  1. Welcome to the Cross Power Church podcast.

  2. You're listening to a service from our church in Campbell, TX.

  3. We pray this message strengthens your faith and points you to the

  4. cross. Now let's join the service.

  5. I was thinking today we all Linda got me hooked on that

  6. preaching to the choir. What I say sometimes the choir

  7. forgets the words to the song, right?

  8. But I got a new saying. I think I'm preaching to those

  9. that are in the Wonder Years. Everybody ever heard that?

  10. When you get old, it's called the Wonder Years.

  11. Wonder where your glasses are? I wonder where your shoes are?

  12. You wonder where the remote? Is sometimes you wonder where

  13. your wife is a man or husband, but.

  14. I did figure. Something out though when you're

  15. when you're wondering where there is, find the glasses

  16. first. It makes it a lot easier to find

  17. the rest. Matter of fact, I got to find my

  18. other ones right now. But but I get to be in the House

  19. of the Lord tonight. Amen.

  20. I I spend months sometimes on Mondays and to sometimes during

  21. the week I. I go through a.

  22. Cards or Landry sends them to me.

  23. I text people that have come to church and man, it's been busy

  24. lately, first time visitors and texting people just letting them

  25. know we appreciate them coming and things and some reply, some

  26. don't. And you know, I, we're getting,

  27. I guess we're getting high tech now.

  28. We get reviews. But yeah, we get reviews.

  29. You know, you can go on Google and you can.

  30. Review or give your. Opinion of the service I guess

  31. on Google, not on our Facebook but on Google and Landry text me

  32. the other night of man's name and I try to go by me to

  33. everybody. I don't know if y'all noticed

  34. that, but someday, you know, if I try to, I don't always get

  35. there. Depends on.

  36. What the spirits? Leading me that day, but try to

  37. be friendly but. But she told me she said we had

  38. a review this week that said the music was great but we were too

  39. charismatic and. And I said yeah.

  40. And I said, hey man, but. But you know, we were, you know

  41. those. Devil comes into you want to

  42. play, you want people to like you want people to like your

  43. church. You know that?

  44. And Lander said, do you know him?

  45. I said, yeah, I don't know him, but I know who it was.

  46. I could tell by fight, you know, when you operate in the spirit,

  47. you walk in the spirit, you know what people feel sometimes.

  48. I said I know exactly who it was and totally.

  49. And and that's who it was. Anyway, we figured it out.

  50. We we, we didn't do any creeping or nothing like that, but we

  51. figured it out. But.

  52. If I could post. I would just say this.

  53. I don't know how you sit there. I may be charismatic, but I had

  54. to. Look, that word, you know, it

  55. got pinned on the on a lot of Pentecostal.

  56. Churches and and they. Call it the charismatic.

  57. Movement, but when you. Look it up, it says this.

  58. Webster describes it as exercising a compelling.

  59. Charm. I'm charming.

  60. Which inspires devotion in others.

  61. Charismatic. 'S not a bad word.

  62. Let you know, yeah, I mean. We need to all take care of

  63. somebody. Well, what are you for so that?

  64. Led me to this. Y'all ready?

  65. Hang on. Because I have to ask the

  66. question, you know, I think. It's a good thing.

  67. But what I feel. Isn't charismatic.

  68. It's called the Holy Spirit. It's called the Holy Ghost.

  69. You know, because I'm glad tonight I'm not walking in a

  70. live confusion. And you know, I, I, I challenge

  71. you and I challenge people. And you know, I've had, I've had

  72. people say, Oh no, no, no, non denominational church.

  73. It's kind of a denomination now. And it is, I guess.

  74. But if you've ever attended a church, I challenge you, go look

  75. at some of the churches you've attended and go look at how many

  76. different beliefs are in those. Churches.

  77. How many different conventions that are in the Southern Baptist

  78. Convention there there's there's hundreds.

  79. Of them and they're. Splitting every day, they're now

  80. allowing them If you don't believe the way that this.

  81. Denom we are this, but if you don't believe this, we will

  82. review what you're believing. And what you're trying to do and

  83. we'll let you form another convention.

