  1. All right, good morning again.

  2. Um, thank you. I I want to uh to get

  3. right at it because we just got a lot

  4. going on and I I feel like we just need

  5. to take something and do together as a

  6. body. Would you take a moment just lift

  7. your hands with me? Come on, everybody

  8. lift your hands with me. Father, we pray

  9. for our nation. We pray for our service

  10. members. We lift them up, God, all over

  11. the world. We pray your protection, God.

  12. Angelic forces, captain of the host of

  13. the Lord, come down among our service

  14. members, protect us, Father. And Lord,

  15. we just call forth revival. We call

  16. forth revival in Venezuela. We call

  17. forth revival in Cuba. We call forth

  18. revival in Iran. We declare that Persia

  19. belongs to Jesus.

  20. This world belongs to Jesus. Holy

  21. Spirit, fill us with your presence. Now,

  22. with your hands still lifted up, pray

  23. this prayer with me out loud. Holy

  24. Spirit, open my ears that I can hear

  25. what you have to say. Open my heart.

  26. Make it receptive.

  27. I give you permission to move deep in my

  28. life, to form my heart, to form my

  29. character. Jesus, have your way in me

  30. today. Amen. Amen. Now, open your Bibles

  31. to Second Timothy chapter 2 verse 20 and

    2 Timothy 2:20

  32. 21. I want to talk to you for a few

  33. minutes about how we have been set apart

  34. for a supernatural assignment. We have

  35. been set apart for a supernatural

  36. assignment. 2 Timothy 2 20. But in a

  37. great house there are not only vessels

  38. of gold and silver, but also of wood and

  39. clay, some for honor and some for

  40. dishonor.

  41. Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself

  42. from the latter, he will be a vessel for

  43. honor,

  44. sanctified

  45. and useful for the master,

  46. prepared

  47. for every good work. I want you to

  48. notice that

  49. sanctified,

  50. useful,

  51. and prepared.

  52. So Paul is writing this as a spiritual

  53. father and he's he's nearing the end of

  54. his life. He knows that he's not got

  55. long left. And so Timothy, his spiritual

  56. son, is leading the church in Ephesus.

  57. But as Timothy is working among the

  58. Ephesians, he is surrounded by all types

  59. of doctrinal error and moral compromise.

  60. As a matter of fact, in the just a

  61. couple verses prior, uh Paul tells

  62. Timothy, "Shun profane and idol

  63. babblings for they will increase to more

  64. ungodliness

  65. and their message will spread like

  66. cancer." Himenius and Felitus are of

  67. this sort. Look at this. who have

  68. strayed concerning the truth, saying

  69. that the resurrection is already passed

  70. and they overthrew the faith of some.

  71. They were jeopardizing the the NASB says

  72. the faith because they were putting out

  73. doctrinal error. And so Paul tells

  74. Timothy,

  75. "Don't chase influence.

  76. Become a vessel.

  77. Become a vessel,

  78. a great house. There are many vessels.

  79. Become a vessel of honor. And that word

  80. vessel in Greek is an an instrument, an

  81. implement, a container

  82. that has a purpose.

  83. So God created you a vessel

  84. for a purpose.

  85. You're just not pretty. You're pretty

  86. and useful.

  87. >> Amen. Pastor, that's good preacher. And

  88. then he said uses the word cleanses. He

  89. that cleanses himself. And that means to

  90. purge thoroughly. And it's speaking of a

  91. decisive removal.

  92. Sanctification, holiness is not

  93. optional. It is necessary. You have to

  94. make a decisive act to purify yourself

  95. from the things of the world. And so,

  96. and then he uses that word sanctified.

  97. sanctified and useful. And sanctified

  98. literally means having been set apart as

  99. holy. And he's using a tense of the verb

  100. here that emphasizes an ongoing

  101. condition.

  102. You've you've took you've taken a step.

  103. You've accepted Christ in your heart.

  104. You've made a decision. I'm going to

  105. serve the Lord. You've confessed your

  106. sin. But after that, you're ongoing

  107. allowing HOLY SPIRIT TO WASH YOU, to

  108. cleanse you, to get your thinking

  109. changed, to get your feelings changed.

  110. He uses the word useful. Useful,

  111. serviceable, useful, something that is

  112. fit for use.

