Thriving Under the Shepard’s Care | Pieter Keyter

Good morning.

>> I'm turning you all in for farmers. It

seems like

lesson before I start this morning or

the title of my message is um thriving

under the shepherd's care. But before I

start with my message, can we give the

hand to the to the worship team? Aren't

they doing an awesome job all the time?

Amen.

Before I start with my message, let's

pray. Father God, thank you for this

morning. And I thank you for the

privilege to stand on stage. And Holy

Spirit, I pray that you will guide my

words, that you will speak through me,

and that the people's hearts will be

open to receive what you want to say,

Father God. And I ask that in Jesus

name. Amen.

>> Amen.

>> Listen, I I I want to start with sharing

a story in in South Africa many years

back when I started on the ranch in

Africa.

One day my dad was working sheep and so

so we were in the corral and the farm

workers was busy with the sheep and I

was newly on the farm. So I was sitting

on the corral in the shade on the top,

you know, on the top gate. I was sitting

there in the shade while the workers was

busy catching sheep and they were

putting them through like it's like a

shootute but it was a trench that was

dig into the ground and then the sides

was fixed with ce concrete. So you will

fill that uh trench with water and then

you will add um pesticide into the water

and then what they had to do the workers

is that they will grab the sheep by the

back leg and they will push it towards

this trench and then they will push the

sheep into this trench. On the other

side there was like steps so when the

sheep gets into the trench he can get

out. But that trench was like 20 25 feet

long. And you add a stick with a fork at

the end. So when that sheep is in the

water, you'll dunk it under the water so

that it can be covered with the with the

pesticides for all the lice and mites

and ticks that was on that sheep. But

I'm sitting there in the shade looking

at the guys and I mean it's 105° so it's

nice and hot in Africa. So we're I'm

watching them and and and while the

sheep there was like 300 sheep in the

corral and while the sheep was moving

it's it's you know there's a lot of dust

in this corral but at the beginning

these guys was moving man they were

catching sheep and then later on I was

looking at them and I saw them oh they

will walk past one sheep and they'll go

get another sheep way back there and I

was like man what's going on here and

I'm sitting in the shade and I'm like

come on guys you need to pick up speed I

want to go home you're getting slow and

my dad looked at me you know he's the

shepherd of the flock. And he looked at

me, he said, "Peter,

how many of you know when your dad does

that? It it's it's not a good thing."

And I got to him, he said, "U, Peter, I

want you to catch some sheep, pull them

to the trench, and dunk them in the

water." And I was like, "Yes, Dad. I'll

do that." So, I started out and I

grabbed the first sheep. And I think by

number four, if they weigh 170 lbs, by

number four, you you could feel, man,

now suddenly it made sense why some of

the guys was passing one sheep going to

the smaller one because the bigger one

is heavy. You need to drag that to get

it to the chute. And then I realized

with my hands there was like this little

paper thorns on the wool of the sheep.

So some of them you could see those

paper thorns. And then I realized why

they were skipping catching these sheep.

They were catching that one because I

had thorns in my hand.

And then another thing that I realized

was and I pushed them in that in that

trench. Some of them was fighting

getting back and I'm tired now by number

10. I'm sweating full of dust. I mean

when I smile my teeth is brown of all

that dust in the corral. And I could

understand suddenly why do you want to

kill that sheep? I wanted to drown that

sheep.

But if you've not been in that position,

you don't understand. So I can

understand that a shepherd sometimes

they in the beginning season, we want to

drown the sheep.

You're lucky you're still here.

But you know what? I was sitting on the

side of that corral, wise in my own

eyes,

>> telling people how to do that. But I was

not engaged

>> in working with the sheep. You know how

many times I see people in church,

they're not engaged, but man, they have

all the plans

>> till you get into the corral with me and

we get thorns in our hands and you're

getting dirty. You have sand on your

teeth. I think it's better to be quiet.

And you know, I got so quiet when I was

pulling that sheep because I was tired.