  84. And you know, to me. It's not biblical at all because

  85. God's coming back for. One church he's sending.

  86. Jesus back for one church, but let's stand and go the Lord in

  87. prayer as we get started. But I titled this tonight.

  88. What are you walking in? There's a lot of people walking

  89. around. There's a lot of people walking

  90. in doctrines, denominations, beliefs that they were taught.

  91. The Bible's very clear. They were to know the Scriptures

  92. and know whom we have learned them from.

  93. But I ask you tonight, what are you walking in?

  94. I think it's something we need to ask people around us.

  95. What are you walking in? What authority in the spirit

  96. realm are you walking in? Good question, Father.

  97. We thank you for this word tonight.

  98. We pray that you'd anoint this word, Father, that I would be

  99. ready to relay it the way that you showed.

  100. It unto me today, Father, that gets a powerful message that I

  101. believe you give me for your people tonight.

  102. And Father. I just pray you would anoint

  103. this word. You would lead and guide my.

  104. Lips and my. Thoughts as I preach.

  105. Tonight, Father, we need. You as never before, Father in a

  106. world that's that that's. Going down fast, Father, but

  107. you're coming back and we thank you that you're.

  108. Coming back for a bride that's ready.

  109. You're coming back for your people that's ready to go.

  110. Be seated at the marriage supper of the Lamb.

  111. And I pray tonight. Father you.

  112. Would get us ready. You would help us to know where

  113. we're walking every step that the soles of our feet touch are

  114. leading us in a. Path and I pray.

  115. It's an upward path to Calvary. And then beyond the cross of.

  116. Calvary to the risen Savior into eternal home called.

  117. Heaven and we thank you for your love and your mercy.

  118. See it's in your Son's name. We pray, Amen as we look.

  119. Around today I see a lot of God's children, people walking

  120. around knowing about Jesus, knowing the Bible stories and

  121. professing to know about the blood and the atonement and the

  122. the meaning of the cross. So, you know, it's hard to find

  123. someone that in America that doesn't know that you can find

  124. them. I.

  125. Found 1A. Few, few months ago after Bible

  126. study and let him to the Lord of the gas station.

  127. There are people that do not know about the the real meaning

  128. of the cross. But yeah, we look around today

  129. and we find a lot of people that are just wandering around and I

  130. wonder what are they walking in? They say they know these things,

  131. but the Bible is very clear that we are known by not what we

  132. profess come home by, not what comes out of our mouth, but by

  133. what's hanging off our tree, what's called fruit.

  134. And when people are professing to be one thing, but yet their

  135. actions show something else. Steer away if you're listening

  136. to a preacher. That.

  137. Possesses one thing, professes one thing, but lives another

  138. way. I was never so amazed by those

  139. that I that listen to TD Jakes. We all like some TD Jakes from

  140. time to time and and and when he was called it a place he that he

  141. shouldn't have been. We went to the church, went

  142. through the actions of of what? What did he do?

  143. How far did he go at these parties?

  144. What was his role? It really doesn't matter.

  145. I had the question, why was he there?

  146. Because if you're not careful, that doesn't matter if you're.

  147. Sitting on a Pew. Or standing behind a pulpit, you

  148. will walk into the wrong place at some time or another.

  149. But I see people that their actions do not line up with

  150. maybe their doctrine, maybe the church they go to, and yes, even

  151. the Bible can. I get an Amen that they read.

  152. Their actions, the way they talk, the way they act, the way

  153. they look. Hello, I can preach right there

  154. the way they. Treat.

  155. Other people, the way they think, the way they dress, the

  156. way they love, the way they. Worry.

  157. Well, that hurts, doesn't it? The way they doubt, the way they

  158. keep their word. See, this reflects a different

  159. life many times than than one of God's children.

  160. It reflects a different life than than what we profess.

  161. And what? We are living.

  162. But what I read about in the written word of God that's

  163. forever settled in heaven is much different when I look at a

  164. lot of people's lives. So I ask you today, what are you

  165. walking? In I want you.

  166. To say that word with me tonight.

  167. In in. It is a very important word in

  168. tonight as we go through Scripture and 2nd Corinthians

  169. chapter 5 and verse 17. The apostle Paul asked the

  170. question. He says therefore, if anyone is

  171. in say that word with me in Christ, he is a new creation.

