  1. May I direct your attention to Versus number twenty three

  2. and twenty four, Brother Jesse, Psalm chapter number one nineteen

  3. and verse number one twelve. Brother Nathaniel, Exodus chapter number

  4. thirty three and verse number eleven. Again, man, direct your

  5. attention to our golden text that God has put in

  6. my heart. If you were to ask.

  7. Me this morning, preacher, what brought that scripture to your heart?

  8. What brought forth such a confirmation from Brother Jesse and

  9. Sister irish Lynn Wooden, I'll tell you God did in

  10. the middle of the night. For anybody that doubts that

  11. you're fixing to be amazed, Brother Jesse, Psalm chapter number

  12. one nineteen and verse number one twelve.

  13. Please, I have.

  14. Inclined to my heart to perform thy statutes away, even

  15. unto the end. Did y'all notice that I have inclined

  16. by hard reading Again, Brother Jesse, I have inclined find

  17. heart to perform our statutes always, even unto the end.

  18. Sounds to me like the Holy Ghost has connected some

  19. dots this morning, Sister him and and he's been working

  20. since the early morning hours, and he's speaking to speak

  21. to somebody among this seventy and perhaps somebody that's tuned in.

  22. But when we preach, remember this church, we're not preaching

  23. to those that are tuned in. We're preaching to those

  24. that are within these four walls. I've heard it must

  25. be to those whom are sitting in the fusions, Brother Nathaniel. Exodus,

  26. chapter number thirty three and verse number eleven, And the

  27. Lord spake and the Moses face to face is a

  28. man speaking unto his friend. And he turned again into

  29. the camp. But his servant, Joshua, the son of Nun,

  30. a young man, departed not out of the tavern at amen,

  31. I want to preach a message the Holy Ghost titled

  32. I am inclined.

  33. To do so.

  34. At a time of seeking the Lord for a sermon

  35. specific for special people, I said, God, I need something

  36. for this beautiful family that you have given me. That

  37. I'm coming back to, something straight out of the portals

  38. of glory, which it please help me while I'm praying,

  39. And I said, God, why am I doing this when

  40. I need sleep?

  41. Why am I in this for?

  42. Why am I going back and forth from the flour

  43. in the chair. Why am I doing this rather than

  44. sleeping tonight? And Brother Jesse, it seemed as though my

  45. spirit said, I am inclined to do so.

  46. I want to preach a.

  47. Message the Holy Ghost titled I'm inclined to do so Again.

  48. Sister quoted in her testimony these words, I have no

  49. inclination of jumping ship. Speaking of Brother Jesse's testimony prior

  50. to being here this morning, and also Brother Nathaniel, Brother

  51. Jesse just read scriptures of people that were inclined to

  52. go to church. I am inclined to spend time in church,

  53. as Joshua would terry there in the meeting place where

  54. the people had gathered, where Moses had saw our God.

  55. Let's stand for.

  56. The reading of our golden text. Joshua with twenty four

  57. verses number twenty three and twenty four, very familiar.

  58. Verses of scripture the Bible.

  59. Sitting now therefore put away, said he the strange gods

  60. which are among you, and incline your heart onto the Lord,

  61. God of Israel. And the people said it to Joshua,

  62. the Lord, our God. We will serve in his voice.

  63. We will obey, praise the Lord. Let's pray this morning,

  64. Heavenly Father, we thank you for the opportunity to be

  65. in your house. We thank you for this precious people. God,

  66. I sure feel like they are precious. I know you

  67. know the heart, you know the mind, you know the people.

  68. I pray that you would send a guard at their

  69. ears and have them to hear what the Spirit of

  70. God says. And to the church today, Lord, and not

  71. of my words, but of your words, I ask you, God,

  72. may they hear. Would you send a guard in my

  73. mouth and help me to say the things you would

  74. have me to say?

  75. Nothing more or less.

  76. God, I pray that we would depart this place joyfully

  77. and not sorrowfully, in Jesus' name. And the church said,

  78. Amen again, it is so good to be home with

  79. our precious church family. The church family, our golden text

  80. is found in an Old Testament book of the Holy Bible,

  81. the Book of Joshua. The title of this book bears

  82. the name of its author, author of the sacred writing,

  83. is one of the most recognized characters of the entire Bible,

  84. especially the Old Testament.

  85. The name Joshua is recognizable.

  86. Among the methel hole Inist Church family because for now

  87. one of our members bears such a wonderful name. I

  88. looked at the meaning of the name Joshua and was

  89. blessed by the meaning of the wonderful name.

  90. This name immediately triggers the memory.

  91. Into a mental explosion, Memories of a mighty warrior. Memories

  92. of this mighty warrior's mighty exploits began to pulsate through

  93. my mind and even your minds this morning, readers and

  94. students of the Bible, people of the Divine Library.

  95. People of the claw, people of the sacred Red.

  96. When I mentioned that name Joshua, your mind is pulsating

  97. with memories of his exploits. And truly, brother Jesse, they

  98. were notable and remarkable exploits. You know of him, don't

  99. just some of you are smiling right now. Maybe only

  100. a couple of you do not recognize the name of

  101. such a biblical character.

  102. Someone at this very moment is thinking that he is.

  103. The successor of the meek and the greatest pastor Israel

  104. has ever known, the meekest and the greatest pastor Israel

  105. has ever known, the man Moses, while another in this

  106. building is thinking of the numerous conquest of Canaan. Another

  107. person sitting out there will remember that Joshua is the

  108. one who reminded the Israelites, the people of the Lord

  109. of the importance of fearing and honoring the Lord, their God.

  110. His instructions that God's people were specific.

  111. He went on to say that you should.

  112. Serve the Lord with your heart.

  113. That your heart should be inclined unto the Lord, and

  114. not other things. His instructus to them word that they

  115. were to be faithful people, to belong and to allow

  116. nothing or no one to come in between them and God.

  117. There's somebody in this fielding that was safer. As long

  118. as I will live, I will never forget that this

  119. was the man.

  120. That told the children of Israel to march around the walls.

  121. Of Jericho, and told a certain group among that group

  122. that you are to blow trumpets loudly and tell others.

