Could mention this past Wednesday night service, it certain I
-
mean extraordinary, most unique, but it was just saturated with
-
His presents, with his spirit, and in him is fullness
-
of life. We experience joy that's unspeakable, in a peace
-
of pastors, all understanding, miracles were performed. It's amazing when
-
you think about everything that was done this past Wednesday night.
-
Aren't you glad He's the same God today that he
-
was just past Wednesday night.
-
And that twenty years from now, perhaps you'll be in
-
your greatest time of need, He'll still be the same
-
God then that he was this past Wednesday night.
-
And I'm glad this book is still.
-
The same, is still the same. Praise the Lord.
-
We miss those that are out this morning.
-
We have one particular brother, a preacher here out taking
-
care of another church where a pastor. The pastor messages me, so, Pastor,
-
do you have.
-
Somebody you could send up on our way to take
-
care of our church in our absence? And I said, absolutely,
-
we'd be glad to send someone up that way. So
-
we missed brother and Sister Broadcap this morning terribly. Brother
-
Caleb Roadcat never has to work on Sunday. This is
-
an exception, and he mentioned the two men. I said, sure,
-
I know you don't do it very often together, but
-
that I know of in your entire working career. But
-
we miss him terribly today. There are some in the hospital.
-
Pray for them.
-
Others are absent.
-
Do the sickness again somewhere in the hospital, Sister share
-
on Brother Dwayne Deef prayer. Don't you'll believe the Lord
-
can pull her out of a hospital, get her.
-
Up and out.
-
Two men.
-
Also, we have a representative there in Washington, Brother Charlie
-
Kirk's memorial service. Again, we have sent a representative there.
-
They are there right now, boots on the ground. And
-
I appreciate that. Don't you appreciate that? And the mission
-
churches are having service today. They're doing great. They seem
-
to be greatly encouraged. And the Lord God is doing
-
a wonderful work there. I had a foreign soul on
-
the island of Dominika, also in Honduras and other places.
-
Truly, God is mindful of his people. Aren't you glad
-
to be a part of it, even if we're a
-
small part of it. I'm glad to be part of it.
-
Amen.
-
It's good to have Brother Robbie Hester into service this morning,
-
a great friend of mine.
-
When we met years ago, our spirit shook hands, and
-
I appreciate his stin for truth. I was privileged to
-
have met his dad and those of you that were
-
with us probably twelve to fifteen years ago at a
-
different location as God was leading and guiding us and
-
directed us here. We were at a different location. But
-
that man that came in that night of my brother
-
Jack Smith, brother Hester, that I had testify, he got
-
fired up, did a great job up and down on
-
the isle there. That was brother Robbie Hester's daddy. I
-
thought a lot of him, if I remember correct, his
-
brother James Esther and what a man of God.
-
He was, just a stalwart for truth and righteousness, the
-
lover of the Good Book.
-
He blessed my soul. Him and I had a good
-
conversation at to the service, and I really thought a
-
lot of him. So it's good to have his son here,
-
which is my friend this morning.
-
If you feel like obey God this morning, I want
-
you to do so. You know the Bible said the
-
Lord is that spirit. Where the Spirit of the Lord is,
-
there is liberty. Aren't you thankful for that? Liberty that
-
you feel. Some may call it energy, some may call
-
it excitement. I call it liberty. Praise God for liberty,
-
Thank God for what we feel this morning.
-
You can't help us mot smile when you feel this soda.
-
All right, let's just stal run on into the divine library.
-
If you have your Bible, you turn with me to
-
the Book.
-
Of Sacred Timothy.
-
Man.
-
Direct your attention to the third chapter.
-
We will be reading verses number thirteen through seventeen. Brother
-
Nathaniel Secret Timothy chapter number four and verse number two,
-
and Brother Jesse's Song chapter number one, nineteen and verse
-
number eleven.
-
Again, Brother Nathaniel, Second Timothy.
-
Chapter number four, verse number two, and Brother Jesse Psalm
-
chapter number one nineteen and verse number eleven. And it's
-
so good to have our visitors in the back. I
-
believe I recognize the young men.
-
Are you the brother that was standing around here a
-
couple of years ago that we prayed for during our
-
meeting our thoughts?
-
So I don't forget faces.
-
I'm so glad you're here, So glad you're here this point.
-
It's good to see again.
-
Praise it Lord, all right, Brother Nathaniel, Second Timothy, Chapter
-
number four and verse number two, My brother preach the
-
word be instant in season, out of season, reprove, review,
-
exhort with all lung's long suffering, and doctor amen, preach
-
the word, and j'all catch that. My brother Nathaniel read
-
that said with me, preach the word. Let's say it again.
-
Preach the word. Now you're gonna add the word preacher
-
behind that. Okay, preach the word preacher. Okay, I'm gonna
-
try my best. You pray for me this morning. Brother
-
Jesse's Song, chapter number one nineteen, verse number eleven.
-
My word have I hid in my heart that I
-
might not send against thee It seems to me that
-
this blessed book that the youth group just saying about
-
is very important.
-
It's very important.
-
They had no idea what I was gonna preach on
-
this morning, but they mentioned this old ancient manuscript, and
-
that's what I want to preach on this morning, Marinating
-
and the Master's manuscript. Let's stand for the reading of
-
our golden texts. Marinating in the Master's Manuscript Sewod Timothy,
-
chapter number three, reading verses number thirteen through seventeen. The
-
Bible says, but evil men and seducers shall wax worse
-
and worse.
-
Deceiving and being deceived.