  172. He did not say because we prayed A sinner's prayer or got

  173. baptized. The apostle Paul said he knew

  174. that that wouldn't make you in Christ unless you had a personal

  175. relationship and a killing of the.

  176. Flesh and a selling. Out to Almighty God.

  177. But he said therefore if anyone is in Christ, we're going to

  178. look at this word. He is a new creation.

  179. Old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become

  180. new. Those that you're praying with,

  181. those that you're witnessing to today when we pray time and time

  182. again and they're struggling time and time again, I've been

  183. there, hello, you've been there. But what is the problem?

  184. They don't need to pray more most of the time they need to

  185. get in Christ Jesus, say man, because you, when you get in

  186. Christ Jesus, there's going to be a different, he said

  187. difference. He says old things have passed

  188. away and behold all things, Not some things, but all things

  189. become new. We flip back over to Romans 8

  190. and 1. The apostle Paul said there is

  191. therefore no condemnation. Boy, I battled with that as a

  192. young Christian because I had condemnation, because I hadn't

  193. sold out. All things hadn't become new in

  194. my life. Has anybody ever.

  195. Been there, he said. There is therefore.

  196. No condemnation to those who have repented.

  197. That's not what he. Said.

  198. He said there's that little word again.

  199. There is therefore no condemnation to those who are in

  200. Christ who do not walk. That's why I ask, what are you

  201. walking in who do not walk according to the flesh, but

  202. according to the Spirit. Galatians 5 and 16 declares that

  203. if you will walk in the Spirit, you there it is again, walking.

  204. What are you walking in? In the spirit you shall not do

  205. what? Fulfill the lust of the flesh.

  206. But when we begin to walk out of the Spirit, there's some bad

  207. things happen. You know, I tell young people

  208. that all the time. You got to walk in the Spirit.

  209. You know, we had lunch yesterday with Tony's sister and she's a

  210. unique individual. She's a neat lady.

  211. And, and she, she had been through some stuff in her life.

  212. And, you know, I've been called, I preached one time.

  213. They told me I was a little shambok.

  214. How many ever listened to RW Shambok?

  215. And I took it as a compliment. But she went to one of his camp

  216. meeting revivals and she said she was tired.

  217. I love what she said. She said I was tired of who I

  218. was. And she said, I went down for

  219. prayer and she said, Shambok, come up to me at that tent.

  220. Meeting and. He said he looked at me and he

  221. said I know you. And she said he slapped, slap

  222. me. She said I was, I wasn't going

  223. to go back. I guess it was the next night

  224. or, or shortly after she went back.

  225. But he he slapped her. She had to go deal with it and

  226. she got to know him after that. She asked him, she said.

  227. And then she said she went back and went to altar and she said,

  228. I want to tell you something. I was changed.

  229. There was no holding on to nothing.

  230. She said I was drunk on the Holy Ghost that night when God met me

  231. there. I was a changed individual.

  232. And Tommy said, yeah. Tony said, yeah, tell them about

  233. the three cars or two, three cars you ran over in the parking

  234. lot. She said I was drunk.

  235. She said I was changed. And she said sometime later she

  236. asked RW Schambach. She said she said what?

  237. How did you know me? I did not know you, I had never

  238. met you. And oh, Schambach as he was, I

  239. can see him do it. And he said I wasn't talking to

  240. you, I was talking to the devil that was in you.

  241. That's who I was. Slapping Hey man.

  242. I've been in those services and. And and and I.

  243. Begin to reflect on the way home.

  244. I've never. Done that to an adult, but when

  245. I had my teen ministry I did it to some kids.

  246. I shook a boy one night real bad because he was he was being

  247. unruly and I. Shook him and I tried to shake

  248. the. Devil plum out of him and you

  249. did that to a kid today what would happen the child abuse you

  250. have so we can bring but see when you begin to walk in the

  251. spirit you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

  252. Let's look at this word INN the Greek definition of it.

  253. It's. It says it's.

  254. On at. By or with, look at your

  255. neighbors. Say on at by.