  123. You are to shout loudly and tell some you are

  124. to march. And therefore there was a great victory that

  125. day for the nation of Israel, which included the down

  126. of fall of Canaan and also the downfall of the

  127. walls that kept God's people.

  128. From possessing their promise. What a character, what a.

  129. Noble man man, what a man of valor, a vip

  130. amongst the men of God, A very important person, someone

  131. that told his people you must serve the Lord. Why

  132. would the people of God have to be reminded that

  133. it is their duty and their responsibility to live in

  134. servitude to the Lord. It seems to be a no

  135. brainer to me and some mother's present this morning. But

  136. this man of God that was Moses's successor, who finds

  137. himself as the leader of.

  138. God's people, and at.

  139. This time he is a dying man, the greatest general

  140. that Israel has known up until this time, only to

  141. meet this place by David.

  142. Joshua was a mighty general.

  143. But there would come one greater named David, that would

  144. be more beloved and more regarded and more revered.

  145. But this man is second or David and brother Nathaniel.

  146. He speaking to people that.

  147. Have problems, and they have problems because they have inherited

  148. death from people that have made bad choices.

  149. And there's some of you this morning that are present

  150. that could say I.

  151. Was not reared nor was I raised among the people

  152. of God. They could not say this. They are reared

  153. and raised among the people of God. But the people

  154. of God that they were around, those professors were not

  155. always possessors, and their forefathers for the Jesse, some of

  156. the founding fathers of this great movement.

  157. They disobeyed God, and.

  158. They transgress a newly received law. If you want their

  159. new converts. They received a new covenant for their time,

  160. and they're already transgressors and their law break. And Joshua

  161. and knows as Phos Daddy and marvel, some goes the babies.

  162. So these desert babies are inclined to do evil because

  163. of the examples, the fun of them. I feel like

  164. preaching to you this morning. You see, this man of

  165. God told the ones who profess to be the people

  166. of God to toss out the pagan gods. Why would

  167. anybody at this point after the ministry of me can

  168. mold to For Moses, who did have phare ups at

  169. times sometimes the physical body has flair ups. Author rihotis

  170. first side as veterrianius all of these houses. Sometimes a

  171. mad of God, even Jesus Prince himself had a playo.

  172. Sometimes a man of God as a spiritual.

  173. And so here the spiritual the trust Joshua as a pharaoh,

  174. and he's telling me, these people things are not as

  175. they appear to all of you.

  176. Consecrated God, He said, the gods, pagan pagans.

  177. Forget about the little gods and focus on Vico, the one.

  178. That would describe and divide himself as the Lord of

  179. the moves and.

  180. The God of gods.

  181. Isn't it terrible that the Lord would have to speak

  182. concerning himself in that manner.

  183. So, this great general of Israel, he.

  184. Reached the tie and a point in his life when

  185. he's about.

  186. To take his last breath.

  187. And he knows, after he's taken his last breath, this

  188. dying man knows, my voice will no longer be heard

  189. in the ir canals of this people. My voice will

  190. soon stop echoing in the planner of the beings of

  191. these individuals. And so as he's saying goodbye and about

  192. to lead the land of promise, howven of you know

  193. we will be dying soon.

  194. Seventy and eighty years is about a long time for

  195. someone to live.

  196. If we know that.

  197. Joshua was about to lead the land of the dying

  198. in order.

  199. To lay hold on eternal life.

  200. In this twenty fourth chapter, the reader findes Chashua was

  201. farewell address, and in this address he addresses people he

  202. dearly loved. Again, he addresses people who me dearly loved,

  203. but they were a people who were raised by people

  204. whose hearts had not been fully inclined unto the Lord.

  205. I always see what you're doing on Sunday and Wednesday.

  206. I don't know what you're doing every other day on

  207. that seven day week, that's five more days were giving

  208. me incline or the other things that what you seem

  209. to be inclined that on Sunday and Nick week. These

  210. people are listening to General Joshua preach and speak, and

  211. General Joshua is addressing that these people could easily turn

  212. back in other words, but Jesse he felt that there

  213. was some in that congregation that were incline to jump ship.

  214. I'm telling if.

  215. God speaking to somebody in this building here this morning,

  216. Joshua was telling them, I feel like some of you

  217. are inclined to be like your parents and your fore

  218. fathers up. You have been too focused on their actions

  219. up and their conductor and their characteristic so that you

  220. have not been focused on and nothing on your heavenly father.

  221. Do you know that their family father, so their fore

  222. fathers had problems.

  223. Jesus people.

  224. Just to it.

  225. These chaldren of God's spiritual that thought that they should

  226. not follow them.

  227. And these and they should not place.

  228. He said it should not.

  229. Said they should not person. Something took place.

  230. It was horrible.

  231. It was not God, it was the counsel sources.

  232. It's her worst compromise.

  233. There somebody in this building this season.

  234. So these people raised by people repeated the next time

  235. of the dead.

  236. Choices mhm.

  237. Still being born to a certain direction. It's not our

  238. ways of God. And sometimes situations they.

  239. Have a way of seeming to prove out to have

  240. been the perfect will of God.

  241. Until after Daniel Boone's son realized it was unwise to

  242. separate from Daddy and his group. I don't remember the

  243. name of that son that was murdered there on the

  244. frontier because he felt like, I'm a skilled hunter. I

  245. have learned all of the necessary skills for survival from

  246. the legend of himself. And tonight, me and my small

  247. band of me and we will break. Of course, we

  248. will set up for Tampa. I'm figuring link.

  249. Yeah serious.

  250. M hm.

  251. So they joined up for General Joshua. They prospered, They've

  252. reached the promised Land. Not only did they reach it,

  253. they possessed it. But Josua is on his deathbed. Brother

  254. Nathaniel I know it's much to ask of you, but

  255. you and Brother Towler move that altar to a position

  256. here in front of the pulpit, and I want to

  257. ask Brother.

  258. Nathaniel to lay on that altar. I know that will

  259. be uncomfortable.

