back and sit down.

  285. If they don't accord you, eat. We need you eat.

  286. They will be speaking something bad, but the moment they see

  287. your face, they know that you preach against them.

  288. They know that you won't do it. They know that you you are also

  289. for you are for Christ. You are you are godly.

  290. That is what should happen and the church on leash should have

  291. the impact. I pray that will transform our

  292. spheres. We would change it and we would

  293. change it and change it and change it.

  294. Hallelujah. Oh, I said Hallelujah.

  295. And then Job and all these things because of what he did

  296. next verse, not against that. Those who heard of me spoke

  297. well, and those who saw me commended me.

  298. Two things are there. Please go back to the verse 11,

  299. verse 11, verse 11. So those who had and so don't

  300. you see something in line with our theme for this year?

  301. The gospel must be preached to be heard.

  302. The Holy Ghost power must be demonstrated to be seen.

  303. Couldn't you see there? So in effect, when they hear of

  304. us, they must hear about the gospel being practicalized.

  305. And when they see us, they should see the power of God

  306. demonstrated through us. And that is when the church will

  307. be commanded. So the church on leash, we are

  308. being on leash with the gospel, by preaching the gospel, by

  309. living by the gospel. And also those who see us should

  310. see the power of the Holy Spirit demonstrated in us.

  311. The Holy Spirit power is not for speaking in tons.

  312. So Tom, I repeat, the Holy Spirit power, it's not the

  313. Hiribaba. You do like Ababa Baba.

  314. No, no, no, no, no, no. That is the entry point.

  315. That is the entry, just the entry points.

  316. But the life in the Holy Ghost is much more deeper, It's much

  317. more richer. It's much more, oh, very sweet,

  318. because righteousness, joy, peace in the Holy Ghost.

  319. The Kingdom of God is not about eating and drinking, but it is

  320. more about demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit and the

  321. Holy Spirit, His presence and his active presence with you,

  322. you would definitely carry something.

  323. Something will be there and somebody will meet you.

  324. Who are you? And I'm I have entered places.

  325. You are a pastor and I would say how did you know?

  326. No, no, no, I'm not. I'm not even the way you even

  327. speak shows that you are a pastor.

  328. What did you see me? You're like no, there is

  329. something about you. So the Holy Ghost something the

  330. glory of the Lord she shine upon you, Hallelujah.

  331. The church needs to arise and shine for the glory of the Lord.

  332. So let your character behead, character behead and when they

  333. see you, they should see that correlation between what they

  334. are hearing and they are seeing in you.

  335. Hallelujah. Let's move on to verse 12.

  336. Because of something certain things he did, because of what

  337. he did. Let's see.

  338. Because he rescued the poor who cried for help and the

  339. fatherless who had none to assist them.

  340. Next verse please. The one who was dying blessed

  341. me. The one who who was dying

  342. blessed me. I made the widow's heart sink,

  343. and then he put on righteousness as his clothing, and justice was

  344. his what? His robe and his Tavern.

  345. Next verse, please. I was eyes to the blind and feet

  346. to the limb. Next verse.

  347. I was a father to the needy and I took up the case of a

  348. stranger. I broke the funds of the wicked

  349. and snatched the victims from the athletes.

  350. I think yes. So we will look up to verse 17.

  351. So Job did all these things because of what he did.

  352. What are you doing? What are you doing?

  353. Before we go to the to that list, let me say that the

  354. church, if we remain within the fortress of the walls, the world

  355. will label us as they see us. I take it again the well, then

  356. they are fond of labeling and what you do is what they see and

  357. then they label. So the church that remains

  358. within the fortress will receive a label, and the label from the

  359. world is what they see them do. So when the church unleashed,

  360. when we are on leash, we determine the labeling we get.

  361. Let's look at Acts 11, Acts 1126, Acts 11/26 and see how

  362. they label them. And when he had found him, he

  363. brought him to Antioch for a whole year the Panabas and so

  364. met with the church and taught great numbers of people.

  365. The disciples were first called Christians at where they were

  366. called Christians first at Antioch.

  367. So the world at first, they weren't called what Christians.

  368. They were just the people of the way, the people of the way.

  369. They were just there. So if we want a very good

  370. labeling, be on list. If you want a name, a good name

  371. at your workplace, be on list. But if you sit there quietly,

  372. they will consider you as one of their their own.