  113. Just because someone calls themsel a

  114. Christian doesn't mean they're fit to be

  115. used by God.

  116. Don't get quiet on me.

  117. I think it hits.

  118. And then he said, "Prepared.

  119. Prepared.

  120. Ready. Made ready in advance."

  121. Your sanctification gets you ready

  122. before

  123. God uses you. So here's the progression.

  124. cleansed, sanctified, useful, prepared

  125. and and it ends up with good works. So

  126. cleansing leads to sanctification.

  127. Sanctification produces usefulness.

  128. Usefulness

  129. um results in being prepared. It results

  130. in readiness. And when you're ready,

  131. when you're prepared, you are able to do

  132. the good works that God has called you

  133. to do. And so Paul's not talking to

  134. Timothy using salvation language. He's

  135. using stewardship language. He's it's

  136. the spirit of God, the same spirit that

  137. continues to empower believers today.

  138. But the Bible teaches that he entrusts

  139. greater weight, greater power to those

  140. prepared vessels.

  141. So they there there's this biblical

  142. pattern that's repeated over and over.

  143. Consecration

  144. increases capacity and capacity allows

  145. you to f fulfill your commission, the

  146. calling that God put on you before you

  147. were born.

  148. So this it runs literally from Sinai all

  149. the way through Pentecost and then to

  150. the through the pastoral epistles of

  151. Paul and into Revelation. So let's look

  152. at consecration.

  153. Consecration.

  154. You have to come to an altar before God

  155. can let you fulfill an assignment.

  156. There has to be an altar prepared.

  157. Before God releases public

  158. power, he requires private alignment.

  159. Exodus chapter 19.

    Exodus 19 chapter mention

  160. I want you to see this. Exodus 19:10.

    Exodus 19:10

  161. The Lord said to Moses, "Go to the

  162. people and consecrate them today and

  163. tomorrow, and let them wash their

  164. clothes, and then let them be ready for

  165. the third day. For on the third day, the

  166. Lord will come down upon Mount Si in the

  167. sight of all the people. Let them wash

  168. their clothes." You know, Peter talks

  169. about this when he says, "Wherefore

  170. laying aside all malice and gile and

  171. envy and hypocrisy and all evil,

  172. speaking as newborn babes desire the

  173. sincere milk of the word that you can

  174. grow thereby." And the imagery that's

  175. painted in the Greek there is literally

  176. taking off dirty clothes. Some of you

  177. can't be used by God because you're

  178. wearing the dirty clothes of the world

  179. and you haven't allowed Holy Spirit to

  180. come in and sanctify. You haven't laid

  181. some stuff down that is hindering you

  182. from being used. So the Hebrew word

  183. consecrate that's translated consecrate

  184. means to set apart as sacred and it

  185. implies a separation for a divine

  186. purpose. So before God revealed himself

  187. at Sinai, he first called the people to

  188. consecration and then before Israel went

  189. into the promised land. The Bible tells

  190. us in Joshua 3 verse number 5, Joshua

  191. said to the people, "Sanctify yourselves

  192. for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders

  193. among you."

  194. There's this this this thing that word

  195. sanctify in the Hebrew literally means

  196. it it means wonders. Sanctification,

  197. purification precedes the wonders that

  198. God wants to do.

  199. They were to consecrate themselves today

  200. because tomorrow God was going to do

  201. wonders.

  202. >> Do you get that?

  203. >> Consecration

  204. precedes manifestation

  205. in 1 Thessalonians chapter 4

    1 Thessalonians 4 chapter mention

  206. verse three. For this is the will of

  207. God.

  208. Now, don't raise your hand, but how many

  209. of you want the will of God? Oh, I told

  210. you not to raise your hand.

  211. >> This is the will of God, your

  212. sanctification.

  213. Sanctification is God's will for your

  214. life.

  215. >> That you should abstain from sexual

  216. immorality.

  217. that each of you should know how to

  218. possess his own vessel in sanctification

  219. and honor, not in passion of lust like

  220. the Gentiles who do not know God, that

  221. no one should take advantage and defraud

  222. his brother in this matter. Because the

  223. Lord is the avenger of all such as we

  224. have forewarned you and testified. For

  225. God did not call us to uncleanness, but

  226. to holiness.

