  1. Praise the Lord.

  2. Aren't you thankful for how the Lord is blessing our

  3. church with these little ones?

  4. I am the book.

  5. Of Amos, chapter number seven, will be reading verses number

  6. seven through seventeen, Brother Nathaniel, Proverbs chapter number fourteen, verses

  7. number one through three, And.

  8. Brother jesse Luke, chapter number nineteen, verse.

  9. Number ten, Praise the Lord. If anybody's got a pair

  10. of reading glasses, would.

  11. You bring you to me at this time?

  12. Amos chapter number seven, verse number seven through seventeen.

  13. Brother Nathaniel, would you read that?

  14. Proverbs chapter number fourteen, verse number one through three, Thank

  15. your sister him. Every Wise woman buildeth her house, but

  16. the foolish plucketh it down with her hands. He that

  17. walketh in his upright and the spirit the Lord, but

  18. he that has reversed.

  19. In his way despise it.

  20. On. Amen, in the mouth of the foolish is a

  21. rod of pride, that the lips of the wise shall

  22. preserve them.

  23. And Amen.

  24. You will notice in this message this morning that Amos

  25. was one to preach to the prideful person from the

  26. Jesse Loop chapter number nineteen, verse number ten.

  27. Well, the son of man has come to seek and

  28. to say that which was lost, praise the Lord.

  29. The desire of Amos's heart was to help the least,

  30. the lost, and the lonely. Let's stand for the reading

  31. of our golden texts. Amos chapter number seven, verses number.

  32. Seven through seventeen.

  33. The Bible said, thus he shewed me, and behold, the

  34. Lord stood upon a wom made by a plumb line,

  35. with a plumb line in his hand.

  36. And the Lord said it to me, Amos, what seest thou?

  37. And I sent a plumb line.

  38. Then said the Lord, Old, I will set a plumbline

  39. in the midst of my people Israel.

  40. I will not again pass by them anymore.

  41. In the high places of Isaac shall be desolate, and

  42. the sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waste. And I

  43. will rise again against the house of Jeroboam with the sword.

  44. And Amazi, the priest of Bethel, sit to Jeroboam, King

  45. of Israel, saying Amos has conspired against thee in the

  46. midst of the house of Israel.

  47. The land is not able to bear all his words.

  48. For thus Amos says, Jereboam shall die by the sword,

  49. and Israel shall surely be led away captive out of

  50. their own land. Also Amazi said of the Amos, oh

  51. thou seer, which means prophet, O, thou prophet, go flee

  52. thee away into the land of Judah, and there eat

  53. bread and prophesy there. Literally what Amazi saying, preacher, take

  54. your message back home, take it to your own people.

  55. Perhaps they will hear you verse number thirteen. But prophesy

  56. not again anymore at Bethel, for it is the king's chapel,

  57. and it is the king's court. Then answered Amos and

  58. said to Amazi, I was no prophet, neither was thy

  59. prophet son.

  60. But I was a herdman, and together of sycamore fruit.

  61. And the Lord took me as I followed the flock,

  62. and the Lord said to me, go prophesy unto my

  63. people Israel.

  64. Now therefore hear thou the word of the Lord.

  65. Thou sayest prophesy not against Israel, and drop out thy

  66. word against the house of Isaac. Therefore, thus saith the Lord.

  67. Thy wife shall be inhearted in the city, and thy

  68. sons and thy daughters shall fall by the sword, and

  69. thy land shall be divided by line. And thou shalt

  70. dine a polluted land and Israel shall surely go into

  71. captivity fourth of this land which you pray, Heavenly Father,

  72. with love and we've raising. We thank you for the

  73. opportunity to be in the house of the Lord. We

  74. thank you for your goodness, We thank you for your grace,

  75. We thank you for your mercy.

  76. We pray Lord, that you would annoyed this thy.

  77. Servant, that you would say it. God at my lips,

  78. help me to say.

  79. The things that you would.

  80. Have you to say.

  81. Nothing more or less.

  82. Are going to ears of this thy people, that they

  83. might hear what the spirit of God says unto the

  84. church this morning. Touch baby Amos, Touch his parents, we prayed,

  85. touch his grandparents, touch his church.

  86. Family in a very special way.

  87. We ask God in Jesus' name in the church said Amen,

  88. praise the Lord. I would like to preach a sermon

  89. a message the Holy Ghost titled Amos carried to the cricket.

  90. Carried to the cricket. Our textas found in an Old

  91. Testament book of the Holy Bible, the Book of Amos.

  92. The prophet Amos dwelt among the herd men of Takoa,

  93. and he could also be found amongst those that manicured

  94. sycamore trees or fig trees. He would have been considered

  95. to have been one that was a caretaker of sheep

  96. and fruit trees there in the land of Takoa. At

  97. some point during his life, the Holy Ghost moved upon him.

