Amen, praised God turned to the Book of Saint John. I'd like to

say, we certainly miss our pastor Amen. An well, thank for our

fathers here though man a blessed Trinity, a member. We missed our shepherd,

Amen, certainly missed our shepherd sister. How all those that are out,

Amen, we've missed them. Prayers for their safe return, Amen,

Thank you God. We're going to the last chapter in the Book of Saint

John. Amen, Champion number twenty one. Amen, as throughout the week,

this this thought, the Lord had laid this thought on my heart and

mean it originated in our co texts. And we'll go there. Amen.

Hereafter Saint John wants we prayed, but it just stuck with me. I

know God, Amen, has laid this on my heart, and I hope

Amen, I can get it across the way he would have me get across

him. Man, you know we're mortals. Amen. So, but if

we can become Amen of oracle, Amen, someone God can speak through Amen,

that that is our desire. Amen. Saint John twenty one, beginning

in verse timber fifteen, Amen, We're gonna read through seventeen. A man

fifteen starting says so when they had died. Jesus saith to Simon Peter,

Simon, son of Jonas, love us down me more than these. He

saith unto him. Yea, Lord, thou knowest that I loved thee.

He saith undo him, Feed my lambs. He saith under him again.

The second time, Simon, son of Jonas, love us down me.

He saith under him. YEA, Lord, thou knowest that I loved thee.

He saith under him. Feed my sheet. He saith under him the

third time, Simon, son of Jonas, love us down me. Peter

was greed because he had said under him the third time, lovest thou me,

and he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things. Thou

knowest that I loved thee. Jesus saith under him. Feed my sheep.

A man, if you would stress your hand towards heaven, ask God to

help us this morning. God, We thank you for your mercy, your

grace, Lord, this opportunity. Lord. We don't take it lightly.

God. It is of the utmost and florest and seriousness. God, Lord,

we thank you for your presence that we felt this morning. God,

we asked that you would bind the hiddence of the adversary God, the afflictions

of the adversphary God, help us overcome the obsta course. Lord God annored

me to say nothing more and nothing less than that what you would have me

say. Let me speaks your oracle. God. Lord God said a guard

about my mouth, and I would only say that that you would have me

nothing more, nothing less. Bless thy people, God, Lord, speak

to us. Help us in the altar. Serve, Does God make yourself

real to us in Jesus Holy name. We're asking him, praying and thanking

house of the Lord. Amen, Praise God. Flipping the psalm chapter number

thirty one, Aman, let's read Praise God over there at verse number twenty

three, Praise God. Psal I'm thirty one and twenty three. Amen to

the chief musician, a psalm of David. Amen, he wrote, blessed,

Oh let's see where we had here, So I'm thirty one and twenty

one. Blessed be the Lord, for he has shoot be his marvelous kindness

in a strong city. Amen. Praise God. And then going on down

to twenty three, it said, Oh, love the Lord, all ye

his saints. Amen. Now we know David's life when he was Amen,

no doubt a man that lived a hard, hard life Amen, probably harder

than most people live nowadays. And there was many times he was running for

his life. Amen. Many times he was fleeing for people that wanted to

do him hurt for no good reason. Amen. But he would say,

oh, love the Lord all ye his saints. Amen. Our text here

has found Amen. In the last chapter of the Book of Saint John,

the author is a man praised God, identified indirectly as the disciple whom Jesus

loved. Amen. A lot of us know who that is. If you're

a Bible reader, that would be John, the son of Zebedee, that

disciple who was always in close proximity to the Lord. Amen, in a

part of what you could consider almost seemingly the inner circle, those three that

made up Jesus's inner circle. Amen, James, Peter, and John.

Amen. So here the son of Zebedee, John is writing to us,

and he tells us, if you flip over just one chapter, Amen,

you could see there just at the last verse here that he wrote in chapter

number twenty. He gives us the reason why he had written this book,

And I said, but these are written that ye might believe that Jesus is

the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing ye might have life

through his name. Amen. Y'all believe life is in his name this morning.