  256. Or with what are you walking in? I'm walking on or in the word,

  257. right? I'm walking on the Word.

  258. I'm being led by the Spirit. And what am I?

  259. Walking at I'm walking. At goals of renewing the my

  260. spiritual being of being a new creation in Christ Jesus and I'm

  261. always walking beside the Father Amen and I'm walking either by

  262. him or with him. The word translates into also or

  263. in and it's motion towards. I love this boy.

  264. I about threw my Bible off my desk and I read this today.

  265. It translates into this motion towards a destination.

  266. See, when we're walking with Christ, when we're walking in

  267. Christ, we must never forget that we're headed to a

  268. destination. Can I get a witness?

  269. We're headed to a place called heaven where there's no

  270. sickness, where there's no more transplants, where there's no

  271. more heart disease, where there's no more cancer, there's

  272. no more saying goodbye. We're we should.

  273. We're in a forward motion toward a destination.

  274. For so many people, this Christian walk of faith can be

  275. like a new pair of shoes. Anybody.

  276. I remember when I was a kid, you could.

  277. Ask my mom, I get a new. Pair of shoes and man, I take

  278. care of them. Suckers I slept by.

  279. Them and I was proud. Of them anybody?

  280. Ever been like that? I'd clean them up, I'd get some

  281. mud on them and boy, I'd be over there cleaning them up for a few

  282. days. And you know, I think a lot of

  283. Christians are like that. We get this, we get, we prayed,

  284. this prayer, we feel this condemnation leave us, leave

  285. them for a little while. And then they have to put the

  286. shoes on and go back out into the world.

  287. And pretty soon that you're proud, they're proud of their

  288. shoes and they're this pretty Christian.

  289. But all of a sudden, somebody opens their mouth and begins to

  290. begins to talk. Bad about them or?

  291. Begins to offend them and we get all this dirt on us sometimes

  292. get tired of shining the shoes right And we just wear the shoes

  293. and well, I'm going to go to church today, but I can't go in

  294. there and worship because I've been the places I've been going.

  295. You're going to get dirty anyway.

  296. And sometimes we just feel like man, why keep shining?

  297. It won't keep polishing it. You know, a lot of people are

  298. like that. But I challenge you, if you if

  299. your spiritual shoes are a little dirty tonight, it's OK to

  300. get them. Out every now.

  301. And then and Polish them up and clean them up and, and shine

  302. them off. I, I like looking at boots and

  303. I, I find some older people that was Lee's age or maybe a little

  304. older that the dollar was a little harder to come by.

  305. Back in those days. Hey, man.

  306. And they got pairs of boots that they've polished.

  307. You know, Brother Randy's got to pair his hair for like 30 years.

  308. He's. Tight.

  309. And he polishes them boots. You know I.

  310. Can't take the time. To Polish boots.

  311. I wish Tony's got a pair, don't you?

  312. That you polished. You got an old pair.

  313. You polished for years. I've seen them.

  314. But you don't see that, you think?

  315. Can you imagine a millennial or younger people?

  316. Than that Gen. Z, they're polishing their

  317. boots. No, they say.

  318. Now my son's good. At say it's cheaper to buy

  319. another one, and some things it is.

  320. It's cheaper to go buy another one than it is to fix it.

  321. It's a mentality, but. The old timers, they would

  322. Polish them boots up. You know, we need to be like the

  323. old timer sometimes we need to, we need to take our soul out.

  324. We need to take our spirit out. And we may say, it may have a

  325. little dirt on it, It might have got a little dirty.

  326. I might have did something I wasn't supposed to.

  327. But guess what? The place I'm headed and what

  328. Christ did for me. It's still worth taking out.

  329. It's still worth polishing up. It's still worth putting the

  330. shine on, and it's still worth. Wearing Amen.