  98. While he was busy doing what most.

  99. Of the people in the land of Israel would have

  100. considered that little things, the menial task of everyday life

  101. at the family farm. The spirit of God moved upon him,

  102. a young man like King David, that had been set

  103. aside for the master's work, which first included him laboring

  104. amongst his own people and helping his family in the

  105. family business.

  106. We find the spirit of God begin to move upon him.

  107. The fire of God burned in his soul in a

  108. similar manner that it burns inside of every heart of

  109. the preacher. Today, as the fire of God burned inside

  110. of the heart of the bosom of the great prophet Jeremiah.

  111. The fire of.

  112. God begins to burn in this man's heart. We do

  113. not find him to be a priest nor prophet. He

  114. is quick to make the announcement that he is not

  115. of such a pedigree, and he considers himself to be

  116. the least person that God would choose for such a

  117. very special ministry. But we will find that inside of

  118. the heart of Amos was a willingness to not only

  119. seek the truth, but to speak the truth. I'm thankful

  120. for every seeker of truth that is present this morning.

  121. You have said, by your own words of testimony that

  122. you are here because you are a seeker of truth.

  123. Without being coached or cohersed. You have found your way

  124. to this congregation, and you have celebrated with these people

  125. as the words of truth are spoken, and you have

  126. found it to be pleasant and music to your ears.

  127. Any time a preacher of truth speaks the truth, I

  128. want you to know that this person, Amos, wasn't only content.

  129. To be a seeker of truth. He was a speaker

  130. of truth.

  131. And I know that everybody in this building today is

  132. a seeker of truth, but not everybody is willing to

  133. speak the truth. And concern is some that are willing

  134. to speak the truth, not all are willing to speak

  135. the truth in love. Amos was one that spoke the

  136. truth in love, even though sometimes those that heard the

  137. words that were being spoken by this man of God

  138. proved of the words that he was speaking and so

  139. I know there's a handful of men of God in this.

  140. Fielding this morning that are willing to seek the.

  141. Truth, and after they have found it, they're willing to

  142. share it by speaking it. In recent days, we have

  143. heard of a young man that has been a seeker

  144. of truth.

  145. Up until his death, and even at the.

  146. Time of his death, he was speaking the truth in love.

  147. And even though he was speaking the truth in love

  148. so softly and so tenderly, there was a monster called

  149. a demon inside of some people's heart who demanded and

  150. called for his execution or assassination. These people attempted to

  151. silence the voice of truth, which no doubt was one

  152. of the greatest voices of truth in his generation. Has

  153. the voice of truth been silenced? Has the message been stopped?

  154. Most of you in.

  155. This building this morning today would say there is no

  156. doubt in your mind whatsoever that the message will continue

  157. to go forth. The widow of this person declared that

  158. she will seek to it that the message is carried

  159. on from one person to the next, from one generation

  160. to another. God sometimes selects and chooses people that are willing.

  161. To do what no one else is willing to do.

  162. Among the great prophets are both minor and major in

  163. the Word of God.

  164. You find some of them to be descendants of priest.

  165. You find some of the other ones to be descendants

  166. of prophets.

  167. But this man says, I was chosen as.

  168. I worked amongst the herdman, I was chosen as I'm

  169. manicured and maintain fig trees, Brother Jesse, nobody could challenge

  170. the fact that the spirit of God was inside of him.

  171. I believe the great prophet Jeremiah might have been a

  172. son of a priest. If I'm not mistaken, that's coming

  173. to mine right now. I know a lot of them,

  174. great men of God that did great things and great works,

  175. and caused mighty manifestations of God's power to be amongst

  176. the nation of Israel. They were second or third generation ministers.

  177. But here is a man that.

  178. Is surfacing for no other reason than to challenge the

  179. crooked and to carry the words up.

  180. True to a crooked and a perverse people. We find

  181. this man as King David.

  182. In his day, the prophet Amos preferred to dwell amongst

  183. the common people. He was more comfortable with being with

  184. a poor and the paupera that he was being with

  185. a prideful and the prince.

  186. After reading the Short Book.

  187. Of the Bible over the last few days, has become

  188. clear to me that Amos was aggravated because of the arrogant,

  189. and there are people today that can be easily aggravated

  190. by the actions of the arrogant. Amos was such a

  191. person he could not stand pride in the same way

  192. that Father God could not stand pride. We will think

  193. Amos as the opposite, the poor, opposite to Absolute who

  194. relished being prideful. This man, Amos had a special place

  195. in his heart for the least, the lost, and the lonely.

