  1. Good good afternoon, North Palm.

  2. I keep wanting to say good morning, but

  3. it is after 12. So, it is not morning

  4. anymore. It is afternoon. Buenosardes.

  5. >> Amen. All right. Isn't it wonderful when

  6. you get to go home and sit down at the

  7. table?

  8. Come on now. I thought I was talking to

  9. a southern crowd.

  10. I mean, in the South, we enjoy mama's

  11. cooking.

  12. >> Hello.

  13. >> Yeah. I mean, ain't nothing like going

  14. home and sitting down at the table.

  15. Well, I want to talk to you about that

  16. today. That you have a seat at the

  17. table.

  18. And we're going to look at two passages

  19. of scripture. One Old Testament, one New

  20. Testament. You know, the the Old

  21. foreshadows the New. Uh, and that's

  22. Exodus 24 and then Luke 22. How and how

  23. the two of them really tie together. So,

  24. uh, take a moment, lift your hands with

  25. me. Come on, everybody, lift your hands.

  26. Pray this prayer with me. Holy Spirit,

  27. open my ears that I can hear what you

  28. have to say. Open my heart. Make it

  29. receptive. I give you permission to move

  30. deep in my life, to form my heart, to

  31. form my character. Jesus, have your way

  32. in me today. Amen. Amen. Now, Exodus 24

  33. and Luke 22 invite us into two moments

  34. where God literally sets at a table with

  35. his people. At Sinai, Israel's leaders

  36. climb up a mountain and they see the

  37. glory of God and and literally they're

  38. allowed to have dinner. They're allowed

  39. to eat and to drink in God's presence.

  40. It is an incredibly astonishing act of

  41. grace that's made possible by the

  42. covenant blood. But but even in that,

  43. they're at a distance. there's only so

  44. much so close that they can go. But then

  45. when you fast forward centuries later in

  46. the upper room, Jesus gathers leaders

  47. again, his disciples whom he designated

  48. apostles, and they sit around the table.

  49. But this time he explains the meaning of

  50. the blood that it is poured out for

  51. them. And so what was once a mediated

  52. encounter becomes a personal intimate

  53. invitation. The story moves from being

  54. near God in his proximity to being

  55. brought into a covenant life with him.

  56. And and that actually prepares the way

  57. for an even deeper union to come. So

  58. notice this. God has always wanted

  59. fellowship. God has always wanted

  60. fellowship. And there's this line,

  61. there's a sacred line that runs from the

  62. smoke of Mount Si to the intimacy and

  63. the affection of the upper room in the

  64. last supper. From thunder and trembling

  65. to bread and a cup. From fire on a

  66. mountain to God at a table. Si wasn't

  67. God's final intention. Si was God's

  68. preparation. It was foreshadowing. So,

  69. Exodus 24 is not the climax of

  70. redemption. It is the foreshadowing of

  71. redemption. It's showing us what's going

  72. to happen. And so what happens on the

  73. mountain is fulfilled at the table. And

  74. what's fulfilled at the table is applied

  75. in us by Holy Spirit. So the first thing

  76. that I want you to really get into your

  77. heart is this. God wanted relationship

  78. but it came with limits. God wanted

  79. relationship but it came with limits.

  80. God invited them to come close

  81. at Si but not all the way. Let's look at

  82. that. Exodus chapter 24 beginning with

    Exodus 24 chapter mention

  83. verse 9. Then Moses went up also Aaron,

  84. Nadab, and Abaiu and 70 of the elders of

  85. Israel. And they saw the God of Israel.

  86. Look at that. They saw the God of

  87. Israel. And there was under his feet as

  88. it were a paved work of sapphire stone,

  89. and it was like the very heavens in its

  90. clarity. But on the nobles of the

  91. children of Israel, he did not lay his

  92. hand. So they saw God and they ate and

  93. drank. So God invites them. But then he

  94. defines the access. Not all Israel could

  95. ascend to the mountain at this time. Not

  96. all the leaders could go up equally.