I had no breath to talk anymore. So

sometimes when you get into the gorale

with us

and you get tired, you will not be so

wise to show out all the other faults

that people are making. Amen. I I was

looking the other day. There's a

influencer on on YouTube and he's got

like hundreds of thousands of followers

and he was like this pastor is doing

this and that pastor is doing this and

this pastor is doing this. And I was

wondering I I just want to Google this

guy and I looked up and and and Google

says he doesn't have a church. He's an

influencer. I'm like, "Oh my, I should

get him into the corral. I should get

him to work with the sheep because

you're leading by accusation. You're not

leading by example."

It's easy to sit on the side and say,

"Hey, you over there, I think you should

change that and and you over there." But

when I get into the corral with you, it

suddenly looks so much different.

>> So, it's easy to accuse. I'm not

following your accuser. I'm following

somebody that leads by example. Amen.

>> You need to make sure, you know, back in

the day when the Bible was talking about

follow the shepherd. Today we have

technology that will expose you to so

many shepherds, but not everybody is a

shepherd.

>> And you need to be careful who you're

watching. Amen.

>> Let me start with this scripture in Acts

Acts 20:28–29

20

verse 28- 29. It says, "Now it's up to

you. Be on your toes both for yourself

and your congregation of sheep. Can we

do a nice sheep?

Can we do that? Will you join me? One,

two, three.

We're sheep. He says, "My sheep hear my

voice. I'm not a lion." Jesus is the

lion of Judah.

>> Sometimes we get confused. We're like,

"I'm a lion. I'm not walking with

sheep." No, I'm a sheep because I hear

my shepherd's voice. Amen.

>> And I'm led by the lion.

So he says there, he says, "A

congregation of sheep." And then he

says, "The Holy Spirit has put in charge

of these people, God's people. They are

to guard and protect them. God is God

himself thought they were worthy dying

for." And then the next one, he says, "I

know that soon as I'm gone, vicious

wolves are going to show up and rip into

the flock."

The first thing he says, "The Holy

Spirit appointed the shepherds."

This morning I was I was sitting there

in the green room and I said to Alex and

and and and um Jean, I said, "Listen, we

should do this like tap out when you're

in a boxing ring. When I'm struggling

with my sermon, I can just tap." I said,

"Jean, you can do a dance and Alex, you

can prophesy." And then I'll get up on

stage a little later and I said,

"Listen, we're going to go into the rest

of God now. So, we're going to sleep for

half an hour. And they were both like,

"Man, I'm in. I'm in." He says, "But I

don't." And so, Jean said, "But I don't

want to be in your chair when we get

back to the green room,

and you have to give account to the

shepherds that's above you."

You see, we can do all kinds of crazy

stuff, but I want to know. A lot of

times people says they're accountable.

Are you really?

when when you're accountable and I walk

into the green room and they tell me

that's out of line and then I know I

need to make an adjustment. But a lot of

times in church if we tell somebody that

they need to realign, they take offense

and they leave.

>> Amen.

>> Does that resonate? I've seen it so many

times.

>> Listen, I'm grateful for the worship of

this church. I'm grateful for the

leadership of this church.

>> But I've moved through three times,

three times. Three times I got some

Africans in there. You see, I move three

times in my life. I I moved from one

church to another.

I did not move because of friends. I did

not move because they had a good worship

team. I did not move because there was a

prophetic team. I moved. I was fasting

and I was asking God and God spoke with

me and he confirmed it through other

people more than once.

I'm not in this church because I have my

church family or my family from South

Africa living in this church. I'm here

because God has placed me here. And I

will not move because of you. I will

move when my king speaks to me. And

normally he will confirm it through my

leadership. Every time I moved in

Africa, my pastor released me and I had

his blessing to move forward. I I I'm

not trying to be on anybody's toes. I'm

just saying listen, imagine me on the

farm, thousands of sheep. There's four

sheep coming up to me at the gate. I'm

like, why? Where are you guys going? No,

we're going to hit the road, Jack. We're

moving. We got our wool together and

we're going

as a shepherd. I'm going to look down

that road and say, "Hey, you're going to

die out there." You see, the scripture

says there's ravaging wolves

>> that's looking for you.