  196. If he lived in this day and hour, he would

  197. be first in line to become part of an outreach.

  198. He'd have a desire inside of him that was.

  199. Put in place there by God to reach out to

  200. those less fortunate, because he felt.

  201. Like those were his people. He identified with him. He

  202. knew what it was like to feel needy. He frowned

  203. upon the oppression of such a people. At this time and.

  204. History, his people were experiencing hardships due to the oppression

  205. of the rich, specifically those located in the Northern Kingdom.

  206. This proft lived in the southern.

  207. Kingdom, and in the Southern Kingdom they were more humble,

  208. they were.

  209. More quite a spirit, they were more selfless. But in

  210. the Northern Kingdom they were greedy and they were selfish.

  211. In fact, business is good in the Northern Kingdom, and

  212. they're prospering in a way like they had prospered in

  213. a good while, and they feel like this promotion and

  214. this prospering has come from the Lord.

  215. And they feel like because they are God's people, they

  216. are prospering in such a manner. But this man that

  217. was a man to man fig.

  218. Trees and depict the fruit they're on him, and to

  219. work with the hertsman of tacoam he becomes disgusted because

  220. he realizes this prosperity bred complacency, and that complacency and

  221. out onness brought forward a gross immorality, and it moved

  222. from the Northern Kingdom into the Southern Kingdom.

  223. And when it began to be carried into.

  224. The Southern Kingdom, he decided somebody's got to do something

  225. about it. The name Amos literally means carried or born

  226. of God, and so as immorality is being carried or

  227. brought into the Southern Kingdom, he decides, not only will

  228. I speak up and stand up against this in the

  229. Southern Kingdom, but I will obey what God is telling.

  230. Me to do, and as a seeker of truth.

  231. I will speak out against the evil Newer and the

  232. Spirit of God mean on him to carry the voice

  233. of truth and the words of truth into the Northern Kingdom.

  234. And it is true that most of the people in

  235. the Northern Kingdom did not want to hear of his

  236. frustrations and aggravations and agitation, brother Jesse impact when he

  237. began to preach.

  238. They made him feel like he was nobody.

  239. They asked, where did you come from, what is your vocation,

  240. what's your occupation?

  241. Who are your parents?

  242. Tell us a little bit about your family history, show

  243. us your family tree.

  244. And after they marnered that he was not.

  245. One in a long line of prophets, they said, little preacher,

  246. take your ministry and your message and go back to

  247. the little Southern Kingdom from whence you came and preach

  248. to your own people where you have no place here.

  249. Can I tell you that the Word of God has

  250. its proper place in any kingdom. It has its proper

  251. place in our churches today. It has its.

  252. Proper place in our countries today. This man, like many

  253. holiness preachers of Pentecostal preachers of yesteryear and today, was

  254. disgusted because.

  255. Of the immorality.

  256. Most people that are seekers and speakers of truth cannot

  257. help but speak against selfishness.

  258. This man was selfless.

  259. He put God first, He put God's message first before

  260. all other things. At one point he left it all

  261. in order to help somebody. It was his desire to

  262. bring reborn into the Northern Kingdom by.

  263. The spoken word of God.

  264. When you study the Writings and the other prophets, you

  265. can see that right off in the writings there.

  266. Are message of hope.

  267. There's streads of hope woven all throughout their sacred writings.

  268. But in the Book of Amos, for the most part,

  269. and it's only a few chapters, you can only find

  270. a few verses of hope. You can tell that the

  271. Spirit of God had revealed the Amos that these people

  272. are gonna hear what you say. They're gonna put a

  273. finger in each.

  274. Ear so to speak, and they are going.

  275. To reject your words and not accept them.

  276. So while bother trying to make cricket things straight.

  277. If we know they're not gonna receive the instructions that

  278. would make crooked ways straight.

  279. Anyhow, I'm glad that.

  280. This preacher that was recently assassinated did not have that

  281. mind set. I'm thank for forever preacher that does not

  282. have that mind set. Whether it's rejected or accepted. We

  283. must preach the truth in love. So as this man

  284. spends his own resources and his own energies to.

  285. Travel to the Northern Kingdom.

  286. Once he's arrived, he's prophesied against the offenders who were

  287. implated by their pride and brother Nathaniel. They reject him,

  288. and they're courageously contempt and they despise his words, the

  289. same way the religious leaders in the days of Jesus

  290. despised the words of God himself. In Karname, God came

  291. to speak the truth to seekers of truth, but he

  292. also spoke the truth to those that sat in.

