Sure, I'm thankful for the presence of the Lord this moment,
-
all that he's done thus far. Amen, But he's gone.
-
He could do more, he man, in just moments than
-
I can do in a lifetime. He've been thankful for
-
this opportunity. Then we love and miss Our pastor has
-
just been saying, Man, But I want to say it
-
as well.
-
Amen. I He've been loved, my pastor. I'm so thankful
-
to this opportunity.
-
And I don't take it lightly, Amen, but rather trying
-
to tread softly.
-
Heman. I was thinking on the way to church this morning.
-
Some of you were probably most of you rather were
-
familiar with the story of Moses when he went to
-
get the Ten Commandments on lose somewhere around the twenty
-
second chapter or thirty second chapter of Exodus maybe, and
-
he come back and old Aaron had went a wall. Amen,
-
he had done and went crazy and berserk. I mean,
-
I'd hate to be Amen, the one that makes pastor
-
had to come back and into a mess.
-
Amen.
-
I remember a story when I was young of a
-
of a there was a dropping water level on a
-
lake and they found a body and they had duck
-
taped it up. And tied cinder blocks to it. And uh,
-
they had sunk it with the cinder blocks down to
-
the ground. And Amen, I was kind of chuckling, to
-
be honest, that that scripture in the Bible that talks
-
about if you'll offend the little one.
-
It would be better if a mills and on Amen
-
was wrapped around your neck.
-
And I was just imagining maybe some church Amen got
-
fed up in the.
-
Church member and took the leord of God literally. Amen.
-
That's not what happened then. But Uh, we don't want
-
to offend anyone. They don't want to cause any problems. Amen.
-
We're so thankful for the chance to be here. I
-
want to say only what God has put on my heart.
-
This morning.
-
Let's turn the Second Chronicles, chapter number seven, Amen, and
-
we'll we'll do some reading there.
-
I've got a couple of places we'll.
-
Be going throughout the sun this morning. If you keep
-
your bibles handy, Amen, the word of God.
-
Will the men be going through a couple places? Amen.
-
Second Cromfles is our golden text this morning, chapter number seven,
-
verse number twelve.
-
Amen.
-
And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said,
-
unto him, I have heard thy prayer and have chosen
-
this place to myself for a house of sacrifice.
-
If I shut up.
-
Heaven that there be no rain, or I command the
-
locust to de valed land where if I send pestilence
-
among my people, If my people, which are called by
-
my name, shall hung with themselves and pray and seek
-
my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will
-
I hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin.
-
And will heal their land. Amen, stress your hands toward him,
-
and ask God to help us. Amen, this the Lord,
-
the Lord, thy God here. Thank you for all that
-
you over. I get your.
-
Presence God that's come by Lord and made itself so
-
real to us this morning.
-
Lord, we asked that you would bless each woman that's.
-
Here this morning. God, what's yournoying? Your serving God? I'm nothing, Lord,
-
I'm less.
-
Than a worder of God. I need your help.
-
God, can't do anything without you. I'm knowing God, this vessel, Lord,
-
that we may do what you have commissioned me to do. God,
-
bless those Lord that are here, God, and help us
-
in the altars.
-
God, for your glory of your honor.
-
We pray and thank you for it in Jesus Holy Name.
-
Praise God, Amen and amen well loud.
-
Now in our.
-
Golden text here the Second Book of Characles, it is.
-
It is found in the Old Testament.
-
These were writings Amen, that would be a man predating Amen,
-
the physical arrival of Jesus Christ, an immortal body here
-
on earth. Amen, to tell you men to lay his
-
life down as a sacrifice. And there's Amen, treasures found
-
Amen in the Old Testament. A lot of people try
-
to write it off and Amen, but the Bible said,
-
it's all profitable.
-
Amen for a doctrine, and so a man, I want
-
us to kind of look here and amen and see Amen,
-
a conversation between God and man and man. Y'all believe
-
God still talks to individuals.
-
Amen.
-
God is still talking to people. He hasn't quit.
