I'll tell you what.

I look at all you,

man. We had a time praising and

worshiping. Huh?

>> Oh, I'm telling you. I don't know about

you, but I'm feeling like a young man,

even though I'm not one. You don't have

to be one to feel like one.

>> Amen.

Glory to God. Let me get myself set up

here

and

get this all going.

And I want to share with you a couple

things today.

And but before I do,

I love being here.

I love it.

>> I I don't like it. I love it. I maybe

notice the difference between liking and

loving.

I learned that when I was unsaved.

But one of the things I I love

is I love to be around shepherds

that love sheep.

No matter how the sheep smell,

they still love them.

And I want you to know you got

shepherds.

>> Apostle prophet over there.

>> Come on with this. They love they love

you.

>> And seeing as as a see and I come here

as a well I don't I I don't come as an

apostle. I come as a shepherd. Anybody

know what I'm talking about? I'd rather

come as a father

and say and because I want to come and

love you. I want to love on you. I don't

care whether you love me or not.

Well, I'm not to say something to offend

you.

H

might I might say something that'll hurt

you,

but but it's it's to get you on the

right course because I love you.

Hello. See, our parents corrected us

because I love you. When I'm around

shepherds that uh especially people that

are over ministers and they don't

correct the ministers, I say it's

because they don't love them.

>> See, cuz he who he loveth, he chastises.

Hallelujah. But they love you. And see,

shepherds, they they're not there to

chastise you. They're there to take you

to where the water is and where the food

is.

But the other thing, too, is this church

has great administration. How about

great praise and worship?

I don't care who the worship leader is,

they're getting me there.

And glory to God, I love being in the

presence.

You know, when I first got saved, I I

got saved in the Catholic Charismatic

Movement. And after a couple months in

that, I left. And I I went to a

Pentecostal church. I mean, like a pent

up Pentecostal church. I'm talking about

a holiness church. You know, the

preacher was preaching on the Ten

Commandments and I answered every call

and he said, "That's impossible." I

said, "No, it's not."

But but I needed that. Come on. I needed

that holiness message in me.

>> But but every time I went there, the

there was a man at the door and he would

go, "Jesus in me loves you." Every Jesus

and and it was every time I went and I

had my wife, my little girl, and he go,

"Jesus in me loves you." After about six

weeks of that, on the seventh week, I

said, "Well, how do you feel about me?"

Hello. I know. I know Jesus loves me.

I've known that for before I even got

here. But how how come on and see I can

feel the love in here.

I I want to talk a little bit I I guess

on something that's really special.

Several years ago,

going back about

37 years ago,

I was ministering in an inner city

church in Chicago.

Great man of God was a leader of that

church, John Ehart.

And I was in that church

and I want to share a little bit about

that. Can I share a little bit about

that?

And I was ministering

out of Habachok.

Go there. Go ahead. Habac. Habach. I

don't care how you pronounce it. Just

get there.

All right. It starts with an H.

And Habac

was about 16, 17 years old.

And the Assyrians

had Jerusalem surrounded.

They had the entire population of

Jerusalem outnumbered by hundreds to

one.

It was the night before a war

and Habac

16, 17 years old

has to climb the ladder

to get on top of the wall.

to get on the wall

of

Jerusalem.

And when he gets up to the top of the

wall, he has to walk down the top.

And he's passing by the soldiers.

And the soldiers

have swords, spears,

these long type of pitchforks,

and pots of boiling water.

And the reason why I know he's not 18 is

because to be a soldier in the Lord's

army, you had to be 18.

And he was going to be a watchman in the

tower. And every tower had four watchmen

in it. They were all between 16 and 17

years of age. for because they could

look to the north, the south, the east,

and the west all at the same time. They

could see what's going on outside the

wall and what the fighting would be

inside the wall.

And he knew

at that age that this might be the day,

this might be the night because he's

going up on the midnight hour

that he dies.

And he says this,

"I will stand

upon my watch."

All of us are called to be watchmen on

the wall. And we've got to stand.

We've got to stand in righteousness.

We've have to stand in holiness.

We have to stand in faith

believing for a victory.

I'll stand upon my watch and set myself

on the rampart, the tower, and watch the

sea. Listen, what he'll say to me,

he needed a word from God. When you're

between a rock and a hard place, that's

when you really want to hear him, don't

you?