  293. Darkness that had known us.

  294. How whatsoever for someone to flip the switch and turn the.

  295. Light on, the Bible said.

  296. Men that set in darkness had seen a great light.

  297. I'm thankful for a preacher like Amos that is willing

  298. to say what everybody else should be saying. There were

  299. plenty of preachers. There were plenty of prophets, there were

  300. plenty of priests that could have spoken the word of

  301. God to this nation of Israel, specifically the Northern Kingdom.

  302. But this testifies that there was an unwillingness amongst the

  303. majority of the preachers to say what God has really said.

  304. And that's where.

  305. We're at today. There's only a handful of men that

  306. are willing to pull out the plum life of truth

  307. and to hold it up against churches and families and countries.

  308. I want you to know that when.

  309. God sent Jesus down into this world, Jesus Christ himself,

  310. representing of the plumb Bible, representing Jesus Christ him self,

  311. the will of God stretch from heaven to earth, and

  312. there is a line.

  313. Between heaven and earth.

  314. Jesus Christ the plumb bob. He found the center of gravity.

  315. He points directly at what is true, what is living,

  316. what is squared. And there's a lot of people today

  317. they don't even have to hear help preached on. They

  318. don't have to hear a preacher and take a text

  319. and preach on hell. They can see a saying of

  320. God or a preacher of righteousness just going about their business.

  321. And daily life. And because the Word.

  322. Of God is so wisely dispersed and has been preached

  323. about the generations. They may not be lovers of truth,

  324. but they know the end of the book. They know

  325. the end of the matter. They know that the Bible

  326. declares that all unholy and all unrighteous, and all homosexuals

  327. guilty in ascent of homosexuality, and all immorals, all that

  328. are guilty of immorality.

  329. They will spin eternity in the light of a fire.

  330. They know this.

  331. That's why they could assassinate a thirty one year old

  332. preacher that is sitting there in cool comic collecting and

  333. defeating and just simply.

  334. Talking to people about the Word of God. They in

  335. their heart know what the Bible says.

  336. They know the end of the matter, and they've got

  337. a problem with it.

  338. They go past conviction, they enter into condemnation, and then they.

  339. Decide to take matters in their own hands and silence

  340. the world.

  341. Of the preacher. The Northern Kingdom rejected the.

  342. Word of God.

  343. Amos told them.

  344. Of the severe consequences that would follow, and the Bible

  345. said that there was some that salt to destroy his life.

  346. Will because some of them well to do priests them

  347. or turns them. So called oracles of God had been

  348. reading their Bible and it didn't live. They said, there

  349. was a time when the prophet Jeeremiah done exactly.

  350. What this man us. Do you remember?

  351. And they come through the Sacred writ and they read

  352. where Jeerimia's life was spared. And some of these men said,

  353. I feel like we ought to treat Amos the same

  354. way Jeremiah the prophet was treated. We should not kill

  355. him or spill his blood, you know, limb.

  356. But we can criticize him. We can remain skeptical, we

  357. can lie, Oh, come on, we can send him home

  358. with his badge. We can reject this message, but we

  359. should not take his life.

  360. What I want to pull out of that for you

  361. is this. If there had not a been of Jeremiah

  362. that was willing to say crooked things straight and the

  363. willing to say things nobody else wanted to say, that

  364. Amos's life would not have been spared. And I'm telling you,

  365. mobs in there, and I'm telling Amos is that And mom,

  366. that's always in our best interest to that we're not

  367. only seekers of true to but where speakers.

  368. Are true come and that when something.

  369. Gets off level, and somebody gets off clears, when somebody's

  370. house is falling down, that we put it to the

  371. pup line on the end of the plup Bob, and

  372. we have an assurance that this is where Jesus the

  373. poor Bob has set the pup line. And I'm telling you,

  374. when your life and when your country, and when your church.

  375. Is not over left you obtains.

  376. Leading to the left where it claims and leading to

  377. the ride, and you can't get back.

  378. To the plum line. There were said, we're on that house, shop, were.

  379. On that live We on that's square to the glory

  380. of God. So this man, he gets stirred in his

  381. spirit and as a hurl insults his instructions. He defends

  382. himself and says, hey, the spirit of God moved.

  383. On me while I was minding my own business.

  384. You've heard me say for years. I didn't ask for this.

  385. I didn't ask to come to South Lord. I didn't

  386. ask the pastor of church. I never had a desire

  387. in my heart, and the pastor seventy.

  388. Five people, however, many of these says in this build.

  389. At this time, I just wanted to be a lover

  390. of truth and a seeker of truth. I never asked

  391. to be a speaker of truth, but there was a.

  392. Desire in my heart that if God ever.

  393. Asked me to speak the truth, that's exactly what I

  394. would do, is.

  395. Speak the truth.

  396. Because when you truly love your brother, and when you

  397. truly love your yes, you will be their keeper. This man, Amos,

  398. was upset about the greedy and the self has taken

  399. advantage of others that chose to look out for themself.