  97. You see, holiness requires order. I want

  98. you to understand that if there's

  99. something out of order in your life, it

  100. is not holy. God is a God of order. So

  101. God is near in this instance, but not

  102. casual. He's present, but he's not

  103. really familiar. So, this is not

  104. rejection. It's really revelation by

  105. degree. So, before God shows his glory,

  106. he covers our sin. This is an important

  107. principle that you've got to get. God

  108. doesn't invite people into his presence

  109. without first making a way for them to

  110. stand there. God makes us right before

  111. he lets us come close. In Luke or Exodus

  112. 24 6-8, look at the in your word with

  113. me. And Moses took half the blood and

  114. put it in basins and half the blood

  115. sprinkled on the altar. Then he took the

  116. book of the covenant and read in the

  117. hearing of the people and said, "All

  118. that the Lord has said we will do and be

  119. obedient." And Moses took the blood,

  120. sprinkled it on the people, and said,

  121. "This is the blood of the covenant which

  122. the Lord has made with you according to

  123. all these words." So here you see that

  124. blood is shed before anyone goes up into

  125. the presence of the Lord. This is the

  126. the the order that you've got to get.

  127. First, there is the shedding of blood

  128. and then there is access. And when you

  129. have access because you're under the

  130. blood, then God gives you the vision of

  131. his glory. You see him clearly. Now,

  132. some of you are having difficulty

  133. because you've not come under the blood.

  134. You're living outside the blood of

  135. Jesus. And you wonder why God seems so

  136. distant and why you really can't get a

  137. good grasp and a picture of what's going

  138. on. It's because you first got to come

  139. under the blood. You have got to get

  140. your life in order before you can ascend

  141. to the presence of the Lord. So God

  142. shows us who he is, but he remains

  143. greater than what we can see. Notice

  144. this. They saw God,

  145. but the Bible says that God shows his

  146. glory without really revealing his full

  147. being. He reveals enough of himself to

  148. be known, but not so much that he can be

  149. fully grasped.

  150. He shows us who he is, but he remains

  151. greater than what we can see. They saw

  152. the God of Israel. Look at that in verse

  153. 10. Under his feet was a paved work of

  154. sapphire. It was so clear. It was like

  155. the heavens. What is this? God. Heaven

  156. literally came down. God came down. A

  157. piece of heaven came down with him and

  158. he's standing there in their presence.

  159. The Hebrew word that is translated they

  160. saw refers to a perceived manifestation.

  161. It's not an unveiled vision of God's

  162. essence. They did not see who he is in

  163. his fullness. They saw what God

  164. permitted them to perceive. They saw

  165. what he was standing on. They saw heaven

  166. come down to earth. You see, this is why

  167. the scripture never describes the face

  168. of God.

  169. Never describes the face of God. Only

  170. what is under his feet. Now, Sinai gives

  171. us a real encounter

  172. without full disclosure.

  173. There's glory at Sinai without

  174. incarnation. There's presence at Sinai

  175. without intimacy. There is revelation at

  176. Sinai but there's not fullness. But

  177. don't you understand this leads us to

  178. Jesus. That's why scripture says in in

  179. John 1 verse 18, no one has seen God in

    John 1:18

  180. any time. The only begotten son who is

  181. in the bosom of the father has declared

  182. him. So what was manifested at si is

  183. fully revealed in Jesus. Si revealed God

  184. partially but Jesus revealed God

  185. personally. God walked with them but he

  186. did not yet dwell in them. The covenant

  187. allowed access to God, but not yet God's

  188. inddwelling presence in them. They saw

  189. God and they ate and they drank.

  190. Wouldn't Wouldn't you like to go to

  191. dinner at that place? Man, it's

  192. stunning. It's It's amazing that that

  193. God did not judge them. Rather, he

  194. welcomed them. He's with them, but he is

  195. not in them. At Sinai, they ate before

  196. God. But God has not yet come to live

  197. inside his people. The second thing I

  198. want you to notice is this. Jesus

  199. brought God close by giving himself. God

  200. didn't just come near. He came in

  201. person. And that brings us to Luke 22

  202. verse number 14- 20. Then the hour had

  203. come. He sat down and the twel apostles

  204. with him. And he said to them, "With

  205. fervent desire," notice that with

  206. fervent desire, I have desired to eat

  207. this Passover with you before I suffer.

  208. There's so much in there that we could

  209. unpack. For I say to you, I will no

  210. longer eat of it until it's fulfilled in

  211. the kingdom of God. Then he took the

  212. cup, gave thanks, and said, "Take this,

  213. and divide it among yourself. For I say

  214. to you, I will not drink of the fruit of

  215. the vine until the kingdom of God comes.

  216. Then he took the bread, gave thanks,

  217. broke it, and gave it to them, saying,

  218. "This is my body which is given for you.