-
But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned
-
and hast been assured of, know one of whom thou
-
hast learned them, and that from a child thou hast
-
known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee
-
wise unto salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus.
-
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
-
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction and righteousness,
-
that the Man of God may be perfect, truly furnished
-
uto all good words, that the Man of God may
-
be perfect, And this terminology is expression here throughly furnished,
-
and all good words literally means or perfected, that the
-
Man of God may be perfect or perfected.
-
Praise the Lord. Notice verse number fourteen.
-
But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned
-
and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast
-
learned them.
-
May we pray, Heavenly Father, we praise you.
-
We thank you for the opportunity to be in the
-
house of the Lord today. I pray that you would
-
annoyt this, thy loly servant God, I have nothing more
-
than a message or a mail man to this thy people.
-
I pray that you would have annoying me, set a
-
guard in my.
-
Mouth, and help you to say the things you would
-
have you to say, nothing more or less than on
-
the ears of this thy people, that they might hear
-
what the spirit of God says into the church this morning. Lord,
-
let the sayings go the shoulders. Lord, let them get
-
in that soul and in that spirit. I pray God,
-
help us to not depart this place sorrowfully, but rather joyfully.
-
In Jesus's name in the.
-
Church said Amen, as you're being seen, to look at
-
your neighbor and said, hey, neighbor, are you saturated in
-
the scriptures?
-
Amen?
-
Preaching a message the Holy Ghost titled marinating in the
-
Master's manuscript Our.
-
Texts found in a New Testament book in the Holy Bible,
-
the Book of Sacred Timothy. Makes it clear to every
-
believer and reader of.
-
This blessed book, and this is the divine library.
-
It is a blessed book.
-
It is an ancient manuscript, and the readers all this
-
divide libraries.
-
Books of sixty six in.
-
Number the readers of this Divide Library's books. The number
-
of the books in this Bible are sixty six.
-
There's plenty of reading material the readers of this Divine
-
Librari's books that.
-
The Apostle Paul had at that time.
-
And also at this time, the Apostle Paul believed that
-
the people that read the Blessed Book were a blessed people.
-
And we know that the Apostle Paul put pen to
-
parchment sometimes in difficult circumstances and situations and surroundings, including
-
in times of imprisonment. He gave us these Pauline epistles,
-
and he had people in mind, very special people in mind,
-
as he sent forth these letters.
-
And I feel like.
-
This morning that the Holy Ghost had some very special
-
people in mind as this word of God goes forth,
-
because I'm not smart enough, nor am I intelligent enough
-
to come up with the things that the Lord put
-
inside of my heart today. And I'm so thankful for
-
the good Holy Ghost, who.
-
Knows all things about all people.
-
And we know that this great Apostle Paul had noticed
-
something about a young man named Timothy and sister. How
-
upon closer observation, he recognized sincerity. Honesty and potential in
-
the life of this young man, Timothy, and I feel
-
like I see the same thing and a lot of
-
people in this building this morning. And one of the
-
things that I value most about people is this characteristic
-
of sincerity.
-
I love being around sincere people.
-
Sometimes I cringe when I'm in the prances or the
-
company of somebody that's asking loaded questions, or when I'm
-
in the company of somebody that has an ulterior motive,
-
or you get.
-
That sense of a feeling that there.
-
Is some sort of earthquake underneath the surface in that
-
person's life and that they're not really who they say
-
they are. But Apostle Paul recognized sincerity as a characteristic
-
or attribute of this man's life, and Sister Wombey knew
-
that this key ingredient of sincerity was present.
-
And it was present because from a child, this man
-
knew the holy scriptures.
-
And I thank God for a grandmother and a mother
-
The Bible.
-
Gives the name of those two women. These two women
-
taught this young man about the scriptures.
-
They worked him over with the scriptures, they saturated him in.
-
The sacred wrint.
-
And I know that I'm preaching the people this morning
-
that are literally sopping.
-
Wet, soaking in the scriptures.
-
And Brother Jacob, you mentioned something a little while ago
-
about the service this past Wednesday night, and every person
-
that was praised that must have been that something spectacular
-
happened during that service, and we're receiving reports of numerous
-
miracles that took place.
-
Already. I have seen God work over the years.
-
Many times, but this past Wednesday night there was something
-
even greater and greater measure than what I had ever
-
witnessed prior to that service. And I feel like this
-
morning's service is springboarding off of that service, and that
-
God is speaking to sincere hearts, sincere people, sincere believers,
-
people that really are looking for the simplicity of truth.
-
There's a lot of people complicating.
-
Life because they're searching for something other than truth. But
-
when you think about the plain and simple truth, it
-
gives you comfort and consolation and troublesome times when I
-
can really that I can hold in my hand the
-
source of truth as a seeker of truth and find
-
answers concerning lives, predicaments concerning unsettling things and turning of
-
events in.
-
Life, and whether Nathaniel I can find peace of mind
-
and turbulent times through this blessed word of God. I
-
thank God for the simplicity of truth, and with sincerity.
-
You will find the truth. And I want you to
-
know I believe in you.
-
I have confidence in you this morning that you are
-
a sincere seeker of truth. And so the apostle Paul,
-
he knew that this young person, or this young minister
-
was a seeker of truth to someone that valued the ministry,
-
someone that valued the word of God, someone that did
-
not want to let these things slip from his grasp.
-
He believed that this young man did not want his
-
path to end in destruction.
-
He believed that this young man was willing to choose
-
the right path. He did not want to lose his life.