  227. Therefore, he who rejects this does not

  228. reject man

  229. but God who has given us the Holy

  230. Spirit.

  231. >> Rejecting holiness is re that that

  232. cleansing is the same as rejecting the

  233. God who gives us the power to do his

  234. works.

  235. So that word that's translated

  236. sanctification means holiness,

  237. consecration, moral purity. And so Paul

  238. ties this directly. You are called to

  239. holiness and then the gift of the spirit

  240. comes in and he moves in your life.

  241. But you know why some folk have a

  242. problem and can't operate in power

  243. because they don't allow God to san?

  244. They don't allow they don't sanctify

  245. themselves. is it's there's a connection

  246. between the gifts of the Holy Spirit and

  247. the fruit of the Holy Spirit. And a lot

  248. of times it goes back to that last fruit

  249. number nine that is listed in the famous

  250. list of the fruit of the spirit is

  251. called self-control

  252. or in Spanish dominium propio

  253. because you can't control yourself. See

  254. he said sanctify yourselves.

  255. you. Some folk are waiting on lightning

  256. from heaven to take that desire.

  257. God, if you just take that desire away.

  258. Now, I've seen God do it. He can do it.

  259. But sometimes God says, "I want to give

  260. you the gift of self-control where you

  261. might have a desire. You might have this

  262. urge. YOU MIGHT HAVE THIS APPETITE, BUT

  263. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO IT BECAUSE YOU

  264. LOVE ME MORE THAN YOUR APPETITE."

  265. >> SO, here's a foundational life

  266. principle.

  267. Sanctification removes rival thrones.

  268. And God said, "I will have no other God

  269. before me." So Romans chapter 6:13,

  270. Paul said, "Do not pre present your

  271. members as instruments of

  272. unrighteousness to sin, but present

  273. yourselves to God, as being alive from

  274. the dead, and your members as

  275. instruments of righteousness to God.

  276. For sin shall not have dominion over

  277. you, for you are not under the law, but

  278. under grace. So that word instrument

  279. instrument here is literally talking

  280. about a weapon.

  281. A weapon. Your body becomes a weapon in

  282. somebody's hand.

  283. >> You are a weapon. But consecration is

  284. what determines whose hand your body is

  285. in.

  286. >> Who is the weap the one that's wielding

  287. your weapon?

  288. SO IF YOU DON'T ALLOW HOLINESS and

  289. sanctification and and and that

  290. cleansing to take place, you become an

  291. instrument OF SIN. SO SATAN'S HOLDING

  292. YOU, USING YOU.

  293. So how about some practical application?

  294. Immediate repentance. You don't need to

  295. wait till tomorrow. You need to repent

  296. today. And you need to surrender on a

  297. daily basis. Go before the Lord God. I

  298. present my body a living sacrifice,

  299. holy, acceptable unto you. And this is

  300. my reason, my spiritual act of worship.

  301. I'm not going to conform any longer to

  302. the pattern of this world.

  303. Daily surrender. And then how about

  304. remove those hidden areas of compromise

  305. that you have in your life.

  306. You know, those things you do when ain't

  307. nobody watching.

  308. what you're looking at on your phone

  309. when nobody's around.

  310. Look at your neighbor.

  311. Say, "Stop it."

  312. >> So sanctification is not earning power.

  313. You don't earn the power of God.

  314. It is removing obstruction.

  315. It is removing the hindrance. so that

  316. the power of God can flow freely. So

  317. here the prophetic promise in Ezekiel

  318. chap 36 26 and 27 the the Lord said I

  319. will give you a new heart and put a new

  320. spirit within you and I will take the

  321. heart of stone out of your flesh and

  322. give you a heart of flesh and I will put

  323. my spirit within you and cause you to

  324. walk in my statutes and you will keep my

  325. judgments and do them.

  326. >> Hallelujah.

  327. >> I will put my spirit ra I will put my

  328. rak in you. It is the spirit that causes

  329. obedience. Sanctification is both

  330. commanded from God and enabled BY GOD.

  331. GOD TELLS us to be sanctified and then

  332. he empowers us to actually DO WHAT HE

  333. REQUIRED US TO DO.

  334. WELL, come on. Somebody need to get

  335. happy about that.