  219. Do this in remembrance of me." Likewise,

  220. he also took the cup after supper,

  221. saying, "This is the new covenant in my

  222. blood which is shed for you." Jesus said

  223. with fervent desire I have desired to

  224. eat this Passover with you. Now Si

  225. hinted

  226. but the upper room unveils.

  227. At Sinai God descends in glory. In the

  228. upper room God sits down with them in

  229. the flesh. God the word became flesh and

  230. now he was there among them at Si the

  231. blood ratifies the covenant but in the

  232. upper room the blood of Jesus is the

  233. covenant. Jesus said this is my body

  234. which is broken FOR YOU. HE SAID THIS

  235. cup is the new covenant of my blood. You

  236. see at the upper room the host became

  237. the offering.

  238. It is not another symbol. It is the

  239. fulfillment of what God was bringing to

  240. them in Exodus 24. They go from God

  241. being near us to God living in us.

  242. At Sinai, Moses ascends alone. But in

  243. the upper room, Jesus sits down with

  244. them all. And then he promises another

  245. helper in John chapter 15 verse number

    John 15 chapter mention

  246. 7. Nevertheless, I tell you the truth.

  247. It is for your advantage that I go away.

  248. For if I do not go away, the helper will

  249. not come to you. But if I depart, I will

  250. send him to you. Now look at that. The

  251. mountain to the upper room. And then you

  252. have the outpouring at Pentecost where

  253. they were together in one place. And

  254. there came a sound from heaven as of a

  255. rushing mighty wind. And it filled the

  256. whole place where they were sitting. And

  257. then there appeared to them cloven

  258. tongues like as of fire that set upon

  259. each of them. And they all began to

  260. speak in other tongues as the spirit of

  261. God enabled them. You see the upper room

  262. is not only where only where Christ gave

  263. his life. It is where he prepares a

  264. people for the spirit who will apply

  265. that life. The Holy Spirit does not

  266. replace Christ but he reveals Christ.

  267. The Holy Spirit glorifies Christ and the

  268. Holy Spirit indwells the finished work

  269. of Christ. So you understand the third

  270. thing is what was distant is now

  271. available.

  272. It was distant at Sinai but it became

  273. available in the upper room. In Hebrews

  274. chap 1

  275. verse 1 and two, God who at various

  276. times and in various ways spoke in time

  277. past to the fathers by the prophets has

  278. in these last days spoken to us by his

  279. son whom he appointed heir of all things

  280. through whom he has made the worlds. Oh

  281. wow. Si was one of those various ways

  282. that God spoke to his people. At Si

  283. there was fire. At Si there was a cloud.

  284. At Sinai there were stone tablets. But

  285. Jesus is not another way that God

  286. speaks. Jesus is God speaking fully. In

  287. the beginning was the word and the word

  288. was with God and the WORD WAS GOD. THE

  289. SAME WAS IN THE BEGINNING. WITH GOD ALL

  290. things were made by him, and without him

  291. was not anything made that was made.

  292. Jesus is the living revelation of

  293. almighty God.

  294. >> In Hebrews chapter 1, look at verse

    Hebrews 1 chapter mention

  295. three. who being the brightness of his

  296. glory and the express image of his

  297. person and upholding all things by the

  298. word of his power when he had by himself

  299. purged our sins sat down at the right

  300. hand of the majesty on high. Are you

  301. getting the significance of that? What

  302. of what's going on? This is all pointing

  303. to Calvary. the Passover that was

  304. instituted at the end of Exodus at the

  305. at the beginning rather of Exodus. The

  306. Passover where where they take the

  307. perfect lamb and it's slain and the

  308. blood is applied to the doorpost and the

  309. lentil and they have to consume that

  310. lamb and then the dinner that is on

  311. Mount Si in the presence of the Lord.

  312. Don't you understand? It's all pointing

  313. to Luke 22. It's all pointing to the

  314. upper room where Jesus is the Passover

  315. lamb. And then it goes to Calvary where

  316. that perfect lamb without blemish is

  317. slain for the sin of mankind. His body

  318. is broken so that you can be healed. He

  319. bears the stripes on his body so that

  320. cancer cannot rule you and heart disease

  321. cannot rule you and emphyma cannot

  322. control YOU AND DEPRESSION CANNOT

  323. YOU AND ANXIETY CANNOT DESTROY

  324. YOU NOR any anything physical, anything

  325. emotional, anything mental HAS NO POWER

  326. OVER YOU BECAUSE OF WHAT JESUS DID AT

  327. THE CROSS OF CALVARY. HIS BODY THAT WAS

  328. BROKEN, HIS BLOOD THAT WAS SHED, REDEEMS

  329. YOU FROM YOUR SIN.

  330. Somebody say, "Praise the Lord."

  331. And then if you go over to Hebrews

    Hebrews 8 chapter mention

  332. chapter 8,

  333. for this is the covenant that I will

  334. make with the house of Israel. Verse 10.