-
He did not want to end up in a devil's hell.
-
And so this young man became a prominent person in
-
the church.
-
He became a permanent leader among the people of God.
-
I believe because of his sincerity.
-
I believe because of his sincerity.
-
Since the whom you've asked the question over the years,
-
why is that the very few people are coming to
-
church anymore and kneeling down in the altars and praying
-
through the old time salvation and giving their burdens and
-
their woes and their sorrows and their troubles to God,
-
and being washed in the ruby red blood of Jesus,
-
and walking out the door free from their sin and
-
everything from the change and the shackles that held fast.
-
The reason is very few people anymore are sincere.
-
I feel like moms.
-
And dads failed in their endeavor to impregnate in the hearts.
-
Of these little ones.
-
This characteristic of sincerity. And so the Apostle Paul felt
-
like he was not wasting his time when he put
-
pen to parchment and sent forth this letter unto Timothy.
-
And I don't feel like the grandmother nor the mother
-
felt and they were wasting their time when they were
-
planting the seeds and the word of God into this
-
little boy.
-
And so it becomes a young man and his name
-
is Timothy. And Timothy still had to be developed.
-
He still had to grow in grace and in the
-
knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. So the
-
Apostle Paul felt it was important that instruct Timothy a
-
little further.
-
Concerning spiritual matters.
-
Paul knew that Timothy was one who would carry on the.
-
Work of the kingdom and the apostle.
-
Paul accepted the challenge in preparing that young man for
-
the many things that await him.
-
I believe there are many.
-
Things that this generation will face, and if they are
-
not properly prepared, it will destroy them. The things that
-
are forthcoming, the things that they are to face.
-
Will without a shut it down.
-
There is no mistaken here about this at all, that
-
they will destroy the next generation. And so this older
-
preacher he instructed the younger preacher of things that were
-
forthcoming and how to handle problematic situation and people. And
-
so this minister begins to mentor an another minister.
-
And he prepares him to expect the unexpected. And as
-
Paul near the setting son of the horizon of his ministry,
-
he took the time to look over his shoulder to
-
one that was stepping out of.
-
The sunrise of his ministry.
-
Should I repeat that the Holy Ghost gave that to
-
me in a time of prayer.
-
As Paul appeared to be nearing the setting.
-
Sun on the horizon of his ministry, he took time
-
to look over his shoulder to such a one who
-
was stepping out of the sunrise of his ministry. You
-
see Paul's commission and challenge to whosoever who was willing,
-
including tennanty, was to follow him as he followed Christ.
-
It was not to pave out your own pathway.
-
It was to walk in my steps if I had walked.
-
In the steps of Christ.
-
The trim and the preacher today is to pave out.
-
Their own pathway.
-
The abused descripture by saying I am searching out my
-
own salvation with.
-
Fear and trembling understanding.
-
Not the content of the context of that particular scripture.
-
Jesus Christ is our salvation. Jesus is the way. He
-
is not only the way, He's the truth, and he's
-
the live, and he is the gate at the end
-
of the way. It is not for us to pave
-
out new pathways. It is for us to walk in
-
the already pain pathways of truth.
-
And the apostle. Paul believed that the vial.
-
Chapter of his life was nearing completion.
-
When I look at our.
-
Elders in this feeling this morning, I realize that some
-
of them are walking toward.
-
A setting son.
-
And then I see our young minister so that are walking.
-
Away from a risen son. The Apostle Paul believe that
-
Timothy would do exactly what Paul had done.
-
He believed it would be more.
-
Than parenting or mimicry, but he believed that he would
-
be imitating Jesus Christ perfectly, just as he himself had
-
imitated Jesus Christ. And so the time of Apostle Paul's
-
departure has come. It seems like an unlikely time. It
-
seems like an unlikely time of data for.
-
Such a great man.
-
It seems like an unlikely, unfortunate faint.
-
But the time has come, and this great man of
-
God is willing to.
-
Pour out himself as a liquid offering, that one that
-
was willing to be spent, that one that was willing
-
to eat himself black and blue daily. He used the
-
words I die daily, I crucify myself daily. He realizes
-
my time has come, and I'm about to make my departure.
-
And as I make my departure, someone will pick up
-
the spiritual mental and someone.
-
Will follow in Jesus's.
-
Path that I have walked in, and they will begin
-
a their foot race. They will begin their fight. And
-
so Apostle Paul could say concerning the foot race of life,
-
that he is nearing the finish line, while some are
-
only walking up into the arena, and I have not yet.
-
Put on their running shoes.
-
Concerning the spiritual squirmishes and spiritual wickedness in high places
-
that he has had to fight against, the apostle, Paul said, well,
-
I made not a part of perfect pipe that I
-
did pipe.
-
A good fight.
-
Thank God for that word of good before the word
-
of fight.
-
Not only did he.
-
Fight a good fight during all the.
-
Many squirmaces so that he faced, so he ran a
-
good array, that sister, how well he finished strong. This
-
man of God kept one eye on Heaven's open gate
-
and kept his other eye on the young minister, sir
-
coming behind him. I've seen over her ministers before forget
-
about the upcoming generation, and they get so focused.
-
Old now the.
-
Country that they forget about he's coming behind him.
-
And I want to tell you it is.
-
My commitment and obligation to you that for as long
-
as I live, I will keep one eye, Oh Jesus,
-
and on the open gate, and I'll keep another eye
-
he looking over you, to make sure heck.
-
You room what God.
-
Would have you to do.
-
To keep a watch blivee on the.