  260. I know that our pattern tubes sometimes make us too

  261. comfortable in the House of the Lord. But we won't

  262. have to worry about Brother Nathaniel being very comfortable because

  263. he's on netwooden altar that represents a death bed. It

  264. is never a comfortable position or a posture to be

  265. constrained or restrained to a deathbed. The confinement in itself

  266. is almost too much for a man to bear. And

  267. somebody's dealing with his own personal battles in his own

  268. personal mental battles. And Brother chip Roy as he's walking

  269. work past up the shadow of the value of death,

  270. he has approached the valley of death and death itself,

  271. the grim Reaper its flooding angels over him.

  272. He's speaking some last words.

  273. His Pharah addresses, No, some of you your heart is

  274. not inclined to the Lord, looking like some of those

  275. things You've got to do it. Try to offer words

  276. of instruction, my God, when we should be comforting and

  277. counseling the dying. The dying has having minister to us, who,

  278. sweet Lamb of God, I'm telling you that tribe should

  279. have been gathered together, and then Joshua should have been

  280. able to say with a heart full of great joy,

  281. that I rejoice in you, my children, that you all

  282. walk in truth, and that not one of you air.

  283. And it's something that here on his deathbnd, here in

  284. his final address, he's still telling Summer, you better get rid.

  285. Of those the little gods. Are you paying attention? You

  286. better get rid of those little gods?

  287. They come on.

  288. Now. He may never have laid eyes upon those little gods,

  289. but he knew there's a reason why the fine is

  290. being spoiled.

  291. There's some little foxes lo this camp. You see these

  292. scars specific that night. They don't receive these risks.

  293. Because then would not put sin out of the camp,

  294. because of they would not put sin out of their lives. Sister,

  295. But it's too late to walk up to the casket

  296. of the buyer and look at that general and say,

  297. you know what, those are beautiful scars, And those are

  298. scars he has because he fought from me. And it

  299. might be true, he fought for you. But the problem is,

  300. Joshua knows I did fight for you, I did stand

  301. for you. Victory did come, but I will no longer

  302. be fighting for you. And I'm concerned. And I can't

  303. remember the name of that boy, but I remember studying

  304. in school on the frontiersman, specifically Daniel Boone.

  305. And I remember brother Start. He was part of the

  306. British colony.

  307. You will remember they had that eastern coast and the

  308. British ruled the eastern coast of the United States of America,

  309. and the British sovereign had ruled that nobody was to

  310. cross the Appalations because on the other side of the

  311. Appalachians were the Indians, and that was Indian territory. You

  312. will remember the Shawnee pretty much covered from Michigan almost

  313. all the way clear down to Tennessee. I think it

  314. was I have not looked into this that I'm not

  315. sure that Cherokee might have been a little further west.

  316. And then you had to sue you had many other

  317. groups of Indians.

  318. Brother Tiffroy, but Daniel Moon he wanted to get some

  319. skins because in him selling those hides, he was able

  320. to become a very wealthy man. And so he ventured

  321. into the frontier against the will of the British emperor,

  322. you remember, against the will of whoever was the leader

  323. at that time.

  324. I can't remember.

  325. And he explored, and sure enough, it appeared to be

  326. beautiful territory. It appeared to be virgin land. It appeared

  327. to be unoccupied, and it appeared to offer no danger.

  328. There was no reason for alarm or concern. I'm just

  329. gonna go out into there. I'm gonna get all of

  330. these hides and skins and pelts, and I'm gonna come back,

  331. and I'm gonna be prominent and very wealthy. It's true,

  332. in that one or two month period he could have

  333. earned the year salary in wages for the sales of

  334. the proceeds of selling those skins. But brother Charlatan, I

  335. can't remember exactly how long it was into.

  336. That adventure or into that journey.

  337. He came back to.

  338. Camp, and a month or two of hard labor and

  339. worker had been totally dissolved, and the race they had

  340. confiscated every skin that that man had ten and that

  341. that man had collected, and that man intended to take

  342. back into.

  343. The British colony and sell well Jessey.

  344. He went out fairly richer and it came back in

  345. great data, and it was a great popular Because.

  346. He doesn't likely he himself, I can go out and

  347. do it.

  348. Oh my God in Heaven, you better make.

  349. Sure that when Joshua went, does that's your everything.

  350. You think you wrong, and that she won't go.

  351. They're talking about that with everything go you can do.

  352. H okay.

  353. To us, brother chip Roy.

  354. These people have been raised by dads and moms and

  355. grandmas and grandpas whose heart was not always fully inclined

  356. unto the Lord. I remember growing up in the churches

  357. of God, and I could tell which elder's heart were

  358. inclined under the Lord, and I could tell who was it.

  359. And I'm pastor and preaching round here this morning.

  360. I could tell.

  361. And there was something.

  362. As a young person with an innocent.

  363. Mind, not being critical and not being judgmental, I picked

  364. who I wanted to be like if I ever lived

  365. right and if I ever sold out to God. I said,

  366. I want to be like sister Clara. I didn't want

  367. to be like them Others that I will not name,

  368. but I will tell you.

  369. What their actions were. Their actions were.

  370. I came early for.

  371. Church to pull out of my pocketbook a cross word puszle.

  372. I ain't got more problem.

  373. In the world at all across word puscles. I love

  374. working across word puszle.

  375. But I'm gonna do it.

  376. I'm stay and I'm gonna do it. I'm not gonna

  377. do it.

  378. Sometime this so was ti to their fingernails.

  379. I could see the fingerdale dust on the floor in

  380. front of their pew where they were.

  381. Sitting after church. I could see little clippings and nails.

  382. And some of them will go so far as to

  383. take their shoes off and cross their legs and trim

  384. their toenails. I'm not talking about fairy tales here or

  385. something that I'm not an eye witness too.

  386. I saw it with my own eyes.

  387. I never said anything to Dad and Mama that I

  388. was taking a mental note that my problem meals.

  389. I might have been deciphering between the two. I might

  390. have been differentiated between the two what I wanted to.

  391. Be when I got a wife and the problem mill

  392. said this. Nine percent of that youth drooper, you stopped percent.

