Billionaires and Blessed men - Bro Jeremy Howell 3-3-2024

Umber one. Again, May I direct your attention to the Book of Psalm

chapter number one. We will be reading verses numbers one through three. Brother

Jeremiah, could you brought me just a little bit up here? Amen?

The Book of soft chapter number one. Mad, direct your attention to verses

numbers one through three. Brother Nathaniel, you will be reading Romans chapter number

four, Verse number six and seven. Brother Jesse, you will be reading

Chapter Luke, chapter number eleven, and verse number twenty eight. I had

to have Brother Jeremiah bumping up a little bit because I have contacted that head

cold you ont have had over the last week or two. They're in our

realvival so I can't hear myself. So if I get a little loud,

please be merciful to me. I think Pentecostal people for the most part,

like it loud anyway, will see hands out. I have you ever tried

to talk to someone I didn't get to hear what you were saying. That's

where I'm at this morning, little head cold. I'll try not to share

it with you, but I'm glad to be in church. Nevertheless, again,

our golden text will be found in the Book of Psalm chapter number one,

and man, direct your attention to the first verse. We will be

reading unto the third verse. Brother Nathaniel Romans, chapter number four and verses

number six and seven, please sir. Even as David also describe it the

blessedness of the man under whom God impureth righteousness without works, say, blessed

are they whose iniquities are forgiven and whose sins are coming? How many of

you feel blessed this form? I love that verse? How it said David

described the blessedness of a man. I tossed and turned upon my bed nine

to come to preach to somebody something the Lord laid upon my heart. And

I have a sermon the Holy Ghost. Title of billionaires and blessed men.

Billionaires and blessed men. How many of you feel blessed this morning? All

David did describe the blessedness of the man Brother Jesse Luke, chapter number eleven,

verse number twenty eight. But he said, yay, Rather blessed?

Are hear the word of God and keep it? I think we're blessed.

We're fixing to hear the word of God. We don't want to hear it,

only we want to heed it. Praise the Lord. Let's stand for

the reading of our golden text. I would like to say, it's truly

wonderful to have all of our visitors here this morning. Brother Jamie Ellington,

it is so good to see you here. I'm sorry for you situation and

the condition that you're in bodily at this time. I would love to have

you preach this morning, and I understand you're unable, so I won't the

clerk to forward this morning's offering to you. Brother Ellington. May it be

a blessing unto you again. All of our visitors were so glad you're here

all right. Salm chapter number one versus number one through three. The Bible

said, Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungoddenly,

nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of

the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord. And

in his law. Doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be

like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit

in his season. His leaf also shall not with her, and whatsoever he

doeth shall prosper I'm not preaching a prosperity message this morning, but I am

preaching a message the Holy Ghost titleed billionaires and blessed men. May we pray,

Heavenly Father, we love it, We praise you, We thank you

for the opportunity to come into this place. That is a place that recognizes

you as Lord. Lord. They understand the authority of you, They understand

your lordship, they understand who you are, and as servants they have gathered

in this place to serve you through worship and prayer and praise. I pray

that you would anoint this thy people, set a guard at their ears,

and help them Lord, to hear what the Holy Ghost would have them to

hear. I pray that you would annot this, thy servant, set a

guard at my mouth, and help me to say those things that you would

have me to say. Nothing more and less. Lord, We pray that

the sayings of the preach Word and the Word of God itself our words,

but the words of truth, not words, the words of eternal life,

the words of this blessed book, that they would seek below the shoulders,

that they would saturate the heart, the mind, the soul. I praank

God that we would be to heed that we would heed this word and not

hear it. Only we give you the praise and honor and the glory,

and may we'd have parked this place joyfully and not sorrowtly. In Jesus' name

in the church said he, as you're being seated, look at your neighbor

and say, hey, neighbor, do you feel blessed? There is at

least two or three people in this building this morning that do not feel like

they are blessed. I know because of what I felt throughout the night,

and hopefully by the end of this message you will be able to hit this

altar and acknowledge that you are greatly blessed. Our text is found in an

Old Testament book of the Holy Bible, the Book of Psalms. This book

of the Bible has been called the Hebrew People's Songbook. This sacred writing is

attributed to David Asaff and many other authors, some of them unknown. Their

unknown authorship makes it mysterious to me. I appreciate every person, whether known

or unknown, that tries to convey to us the words of truth and the

words of eternal life, whether it's through poetry, songs, or through preaching.