-
Sheepa as a shepherd apostle party, and that so well
-
better the thing you are feel like this morning you
-
talk to a wonderful Sunday school.
-
Listen to this group of believers. I'm listen there to
-
every word that you just spoken. And I said this
-
no doubt that Sunday school Lessen was sent out of
-
the pools of glory.
-
He came straight out of a master's throne room and
-
descending at a letter fifty three Cornelia Drive, and will
-
spread out.
-
Here to pray by the man a brother and not
-
than your.
-
God's servant, Apostle Paul.
-
Lucky.
-
God doesn't only want to use Paul, he wants to
-
use Timothy.
-
Bella Jeremy knows God doesn't home. We want to use Bella.
-
Jeermy, howell Godness to use this consideration that one is
-
putting the steps up.
-
Well, we stepped to here.
-
Fee you lot, preaching to you this morning, because bear
-
with me just a little while while I preach. Apostle
-
Paul was not war enough to consider people's background novel pedigree.
-
We find that this man.
-
Of God had as our as successor especial young man.
-
What that we've met nearing his travels up through Listra.
-
That half breed, that one that was parting town, and
-
that one that was half you.
-
That was Paul sa in our pain, my brother.
-
In Christ, a fellow laborer, and he was a poor
-
and partner et TOI apostle Paul. If without question these
-
two men would have been in compliance with a proper
-
amus's requirement. How can do you walk together unless they
-
be agreed? These dens were hand in hand, shouldered the shoulder. Ah,
-
come on down, I've heard the second day.
-
Why can't we all?
-
Heck, you get along as long as one's here too
-
the left, and once here into the line, we're not
-
gonna walk kick your step after your husbands and life
-
and you to get one way and your partner did
-
another after a while, Ready there be this harmony after
-
a while. Heck, there't be discoverer, and that to then
-
not into the room. That can't be this connetion, and go,
-
PASAI have to you there U was no hockey go
-
on minding my and there was their deviossiveness.
-
I gives two minut of God, a bother and a
-
son we raise. It's hip, I feel I preaching to
-
you this morning.
-
Follow me, Son, as I follow Christ. I'm getting close
-
to being Lord six feet under. I'm getting close to
-
being executed for simply standing up and speaking out.
-
For and concerned the things that I believe in. And Son,
-
the same thing's gonna happen to you if you're not careful.
-
But you know what, don't be careful, be lo to
-
three Hebrew children. Don't ben, don't do.
-
Don't budge, and don't be hesitant, careful, overlooking, and all
-
to answer the Emperor of the world and say.
-
We're gonna obey God rather have me. And without question,
-
these men walked together in agreement. I believe hold of
-
goos Field believers ought to be able to read the
-
same book and draw the same conclusion. For the most part, concerning.
-
Matters of scripture, something in scripture stood out to me
-
early this morning.
-
And I want you to notice the words in one
-
Timothy one and eighteen. This charge I commit.
-
Unto these, Son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went
-
before on THEE, this charge I.
-
Commit unto thee Son Timothy.
-
Notice the affectionate turn Son Timothy, according to the prophecies
-
which went on before THEE. He also had told Timothy
-
to remember the gift that he had received. While the
-
great Apostle had put his hands upon his head, he said,
-
stir up the gift that is within me.
-
Is what Paul the mentor would tell the young ministers
-
coming up behind him.
-
And Paul here reminded Timothy of his calling and his commissioning.
-
He warned the young man of promoting heresy. He warned
-
the young man of accepting heresy. He warned the young
-
man of grievous wolf's coming into his congregation.
-
Just like what happened in any other congregation, than any other.
-
Shepherd oversaw the affairs of sesays to how he promoted
-
truths and righteousness according to the Word of God.
-
Brother Nathaniel, as you talk this morning, this man put truth.
-
Meaning the Bible over all matters. The Bible is what's
-
settled the matter. What do thus say it the Word
-
of God. Even when Jesus Christ.
-
The Word himself, walking upon the face of the earth, was.
-
Tested and tempted and try to the devil, he didn't
-
try to develop a new doctrine.
-
He didn't try to explain.
-
Why a certain person was doing things a certain way.
-
He just simply quote in what was written in the
-
Word of God. To Jesus, it matters. To you, it matters,
-
and this is what I want you to get a
-
hold of. To the Lucifer, it matters. If you speak
-
the world of God to demons, demons will flee, And
-
if you speak the word of God to sincere people,
-
they will.
-
Come closer to the truth.
-
Did you hear me?
-
When you speak the word of God to demons, they
-
will flee, even if they're living inside of people, because
-
they cannot stand what the word of God says. I've
-
never made an enemy that I know of outside of
-
the pulp pit. But I have found that hearing preaching
-
under the anointing of the Holy Ghost, with simply preaching
-
truth and giving them what they said the word of God,
-
that people have decided to call me enemy.
-
And sometimes I think, oh my, what did I say.
-
That offended somebody in such a manner, And then I
-
remember what Jesus said.
-
He said, whatsoever they did to me, they will do
-
unto you. Do you all not realize this is what
-
happened to our brother brother Charlie Kirka.
-
He not only stood on the truth, he spoke out,
-
and it was that speaking out it cost him. He
-
has a life again. We've got a representative there today.
-
We've got somebody with boots on the ground and they're
-
looking out over It looks like tens of thousands of
-
people from what I saw in the picture. They sent
-
me their snappers on the roofs everywhere. It was amazing
-
to look at these photos before a man the poopit
-
and I realized they're protecting the speakers of truth that
-
will speak today. And you know what, he ain't got
-
snappers up in the steeple and another holy the search.