I'm so grateful for for my for the

pastors I had in my life. There was a

stage blanch and I we had to drive about

between 800 and 1,000 miles a a week

just to give bring children back and

forth from the school because the

schools was far away from us in Africa.

So, some of my friends decided they were

going to buy a a house in the city and

then they're going to make their wife

live in the house in the city while

they're on the farm and then on

Saturdays the wife and the kids will

come back to the farm and then Sunday

they will go back to the city.

And so I was sharing that with my

pastor. I said, "Listen, we're looking

for to buy a house in the city because

4,000 miles a month is a lot of driving

just for school."

And my pastor looked at me and he said,

"Peter, don't do that." And I said,

"Why? Why not? It's going to be so much

comfortable. We're not going to drive

all those miles." And he said to me, he

said this thing. He said, "Peter, a

husband and a wife, they need to sleep

in the same bed together." I I'm not

talking about if there's a week that you

one day there or two days there, but if

it's going to be for 14 years or 16

years, if you have more children, if

you're staying apart for 16 years,

you're going to be in trouble. So I

listened to my pastor and the five

friends that I had at that stage was all

buying houses in the city and I warned

them. I said, "Listen guys, my pastor

told me not to do that. That's

dangerous." And they were all like,

"Nah, we'll we're fine."

You know, of the five friends that I had

back then, I'm the only one that's still

married.

Every single one after two years, six

years, they met somebody else because

they were drifting apart because they

were never staying together. I'm

grateful for that pastor's insight in my

life because I could have been in the

same position. And you know how God

helped me? Because we move didn't move

them. We moved the kids into an English

school. So Zea and Yelishia and Henry

and Chennai was prepared for us coming

to the US many years down the line. God

was orchestrating that through the

pastors that was speaking in my life.

Are you allowing pastors to speak into

your life?

It says they're there to guard you and

help you. I mean this is a practical

thing but even on the spiritual side

when I got saved I wasn't used to all

all this you know shaking and and waving

and jumping up and down. I mean we were

in church and then the first church that

I was in. You you sing joy to the Lord

but you dare not smile.

We can sing it but you're not going to

show it. You're going to get a look. I

mean you you sneeze. You sneeze. You

don't make a noise. You're quiet as a

mouse in that church. You don't say,

"Praise the Lord." They'll walk up to

you. We're not praising God in here.

You're quiet.

And I'm serious. So now I'm on this new

journey. I got saved.

And they asked me to first the

congregation that I was in wanted to

lock me up in a a mental institute

because I was talking too much about the

Bible. And I said, "Jesus walked in and

he saved me." And they were like,

"You're crazy. You need to go to the

doctor." But anyway, so I'm in the first

church that they they asked me to share

my testimony and I walked into this

church and I mean I'm new with all this

new stuff and I'm sitting there and I

shared my testimony and then the pastor

called me up and he asked me to pray for

this woman. Now I'm kind of nervous.

I've never been exposed to this. So I

walked up to this woman and I stood

there and I started praying and then the

pastor walked up to me and he takes he

takes my hand and he puts my hand on her

shoulder and I'm like what are you doing

but anyway and I can remember I was

standing there with my hand on her

shoulder and then the words that I said

I said Alba father please help this lady

and when I said that this lady dropped

like a rock and she started screaming

and she got delivered but while she's

screaming I'm so scared I've never seen

I'm trying to help her up so I'm trying

to pull her up. Lady, please be quiet.

Everybody's looking at me. You're making

me You're embarrassing me. So, I'm

trying to pull her up. I almost got her

out of her dress. Luckily, there was no

social media. They will say, "Look at

this pastor. I'm dressing the people in

church."

And later the pastor explained to me, he

said, "Peter, God used you and that girl

lady got delivered." But I had no

understanding of that.

That's why we need shepherds in our

life. Amen. Amen.

>> I'm grateful for the ones that I have

and and and make sure that your shepherd

is is led by God and spiritfilled.

>> You know, Nicodemus came up to Jesus

and he said to Jesus, he was asking him

about getting born again. And Jesus said

to him, he said, "Nicodemus,

you're a teacher of Israel. Why is it

that you do not know this?

