  4. This is a very special podcast series where I'm going to be sharing with you messages

  5. from our most recent conference in Prescott, Arizona, the Beyond Limits Conference with

  6. a theme of to preach the gospel in the regions beyond from 2 Corinthians 10-16.

  7. I'm going to share all of the sermons from this conference series to include Greg Mitchell,

  8. our head pastor, Joe Campbell, Richard Ruby, Tom Payne, and many, many others during this

  9. series.

  10. So I'll be sharing these with you over the next couple of weeks, and I hope you really

  11. enjoy these messages.

  12. If you'd like to see these messages in a video format, you can go to PrescottPottersHouse.com

  14. So without further ado, I'm going to pass, I'm going to go ahead and move on to the messages

  15. and I hope you enjoy them.

  16. God bless.

  17. Thank you.

  18. Thank you, pastor.

  19. Thank you.

  20. I have to admit, I love preaching.

  21. I don't care if it's 10 people, 100 people, I love to preach.

  22. Someone asked me, everybody sees me, how are you?

  23. I say, well, I'm too old to die.

  24. Amen, I'm doing okay.

  25. Praise the Lord.

  26. Tonight, Matthew 28, and my aim tonight is to launch all of you.

  27. I'm going to flip the sanctuary, put you all on the platform Friday night, there's six

  28. people out there watching.

  29. But I have a question, are you living in regions beyond?

  30. Is that your heart, your conversations, your mind?

  31. Does that live in your spirit?

  32. What city, nation?

  33. Maybe you've never seen it, but you've dreamed about it.

  34. Never been there, but God spoke to you or God's stirring you and you don't know where.

  35. In the name of the conference, the great call and the heart of the apostle Paul to preach

  36. the gospel in regions beyond, further and further into the beyond.

  37. But he also said, follow me as I follow Christ.

  38. Can anyone lead you, can anyone inspire you to that place called beyond?

  39. I want to minister tonight in living in the region beyond.

  40. Matthew 28, 19, very, very familiar, Jesus.

  41. So therefore, make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and

  42. of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

  43. God we come tonight by the Holy Ghost.

  44. Power of your word, God, your spirit permeating, saturating this Bible conference.

  45. I'm asking you, God, tonight.

  46. Give me words, words of spirit and life.

  47. God give me words of inspiration.

  48. Stir the heart of this people, God.

  49. Shake us out of where we are to where you want us to be.

  50. I'm asking you, God, tonight.

  51. Let's get through in a Holy Ghost powerful dimension that will shake regions beyond in

  52. Jesus' name.

  53. Jesus said, go, one of his last words.

  54. It's so small a word and yet so powerful.

  55. It may even seem insignificant to you.

  56. It's a small word, a word I can ignore perhaps.

  57. I can put it on the shelf.

  58. It doesn't apply to me.

  59. Maybe it's for you or you, but not for me.

  60. It's a word we fight against.

  61. We build our case against this little word.

  62. We have all of our excuses.

  63. We hearse them.

  64. We arrange them over and over and over again.

  65. We vote for stay.

  66. There's an old song in the 1960s.

  67. Oh, won't you stay?

  68. Won't you play this while you're at it?

  69. Stay just a little bit longer.

  70. Please, please, please, please, please, tell me you're going to.

  71. One more time.

  72. Oh, won't you stay?

  73. Won't you play this while you're at it?

  74. Stay just a little bit longer.

  75. Won't you play this while you're at it?

  76. Stay just a little bit longer.

  77. Is that your theme song?

  78. Your mama don't mind, your papa don't mind?

  79. Is that your favorite song?

  80. The problem, a little bit longer, becomes a lifetime.

  81. It's the devil's favorite song.

  82. And you can always find someone to sing it to you.

  83. Your wife, your children, parents, friends,

  84. church people, other preachers, your flesh.