-
We ain't got a snapper on the roof of the fellowship.
-
Paul, and I want you to know that God, he
-
can help us.
-
And he can protect those are a sincerely seeking.
-
The tree, and those are a sincerely speaking the truth.
-
I want to preach to you for a little while today.
-
I'll keep it around an hour, but I want to ask,
-
are you marinating in the.
-
Word of God?
-
Fend the title, Come up here and get this basin
-
of water. I want you to set it right there
-
in front of the pool pit. If you can. You
-
might have to pull an altar over and put it
-
up on the altar. I want you to grab up
-
this sponge right here, Brother Philip.
-
And Brother Jesse, I want you to to hold these
-
sponges until I tell you, and then after a while,
-
I want you to drop those sponges into that basin
-
of water. We've got some wonderful kutza after bethle A
-
Holiness Church.
-
I figured that out about eighteen years ago when.
-
God suit me down here, and I realize they knew
-
avalue and the importance.
-
Of a good marinade. A lot of times I.
-
Hear Sister Wood and tell that one coming along behind
-
her named Crystal Harrison. I've got to go marinate the meat.
-
Are you all waiting here?
-
You see every master chef, a real master barbecue chef, cooker, homemaker,
-
even the mister moms of.
-
The world, they all know the importance of.
-
A marinading proteins before they are put under pressure. Everybody's
-
show everybody looking what brother Jessie, everybody in the fellow
-
for showing you those stew sponges of represent protein. Betther Chesseie,
-
yours represents a piece of chickens, say on that corner,
-
and better, Philip, yours represents a wreck of ribs. Let's
-
trumple them in the marinate if we shall, Hey, sister, howell.
-
The cooks know the important of marinating proteins.
-
Before they are put under pressure. And that's what Apostle
-
Paul was doing here.
-
When he told Timothy, you're gonna need a content a Bible.
-
You're gonna need a man skipt un your arm. Your
-
grandmother and your mother, little Lois, and your niecea. When
-
you were young, they begin to seizon you. When you
-
were a little world.
-
He knew of the scriptures. When you were a little boy.
-
You got dropped to get the marriaid, Oh.
-
Come on now, but the Christmas coming, the precious coming, and.
-
You better remember you've been marinading in the Muster's famous
-
steps that I'll killing what?
-
Oh no, did you know why the kids do there?
-
So?
-
Did they do it because they know that the marinadeing
-
fluid that you'll penetrate to the protein in the solution
-
after the protein O. It's put in there taking while,
-
and so appreciate.
-
The frus will remain in the protein.
-
It's so you the season you can pull it out
-
of the marinade, or did you can casting.
-
It on the frame you can put it in or nothing.
-
You can put it on the pression. But after it's
-
ferenading in the marinade, Noddy gets seeing that county. That's
-
what cot pulling out the Kenny. Then that's why I.
-
Say, look, let's start a turt chugging. Not just any
-
church chugging.
-
Let's there were the marinated Moody, then the masters suchy Manistas.
-
Preach the world.
-
I don't need any any.
-
Baptist preacher sermons. I don't need any Catholic minister servants.
-
I don't need any Pentecostal preacher sermons worn.
-
But give me something out of their word, a specific word,
-
for a specific season, for specifics.
-
P's a person.
-
I want to say it again, out to the protein.
-
Let's put in that marinade, that fluid.
-
You put it under pressure, Brother Michael, it will still
-
maintain that season in that flavor, and a human being
-
or creature, we'll get the sample, the final product. And
-
every time somebody says, what's your mari needed?
-
In Bethel Church family.
-
Christians, ministers, listen, each child of God needs to be
-
completely saturated.
-
And so in the Word of God.
-
That's why I said in our Golden Text reading, he
-
said you have been since a child soaked in.
-
The scriptures, and I don't want y'all to.
-
Fall out with me.
-
But if Grandma and Grandpa believe this bless of Milk
-
and read it or so, then this present.
-
Generation is If Dad Mom.
-
Believed in the writings of this ain't for manuscript, and
-
they practice what they preach.
-
And they walk to talk and they talk to talk,
-
there is no way I will believe that this generation
-
has been enlightened when they are not marinating in the.
-
Master's manuscriptor we are not soaked in the world of
-
talking on now, when they're.
-
Not wasted, not a word of the Lord, it's worry if.
-
We need his word to be in us.
-
So when the pressure comes, when the heat is turned up,
-
these scriptures will find a way out of your blissome
-
I said, whenever the pressure is on, when the heat
-
is turned up, these pictures will find a man alcohol.
-
I feel trap. If it's putting there. You train up
-
a child in the wayless and corol, then when they
-
get older, Rea, they will not depart from it.
-
You won't.
-
Why the three Hebrews responded the way they did over
-
to the Emperor, that's.
-
Because it was in the heart not to sin against
-
their God.
-
Amen, my brother read a golden text that the Starmers felt.
-
Was most important in his life.
-
He said, thy word, have I hid in my heart
-
that I might not sin against thee?
-
Brother, Philip pool your recaree of.
-
Talt of the mariname? Thy word have I hid in
-
my heart that against them? As sure as every American
-
citizen should know.
-
Maybe not memorized, but my generation and the generation before
-
mine required you to memorize the United States Constitution.
-
Can I get a witness? Do y'all remember that?
-
And do you know that this generation forthcoming they have
-
no idea of the content or the.
-
Context of the United States Constitution.