I appreciate all of the authors that share in the authorship of this sacred

writing. My favorite is, of course, the sweet Psalmist of Israel,

David, who also in our code text described the blessedness of the people of

God. I don't know what your idea this morning of being blessed is,

but I hope by the end of this message you will understand regard it regardless

of your financial situation or your health condition. The fact that you are alive

and well this morning, the fact that you are breathing God's air, the

fact that you are in the house of the Lord among people of like precious

faith, and that you have a desire to come into His gates with thanksgiving

and to enter his courts with praise upon your lips, and a desire to

bless His holy name, is indicative of you having a blessed life. I

am so thankful that we, as Bible readers and Bible students, that we

can read through this poetic masterpiece, and that we can read of specific prayers,

that we can relate to, prayers that were prayed by mere mortals,

mere mortals that were in trouble people at times in their lives when they did

not feel like they were blessed. I could relate to a lot of the

prayers that are found in this book of the Bible. How many of you

can relate to it as you read these prayers and you read the writings of

these authors found in the Book of Sam I also found that there were times

that things did not go so well for the people of Israel, who were

supposed to be especially selected and chosen people of God. And if you've been

handpicked by God and chosen for service to walk throughout this world, truly you

must be a blessed person. But as I read of the historical events that

took place during the national history of Israel, I must admit that there had

to be times that these people did not feel so blessed. Although they knew

that the Lord Jehovah was their God, and they knew that their ancestor Abraham

had been the friend of God and the father of the faith and the faithful,

there had to be times that they were disappointed and discouraged, and they

wondered, where are you at, God, and where are your blessings being

manifested in my life? Because at this time I cannot detect the hand of

God. If he will study this first psalm in context, you will see

that the author of this psalm is letting us know that there are two courses

charted. One of them has been charted by the Lord, while the other

has been charted by Lucifer. And although Lucifer is on a leash, there

is no doubt Lucifer has been very successful in influencing people to take the wrong

course. But you will see that the psalmist understood that he must take the

course or the path or the pathway that God required him to take. And

if we feel like we are the children of God, or we feel like

the children of Israel, that we are the chosen people of God, regardless

of what is taken place in our life, whether or not we have good

health, whether or not we have been successful in that business picture. We

need to know that we are blessed people simply because we are walking a different

course than the others are who are not serving the Lord. And we know

that the opposite of blessing is cursing. And I do not want to be

found on that opposite road that leads one hundred and eighty degrees away from where

we are at this morning here in the House of God. And so as

I read this sacred writing of a time when these people who were the blessed

people of God had to request aid, support and help of the Lord,

I can say they were blessed. Even when men like David of Old were

actor WIT's him. They were still blessed because God was their God. Isn't

it a blessing this morning to say I am able to petition my God?

I know during this revival there's some of you bringing petitions to God, and

already God has answered your request. You have written them down and submitted them

to somebody in a position of authority that can take care of them. And

I have seen God move in that course that you're in, that path that

you have taken, because God has been well pleased in that charted course and

the path in the direction that you're traveling in being bear with me, I'm

gonna lay a foundation here. You see, these people were blessed because they

were the children of God. Oh yes, they were blessed because they were

the descendants of Abraham, the Friend of God, the Father and the faith.

And oh yes, they were blessed because they held in their hands the

Pictatum the Law of Moses, which is more accurately called the Law of God.

They received it directly from the hand of Moses, and truly that must

have been such a blessing to have received such a thing from the hand of

Moses and God. They were blessed to be able to say that the Sweet

Psalmist of Israel, the most beloved king within the national history of Israel,

David, the Sweet Palmist of Israel, is our key. Isn't it one

the pope young people, to be able to say that I've got parents that

are soul in the Lord, in the beauty of Holiness and the worshiping God

and Spirit and their truth. Isn't it a wonderful thing to say that I

go into a house of worship that is Christian by name, where they're believe

in the trying Godhead, that I don't have to worry about false teachers or

bringing them damnable doctrines and lieing to me. Isn't it a blessing to know

that you've got leadership in that local assembly that will do whatever they can in

order to see that they get you into the presence of God. Tru's sermons

that are specifically for his saints. I know that it was a blessing to

hear David play on those heartstreams and to sing the sweet songs. Are this

desion that I want you to know that the greatest blessing in their life was

or this first chapter of the Book of Psalms, you will see that the

Soniston is speaking of the actions and the characters characteristics, or the blessed person.