  373. So be on list. Let us go to 17 six the same

  374. acts, 17 six of the same acts. But when they did not find them,

  375. they dragged Jason and some other believers before the six

  376. officials, saying These men who have caused trouble all over the

  377. world have now come here. These men who have caused

  378. trouble other would say that there were people who have

  379. turned the world upside down. Look at another labeling.

  380. So whenever you unleash, the world will label you as they

  381. see. But if you remain within your

  382. within the church, they will also give you a label.

  383. So let the church be unleashed so that we will go and we will

  384. transform our spheres. Hallelujah or I said Hallelujah.

  385. So the unleashing agenda is an expression and an embodiment of

  386. the Great Commission. Let me take it again.

  387. The unleashing agenda that the whole church to do and transform

  388. our world is an expression and an embodiment of the Great

  389. Commission. Because Job went, Abraham went

  390. and all those were unleashed. Look at the impact they now have

  391. on us. Abraham go.

  392. The same goal that Jesus gave to us, Abraham to went and look at

  393. how he has been blessed till now.

  394. So if you can choose to remain, you can choose not to be

  395. unleashed, but you will not have any impact.

  396. But those who will be unleashed by faith, they will go out there

  397. and they will make impacts. I pray that we will be

  398. unleashed. Hallelujah.

  399. So the Third Point that we have looked is that Job he chose, he

  400. left splendor for service. The 4th 1 is that they praise

  401. God because of me and that is from the verse 11 to the verse

  402. 17. They praise God because of me,

  403. they praise God because of me, they praise God because of me.

  404. There is something good in you that needs to be unleashed.

  405. There is something special. So the life in the church, which

  406. is trouble within the church, cannot be praised.

  407. If we choose to remain within, when we fail to reach out to

  408. identify our groups within our within our reach, God's name

  409. will not be praised. Job received the accolades

  410. because he refused to remain within the fortress of his

  411. abundance of wealth. He went out, he was on leaves

  412. and look at the people he touched.

  413. Let's go back to the verse 11 and see Job's services. 1st

  414. 12:00 please number one, you rescue the poor because of time.

  415. I want to combine. Please bring that chart that I

  416. forwarded to you. We want to draw some

  417. correlations between jobs groups and then link them to our COP

  418. and the Vision 2228, the new ministry intervention and you

  419. truly see that the church too as we are being unleashed.

  420. We have also grouped or we have also developed ministries to our

  421. identify groups in our time. So we want to draw that link

  422. Jobs Acts of service for his identifier groups in his city

  423. and correlate them to the vision 20/12/28 COP ministry

  424. interventions. Then you see that it will truly

  425. follow the vision, the document that God has given to the

  426. church. We are also following a very

  427. good example as the church on leash.

  428. So the first one that we want to look at is that home and urban

  429. missions harm. You see that link to what Job

  430. did. He rescued victims of godless

  431. oppressions and victims of injustice.

  432. So the church, we need to also be unleashed through harm.

  433. We need to go there and rescue victims of godless oppressions.

  434. We need to go out there and with the gospel, the gospel.

  435. The gospel is not just one sided thing.

  436. It is not a one winged thing. It also goes with acts of

  437. kindness services. So we can be math to those who

  438. don't have voices. We don't have to walk around

  439. through this town and city and overlook victims of injustice.

  440. We need to speak up for them. We don't have to just drive by.

  441. In this church and in the agenda of being unleashed today, you

  442. may be thinking that it doesn't concern me.

  443. Waiting concern me. Now make a pass and go.

  444. No, tomorrow they will do to you.

  445. So anything you see around the church, we need to rescue

  446. victims. The next thing Job did was he

  447. helped the poor in their need. The church also helped the poor

  448. in their need. We need to help the poor as

  449. individual, as a corporate body, we need to help the poor.

  450. You may think that means how much do I have?

  451. Peter said that if you don't have silver and gold, you have

  452. something valuable in you that can transform somebody.

  453. But after giving them, what do you have sometimes also show

  454. concern. So job help the poor, let us

  455. help the poor. You may think that so for I

  456. don't have much, you don't have much, you don't have much but

  457. the little that you have, I think I had somebody quote the

  458. late mother that Theresa that you can serve with a great

  459. heart, give you a little, but let it be accompanied with a

  460. great heart. So no matter how small what you

  461. look down on, you don't have someone's endpoints or waists is

  462. somebody's raw material for life.