  336. >> God enables you to do what he said. So,

  337. if you're thinking you can't quit that,

  338. you can't stop that, you can't lay that

  339. down, the devil is a lie. I'm telling

  340. you that THE GOD THAT TOLD YOU TO QUIT

  341. IS THE GOD THAT'LL ENABLE YOU TO QUIT.

  342. And this was fulfilled at Pentecost.

  343. Acts 1:8. You will receive power,

    Acts 1:8

  344. dunamis, miracle working power when the

  345. Holy Spirit has come upon you. And you

  346. will be witnesses, martas, MARTYRS

  347. BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN CRUCIFIED WITH

  348. CHRIST.

  349. YOU WILL BE witnesses to me in Jerusalem

  350. and all Judea and Samaria and to the

  351. ends of the world.

  352. Dunamis power, miraculous ability,

  353. divine enablement.

  354. And Acts 18, that that's not the

  355. last time that it happened. If you go on

  356. over to Acts 4:31, when they prayed, the

    Acts 4:31

  357. place was shaken that where they were

  358. assembled. The place where they

  359. assembled together was shaken and they

  360. were all filled with the Holy Spirit and

  361. they spoke the word OF GOD WITH

  362. BOLDNESS. WHAT do we need in America? We

  363. need the church, the eklesia, the

  364. governing body to come together and

  365. touch the throne room of God. Get in the

  366. presence of God until Charleston begins

  367. to shake until DC begins TO SHAKE. UNTIL

  368. ALL OF THE CAPITALS IN ALL 50 OF THE

  369. STATES BEGIN TO SHAKE AND THE

  370. TERRITORIES BEGIN TO SHAKE AND THE

  371. PRESENCE AND THE POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST

  372. COME IN AND MEN AND WOMEN TURN FROM

  373. THEIR SIN. ADDICTION IS BROKEN, SEXUAL

  374. IMMORALITY IS BROKEN, PERVERSION IS

  375. BROKEN, IDENTITY CRISIS IS BROKEN. IT

  376. COMES WHEN THE CHURCH BEGINS TO PRAY.

  377. Acts chapter 13 verse 9. And Saul, who

    Acts 13:9

  378. is also called Paul, filled with the

  379. Holy Spirit. Do you see that? Don't tell

  380. me God can't change somebody. If he can

  381. change Saul of Tarsus and make him Paul

  382. the Apostle, he can change your boss. He

  383. can change your husband. He can change

  384. your wife. HE CAN CHANGE YOUR LITTLE BOY

  385. OR LITTLE GIRL. HE CAN CHANGE THE DRUNK

  386. ON THE STREET. THERE IS NO ONE THAT IS

  387. OUTSIDE THE POWER OF THE GRACE OF GOD.

  388. >> And so Paul said in Ephesians 5:1 18,

    Ephesians 5:1

  389. "Do not be drunk with wine in which is

  390. dissipation, but be filled with the

  391. spirit."

  392. >> Be filled WITH THE SPIRIT. THE SPIRIT

  393. EMPOWERS AND THE WORK CONTINUES.

  394. >> SO, here's the truth. You need an inner

  395. strengthening.

  396. You can't find this at Crunch Fitness or

  397. Planet Fitness or Gold's Gym.

  398. You need a strengthening inside of you.

  399. Paul said in Ephesians 3:16 that he

    Ephesians 3:16

  400. would grant you according to the riches

  401. of his glory to be strengthened with

  402. might in through his spirit in the inner

  403. man.

  404. In the inner man, your in the inner man,

  405. your your soul, your mind, your

  406. emotions, your will, strengthened,

  407. strengthened with might through the

  408. spirit.

  409. That word strengthened literally means

  410. to empower

  411. inwardly.

  412. The Holy Ghost will change and empower

  413. your mind and your emotions and your

  414. will. So you understand that your

  415. destiny requires an internal capacity.

  416. Unsanctified power

  417. collapses

  418. under its own weight.

  419. Sanctified power carries the assignment.

  420. I've said it, others have said it from

  421. this pull pit. Your gifting can take you

  422. where your character cannot keep you.