  331. We need to remember these things.

  332. What are you saying? We need to take out our spirit.

  333. Our souls sometimes. And just begin to wash.

  334. It in the blood of Jesus and realize where we're walking.

  335. To and what we're. Walking through and.

  336. Because we have to stay in Christ no matter what happens.

  337. I'm not getting out. Amen.

  338. Let's look at this in John in John 15, Jesus gave a great

  339. example. I'm telling you there's

  340. something about this word called in because seeing in the body of

  341. Christ you. Either in or you're out.

  342. I'm the true Jesus said in John. 15 and 1, he said.

  343. I am the true. Vine, and my father is the Vine

  344. dresser. Every branch in there it is

  345. again in me. That does not bear fruit he

  346. takes away. And every branch that bears

  347. fruit, he prunes that it may bear more.

  348. Fruit. You know that answers a

  349. question. For a lot of people right there.

  350. That verse, I was going through some hard things one time.

  351. But can I read it again? It says that every branch in me

  352. that doesn't bear fruit and Christ is into making his

  353. children. In the likeness.

  354. Of him, that's his gold, right? If it doesn't bear fruit, he

  355. takes it away. When you lose something that's

  356. dear to your something that you're holding way too tight.

  357. Think about that, because. Christ knows that that for you

  358. to bear more fruit. And it's and that.

  359. Place is not doing you any good. He has to take it away sometimes

  360. and even. If it is bearing fruit, well, I

  361. got out and I I prayed, I started a Bible study.

  362. I even witnessed to somebody the other day.

  363. I did these things and now I'm sharing the word of God.

  364. The devil loves to trick people like this.

  365. And now look at what all fell upon me.

  366. Look at the bad things that have come upon me.

  367. What's happening? Jesus said I'm going to prune

  368. you a little more that that you may bear more fruit.

  369. He said you're already clean because of the word which I have

  370. spoken to you. So see this word in goes hand in

  371. hand with this other word that's called abide if you're in

  372. Christ. You'll be abiding you.

  373. Need to be in Christ and you need to be.

  374. Abiding in Christ. He said if you.

  375. Abide in me. Verse 4 isn't that powerful if

  376. you abide in Me. And I in you.

  377. Why is it important for me to abide in Christ?

  378. Because when I abide in Him, He abides in me.

  379. This Greek word comes from the word meno, which means to

  380. remain, to continue a man Christians.

  381. Need that today. They need to learn to.

  382. Remain in Christ no matter what. We need to learn to continue in

  383. Christ no matter what, and we need to learn to stay in Christ

  384. because when you do, you'll be abiding.

  385. See, there's a difference in just being in and really

  386. abiding. See abide.

  387. That was the Greek, the Hebrew. The word is is jaspa and it's to

  388. sit, to dwell or. Remain to stay.

  389. Continue. See, there's the why.

  390. Why do we have to do this? I had this thought the other

  391. day. I have to stay in Christ because

  392. in in the plan of salvation and God's ultimate plan for our

  393. eternal. Destinies, I never thought.

  394. Of it this way, but there's no. Plan B.

  395. Everybody likes to have. A Plan BA Backup plan an.

  396. Ace in the hole. But you realize for your family,

  397. for those that are lost around you, there's no Plan B.

  398. You may be the only plan they have because they're watching

  399. you and you have to stay and you have to abide and you have to

  400. continue because there's no Plan B.

  401. There's no Plan B for those that were trying to lead to Jesus

  402. Christ. There's no Plan B for us.

  403. If we don't stay in Christ, we're all going to the devil's

  404. hell and we're not. And you know.

  405. It's a great feeling. To hear someone to to say and to

  406. make people feel like once they're saved, they're always

  407. saved. But I have never read it in the

  408. Bible. What you're walking in.

  409. May be the only true thing, the only real thing.

  410. That people ever see. That's why Jesus said I'm going.

  411. To prune you. Even though you're doing good,

  412. I'm going to prune you some more that you can bear.

  413. More. Fruit because so you get

  414. comfortable at a place you're. Bearing fruit and you don't want

  415. to, and you don't want to go any farther.

  416. Sometimes IA. Guy come today to wash on or to

  417. work on our washer. He lives.

  418. Around here, I guess I didn't really know him and he asked.

  419. How the church? Was and he said this and then

  420. and it, you know. I I started this message.

  421. Talking about the wonder years, I'm kind of getting into the

  422. wonder years in my ministry. I fought a long time, 16 years.