  463. So what you you don't need somebody can depend on it.

  464. The food that you think that oh, I am full, let me go and throw

  465. it away. Somebody would thank God for it.

  466. Your shoe that you think is worn out.

  467. Somebody can glorify, go and say, oh God, I think they're

  468. not. I have a shoe.

  469. So no matter what you have help the poor, help the poor do what?

  470. Help the he also help orphans who required help.

  471. So there are some orphans who don't need help.

  472. There are some orphans who are OK, but some orphans who need

  473. help. Let us try to help them.

  474. So Hum, we need to go out there and help and the Church of

  475. Pentecost through hum sometimes we are feeding those who don't

  476. have homes in Accra and it was called Pent 5000.

  477. Jesus fed 5000. So I think last year or so they

  478. also fed 5000. What would be the joy for escape

  479. the English, you know, lookout to also go out there and go and

  480. feed those who are hungry. They will be happy.

  481. So he he helped them and help the hopeless ones, those who had

  482. no hope, help them put some smile on their face.

  483. He was a father to the poor father.

  484. Sometimes you think that by advising somebody, just a piece

  485. of advice can help somebody. So be a father to someone who

  486. has lost or who had no father, be a father just being there for

  487. them, supporting them, going with them, showing up.

  488. What did these things joke he did?

  489. He assisted strangers who needed help, strangers who needed help.

  490. So hum is doing all these things.

  491. Hum. The next one is he served as ice

  492. for the blind. And I think this one I have shed

  493. here before true of us. Is it here on top?

  494. It was enough for any zoo. Is he here?

  495. And yeah, it's at the top. Is he here?

  496. Because it's like, I've shared it here before and I was like,

  497. no, it's not here. So.

  498. So MPWD. Peter, where are you?

  499. Have you seen it? MPWD Job did it years ago, you

  500. are doing it do it well this half year you do something.

  501. Otherwise, if we come for reports, we do know an area.

  502. So job he served as a ice for those who were blind.

  503. So asking yourself, how can the church now serve as the eyes to

  504. the blind? We have the ministry to persons

  505. with disabilities and there are several forms of them, eyes,

  506. mouth, ears, those who can even walk and a whole lot of them.

  507. You can just pay them a visit. Peter, they have an association.

  508. So please organize the whole church.

  509. Everybody come. We are going to them, they're

  510. going to pray with them. We are going to share God's love

  511. with them. And then you ask them, what are

  512. some of your needs? What do you need from us?

  513. How can we be of help to you? Oh, talk to this person for us.

  514. Go and see this person for us. And you have honorable here.

  515. Just walk to here and say that honorable and people, you didn't

  516. watch them one more year and some more to me.

  517. So please show me where they are within the and honorable will be

  518. glad. I said, oh, they meet here, go

  519. and meet them here. Book a date for them.

  520. Carry all of us. We will all follow you.

  521. We will go like joke. Then they will talk to them.

  522. We engage them. Yeah, we'll just buy some things

  523. for them. Some of them just need assistive

  524. devices. They need them assistive devices

  525. to help them move about, to move around, to move around.

  526. Amen. So we need to serve as eyes for

  527. the blind and feet for the limb. Where they can't go, we can go

  528. for them. What they can see.

  529. We can help them do them. Amen.

  530. The next one is chieftancing again, helping victims of

  531. injustice. The chieftancing institution in

  532. Ghana is a blessed one. It makes Ghana unique.

  533. It makes Ghana unique. But the church, we have not

  534. taken, we have not gone there, we have left them.

  535. And we see them as abosom phobia.

  536. They are just into idolatry because we haven't been there.

  537. They are, they need help. They need help so they can

  538. resort to a lot of things. And whether you like it or not,

  539. that the chiefs, they are the custodians of the culture.

  540. So if you want to make impact, if you want the gospel to hit

  541. every group we need to tackle called the culture.

  542. The gospel must engage every culture so that it would draw a

  543. line and shift the things that are demonic related aside and

  544. put all the things that Jesus relates to Christ and Jesus can

  545. be found in every culture. In every culture.

  546. There are some things that points to Christ already that

  547. that is why Paul in Acts around 17 poor in Athens saw an

  548. inscription to an unknown God and poor could preach from the

  549. unknown God and pointed now he is now being revealed through

  550. Christ Jesus. So if you don't tackle coaches,

  551. conventions will be very difficult.