  393. That's their example, and they're no longer. If God sends up.

  394. They no longer got a desire to prepare church.

  395. They don't to be.

  396. You see, these people felt like they were constantly moving

  397. and constantly running. They felt like brothers Jesse, that they're

  398. torn in so many different directions. You know why that

  399. is because of Dad involving Grandma and grandfather's indecision. They

  400. feel like they're being torn into different directions. They made

  401. bad choices about where to spend and invest their time. Yeah,

  402. I'm inclined to invest my time right here this morning

  403. at the Bethel Hoonly Church eleven fifty three Cornelia Drives Lavel, Florida.

  404. Three three nine three five.

  405. And I'm inclined to spend and invest tonight's time in

  406. the worship God at the same house and worship at

  407. the same I tress, why are so many people overwhelmed spiritually?

  408. Why are so many people torn spiritually?

  409. Because they don't invest enough.

  410. Time in the Lord and in the things of the

  411. Lord in the church, said Amen. In the fifteen verse

  412. of this twenty fourth chapter, Joshua says to Israel.

  413. Choose you this day, whom ye will serve? Make a choice? Now.

  414. The bomas that a double minded man is unstable in

  415. all of his ways, Brother Nathaniel, come up here now

  416. and walk this ledge, walking very carefully.

  417. A double minded man is unstable in all of his ways.

  418. I'm working, brother Nathaniel. He was the general Joshua, and

  419. now he is an unstable man. For right now, he's

  420. not stolen because he's got his eyes focused on the step.

  421. He's also got his eyes focused on the goal, and

  422. that is not falling, not failing, and not faltering. That's

  423. his objective. We'll make it on this ledge. But if

  424. he's divided in heart and spirit and.

  425. He's double minded, and he's looking to the left and

  426. he's looking to the right, he will not be long.

  427. He will be fearing. Oh clears, listen, moms and dancer.

  428. I would fear God. Who too much in the com

  429. into God's house and check my say so. Media, just

  430. see what the latest report is or somebody's gossip station.

  431. There's more right.

  432. I would play anything, he would myself anything.

  433. Concerned.

  434. He puts his hand, he's not. There's not so because

  435. popped there, see, he said, pops the sting.

  436. It just.

  437. It just.

  438. You go on circles, when you turn the sideways and

  439. look at sideways, I felt the Holy sit in this place,

  440. and I really do. And I'm not just saying that.

  441. In the fifteenth verse of this chapter, josh was made

  442. a choice, and that now I'm telling you they had

  443. half for time to do so. They had time to

  444. do it when Moses was their leader. They had time

  445. to do it when Joshua was their leader. But they

  446. remained in indecision. And Elijah did dealt with the same

  447. syndrome indecision. He said, I don't halts you between two opinions.

  448. You need to make a choice, because you ain't doing

  449. nobody any good. I remember one time our pastor preached

  450. a message. I don't remember the title of the texts.

  451. I think I just remembered, is thy heart right when

  452. my heart? As my heart is right with? I heard,

  453. and I thought, surely, nobody in this building is struggling

  454. in this manner. There's only thirty some people here. Everybody

  455. seems to be faster than praying. Everybody seems to be

  456. doing good. Everybody seems to be on fire. The young

  457. man that I least expected. I just went to the

  458. pastor's office the next morning, knocked on the door and

  459. in a very foul, bitter spirit.

  460. He said, no, it is not. That was the young

  461. man that had been promoted to preach.

  462. That was the young man that had been allowed permission

  463. to play a piano, had been allowed to sing. He

  464. went to his pastor's office and knocked in the door, foolishing,

  465. spoke to his pastor in a manner he had never

  466. spoke to him before, and said, I've come with an

  467. answer to you a question. I want to tell every

  468. foolish person that's ever done that to a pastor, including

  469. these people have done it to Joshua Moses, you've got

  470. mighty too big for your riches, because what you were

  471. to do was to humble yourself and answer God and

  472. the altar that night, not make a trick down a

  473. highway and go to your pastor's office and knock on

  474. his door while he's busy providing a living for his

  475. family and say, I come for it with an answer

  476. to your question.

  477. Listen.

  478. It was God asking the question. And from what I've seen,

  479. that guy has not prospered one bit. And I have

  480. definitely seen that he has struggled in some spiritcing ever

  481. since he told his passion of my heart is not

  482. with your heart as your heart is with my heart.

  483. And that's what Joshua was saying to these people.

  484. I know how dead and Mom were, but really, in reality,

  485. they should have considered every last.

  486. One of them.

  487. Brother, your boy is buried over there in the desert,

  488. saying they none of them inherited or inhabited the Thaumased

  489. land after all. And just because you made it don't

  490. mean you'll keep it. Just because you made it to

  491. there don't mean you'll keep residency there. So these people,

  492. they were incline to invest their time and things that

  493. were frivolous, and investor time and things that didn't matter.

  494. You're thinking about things that really don't matter. I remember

  495. one time I was offered a church, and it didn't

  496. take me long to realize I have to stop thinking

  497. about that opportunity. Sometimes I'll mention that opportunity here to Methel,

  498. just to let them know that the sacrifice I made

  499. came from my heart.

  500. Choice that I made was between two, and I chose Bethel.

  501. And Sister how was talking about that while we were

  502. swimming in the ocean, while we were gone on that

  503. private beach, we swam in the ocean, not exiting, not

  504. getting out of it. One time every day for at

  505. least two and a half hours, so that's a long

  506. time to be in the water.

  507. She loves the water. I love the water. We were

  508. not concerned about sharks. Did we see one?

  509. Of course, when you spend that much time in the

  510. water for a week, you'll see the porpoise go by.

  511. In the distance, you'll see a shark. Vin, you have

  512. to be careful remove yourself from their territory. As I'm

  513. preaching here this morning, you better stay out of Indian territory.

  514. You better make sure you're a Daniel Boone before you

  515. attempt to be a frontiersman. Just because you're Junior Boom,

  516. don't make you Daniel Boone and just propose.

