  1. This morning, we're going to dedicate little Ada Hope Howell,

  2. we're going to give her back to the Lord. These

  3. parents have prayed about this special service and have selected

  4. this special day, coordinated with me to see it today

  5. would be a good time for such a beautiful ceremony

  6. as this, And I want you ought to know there's

  7. great spiritual significance in what they're doing this morning, and

  8. I'm glad that we can be partakers of this time

  9. of them given their gift they received from the Lord

  10. back to him. How many of you know it's important

  11. that Christians do that, that they dedicate their child to

  12. the Lord. Sister Hall and I, no doubt have been

  13. blessed time and again, over and over again simply because

  14. we have dedicated our children to the Lord. And what

  15. I mean is, I'm sure there have been times that

  16. God said, you know, your parental guidance and parental instruction

  17. was good, but it wasn't enough to spare their lives.

  18. So it's justster how and I have been blessed by

  19. obeying the Lord and doing as the others have done

  20. throughout history, also as these in the Bible have done,

  21. you know, given their child back to the Lord, we

  22. followed these biblical examples, and also other spiritual leaders throughout

  23. the years. We followed their examples, and I believe we

  24. have been blessed through a simple active obedience and just

  25. given our child back to the Lord. You know it's

  26. his anyway. And I want to tell you something. I

  27. was praying, as I have done now for about thirty

  28. something years, and when I pray, I don't say my wife.

  29. This is how I pray. I say, and Lord, would

  30. you help the wife that you have given me? And

  31. whenever I pray for our children, I do not pray

  32. and I say, pray, Lord, I pray that you would

  33. help my children. Say Lord, I pray that you would

  34. bless these five sons that you have given me, and

  35. which you bless this daughter that you have given me.

  36. Sometimes when I pray words like this, Lord, would you

  37. bless the wife that you have given me? Since to

  38. how we're whispering, you say, oh, so you're blaming God

  39. for this. But I have learned to show appreciation to

  40. the Lord for every gift that he has given me.

  41. And I want to encourage you to pray along them

  42. lines from time to time. I know that we love

  43. to declare ownership over things. We're very possessive by nature.

  44. If you don't believe that, let me give you a

  45. Snicker's ice cream bar, and I have brother rope gapes

  46. over there and try to take it from you. You

  47. know you're very possessive by nature. Let somebody try to

  48. swipe the keys to your automobile, slide that seat and

  49. drive away with it. You've read possessive but nature. You

  50. love your claim to ownership for possessions, right, We love that.

  51. But what this is about. This is saying, God, I

  52. appreciate you lending this precious baby girl to us. Speaking

  53. on behalf of the parents, I appreciate you Lord for

  54. lending this special little bundle of joy to us. We're

  55. borring it, Lord, and we would like to return her

  56. to Descender, not in body, not in spirit, not in mind.

  57. We're not praying that God would rapture her out of

  58. this building and take her home to be in His

  59. presence today. But we are saying, Lord, we want to

  60. give you title and ownership to this bundle of joy,

  61. this little miracle. And I was praying and seeking the Lord,

  62. and I said God, I in need a sermon that

  63. is served specific for Brother Philip and Sister Elizabeth's little girl. Sure,

  64. there's plenty of sermon books with cookie cutter sermonets that

  65. we could follow. There's preprinted outlines that we could follow

  66. and just run them through here as a farmer would

  67. run cattle through a shoot. Stamped this thing certified as

  68. a baby dedication, put a date on it, put a

  69. signature on it, and say, you know, we've done what

  70. we needed to do. But I said, God, we sure

  71. would like to hear from heaven anytime we preach. We

  72. ought to hear from heaven before we preach. We ought

  73. to have the mind of the Lord and have the

  74. sermon that servant specific for the people that would be

  75. within earshot of our preaching, whether we're preaching on a

  76. street corner, whether we're preaching in a pool, bitter teaching

  77. behind e lecturing in a Sunday school class. We ought

  78. to have something for somebody, something for someone. And I

  79. believe that the Lord did speak into my heart this

  80. title I want to preach a message the Holy Ghost

  81. titled She's no miniature miracle. She's no miniature miracle. And

  82. if you like old fashioned, old school holiness, preacher come

  83. back tonight. But this morning I want to be mindful

  84. of the occasion, and I want to speak to Brother

  85. Philip and Sister Elizabeth, and the grandparents, the aunts and uncle,

  86. the cousins, and to the beautiful bethln Church family. If

  87. you have your Bibles, will you turn with me to

  88. the Book of Genesis. May I direct your attention to

  89. the eighteenth chapter in the fourteenth verse. We want to

  90. say we've missed those that are unable to be here today.

  91. We missed them terribly. Truly, there is a vacuum in

  92. this place because of their absence. And I know I

  93. do not have to remind you of this, but any

  94. time you miss church, there's a vacuum in this place

  95. because of your absence. Somebody told me a couple of

  96. days ago. They said, Pastor, is so good to have

  97. you home, because the atmosphere is so different when you

  98. and Sister Howell are not there. They said, Brother Jesse

  99. and Brother Nathaniel, they do such a great job, but

  100. the atmosphere is entirely different when you're not there. And

  101. so I want you to know that your pew probably

  102. feels different to somebody when you're not there, and the

  103. church said, amen. So I'm glad you're here today on

  104. this special occasion, as we dedicate baby either who have

  105. you failed? Genesis chapter number eighteen. Are you looking at

  106. verse number fourteen. Let's read that together shall win this

  107. step for the reading of the word.

  108. Of the Lord.

  109. Let's begin with verse number eleven. The Bible says, and

  110. he said, I will search return unto thee according to

  111. the time of life, and lo, Sarah, thou wife shall

  112. have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent

  113. door which was behind him. Now, Abraham and Sarah were

  114. old and well stricken in age, and it ceased to

  115. be with Sarah after the manner of women. Therefore Sarah

  116. laughed within herself, saying, after I am waxed old, shall

  117. I have pleasure my Lord? Being old? Also? And the

  118. Lord said, unto Abraham. Wherefore did Sarah laugh, say, shall

  119. I of a surety bear a child? Which of old?

  120. Is there anything hard? Too hard for the Lord? At

  121. the time of pointed, I will return unto thee according

  122. to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

  123. Reading our golden texts to give verse number fourteen, the

  124. Bible says that any is anything too hard for the Lord.

  125. At the time appointed, I will return into thee according

  126. to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

  127. Let's pray, Heavenly Father, we thank you for the opportunity

  128. to be in your house this morning. We thank you

  129. God for this day that you have made. We will

  130. rejoice in and be glad. I'm thankful Lord that we

  131. have a happiness. I'm thankful that we have a joy

  132. that is unspeakable and full of glory, which is our strength.