  552. The reason why some people go to church and still go and consult.

  553. I tell you the average African nephew, you had the 1st and it

  554. said we buddia mediba, you know true of us, the average one.

  555. Why it is our culture. It is deep seated in us.

  556. So if we don't let Jesus touch that whole thing in our culture,

  557. the person will come to church. But no, no Trina or Befetro of

  558. alcohol. So we need to go with the

  559. chieftaincy ministry. So if you know anyone who is a

  560. royal, anyone who who has a link to any throne, please go there.

  561. When they choose you to come and be there.

  562. The Canon go follow you, You will come, we will come and we

  563. take Christ to the throne room. So we have The Chieftains

  564. ministry and through that we are advocating for those who are

  565. oppressed and they teach our chiefs and our Queens, mothers

  566. and our kings how to uphold righteousness and justice.

  567. If our chieftains institution is well in place, Galam say will

  568. end in a day. Oh true, they are the ones who

  569. can help us. So if we push justice,

  570. righteousness there President, President Muhammad and they will

  571. sleep because our chiefs, they will have the ability to end it.

  572. So As for me, I think that The Chieftains institution can be

  573. strengthened to help us build the Ghana we want.

  574. So we need to go out, please bring it back.

  575. And I mean workers living honestly, honest, living life of

  576. integrity, workers good. We are teaching each other that

  577. as teachers how to live honestly, as GES.

  578. You could read GES. So how can we can influence that

  579. place as Ghana Health Service, as nurses?

  580. Nurses, you'll not just be there and be tik toking while somebody

  581. is dying. Yes, of these things.

  582. The workers Guild are there to push for it and also to uphold

  583. it. So if we do that, we will

  584. transform this war. So it is up to us now to also

  585. identify groups around us that we develop ministries to meet

  586. their needs. That is the bottom line of

  587. Vision 2020. The Church Unleash Unleashing

  588. Agenda simply means that every local church let us identify

  589. groups around us that need help and we develop ministries to

  590. meet their needs by preaching Christ as the fundamental and

  591. then reaching out to their help. That is all the Unleashing

  592. agenda entails way adding we can do it true of us in your own

  593. small way, you can do it in my own small way, I can also be as

  594. a church. We can come together and do it.

  595. So let none of us here say that there is no work for us to do

  596. our church. Hallelujah.

  597. Let me add the last one and end request.

  598. We cannot even finish because there are a lot of things.

  599. The fifth one is that though he was unleashed, but he was

  600. anchored, though unleashed but anchored.

  601. And that would take us to 19 verse 19, Job 2919.

  602. Let us check how it puts it. My roots.

  603. Look at how you know, describing himself.

  604. My roots reach to the water, so we'll be looking at roots and

  605. rich and water, and the dew will lie all night on my branches.

  606. Let's take you from the NLT and let us see that one brings

  607. another. For I am like a tree.

  608. This one paints its will. For I am like what?

  609. A tree whose roots reach the water, whose branches are

  610. refreshed with the dew. The chi one gives it another

  611. form that Mehimu Babu amends you Mehimu the roots a bit with the

  612. open up for what the water and and they will they will dwell on

  613. my let's go go back to English. So this one.

  614. The fifth thing is that as we unleashed, we should also have

  615. our anchor. We should be rooted strength

  616. through divine connection strength so that the source of

  617. strength for Jacob is liking to a tree planted with roots

  618. reaching for the water. The roots had rich, the roots

  619. had what rich. So his roots were not Job was

  620. not a shallow person. I say again, Job was not what a

  621. shallow person. He had depth.

  622. He had rich, longer rich because waters are not just found at the

  623. shallow. As a church, we need to go deep

  624. and draw things from the depths of God.

  625. We need to have rich. We need to go deep down.

  626. Any tree that is shallow is easily uprooted.

  627. Any believer whose roots are shallow is easily swayed by

  628. anything. But if you look at the tree when

  629. the depths, when there's a storm, all trees will fall down,

  630. but that tree will still be remaining.

  631. Why? Because of Rich during the

  632. driest season. Have you seen the palm tree in

  633. the driest season turning brown before?

  634. No. Why?

  635. Because the top roots and the roots the way it is, it can go

  636. do do, do down and so draw nourishment.