-
Amen.
-
The problem is people with quit listening.
-
Amen.
-
So here Amen, I'm thinking for those that have gathered
-
this morning to hear the words of God and man.
-
In the chapter before a Man, they kind of lay
-
a foundation because I feel for where we're going, this
-
is necessary. In the chapter before our text, Solomon has
-
just finished building the temple. Amen. David and his father
-
before him had spent a lifetime laying up treasures.
-
Amen, that Solomon would have what he needed. And then
-
Solomon Amen, also.
-
Amen with labor, Amen to build Amen, that which God
-
had not let David build.
-
Amen. So Solomon finishes the temple in there.
-
Amen, they're at the dedication service, so to speak, the
-
first service here at the temple. And the wise king Solomon,
-
he comes to the temple, and the Bible said, he
-
goes and he kneels down and stretches his hands toward Heaven,
-
and it begins to pray, and he prays a beautiful prayer.
-
And then you can find that Amen in chapter number six,
-
verse fourteen, Amen. Through the end of that chapter. Actually,
-
where Amen. Chapter seven picks up, Amen, is the ending
-
of Solomon's prayer.
-
Amen.
-
So from verse fourteen to verse forty two. Amen, he
-
praised this beautiful prayer and then it was a heartfelt prayer.
-
And I'll be honest, it's one of my favorite prayers
-
to read in the Bible. I love reading the prayer
-
of Solomon. As he began to petition and request God. Amen,
-
and he saw Amen, God here in this in these verses,
-
and Amen, God heard his prayer and.
-
We saw Amen.
-
In verse and verse number one of Chapter seven, the
-
Bible talks to that when Solomon and made it into praying,
-
fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt off things.
-
Amen.
-
The priest Amen couldn't even enter the house of God
-
or the glory of God. And the people begin to
-
fall down on their faces and worship the Lord and
-
talk about how his mercy is in doing forever and
-
how good he is and been because of the display
-
of God.
-
Amen is showing a man he heard his prayer.
-
Now a little bit I want to talk about here
-
in a minute, he is Amen.
-
God can hear your prayer. Amen.
-
But God sometimes Amen doesn't answer Amen of prayer.
-
Amen.
-
And so here, just as God has said and given
-
you a sign that I have heard, Amen, doesn't mean Amen.
-
He has said, yes, I'll answer that because the truth
-
is Amen. The desires of man's heart can be deceitful,
-
and sometimes we can ask things amiss.
-
And God hears all those prayers.
-
Amen.
-
But God doesn't always answer even all of those prayers.
-
But here heart failt prayer, Solomon begins. Theymen seek the Lord, Amen,
-
ask these things. And in our text Amen, however, is
-
an answer Amen, from God to Solomon's prayer. And Solomon prayed,
-
and he made his petition to God in a time
-
of ease and prosperity, a time when Amen, the nation
-
of Israel was flourishing and God was blessing him.
-
Amen.
-
And as he began to speak, it was nois he
-
was under the mantle of Aimen the sommist, and his
-
petition Amen, was such an exquizing Amen.
-
Praise God, orientation of man. Amen.
-
And we know Solomon, the Bible said, was Amen, what's
-
going to be the wisest man? And truly Amen, as
-
you see a forward thinking king Amen. In those verses,
-
he begins to think of what could happen and what
-
will happen. And the Bible Amen, Amen is a text
-
book for us to learn from. If we're Amen, wise,
-
we will heat instructure.
-
And no doubt all of it.
-
Had seen how others had done it. He knew the
-
past of issue, Amen, and how they often would start
-
out good, and God would bless him and they would flourish.
-
Amen.
-
And God would begin to add under the om. At
-
the end of the time. A man of neglig answer Amen.
-
A time of turning away from God. Brother began to
-
reset them. They been the scene there and they would
-
fall back, came into idolatry and sin and prove that
-
God would no.
-
Longer bless and prosper the other.
-
An then they would have to realize they need God
-
and run across him.