  423. Sanctification does not diminish power.

  424. It anchors it.

  425. It power is released there. There is no

  426. power that is re released without

  427. holiness.

  428. If power is released without holiness,

  429. it drifts

  430. because power is power is governed by

  431. holiness.

  432. And that holiness is what endures. So in

  433. 1 Corinthians chapter 12

    1 Corinthians 12:7

  434. verse 7,

  435. Paul said, "But the manifestation of the

  436. spirit is given to each one for the

  437. profit of all." The word manifestation

  438. is a visible expression.

  439. People should be able to look at you,

  440. see Jesus in you.

  441. >> There's something different about her.

  442. There's something different about him.

  443. There's something that that I I can't

  444. put my finger on it, but I'm just drawn

  445. to them.

  446. But you understand that gifts without

  447. love just become noise. In 1 Corinthians

  448. 13, though I speak with the tongues of

  449. men and of angels, and have not love, I

  450. become a sounding brass and a clanging

  451. symbol. And though I have the gift of

  452. prophecy and understand all mysteries

  453. and knowledge, and though I have faith

  454. so that I could remove mountains, but

  455. have not love, I am nothing. And though

  456. I bestow all my goods to feed the poor,

  457. and though I give my body to be burned,

  458. but have not love, it profits me

  459. nothing. So without sanctification,

  460. giftings can outpace your character.

  461. But with sanctification,

  462. character sustains the gifting over

  463. time.

  464. Consecration protects the vessel so that

  465. the gift remains trustworthy.

  466. that the gift remains fruitful, that the

  467. gift ma remains aligned with the

  468. lordship of Jesus. Now, we're in a day

  469. where you have got to be careful because

  470. Satan has planted wolves that come in

  471. sheep's clothing. And there and Paul

  472. said, "If anyone come and preach another

  473. gospel than the one that you have heard

  474. us preach, or if we even come and preach

  475. another gospel than this, then let him

  476. be a curse. Don't have anything to do

  477. with him. Stay away from that. You need

  478. to be careful what you're putting in

  479. your spirit. If you're getting your

  480. spiritual energy from something other

  481. than what is rooted in the word of God,

  482. it will fail you and you will fall into

  483. error. So, how about every day ask God,

  484. God, give me a fresh filling. I need the

  485. presence of you every day filling me up

  486. so that I can discern and live in the

  487. time you've given. And then walk as the

  488. spirit of God prompts you. Don't do what

  489. you want to do. do what God wants you to

  490. do and then exercise the gift with love

  491. and don't be afraid of order.

  492. Order is not a bad thing.

  493. So capacity grows when you live a

  494. surrendered life.

  495. Any area that is not surrendered

  496. lacks capacity.

  497. Unlimited surrender

  498. equals unlimited capacity.

  499. The third thing I want you to see is

  500. this commission.

  501. This the fact that we are empowered to

  502. fulfill our destiny. In Ephesians

    Ephesians 2:10

  503. chapter 2

  504. verse 10, Paul said, "For we are his

  505. workmanship.

  506. We are created in Christ Jesus for good

  507. works which God prepared beforehand that

  508. we should walk in them. Now look at

  509. this. The God who prepares works in

  510. advance

  511. prepares the ones who will walk in them.

  512. Divine assignments are matched with

  513. divinely prepared instruments.

  514. So there is a divine design. We were

  515. created in Christ Jesus for good works

  516. which he prepared beforehand. Prepared

  517. beforehand carries the idea of

  518. deliberate prior arrangement with an

  519. intentional purpose.

  520. It is not reactive preparation. I'm not

  521. going to just when it when the crisis

  522. hits, that's when I'm going to pray. No,

  523. I'm going to prepare myself before the

  524. crisis hits.

  525. >> So, it is pre-planned

  526. readiness.

  527. >> What are you doing today that God will

  528. use tomorrow?

  529. What has he trusted with you today that

  530. he could call on tomorrow? You see the

  531. same God that prepares the works

  532. prepares the vessels. And so there's

  533. this thing of abiding fruit in John

    John 15 chapter mention

  534. chapter 15 Jesus said he who abides in

  535. me.