This teacher could not help you to

salvation. You could attend his sermons

a million times because he did not

understand being born again.

If a if a teacher cannot help you to get

saved, you're in the wrong place.

>> That's right.

>> Then you need to ask God, where do I

need to go? Amen.

So I want to start today with a little

lesson in farming but it helps you with

the shepherd as well. One of the

functions of a shepherd

it's in John 10 verse 1-3

John 10:1–3

it says

the good shepherd and his sheep sheep

very truly I tell you Pharisees anyone

who does not enter the sheep pin by the

gate but climbs in by some other way is

a thief and a robber no one who enters

by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep

the gatekeeper opens the gate for him

and the sheep listens to his voice. He

calls his own sheep by name and leads

them out. You see, a shepherd,

one of his things is to attend the pen.

But back in the day, they had a small

pen. Now I have I had a thousand acres

pen with a gate and fences up to keep

out the thieves and the robbers and the

predators.

So one of the things that as a as a a

shepherd of my functions was to make

sure the corner post are secure. If that

corner post is not secure and anchored

well the moment I start putting those

lines I'm going to pull out those corner

posts.

Last week we were putting up fences

close to Orangeburg and Tyler and and

Gabriel was there helping me and there

was two corner posts that I was not

really was there on the property when I

got there. The rest of the corner post

we installed and we concrete them in and

we anchored them well. But those two

post I I thought, you know, the previous

guy, he did a good job.

So I started pulling the fence and

luckily Tyler and Gabriel was close to

me and not close to that corner post

that I thought was right. So when I

started pulling those lines, the next

moment that corner post came flying

through the air and the whole fence went

down.

What am I saying? Listen, my first

priority is to anchor you in the corner

post, Jesus Christ.

>> If I start pulling the lines on you and

you're not anchored in Jesus, you're

going to fly through the air.

>> So many people try to to put the the

things of the word in in place in their

life, but they haven't started with the

cornerstone Jesus. They're not concreted

in his word. They're not connected with

the anchor. He's the anchor of my life.

So when I start pulling those lines and

you're not angered, the fence is coming

down. And let me tell you, I've worked

with many sheep in Africa. When a

predator comes into that fence, it's no

fun. A predator has got no mercy for

you. I've had to cut slaughter or cut

sheep's throats because they were eaten

halfway up but still alive.

>> Listen, the devil is not playing games

with you. Right?

>> You need to be anchored in Jesus.

>> And then when you're well anchored, you

can pull the lines. What's the lines? I

mean, there's so many. You can go

through the Bible, but I can name a few

where the Bible says, "Be honor your

wife

so that I can hear when you pray." Don't

treat your wife with disrespect. That's

a line. That's a fence line.

Amen. I can bring another line. Love of

money.

I need to I need to pull those lines in

your life so your fence can be strong so

that the devil cannot get into the

fence.

One that I hear a lot using God's name

in vain. You know the Bible says you

will not go unpunished if you do that.

So many people are here speaking to God

but they're not really speaking to God.

I need to help you with that fence line

because the enemy is going to get

illegal right

when you're breaking the line. Amen.

>> Amen.

>> And you you know a lot of people can

play Christian.

>> That post on that property when from the

road it looked so good.

>> That's right. It looked like it was

anchored

till I started pulling. Then it started

flying through the air. So if I start

pulling on you today, what's what's

going to happen?

I I remember these little kids in in in

in in

the when I was doing children's ministry

in South Africa. This one boy came up to

me one day. He said, "Sir, you need to

pray for my grandfather." And I was

like, "What's going on there?" He says,

"Sir, he's cussing so much. Please pray

for my grandfather." You know, when when

I speak to the little ones, what are

they going to tell me?

>> Yeah, you can stand like that nice post.

Oh, man. I'm I can Oh, I got my hand in

there and I'm praising Jesus. Look at

this light of mine. But when I put that

uh tension on you,

>> what what are we going to see if I speak

to your children? What are what are we

going to see? Amen. Amen.