-
The forest was God. They could run across them flew
-
as the just saying was God.
-
It wasn't there all streak and a fill of kingdom.
-
It wasn't there all streaking in the masked wath. It
-
wasn't there all street Aman that had given.
-
Them priac in the land. But he was a God
-
that cared next tear this morning.
-
There's a God that cares about you and your situations,
-
about you and what you're going through. All God, and
-
we would realize the word God must pray and been
-
in our lives.
-
Mattylujah.
-
The title God had given me for this and it Man,
-
I'm bad about getting going and forgetting to give you
-
a title.
-
Amen, I feel like I am.
-
I don't know what my tractor says, Amember what God
-
had given me? Well, stipulations for the uncertain season, and
-
then stipulations for the uncertain season, Amen and James, chapter
-
number one, and then we we have Amen, God talking
-
to people.
-
Amen.
-
He says, knowing this that the trying of your faith
-
work his pa work with patience. Amen, praise God in
-
the here. Amen, the being of is Israel against to
-
petition God at the time of ease for those Amen,
-
that would end up in uncertain times and mean uncertain
-
times can be unsettled.
-
Amen.
-
When when you're i'm a i'm a, I can be
-
a creature of habit and some things and.
-
Then not at all in others.
-
Amen.
-
I don't know any amen where what that is? Amen,
-
some kind of disorder? I'm sure Amen, Amen if you
-
ask the world.
-
But amen, when we get in, when we get in
-
a routine and amen, we get comfortable with our lives
-
and we get comfortable.
-
With where it's going, and then amen, it.
-
Gets turned upside down and we enter an uncertain season
-
of where do I go from here?
-
And what am I to do? Amen?
-
And here James was telling us, Amen, the trying of
-
your faith.
-
Now what is faith? You're hoping for something? Amen? So
-
James is.
-
Saying, when you're left in a situation where you're looking
-
forward and saying, oh God, and I could get there.
-
Amen. If you're if you lift in a situation, would think, oh,
-
they man, I don't know what's coming. That can work.
-
Patience that can.
-
Produce in your life. They been patience to wait on God.
-
When you're in the uncertain season. They bet there are stipulations.
-
You must meet them.
-
And one of those patients to wait on daughter and
-
his meal.
-
Because man has a amen a terrible terrible habits.
-
They mean, I'm doing it.
-
There.
-
Hey, they met a fulfilling.
-
There we are.
-
They met him their desires, and they never asked God.
-
Then one way go from here? They never stopping the
-
uncertain season. And I thought, high, don't prayer that fasting.
-
God had submission to God, and say, Lord, you brought
-
me there? They matter Now I'm no longer there. I
-
mean an uncertain season.
-
One is my past fair?
-
And what is your desire for me as your child?
-
And then where do I go from here?
-
Oh?
-
God?
-
Now the Bible says it.
-
It been the weird budd a few days and full
-
of trouble in another place.
-
In one Peter Amen, chapter number.
-
Four and verse number twelve, he talked about thinking and
-
not strange when you fall into these things. They been
-
when you're testing and your child tried it been a friend.
-
Amen. As long as you run this earth.
-
Amen, you will go through seasons, as long as you're
-
on this earth, and then you will go Amen, from
-
strength to strength.
-
Amen. You will be renewed. Amen. An on sure footing. Amen.
-
And then maybe next year Amen, you lose something that
-
gave you that stability in your life.
-
Amen.
-
And God can give amen in a time of uncertainty.
-
Amen.
-
To listen to him, Amen, and to yield to him.
-
Amen.
-
Now he made a request to God that would take
-
up the case Amen, of those that have senned against.
-
Amen, their neighbor.
-
Amen. He prayed for a nation that was being punished.
-
I want to get somewhere this morning, y'all bear with me.
-
He prayed for a time when God would stop up
-
the heavens and man. He prayed for a nation and
-
a people being bombarded by sickness and disease.
-
And in verse number twenty six, I need to.