  133. I'm thankful for that, Lord, and that we have a

  134. reason to celebrate today, Lord, because parents are willing to

  135. live in compliance to your.

  136. Word and to bring their child up and the nurture

  137. and admonition of the Lord, and to walk before you

  138. had fear driven, and to return this precious gift to

  139. you that you gave them.

  140. I pray you would apoint my lips, help me to

  141. say the things that you would have to say, nothing

  142. more or less in north this thy people, God, help

  143. them to hear what the Spirit of God says. And

  144. to the church this morning, we'll be mindful to give

  145. you all the praise and honor and the glory in

  146. Jesus' name, and the Church said, heymen, looking at that

  147. golden text, agive, Brother Jesse, what you turn with me

  148. to Hebrews chapter number eleven and verse number eleven. Brother

  149. Ethan turned with me to Genesis chapter number twenty one,

  150. Verse number six. Brother Nathaniel Genesis, Chapter number twenty one

  151. and verse number seven. Again, Brother Jesse, Hebrews, Chapter number eleven,

  152. Verse number eleven. Brother Ethan, Genesis chapter number twenty one,

  153. Verse number six, and Brother Nathaniel, Genesis, Chapter number twenty

  154. one and verse number seven. Reading our golden text again

  155. Genesis chapter number eighteen and verse number fourteen. The Bible said,

  156. is anything too hard for the Lord? Would you answer

  157. that question? Is there anything too hard for the Lord?

  158. No?

  159. Absolutely not, But sometimes we feel as though it is

  160. that's too hard for the Lord. Be honest with you,

  161. even though without reluctance or hesitation, you said no. But somehow,

  162. at times your inner being says, I'm not so sure

  163. that God is able to do this thing for me.

  164. Sometimes it's not his ability that we question, but it's

  165. his willingness that we question. Is he willing? I'm not

  166. questioning that he's able, I'm questioning whether or not he's willing.

  167. But how many of you know this morning that God

  168. is willing? The Bible said that God is not willing

  169. that any should perish, But it goes on to talk

  170. about how he's willing that all would come unto the

  171. knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and that

  172. they would repent and not perish any eternal damnation and

  173. hell fire. So there is an unwillingness concerning the Lord.

  174. He is unwilling that anyone would go to hell. Somebody said,

  175. how can a loving and adjust and holy, righteous, pure

  176. God sentence anyone to eternal damnation and spiritual death and hell?

  177. How could any person willingly and knowingly deny the existence

  178. of God and willingly reject Salvation's plan and God's gift

  179. for our fellow man. How could anybody willingly and knowingly

  180. reject the blood of Jesus Christ as the method, being bloodball,

  181. born again and a child of God? How could anybody

  182. reject that? But they do. There's a lot of people

  183. unwilling to be saved from their sin. Why because men

  184. the sin and darkness. They like that darkness. They choose

  185. to sit in darkness, and even when they see that

  186. great light that illuminates the mind that opens the understanding

  187. that salvation has appeared to every man. They'd rather turn

  188. out the light. They rather dampen and darken their hearts

  189. and their spirits so that they can sit in darkness.

  190. And so we found that man has a will right.

  191. Some are willing to put on the mind of Christ,

  192. while some are unwilling to put on the mind of Christ.

  193. Brother Nathaniel taught us this morning about this manuscript, this

  194. God breathed, God inspired inside of the hearts and minds

  195. of men that were holy ghosts filled, men that were

  196. spirit led, these holy words of God penned by holy

  197. men of old. And how these words are settled forever

  198. in heaven, how they are not to be revised, and

  199. they cannot be revised. The words of God cannot be changed.

  200. But there's people willing to try to revise the words

  201. of God. There's a lot of people that are willing

  202. to do things today in midweek service rather than be

  203. in obedience to God's word, rather than to live in

  204. compliance with the word of God. And we've got a

  205. mother and father here today that says, you know what

  206. I feel like, It's very important that I don't let

  207. my child live their life undedicated to God. Now, while

  208. it's my responsibility to return this little baby, this bundle

  209. of joy, this bundle of blessing to my Lord, I

  210. will do it while I have time to bring that

  211. child up in the nurture and the admonition of the Lord.

  212. I'm willing to do it. I'm willing to do it.

  213. I'm willing to do it. How many of you know

  214. God is willing to work a miracle in your life?

  215. I want brother Jesse to read Hebrews, chapter number eleven

  216. and verse number eleven. Through faith, Also, Sarah herself received

  217. strength to concede see and was delivered of a child

  218. when she was past the age because she judged him

  219. faithful who had promised, she judged him faithful. That's a

  220. lot of things said about Sarah and her faith wavering,

  221. her faith lapsing, her doubting that God was able to

  222. do these things. But according to the chronicler that gave

  223. us that chapter of Faith, the one that chronicled the

  224. actions of the heroes of faith and also the heroines

  225. of Faith, we find that there was a whole lot

  226. more going inside of the heart of Sarah than what

  227. a lot of people give her. Credit for I want

  228. Brother Ethan to reach Genesis chapter number twenty one, in

  229. verse number six, and Sarah said, God has made me

  230. to laugh, so that all that here will laugh with Hith.

  231. A lot of times we criticize Sarah for laughing at

  232. the promise of God when it was spoken. When that

  233. promise was given, she snickered and she laughed. And when

  234. the Lord questioned her about her laughing at the words

  235. that had been spoken, she denied a laughing, and the

  236. Lord got very serious with her, pointed a finger in

  237. her face, and sip, but Sarah, you did laugh. Now,

  238. Brother Ethan just gave us an explanation for why she

  239. laughed a little later on, she laughed again because she

  240. held in her arms the blessings of the Lord. And

  241. there was no way anybody was going to be able

  242. to wrap their mind around the fact that an old

  243. woman had given birth to a little baby, that in

  244. her arm she held a miracle that was no miniature miracle. Again,

  245. I want to preach a message the Holy Ghost title.

  246. She's no miniature miracle. It wasn't a little thing that

  247. God had done for Abraham and Sarah, Brother Nathaniel, Genesis

  248. chapter number twenty one and verse number seven, And she said,

  249. who would have said into Abraham that Sarah should have

  250. given children son right born in the son in his

  251. old age? All right, Now that's a miracle, is it not.