  400. These people were prospering financially, yet Amos believed it was

  401. not God causing them to prosper financially, that it was

  402. demons of hell, and that they were prospering because of

  403. their great work ethic and their relentless pursuit of wealth

  404. and prosperity. And Amos believed and preached that God was

  405. not in it, and that that prosperity was going to

  406. be the cause of their downfall, and that they had

  407. forsaken humility and become prideful. And of course they felt

  408. like this shepherd boy and this fruit picker was in

  409. no position to rebute them, and they decided to ignore

  410. his message, and ultimately.

  411. They were ignoring the warning of God.

  412. They can look at a preacher, they can look at

  413. a person.

  414. In a church and say, who are they? Who do

  415. they think they are?

  416. Look at me? Everything I touch is turned to gold.

  417. I've prospered. I'm rich and increased with goods, and I

  418. have need of nothing, including I have no need in

  419. going to church every time the church doors are open.

  420. I have no need of a pastor. There is no

  421. need for a teacher. There is no need for instructors.

  422. There is no need for me to read my Bible.

  423. There is no need for me to thumb through the

  424. manuscript to the Manuel of life. This man Amos, knew

  425. that God instructed him to carry his word. When this

  426. woman was suffering because of the sins of Father Adam

  427. and been mother Eve, and as she was given birth,

  428. her and her husband decided to name this young man

  429. carried by God.

  430. Little did she know.

  431. How to buy me, inspired of the holy girl she

  432. was when God gave her that name that is to

  433. be chosen above great riches.

  434. When Amos left in with a name that was given

  435. to him by God, that wonderful name was worth more.

  436. Than the collective riches of all of those who, being

  437. in the empire of the Northern Kingdom.

  438. Just to be able to say I am a child

  439. of God. At on.

  440. You may not have to ten dollar bills to rub together,

  441. but just to be able to say you are a

  442. child of God, and that Jehovah Childrah is your provider.

  443. And as a righteous persson you've had about forsaken, He's

  444. been with you all day. He had a promise for

  445. you that now that you gave your heart to him,

  446. he said, you will find me to.

  447. Be present by your side. It's an every step of

  448. the way.

  449. Come on now telling you God that he is with us.

  450. And I believe that we should be carriers of more

  451. than viruses and carriers of more than gossip. But so

  452. many people are doing today. We should be carriers up

  453. the truth. Again, this man that was carried by God,

  454. he carried the words of God.

  455. And he may have been carried away carelessly, but he was.

  456. Still the message and the messenger embodied God's message, was

  457. carried by God to deliver a message. He carried that

  458. was intended for people who called himself the people of God.

  459. And so it is today. Your granddaddy could have been

  460. the founder of a certain camp meeting your great granddaddy

  461. could have been a deacon.

  462. Of a certain great harness what to a postal church.

  463. But don't be surprised when a little preacher comes out

  464. of a royal town and he travels with one keena

  465. to the next time to tell you what the saith God,

  466. or thank God for the carriersm of the gospel, for those.

  467. That were carrying the truth. Ain't there? Come on now?

  468. Amos made it clear, and Amos checking number five that

  469. God despises a hypocrite, and a God despised a hypocrit

  470. prea God incarnate. Do you not think that God despises

  471. it a hypocrite to post God incarnator?

  472. You've been given Jesus, He's been given the.

  473. Holy neverstu in marryinga and there there's no reason at all?

  474. Whatso he din it be a hypocrite and a crusifi

  475. the carrier of such a gospel as this.

  476. A man.

  477. A golden texas found in the seventh chapter of Amus.

  478. We've been reading verses number.

  479. Seven through seventeen and preaching through those verses. The prophet

  480. Amous chose to illustrate his message with an instrument that

  481. can be found in most gang boxes on most job

  482. sites how many. If you know what a plumb bob

  483. is attached to, that plumb bob is a plumb a line.

  484. The plumb line itself is not nearly as important as

  485. the plum bob. You can stretch that plumb blom, that

  486. plumb bob from about any point, and after the pendulum

  487. effect has taken place, and after gravity has won its battle,

  488. the temple of the bottom tip of the plum bob

  489. will be pointing directly in line with the point at

  490. point A.

  491. I'm telling you that plumb line.

  492. Has been used since the beginning of time by crashmen

  493. and their construction projects, and it is still used to

  494. this day.

  495. And God used the man to show the nation of.

  496. Israel that they had leaned away from the truths or

  497. the plumb line. Somebody told me that there are preachers

  498. that are now inspired to start outreach ministries after the

  499. death of Charlie.

  500. Kirk, and I thought that was great, you know, to

  501. think about. But if they cannot even.