Amen. There is no name given under heaven. Amen, whereby we

may be saved. Amen. And that is the name John is writing to

promote here, and he pinned down in his last chapter. Amen, basically

the Amen, the benediction of his gospel. Here he pins down just in

these last few verses are very important and needful. Amen. An encounter and

account of something that happened with Jesus and the disciples. Amen. We know

of Peter and how he had fallen. We know how he had denied the

Lord three times. When we see there Amen, in the verse beginning to

talk about Amen seventeen, Peter being grieved because he had asked him the third

time. Amen, as no doubt this was probably in reference to Jesus reminding

him. Amen, as all Amen. A well equipped position will do when

you go in the hospital. Amen, They're gonna find where it hurts,

right, They're gonna stir up those feelings of pain. Amen. If Jesus

here begins to put him and remembers, Amen, where he had fallen no

doubt, and he said it did grieving. Amen. But his response was

beautiful. He said, Lord, Amen, thou knowest all things. And

if anybody don't stop there, he still don't doubt his love for Jesus.

And he says, Amen, thou knowest that I loved the email. So

I'm thankful. Amen. This morning we can know we love the Lord.

Amen. I'm gonna give you some context before we get started here. Amen.

Our text begins as Peter tells six of his fellow disciples. An,

I go a fishing Amen. This is the beginning of chapter number twenty one.

Amen. He speaks Sister Thomas, Nathaniel, Amen, James and John

the Son's obxevity, and the Bible says two other disciples. Amen. And

those disciples response was we go with the also. Amen. So they all

go and they go out fishing, and we know the child's song. They

fished all night Amen, but they caught no fishing. Amen. There's nothing

more frust grading Amen, the fishing all night and not catching anything. Amen.

So I'm sure they've had a rough night. Amen. And they come

to the state the day begins to dawn, and there's a man standing on

the seashore. Amen. And he asked them, children, have you any

meat? Amen. The Bible doesn't say you they give him a linked their

response. Amen. The Bible says they simply answered him no. Amen.

Amen. Somebody asked me, after fishing all night, I bought you a

little short too. No, I got nothing. Amen. So here they

answer him a simple answer no. And he said, unto them, cast

on the right side of the ship. Aman. And we know they ended

up nanny. I believe it was one hundred and fifty three fish Amen,

and one neat, but a miracle, two miracles and multitude of fish Amen,

and the net didn't break. Amen. We know of how Peter jumped

overboard and swam to the Lord to be the first there. Amen. And

how Jesus would later send it back to help out with the nets. Amen.

How many sons out to a good day of fish to try to leave

their brothers with it. Amen. Anybody the priest God Amen, So Jesus

here sends Peter back. Amen. He says, amen, go bring him

that fish to thou hast caught. Amen. And they come and they have

a meal with Jesus. Amen, no doubt they are reminiscing of the times

he had taken Amen, just a few fish and fad Amen a multitude.

Here they have a multitude of fishes. Amen. But Jesus already had something

on the grill, I believe, Amen. And they said he fed them

bread and fish, and he break it. Amen. I'm sure that we

know of the disciples on the Damascus road and said, when he prayed and

break the bread, Amen, they realized to what was Jesus. I believe

honestly in my heart there was a unique way the Lord would give out the

meals Amen, and drill over them and bless them and break them. So

I'm sure they were enjoying seeing Amen, that characteristic of the Lord as he

began to open Amen, the bread to them and distribute food. Amen.

Now a wonderful life, blessing, it says. So when they had died,

Jesus saith under the of the Simon Peter. Amen. Anybody get that

first part. Amen. Jesus said waited after they eat Amen, to hit

him with the hard stuff. Amen. Praise God. He waited until they

were fat and sasty. Amen. I believe that the good trait Amen.

Why anybody's eat and the man, let him enjoy the or food. Amen,

let him get fat and sassy. Amen. I'm then amen, if

you got something to say, Amen saying Amen, y'all haven't been to one

of the business means. I just went to a three day audit Amen,

ten hour days. And oh it seemed like they really turned up. After

lunch time. Amen, they'd be asking amen, skirt around the bliss questions,

and then they would take those questions and redirect them directly. Amen.