  85. I remember them playing it to me in 1987, 46 years old.

  86. Connie and I had made a decision to go to Malaysia.

  87. Pastors said, you'll never have what you have again.

  88. You're 46 years old.

  89. You need to look out for your security.

  90. You're needed where you are.

  91. Malaysia's a Muslim country.

  92. Is that your song?

  93. Because there'll always be someone singing it to you.

  94. But Jesus said, Matthew 28, 19,

  95. Go therefore all the nations, Mark 16, go into all the world.

  96. Does that mean anything to you tonight personally?

  97. Can he still speak to you tonight?

  98. I want you to go.

  99. Mark Olson tells the story years ago over on Roos Street.

  100. God's dealing with him about the Philippines and he's looking at me.

  101. But in the end he said, why can't I go?

  102. And he went.

  103. He went to the Philippines with his family.

  104. I went to Malaysia.

  105. The danger of staying is we build these borders.

  106. And borders in themselves can be a good thing in the right place.

  107. They establish ownership, safety, place of security,

  108. place of structure, order, comfort, normality, familiar.

  109. They're not evil many times, but they're so predictable.

  110. Your borders become your limitations.

  111. I know how to live here.

  112. I know how to function in this place.

  113. I know how to do this.

  114. But the danger many times, there's no demand of faith.

  115. And it becomes boring and empty.

  116. And if you're not careful, you become trapped.

  117. There's no adventure there.

  118. Depression.

  119. No challenge.

  120. You find yourself locked in the same old, same old.

  121. Preach the same old sermon.

  122. Go to the same service.

  123. Live on the same street.

  124. Go to the same grocery store. Eat at the same restaurant.

  125. Drive down the same highway.

  126. Have the same conversations.

  127. But it's not the region beyond.

  128. Your soul is crying out to God, I'm exhausted.

  129. Because you're held hostage to these invisible walls.

  130. Call stay.

  131. And you lose inspiration.

  132. The ministry loses that brightness, that vigor, that spirit, that passion.

  133. Because it becomes normal.

  134. Is that you tonight?

  135. Are you spiritually dying in a land called stay?

  136. Just a little bit longer.

  137. The danger, if you're not careful, that little bit becomes your life.

  138. Think of the woman with the issue of blood.

  139. Twelve long years she spent all she had on physicians.

  140. She's used up, she's exhausted.

  141. She's tried this and that.

  142. Days have become weeks, weeks, months, and months, years.

  143. One day the Bible says in Matthew 921,

  144. she said to herself, oh if I can just touch.

  145. I can't stay here any longer.

  146. If I stay here I'm going to die.

  147. I have to go a place she's never been before.

  148. The answer is out there.

  149. It's not here.

  150. Can you imagine the mind battles of this woman?

  151. Issue of blood, twelve years.

  152. The thought you're crazy lady.

  153. You're too weak to go.

  154. If you go you'll die.

  155. You've never been out there before.

  156. The battle of all the what ifs.

  157. Is that you tonight in the spirit realm?

  158. The Bible said she said to herself,

  159. listen you will always believe the story you tell yourself.