How many people are there with us this morning? Somebody said seventy two.

Another person said maybe seventy five. How many of these people feel blessed?

I wonder if I could get somebody to raise your head this morning and

say that I am blessed. It's the somebody that's the sitting here in the

congregation, man of the righteous, and your saying I'm not so blessed.

I don't know what it is they've experienced her. I see the blessings of

God upon everyone else, but what about me? I want you to know.

You don't know that at the tide for God know earth, and that

we mess up heaven and pour out a blessing that you're unable to restrain or

people hold off. Just the path, that you love the words are truth,

and that you love God and walking in the path way of their righteous,

you are blessed, greatly, blest, and highly favor, Brother Samuel

Howell. There are people in this building that are probably millionaires. There are

people in this building that are scratching the bottom of the barrel. There are

people in this world, who are billionaires? I took a brief former to

look up how many billionaires there are in this world. In the year of

twenty twenty two, there was an estimated thirty one hundred billionaires worldwide. A

high number, isn't it. That seems to me like that's a lot of

people who have achieved great success financially in this world. I remember reached some

years ago that most of the world's population know has less than ten thousand dollars

to their name, meaning that only the wealthy elite to contain most of the

world's wealth. Well, I used to hear the old Black preacher and singer

singer Soul, and the lyrics went like this, I'm rich and hope and

faith and love. I've got more than my share. He went on to

sing how to Louvia, I'm a billionaire. That was a big thing back

then in the seventies and the eighties. That I want you to know in

this day and hour in which we live in a theiillionaire. It's more common

than it was in the seventies and the eighties that I want to serve know

two billionaires. If you did not hattease, I say, you got nothing

about that all. I'm not saying you did not have a successful ride.

I'm not saying you are not enjoyed timperal pleasures for a season. But I

want the saints a God to know our choice. Then I blessens. It's

not prob't ritual. They there nothing. I'm just lond There's an issue of

global inequality. Some believe this, some say this, and I believe because

of the illegal transactions and crooked business dealings of a lot of these billionaires that

they have heat to themselves riches and they too shall find out that they're holding

bags with holes in the bottom of them. But you know what, they

don't need to worry about us, those of you that have been blessed financially

through Jesus. I believe it. That's something to thank God for. There's

something to shout about. I remember time and Sister Howl in our lives when

we were scraping the bottom of the barrel too, just like that little widow

that had been praying and she needed a miracle, and she needed a prophet,

she needed a God to help her as she scraped the bottom of the

barrel, and it was like I could hear a cop scraping on the bottom

of a barrel during the night last night, and somebody saying, look and

this little bid talk that doctor I ain't blessed like brother so and so her

sister so and so. It may be true, the sister howl and I

are no longer misscrapling the bottom of the barrel. It may seem like in

a lot of ways of misfool and overflowing, but I want you to know

we weren't blessed to when we were straightening the bottom of the parlor and when

we had to cut a sulf and come on into it and soak up the

presence of color. I said, whatever situation you are ill, you are

to be content with the podcast that I know. I am pleased. I

said, you are to be faithful and to know the truth, and I

be revelated and know the Potataine Dismasty showed us real quickly with a brief point

of writing in just a few words, in great brevity. He showed us

that there are lifestyles that the Lord can bless, and he showed us that

there are death styles that the Lord cannot bless. I know that you friends

are concerned about whether or not God has blessed you, and I've prayed it

through and I want you to know you are a child of God. But

you cannot be busy yourself focusing and fixating on the blessings of others. You

like Esau, must look at your father and say, God, I don't

know what you've got left for me, but whether it's little or much,

it is enough. The Bible said that God is with contemplatuy is great gain.