-
Every child of God should know the writings of the manuscript.
-
Thank you about the Philip dropping right back.
-
In their service.
-
After service, Hey, the little children come.
-
Back and we put them back in the marinade.
-
We leave them sunking in the scripture.
-
We leave them marinating in the marinated No, come on,
-
and as you are supposed to know the writings of
-
a constitution.
-
Even so, every.
-
Child of God in this building should know the writers
-
of this blessed book. If I remember correctly the words
-
in the United States Constitution, it's a.
-
Number of less than forty five hundred. I remember being.
-
Between four thousand and forty five.
-
Hundred words in our Constitution.
-
But I remember being a young preacher and wonder just
-
how many words are in the Keen Chains translation of
-
the Bible sixty six books.
-
You want to know how many words?
-
About seven hundred and eighty three thousand words are in
-
that Bible.
-
It sounds to me like somebody better hurry up and
-
get to soaking.
-
And in the Marrinad.
-
I mean, if you've only got forty.
-
Five hundred to be the rock kind of United.
-
States, an American citizen, to know our constitution, there's seven
-
hundred and eighty three thousand words in God's Booker, somebody
-
gonna start soaken and somefing this scripture. Somebody better done
-
beyond just leaning over and now and here that they're
-
just throwing the church of it the area that somebody
-
better get busy. Eve's sucking up, give a scripts.
-
Do you learn about something wet?
-
Buddy?
-
Hearing that apparently arguement, Cody putting that pew that tells you, honey.
-
So that Jesus is the way.
-
Hey, you can tell me, Roddy while you're tripping wet
-
codey bither script some.
-
Me, oh yeah, something, Jesus himself saying, that's the way.
-
Forty five hundred.
-
Words, seven hundred and eighty three thousand words, My Jesus,
-
we gotta get busy.
-
We gotta get busy learning the.
-
Words of our constitution, because when you don't learn the
-
words of the.
-
Constitution, you don't know what your rights are. You don't
-
know what your rights are.
-
You don't know what your privileges are, you don't know
-
what your judgments are, you don't know what your earnings are.
-
And that's how years Right here, the Bible teaches us
-
that if we're not careful, we will air concerning the scriptures.
-
We're supposed to search the scriptures the Bible self. Of course,
-
in you you think you have eternal life.
-
It could be that we're missing something.
-
It could be that we're overlooking something. This is what
-
the Bible said.
-
God gave us some apostles, He gave us some evangelist,
-
some pastors and teachers.
-
Why from the perfecting.
-
Of the church for the edifying of the body of Christ.
-
The very purpose of having a pastor that has been
-
marinating in the manuscripture is so that you can't be
-
perfected concerning the.
-
Things of God.
-
This generation feels like her they.
-
Could be ignorant of what the Constitution says without consequence.
-
This generation also.
-
Feels like they could be ignorant to about an ancient
-
manuscript the Bible says without ex sension or without consequence,
-
it is foolish that what's that.
-
The paralding fathers and the Pounding Father Philip very important
-
that we build upon the Constitution in this country. And
-
the Pounding Father felt like, it's very important that we
-
build upon the word of God. The word of God
-
is to be the law for the believer of Jehovah. Amen.
-
And the Constitution of his forty five hundred words or
-
so is to be the law of the land in
-
the United States of America. The church said, Amen, whose
-
word the word of God's what matters to me. The
-
sound of God's word is a blessing to me, because
-
the Bible said, faith cometh by hearing the word of God,
-
Thy words of by heed of my heart, that I
-
might not sin against the sister Howell, brother Jesse, Brother Philip.
-
This is somebody speaking before Jesus Christ even came, and
-
he's saying I need to put.
-
The word of God in my heart that I might
-
not transgress against him. As I was praying, I said, God,
-
let's put this on the flip side, speaking of my heart.
-
How we could look at this from the other angle.
-
And here's what it gave me. If I willingly or
-
recklessly choose to not saturate my very heart with.
-
Your very law, I will become a transgressior.
-
Now word have I hid in my heart?
-
My heart has very NATed up in your word, until
-
the fluids have penetrated even to the very core of
-
my being the cause of.
-
That precious disciple that Jesus loved, and who loved Jesus.
-
It burst John three and four.
-
He said, sin is a transgression of the law. That
-
is one of the pillars of the only church. That
-
is somebody that is supposed to Jesus Christ's death, resurrection and.
-
Burialing resurrection, that is one of the very disciples of
-
Jesus established in the trench.
-
And saying, seeing is a transgression.
-
Of how along I'll kneel, how his word in my heart?
-
That way, when my pasta it starts changing things that way,
-
when the deacon.
-
More look it stops the.
-
Times and times is that way.
-
When teachers that can stop doing it tacky.
-
I'm coming in my heart that this man naming that
-
my soul ready just penetrating that into my.
-
Being, that it's become me. I'll become here. But oh
-
thank God, we ain't gonna go to.
-
Somebody if we aren't marinating with a manuscript. The scripture
-
will not mose out of us. When we are tempted,
-
tested and tried. And we're not only tempted, tested and
-
tried in this world, we are tempted, tested and tried
-
in the church atmosphere, whatever contro mins and spirits come in,
-
and when compromising spirits deceived leadership, Oh come on, now,
-
we are tempted and tried, and sometimes what we're saying
-
is I just can't go along with it. Brother Nathaniel,
-
you didn't know what I was gonna preach on it.
-
But you know what, Brother nathaner had a hold of it.