>> You know, Genesis 4:7 in the Passion

Genesis 4:7

Translation says,

"Sin is like a predator and it's

standing at the door of your heart.

If you don't have the fence in place,

he's going to get to your heart

>> and he's not going to play games with

you. He's not here for ice cream." Amen.

>> Amen.

>> The next one, wounds.

So Jesus said to John, he said, or Jesus

said to Simon, he said, let me read it

to you. John 12:16, it says, Jesus

John 12:16

repeated the question, Simon, son of

John, do you love me? Yes, Lord. Peter

said, you know I love you. Then take

care of my sheep, Jesus said. One of the

functions of a shepherd is to take care

of you.

We all need a shepherd to take care of

us.

If you're getting wounded, uh sheeps

when they get cut, the the flies will

lie eggs in that cut and then you will

have worms there. If you don't treat

that cut, the worms will eventually kill

kill that sheep.

And you know what? If you're working

with sheep in the corral,

it happens. You step on the sheep. The

sheep steps on another sheep. It

happens. But the sheep is not leaving

the the herd because another sheep

stepped on his foot and now he's got a

sore foot. Amen.

So when you get hurt, get help.

Probably at the beginning I would have

hurt a lot of people. I remember the one

guy. So when I got to to the churches

that's were more saved people and a

charismatic church. The first time I

went into a charismatic church, I

thought in my mind that everybody in

that church is saved. So that was what I

was thinking in my mind, but I'm new to

this. So I walked into the back of the

church and here's this guy standing at

the back of the church and he's doing

this.

And I looked at him and I thought, man,

what's going what's going on here?

What's this? And he says, no, I'm just

praying to Mother Mary. And I thought

this guy was just messing around with me

as a newbie in church. So I looked at

him and I said, "You must be crazy.

There's no way in hell that Mother Mary

can can save you." And that guy got so

upset and he left the church. So I was

his wound. I wounded him in my stupidity

not knowing the right response helping

this guy. But at least he got it the

truth.

But you know, two weeks ago, there was a

cow that was struggling to give milk to

the calf. I took the cow to the corral.

I tied her down. She was fighting me.

She wanted to to get rid of me because

she was thinking I was against her and I

was against the calf. But eventually

when I milked her out, I helped the

calf. She was the very next time I

brought her into the corral, she was so

much better. And then she started

trusting me. But I was there to help

her.

You need a shepherd to help you.

Sometimes you're in a position that you

cannot help yourself. When I flew into

the states

and some of you know the story, but a

few things that went I went through is I

was fired when I said yes to God. I was

fired. I was put out of my house. I

walked into a a meeting, three meetings.

The first meeting they accused me of

stealing a lot of money. And eventually

they realized that they made a mistake

and they asked sorry for that. But then

the second meeting I walked in, I was

fired and then I was told to get out of

my house. So I came to the states by the

grace of God. Where did he put me?

Broken, full of wounds.

If you don't treat the wounds, the

wounds will treat you.

>> So I'm broken. Came into the states and

what did God do? I landed living with

the pastors for 6 months and God was

helping me to heal.

>> You know at that beginning stage the

pastors will call us and say blanch you

and Peter we we we want to have a

meeting with you guys. Can we meet

there? I had this cold thing going down

my back when they said we want to have a

meeting with you because in my mind I

was thinking if we walk into that

meeting what's going to happen?

I was so scared.

Is is the bomb going to explode again?

But God helped me to get healed from

that wound.

What's the wounds in your life?

If you don't deal with that wound, that

wound is going to deal with you and it's

going to come back and it's going to

come back and it's going to come back

and it's going to come back. Get over

that.

Let the shepherd help you to get healed.

Amen.

The third one

that I want to talk about

is feed

today. I'm feeding you.