  252. So Sarah is rejoicing greatly in spirit, and also openly,

  253. she's praising the Lord greatly because God has laid in

  254. her arms this little miracle. Now, I want to take

  255. time here this morning to help your faith. I want

  256. you to have a faith increase. And the Bible said

  257. that you can have a faith increase. You can do

  258. that of one or two ways, or actually both ways.

  259. By hearing the word of God, you can have a

  260. faith increase. I want to exercise your faith this morning.

  261. And secondly, you can build up your most holy faith

  262. by praying in the Holy Ghost. And so let me

  263. take you to a book of miracles. The Book of

  264. Genesis is a book of miracles. I've said it many

  265. times throughout the years that even that name Genesis is

  266. an awesome name, that first book of the Bible. It's

  267. captivating simply because of its name. The beginning, the Book

  268. of Genesis is a book of first In it we

  269. read about many first For example, the first man, the

  270. first woman, the firstborn son, the first encounter between God

  271. and Man, the first day, the first night, and the

  272. first miracle, and so many other first Aida Hope Powell

  273. is the first child of Reverend and Reverend Philip and

  274. Missus Howell. As the Lord did for Abraham and Sarah,

  275. the Lord has given the Howells a miracle baby. Hope

  276. Powell is a miracle baby. There's a lot of you

  277. that do not have the specifics and the details to

  278. understand why it is we say this, But Aida Hope

  279. Powell is a miracle baby. And I know there's going

  280. to be that person in every service that says, will

  281. bless God. Every child is a miracle baby, and it

  282. is the conception. The conception of a child in the

  283. womb of its mother is certainly a miracle. To know

  284. that prophets are formed in the womb of a woman,

  285. to know that people are formed in the womb of

  286. a woman, to know that the Son of God, that

  287. greatest miracle of them all, was formed in the womb

  288. of a woman. It is true that every baby is

  289. a miracle baby. But we thank God for human nature

  290. and the ability for us to reproduce. Aren't you thankful

  291. that God included reproduction in creation, that we can recreate

  292. after our likeness, after our image. And there's no doubt

  293. that Aida is a reproduction of brother Philip and sister Elizabeth,

  294. Brother Jesse. You read just a little while ago of

  295. how Sarah had rejoiced greatly in what God had done

  296. for her brother Ethan and brother Nathaniel. Shed some light

  297. on that. Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh,

  298. so that all that here will laugh with me.

  299. Now.

  300. I want to ask you a question. Do you believe

  301. that everybody rejoiced with Sarah over the news of what

  302. was forthcoming, or over the news of what had happened,

  303. of the blessing of God coming to fruition. Do you

  304. feel like everybody had rejoiced about that very thing? I doubted.

  305. It's highly unlickly, because not everybody was okay with Abraham

  306. receiving a commission from God. We find that recorded in

  307. the twelfth chapter of the Book of Genesis, where Abraham

  308. received a commission from God to depart from among his

  309. own people and his own kindred, had gone to a

  310. land that God had promised him that he would become

  311. a possessor of. In that promise. God told him that

  312. of your seed, I will make of you a great nation.

  313. Of your seed, I will make of you a great nation.

  314. Now Sarah was his wife, and it was God's will

  315. for this miracle to happen between Abraham and Sarah. And

  316. those of you that know your Bible, you know very well,

  317. very well, that Abraham and Sarah allowed their faith to

  318. lapse at some point, and Sarah's handmaid, Hagar, was introduced

  319. into this marital situation in order to hasten the workings

  320. and the plans of God. And that was not uncommon

  321. in that day and hour for there to be a

  322. surrogate mother. No, you may feel that it's very disgusting,

  323. and it is in that day and hour. There was

  324. nothing unusual of this at all, nothing whatsoever unusual of this.

  325. But it was not God's will. And so the consequence

  326. of Sarah taking Hagar and introducing her to Abraham biblically

  327. and him knowing her biblically, the consequences of that is Ishmael,

  328. the infamous, notorious Ishmael, the father of the Islamis, the Ishmaelites,

  329. the greatest thorn in the side of the descendants of Abraham,

  330. the Israelites, the Ishmaelites, brothers Isaac and Ishmael, blood brothers,

  331. half brothers, different mothers, the same father. But there was

  332. still a plan, and God had a plan, and it

  333. was supposed to happen between that one man and that

  334. one woman. So do y'all believe that whenever that plan

  335. began to come to fruition and God began to do

  336. as he had promised, and that first, that first miracle,

  337. so many people felt like it was a miracle. It's

  338. a miracle. Have you heard Abraham as a son Ishmael, Ishmael.

  339. He's got a son Ishmael. That's the first miracle. God's

  340. gonna do it. He's gonna bless that young man. He's

  341. gonna become a great nation. That's exactly what happened.

  342. He did.

  343. But that wasn't a miracle in the making by God.

  344. That was a mistake. A miracle, yes, but a mistake nevertheless,

  345. again a miraculous birth. Yes, this conception, Yes, was the

  346. fingerprint of God upon that situation. Yes, Yes, When I

  347. look at all these little children today, I look at

  348. them and say, well, praise God. The fingerprint of God

  349. is upon all of these children, and I believe they

  350. are little miracles, every one of them. But sometimes what

  351. some people perceive to be a miracle, it's actually a

  352. major mistake. And what some people perceive to be a

  353. miniature miracle is actually a major miracle. I'm going to

  354. go somewhere and I'm trying not to get too fiery here.

  355. I'm trying to preach a little bit here this morning

  356. to you about this miracle. There's a miracle in the

  357. making for other people in this building. If you will

  358. maintain that measure of faith inside that Sarah had. If

  359. you will maintain that measure of faith, and if you

  360. will do what you can to increase it, do not

  361. allow it to diminish. You must have a faith in

  362. grease for that miracle to come into fruition. So I

  363. asked the question again, Do y'all believe that everybody rejoiced

  364. greatly when they found out that Sarah, at her late age,

  365. late in life, had conceived the child and was about

  366. to pop. Do you think everybody rejoiced greatly in that

  367. fact that that particular promise was being fulfilled? Absolutely not.