  536. He who abides in me and he goes on to

  537. say he will bear much fruit. Then he

  538. repeats that again in verse number

  539. eight. He who abides in me will bear

  540. much fruit. And that word abide means to

  541. remain to continue to dwell. And so the

  542. fruit is not hype.

  543. It's not about height. The fruit is

  544. sustained

  545. life flow. Fruit is the durable evidence

  546. of abiding.

  547. It is not the temporary surge of

  548. enthusiasm.

  549. YOU GET ALL WOUND UP and you want to do

  550. something. But if you have THE FRUIT,

  551. YOU'RE going to do something even when

  552. you're not wound up. GOD SAID HEAL THE

  553. SICK. HE DIDN'T say heal the sick when

  554. you feel oomph.

  555. He said heal the sick.

  556. >> So, and the word of God bears this out

  557. in Joshua chapter 1 verse 8. The Lord,

    Joshua 1:8

  558. the word says, "And this book of the law

  559. shall not depart from your mouth, but

  560. you shall meditate in it day and night,

  561. that you may observe to do according to

  562. all that is written. For then you will

  563. make your way prosperous, and then you

  564. will have good success."

  565. That word prosperous is to push forward

  566. successfully.

  567. And that's how God sets you up. He put

  568. the armor on you to push you forward.

  569. The helmet of salvation, the breastplate

  570. of righteousness, the belt of truth,

  571. your feet fitted with the shoes of

  572. faith, the sword of the spirit, the

  573. shield of faith. Nothing protects your

  574. backside. Everything protects your front

  575. side. So your position is forward. I'M

  576. MOVING FORWARD. I'M MOVING FORWARD. AND

  577. WHEN I'VE GOT THE WORD in my mind and

  578. I'm meditating on it day and night,

  579. THERE IS NO DEMON OF HELL THAT CAN STOP

  580. ME WHEN DARKNESS TRIES TO PREVAIL.

  581. NO DEMON of hell CAN EVER WIN. I'M

  582. TELLING YOU, GOD HAS PREPARED YOU TO GO

  583. FORWARD.

  584. >> So the problem is too many people have a

  585. wrong definition of success.

  586. Success is not found in fame.

  587. It's not found in money. It's not found

  588. in titles. Success in scripture equals

  589. obedience.

  590. Success is a servant who is obedient and

  591. who advances

  592. with

  593. God's presence.

  594. God, if you don't go, I'm not going. If

  595. you don't go before me, Moses said, not

  596. leaving this place. You can do do a case

  597. study. do a study of Daniel. Daniel in

  598. chapter 1 verse 8, he refused to defile

  599. himself.

  600. They gave they gave them Babylonian

  601. names, but they didn't take those names.

  602. They didn't allow Babylon to get into

  603. their character.

  604. Do you hear what I'm saying? They had a

  605. commitment that they were not going to

  606. defile themselves with the king's

  607. delicacies.

  608. And what happened? God gave them in

  609. verse 17 wisdom. And then the Bible says

  610. that because of of how they refused to

  611. defile themsel and their cry for wisdom

  612. that God made them 10 times better.

  613. >> 10 times better. So you see consecration

  614. increasing capacity and that capacity

  615. fulfills the commission. You're able to

  616. do what God called you to do. That's the

  617. rhythm of God's work. And so you see

  618. this throughout throughout the

  619. scripture. Consecration removes the

  620. mixture.

  621. You got mixture in there. Need to get it

  622. out. Consecration removes the mixture.

  623. The spirit of God increases your

  624. capacity when that mixture is removed.

  625. And then that allows you to walk in your

  626. commission and fulfill your destiny.

  627. So sanctification does not limit power.

  628. It protects power and it sustains it.

  629. That's why we're in such a horrible

  630. season of exposure because so many

  631. people are doing the works of God, but

  632. they're not living a life of God.

  633. >> It is not about the stage you stand on.

  634. It is about the testimony you have in

  635. the presence of the Lord.

  636. It's not about how many clicks and how

  637. many likes you have. IT IS ABOUT HOW

  638. MUCH ARE YOU IN THE PRESENCE of the

  639. Lord. Are you sanctified? Are you

  640. cleansed? Are you useful FOR THE MASTER?