  502. Put their own churches and their own youth group and

  503. their own family to the plumb line, if they haven't

  504. been able to preach the truth and love all these years,

  505. that they haven't been able to take a stand.

  506. All these years.

  507. If they haven't been using the plot line all of

  508. these years, what makes us think, after the emotions of

  509. this situation has settled, that they will keep the plumb

  510. bob and the plum life in their pastoral tool box

  511. and it will not happen.

  512. God used Amos because God knew that Amos would not

  513. stop preaching on day one. He would not.

  514. Stop preaching on monk Tin. He would not stop preaching

  515. on year ten.

  516. In fact, if you.

  517. Study the book of Amos, he tells exactly who was

  518. the king as he preached.

  519. A proper side.

  520. It talks about two or three different kingdoms and kings.

  521. And from what I could tell, he preached a.

  522. Proper side for about fifty something years. He held the

  523. southern and the northern kingdoms to.

  524. The plumb line.

  525. What a wonderful, illustrative message It worst that day when.

  526. He referred to an instrument.

  527. And I wrote, this little baby name am was up

  528. to be raised in such a way. My wise father

  529. and a wise mother that had refused to tear.

  530. Down the house with their hands.

  531. Until there is no longer a house, but that that

  532. wise warning.

  533. And that wise father would build.

  534. It up with her hands block by block of brick

  535. by brick. I remember, at the age of ten, I

  536. was introduced to the plum light and the plumb mob.

  537. I walked to that single wire trailer that my dad

  538. and mom.

  539. Lived in, and I looked at that house that my

  540. father was having built, and there were some black brothers

  541. and they were eating some Kentuguan fried chicken, and they

  542. were setting a brick on.

  543. That stereer of that house.

  544. And I remember seeing that mysterious line stretcher from poorn

  545. Ad to porn Bed and brother Aaron Wood. I would

  546. see that plum bob swing to the left, and it

  547. was swinging to the right. But when all was sitting

  548. done and pointed at a spot that let them know

  549. they were square and they were level.

  550. I have never forgotten.

  551. I told Sister Howl of Matter three to five days ago.

  552. I said, Honey, that has stuck with me for.

  553. As long as I can remember.

  554. The most important part of that process was not the

  555. mortar store.

  556. It was not they come on the one putting of

  557. the mourner on the trowel.

  558. It wasn't exactly The most important process wasn't exactly taking

  559. the mortar off the trowel and putting it on the brick.

  560. The most important process was aligning the brick to the

  561. plum line.

  562. And I'm telling you, when it didn't light up, I

  563. saw on tap. I saw on tap with the n

  564. I saw it hit one side and the other. Sometimes

  565. when they went too far they backed back up. Come on,

  566. or you're getting it right here.

  567. I'm telling your mom and dad. The only way am

  568. my soul will be amos. So if somebody cares for nothing,

  569. if it's off the sixty coming thatch, it's gonna be redone,

  570. it's gonna be reset. And if you don't get the

  571. mental imagery, this is the inspiration of this message. I

  572. saw Lauren Emma's wood, seeing there at that steerer of

  573. what appeared to be a spiritual house, and I saw.

  574. A plumb line o the bottom was a plumb mob.

  575. Then I saw Lauren upping the eye blosses off and

  576. staring at the plump line and bumping the brick and

  577. bumping the brick.

  578. I'm telling you that's the only way.

  579. Then a must not be a carrier on the truth is,

  580. if there's not a manga, they will be up their

  581. house her head to Mothery doesn't matter what anybody else does.

  582. Let us be one that builds up with the house

  583. of God.

  584. Right, the string with a weight on it, the string

  585. with a weight on it, an anchor Jesus, an arrow

  586. that points us in the right direction. Then black men

  587. knew that the wall was at level. It would affect

  588. the integrity of that wall. They knew if it was

  589. leaning in, that meant the base was off. They knew

  590. if it was leaning out, that mint is already beginning

  591. to fall.

  592. And that's what I want you to know here today.

  593. Amos knew because the Northern Kingdom was already leading out,

  594. it was.

  595. Already beginning to fall. And somebody says, why as these

  596. little things matter? They have everything, everything in the world

  597. to do with the.

  598. Beginning of a gradual wearing away process and the beginning

  599. of a great fall.

  600. When they get out of line, and they get out

  601. of level, and they refuse to let.

  602. A man of God put the plumb line on it,

  603. they refuse to let a sermon brick their heart. They

  604. refuse to say, you know what, I set that brick there,

  605. but I'm going to remove that brick and I'm going

  606. to reset it. The problem with this arrogant generation and

  607. their arrogance aggravated aimous of his generation and the arrogance

  608. of their This generation aggravates you parents. Is nobody would

  609. admit that they've set some brick wrong. Nobody would we

  610. made a mistake. It is very easy to chip that

  611. mortar out between them bricks.