-
I hope they recorded that. I hope they put it
-
on a sprinker. But it sounds to me like you
-
and I are in agreement today as Paul and Timothy
-
was in agreement.
-
Oh, brother Jessey, I can't stand it.
-
When they try to tell me God has felt the
-
same today as he was, I can pull.
-
Out a scripture that I learned in the firmary Sunday.
-
School class that said He is the same yesterday, today,
-
and forever, that his word is forever settled in heaven.
-
I'm glad some things don't change. And I'll tell you this.
-
There's a lot of people changing, and there's a lot
-
of churches changing, and there's a lot of doctrine changing.
-
But I want to know this. Come with the learn
-
of God.
-
Say concerning the matter. I think I should say this again.
-
If you aren't properly marinated in the Master's manuscript, you
-
will not use truth when you're struck, when something strikes
-
you strange, when something sounds off.
-
If you're being marinated.
-
In the manuscript, you know our brother Nathaniel, you won't
-
be where you were struck.
-
You'll use truth.
-
And I'm getting it.
-
It's like a tree that produces a sap and has
-
been struck, it begins to ooze.
-
I'm going somewhere.
-
I know it's a Sunday morning, and our great brother
-
be preaching it not and I'll be out of the way.
-
But listen, for every US citizen.
-
Who knows their rights, These words of the Constitution will
-
flow out.
-
Of them when they are challenge. Hey, are y'all listening?
-
And it may seem.
-
Unfair to some, It may.
-
Seem fair to some. It may seem lawful to some.
-
It may seem unlawful for some. Are y'all weaving right here?
-
This is the same thing with the word of God.
-
People say, that's not fair. I can't live up to it.
-
I'm sorry, but you know who can help you live it.
-
Jesus can.
-
Author princes preach on the outpourt of the Holy ghosts
-
which took place in uppero.
-
It's true that the house and the believers in the
-
house were soaked by the spirit.
-
But there is something I want to point out that
-
God pointed out to me in prayer.
-
When Peter and the others were literally soaked by the
-
spirit and the power of God was manifested, and then
-
believers in the upper room, and it even spilled out
-
into the streets, what did Peter begin to do?
-
He had been marinating in the Master's manuscript and.
-
He began to speak. I'm telling you, he began to
-
speak the word of God. He began to preach the truth.
-
So it was soaked in the spirit, and it was
-
soaked in the word.
-
He was soaked in spirit, and he was soaked in
-
the scriptures.
-
Of y'all getting it. So he came out in the spirit.
-
And when he came out in the spirit, he spoke
-
the Word. He didn't speak a new doctrine. He didn't
-
speak a new truth. He didn't speak a new way.
-
He didn't speak a new teacher system. He spoke the
-
words of Charles. He said, these men are not.
-
Drunk with wine, as you suppose he did to night
-
the hour or.
-
The third hour of the day, he said, but these
-
men have been filled with.
-
The spirit, just like the prophet, choir said, he began
-
to preach the word. This tells me that even the apostles,
-
they knew the word of God when Jesus chose him.
-
They knew the word of God. They might have been
-
fishermen enough, but they knew the word of God.
-
I'll tell you it.
-
Doesn't matter how much spirit of God, how much shout
-
you God, how much chuck you got to. What matters
-
is what does.
-
The wonder love?
-
God's concerning that?
-
This matter?
-
Amen. So when he stood up.
-
In the streets, and when men heard him speak, he
-
was filled with the spirit.
-
But he spilled the scriptures. You need to be felled
-
before you speel. You need to be feeled before you speel.
-
And so I was filled with the holy ghost of
-
the spirit, and he spilled the scriptures.
-
He had been a student of the Word of God.
-
And as a prayer, I said, God, I feel like
-
there's something else you're wanting to say right here, he said,
-
did not the common people accuse them of being drunk
-
because of the way they spoken, of the languages, because
-
of the way they staggered and swayed in the spirit.
-
To me, I think that's a whole lot work commonly
-
than somebody going up in a football stadium arena and
-
drinking too many and swaying and hagar and following down
-
the steps. You know what, the people this world say,
-
he had a good time. He deserved it. It was
-
a good game on his birthday. It was a good
-
strong drink. It was also a good bump, I guess,
-
and it was a good bruise. And I hope he
-
didn't follow on anybody's kids. But they all say he
-
had a good time because he was a swinging and
-
the drunk and whatever spirit it was, they pulled off
-
the shelf and put in a corner to take with them.
-
And somehow they want us to believe that's honorable. But
-
God sent me in out of an upper room.
-
And they were shouting in the spirit, which one of
-
the men shouting, twisting, turning, hollering, lifting up their voice,
-
celebrating Jesus Christ.
-
Speaking in other languages. And this is what God gave me.
-
They accused them of boozing, and I said, Lord, say on,
-
He said, they accused them of boozing, but they were oozing.
-
They were oozing.
-
Are y'all with me right here? Hey, I'm telling you
-
what they might take.
-
You are crazy.
-
They might take because standing enough like contructing man when
-
you speak the Spencers.
-
But you haven't been boozing. You're using up the.
-
Word of God.
-
And I'm telling you I felt Natani said today. It's
-
okay to say I did follow you, but I no
-
longer follow you up.
-
It's because you know wronger, I'm following trust.
-
I'm telling you it's hot using your scripture.
-
You know what.
-
They can't stand it when you present scripture. They love
-
it when you present spirit, but when you present scripture.
-
They get upset. So these men hadn't been boozing.
-
They were using Brother Nathaniel saying to me like this morning,
-
you were using truth, saying to me like this morning.