  368. The Bible said that we are to rejoice with them

  369. that rejoice because The nature of mankind is not to

  370. be happy for others when they are blessed. The nature

  371. of mankind is not for us to weep and to

  372. comfort those that are mourning. So we rejoice with them

  373. that rejoice, and we weep with them that weep. Sometimes,

  374. Brother Ethan, we become recipients of miracle well simply because

  375. we're thankful and grateful for what God did for somebody else. Well,

  376. God has done so much for them. Why is God

  377. not doing anything for me? Why am I'm not experiencing

  378. an act of God Almighty in my life? Are you

  379. rejoicing with others after they experience an act of God

  380. in their life, after they experience the fulfillment or promises

  381. in their life? Do you rejoice greatly or do you

  382. find yourself being envious and covetous? Do you view that

  383. miracle through the green eye of envy or do you

  384. view it through the brown eyes of love and compassion?

  385. Do you have an attitude of gratitude or do you

  386. despise the fact that God work the miracle in somebody's lives.

  387. If you're needing to pay raise and somebody stands up

  388. in the church service and they say, hey, I gotta

  389. pay raise. I've been praying about this, or hey, I

  390. got another job or another position. I've been fashioning and

  391. praying about it. Do you find yourself rejoicing greatly in

  392. their miracle and being encourage in this fact, knowing that

  393. if God done it for them, he'll do it for you.

  394. I'm telling you, I'm gonna help you this morning. Understand

  395. that God wants to work a miracle in your life.

  396. Some receive miracles while others never experience some miracle. I

  397. told Sister Hall the other day, I said, do you

  398. realize standing before you is a walking miracle? I said,

  399. I say this humbly, but I cannot tell you how

  400. many times God has worked a miracle in my life.

  401. And I've got to thinking about that. Why Why have

  402. you done this?

  403. God?

  404. Why did you do this for Abraham? And what is

  405. the common denominator? Why did you do this for brother

  406. Philip and Sister Listenbeth.

  407. Why?

  408. And I know that probably seventy people are in this

  409. building this morning, and probably there's at least seventy miracles.

  410. I would say probably every child of God in this

  411. building could say, I know God has performed a miracle

  412. in my life. Now, I believe that God uses men

  413. and women and medical science to help our health improve

  414. when we have a decline of health. I really believe

  415. that God uses men and women of medical science to

  416. help us overcome illnesses due to bacterias and viruses and things.

  417. I believe that now I too come to church and

  418. give God all of the praise and all the honor

  419. and all of the glory I do. I thank God

  420. for the involvement of medical science. And I know there's

  421. a lot of people to speak of miracles that just

  422. about every bit of it is due to medical science,

  423. because there's atheists and people that are not God hearing,

  424. people that have had what you would call modern miracles

  425. in their lives simply because they trusted a position to

  426. do what they felt like was best in order for

  427. their situation to improve. And they walk around and they say, Hey,

  428. I'm a modern miracle, and I thank God for the

  429. ability of the human body to reachiner rate and for

  430. it to cleanse itself and for it to heal itself again.

  431. There's a lot of you this morning that are facing illnesses.

  432. There's bacterias and viruses in this building this morning, and

  433. you know some of you are own antibiotics. Some of

  434. you have relied upon your immune system. Some of you

  435. have taken certain supplements in order to boost your immune system,

  436. and you have found the actor you have boosted your

  437. immune of your body was more than able to defeat

  438. the invaders of bacterias and viruses. And I thank God

  439. for that. I thank God for the ability of the

  440. body to work miracles on itself. I thank God that

  441. if I could suffer a laceration on my hand, that

  442. I could depend on in three to five days that

  443. that laceration has sealed and that tissue is rejuvenated, and

  444. that it's healed. But it doesn't heal perfectly. There's a

  445. scar there where the body itself was not able to

  446. heal perfectly. But I could tell you Jesus could heal perfectly.

  447. And I know there's a lot of people that give

  448. God praise because of certain types of things that help

  449. and assist them in childbearing and conception. And I'm trying

  450. to talk about these children's There are certain people that

  451. go to certain facilities and they get certain assistances and

  452. helps in order to conceive a child. And I thank

  453. God for that. And you know what they walk into church,

  454. and they say, I'm thankful for this miracle that I'm

  455. holding in my arms right now. And I do believe

  456. that's a miracle, and I thank God that men and

  457. women and medical science was able to help them conceive

  458. a child. But in Abraham and Sarah's case, that was

  459. not so. And many many, many, many many years after

  460. they received the promise, it was still not so. In

  461. fact of my study yielded to correct result after twenty

  462. five years, a quarter of a century. After twenty five years,

  463. it still was not so. After twenty five years of

  464. news attempts, it was still not so. How many of

  465. you feel like after twenty five years they had probably

  466. given up hooop. I don't know that our feelings concerning

  467. that are correct, because I don't know that I've ever

  468. found it to be so that when somebody has given

  469. hope that God is interested in performing a miracle in

  470. their life. Faith is the substance of things not seen,

  471. the evidence of things not seeing, the substance of things.

  472. I hoped for for bya it to elders obtained a

  473. good report. I found in that eleventh chapter of the

  474. Book of Hebrews that Sarah was hopeful for a miracle,

  475. Hopeful for a miracle. How many of you are expecting

  476. a miracle? I'm expecting a miracle in this service this morning.

  477. I'm expecting a miracle because I know that all things

  478. are possible through God. I'm expecting a miracle today because

  479. in our presence there are examples of God performing miracles

  480. in individual's life whom I go to church with. There

  481. are things in this building that are in order simply

  482. because God miraculously put them in order. There have been

  483. divine appointments that have been kept by people in this building,

  484. and God has joined people together to form the beautiful

  485. congregation we know as the Methel hol Inness Church Family.