  160. Doesn't matter facts.

  161. Doesn't matter this sermon.

  162. Didn't you hear Pastor Greg's sermon last night?

  163. Doesn't matter truth.

  164. You'll always believe what you tell yourself.

  165. If I can touch the hem of his garment I'll be made whole.

  166. No scripture that I'm aware of to support that.

  167. No encouragement from the disciples.

  168. Jesus doesn't even know she's there.

  169. What story are you telling yourself tonight?

  170. That's the big question.

  171. Oh she said if I can touch the hem of his garment.

  172. I felt for virtue leave my body.

  173. Are you singing the old song stay?

  174. Old Testament four leprous men.

  175. Second Kings 7-3 why are we sitting here until we die?

  176. And they arose at twilight to go.

  177. All the limitations, all the physical problems.

  178. They made a statement to adventure into a place that never been.

  179. Listen to what I'm going to say.

  180. Destiny lives on the ragged edge of regions beyond.

  181. That's where you'll find God in another dimension.

  182. This is where God lives in a personal way with you.

  183. It's where miracles are born.

  184. This is where anointing is magnified.

  185. This is where God's favor is found.

  186. Destiny lives on the ragged edge of regions beyond.

  187. Never thought God what do you have for me?

  188. God I know there's something that you have for me.

  189. God I know there's more.

  190. But I haven't reached it.

  191. Oh I feel it.

  192. I can taste it.

  193. Could the problem be you'll never find it where you are?

  194. It's only found in a region beyond.

  195. I believe God reserves some things that you'll only experience

  196. when by faith you move to these regions beyond.

  197. You'll never find it where you are.

  198. It's only discovered in the goal.

  199. Another city, another ministry, another nation responding to the call of God.

  200. Pastor planting another church when it costs you.

  201. The four lepers men I mentioned when they went, God showed up in a dimension

  202. that they had never seen or experienced.

  203. It sounded like a mighty army.

  204. And the Syrians fled.

  205. When you look at the Bible it's like it's almost built into our DNA

  206. to resist the regions beyond.

  207. That risk factor, that unknown.

  208. Look at Peter in Acts.

  209. He's had these incredible experiences with God.

  210. Mountain of transfiguration, upper room experience.

  211. He comes out and preaches Pentecost.

  212. Three thousand saved.

  213. Gate beautiful, a lame man healed as he challenges him.

  214. Silver and gold have I not such as I have in the name.

  215. Rise and walk.

  216. Powerful experiences.

  217. Ananias, as Pastor Ruby mentioned, speaks these words.

  218. Why has Satan filled your heart to lie, not to men but to God?

  219. All of these powerful experiences, now it's time for regions beyond.

  220. The Gentiles, Cornelius, Peter's on the housetop praying.

  221. Look at his resistance.

  222. A vision, a sheet comes down from heaven.

  223. Heaven opens, God is speaking.

  224. Peter taking eat, not so, not so.

  225. And this took three times.

  226. Spirit said to him, arise therefore and go, I have sent you.

  227. It's amazing he goes with these men to the house of Cornelius.

  228. The first words of his sermon, Acts 10, 28, he said to them,

  229. you know how unlawful it is for a Jewish man to keep company

  230. and go to one of another nation.

  231. What a way to begin a sermon.

  232. Amen.

  233. I really shouldn't be here.

  234. I really didn't want to come here.

  235. We don't like you.

  236. God made me come.

  237. But look what lived in this region beyond.

  238. Beyond race, beyond prejudice, all the world.

  239. I wonder what he was praying for on the housetop.

  240. I wonder was he praying, God, God, do it again.

  241. I've seen it on Pentecost, do it again, God.

  242. And God wanted to do it again, but he couldn't do it where he was.

  243. He had to take him to a region beyond.

  244. While he's speaking these words,

  245. the Spirit of God fell on Cornelius and all his house.

  246. What's waiting for you beyond where you are?

  247. What does God have planned over the horizon?

  248. Pastor Greg mentioned last night, Pastor Mitchell,

  249. broken church, Prescott, 25, 30 people, and then hippies.

  250. What's your prayer?

  251. God, God, I don't want to see you move.

  252. God, I'm hungry, I'm not satisfied.

  253. God, I want you to move in me.

  254. God, I want revelation, I want another dimension.

  255. God, I want to see people saved, I want disciples.

  256. But as God's saying,

  257. will you let me take you to a place you've never been?

  258. Was slavery the only way God could get Joseph to Egypt?

  259. Father's favorite quote of many colors,

  260. life is good.

  261. I'm happy, I'm sad, I mean, I'm, is that your disciple?

  262. Pastor?

  263. Oh, I got a good job, good church.

  264. I got favor, I got ministry.

  265. Life is good.

  266. Joseph saved the nation,

  267. but it took slavery to position him in a region beyond.