When everything's going wrong is when

you really want to hear him.

But something's taking place here.

And I was ministering on this scripture

at that church.

And as I was ministering on that

scripture, I began to see something very

clearly. And that was this.

That there's something about when you

get into the presence of God that is so

special.

Hello.

Because in in the presence of God, you

leave chrono time and you go into chyros

time.

>> And you see there are two different

times. Chrono time you is measure time.

Chyros time is beyond measure.

I know when I'm in the midst of praise

and worship. I know when I'm when I'm

somewhere where he is and I know when he

isn't.

Hello. You can feel the atmospheres.

I go into cities. I go into countries

and I sense the atmosphere

and I discern

the demonic activity that I'm going to

be facing in that place and where and

and I'm asking God, give me the divine

strategy

for the attack.

Because I love to fight.

I love to fight before I got saved. I

love to fight after I got saved.

Hello.

I started boxing when I was in fifth

grade. By the time I was senior in high

school, I had 77 sanctioned fights. I

lost six. My first six. I didn't lose

after that. You know why I hated getting

hit.

And every young man has that within him.

Has that drive or should have that drive

within him.

And he's saying he'll stand and he'll

watch to see what he'll say to me.

Because here is what's happening. He's

caught up in the presence of God. He's

in that Kronos time. He's going into

that time that has no measurement.

It's amazing when you're caught up in

the presence of God because you could be

there for an hour and think it was

minutes. Hello. You could be there for

minutes and thinking you and you got an

hour worth of stuff in a download. Come

on. It's just like that.

So, he's waiting for a word from God

and he's sensing that he's in that

presence. He knows he's in that moment.

And he says, "And I will and he'll what

he'll say to me. And I will answer when

I am corrected."

He's looking to be corrected. What's the

correction he's looking for? He's

believing he's going to die,

but he wants to believe he's going to

live.

Let me tell you something I've learned

about fear.

Fear

is only conquered when you face it.

Fear is only conquered when you charge

to it.

Somebody said to me

recently, even I've had this said to me

many times.

Well, aren't Aren't you Aren't you af

Are Aren't you afraid of man? No, I'm

not afraid of man. Uh-uh.

Because perfect love casts out all fear.

>> I fear God.

>> I fear God,

but I don't fear mankind.

I don't fear Satan

because he's a servant.

He's a slave.

But Jesus feared God. He couldn't take

it. He couldn't take it on that cross

that that God couldn't look upon him

when he had that sin on him. And he and

it was like all of a sudden it was that

all of a sudden the fear was coming on

him.

But all of a sudden he had to believe.

He had to face it.

He had to face it

because you see the fear is losing the

love of God.

That's what the fear is, losing the love

of God.

And so here he is

and he's knows he's in love with God and

God is in love with him and that and

then he says and the Lord answered me

and said write the vision and make it

plain on tablets that he may run who

reads it and yet the vision for is an

appointed time but at the end it will

speak and it will not lie though it

tries. Wait for it because it will

surely come. It will not tear.

Now,

in other words,

it this is incredible. I want you to

hear this. Scripture many times is is

the word of God, right? It's the word of

God. But sometimes you got to see it.

Yeah. I got to see it to read it. No,

that's not what I'm talking about. See

it to read it. You have to visualize it.

And what he's saying is what you see to

me, what you say to me, I will see it.

He didn't say hear it.

Why didn't he say hear it?

He didn't say hear it. He said I'll see

it.

And so when he spoke to him, it formed a

picture. It formed some kind of a

picture. I want you to understand this.

Your mind

is

works like this.

Everything you've ever read, you've

already forgot 80% of it. Even if you

read it last week,

every sermon you've ever heard,

within one hour of walking out that

door, you've forgotten 80% of it. That's

why when you go to have lunch later and

somebody says, "What was he talking

about?" Um,

um, God

h

But you, your mind is an incredible

photo album.

>> It is incredible photo. You have never

forgotten anything you've ever seen.

It's just that you haven't had an event

that caused you to remember.

But the moment you have an event or

somebody says something, you remember

you remember that crazy relative.

Most of you have just saw a face

because we all have one.

So your mind is like this photo album

with all of these pictures of things

that happened in your past.