-
Read this so we build and lay a foundation here
-
And verse number twenty six when the heavens Amen. Of
-
chapter six, when the heavens is shut up and there
-
is no rain the cause they have senned against thee.
-
Yet if they prayed towards this place, and confess thy
-
name and turn from their sin. When thou dost afflict them,
-
then hear from heaven and forgive the sin of thy
-
servants and of thy people Israel. When thou hast taught
-
him the good way.
-
Amen.
-
So there's a lesson to be learned. They may sometimes
-
on the uncertain season. And then when thou hast taught
-
them the good way, wherein they should walk and sin
-
rain upon the earth. And then which thou hast given
-
to thy people for an inheritance.
-
Amen. So here Amen, he prayed.
-
Amen, he establishes this and man that they would pray
-
to warrant a place.
-
Amen. And in my study Amen, I didn't give.
-
A commentary or a book Amen, or a study Bible
-
that God opened my eyes to.
-
Amen. A place in the Word of God that we
-
will get to. Amen.
-
And I want you to remember verse number twenty six. Amen,
-
and specifically prayed toward this place.
-
Amen.
-
The uncertain season Amen, will often try you. And then
-
now the Bible clearly states it it's gonna.
-
Reign on the just, and it's gonna reign they meant
-
the unjust. Amen. So sometimes Amen. Amen.
-
The trial Amen, doesn't mean you forsaken God. And then
-
other times it is the corrective hand of God and
-
men that will discipline you and joy to bringing you
-
back to Him the member. Those that are justified in
-
His side have been through the washing of the blood
-
of Jesus Christ. And men will experience trials and then
-
will experience troubles, even even.
-
Though living for God.
-
And then in this present world may matter if they've
-
been born, and then they maybe been a.
-
Few days old and they're gonna have some problems.
-
They be in a truly uncertain time, will come about
-
all of us, and meant some of us as Elijah.
-
They men, a righteous man will suffer through the judgments
-
of God on a nation. And then now Elijah at
-
the end, they meant a prophet, he been a man
-
of God. It mean he lipoli, he had it presenting
-
God for bail, and then worshiped other gods.
-
But we find they meant a lie us there a
-
lesser they been living by a brook and living.
-
Off a handful of meal, because the nation of Israel
-
beating by this solt, and sometimes we lived through things.
-
And then here in America, because God is trying to
-
chase in a nation that's for shock him and no.
-
Longer thinks about him. And we want to lose their
-
childs because God.
-
Chasing Inca America, and it puts them in on certain seasons.
-
But he must know on whom you call. It's not
-
on alcave, it's not on pools downs, it's.
-
On a strong rider of God.
-
But that woman puts you in a certain season, heres
-
a strain you through at certain times. There will be times,
-
as Joe, we are tested and God allows our heads
-
to be dropped.
-
Amen.
-
Now Joe was tested in many areas. He was tested
-
in his finances. He was tested by his offspring. Amen,
-
and God took his children. Well, God allow his children
-
to be taken. Let me rephrase that the Bible said
-
and then plainly that the Lord doesn't tempt any man.
-
And then God allowed his children, his offspring, that man
-
to be taken. And man will be sometimes tested, Amen,
-
by our companions. Amen, that's gonna be unpopular preaching, Amen,
-
Job Amen was tested even by his wife that sold me. Amen,
-
that soul mat Amen, that helped meet Amen. And he
-
when he experienced a little bit, and I know they
-
had a lot going on, and I'm not condemning miss
-
Job and man she Amen was going through.
-
An awful lot to have lost to all the children. Amen.
-
But the problem was look at job and look at
-
miss Job. They man, both were in an uncertain season.
-
A man in one Amen faltered and Man, I'm encouraging you,
-
not beating anyone with the head this morning. I would
-
like to encourage you that even in the uncertain season,
-
if you follow the stipulations that God has given you
-
and man, he will bring you out the other side.
-
Amen. He will prosper you Amen and make you amen.
-
Amen.
-
Steadfast took him Amen.