  423. We celebrate October the 9th, 16 years.

  424. And he asked me said how long have y'all been out there?

  425. And I said 16 years. He said wow.

  426. He said that says a lot. You know, I appreciate that.

  427. I never really thought about it. He said that says a lot.

  428. And I, I begin to think because I knew some of his pastors and

  429. they've been through 5 or 6, five or six.

  430. And I thought, you know, maybe it does say a lot, but I still

  431. have to abide. I still have to keep.

  432. Going. But as we abide, he says in me,

  433. and I in you. Why?

  434. Because a branch cannot bear them in verse. 4 fruit itself.

  435. Unless it abides, you can't bear fruit unless you abide.

  436. That's what a lot of people, they try to show.

  437. Up and without abiding all week. Right.

  438. Or without ever. Abiding but an hour on Sunday.

  439. You abide is a. Constant setting, a constant, a

  440. constant continuation, abiding in the vine, he said.

  441. Neither can you. Let me read that again.

  442. Abide in me, verse 4, and I and you, as the branch cannot bear

  443. fruit itself unless it abides. In the.

  444. Vine. And he says neither can you

  445. unless you abide in me. I'm the vine.

  446. You are the. Branches I think.

  447. Of the fig tree, that Jesus. Walked by and it didn't have any

  448. fruit on it, and he cursed it. And a few days later his

  449. disciples walked by with him and they said, look, Master, the

  450. tree which you cursed a few days ago was dead.

  451. And he said, oh, you have little faith.

  452. Of course it is because I called it that way.

  453. And you know, I often think about that because, as I've

  454. shared many times, it wasn't even a season for the fig tree

  455. to have fruit upon it. But the fig tree should have

  456. known that the Master was walking by.

  457. How much more should we abide? I'm the vine.

  458. Verse 5 you're the. Branches He who abides in me and

  459. I and him bears much fruit, for without me you can do nothing.

  460. If anyone does not. Abide in me.

  461. He is cast out as a branch and he will wither.

  462. I know a lot. Of people that are withered,

  463. that life has withered them, sin has withered them, and as a

  464. branch he is withered. And they gather them and they.

  465. Throw them into the fire and they are burned.

  466. Sad story, sad ending if you're not abiding, right?

  467. Verse 7 if you abide. In me my words abide.

  468. In you, you will ask. What you desire.

  469. And it shall be done for you. Well, that's the cool reason to

  470. abide right by this my. Father's glorified.

  471. That you bear much fruit so you will be my disciples.

  472. I ask you, what are you walking in tonight are you walking in

  473. faith? Are you abiding in Christ

  474. because. If you are, he's.

  475. Abiding in you Psalms 91 it says as we go there.

  476. It says He who dwells here, there that word is again he who

  477. dwells in the secret. Place of the Most High shall

  478. abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

  479. Go home and read the rest of that.

  480. It's one of the most encouraging verses of Scripture in the

  481. Bible. Look at your neighbor and say

  482. I'm abiding tonight. What this word also means?

  483. To to be present. What does abiding mean to be

  484. present? To be present or wait for, Wait

  485. for. Sometimes we're present,

  486. sometimes we're waiting for. But if you're abiding in Christ,

  487. He's abiding in you tonight. You're connected and that.

  488. Leads to the ability to do what? To bear fruit we must bear.

  489. Fruit Christ has called us. To bear fruit.

  490. But I think it's a good thing that we walk in Christ, that we

  491. abide, that people say we're charismatic, that people, you

  492. know what my question is, how do you sit there?

  493. When you look at what Jesus said, go to Matthew chapter 3.

    Matthew 3 chapter mention

  494. We can read the things that happened when somebody abides.

  495. You know, the I've got lots of Baptist friends that are good

  496. friends of mine, but I tell them all the time, you're going to be

  497. thoroughly surprised when you get to heaven because I said

  498. there's going to be weeping, there's going to be praying,

  499. there's going to be shouting, there's going to be, think about

  500. that around the throne. The Bible says there's going to

  501. be every kindred, every tribe, every nation, every.

  502. Tongue praising God and. In Matthew.

    Matthew 3 chapter mention

  503. Chapter 3 I've always. Found it very intriguing what

  504. the forerunner of Jesus Christ which was John The Who the.