  486. And what God had joined together, Let not man put

  487. as under this beautiful marital unions in this building right

  488. here this morning that are ordained of God. God peace

  489. these beautiful families and lives and marriages together miraculously. I mean,

  490. I want you to really think about it. How you met?

  491. How did you meet? Was it by divine appointment? I

  492. don't believe some of you stumbled into it. I believe

  493. he met by divine abortment. So do y'all believe that

  494. Ada Hoe Powell this morning is a mistake. No, do

  495. y'all believe that she is a miniature miracle. Huh? I

  496. believe she is a major miracle, not only because I'm

  497. previou to some specifics in details that some of you

  498. are unaware of, but because of the way this thing

  499. came about. Now, Sarah's testimony was, God hath made me

  500. to laugh, so that all here will laugh with me.

  501. I want you to rejoice with me, and magnify the

  502. Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.

  503. Sarah said, because the promise has come to fulfillment. And

  504. she said, who would have said unto Abraham that Sarah

  505. should have given children suck? For I had borne him

  506. a son in his old age. Now, according to the

  507. sacred writ I believe she gave birth to one son.

  508. Did she have more children? That's a question for the

  509. learned among us, those that love the Bible, the Bible students,

  510. the Bible scholars amongst us. The Bible said right there

  511. that Sarah said, for Sarah has given children suck? So

  512. does that mean she became a wet nurse? Does that

  513. mean she had multiple children? What does that mean? Or

  514. does that mean that the promise has been fulfilled, and

  515. that it is stuck, gonna stop with one miracle. But

  516. through Isaac there's gonna be a lot of mummies. Through Isaac,

  517. there's gonna be a lot of daddies. And in fact,

  518. is Sarah being prophetic here and stating the same thing

  519. that God had told Abraham, that of our seed there

  520. will be a great nation, that there will be many

  521. babies that are the descendants of Abraham and Sarah. This

  522. marital union, these recipients of the promise, there shall be

  523. many sucklings. There shall be many babies in the face

  524. of the dimple, in the face of her adversaries, in

  525. the face of Hagar, in the face of her enemies.

  526. She said, this is not the first and last miracle.

  527. It's only the first. Abraham had received a promise from

  528. God that over your seed, this shall be a nation

  529. that most deplos so many, and be as though the

  530. grains of sand upon the seashore and the stars scattered

  531. into knights. God, So Sarah said, who would have ever

  532. said that Sarah would have given children suck For I

  533. have bored him a son in his old age. That's bara,

  534. But it's also miraculous to a young man in his

  535. early twenties with a young wife in her early twenties.

  536. A young man that's going through cancer and being served

  537. a major cocktail of chemotherapy drugs to the point that

  538. a strand of hair does not remain upon his head.

  539. Medical science says it's impossible for him and his wife

  540. to conceive a child. It's not gonna happen. Don't expect

  541. it in the next three months, don't expect it in

  542. the next six months, don't expect it the next year,

  543. and in fact, you probably shouldn't expect it ever. Expect

  544. chemotherapy drugs to see to it that you're unable to

  545. do what God said. Do expect chemotherapy drugs to thumb

  546. their nose up in the face of God and say

  547. they won't be influent multiplied. Expect chemotherapy to say, I've

  548. taken away your reproductive rights. But I want you to

  549. know there must have been faith somewhere in the heart

  550. of brother Philip and Sister Elizabeth, as there was faith

  551. somewhere not only in the heart of Abraham, but in

  552. the heart of Sarah, because the impossible became a possibility

  553. because of their hope and their faith. Amen, I feel

  554. I preach it, but I want to stay dignified for

  555. this baby dedication. The story of the birth of Abraham

  556. and Sarah's child highlights the fact that there are times

  557. when our heavenly Father intervenes in the affairs of mere

  558. mortals if they are willing. The story of the birth

  559. of Abraham and Sarah's child lies the fact that there

  560. are times when our heavenly Father intervenes in the affairs

  561. of mere mortals and does the unbelievable and the miraculous.

  562. I was praying, I said, God, can their prodigal sons

  563. and daughters come home? He said, in my heart, just

  564. as surely as there was a baby conceived in the

  565. agent gloom of Sarah, I can conceive my word in

  566. the heart of that prodigal son and daughter, and I

  567. can make them miserable and bring them home. Is there

  568. anything too hard for God? A church? I want you

  569. to know when God performs she had another miracle. It's

  570. not going to be a miniature miracle. It's gonna be

  571. a major miracle. I'm preaching the Son and the Holy

  572. Ghost putting his baby dedication day. She's not a miniature miracle,

  573. as Sarah's womb began to expand and as it began

  574. to contract. It was not a miniature miracle. The Lord

  575. did this very thing for brother philipp AND's sister Elizabeth.

  576. In the twelfth chapter of the Book of Genesis, we

  577. read of the promise Abraham needed a son to go

  578. through the womb of Sarah in order for him to

  579. become that great nation of God fearing people. So Abraham

  580. needed a miracle. There's some of you as desperate as

  581. Abraham and Sarah right now, God, will they ever come home?

  582. Will they ever come back? Will they ever straight?

  583. Now?

  584. Will I ever get healed? Am I gonna die crippled?

  585. Am I gonna die halting?

  586. Am I gonna die?

  587. Mabe?

  588. Am I gonna die with this dreadful disease? Not if

  589. you don't want to. I hope that right now, during

  590. this message, you're gonna be healed or die eighteen. I

  591. hope right now, during this message, that you're going to

  592. receive here miracle. I hope, right now, during this message

  593. that your prodigal son and daughter is saying, what am

  594. I coming to my senses? If God could bring the

  595. imp emperor Nefican Nezar to his senses, God can bring

  596. your child back to their senses. If God can bring

  597. an embryo into the womb of an ancient womb of

  598. an ancient woman named Sarah and cause it to bring

  599. forth life, God can plant a spiritual embryo in the

  600. heart of your love. I'm telling you right now, you say, well,

  601. they're dead. My womb of hope and my womb of.

  602. Faith is dead.

  603. I've given up hope and giving up You better not

  604. give up hope and give up going to prove to

  605. you this morning to Sarah. Although she laughed when the

  606. promise was reiterated, when the fulfillment of the promise was reiterated,

  607. yet once more she might have laughed. But you've got

  608. beyond laughing. You got beyond thinking there's hope of this happening.