  517. Daddy Haulds your height up.

  518. To the top of the Appalachian and you looked out

  519. with Joshua and you said, look at that.

  520. That's an opportunity for conquest.

  521. That's an opportunity for inhabitation, that's an opportunity for civilation.

  522. Listen, little Junior Boon, you better be careful. There's a

  523. time ahawk for you. I feel like it's a tomahawk

  524. of sin. Huh. I'm preaching to somebody.

  525. I'm telling you I'm not going to overlook what God

  526. has done this morning. I wasn't looking for confirmation for

  527. God's speaking to somebody this morning. I've said it for years.

  528. God is the only one that opens doors. The devil

  529. opens opportunities door. God's not the only one that promotes. Yes,

  530. promotion comes from the Lord, but the devil also promotes people.

  531. And so I had to think about that opportunity. I

  532. don't think it was an opportunity that the devil presented.

  533. I don't think it was an opportunity that would have

  534. destroyed my family altogether. But I know my family wouldn't

  535. be identified as it is today. I don't feel like

  536. my boys would have the wives that they have today.

  537. I don't feel like some of you would be where

  538. you're at spiritually today. And Sister House said yeah about

  539. that a lot of times, she said, you know, sometimes

  540. the question that I hear you keep saying is I

  541. hope that God somebody didn't lose her soul as a

  542. result of me not choosing them. And that was what

  543. haunted me up until this past week. I hope to

  544. God that there wasn't a passle of people that lost

  545. their soul.

  546. Or lost their vision, or lost their burden, or lost.

  547. Their zeal, their passion, their desire, their inclination of because

  548. I wasn't there, because I didn't accept that opportunity that's

  549. haunted me privately at night, all hours of the night

  550. for many years.

  551. Did I obey God? Or did I disobey God?

  552. Was that God's will?

  553. Or was it not?

  554. And I've really realized it wasn't. And the further I

  555. get from that situation tomorrow, I realized.

  556. That was not the best choice.

  557. It was God's will for me to be here, to

  558. drive down state to set up tent, to pitch tent here,

  559. and Sister house, she said, you know, Jeremy, I was thinking.

  560. She said, for every soul that could have been.

  561. Lost potentially there, she said, if you'd have left Bethel,

  562. she said, you'd lost the equal amount there. She said,

  563. where would Tyler be? Where would Crystal be? Where would

  564. this one and that one be? And I said, you

  565. know what, You're right. It was just a trading off

  566. of souls. And so I felt peace right then, and

  567. Sister move because I realized.

  568. Tyler, where are you at? Tyler?

  569. I realized he's just as important, just as special to

  570. me and God as anyone else. No matter what his

  571. last name is, He's just as important and just as

  572. special to being God as anyone else.

  573. All souls belonged to God.

  574. And so I've decided I am burying that, and I

  575. left it in that sea of forgetfulness for effort.

  576. I have not been haunted one day and not since it.

  577. And there's some of you that have lost stays and

  578. it's in your past and you're struggling.

  579. With and an apostle Paul dealt with that same demon

  580. and that safe spirit and what could have been?

  581. That's what my wist brother said to me and Sister

  582. Hannah's one celebration over there, as we had time of

  583. refreshment nursement. He said, the only thing I struggle with

  584. is what could have been if Be and you in

  585. charity and my wife had have been together and could

  586. have spent time together and pellowship together and foster and

  587. family together, and that close companionship and companionship.

  588. Listen, You're not the only one that bothers and fauns and.

  589. Struggles with what and what could I be?

  590. This message has taken a lot longer than it should

  591. have because I'm trying to help so many people in

  592. so many areas, you'll kill yourself mentally, physically, inspiracy, wondering

  593. about what could have been, what should have been? What

  594. if I preached the message years ago toddled the storm

  595. name what if if any of these people who would

  596. hurt Joshua refused to choose, then their choice was made

  597. by default. If they refuse to make a choice, then

  598. an essence they chose right then and there. When Gamaliel

  599. told the men, thus remain neutral. I'd like to just

  600. have neutral feelings concerned in this matter, he made a

  601. choice right then against Christianity. His indecision, Brother Stare, was

  602. indicative of the same thing that George W.

  603. Bush just done. He made a decision, and by him

  604. not speaking, he made a choice.

  605. Most of these celebrities, including a list celebrities, sports stars,

  606. musical talents of all genres, also preachers of all persuasions,

  607. they're recommending a candidate for the presidency of the United States.

  608. Among former presidents, I believe only one living president refused

  609. to make a referral and to recommend whom he should

  610. vote for, whom we should vote for, and that was

  611. our dearly beloved George W.

  612. Bush.

  613. And when I heard him say, I refuse what do

  614. you call that one name? Make a statement endorsement?

  615. That's it.

  616. When I heard George W.

  617. Bush say I refused to endorse a president for this

  618. presidency upcoming presidency, I knew ricked in brother Thomas there

  619. at the fact that the man wouldn't speak against Donald J.

  620. Trump and wouldn't say I endorse Miss Harris. I knew

  621. wracked in in blazing big bold letters, George W. Bush

  622. was saying, I vote for Donald J. Trump defies you.

  623. The fact that the entire political system and every rhyter included,

  624. is saying we endorse miss Harris. So call V P.

  625. Harris the last choice in the previous Democratic primary. The

  626. fact that he didn't just boldly like Carl Rove did

  627. and Dick Cheney and all them McCain's and all them

  628. other people.

  629. Brother Jesse ted Cruz had stepped out.

  630. Yet, said Bunch. Marco Rubio said a few things. There's

  631. a lot of them going very silent. There's a lot

  632. of them growing even more.

  633. Silent by the day, and that appalls me and concerns me.

  634. Well, what I'm trying to say is you're in decision

  635. right now and you're continueing decision.

  636. Or put things behind.

  637. I heard the messages that were preached in life since

  638. our father.

  639. The spirit of what was being said.

  640. I heard, never go.

  641. Samuel said, don't sell your everybody in the face of God.

  642. Don't don't go get through this week? Did you see God?

  643. Did you people? Did you find He? Did you proceed.

  644. Side?

  645. You say?

  646. If you if you meditate on that old flame long enough,

  647. you play with that fire, you'll get burned. You'll marry

  648. somebody that's supposed to be the apple of your eye,

  649. the prize of your.