  505. Baptist, he said this. In the first 3 chapters of the

  506. New Testament, he said, I indeed.

  507. Baptize you with. Water unto repentance.

  508. Water baptism is unto repentance.

  509. But he said he. Who is coming after me is

  510. mightier than I talking about Christ.

  511. He said. He's so mighty, he's so great,

  512. that even the sandals that he wears.

  513. I'm not worthy to even carry them.

  514. I'm not. Worthy to even latch.

  515. Them. And he said he'll baptize you

  516. with the holy. Ghost and Fire Boy isn't that

  517. cool. People call it charismatic.

  518. I got news for you. It's not.

  519. A charismatic thing. It's a Bible.

  520. Thing and he said. In verse 12, he said his

  521. winnowing. Fan, can you think about that?

  522. What John's seen right there, he said I can, I can baptize you

  523. into. Repentance and you can be

  524. forgiven, but if you'll just begin to walk in the.

  525. One that's coming after me. If you'll just begin to.

  526. Abide in Him, there's some cool things that will happen in your

  527. life. He said he will baptize you with

  528. the holy. Ghost and Fire and.

  529. And then he went on in verse 12 to tell why it's important.

  530. He said his winnowing. Fan is in his hand I believe.

  531. Today, in 2025, as we approach 2026, I believe the winnowing,

  532. the winnowing. Fan is in the.

  533. Hand of God today, and it says he's going to thoroughly clean

  534. out his threshing floor and he's going to gather his wheat into

  535. the barn and he's going to burn up the shelf with unquenchable

  536. fire. What a powerful word I indeed

  537. baptize with. Water.

  538. But if you abide. In me and I abide in you.

  539. There's no stopping the child of God.

  540. We shouldn't be scared. We should know that we were

  541. created for such a time as we live in.

  542. But I ask. You to not realize.

  543. Where you're walking to. Realize what you're.

  544. Walking in. Most people don't have a clue

  545. where they're. Walking.

  546. Most people just don't. Want to go to hell, You ask?

  547. Most Christians. They just don't want to go to

  548. hell. I look around to say it today,

  549. there's there's so much more to being a.

  550. Christian than just not. Going to hell, it's going to be

  551. great in. Heaven, but Jesus said, I come

  552. that you might have. Life.

  553. And have it more abundantly. But many people are walking in a

  554. lie. Many people are walking.

  555. In Confusion because Satan is the author of What Confusion?

  556. Many are walking in a denominational doctrine that

  557. they're hung up on. Many are walking in denial of

  558. who they truly. Are in Christ Jesus and

  559. therefore they never received their true identity.

  560. I'm glad tonight that I'm walking in the way the truth and

  561. the life. There's something about.

  562. Walking in. If you keep walking in, you

  563. won't walk out. Let's go to the Lord in prayer.

  564. Father, we thank you tonight for this word.

  565. Father, I pray. That you would help us.

  566. That you would teach us, God, that that we have to abide in

  567. you. Because there is no Plan B,

  568. Father we. Have to abide in you, we have to

  569. stay. In Christ.

  570. Jesus, because you said. There's no condemnation.

  571. For those. Who are in Christ?

  572. Jesus, you said that that we will not fulfill the lust of the

  573. flesh if we walk in the. Spirit.

  574. Father, I pray tonight that you would teach us Let's stand and

  575. closing prayers a song plays that you would teach us to.

  576. Abide to stay constantly in your presence.

  577. I could preach a long time on this.

  578. A body. Because.

  579. You know when you begin to. Abide in Christ.

  580. Jesus, there's some places that that Holy Ghost and fire will

  581. tell you that. You can't go.

  582. There's some people that that Holy Ghost and Fire will tell

  583. you that you can't be around. There's some things that'll be

  584. coming out of your mouth that don't sound like the new

  585. creation and that Holy Spirit will begin to convict you of it

  586. and it'll begin to catch it and and see the reason.

  587. I can't say, though I want to say those things what sometimes

  588. we all do, but we got to realize when we say those things, I'm

  589. not walking in, I'm walking out. Thanks for listening to the