You see what what changes our lives are

events.

The greatest change the greatest events

that events that change our lives are

things that happen from people.

And so and then he tells so he's seeing

something and says for the vision is yet

for an appointed time. All of a sudden,

he knows something that no matter what

happens,

I will live.

Because this vision,

the fulfillment of what he's seeing in

the spirit of God is something in the

presence of God is something that's

going to happen in the future. And if

it's going to be a future thing, it

means that this is not the dawn that he

dies.

And so, and it's for an appointed time.

In other words, there's another time

that this thing's going to be fulfilled.

Come on.

There's such a thing as a good dream.

Amen.

There's nightmares. There's bad dreams.

There's good dreams. There's great

dreams.

But then there's a God dream.

And a God dream is different than all

those other dreams

because a God dream is all about

destiny.

>> And remember, no matter what these

dreams are, even your dreams, you

remember, you know, well, what do you do

about uh

a bad dream? Wake up.

What What do you What do What do you do

about a nightmare? Wake up.

Wake up.

Rebuke it.

Hello.

Good dream, just lay there and sleep

with a smile on your face.

Great dream, oh, come on. That should

motivate you.

But a God dream,

a God dream will cause you to wake up

with passion.

I have people tell me all the time,

"I've got a dream and I I've had a

vision." And I know that they haven't. I

know that had to do with the cornbread

or muffins or something they were eating

night before. Why? Because they're not

doing anything about it.

Hello.

I I'm not going to I you know what? I'm

I'm not going to finish this message. I

want to I want to go to something else.

I was ministering this message. I have

more to say here,

but I was in that church in Chicago,

inner city church.

And I was supposed to walk off the

platform that way and instead I walked

off the platform that way. Don't know

why because I was younger then. I don't

get I didn't get confused like I do now.

So I I went off the platform that way

and I start started coming around and

right where you're sitting, darling,

there was this young girl,

5 foot three,

this black girl.

She was probably about as big as my

thigh.

Skinny. skinny little thing. She had

three little boys right at her feet

and she had this heavy wool coat on,

long wool coat on. And when I got near

her, I could smell. It smelled like

mothballs.

And she came up and she grabbed my coat.

Yes, she did. She grabbed my coat

and started pulling on my coat. started

crying

and she said,

"I had a dream, but I lost it."

And I said to her,

I said real quick because I'm, you know,

I'm walking and I said to her and she

she's kind of like with this and the

boys are with her and I'm kind of like

pulling along and and I and I'm kind of

looking back cuz she's got me back here

and and and I said to her I said,

"Honey,

you still had the dream." I stopped.

I stopped

and I said,

I said, "You you you still had the

dream?" "No, no, I lost the dream." I

said, "How'd you lose your dream?"

She said, "I was 12.

Nine boys raped me and shot me with

drugs. And from that point on, I became

a prostitute at 12."

She said, "I've been a prostitute

until three weeks ago when I came to

Jesus and I haven't had any drugs since.

And I'm like, and I said, "You walk with

me."

And so she started walking with me. And

the little boys were with me. And the

one little boy,

he put both of his feet on my foot,

wrapped his head right here. He was a

little one.

Then the other one, he got me right, he

got me right here and was also holding

part of my jacket. Then the big one, he

was about this size. And he started

screaming, "Don't touch my mama. I'll

kill you." And he's screaming at me. And

I said, "I'm not going to touch your

mama. I'm not going to touch your mama."

And I'm trying to walk and I'm dragging

these kids.

And she's coming along and a couple

ladies came around and said, "Leave the

man of God alone. leave the man of God.

I said, "No, no, I want to talk to her."

I said, "But you just got to walk with

me down there." So, she's walking with

me. And as she's walking with me, I'm

talking to her and I said to her, "You

can't lose that dream. You still have

that dream." "NO, I DON'T. I LOST MY

DREAM." I SAID, "Wait a minute.

What was the dream?"

Well, the dream was

that I saw a woman and I saw this woman

with

white shoes

and white nylons,

white skirt, white blouse, little white

house with a cross.

I said, "That's a nurse." She said, "I

know. I wanted to be a nurse from the

time I was 9 years old till I was 12.

And I said, "Honey, you can still be a

nurse.