Did you hear that? Financial turn there great gain? If you'll just

speak God me, If you'll take the right pathway, if you despise evil

and love, can you will God the blessings o the Lord God being prevalent

in your life. True blessings come from the Lord, not ma'am. And

I realize this is Sunday morning. Some are sick, some are more out

from the revival. And I realized there's not gonna be a shop message because

I'm pulling for somebody that is all but discouraged and disgusting. You cannot look

at the blessings of others. Again, I said, there's probably millionaires in

this building this morning. And we speak as a fool, but there's probably

millionaires in this building. This morning, when you look at those people that

are millionaires or multi millionaires, you cannot just sit there in an asphile and

sulk and sunk in your misery and your same and say, God, why

did this happen? I don't know, but the blessings of the Lord make

us rich and add no sorrow to it. It doesn't matter if you've got

a million dollars in the banker or a billion dollars in the banker, or

if you've got two little mites that you're not putting them up together, you're

wanting a tossa into the operatory. I want you to know you're passed if

you've got an audience with Jesus. I said, who've got our passed?

If we've got an audience with Jesus. So the women came into the temple

with two mics, and she said, Master Master, I must deposit this

into the kingdom. Into the kingdom, I must make a financial investment involving

my everything. Her financial commitment was superior to that of Zaccius, which is

noteworthy. Jaccus's financial commitment of restoration concerning those did not rival that of Barnabas.

I'm telling you Barnabas came and later everything down at the apostle's feet.

I'm not telling anybody to into your bank account, let us too much a

two million dollars and to bring it to the storehouse. But I'm asking you

to do whatever you can, just to walk in the path of the righteous

and lead the end result in your health and your financial status, the condition

of your parently with everything that you worried about her, everything that's you're concerned

about her, in the handsome that could do something about it, I said

that woman with it too much, committing more, I bring life back to

In other words, in this day and hour, they would have been the

billionaires within Jerusalem. They would have been the people that everybody looked to in

that day and hour, where they would have been the a list celebrities within

the religion of two day yearsl You know there's a lot of advista celebrities and

the pool pit today. I will not do them a disservice and name it

today, but I might another day. But you can tell they're making merchandisa

of men while they've tied their pockets. They overlook the least, the lust

and the learning, while they feel their persons and they feel their faith or

caps their billionaires of this day or unconcerned about the well spiritually and financially of

others. I said, we ought to build what another's burn it if we're

gonna fulfill the law of Christ. Listen, it's something have a lot of

millionaires, And y'all don't misunderstand me. In the seventies and eighties we would

have used the word millionaire. But in the day in which Jesus Christ wills,

he said, hey, guys, follow me. Okay, it sounds

like a call into the ministry, doesn't it. And we're gonna just have

a couple of coats, and we're gonna enter into whatever house that we're invited

to go into, and we're gonna tear you there if we're welcome, but

if not, we're gonna ease on and like a fox that has a den.

I know nothing of that. I don't have my own house. I've

moved out of my father the carpenter's house. I certainly know how to build

one, but because of the situation, situational ministry sometimes leaves us seemingly homeless.

Up my peers up the road. Last not too great men of God

of this church messaged me and they said, Pastor, there's a hopeless man

sleeping out behind some of your portable buildings. They said, he's got a

tarp and a quilt, and he's laid out there right there behind the buildings,

and his sister, howell you know what I said. I said,

you know, I don't like the fact that he's laying out there and so

close to our office, because you just never know he might break in and

steal something. But I was reminded of what Jesus had said concerning those that

needed something to eat. They passed through your feel and leave them a little

handful on purpose, leave them at the end of the road where they can

get something. And I said, sister Howl, as long as they ain't

not damnage in that building, there ain't no need from the sleep outside on

the ground. Just open that building and get in there and have a good

night sleep. Don't sleep out in the elements. Is anybody listening to me

here? I'm telling you Jesus he was homeless, that he was relied on

somebody else to put her repayments. Head. That preacher, I want you

to know, you may not have no one hundred thousand dollars motor home.

You may not even have your place to call home. Put up your call

of God and you're chosen you bless pleason, young preacher, the teachers.

That son is school class, young adult class teacher. The teacher is a

young adult class. You may be struggling to make Jim's beat, doing everything

within your power, by the sweat of your face, to provide for your

home, unless you be calling infidel, But I want you to know it

rains on the just and the unjust in any way. The little fiction's all

right with me. I'll find that woman with the two mites, or find

that billionaire with the two billions, whatever it is, I'm gonna be content

because true blessings come from the Lord Man. Amen. Some say I have

been blessed by saying in relation, they say I've been blessed by God,

to be successful in business, to have great health, to have a big

unified family, to have an awesome job that is great and that might in

fact be indicative of the blessings of the Lord. It was eventually in the

life of Job, it was aventually in the life of Abraham. But I

want you to know someone present today you can still say that I am blessed.