  641. ARE YOU READY WHEN the master decides?

  642. IT MAY NOT BE TODAY. It may be tomorrow.

  643. It may not be tomorrow. It may be in

  644. five years. IT MAY NOT BE IN FIVE YEARS.

  645. IT MAY BE IN 20 YEARS. IT MAY NOT BE IN

  646. 20 YEARS. IT MAY be at the END OF YOUR

  647. LIFE. BUT ARE YOU READY TO STEP INTO

  648. YOUR SWEET SPOT INTO THE ZONE THAT GOD

  649. CREATED YOU FOR?

  650. BECAUSE IF YOU'RE PLAYING WITH GOD AND

  651. YOU'RE PLAYING WITH RELIGION, YOU'RE

  652. NEVER GOING TO DO WHAT GOD CALLED YOU TO

  653. DO.

  654. >> We don't exist TO COME HERE AND TICKLE

  655. YOUR EARS AND MAKE YOU FEEL SO GOOD THAT

  656. YOU WANT TO GET PEOPLE TO COME SIT WITH

  657. YOU. NO, WE WANT TO SEE YOU TRANSFORMED,

  658. SANCTIFIED, FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST,

  659. GOING OUT HEALING AND SAVING AND

  660. DELIVERING AND SETTING THE CAPTIVE FREE.

  661. BECAUSE WE ARE IN A TIME IN HISTORY

  662. WHERE DEAD RELIGION AND AND CUTE

  663. RELIGION AND SILLY RELIGION WILL NOT

  664. HELP ANYBODY.

  665. >> WHEN CANCER'S GRIPPING YOU, YOU NEED

  666. SOMEONE THAT KNOWS GOD.

  667. >> WHEN YOUR CHILDREN ARE IN JAIL AND ABOUT

  668. TO BE EXECUTED, YOU NEED SOMEBODY THAT

  669. KNOWS GOD. WHEN YOUR WORLD IS FALLING

  670. APART AND THE BANK SAYS, "I'M TAKING

  671. YOUR HOME. I'M TAKING YOUR CAR." YOU

  672. NEED SOMEBODY THAT KNOWS GOD.

  673. And the question is,

  674. who are you?

  675. >> Who are you? Are you that somebody?

  676. >> You know, as I read the word, Jesus gave

  677. this command.

  678. He didn't make a suggestion.

  679. He said in Matthew 10:8, "Heal the sick.

    Matthew 10:8

  680. You have a responsibility.

  681. >> Heal the sick. Cleanse the lepers. Raise

  682. the dead. Raise the dead.

  683. Cast out demons.

  684. Quit putting up with junk that ought to

  685. be cast out

  686. >> and and let it begin in you.

  687. >> Self deliverance is not a bad thing.

  688. >> You can put yourself under the blood and

  689. the demon has to leave.

  690. Freely you've received,

  691. freely give.

  692. >> Freely you've received, freely give. So

  693. I I I want to ask you, is there

  694. compromise

  695. in your life that's competing with what

  696. God called you to do?

  697. Is there resistance?

  698. Are you grieving the Holy Spirit?

  699. And have you pursued the gift

  700. more than the holiness?

  701. See, God's not looking for spectacular

  702. vessels. He's looking for surrendered

  703. vessels.

  704. >> Vessels who will carry and display his

  705. power

  706. by doing what he commanded.

  707. That's it.

  708. If you're here today and you don't know

  709. for sure if you were to die tonight,

  710. you'd go to heaven. I want to give you

  711. an opportunity right now to know Jesus.

  712. You can't be used by God to be fulfill

  713. your purpose and your destiny without

  714. really knowing him. Now, God uses

  715. everybody. He'll use

  716. tyrants and horrible people to fulfill

  717. his purpose, but they'll still stand in

  718. judgment.

  719. But if you really want to be what God

  720. called you to be, you got to start with

  721. knowing him. And so, what's kept you

  722. from accepting Jesus? What is what is

  723. that fear? What is that hold back that's

  724. kept you from really giving your heart

  725. to God?

  726. Come on. It's not worth going to hell

  727. over. It's not worth missing your your

  728. eternal purpose. It's not worth you not

  729. walking in the blessing and the favor of

  730. the Lord. The pleasure of sin is for a

  731. season.

  732. But in the end it leads to death.