  335. After those days, says the Lord, I will

  336. put my law in their minds and write them

  337. on their hearts, and I will be their

  338. God, and they will be my people. And

  339. then if you flip over to chapter 10 and

  340. look at verse 15, the word says, "But

  341. the Holy Spirit also witnesses to us."

  342. You see, the Holy Spirit is the internal

  343. witness of the new covenant. What Christ

  344. accomplished objectively on the cross,

  345. the Holy Spirit supplies

  346. subjectively in the believer. The stone

  347. tablets become living hearts. The the

  348. external command becomes an internal

  349. desire. The ten commandments become the

  350. passion of my life. I will love the Lord

  351. my GOD WITH ALL MY HEART, with all my

  352. soul. NO OTHER GODS I WILL HAVE BEFORE

  353. HIM. That's my desire. I WANT TO KNOW

  354. HIM. SO I DON'T COVET another man's

  355. possessions or another man's wife. I

  356. will not commit adultery. I will not

  357. murder. I will NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS. I

  358. WILL NOT. WHY? BECAUSE THE DESIRE OF MY

  359. HEART. I'VE BEEN SET FREE BY THE

  360. SACRIFICE OF JESUS ON THE CROSS of

  361. Calvary.

  362. >> And so we have this ongoing access to

  363. God through the Holy Spirit. The spirit

  364. keeps us connected to God's presence.

  365. That's the key. The thing that God has

  366. been speaking to me in these last few

  367. months is the necessity to stay in his

  368. presence. You've got to pray. You've got

  369. to stay in the word. But you have also

  370. got to partake of communion. You need to

  371. partake of communion on a regular basis.

  372. Don't wait to Christmas and Easter.

  373. Don't wait until your small group has a

  374. communion time. Get yourself to the

  375. grocery store, buy you some crackers and

  376. some Welches, and get alone with Jesus

  377. and remember his body that was broken

  378. and his blood that was shed and declare

  379. his death every day so that you keep

  380. your MINDSET FOCUSED ON WHAT WILL get

  381. you through. When you have this

  382. reminder, this daily reminder that I am

  383. bought by the blood of Jesus, that it's

  384. his body that was broken for me that

  385. sets me free. It helps you get through

  386. the day.

  387. >> You need that.

  388. So, make sure get your lazy self out of

  389. bed and pray.

  390. >> Pray. Get in the word.

  391. Read the Bible

  392. >> and then remind yourself of the

  393. sacrifice of Jesus and take communion.