If you do not have the blessings of Abraham or the blessings of Judah.

There's a lot of God's people struggling with bitterness because they do not feel

like the blessed. Because lie preachers of recent generations said, for seeking body,

if you're being press if you're shugging times, you must not be.

It's not down in the center of God's will. That is a life from

the picture. I said that you are an from a pizza hell. Well,

if you were in the center of God's will, you would be struggling

to get free of capture. They say, while they pad their pockets with

a message of prosperity, and they're sure to pay their health insurance. Previous

while great men of God traveled this country uninsured, relying on the blessings of

the Lord O love what I feel this morning. This is not a sharp

message, but this is a solid doctoral message that will help you understand.

There's been some inherrant leading of the sheep of God's people for enough time.

Now it is time that somebody sells to alarm and say, financial prosperity and

success is not indicative. Are the blessings of God always in every instance a

preacher in these United States of the holiness of Pentecostal persuasion that does in fact,

pastor a rock sat of Pentecostal church, recently, concerning a particular affair,

he quickly deducted and deduced that this man must be a blessed man of

God. And he said, for I perceive he is highly blessed of God,

and he is a great man of God. For he liveth in a

four thousand square foot house, and he's got a triple car garage, and

he's got about twenty eight or some of the most pristine property. I'm telling

you just a premier situation. And he must be the blessed of the Lord.

And I listen for a while, Sister Woot, and I thought,

oh, really, that's the indicator that this man has the blessings of the

Lord upon his wife because of his financial prowess, or because of his financial

successor surely God gave him that four thousand it's gonna put home. Surely it's

the lessons of God. I can't be speaking. Told me, I'm not

a distru the pentecost or the holiness movement, No, sir, that I

want you to know her. It is a cancerous seller. Toss her through

the brains of God's people when they got the spiritual acomplesser and they say,

as long as I've got plenty in my character, I'm okay that I'm in

the wheel of God. Come on, now, that could come a time

when you may't kind of die. I save her for my heart. Wealthy

you want have can come a time when you don't want to die. You

don't believe I do you. That's why I don't consider the abundance of things

that I possess that's found in the Book of Proverbs. I don't say that's

indicative of God's blessings. I have been poor and I have been rich.

The Lord has given and the Lord has taken away. Oh, come on

now, whose words about echoing job was definitely the richest man of the East,

was he not? But what happened to that situation? Everybody could say

Job was blessed. That's what they'd say by that. You're in my look

at Job, he is a blessed man. But if you look at some

one and what it doesn't say blessed is the man that has an abundance of

cattle. I know that David and these leaders of Israel would have been like

being theirs in their time. I'm telling you David and Solomon their wealth that

they are master. I think Bill Gates and Jeff Bezosa would have peanuts compared

to the wealth of Solomon and David. But Solomon and David, at the

end of their life of every bit of out of its best. This man,

this generatisir confusing, this generatis slow a soul. I guarantee you that

rich man that opened his eyes in the belly of hell, he take place

us up ten thousand times ten thousand with that poor man. A Seneca began,

I want to tell somebody, you may be begging for a blessing,

but I'd rather be began for a blessing, be a billion God we talk

about that blessed is the man the walk is not the council. And then

goodly is Omer says, blessed is the man the standards not in the way

of sinners. Blessed is that man that does not sit in the seat of

the scorn flaught. He goes on to say, you'll see the blessed man

when in his law he doesn't meditate day and night. That's what I love

about these young men that's got the Holy Goest and started preaching since last February.

I can't even sit down to a rack of ridge and studies without them

start talking about the Lord. I texted him last night and I said,

to you, guys, okay, choir practice over. It was one o'clock

in the morning. I had woke up and I was stirred in my spirit

about all this and checked on some of them. They said, no,

sir, we're still here at the church, talking about the church, talking

about the Lord, talking about the Holy Ghost, talking about preaching. I

said, thank god they weren't hold up somewhere on YouTube. Oh thank god

they went over there to buy us somewhere. Old, thank God for what

he done. I'm gonna kill you. The choice of a mother's heart is

tholen that our children love the truth and walked in the truth. Not only

here, but heed mom. If you don't blame me, so I say,

if it's one, two, six, eight ten, however a minute,

if it's one, the angels at happen rejoice over what that's repented and

will not know the do not need repent it. If you've got one time,

if you got five times, you got t say thank god. I

said thank god. Esau was saying at this point, Yes I've squandered,

Yes I've had a bad swap. Yes I've had an illegal, unlawful trade.