  609. You got beyond thinking there's a possibility. There's some of

  610. you giving up hope. There's a lot of people right

  611. now in South Florida that has not conceived because of

  612. chemotherapy treatments are there's a lot of people right now

  613. in South Florida that are not cancer free because of

  614. a willingness to disobey God. Y'all remember during that service,

  615. the Holy Girls spoke through the leadership and said, brother Philip,

  616. go to the back door, open that back door and

  617. cast out cancer in the name of Jesus. Brother Philip

  618. couldn't wait a week to act upon that. He could

  619. wait a month to act upon that. I'm gonna tell

  620. you that I believe that Sister Sarah and Brother Abraham

  621. that acted upon what God had instructed them to do. Oh,

  622. y'all ain't getting this, but we received word last week

  623. Brother Philip has went through screening. Yet once more, they

  624. said there is no longer a trace of cancer in

  625. his body. That's no minuture miracle. That's somebody means her miracle.

  626. Is there anything too.

  627. Hard for God?

  628. There's nothing too hard for God. And so after twenty

  629. five years of being faithful to the Lord, and yes

  630. there were moments that their faith wavered, but they were

  631. visited by the Lord once more, and they received confirmation

  632. again that they would be blessed. They were to expect

  633. a miracle to take place in their life. God would

  634. visit them and God would do as he had promised

  635. to do. Now, some of y'all have received some promises

  636. in the last ten years. I know because I have

  637. been Prince and when he became a recipient of some promises.

  638. I've been an eye witness to some promises, contractual agreements

  639. between you and God that was instigated and negotiated by

  640. you and God, and I've expected God to bring them

  641. to permission again. God visited them again to remind them

  642. that he would do it. In the life of Abraham

  643. nearing this trial, we find that there were times that

  644. he tried to hasten the hand of God to the work.

  645. But at some point God visited Abraham and say, again,

  646. y'all heard me.

  647. Pray like this.

  648. Over the years, God rolled up his sleeve, may bare

  649. his right arm, and he revealed his power to Abraham

  650. and Abraham's bride Sarah. This morning before us are two

  651. notable miracles. Brother Philip AND's sister Ada are two notable miracles.

  652. God did wonderful thaiths. God flexed his power and displayed

  653. his might to do the impossible. And I will rejoice

  654. greatly with him and what God has done. Because if

  655. I rejoice greatly with him and what God has done,

  656. my faith may be increased and bolstered. If I acknowledge

  657. this as the will and the working of God, my

  658. faith will increase, because I know that God has got

  659. a respect to a person. What I do for one,

  660. he'll do for the end other. Let's look again at

  661. our text. Is there anything too hard for the Lord

  662. at the time appointed, I will return unto thee according

  663. to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a shun.

  664. This conception came about through the power of God.

  665. Right through the.

  666. Power of God, he said, I will return unto thee.

  667. The seed that was faltering and failing, the seed of

  668. that man that was faltering and failing, was strengthened by

  669. the arm of God. I don't know if it had

  670. been unable to reach his desired destination up until this point.

  671. And I'm speaking about the children's minds. But it said,

  672. God said, I will return to you, and this time

  673. you're not gonna come up empty. This time you're not

  674. gonna come up short. That's what I believe about churches

  675. that are of the mind of God and in the

  676. will of God, they will not come up empty. They

  677. will be fruitful and multiplied. There will be fruit on

  678. the tree. God is a god of addition, of multiplication.

  679. God is never involved when there is a depletion of

  680. people that were saved, sanctified, and holy goes feel. God

  681. is not a god of depletion and diminishing. God is

  682. a god of replenishing, refeeling, rejuvenating, refueling, refiring. And so

  683. the hand of God, brother Ethan, is what made this possible.

  684. God to our visit you, and this time it'll work.

  685. I'll visit the altar again. Who knows, this time it

  686. might work. I'll jump on that foot again. That not

  687. God spoken to me. I had to hop on that

  688. right foot.

  689. And now heal it.

  690. Whatever's wrong with it? Oh, heal it. It never ran

  691. through the radar. It never was a screened it never

  692. did have an X ray gun to it, Brother Samuel,

  693. But I know God revealed his arm and displayed his power.

  694. I'm talking about Ada whole power is nothing less than

  695. a display of God's power. Philliparent true Howell is nothing

  696. more than a display of God's power. And I was

  697. praying and I was asking God about this. I said, God,

  698. I need a servants pacific for this prince's baby. And

  699. he's precious parents. He said, my son, he said, or

  700. not upon them my fingerprints, And I want to tell

  701. you upon another Philip and sister Ada. If you look

  702. plus enough, this is the your print of God. If

  703. you want investigate enough, you can hire the best of

  704. forensic science. Oh come on, I feel like preaching. I'm

  705. trying to hold my composure. You can hire the best investigators,

  706. the best detectives, and everybody's going to reach the same conclusion.

  707. Upon these two is the finger of God.

  708. And I want to.

  709. Ask, Sister Elizabeth, how does it feel to live every

  710. day of your life with two miracles? How does it

  711. feel every day of your life to look at.

  712. A man and a little baby.

  713. Upon which are the finger prince of God?

  714. Oh?

  715. Come on now, I'm telling somebody in this fielding this morning,

  716. God is going to do a great thing if you

  717. will receive it. But for us this morning are too

  718. notablemighty men of pistation into the miraculous power of God God,

  719. these wonderful things. Brother Philip and Sister Elizabeth. When you

  720. two look at little Aida, you know that only God

  721. could have done this. You know her name means ornament, adornment.

  722. I have to be careful because I'm a granddaddy to

  723. whatever it is, fifteen or sixteen beautiful grandchildren. And they

  724. are all good looking because of their grandparents. Every one

  725. of their grandparents are good looking. With me, they're all

  726. good looking because of their parents. All their parents are

  727. great looking. I don't know how they ended up so

  728. good looking. They're all good looking. But one night I

  729. was praying, and I know you have to be careful

  730. talking about this, because I'm not saying she's any prettier

  731. than any of my other granddaughters. My question is, can

  732. you rejoice for them? They rejoice. I don't know why

  733. the word of faith gets spoken in the heart of

  734. some men, and I don't know why the word of

  735. promise gets spoken to some couples. But after studying the

  736. loss of Abraham and Sarah, I'm starting to have an

  737. understanding as to why the word of faith and the

  738. word of promises are spoken to some people. But I

  739. was standing right here praying for Brother Philip's sister Elizabeth

  740. one night and it came to mind, and Brother Philip,

  741. if you remember I said the beautiful one, right, do

  742. y'all remember that?