  650. Soul, the joy of your heart, and you'll find yourself tying.

  651. And I pant to what could have been.

  652. There's no way we could get where we're at today

  653. if I was continually thinking about the opportunity of fifteen

  654. years ago. I feel the Holy Good stick in this place.

  655. I'm preaching that somebody. We'll see if the altar is

  656. fruitful for that time. My pastor preaches, your heart right

  657. with my heart is my heart's right with eye. The

  658. young man didn't respond, but he was planning in his spirit,

  659. in his heart, he was gonna make his moood literally,

  660. and in the next day he spoke.

  661. With big bold words, and I can tell you something.

  662. I mean no disrespect.

  663. I need somebody's wearing a necktie that I don't care about.

  664. You amiliate because they don't care about you amiliating their mom. Philip,

  665. thank you, Greg, come up here. This guy's always been

  666. a nuting. But that guy was being controlled by his wife.

  667. And it came out that he was so impact and

  668. so whipped into submission his little wimpy heart. Listen, if

  669. you want to be a slave to spirits, they will

  670. lead you about. She led him from that church to

  671. the next church, to the next church, to the next church,

  672. and slowly, but surely she's led him away from this standard,

  673. to this standard, to this standard, to this standard. While

  674. saying whether this traditions of yesteryear, why should we continue

  675. this tradition, I'm telling you you get led away from

  676. the will of God, it'll be to your demise. I'm

  677. my preaching is exactly how I want to preach, because

  678. God is moving on me right here this morning, to

  679. cover a lot of bases and a lot of ground.

  680. Why they refuse to settle it in our spirit? Look

  681. again at our golden texts. Now therefore put away, said

  682. he the strange gods which are among you, and incline

  683. your heart unto the Lord, God of Israel. Did you

  684. notice that Beloved, the Spiritual and Natural God told these

  685. people incline your hearts unto the Lord. I wonder how

  686. many of these people started shaking their heads and wagging

  687. their tongues, and how many stood there and denial when

  688. they knew very well that they had allowed their hearts to.

  689. Be inclined towards other things besides the things of God.

  690. As we read that verse, we clearly say there were

  691. a thing in their lives that were inclining their hearts

  692. away from the Lord. So among the congregation, so among

  693. this congregation, so among many other congregations, and it will

  694. continue to be so until the Lord's return. There will

  695. be those that gather together of different inclinations.

  696. Do y'all think God has ordered the service this morning

  697. or not?

  698. Our brother read one of our co texts, saw one

  699. nineteen one twelve and said, I have inclined my heart

  700. to perform.

  701. The statues of the Lord.

  702. I have inclined my heart to perform always the statues.

  703. Of the Lord.

  704. And he went on, Brother Roquep, I'm not quoting I'm paraphrasing,

  705. but I believe he said, even unto the end, how

  706. many presents today, know that the choices you make today

  707. will become your inclinations. You're inclined that way because the

  708. choices you're making, you're choosing with your own being, her

  709. very own mind, to dwell on it and to meditate

  710. on it. The choices that you are making are becoming

  711. your inclinations. When we define the word inclined, we say

  712. it means to lean toward, lean inward, tend to fall

  713. in a direction, to be drawn toward a course of conduct.

  714. The song was said, I have inclined my heart to

  715. perform thy statues always, even unto the end. Joshua was

  716. at the very tip of the end of his life.

  717. We live near the very end of the tip of

  718. the state of Florida.

  719. This maranss to how it was about to breathe his

  720. last breath, when he has served God all the days

  721. of his life, all the days of his life, he

  722. was inclined to do right.

  723. Y'all.

  724. Hear me say it a lot of times, which way

  725. are you bent? Concerning Central Christmas? From miscuity? We hear

  726. sometimes people say, hey, that one was always bent in

  727. that direction. And extend It's thirty three and eleven the Bible.

  728. He said in the Lord speaking to Moses face to face,

  729. as a man speaking and his friend. And he turned

  730. again into the camp, but to servant Joshua, the son

  731. of None, a young man, departed, not out of the tabernacle.

  732. So this tells me, Brother Nathaniel, Brother Jesse.

  733. Even as a young man, this man.

  734. Joshua was inclined to do what was right, that include

  735. going to the House of God. In essence, he didn't

  736. want to quit church. In essence, he didn't want to

  737. jump ship. In essence, he didn't want to quit God

  738. because his heart was inclined to the Lord. You wouldn't

  739. find this guy hiding little gods here and there, hide

  740. little apse on a cell phone, deleting his brows in

  741. his true because his heart was inclined unto the Lord.

  742. Joshua wasn't so sure that his contemporaries and peers were

  743. making the same choices as he. He spoke directly to

  744. those people. They needed to be renewed in the Lord.

  745. Here in his death, Brother Jonathan, he knew they need

  746. a personal revival. When you see somebody in the church

  747. family rugling and trade for them to have a personal revival,

  748. because Joshua was.

  749. Tired of hearing their lift service.

  750. He heard their pledge as they vowed to serve God,

  751. but his words to them were just echoes of their

  752. forefather's words. And so he repeated, incline your heart unto

  753. the Lord God of Israel. Incline your heart that that

  754. is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked, that that

  755. you don't really know.

  756. Incline your heart. So everyone was to take his instruction

  757. to heart. Incline your heart.

  758. I want everyone present to think with me right now,

  759. what are my inclinations?

  760. What is my natural tendencies? What about that feeling that

  761. makes you want to do that certain thing.

  762. Sister Howell's natural tendency is to find a gourmet donat

  763. but now she has taught herself not to have those inclinations.

  764. But because we were out and about on our thirtieth

  765. wedding anniversary, I decided to reinvite form her inclinations. And

  766. I went into Publics and I found the very best

  767. Gormete donuts and on the mankind in the bakery at

  768. Public's at Fort Myers, beach and sister woodin.

  769. She said, I don't know, Jeremy, you shouldn't have done it.

  770. And she said I can't do that, and walked about

  771. thirty feet started looking at other things, and so I said, cheered.