  612. Throw that brick away if you need to.

  613. If you don't want to spend a time and clean

  614. it up, and get you another brick and slide some

  615. more mortar off of that trail and put it on

  616. a brick and say.

  617. It right, my god, I feel the Holy ghost in

  618. this house.

  619. The problem is nobody wants to receive the message from

  620. the message. That's where we're at. That's what I want.

  621. You ought to know that Northern Kingdom received words from

  622. a preacher that preached for about fifty something years. While

  623. people saying you're nobody, mister Hrtman, you're nobody, mister fruit picker,

  624. and Amos has just a few words to say, Hope's

  625. coming for you. Every service it in with hope. Right,

  626. that's what we believe. Amos didn't have any hope. He

  627. wasn't gonna give anybody a false hope and now you preach,

  628. and you teach, Mamma and your little kids will look

  629. at you just like a lot of church people will say,

  630. I ain't leaving, I'm not getting out alive, I'm not

  631. being disorderly, I'm not out of conduct.

  632. They constantly checked the locations of the.

  633. Briot with a prong mind. When a break was out alive, brother, justin,

  634. they reset it. A wise woman knows whether or not

  635. her house is level, and I'm gonna leave this a

  636. Lauren with that. A wise woman knows whether or not

  637. her house is on the level. A church they know

  638. whether or not their church is squereing with God. A

  639. pastor knows whether or not them sheep are on the level.

  640. And I know that that shepherd heard, and he knew

  641. who were the unruly sheep. He knew which ones were

  642. looking for an opportunity to drift and to get out.

  643. And this man knew that God, as a heavenly shepherd,

  644. as the Great Shepherd, knew that whole entire Northern Kingdom

  645. were unruly.

  646. Sheep leaning way far to the left.

  647. How do you argue with somebody that says, see how

  648. God richly glasses, brother?

  649. He lives in a six thousand square foot house. How

  650. do you argue with that?

  651. How do you argue when they're courageously contempt at your message?

  652. And so who are you? What do you have to show?

  653. What's your bottom line on your financial report? Nevertheless, you

  654. preach the truth and love. Sister, how Amos knew.

  655. That the entire nation of Israel was leaning away from

  656. the truth?

  657. How did Amos know this? Because God revealed it to

  658. him through his word. God's word is God's revealed will.

  659. And let me interject this, because Amos spoke the truth

  660. in his lifetime, over spent fifty years. When General the

  661. Prophet spoke the truth, it didn't matter whether they were

  662. in the pit.

  663. Or delivered from the pit, says to how.

  664. With a holy ghost, when they surrendered to the Holy Ghost,

  665. he made them speak the truth even when their flesh

  666. grave would rather do otherwise.

  667. And that's my.

  668. Grievous with people today that profess to be Christians. Why

  669. is it that.

  670. What's in you.

  671. Does not rally you to do what's right?

  672. Because the nature.

  673. Of this beast is we are flesh, and at times

  674. we may lean to the left, we may lean to

  675. the right, But the spirit of God is this He

  676. will pull us to truth, and we will pull ourselves

  677. to truth.

  678. Ames carried the truth.

  679. Because the truth presented an opportunity for transformation.

  680. Thank God for the transformative truth.

  681. And you know why people reject the truth because they

  682. don't want to be transformed. The Northern Kingdom of Israel

  683. did not want to be transformed. This is the alarm

  684. I feel like personally, it's on you. The secondly, he

  685. is on brother Christian. Third is on me as pastor

  686. and this church family to see to it that this

  687. little boice the truth gets the upbringing and the raising

  688. that he needs in order to keep.

  689. His house on the level.

  690. Amos carried the truth, the truth setting free. Amos carried

  691. the gospel, the love and the will of God, and

  692. the love and the will of God delivered him, even

  693. though and eventually it condemned all of the years. God

  694. always sends his messengers to his people with his message,

  695. giving them hope, giving them opportunity for transformation. And Amos

  696. allowed himself to be a plumb line that was dropped

  697. into the Northern Kingdom. This man that was assassinated really

  698. not murdered to kill, assassinated. He had allowed himself to

  699. be dropped into universities.

  700. City halls.

  701. Arenas the brother Nathan that he allowed himself to be

  702. the plumb line. And because he dared to do such

  703. a thing, somebody cut up the strength. And that's how

  704. wanting him, God said to Alaren to be a carrier,

  705. not a color. That was the end of the dream

  706. of the v There's many they cut the lives as

  707. to how and when you cut the line, that's right, brother,

  708. the thing and you bomb with every winter doctor and

  709. a tackto where by men lying wait to the sea.