  637. So Jub will not just be swayed by anything because he adapts.

  638. We need to have depths. Shallowness will not help you if

  639. you are a shallow believer. You will struggle if God, he

  640. will cry around because when cow sheep good, especially good when

  641. they go to eat. Have you seen a goat chewing a

  642. mighty tree before? They will only chew those who

  643. have the shallow roots of when some Superman refused to be at

  644. the shallow stage. Go deep down, go deep down and

  645. that big tree you see Once Upon a time was a sibling, but with

  646. time, not nourishment, with space, with many things due to

  647. become a mighty tree. So if you have been in Christ

  648. for a long time and you are still a sibling, it means there

  649. is something wrong with you. You are sick with dwarfism.

  650. No, you have gone past. No, there's something wrong

  651. because there is everything wrong with your DNA.

  652. So if I have been in Christ for a long time.

  653. Paul says that you ought to be teachers, but you need to be

  654. taught church being at the shallow stage cost all of us all

  655. my brain because you need to grow quick so that we can handle

  656. some of those who are coming as shallow to you.

  657. But if you always shallow, shallow, shallow scuba and

  658. Haberkwer 10 years without a degree scuba university bank and

  659. you are still there by it's only in church.

  660. No, we were back 10 years nationality ABCD that's then

  661. must stop. You need to grow.

  662. Tell somebody grow grow grow grow grow.

  663. God is waiting for you to grow, and because when you grow,

  664. certain things you are facing now would disappear.

  665. So grow, have a depth, be connected, be connected and be

  666. firmly rooted in Him. Be firmly what otherwise certain

  667. things can seep you off your feet.

  668. May the Lord God Almighty bless us.

  669. We have at least learned about 5 things is left with about two by

  670. only another time because we have sat down for a long time.

  671. Shall we be on our feet. Let us be on our feet as you

  672. pray in a very brief time everything you have heard, think

  673. about it, ponder over it. So Job did not end all that the

  674. things that you had by his He chose service over splendor.

  675. He was unleashed. Today I pray that we choose

  676. service over being in our splendorous states.

  677. Jesus chose service and left his throne and its glory and came on

  678. earth. So living splendor for service

  679. is the way of the Master. And we all should also choose

  680. that path. We all should choose that path.

  681. Talk to the Lord, talk to God that oh God, help me to be like

  682. Job. Help me to be like Job.

  683. Pray to the Lord, ask God for help.

  684. Pray, Pray to the Lord, pray to the Lord, pray to the Lord, pray

  685. to the Lord, pray to the Lord. Oh Lord, help us, help us.

  686. Lord, help us. Lord, help us to be like Job,

  687. The seats that you have given to us.

  688. There's a reason for it. Lord, help me to take my sacred

  689. life to fill secular spaces. Pray to the Lord at your

  690. workplace. What can you do?

  691. The Lord gave you, has given your work for a reason.

  692. The Lord knows why He has placed you where you are for a purpose.

  693. You may think that it's just by your own strength, no?

  694. God allowed you to be there because he wants you to

  695. accomplish a certain agenda. Talk to the Lord, our Lord, help

  696. me to take my, my spiritual life to the secular world, to

  697. influence it. Pray about your, your world,

  698. your sphere of influence. Talk to God, our Lord, Help me

  699. to influence it. Help me to influence my sphere

  700. wherever I sit and work, days and weeks in a year, wherever we

  701. sit and we work and we engage many.

  702. Lord, help me to influence that that space.

  703. Lord, help me to influence that space.

  704. In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, in the name of

  705. Jesus. Lord, in the name of Jesus, in

  706. the name of Jesus. For Lord, prepare me, Lord,

  707. prepare, prepare me, Lord, to be a son, pure and holy, fright and

  708. true. With Thanksgiving.

  709. With Thanksgiving. I'll be early.

  710. We want to pray. The other time chairman was

  711. saying that deep calls on too deep and he was sharing that the

  712. deer, the deer pans for water because whenever there, there is

  713. an enemy chasing after the deer, and the moment that the deer can

  714. swim into the depths of the lake, no enemy can come there to

  715. catch it. So we do.

  716. If we dwell at the shallow, the enemy can catch us, but if we

  717. will go deeper with the Lord, no enemy can reach to that point.