So here Amen, Jesus begins to get to the heart of the matter.

Here, and this is where my burden is. Amen. Verse fifteen says

Jesus saith on the him. Amen. So when they dined, Jesus saith

under Simon, Peter Simon, son of Jonas, love us down me more

than these Amen. So here Jesus gets to the heart of the issue.

Amen. To the heart of the matter, and the heart of the issue,

and every Christian's life Amen is in fact the heart. Amen. Love

is defined by the word Amen, by these words, an intense feeling of

deep affection. Amen. And I have to lay a foundation here. Amens,

I pray y'all with bear with me. Amen. So First John Amen

four and seven. Amen four tenth of number four seventh through twelve. I

want to read this before we get too far in this Amen. So love

is defined through words by an intense feeling of deep affection. Amen, But

it is defining in action by First John four seventh through twelve and seven.

Loved. Let us love one another, for love is of God. And

everyone that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He even loveth

not. Amen, knoweth not God, poor God is love? If this

was manifest the love of God toward us, because that God sent is only

begotten sign into the world that we might live through him. Herein is love,

Not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent his

son to be the propitiation. Amen for our sins we loved. If God

so loved us, we are also to love one another. Amen. Praise

God. Now men have seen God at any time. If we love one

another, God bretherin us, Amen, And His love is perfected in us.

Praise God. We know. Amen. Of one of the most famous

Amen by the same author. Amen of our text this morning and said for

God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, Amen,

that whosoever would believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting live.

Amen. Now, this world's definition of love is Amen, to praise God,

to have someone tell them what they want to hear. And this world's

definition of love is Amen, I have me go love you religion. Amen.

This world's definition of love is let me do whatever I want to do.

Amen. But this is not the love. Amen. That is that

is a true and a real love. Here a man Jesus begins Amen to

ask Peter some hard questions. Amen. He begins to get to the heart

of the matter, and Saint Peter, Amen, what's really gonna matter here?

Amen? Is it that you jumped out of the boat first? Amen?

It ain't amen that you have. Amen. We're winning the fish all

night. You got that kind of tenacity. Aven. The heart of the

issue here he is a Peter to you love me? Huh. Amen,

you said brieviously you loved me up. Amen. You said the Lord of

men would forsake me. I would not forsake you. Amen, you said

your day, Amen with me to the cross. She said, you would

go with me to troubles and trials. Amen. The when they amen,

when he got harder and life began to test you, and ben you love

And here they had already had one to encounter with the Lord. They had

had another Amen, the man's own experience. And until they knew Jesus wasn't

about. Amen. And we know sometimes and services and Amen, Jesus is

in our midst Amen, but too many times, and we don't have a

focused love on what he's trying to do. Amen. And here Peter went

fishing. God, they've been knowing the Lord was somewhere and could be visiting

somewat And then we got Pea with a rather do they go down to the

lake on Sunday knowing the Lord is about and knowing the Lord they visit somewhat

And then we've got pe with a rather right there in TVs. And then

on Sunday rather than go to the house of the Lord. And then what's

wrong with this world and what it's wrong with the work with God? They're

lacking a love because a love would put aside sold a real Lord would put

us life you desires a real Lord, and then let you classify that what

you want to do, and then do that what you need to do.

They've been trying to get it. They've been past the foundation here they been.

celebrity status in the House of God, because he is often used to reference

other. You cannot serve God and ma'am and old God. Jesus himself,

our Savior, spoke Amen these words saying God. Amen, you cannot serve

God, and you cannot serve ma'am and hau and men. We also know

the scripture that said, ah, sweet water and bitter. Huh, will

not pull out of the same fountain. H Amen. You will, amen,

lit serve a master huh and hate another. Huh. You will't love

a master and despise another. You can't come here this morning and pertend aymen

that you have it all figured out. You figured out how to walk the

tight rope Amen of Blah the Lord and a tight rope blah bla the world.