But what is done is done unless some things by opportunities that can never

be grabbed by the forelocks again because opportunity has passed the spy you know,

you got to reach out and grab opportunity by the forelocks before it passes you

by. But there's been a lot of mister opportunities, and there's people that

beating up selfs op becallful. They missed that investment opportunity, they missed that

ministry opportunity, they missed her own that altar service won't come on now.

You need to stop driving over still, Milita, And last opportunity and can't

stand up and missed the call and realize it. The more blessings he saw

where that came from. Even Esau, who sought repentiss carefully with tears,

he was able to get ahold of something. And I'm not talking to somebody

this morning. It's other spirit of Esau. But I am telling you that

Esau, he get messed up, he still got a blessing, and he

walked away blessed. He might not have walked away as his brother Jacob had

hawked upon his eye, saying I shall carry the name of my father Abraham

and Isaac hey, but I've got a blessing. Esau can say, and

the land of Edom can tell you to this day, they are a blessed

People look at your neighbor and saying, neighbor, I am blessed. Why

are you blessed? Ask him? Why are you blessed? I'll tell you

why they're blessed because of Manuel. It's with me. That's why we're blessed.

Because Emmanuel is with us. God is with us in this course that

he has charmed. I don't know what's breathing on me right now, but

since I started talking about a man, you're being with us, and I

have just felt of wind blowing upon my being. I know that God is

with each and every one of his people. I'm not really certain I'm preaching

this pool pit almost every service can have been doing for sixteen or seventeen years

of the same. But I'm feeling something. But Jessy, I don't know

if it's the breath of God breathing upon us or what exactly it's going.

But we are blessing because He is right here and we're bless him. We

are blessed because He is active in our life. He's a person or God.

When you get in trouble, you can call her on this name,

and you don't have to submit to a body, to a statement in order

or a spot calling. Here God, it does stop. Whether you will.

We know we're a billionaire. We'll found the audience with the fire there

and all set. I stop preaching or keep preaching. I'm sure we probably

We're blessed because He is right here with us, whether it's two or three

in a service, or whether it's twenty or thirty or two hundred and three

hundred. We're blessed that God was with us, sister who when we were

scrapeful in the bottom of the barrel sixteen years ago, and there was only

four of us. Hey, you look at this, sometimes seventy five sometimes

ain't. Hey, we were blessed back then. I'm telling you we had

just the greater moves of God. We have a saint preaching. We have

the same teason, we had, the same God, we had, the

and just laid up on the sink and throwing my guts out. And there's

nothing there. And I said, cheerity. The lower back pain is the

I can't shake it up. A couple of days I can't pass.

And I was going south on I seventy five, just before you get the

Colonel Boulevard and head to the Gulf Coast Town Hospital, and Brother Jeremiah's I

I said, well, God, I'm uninsured. I gave up everything to

go down there and pioneered that church because you told me to do and I'm

just trying to trust you and trust you to help our church financially, you

This is definitely gonna be a tremendous financial setback. And God had whispered

to me a week before and he said, you got the best insurance you've

got me, And I didn't fully understand that. But on I seventy five

and all that pain, he said, I have overshadowed them. And in

the second he said that, I'm telling you I weren't worried about my family

staying here. I wasn't worried about never preaching again. All of that stuff

had plagued me and had worried and troubled me. Just knowing that he had

overshadowed me and that he had me underneath his wing, that's all I needed

to hear. Yes, Sir, I was blessed to have Sister Howard sitting

beside me praying for me. I was blessed to know that my family and

the church was trying forming and the other brothers and sisters would praying for me.

But Brother Jesse, if I had not had any of that, knowing

a man, you will have said, I have overshadowed you. When I

got there, they looked at my blood pressure, they looked after test results,

and they came to me. This fish was dead and the head Nursey

stood there. He said, you are certainly a stoic gentleman, sir.