  268. What about you?

  269. What does God have to bring to your door to shake you?

  270. Then there's Moses living with a failure 40 years backside of the desert,

  271. 80 years old.

  272. God don't bother me, I'm too old or I'm too young.

  273. We have all of our excuses and they sound so reasonable.

  274. I married a wife, I can't come.

  275. Bought a piece of property, I can't come.

  276. Five yoke of oxen.

  277. Lord, let's have some wisdom here.

  278. I tried that 40 years ago.

  279. And the burning bush and God speaking,

  280. those powerful words come now therefore,

  281. I will send you.

  282. Can I say don't die on the backside of God's destiny,

  283. calling it the good life?

  284. Moses gives all of these excuses.

  285. Well, what about this and that and on and on and on?

  286. But what's the dimension of God?

  287. What's in your hand?

  288. It's a rod.

  289. Maybe it's been in Moses' hand for 40 years,

  290. we don't know.

  291. It's a stick.

  292. It's a tool.

  293. Every shepherd had a rod.

  294. It's common, nothing special.

  295. Been in your hand for years.

  296. What's been in your hand maybe?

  297. Ministry, preaching, Word of God.

  298. Something that hasn't maybe been all that impressive.

  299. But now God says, listen, throw it down.

  300. That rod became an instrument of deliverance.

  301. That rod brought plagues, turned water into blood,

  302. parted the Red Sea, water from a rock,

  303. and the list goes on and on.

  304. What's in your hand that will never see the potential of God?

  305. Unless you allow God to call you

  306. and send you to a place and a dimension

  307. you've never lived in.

  308. What's your region beyond?

  309. What about you?

  310. See, when you obey God,

  311. there's dimensions that kick in.

  312. Instruments of deliverance.

  313. Words that maybe you've spoken many times

  314. when you step in obedience and faith to this place.

  315. It's beyond.

  316. Now those same words set people free.

  317. Those same words see people delivered,

  318. see them healed, curses broken.

  319. Think even here tonight.

  320. Tom Paine, would he be where he's at tonight

  321. if years ago he hadn't said,

  322. okay, I'll go to Nairobi, Kenya.

  323. Preaching Thursday evening.

  324. I'll go to Australia.

  325. Mark Olson, the Philippines.

  326. Alvin Smith, Sierra Leone.

  327. And I could go on and on.

  328. Paul Stevens, the Jeff Days.

  329. John McCarthy's.

  330. And Pastor Warner in a wheelchair.

  331. I'll go to a place, Tucson.

  332. My point is you never know what's way.

  333. It's only discovered when you live it.

  334. Would there even be an India

  335. if Connie and I hadn't said we'll go to Malaysia?

  336. Because in Malaysia I had a burden.

  337. Because in Malaysia I meant my quiet.

  338. She was 84 or 94.

  339. Created a business, opened a door.

  340. Today there's 44 churches in India.

  341. My point is what's waiting for you

  342. that you'll never find?

  343. You'll never discover where you are.

  344. There's nothing in all of life like going.

  345. I told Pastor Tory when he and his family went to Barbados,

  346. I said, my experience, Connie and I today,

  347. many years now passed,

  348. but our life is like before Malaysia and after Malaysia.

  349. It's almost like before Christ and after Christ.

  350. A.D., before.

  351. It changed me.

  352. Would I be standing here tonight?

  353. I would be standing here without it.

  354. If there hadn't been that time,

  355. God dealt with me.

  356. And you launched, Connie and I.

  357. Go into all the world and preach the Gospel.

  358. Our text, go therefore and make disciples of all nations.

  359. This is why you're going.

  360. This is what I want you to do when you get there.

  361. I commission you to preach and make disciples.

  362. I'm talking about shaping men, about forming involvement,

  363. hands-on.