-
So he was tested in his finances, his offspring, his companions.
-
Amen.
-
In overall he was even tested in his friendship. I mean,
-
if miscaused an uncertain season in his life, Amen.
-
Paul would have been a man of a means, Amen.
-
Apostle Paul Amen was a man that was Amen in
-
the inner circle of the Amen, the Pharisees, and theyven
-
no doubt and been with that comes from prosperity and
-
member for God. He lost it all.
-
Amen.
-
So you're telling me this morning that they've been following
-
God and put you in uncertain times. Guess that's what
-
I'm telling you amen, but God will never amen.
-
Let his children they ben go with our food and
-
men eat. And David said you, I was shown, and
-
now I'm old.
-
But I've never seen the righteous forsaken up a man
-
that was thrown out on his head and chased him,
-
and my soul have been trying to kill him.
-
Would say, I'd never they been through all the uncertainties
-
and been through caves to caves. They been times when
-
I was thirsty, Amen, and I beg for water from
-
a whale them, and I never saw God let me down.
-
I was in uncertain times in the Valley of El
-
and I faced the Giina. I was in uns There
-
are in times they've been standing with Jonathan commuting about.
-
I would know it.
-
Saul was still lacking me. They've been alive, break God,
-
and then he said, I've never been been abandon.
-
Let me get somewhere.
-
Amen.
-
Philippians turn with me. There, Philippians praise God. And we're
-
gonna need to read.
-
The latter half of that.
-
Philippians for in eleven. Now, I thought I was gonna
-
be short this morning. I'm trying to hurry.
-
Amen. Philippians four and eleven.
-
Rive learned the man the ladder half there i' learned
-
in whatsoever state I am therewith to be content, Oh God,
-
So you must sometimes have patience to wait on God,
-
and you must have contentment. You must be a satisfied individual.
-
But even in the uncertain times, God will see these,
-
or even in the uncertain season, you must maintain your contentment.
-
Now, uncertain means.
-
Not known beyond doubt, not having certain knowledge a man
-
the mortal. When all of us amen, a man can
-
give place to doubt really quick. It can be a
-
small little seed of doubt that grows into a bas tree.
-
I remember.
-
All it takes is that, Amen. All it takes is
-
that knowing a man not knowing beyond doubt, and then
-
just that little bit of falcon again in the uncertain season,
-
to make you question.
-
Now, content is the state of being satisfied.
-
Or at peace with one circumstances, whether good or bad,
-
whether good or bad. Friend, we're trusting in the God
-
that is well able to keep us even in the
-
uncertain season. Oh God, I feel the presence of the
-
Lord this morning. Apostle Paul found peace in uncertain circumstances.
-
If we were to stop.
-
Right now, had been a reminisce to all that Apostle
-
Paul went through. You couldn't tell me he didn't have
-
a life filled with uncertain circumstances.
-
Amen.
-
For he suffered, Amen, for a ship wrecks. I believe
-
it was in his lifetime. And when he was jailed,
-
he said he was beaten off DayMen, he was beaten.
-
He was stone to the point. And man, they thought
-
he was dead, and they left him. And this was
-
a man that lives. And then in the uncertain Amen.
-
And he would tell you this morning, and then whether
-
I'm a man crawling out of a power of rocks
-
and they've just stoned me to the point they thought
-
I was dead. I looked dead, I mean her eyes floating, Amen,
-
on the ocean, and have been wrecked, He would tell you, Amen,
-
whatever state I am, there we are.
-
Amen. I'm gonna be content.
-
Amen.
-
So just for context, there a man, I don't know
-
where you're at in life. I don't know the troubles
-
perplexing you, Amen, but I know you can be content.
-
I didn't crawl out from rocks this morning, Amen.
-
And I haven't been jailed for the cause of Christ
-
and for proclaiming Jesus and when my uncertain circumstances sometimes
-
will pale if in reality we think about Amen, those
-
that God has already brought through.
-
Amen.