  743. Now?

  744. I believe that every granddaughter I got just dropped their

  745. gorgeous they're beautiful, y'all, very women. Is I'll clean up

  746. my mess. I believe every one of them is just beautiful.

  747. But for some reason through my spirit, I prayed the

  748. beautiful one, the beautiful one. And that's what her name means.

  749. I didn't know the meaning of her name. It literally

  750. means the beautiful one. That one has been given a

  751. little bit extra, an adornment, an ornament. I'm telling you,

  752. if you get a hold of what I'm preaching this morning,

  753. you gonna go home with something a little bit extra.

  754. And when God puts his fingerprint on your life, when

  755. that pronicle, son and dollar comes home, when you get

  756. healed of renal failure, when you get healed of diabetes,

  757. when you get healed in your feet, when you get

  758. healed in your heart, when you come home, when you

  759. get healed, you walk away with something a little bit extra.

  760. You walk away with a customery love. I've got the

  761. fingerprint of call on me God, No lode cuts impossible

  762. in me. God come out. And what everybody else thought

  763. was too hard for anyone to do, God was able.

  764. To do it.

  765. Now ought to him that is able to do exceedingly

  766. and burdonly about all. If we asked her think for

  767. the simple minded, they would say, well, was that God

  768. proposied through their Papa that she would be the prettiest

  769. of them all. To the simple minded that would be

  770. prone to jealousy and prone to not joyce, would others rejoice,

  771. to those that would despise, and those that would be

  772. battling coveteousness and jealousies and envying, But to that one

  773. of a pure spirit that will rejoice when others rejoiced them.

  774. And say, you know what all it was was. God

  775. was just letting us know she's gonna be pretty. But

  776. it didn't stop there. I ask God to help me,

  777. please preach something through me, or preach through me or

  778. something at a Serman's Pacific And God said, look further

  779. into the meaning of her name. How many of you

  780. know the Bible said a good name is rather to

  781. be chosen the great riches and love and favor the

  782. silver and gold. We've talked to people here led by example,

  783. be careful what you name. That child hesitate before you

  784. name him, Sampson hesitate before you name or Jezabel hesitate.

  785. I don't know that brother Philip or sister Elizabeth done

  786. this much research. I'm sure they know the meaning of

  787. her name. But there's another meaning of her name besides

  788. that of the Hebrew meaning of ornament, adornment, beautiful esthetically,

  789. a little extra beauty on the outside. There's something beyond that.

  790. There is a tribe in Nigeria that claims to be

  791. of Jewish descent. I think they're called the Igbo tribe.

  792. It's spelled Igbo Igbo tribe. Brother Nathaniel, I looked up,

  793. as led by the Holy Ghost to look up the

  794. meaning of her name in that language. Ada, you want

  795. to know what it means. I'm telling you, the fingerprint

  796. of God is on this church, It's on this family,

  797. It's on that little girl. There's no way they plan this.

  798. You've read it. You're fixing a witness a miracle. You

  799. know what that name means? First daughter? You know where

  800. Ada whole power is, Brother Philip or Sister Elizabeth's first daughter?

  801. Talk you who she wants? Just like coffee? Who's here?

  802. Mind was?

  803. When he was in your room, I.

  804. Said, he ordained him go be a prophet up to

  805. the naissance. I'm not talking about a minuture.

  806. Miracle here this morning.

  807. I'm talking about a mile and manifestation of a mirockless power.

  808. A God almighty. I'm glad I serve help from Mira

  809. to work in God. Here's more day. The doubts of.

  810. The past, We're gone. They left so quickly, as quickly

  811. as the morning do does when it flees after facing

  812. the sunbeams. In Florida was dissolved the minute Sarah felt

  813. the power of God on her, not the second, but

  814. that baby was born into this world the moment she

  815. felt the power of God on her. And I'm telling

  816. this people, there's been a lot of miracles amongst this people,

  817. simply because when the spirit of God moves, you move.

  818. I feel this in my I'm telling you you can't

  819. expect the healing, you can't expect the prodigals of her

  820. daughter to come home. You can't expect any miracle whatsoever

  821. from the Lord if you're not gonna move when the

  822. spirit of God gets to move. And that's when we

  823. pray for the sick, not after somebody's requested prayer for

  824. seven minutes to trying to have the biggest and the

  825. baddest prayer request and they have no intention whatsoever of

  826. praying about it and all. But when the spirit of

  827. God moves, we'd come up to the altar. When the

  828. wonders are troubled we may not even make mention of

  829. that prodigal son or daughter's name. We may not even

  830. make mention of what's going on inside of our heart.

  831. Chemo therapy said, we won't have children. Chemotherapy said, we

  832. won't have children. But God visited Sarah. God loves Sarah

  833. enough to come down they're sin in.

  834. Her tent.

  835. And remind her. What's more, the converted to her. What's more,

  836. I can holyghost in this place. Don't you think it whatever?

  837. Jesus asked her, why did you laugh? If she had

  838. just said, Lord, how just Richos's great in what you're

  839. about to do. There's no use whatsoever in us hide

  840. the excitement in a sense of pots humility of what

  841. God has promised us. I'm telling you, Sir, I should

  842. have got every part. She should have ran around a tear.

  843. She should have ran.

  844. I'm telling you it was in her heart to do that.

  845. She knew the God that Abraham served, She knew the

  846. God that she served, She knew the ability of God.

  847. I tell us somebody this morning, I reminding you that

  848. all the things are possible true God. Lord, I said, Ah,

  849. the things that possible true God. Support If Abraham and

  850. Sarah were here today, they would speak of their miracle baby.

  851. They could tell us that the hand of God was

  852. involved in the making of that miracle. Sister Elizabeth, every

  853. day that you live, you live with two people who

  854. are bearing upon themselves the fingerprint of God. Brother Philip

  855. and Sister Elizabeth. Ain't a hope. Looks so much like

  856. you too. In fact, sometimes I think she's the perfect blend.