  710. The Lord dropped Charlie Kirk right in the midst of

  711. the University of Utah, and his voice was silence. The

  712. Lord dropped larm in the midst of the Wood family,

  713. made her.

  714. Voice drop with silence.

  715. The Lord dropped Amos right down, SmackDown, bitch in.

  716. The midst of Israel, to show them how cricket they were.

  717. And Jesus as a plumb ball fell to the earth

  718. and spun a line in heaven.

  719. And I hold that blood line and the plumb.

  720. Bob in my hand. When the Howell family has accidentally

  721. or intentionally veered to the left of the right because

  722. of the Holy ghost side of us. He's graciously tapped

  723. us back in the line.

  724. And feel the sweet presence.

  725. Of God in his place. And sister, we no want

  726. what sent me to tap me back in the line

  727. and tap me to the left, tap me to the right,

  728. or whatever you do.

  729. Don't tear me down.

  730. With your hands.

  731. Yeah you know, did you close your eyes right now?

  732. And would you play and ask you to use this

  733. little baby in a way.

  734. That only he can.

  735. Sister, Lawyer, brother Christian, would you bring your baby boy

  736. forward at this time?

  737. The being this wood. He's a little cutey, handsome.

  738. Precious.

  739. We all know what we're doing today.

  740. We're bringing back to God something that was given to

  741. us by God.

  742. The Lord carried this little baby boy.

  743. It's just the lawyer and brother Christian and now they're

  744. carrying back to God. The Lord gifts it, the little

  745. baby boy to them, and then they gifts them back

  746. to God. Adorable, cute precious. The Bible said to train

  747. them up in.

  748. The nurturing ammunition of the Lord. Could a church stand

  749. at this time?

  750. The elders that have the Holy Ghost especially all believe

  751. those feel saints plays together together. This is a very

  752. important solid time here. The ceremonial part of this servant

  753. has begun.

  754. It was the desire of dead.

  755. Mom that I preach him as his serve specific for Amus,

  756. and I did wrestled with the Lord until he spoke

  757. to me, carrying the trees to the cricking, and when

  758. his eyes were fixed upon me. Now only his eyes

  759. be fixed upon the come he made he with others

  760. things he left and right he will in the same note.

  761. This is where that I'm used. It's not so much

  762. that we don't understand people sometimes lean.

  763. While we treat like the duces to he'll.

  764. It's that we know if they continue or lean, it's

  765. on a matter of time until they fall. And this

  766. is why we make a big deal about manicures and

  767. pedicures and trimmed hair. Let the devil have an answer,

  768. become on overuler. It's not that we as quipped to judge.

  769. It's that we consider the consequences of a fall. And

  770. that's why, sister.

  771. Lauren, they're gonna tell you all Lauren is just a

  772. little thing.

  773. You just a little kid.

  774. You just keep tacting.

  775. I feel it. It's like a big introduce. Well, Laren

  776. is just a kid. I mean, that's what they say

  777. it's just a kid of them. They're giving you some slack.

  778. That's what they're telling us, pastors and just people in

  779. this question of blood, give'e a little slack. It's not

  780. that we don't wanna give you a little slack. It's

  781. the consequences of.

  782. The fall that's far already. That's where we're gone.

  783. Now we energine for bows in the middles. At this time,

  784. I've been set any day to munications. I've got to

  785. members pos the brother Christian Sister Arge, do you promise

  786. to bring Angus squar up in the nurture and ammnition

  787. of the Lord? Do you promise to bring him to

  788. church each and every time? But the words are aprisoners.

  789. You two are able body able to do so? Do

  790. you promise to be a god example before him and

  791. to show them how Christians I can live? And I

  792. want to add this unique balance, a specific you know,

  793. just a.

  794. Line to utmus to give them a real loving.

  795. Time every time the music, because I feel a lot

  796. of the consisted.

  797. If you do it well, they'll be learning to.

  798. Give it depre time in time, cause the Bible sall

  799. word that has fitly spoken is like apples as.

  800. Well as pictures of silver, And how.

  801. Many times do we see the ministers of both they

  802. come up braver thing when one of our uses drifting,

  803. one of our elders is struggling. Sister Clad told me

  804. that thing in in my words and in other words

  805. she said it, but she said, pastor, befo the time

  806. of your time broughtably back to the life in that

  807. black bag.

  808. It's said that she has.

  809. Struggled with is.

  810. Oh God, we're gonna pray at this time. Sisters gether around,

  811. Sister Laura, and brother's gather around, brother Law prayer, Christians praying.

  812. There's no doubt we could feel the spirit of y'all

  813. in this place is very respective wherever is it very

  814. real