-
Now our text gives us, and I wanna think about this.
-
Our text gives us some stipulations on the return of
-
the blessings of God.
-
God gave Solomon a sign he had.
-
Hurt him, but he had not given him a promise
-
he would fulfill his request. And Solomon goes to bed
-
that night, Amen, as he had done previously. You know,
-
God talks to individuals Amen, sometimes in specific ways. A
-
man we see, Amen, the apostle Peter, Amen.
-
And the cock grow thrice and he denied he Amen.
-
And then later on Jesus would ask him three times, Amen, Peter,
-
love us down me, and then later on Amen. In
-
the Bible, when the unclean animals would descend, God will
-
speak to him.
-
Aymen again in threes and men and God.
-
Amen will speak to us sometimes Amen, in a kind
-
of a pattern. And so Stalin and goes to that
-
that night has a very special visitor.
-
Amen. Make a return visits.
-
Oh, I love when God makes a return visit, even every.
-
Wednesday and Sunday.
-
He never fails to come by and so this very
-
special visitor makes his a return visit, and God talks
-
with Solomon and gives him an answer to his prayer.
-
Amen. In verse number twelve. Amen.
-
There the Bible tells us, and the Lord appeared to
-
Solomon by night, to him, I've heard that prayer and
-
chosen this place for myself on house of Sacrifice.
-
Amen.
-
So amen.
-
He goes on to talk about in verse number thirteen,
-
if I shut up the heavens that there be no rain,
-
or I command the locust to de bower of the land,
-
or if I.
-
Send pestilence among my people. Amen.
-
So now he's called out specific things that Solomon prayed for,
-
and he's giving him an answer. He's saying, now, if
-
I were amen, or if I do do these things? Amen,
-
Birks number fourteen is the answer Amen. So Solomon the
-
perspective here, Solomon made a request Amen. He didn't have
-
the stipulations. All he said was, Lord, if you do this,
-
would you do this?
-
Amen? If you did send locust, would you spare us?
-
And then God.
-
Sets stipulations to say, well, if I'm going to then
-
you have to do this.
-
Amen.
-
So here amen are God begins to commune with him.
-
And he says, if I were to do this, a
-
man if my people, And then the verse number fourteen
-
the stipulations, Okay, if my people, which are called by
-
mind name, Amen, shall humble themselves and pray and seek
-
my face and turn from their wicked ways. So four
-
stipulations contained in this one verse. Amen, as God spoke
-
a man here to a king that had made a
-
request for its people.
-
Now these ring true here in our lives today.
-
And then if he stops up the flow of our prosperity.
-
And then if I, amen, shut up the heavens. Now
-
without the heavens or crofts would not flourish.
-
Amen, as in as in the days of aHALF, their
-
animals would die, and Amen, they would live. Amen, in
-
uncertain times where they wonder, they.
-
Man, would I eat today? Would I get something in
-
the drink today?
-
They may so if he stops up the flow of
-
your prosperity, and then you may have to meet the
-
stipulations found Amen in our chapter.
-
Here, our golden text.
-
If he causes your surplus and your increase to beat devowered.
-
Also representing the enemy that would.
-
Greedily devourer, they men homes and lambs and leave behind
-
bearn and burned them in places for people to try
-
to rebuild him.
-
If God were to.
-
Have to do that to get your attention, if he
-
was to have to stop over amen your prosperity to
-
make you consider in the world, to have to amen
-
Caesar to bless you and take away your increase if
-
you depend on wealth and the riches, and then oh
-
are you depend on chop security? If God was to
-
have to stop it to make you con he known
-
to take Lord, what do I need to do?
-
They meant to be yearing to you the ben friend,
-
you may have to the ain't that prayers?
-
God? Humble yourself and pray and seek his face and turn.
-
From your wicked ways, and then he'll say, who was
-
hap the man? Was that the pay you're talking.
-
To media, Oh he's not.
-
The stipulations at the requirements.
-
Then I was sustain him with the uncertain season, and
-
when he was and then a proud loyal.