  857. Other times I see a little more of you in her.

  858. Other times I see a little more of Elizabeth in her.

  859. But you know what, Sister, that is to be expected.

  860. It's because she was made in the likeness of her parents.

  861. She is a miniature Philip and a miniature Elizabeth. But

  862. Brother Philip and Sister Elizabeth, I want y'all to know,

  863. even though y'all have made your mark on her, there

  864. is another mark that I want to bring to your

  865. attention today, and it is the fingerprint of God. She

  866. may be a mini me, yeah, yes, but she is

  867. not a miniature miracle. She's a major, mighty miracle. How

  868. many of you feel the presence of the Lord in

  869. this place this morning? I feel like, just according to

  870. her name's definition, she is a beautiful addition to this family.

  871. She is a beautiful ornament to Brother Phillip's cancer battle.

  872. For whenever the world was screaming there's no hope, whenever

  873. the physicians on the highest boards of the cancer doctor boards,

  874. when they were saying, we're not sure that we even

  875. know how to treat it or how to handle it,

  876. God hung on their tree a beautiful little ornament we

  877. weren't expecting. In addition at all that God added. And that's

  878. what Jesus has been doing for centures. He's been added

  879. to the church daily such as should be saved. Let's

  880. stand here this morning. We feel the Holy Goes witnessing

  881. in our spirit. We feel the Holy Goes witnessing in

  882. our spirit. She's no miniatured miracle. Bet I thought it's

  883. a beautiful thing to witness. Brother Philip and Sister Elizabeth

  884. dedicated their child in a Hope Powell to God, Brother

  885. Philip and Sister Elizabeth, which y'all approached. That told that

  886. y'all look how beautiful she loves. She's so pretty and

  887. that white, long flowing gown looking around with that long

  888. black care I told somebody yesterday, I said, I guess

  889. she's gonna manage to keep her hair and like some

  890. of us are doing now, how can you not look

  891. at her and see the fingerprint of God on her,

  892. Brother Philip, A Sister Elizabeth. God gave Ada to you,

  893. and now you're holding up your little miracle and say, God,

  894. I thank you for the Marian, but I wanna give

  895. it back to you. And there's not a service that

  896. goes by that I don't look at beautiful Bethel. You

  897. won't know I love you. You never questioned that. That's

  898. why you take her from me is because you know

  899. I love you. Every one of you knows I would

  900. take a bullet for you in the next five minutes.

  901. I wouldn't have to take it through. I wouldn't have

  902. to weigh it out. If it's you or me, it's

  903. gonna be me. There's some of it you would consider

  904. your wife and your family, but because of your pastor,

  905. it would be me without any further ado or consideration.

  906. That's why you take correction from your pastor, because you

  907. know I love you, Brother Philip and Sister Elizabeth. God

  908. has done a beautiful thing in your family in despairing

  909. of your life, Brother Philip, for your not to be

  910. here today, but You're not only here you have a

  911. head full of hair. You have restored renewed health, restored

  912. renewed energy, restored renewed imp immune system. Like a wife

  913. that's start grieving the morning, a real lass and a

  914. little baby upon which is the finger print of God.

  915. And I'm going back to something I was saying, Brother Jesse,

  916. there's not a service that goes back everything. Then when

  917. I look out here and see these seventy to eighty people,

  918. when we did it when it was six or seven,

  919. we do it with seventy eighty, we'll do it a hundred,

  920. two hundred and twenty. There's not a service that doesn't

  921. go by that I don't say in my spirit, look

  922. at beautiful Bethel, and I say, God, your yours, just

  923. like when I pray and I say, God, Bless the

  924. wife you gave me, Bless the sons you gave me,

  925. Blessed the daughter you gave me. Then I say, bless

  926. beautiful Bethel that you gave to me. When you have

  927. that attitude, that mindset, you're letting God know there's nothing

  928. between me and you, and I acknowledge you that you've

  929. given this gift to me. And I said it at

  930. the beginning of this message. We like to claim tide

  931. on ownership, and sometimes when we claim ownership, we also

  932. try to demand and dictate to God what he is

  933. to do. But it's best for us to say, God,

  934. we give you ownership. And that's what Brother Philip and

  935. Sister Elizabeth are doing. In fact, they are giving God

  936. ownership of baby Ada today, Brother Philip and Sister Elizabeth,

  937. believing that this child is in fact a beautiful gift

  938. from the Lord, and that she shall hold you to

  939. accountable on that great day of judgment as she stands

  940. before God as he judges her, and as she holds

  941. y'all accountable as her instructors of Christ, and then the

  942. God shall hold you to accountable in return. Do you

  943. realize what you're doing today and giving her back to God?

  944. Do you solemnly agree that it is your purpose to

  945. dedicate this lovely child to the Lord in his service?

  946. Will you pray with her, instruct her faithfully and bring

  947. her up in the nurture and the admonition of the Lord.

  948. Will you faithfully teach her in the doctrines of the

  949. Christian faith, and will you teach her to read the

  950. Word of God. And betrayed by example. Will you teach

  951. her to live a holy life? Will you bring her

  952. to the House of God every time the doors are open.

  953. Will you do everything within your power to bring her

  954. to the knowledge that Jesus can be and should be

  955. and is her personal Lord and safety. Praise the Lord.

  956. I wanna ask all the holy ghost field saints together

  957. around everybody, if you will just move forward, We're gonna

  958. dedicate to read the whole power to the Lord. Praise

  959. the Lord.

  960. What does she do.

  961. You?

  962. You'll say that I'm annoying oil?

  963. Well, what is good?

  964. The word of God? When you go like get with

  965. or the praise and pray? Do you know those little

  966. stay and sometimes got to recover the models as a

  967. show and has everything to do with our old our expectation.

  968. I pray you, I believe full of.

  969. This morning his brother buildings, just the liers just our

  970. more than anything to get a mador in a God

  971. when she tells them about arms, just to signified that

  972. they have transferred ownership to their arms. I deserved with

  973. a servant to the Lord's the message.

  974. That he is to have cause when I take the lady,

  975. you know maida first.

  976. Year the God is taking her time.

  977. We will pray over her. Go on we have mom,

  978. We'll all will pray for them, will pray to God.

  979. You there wisdom and strength. But your God hearn to

  980. the vest of their ability and just brings them to

  981. the house together.

  982. She can see her instructure.

  983. When at the same time they're gonna pray for the

  984. mercy of God to get lady older days of her

  985. lot to tell you that you well a fella, you

1011. to just stay up here for just a second. Hey man, man,

1012. why is showing a man? How many of you were

1013. asking Tellau to help you with something in your lot?