  772. I need to ask you a question.

  773. But I was standing right by them donuts, and I said,

  774. I need to ask you a question about something else.

  775. There's a half gallon of unsweet tea right here, Public's brand,

  776. it's brewed.

  777. It'd probably be good. What do you think I think

  778. it'd be good?

  779. I said, Poplic's got good subs, Public's got good fried chicken,

  780. Pope's got a good grocery store, Polish got.

  781. Good clean stuff. Gotta be good.

  782. She said, I think it'd be finding. As I saw

  783. that eye, look at that gorm made donut. And if

  784. you have Marco Polo and you have my seconds, you

  785. see me proud to eating my half. You didn't see

  786. her eat her half unless I captured it on my seconds.

  787. I might have, but she ate her half and then

  788. we both ended up a whole one.

  789. But now because she's been re exposed to the gourmet donuts,

  790. she's inclined to do so. Because I heard her say

  791. just yesterday or the day before. She said, you know,

  792. I've never had a donut like that one. She said,

  793. the dough and that thing and the way it tasted.

  794. Sister Megan is just so good. So Sister Booting.

  795. Because of a choice that I made.

  796. Now she has an inclination. She's inclined. I feel the

  797. whole case so tall. You make it some bad choices,

  798. and that's why you're inclined. I'm inclined to do so.

  799. But I'm glad I've made some good choices, and I'm

  800. inclined to be here with my beautiful church family today.

  801. I'm inclined to fellowship with the believers, to the service

  802. here this morning. I'm inclined to go to church. I

  803. have a desire to go. I'm inclined to do so.

  804. Brother Dan, I'm meant to be in church. You know,

  805. they used to make I don't want to say the

  806. word it begins with a letter V. Those that had

  807. never experienced certain things that adults do that are married.

  808. And they used to make fun of those people because

  809. of their status as a begins with a letter V.

  810. A pure moral person that is unexperienced.

  811. I remember in the.

  812. Nineties they tried to shame some of those that were

  813. inexperienced gloriously and that had self control, and that were

  814. pure and moral.

  815. They tried to shame them for being a Well, some

  816. of us were inclined to be so.

  817. Unashamedly because we found it disgusting and sickening to throw

  818. ourselves at something like a pent tall.

  819. Because we were above that morally.

  820. And now they try to shame us for being bonafide

  821. true blue tear, vanilla grade, a old fashion in style,

  822. never out of fashion, Holy rollers, cure, living clean, living.

  823. Tongue talking people of God. Well, I wasn't ashamed to

  824. be pure then, and I'm I'm ashamed to be pure

  825. and holy before God.

  826. Now I'm in climbing in a holiness church. I've been

  827. climbing a Florida no matter who comes in, it.

  828. Sun what he comes on.

  829. Something.

  830. Saf Son.

  831. T Bidwick servant.

  832. Said a standing Oh God, my heart just broke.

  833. I'm preaching to somebody. I can tell when a person's

  834. inclinations are off.

  835. I can tell when a person's inclinations are off, Brother Jesse,

  836. would you come to the piano please, my brother. I

  837. can tell when a person is sensitive to the situation.

  838. Before they ever at hand, and I can tell when

  839. they're insensitive. I can tell when they're sensitive to their situation.

  840. I can tell when they're insensitive to their situations as

  841. to how they leading in the wrong direction. I can

  842. tell those that realize I'm taken a wrong turn, and

  843. they take correct the action and turn around emotionally.

  844. That's what I did in that ocean. Just this past week, I.

  845. Said, you know what, I've made a good choice, and

  846. I've decided that was the only decision that I needed

  847. to make, the only choice to be made. I've made

  848. it because if I remain an indecision, I will still

  849. feel inclination of what shouldn't been, what.

  850. Could have been, what if?

  851. But the Bible said that as a young man, Joshua

  852. accompanied Minister meet Moses to the place of meeting.

  853. Brother Chip.

  854. I don't know if he actually walked inside immediately, if

  855. he stood outside the door, but if I read it correctly,

  856. about a month or two ago, God began to speak

  857. to Moses, Brother Philip. I feel like Joshua heard what

  858. God told Moses, and I've been thank you about this

  859. since the early morning hours. Brother stare at what he

  860. heard changed him, what he saw Moses' experience change him,

  861. and our co text said that when Moses left church

  862. to go take care of business and to run the

  863. people of Israel, to manage the affairs of the people

  864. of Israel, that Joshua stood there into ten.

  865. You ain't getting this.

  866. I want everybody to forget that, Brother Jester, brother Nathaniel,

  867. or in physition there at the pendent. I want you

  868. to picture brother Philip standing here on the platform. Brother Jonathan,

  869. would you turn them blights in the back out? Throw

  870. them switches, Brother Kennill, put you through these switches.

  871. Church is over.

  872. The move of God has happened, has taken place. Moses

  873. has had an amazing.

  874. Encounter with God. Everybody knows he's anointed, He's preached, he

  875. spoke to God to part. God has moved to parate.

  876. God's all over Moses, and Moses walks out of church.

  877. But Dame had been inclined unto the Lord. Daniel had

  878. been inclined under the Lord. The three Hebrew children had been.

  879. Inclined under the Lord.

  880. Life had not been inclined unto the Lord. Lot's heart

  881. was not inclinedent to the Lord. Abraham's was, but Mary's

  882. heart was inclined into the Lord because when he laid

  883. in the dark speaking of Jesus, when he laid in

  884. a two, she went looking for him.

  885. When this service is over, when pastors on vacation.

  886. When Moses is exited the building, Brother Caleb turned on

  887. that chandelier.