The dream's still alive."

I said, "What kind of grades did you get

from 9 years old to 12?" She said, "As

B's?"

I said, "Because you were trying to be a

nurse."

She said, "Yeah."

I said, 'Well, you're going to be a

nurse.

I said, ' Let me share something with

you.

Oh, you didn't lose the dream, you lost

the passion.

Somebody with me?

Because you see, she had the passion

from 9 to 12.

And you see whether it's a great dream

or a God dream, the only way that dream

will ever be fulfilled is if you wake up

with a passion to fulfill it. Because

passion is the empowerment to pursue.

Hello. It's a grace.

Grace comes in many forms.

It's a it's a grace that empowers you.

The passion is what gives you the drive.

I mentioned I used the word I said the

passion

will give you the power to pursue

becoming a nurse. It'll cause you to be

resilient. And she said to me, "What's

resilient mean?" I said, "It means you

don't quit."

I learned as a boy,

you don't stop fighting until the bell

rings.

Hello. You don't stop. You don't stop

playing football. You don't stop to play

until the whistle blows. Hello.

And I said, resilience means you don't

stop

until you hear God blow the trumpet. Oh,

somebody with me.

And I shared this with her and I said,

I said, "But the other thing is

a great dream, a a God-given dream

requires a sacrifice."

You've got to sacrifice.

You've got to sacrifice time. You've got

to sacrifice money.

You're going to have to sacrifice your

body. You're going to have to sacrifice

even time with your children.

Everything.

Everything is going on the altar

of sacrifice.

Because without sacrifice,

nobody accomplishes anything.

Because every time

you want to do something, become

something, every time you want to

achieve something, you've got to learn

something.

And you're going to have to change.

You're going to have to become more

disciplined in some part of your life in

order to accomplish that.

And I said, you're going to have to be

very disciplined

in what you're doing,

but you can be that RN.

And then the next thing I shared with

her was this.

You've got to be focused.

You cannot allow family and friends to

distract you.

Because let me tell you,

Paul Costa, he was a NFL football

player, one of my best friends for many

years.

We wrote a book together. We wrote this

thing. We did research on NFL ball

players

and NBA players that were multi-million

dollar players. And you know what we

discovered? 80% within five to seven

years were broke

of making millions of dollars. Same

thing was true with with people that win

the lottery. Same same percentage.

Now, I've heard many times, well, it's

because they didn't have enough

financial knowledge. How many of you

heard that? No, they had the they what

it was family and friends.

Hello. That had some kind of brilliant

idea to start a restaurant or something.

never worked in one in the day in their

life, but they were going to have this

restaurant

or whatever business it was.

Family and friends. He himself

had many businesses and he had family

and friends in them. And guess what? Mo

almost all of them went bankrupt.

And that's what we discovered

because you're going to have to

eliminate

people in your life who are holding you

back in order for you to go forward.

Somebody with me, boy, you're quiet.

And so,

and I said, you've got to be focused.

It's like the scripture says, you got to

keep your eye on the prize.

You got to keep your eye on the throne.

You have to stay focused.

And then

some lady came by and started to take

her coat off. And I discovered

something. She wasn't wearing a dress.

She was wearing a slip.

She didn't own a dress.

We're talking poor.

I mean, I should say poa.

That's poorer than poor.

So, I don't know what happened to her,

but many years later,

I'm going back now

probably about 17 years ago,

I'm in another church in Chicago.

Only this church is in the suburbs.

But just like the one that was in the

inner city, it's an all black church.

But the difference is that church is

almost 200 people. It may have been 180

people,

doctors, lawyers,

business people.

There was even a state senator in that

church.

Whole different crowd. probably the

probably the same offering as the one

with a thousand people in it,

whole different group.

The pastor said, I went to after I

ministered there, I went to the back

room and the pastor said, I got somebody

wants to meet you. So,

uh, there was all these people in the

room when I when I went in there and the

room was kind of packed with people and

some of them were standing around the

wall in this little back room behind the

behind the platform.

And I go in there and this little lady

comes up. She's about 5 foot three, gray

hair,

round. Can I say round? Plump.

Round.

you know, with a face like a cherub.

Hello.

>> You ever You ever see them cherub face

ladies?

And And she's she's crying. She's got

tears in her eyes.