There is no such and a thing that exists, even because there is

Do you take your cross willingly and follow him? Or have you been

until he was honest. Everybody asked Peter in our text, Well he spoke

honestly. Amen, when the two it really resonated. And I wonder,

Amen, sometimes, I mean, what the pastor would have to do,

amen, to really get it to resonate in you? I mean, what

would the pastor have to do? What extreme would he have to go to?

A mean to really ring that one this Teito Todler, and to really

ring their bail? Amen, Praise God. We know Jesus used this not

only here, Amen to Houston with the with the rooster that crow three times,

or he did not eve three times when the rooster qrow. He used

it here to get his attention and asked him three times. And then there

was a time when he was being called, and I believe he was at

Simon the Tanner's house. A man in the Bible said, Amen, Jesus

showed him a vision a man of things coming out of the heavens and a

sheep. And God spoke to him and said three times, I mean calling

on death, I mean which I've called clean unclean, And it said immediately,

and then Peter realized, I mean, hey, I've been to listen,

and God knows how to speak to us, and God knows what gets

our attention. And here this morning I prayed it. I've said something that

gets your attention. And then Pastor said, there are some converts and men

in his pastoral ministry, and men, then you will believe you remember this.

And I've I mean, I've been a part amen of this ministry now

for probably mean maybe a little over fourteen years. Amen. It with my

own eyes. I beheld those amen that professed amen, but did not possess

Amen. And he said, oftentimes he would say, Amen, everyone all

over the house say I'm madly in love with Jesus. And he said he

could see those that had hesitance about saying it because they true, they didn't

possess that love. And I could tell you, flat footed, if you

don't have a maddening love for Jesus this morning, you have not what I

have, Amen, Because I have something that would carry Amen. This old

I praise God, whatever you want to call me, asparagus or whatever they

had called me, he'd carry this old skinny. Preach your boy out there

in the churchyard. Amen. I put his neck on a blood splattered chopped

flock. Amen, from my savior, I tell my sick head and I

my tad. Amen of that right there nicked you in the heart. You

may just be who I am preaching too. You may just need I'm not

saying you back slid. Amen. I'm not saying you falling away. But

what I'm saying he is Amen. Maybe you need a priority adjustment amens,

something that helps you Amen, refocused and reconnecting. Amen. Maybe you need

another trip to the author. Amen, stand all over the house this morning.

I thank you for Amen praying, and I'm gonna ask if we have

a praying church in the altar service, Amen, because I feel God is

working in hearts. I feel his conviction here. Amen, and I Amen.

Have a desire Amen to see sol saved. Amen. But he even

more sober in closing first John two and fifteen said, love not the world.

Friend, He's talking to you, and this world is transcendent, transcendent

generations, millions and billions of people. But he's speaking to you this morning.

And he said, under you, love not the world, neither the

things that are in the world. Why, well, you see, if

any man loved the world, the love of the Father is not in him?

Or do you love the pleasures of sin more than you love him?

Would you choose these this present world? Amen? The laugh at the picnic

teable would you choose? Amen? The snicker amen behind Amen, the church

parking lot Amen. Would you choose the laugh in the public school? Amen?

Hallway, Amen. Adult. Would you choose amen? Praise God that

friendship that you know is going to bring you in the condemnation for a promotion.

Amen. Would you choose things that would jeopardize your love and your connection

with the Savior? Amen? Or would you choose him? A man every

day? That's why some Sundays the safe when I choose him every day and

all over again? Why because he first loved me? Even anyone feel the

need to pray. I mean, I'd like to give you a chance to

come and be honest. I mean, I haven't condemned anyone this morning,

and in saying you're unsaved, I don't know. I'm not a poop,

I'm not I'm anna sigh, I'm not nothing. I mean I'm a worm,

a dog, the lost of these. And then when I know I

would love to grow with the Lord, I know I would love to grow

stronger and then because we pray this morning. As they begin to sing,