-
But now he's humble and Sellah, he wasn't doing it.
-
Ain't man tied to prayer, But now he's praying to
-
me and he turned from.
-
That which somethinged me.
-
Amen, Praise God, Oh Lord, I mean give him some stipulations. Also,
-
he said, Amen, and I mean let me take a
-
moment and not miss death. Where if I send pestilence
-
among my people, Amen. Sometimes God can even man cause
-
you to think.
-
A man through a sickness, who can Amen, Praise God?
-
Who do he say? Did it? If I so, he
-
can shut up.
-
The heavens, he can command the locust to de valor.
-
And if I send pestilence.
-
Amen, let's move on there. Amen, Praise God.
-
The stipulations for a recovery you're found there in verse
-
number fourteen. Now there are unrecoverable illnesses and sicknesses that
-
can take over a body, and people can begin to
-
struggle and fight.
-
Amen. And we've heard, Amen, the words.
-
Of a doctor repeating, I'm sure we all have where
-
they say, I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do. Amen,
-
But the healer. But the healer said he will heal it.
-
But the healer said he would heal it.
-
And man, I will hear.
-
From heaven him forgive their sins and will heal their lands.
-
Amen. Friend, And we need him to hear. We need
-
him to forgive, and we need him to heal it. Amen.
-
Praise God.
-
The Old Mighty said he would bring about a recovery, Amen,
-
those who profess to be his, those who claim they
-
belonged to him. And if in an uncertain season, Amen,
-
in like has shifted and left you with questions, God
-
has already given you answers. God has already given you answers.
-
And then I would And I'm coming to it clothed. Amen,
-
I know I got y'all standing this morning. I'm trying
-
to hurry.
-
There was a young man.
-
Living a good life, and one day the town he
-
lived in went under siege. Ultimately his whole nation lost
-
and was left in rubble and ruined. Even his church,
-
his temple is sanctuary, Amen, that he would have known
-
as the place which God a man wouldn't meet with him,
-
was completely decimated. It was left in rubble, It was
-
left in ruined, his life completely in and upheaval.
-
I mean, he was.
-
Drug off away and he was enslaved. You think that's
-
uncertain times. He was enslaved, and he would go on
-
to live through serving four to five kings. Now, anyone
-
that has studied a little bit of history knows a
-
man the transition between king and the king. It was
-
a very uncertain time, man, because the king would have
-
to root out all those that he felt were lord
-
to the previous king, so they didn't assassinate him. Now,
-
this man managed to live Amen through Amen, four to
-
five kings. Some say Amen. Now, but temple that was
-
destroyed was the temple in our text.
-
And he saw, possibly some four hundred and.
-
Fourteen years later, the need for the hope that God
-
had extended some four hundred and fourteen years later, they've
-
been Daniel young man.
-
Amen, sawt God it ard and made provision right now.
-
Let's look at this.
-
Now. I didn't get this out of a sermon book, Amen,
-
or Amen, praise God or.
-
A study valuable.
-
But God gave this to me for someone.
-
Amen.
-
I know Lie can get uncertain sometimes, Amen, and he
-
leaves you with questions. And Man.
-
Now, all the time all this.
-
Man lived through, I believe he held to this passage
-
of scripture. First number twenty six would have told Daniel, Amen, to.
-
Pray towards that place. Term of me to Daniel.
-
Amen.
-
Let's look at Daniel chapter number six. Daniel Amen had
-
lived Amen. Along life here had been under a lot
-
of uncertain times.
-
But what he found that sustained him.
-
Was the promise and the answers God had already given
-
his children. Now again Daniel finds himself in a terrible situation.
-
People parton to take his very life.
-
And then Daniel was promoted about these individuals, and these
-
individuals go amen to the king, and they pass a law.
-
They meant that anyone that would pray that their God
-
would be killed would be thrown.
-
In a lion's them I mean in a demn of lions,
-
rather not.