  364. Is that your heart?

  365. Is that what you're doing?

  366. Is that what's in your mind?

  367. God, give me men.

  368. Help me, God.

  369. Help me to impart to them who we are.

  370. Help me to impact another generation.

  371. God, give me a word.

  372. Give me, make me an example.

  373. There's something in me that stirs them.

  374. So forsake all and follow you.

  375. Is that your dream?

  376. Is that your vision?

  377. Does it consume you?

  378. Because it'll cost you your life.

  379. Will you sacrifice your own desires, your time?

  380. Time with family.

  381. Time doing things you would enjoy doing.

  382. Because it's possible to pastor, yet not make disciples.

  383. It's more than just a sermon or a class.

  384. It's an impartation of life or something that's communicated

  385. that shakes them beyond who they are and where they are

  386. into a dimension of God where God now,

  387. becomes the most important thing in all of life.

  388. More important than career, more important than security,

  389. more important than money, more important than this and that

  390. and all of it.

  391. God.

  392. You know, I just, I wish I was young again.

  393. I know I feel young right now, but just to go.

  394. Go places.

  395. I go preach in places.

  396. I said, God, God, I would love to live here.

  397. Oh, the people, the masses, the humanity,

  398. the broken lives, the emptiness.

  399. Pastor Greg, the multitudes last night talking about people,

  400. just like you and I.

  401. We heard even today, sheep that have no shepherd.

  402. Problem if it's not in you, how can you put it in them?

  403. Paul said, I'll very gladly spend and be spent for your souls.

  404. I'll mortgage my life for you.

  405. The destiny, the DNA of our fellowship lives here.

  406. Will you allow your pastor to disciple you?

  407. Will you give him that liberty?

  408. I'm not talking about manipulation and all that,

  409. but will you let him speak to you in a real world?

  410. The theme of our conference in a couple months,

  411. Discipling Men in a Virtual World.

  412. I'm talking about a real world.

  413. Not an imagined world, not a fake world,

  414. but a real world where you can have a real conversation

  415. about real issues of life and heart and character,

  416. time and money, marriage, serving, sacrifice.

  417. Discipleship, you watch me, you help me, I help you.

  418. I watch you, then I launch you.

  419. Time I mentioned when Pastor Olson and I was at the altar,

  420. Pastor Greg, I believe alluded to it tonight, maybe Pastor Ruby.

  421. Everybody was going.

  422. Everybody was talking about going.

  423. All this good-sized crowd here tonight,

  424. over 3,000 people probably,

  425. wonder how many hundreds and hundreds and hundreds.

  426. Are you a candidate?

  427. Have you prayed those words, God, hear my sin, me?

  428. There are dimensions of God you'll never experience,

  429. you'll never know.

  430. I don't want to get to eternity and God perhaps show me

  431. what might have been.

  432. I want to get to eternity and Pastor Campbell say camel,

  433. Pastor Mitchell say camel.

  434. What were you doing?

  435. We're living in a time and an hour.

  436. I said this a number of years ago.

  437. I believe God has positioned this fellowship,

  438. Christian Fellowship Ministries,

  439. for a last-day powerful move of God.

  440. Will you live it?

  441. Will you experience it?

  442. Will you be on the thrust of it?

  443. I ask you to bow your head with me this evening.

  444. You're here tonight and you're a visitor,

  445. you've driven up or maybe you're a church kid,

  446. maybe you're sponsored.

  447. Sin, sin is such a horrible thing.

  448. Sin is so wicked and so deceiving.

  449. You're here this evening, you need to be saved,

  450. you need to be born again, you need to have a personal

  451. born again experience where sin is forgiven,

  452. the curse broken, where you can be forgiven and free.

  453. What does God have for you that lives behind a prayer

  454. at this altar?

  455. Prayer, God, I'm sorry.

  456. I have sinned, forgive me.

  457. I'm not right.

  458. Torments me.

  459. Thank you for listening to the P.H.S.A.