  888. If you can't.

  889. Brother Phillips standing there behind the pulpit, I've walked to

  890. the back. I imagine this building is empty, vacated. Everybody

  891. look up there at Brother Philip. Get the imagery. Joshua

  892. is still in the tent, He's still in the tavern nkele,

  893. He's still in the meeting place.

  894. God.

  895. What I need is an experience like Moses had.

  896. What I need is an encounter like Moses had, because

  897. I find of myself struggling because of the influence.

  898. Of all these other hipocrites.

  899. Listen, other people's actions are not ground or calls for bidterness.

  900. If anybody this building could end up bitter yours truly

  901. to be that man, Because how am I to cope

  902. even with the fact that I'm having to preach to

  903. one among seventy, or maybe two or three among seventy,

  904. even right now that you're inclinations.

  905. Of your heart are not fully after God or God's will.

  906. That didn't make for a peaceful night last night. It

  907. won't make for a peaceful afternoon. But I'm glad to

  908. do it. So Joshua remained in the tent, so we

  909. can incline our hearts in the right direction. And the

  910. church said amen. So Joshua said, we could do so

  911. by destroying and putting away these little gods that are

  912. now present in our life. Listen, if you're putting a

  913. girl or a woman, or a church, or a business

  914. opportunity or anything between you and God, that thing or

  915. that person has already become an idle unto you in

  916. this sin anyway. It's a touch me not already, because

  917. if it was meant to be, Ruth will follow Naomi wherever.

  918. What it is God's spirit, your God spirits you from

  919. an unfaithful spirit, Because sister Howell followed me out of

  920. a world that charismatic, compromising church, out of a much

  921. nicer building and facility, out of the presence of a

  922. more political pastor, and followed me into a little church

  923. out in obscurity.

  924. Listen, if the spirit of that girl is that such

  925. that she would follow you, If the.

  926. Spirit of that church opportunity pastor was that after a

  927. year you'd been brought before the board and then brought

  928. before the church for reconsideration to see if.

  929. They would keep you.

  930. Why wouldn't you take it anyway?

  931. Because everybody should know from day one there was a

  932. man sent from God. There's too many people struggling with

  933. what could have been. You had to put it behind you,

  934. put it in your past once and for all. Thank

  935. God for the memories. But we've all got cherished memories.

  936. We've all got memories, a new feel of wonderful, tender,

  937. sweet spirit in this place. Some things have been tethered

  938. to our minds and our imaginations too long, and because

  939. of that we're bearing off course, we're stumbling and staggered.

  940. I wanted to say this, Are you inclined to tarry

  941. until you're endued with power on high? Are you inclined

  942. to be in church? Are you inclined to serve God

  943. all the days of your life? Do you know why America,

  944. our beloved country, is into shape she's in at this

  945. time because she's inclined unto other things besides the Lord.

  946. The Bible said that there will come a time in

  947. their lovers and pleasures more than lovers of God. They

  948. are busy pursuing the almighty Dollar brother Broadcap rather than

  949. they're almighty God. They are too busy climbing the corporate

  950. ladder instead of scaling Jacob's ladder and reaching greater heights

  951. in the Lord. I don't know about y'all, but I'm

  952. inclined to be here this morning, and I'm inclined to

  953. be here tonight, and I'm inclined to see God this afternoon.

  954. I'm inclined to visit fire forest. I'm inclined to lay

  955. in the floor at night. I'm inclined to spend all

  956. night in the chair. And that is the God's honest truth.

  957. I'm inclined to feel.

  958. That to God, just so that one of them Indians

  959. does not get you.

  960. And I'm talking to some people among seventy maybe only morning,

  961. that if you keep making these bad choices, you're gonna

  962. find your family veering off course.

  963. In the days of old, I spoke to my servant Abraham.

  964. There was a reason and a purpose from my calling.

  965. Yeah, I call him henceforth from among some that would

  966. have cost him his very life.

  967. History has written.

  968. Differently because of my call, because of his obedience, because

  969. of his departure and his destination.

  970. Yes, he became the father of the faithful. He found

  971. himself faithfully serving me. I call him friend. Why do

  972. you look back? Do not look back?

  973. Go into the land of promise, Remain there and terror

  974. I shall bless thee And now see in an amazing way.

  975. Yeah, I say in time, even as.

  976. My servant that drifted in my mighty ocean understands today

  977. he made the right choice. You will go that you

  978. made the right choice.

  979. Choose you this day.

  980. Put everything else.

  981. Away, put it out of your mind, and serve me.

  982. And see if I'm blessed me, I will blessed it.

  983. Did I not telled Abraham I would bless his seed,

  984. and that it would be a great multitude, an innumerable host.

  985. Did not my.

  986. Servant John, thousands of years later, look into heaven and

  987. saw the innumorable host, the hot spring of the obedience,

  988. the offspring of the faithful.

  989. I say to you, I will bless.

  990. You all mightily abide and the fine abide in my spirit.

  991. Abide in the land of promise, that I will be

  992. with him. Leave the fortress and be destroyed.

  993. Thus said the Lord, need to pray this morning.

  994. That's actient, all right here the after I've heard, I'm

  995. in fine to obey im.

  996. Fine.

  997. Mm.

  998. Let's say.

  999. I'm going, Lord, I'm.

  1000. Bringing the journey.

  1001. I would be.

  1002. No whoa.

1003. God, I'll be there to time.

1004. Rigoring be golopy. Yeah, that would make bar oh scared

  1005. it all the girl.

1006. I'm with you for the journey.

  1007. I will be there.

1008. I will born the choices.

1009. You saw, I see it.

1010. I will follow me. Hm hm, how you fall.

1011. Over, wherever you may go out.

1012. People, mhm, wherever you make.

1013. H the joy that it brings? Can it be explained?

1014. I will it turns around you that day you came

1015. when I saw your love, I said I would, Lord,

  1016. I'll followed.

1017. Will see came down, don't know me and I pray

  1018. by sitting her forgiving.

1019. Then norldings passed away. Lord, I gave you my promise. Lord,

  1020. who might behind me?

  1021. Dream God?

  1022. Oh, the journey, the.

  1023. River whatever.

  1024. Up?

  1025. Oh?

  1026. Oh, exp.

1027. Change stay where saw you.

1028. Seeing you all lived, I would be.

  1029. See games story.

  1030. Gave my promise.

  1031. Who