  394. Now look how the spirit keeps us. You

  395. see, we have ongoing access through the

  396. Holy Spirit. This is the Holy Spirit

  397. that keeps us connected to God's

  398. presence. Hebrews chap 10 verse 19 to

  399. 22. Therefore, brethren, having boldness

  400. to enter the holiest by the blood of

  401. Jesus, by a new living way, which he

  402. consecrated for us through the veil that

  403. is his flesh, and having a high priest

  404. over the house of God, let us draw near

  405. with a true heart in full assurance of

  406. faith, having our hearts sprinkled from

  407. an evil conscience, and our bodies

  408. washed with pure water. You see,

  409. boldness is not personality. Boldness is

  410. blood applied confidence. I am not you

  411. you can have a a boisterous spirit, a

  412. boisterous personality and and you can

  413. kind of be in anybody's face, but let me

  414. when you stand before God. The only way

  415. that you can have the boldness to go

  416. into the Holies of Holies is through the

  417. blood of Jesus. When Jesus looks at me,

  418. he doesn't see Mark and all of his past

  419. and all of his struggles and all of his

  420. failures. No, he sees the blood stain of

  421. Jesus over me. And so when he looks at

  422. me, he doesn't see my righteousness

  423. because my righteousness is nasty. IT'S

  424. FILTHY RAGS. BUT he sees the

  425. righteousness of his DEAR SON. AND GOD

  426. MADE HIM WHO KNEW NO SIN TO BECOME SIN

  427. FOR ME SO THAT I COULD BECOME THE

  428. RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS. SO

  429. I HAVE BOLDNESS TO COME INTO THE

  430. PRESENCE OF THE LORD NOT because of me

  431. but because of Jesus because he sees me

  432. through the lens of his dear son. So

  433. it's the spirit that keeps us there. It

  434. is the Holy Spirit that continues to

  435. draw us in here. It's the Holy Spirit

  436. that keeps us tender. He doesn't let us

  437. get hardened and callous by the things

  438. of the world. He guards us from drifting

  439. back into fear because somehow God seems

  440. distanced. You see, I'm here to tell you

  441. this morning that God is not off in the

  442. cosmos somewhere with a belt in his hand

  443. just waiting for you to mess up so he

  444. can come down and whoop YOU A GOOD ONE.

  445. GOD IS NOT A GOD LIKE THAT. HE IS A

  446. loving father that spread out a table.

  447. HE SPREAD a table before you in the

  448. presence OF YOUR ENEMIES. HE'S ANOINTED

  449. your head with oil. He causes your cup

  450. TO OVERFLOW. THE LORD IS LOOKING TO

  451. BLESS HIS SON. THE LORD IS LOOKING TO

  452. BLESS HIS DAUGHTER.

  453. >> It's the goodness of God that leads us

  454. to repentance.

  455. And then number four, I want you to see

  456. that the Holy Spirit

  457. makes what Jesus did real in us.

  458. The spirit brings the table.

  459. God just doesn't put a seat for you at

  460. the table. The spirit brings the table

  461. inside

  462. the believer.

  463. Come on now. The spirit brings the table

  464. in you. The Holy Spirit is not here to

  465. create a new experience. He is here to

  466. make Christ real. He takes what belongs

  467. to Jesus and makes it alive in you. The

  468. Holy Spirit doesn't shout over the sun.

  469. He shines the light on the sun. The Holy

  470. Spirit brings the table inside the

  471. believer. So what was once external is

  472. now internal. What was once occasional,

  473. it was occasionally that God appeared.

  474. It was occasionally that his glory was

  475. manifested. It was occasional. But Holy

  476. Spirit lets us know that now it is

  477. continual. You have a continual position

  478. in Christ. You are continually in the

  479. presence of the Lord. So it doesn't

  480. matter if I get up and it's raining and

  481. it's storming and it's cold outside.

  482. I've got the warmth of Jesus living

  483. inside of me. It doesn't matter if my

  484. finances are doing well or if I'm

  485. bankrupt. I've got the Jehovah Gyra that

  486. is living inside of me. IT DOESN'T

  487. MATTER WHAT'S GOING ON IN MY BODY. If

  488. I'm battling or struggling WITH SICKNESS

  489. BECAUSE I KNOW JEHOVAH RAFA IS living in

  490. me and he is my healer. It is a

  491. continual communion with the Lord.

  492. So Sinai told us that God is holy but

  493. the upper room tells us that God is

  494. willing and the Holy Spirit tells us

  495. that God is present within. At Sinai it

  496. said it said don't come near keep your

  497. distance but Jesus said take eat THIS IS

  498. MY BODY that was broken for you. JESUS

  499. SAID, "DRINK. THIS IS THE cup of the new

  500. covenant."

  501. And the spirit says, "Abide.

  502. Abide."

  503. The mountain prepared us.

  504. The table redeemed us, but it is the

  505. Holy Spirit that transforms us.

  506. So at Sinai,

  507. God is revealed partially,

  508. but Jesus

  509. revealed God personally

  510. and the Holy Spirit makes that

  511. revelation living within us.

  512. So how about some practical application?

  513. Number one,

  514. stop camping at the mountain.

  515. Stop camping at the mountain. God has

  516. already set the table. God doesn't want

  517. you standing far off. He wants you

  518. close. Draw near to me, he said, and I

  519. will draw near to you. Draw near to You

  520. need to draw near to Quit running from

  521. God. Quit being afraid of God. There

  522. there's a there's a holy fear that we

  523. need because we're going to stand in the

  524. judgment of the Lord. We're going to

  525. stand before God and give account for

  526. everything that we do. But there is an

  527. intimacy that leads us to a place where

  528. we don't have to fear God when you're in

  529. right relationship with God when you

  530. love him.