And she says to me,

"Remember me?"

Now, I was a pretty wild guy before

Jesus.

And I'm thinking,

I don't know if I want to,

but I'm thinking I I see I I'm thinking

I'm in trouble

because when a woman says remember me

and you don't remember her, that's not

going to go real well no matter what.

So no matter what, you're losing. And

I'm like, oh my god. I mean I and and le

she had some grace. She said, "Do you

remember

the gal

that got off drugs with the three little

boys?" I said, "Yeah,

I'm her."

It was her.

And

She began to tell me the story.

And the story was

three weeks or a couple weeks later,

she got a job at a hospital as a

cleaning lady.

And she after I don't know almost a year

of being a cleaning lady, she discovered

the the hospital had schools

was the largest hospital in the city and

in the state of Illinois. and she

started sharing this with me and how she

she became some kind of what they call a

nurse's aid.

You ever hear of that? A nurse's aid.

She studied to become a nurse's aid.

And then she studied to be what's called

a an LPN, licensed practical nurse.

Then she became a licensed practical

nurse. And then she studied to become an

RN.

See, and I told her about the sacrifice

part. I said, 'Honey, you're going to be

on buses and you're going to fall asleep

because you're going to be so worn out

between taking care of these three boys,

working, going to school, doing all

that.

And I'm thinking I'm thinking she'll

never pay that price. Hello. Cuz most

people I talk to have a lot more going

for them and they're telling me they got

dreams and visions and they never do it.

And here she is. She's got everything

against her.

Everything.

And here she's doing it. But wait a

minute. That's not the end of the story.

She went and got her master's degree in

business administration

and she she became the head of all the

hospital personnel.

six figures job.

And then she introduced me to her first

son

who played football for the University

of Michigan, played a couple years with

the Detroit Lions, and she introduced

him to me and he's a surgeon in her

church.

I mean, in her her hospital,

Mama's Hospital. He's he's the doctor.

Then she introduced me to the he's the

one that remember that was threatening

my life.

Now he's saving people's lives.

Then she introduces me to the next son.

Went to University of Michigan on a

football scholarship

and he

became a lawyer.

He's a lawyer. They're all members of

the church.

Then she introduced me to the young one,

the one, remember the one on my foot?

I'm, you know, I'm like dragging him

along

and he just graduated from University of

Michigan. Tried out for a pro team,

didn't make it. And he

is debating about whether or not he's

going to, he tells me he was debating

about being a lawyer or being a doctor,

and he decided to be both.

Hello.

And I said in front of everybody in that

room, I said, "You boys are what you are

because your mama is a walking dream.

She is the picture of the dream. She's

the talking dream. She's the walking

dream."

And I remember telling her the last

thing I said to her is you will be the

model. You'll be the dream for your

boys.

And she became the dream.

And every one of you have a dream. The

one thing I know about everyone in this

room is that you have a dream.

And that dream can't be denied.

It's there.

And it don't matter

how old you are.

It don't matter where you've come from.

It don't it don't matter how much or how

come on education you have or have not.

The dream is there.

We had people here

for the last two days giving testimonies

and speaking.

Some of them never even

finished high school.

Hello. Every one of them had some kind

of a handicap in life and became

multi multi-millionaires

through business.

Hello

because they believe they could. They

believed the impossibility of their

dream. Could you all stand, please?

Please stand.

Thank you.

No, we're not going to do exercises,

but I want you to do this. Take your

hand. Go like that. Now go like that.

Now go here and say, "I

>> I have

>> a dream."

>> A dream.

>> I have

>> a dream.

>> I have a dream.

>> Now say this. I have a dream.

>> I have a dream

>> that cannot be denied.

>> I have a dream.

>> That cannot be denied.

>> that cannot be denied.

>> I have a dream

>> that cannot be denied. Turn around to

three people and tell them they have a

dream that cannot be denied. You have a

dream that cannot be denied.

Mhm.

Now,

are you ready for this?

turn around to the same three people and

say, "I have a dream that cannot be

denied.

I still

I still have a dream

>> that cannot be denied.

>> And I

and you're in a church

that has a dream. North Palm has a dream

that cannot be denied.

Dream,

sacrifice,

have passion,

stay focused,

keep on keeping on.