  718. So today we are praying that Lord, help me to be firmly

  719. grounded in you. Help me to be grounded.

  720. I am tired of living a shallow life.

  721. The shallow Christian life is deadly.

  722. Things can easily approach you and you lose your faith.

  723. So you are praying that Lord, help me to go deeper.

  724. Help me to go deeper with you, in my work with you.

  725. Help me to go deeper. Lift up your voice and begin to

  726. pray to God. We are praying.

  727. We are all praying that Lord, I want to go deeper.

  728. Deeper in my work with you, deeper in my devotions, deeper

  729. in my prayer, deeper in my Bible readings, deeper in evangelism,

  730. deeper in giving all the spiritual disciplines.

  731. I want to go deeper. Lord help me to go deep, Help me

  732. to go deep, Help me to go deep. Lay Bakuba Satan Ababa E Masu

  733. terrible Satanaba. In the name of Jesus.

  734. In the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus.

  735. In the name of Jesus. In.

  736. In the name of Jesus. One sing this song will your

  737. uncle hold in the storms of life.

  738. And the author say that when the clouds on food with the wings of

  739. strife, when the strong tides lifts and the cable string, will

  740. your uncle drifts of fame remain?

  741. And see that we have an uncle that keeps the soul step 1st and

  742. sure, whilst the billows roll fasten to the rock, to the rock

  743. which cannot move grounded. That is where I want grounded

  744. fame and deep in the Savior's love.

  745. So I want to sing this, this song.

  746. And as we sing, sing with with meaning the Lord.

  747. You are my uncle. Please let me be deep.

  748. Let me be grounded upon you. Let me be grounded, firm and

  749. deep so that nothing will swim me away.

  750. Go out. Please sing it.

  751. Please sing it. In the storms.

  752. Of life when the clouds on fall yeah, yeah, we so strike try and

  753. sing when. The strong tides lift.

  754. And the kill bull string will your.

  755. We have an uncle. We have an uncle that keeps that

  756. soul step fast and short. While that be lost fast into the

  757. rock, fast into the road, fast which I not move grounded famine

  758. deep in the same. We have an uncle.

  759. We have an uncle. We have an uncle that keeps that

  760. soul step fast and short. While the bee Los ro fasting,

  761. fasting to the road with time, Lord move grounded, fair and

  762. deep in the same. We are praying the Lord, ground

  763. me fair and deep in your love. May I be firmly rooted upon you

  764. upon the Rock of Ages, so that nothing will swim me.

  765. Lift up your voice, having you to pray to the Lord.

  766. Lord, we want to be grounded in you.

  767. We want to be grounded in your life.

  768. We want to be grounded. We want to be grounded.

  769. We want to be grounded, O Lord, fair and deep, fair and deep, in

  770. the name of Jesus, so that things will not move us.

  771. In the name of Jesus, let us please resume our seats.

  772. Shall we be seated? Shall we be seated?

  773. And I want to humbly call my wife to come and pray over this

  774. word. We have an uncle.

  775. Step, step, fast and short, while the bellows roam, fasting

  776. to the wrong which cannot move, Grounded them and deep in the

  777. Savior's life. Our Heavenly Father, we are

  778. grateful to you this morning. We thank you Lord, for your word

  779. we've given unto us. Father, we pray in the name of

  780. Jesus that Lord, as Job had good relationship with you, as Job

  781. had personal relationship with you, we also plead the Lord, you

  782. help us to have personal relationship with you.

  783. We pray in the name of Jesus. We learnt that Job left his

  784. splendor. He went out to the city gates

  785. and preached the gospel. So Father, we pray in the name

  786. of Jesus that as Christians, may we live our comfort zones.

  787. Help us to go out and share your word.

  788. Help us to take every opportunity or any opportunity

  789. to share your word. We pray in the name of Jesus the

  790. Lord. We want, we don't want to be

  791. shallow Christians. We want to be Christians who are

  792. deep rooted in you. We want to be Christian who are

  793. deeply rooted. So help Heavenly Father, help

  794. us. We pray the Lord we know with

  795. the help of the Holy Spirit, we'll be able to stand every

  796. storm that will come our way. We bless your name, we give you

  797. all the glory, You commit our daddy into your hands.

  798. We pray that Lord continue to replenish whatever he has lost

  799. and give you all the glory and Anna in Jesus name, Amen.