How in the world are you holding up to that pain? When you walked

in here, you acted like it was a non emergency situation, and we

could tell by what you describe her. It had to be how are you

There's a lot of Christians dealing with the fact that they don't have helping.

Sure, it's the dealing with the fact that they don't have a big

because they've got so much more financially, they're so superior. So as soon

as you start saying a god's materialistic possessions are indicted up the hand of God

being in the pathway of their life, you have miserably PopEd because you're being

a simpleton and not understanding what you're saying. I'm a feeling good, right,

I'm a good Lord. I'm getting tongue tired every now and then.

Huh, I'll tell you God's helped me. You know, a new battles

that code it has it, I'm surprising may have been able to hold up

so comparedly. God wants us to get this across to somebody. So when

I read the first three verses of the first chapter of Psalms, I understand

the context of this writing. The author is stating the truth, blessed people

choose a different path than the curse do. Since the beginning of time,

the Lord has desired to bless his people, and he has blessed his people

those who take his charge. Of course, Genesis chapter number one and verse

number twenty eight, Jesus created and I want you to listen to this,

the earth. Since the beginning of time, God has blessed When married,

you do what he did, you'll have to praise God in the good times

and in the bad times, when you got plenty of money and when you've

Joph you to see what used to be. But when he came into the

church, if you will, and there were ten caskets full of ten children

whom him and his wife loved, I want you to know he wasn't thinking

about the Sabians robbing his barns and taking his hurt, and he wouldn't think

he was thinking about the devil. I'm telling you you better quit thinking that

you're blessed because of that six digit bank account or that seven digit bank account

or that eight digit bank account. I'm talking to us, there's something in

this building. You feel like you're scraping the bottom of the barrel. You're

blessed. You better get a hold of what I'm talking about, because when

God blesses you, because you're so materialistic, you're not going to remember the

little days. You're not gonna remember the little things. Brothers, if God

was to give you means and beings, would't you bless God's people with it?

Would you do a work for God? Do it once? You be

generous? So what you be greedy? There's a lot of news and they

said, God, if you'll give it to me, I'll pass it.

I'll be a come do it, I'll bless somebody else. Oh really,

Oh really, what's you do? We're gonna stopped looking her. These materialistic

and say God bless my business, that I'll bless your people, and God

to have Husta city. Yet I remember when we had a story front building.

Was there big on this platform, we were running forty I tell him

you and God sent us a meet in there. And here's when he started

doing. Taught us with his money and flocking his money. I was a

his money and talking to just the poor people. Talking to the poor people.

Man that'll make us not sleep at night, that'll make us excited?

Man? Are them promises like that? Man that'll make you come back to

church and preach on the blesseds of God? That'll make you talk about the

church, make you get out your paper and stay awake all night's catching the

building. I can't wait to tide on this ten percent. Well, guess

what we praying? The Holy Ghost movement. He shook and he trembled and

he shouted. But then when he got home he forgot what he had told

the church and was reported what he had told God. He got the contract,

I drove for six years, and to God be the glory. For

six years, with six kids, I drove two hours of this church and

two hours home, two hours of this church and two hours home, while

working as an engineering manager, one of five executive managers and employed two hundred

and fifty people. After six years, God said, you're dumb. Leave

And you know what, syster, how God showed me? Did he not?

When we first come down here in the house that we would live in.

I couldn't afford that house because I was sacrifice, said everything for God?

How old children? Am I telling it right? For six years?

Somehow God lost that house in the system held it up about once every two

years. I would drive a little, very importantly about to look at it.

I'd pull in the driveway in this house that had weeds and everything in

the yard, and I'd say, honey, God said, this is our

house. After we moved down here, a realtor in this county sent me

enlisting it. Whenever I opened it, it was that house the banks were

releasing. It had been held up in some kind of cork battle. He

said, do you want the house? I said, of course, I

want the house. He said, how do you know you want the house?

I said, if only you knew that the towards had been I've locked,

I've been in there some other time. I knew it was our house.

My kids are climbing them steps. That's my house. We didn't damage

it or anything. How do you know you wanted this house? Yetn't even

seen a trust me. It's enough old the house well, we have lived

there now six or seven years. We just sold it Friday. But brother

Jesse, whoever bought it, they can put whatever money they want to.

They can beautify it, and they might make you look better than the holiness