  531. Number two, quit striving for access

  532. that God has already given you.

  533. You don't have to earn what Jesus

  534. already gave. It is a free gift. You c

  535. you can't earn a gift. It is a gift.

  536. Number three, let the Holy Spirit move

  537. Christ work from theology into

  538. transformation.

  539. You don't need new doctrine. You don't

  540. need a new platform. What you need is a

  541. transformative work of Holy Spirit where

  542. Jesus comes alive inside of you. The

  543. Holy Spirit helps you to live out what

  544. Jesus finished on the cross.

  545. And then number four,

  546. lead from intimacy,

  547. not stored up memories of yesterday's

  548. encounters.

  549. >> Thank God for what he did yesterday. I

  550. mean, God revealed his glory yesterday.

  551. It was wonderful what God did yesterday.

  552. I thank the Lord for the the thing that

  553. the the experience that my grandparents

  554. had. My grandparents, my mother's mom

  555. and dad moved. They immigrated from

  556. Norway and came to Minnesota. Why?

  557. Number one, because they wanted

  558. religious freedom. They were filled with

  559. the Holy Spirit in Stavanga, Norway. And

  560. it was not accepted everywhere there.

  561. And so they had this yearning to come to

  562. a place where they could worship and

  563. experience the fullness of Holy Spirit

  564. with freedom. So they immigrated to

  565. Minnesota. Now I want you to understand

  566. that that was wonderful. I I am that is

  567. absolutely fabulous what happened in my

  568. grandparents. But I can't live off of

  569. their relationship with Jesus. I have to

  570. have an encounter today. I can't live on

  571. the encounter they had in 1900 and 1908.

  572. I have to have an encounter today. You

  573. can't make it off your mama and your

  574. daddy's religion. You have to have an

  575. encounter with Jesus today. You've got

  576. to know him. Yes, he is the God of

  577. Abraham. Yes, he is the God of Isaac.

  578. But he's also the God of Jacob. And he's

  579. also the God of Levi. And he's also the

  580. God of David. He is also the God of

  581. Paul. HE'S ALSO THE GOD OF ALL THE but

  582. he is my God. He did something for me. I

  583. THANK HIM THAT I WASN'T BORN into the

  584. church. I was born again into

  585. relationship with Jesus Christ. He set

  586. me free. So I want to lead from a

  587. current walk with God, not a past

  588. experience that someone else had with

  589. God.

  590. And that, my friend, is where we come to

  591. today

  592. where God is asking you,

  593. do you have a seat at the table?

  594. Is the table inside of you?

  595. Do you are you living in relationship

  596. with Jesus

  597. or are you living

  598. on a religious understanding

  599. without a relational experience?

  600. I mean, this world is full of religion.

  601. You ask a lot of people, especially down

  602. south, if they're a Christian, they'll

  603. tell you, "Yeah, I'm a Christian."

  604. But where's the relationship?

  605. The Bible says that wisdom is known by

  606. her children.

  607. In other words, if you what you say is

  608. true, there going to be some fruit.

  609. Hello.

  610. Where is the fruit of your relationship

  611. with God? That fruit is going to come

  612. out how you think, how you feel, what

  613. you do, and what you say. That fruit is

  614. going to come out your real relationship

  615. with Jesus. When things get hard, when

  616. the pressure is turned on, when the heat

  617. is turned up, what do you do? Who do you

  618. turn to?

  619. Pressure doesn't make you. It reveals

  620. what's in you.

  621. What's in you? And if there's anything

  622. in there but Jesus, you need to get rid

  623. of it. You need to move from Sinai to

  624. the upper room.

  625. You need to experience the revelation of

  626. the cross of Calvary on a personal

  627. level. And then, my friend, you need the

  628. baptism of the Holy Ghost. You need to

  629. be filled with the spirit of God. You

  630. need a prayer language. When you don't

  631. know how to pray, the Spirit himself

  632. will make intercession for you with

  633. groanings that cannot be uttered.

  634. Because the Spirit knows the mind of God

  635. and always prays according to the will

  636. of God. Do you understand the power that

  637. you are forfeiting? If you believe that

  638. the outpouring of the Holy Spirit was

  639. just for the first century and doesn't

  640. happen today,

  641. you're living below your standards.

  642. Then that actually is a damnable

  643. doctrine

  644. because God, everything about God is

  645. personal. He wants to personally love

  646. you, save you, heal you, and fill you

  647. with his spirit.