-
A lion's den, but multiple lions of amen, the den
-
of lions. A man in this uncertain time, despite it all,
-
when when Daniel was facing such turmoil, Verse number ten said,
-
now when Daniel knew God, when Daniel knew that the
-
riding was signed, he went into his house, and his
-
windows being opened in his chamber towards Jerusalem. He kneeled
-
down upon his knees three times a day and prayed
-
and gave thanks before God, as.
-
He did a full time.
-
Amen in the uncertain time, even with his life at stake,
-
he knows the stipulations made by God, a man would
-
have to be fulfilled by the roches.
-
And mean Daniel's very light is at stake.
-
He knows there's an he knows that there's any hurt
-
to see the situation reverse and his state man, he
-
is a man friends, and they made his nation return
-
to Israel and back to the farm. Mistake they met
-
a God's blessing. They would have to fulfill the stipulations,
-
and so in accordance with God's word, he would raise
-
his windows and pray the lors to Jerusalem.
-
And I wonder a man if he didn't reside.
-
They met a few lives of this in God's ears
-
and say, Lord, you Sam give your people they're called
-
by your.
-
Name, would humble themselves.
-
And God has.
-
Down you again. My windows open, and I'm down on
-
my knees, humbled.
-
Lord.
-
And you said that they would pray and seek your face.
-
And God, I've been coming three times a day, and
-
then to see if you are turning allowed for me.
-
I did not senitize. I've gotten my very life on
-
the line. My cruel promise was if they look at it,
-
you ain't met faking hell the sense of a nasa.
-
They matter anyone here their land. Maybe it's the Lord.
-
I'm seeking your face, and I pray they meant that
-
my nation would turn from their wicked lace for only
-
them which you.
-
Hear A man for give and heal, Oh God, he
-
with jesse, come on to the pier brother theyven less
-
stand of this time.
-
Maybe you're an uncertain times they man, and I would
-
like to invite anyone that feels and men life as
-
they've been turned upside to upside down, feeling liberty to
-
common is damn. You'll kneel down at these altars and men,
-
brothers gonna be pray on.
-
This side, ladies on this side.
-
And then if you kneel like you need to kneel
-
down and ask God Amen to.
-
Hear your prayer.
-
Dan we'd seen a lot coming a lot, though, but
-
he knew he must pray in the unserving season. We
-
can turn our face to God, friend a man. Ecclesiastes,
-
chapter number three, in verse number one said that everything
-
there is a season and a time to every purpose
-
under the heaven. A time to be born and a
-
time to die, a time to plant and a time
-
to pluck up that which is planted, a time to
-
kill and a time to heal, a time to break
-
down and a time to build up.
-
There is a time to weep and there is a
-
time to laugh.
-
There is a time to morn and a time to dance,
-
a time to cast away stones, a time to gather stones,
-
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
-
a time to get listen, friend, a time to get
-
and a time to lose, a time to keep and
-
a time to cast away.
-
There is also a time to rend and a time
-
to soul.
-
A time to keep silent and a time to speak,
-
a time to love and a time to hate, a.
-
Time of war and a time of peace.
-
Verse number one said, to everything there is a season
-
and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
-
Friend, God might have put you there, The nation might
-
have put you there, a man or your own Amen.
-
Life situation might have put you there, But no.
-
Matter the uncertain time of the uncertain season. And then
-
God will hear the prayer a man of those that
-
call on his name. Amen, Man, God will direct you
-
again to the path you should live alone, even once
-
you have learned the lad Amen, God will bring you again.
-
I feel a when.
-
God wants to restore a man faith and assurance.
-
Amen in his hand.
-
A man will promise to those that are gathered this
-
morning that even in the uncertain times, when they fulfill
-
his stipulations, he will meet with him.
-
Amen.
-
Let's pray to God this morning and then remember amen,
-
you must turn, you must seek, you must pray.
-
Amen.
-
Even let's pray to God.
-
True that God. It's extreme time first, so your fast.
-
Let you know you can't think that. I mean, let's drive, don't.