-
You were just using the Gospel. It sayd to me
-
like you were just using the Word of God.
-
And people could say it's cynical, that's cynical mannerism, that's
-
cynical behavior.
-
That's cynical.
-
Brother.
-
The thing that to get up there and say that
-
he's supposed to submit to dictatorship. He's supposed to submit
-
to that type of contaminated leadership. He's supposed to submit
-
to people that have walked away from the truth. The
-
last time I checked the scriptures, we're supposed.
-
To obeate God and not men. When there it comes to.
-
Be a descriptancy between leadership and the ultimate leadership, y'all
-
told me a little while ago, preach the word. Preacher
-
Timothy perceived of Paul that he meant what he said.
-
He was saying what the Holy Goot said. Not only marinated,
-
it manifested. And that's how I want to end. Not
-
only should we marinate in it, we should manifest it
-
and it's just clear water. Whether as I want you
-
to pull your proteins out, I want you to do
-
your best to kind of get some of that out there,
-
not all of it. I want you to walk around
-
this church. It'll be a long time before you get
-
that marinade out. What it has done is done now.
-
And that's what I told.
-
Go ahead, walk around, brother, That's what I've told preachers
-
before they want to compromise.
-
I said, if you've come too late to tell me,
-
he come too late to me.
-
Now.
-
It doesn't matter how much you talk about pastor how
-
It doesn't matter how much you lie about me being
-
a bad guy. It doesn't matter how much you lie
-
about me having a bad attitude. I'll say this again.
-
I've never made an enemy outside of a good bit.
-
But one thing they're gonna find, Brother Jesse, when they
-
squeeze me, thought I.
-
When they squeeze me, they think they're gonna squeeze the
-
truth out of this man, and I'm a nobody. They
-
think they're gonna squeeze the truth out of the sister
-
always meeting by telling her you don't have to be.
-
That way anymore.
-
But brother just said, and Brother.
-
Philip intensify the situation, increase the Pressureack.
-
I just can't get it out of ies. I just
-
can't get it out of ice.
-
There's no deceiver, no conniver, no manipulator, no compromising.
-
Sorry, oh my god.
-
Cause when you've hit your word in your heart, I'm
-
talking about your copy of his words.
-
Let's stand. Well, we've been squeezing.
-
I was moping now for thirty three years, but she's
-
so did Its just how you've been saved. I think
-
thirty one years, thirty two years. Let's see, wonder what happened.
-
They put Paul through it, But every time they squeezed
-
out came liquid Lord.
-
In the truth.
-
If you succeeded and squeezing every bit of that food out,
-
we still.
-
Smell the truth.
-
I want you, I want you all to sup of them.
-
You want a brother tolerance to take one of his grandmother.
-
Not only will we marinated it, we're gonna manifest it here.
-
And I speak as a fool, and I know we're
-
not the only one here.
-
We're not only gonna marinate in it, we're gonna manifest it,
-
which means just let it spill out the truth. When
-
the time comes, when they will refuse sound doctrine. If
-
you may have marinated it, you will spill out sound
-
doctors when the time comes that they will look for
-
those to tickle their ears with verbal feathers and to
-
tickle their chins with verbal feathers. We will preach what
-
does that have to blay a god? When they turn
-
from truth onto a lie? Unto fables, we will preach
-
the word. How many, by the showing of hands, has
-
experienced a versus scripture coming around?
-
And you've been going through a hard time.
-
The scripture carried you through it, and the scripture will
-
carry us through the treacherous to run a trollers.
-
Compromisers. The scripture will carry you through it. This generation
-
doesn't need any more pet rallies.
-
They have plenty.
-
They need more merry in the manuscripts.
-
I know there's somebody in this building that needs to
-
come get this other sponge, and it's yours if you
-
want to get it right now. It's going to serve
-
as a landmark in your ministry. If you'll come get
-
it right now. I'm telling you you're through the.
-
Holy Ghost, know how about?
-
I know.
-
You will never get the sign of Him.
-
You will never get to sign of her. You will
-
never get this truth out of you. Your daddy put
-
it in your brother.
-
Hey, I don't your momago. I feel the Holy ghost
-
in this place. Your pastor put it in your brother,
-
and they can squeezes and we will be a scripture.
-
But the bolence is I feel like we need to
-
make our way to the.
-
Altars, whether as if you would come up here as sisters,
-
if you would come over here, and I want us
-
to pray and say God, I will stand alone on
-
the world of God. I can't find gray in here.
-
It's all black and white and red. You can't find gray.
-
Search the scriptures.
-
Search the scriptures, Search the scriptures, Search the scriptures.
-
Jesus, I thank you for your word. It's forever settled
-
in heaven.
-
I thank you for the Bible.
-
Will bless all of my friends today. Lord, they've come
-
before you. I've got it to act. They're seekers of
-
the truth. Not all the seekers are sincere seekers of
-
the truth. There's the reason they're here together. They're searching
-
for your words. They're searching the scriptures that they're not
-
having time, Lord, forgetting about what the world says, forgetting
-
about the voices of the way of forgetting about the
-
scripts are focusing on the ancient manuscripts.
-
We come to date in this word and to being.
-
A fastic techs to preach the truth and how they live.
-
It says, it says, It says, it's this word is
-
in us. He's the.
-
Hesters, that's his world.
-
Wossibly prolied it. Let's get his word. Why should get
-
the gut.
-
God wes she's got, stand for this roof and speak
-
of God less.
-
She's abod