So, I'm feeding the sheep and I'm

feeding the cattle on the farm. So, I

look at the cattle when they get a

little bit too fat. I know, listen, I

need to slow down on the feed. But

there's reasons why we do that. When a

heer is close to giving birth, I cannot

make her too fat or a sheep. If if she's

too fat, that baby is going to grow too

big inside. So when they need to give

birth, the baby is going to be big and

they're going to struggle. So I I start

supplementing in them. I'm starting to

to give them less feed. And when I look

outside, because I want to have them get

a balanced food, I look outside. So, I

make a I I look at what the surroundings

looks like and then I adjust the food

for the cattle and for the sheep.

But when I'm in church, I look at what's

happening out there and then I'm

starting to adjust the food

to make you eat the right things for

what's coming. Amen.

>> And you will ask me, what do you mean? I

mean, I need to adjust the food. If I

switch on the phone and I look at the at

the news, I will see, man, the food that

I need to help people with is one, they

need to honor their mother and father.

Children need to honor their mother and

father.

Who of you want their your kids to die

soon? Or who of you want your kids to

have a long life?

Only a few. Oh, there's quite a few of

you. So, the Bible says, he says, "Honor

your mother and father and that will

extend your life." Amen. And so I need

to feed you that because I see on the

media and on the news there's children

not honoring their mother and father. I

need to feed you that so you can help

your children so that they can have a

long life. Amen.

>> The next one it says respect

people in authority

because they carry the sword.

If you don't teach your children to to

respect authority, they're going to be

in trouble. If you switch on the the

news, you'll see that where children

where people were stepping out of line

with authority with no respect that cost

them because they were they were meeting

people with the sword. Amen. I need to

feed you that. The third one, and I've

told you this before, is uh in Africa

when we started the the church in the

village,

the black guy that was sitting next to

me in the truck, that was a challenge

for me. And then the city or the town

would not speak to this white guy that's

got the black guy next to him in the

truck. And then when I got to the

village, the black people in the village

called me a white baboon.

Man, they kept me busy. I would not say

what the white people told me, but they

didn't speak with me for a year.

But you know what? I was fed by a

shepherd that told me, "Peter,

you are a child of God. You're not a

white baboon

>> and you're not what they call you. And

I'm not going to allow the enemy to pull

me back and forth, swing me back and

forth." So when you when I look at the

news today, I'm not going to engage in

racial things. I don't care if you're

black. I don't care if you're purple. I

don't care if you're green or yellow. I

care if you are a child of the most high

God. That's the only thing that I care

about.

But if you allow that thing to get under

your skin, it's going to move you time

and time again.

>> What are you allowing? What are you

feeding yourself?

>> You need to get the word of God in you.

You need to get the shepherd's real food

in you so that the devil cannot play

flip-flop with you.

>> Amen.

>> I thank God for shepherds.

>> You know feed the wrong feet will kill

you in a moment. We had a ram. We had it

for about two hours. It was the most

expensive ram that was on the auction.

They took pictures for the newspaper

with Blanch and the ram. And then when

the ram got unloaded on the farm,

somebody left the gate open and the ram

got to the wrong food. And in one hour,

we only had the picture. The ram was

dead. That was sad.

The wrong food will kill you so quick.

Make sure that you eat the right food.

Make sure with social media

there's so much food that's the wrong

food.

Let it run through the shepherd.

The shepherd takes care of the sheep.

And then the last one is trust.

Jesus is the shepherd king.

He's got a good plan for your life.

Amen.

>> But you have to trust him even if you go

through bad places. I remember in in in

2015, we were going through the worst

drought in a 100red years in South

Africa.

and we just bought some cattle and we

were out of food. We had about a week

and a half left of food and I was

sitting on the farm one morning and I

said, "God,

I have no idea what to do." Farmers were

committing suicide because they had no

food for their animals.

Farmers will drive up to the stockyard.

They will put their animals on the

stockyard and they will tell people,

"Can anybody just take my cows

because I don't have food?" They didn't

want money. They just wanted their cows

to be alive.

So, I'm sitting there on the farm and

and you hear all these stories in the

news and all the chaos like now, oh, the

gas prices, we're not going to make it.

I'm going to lose my job. And that fear

starts to grip on you. So, I'm sitting

there on the farm and I said, "God, I

don't know what to do. I have all these

cows." And I remember blanch through

open the the last gate and I know we had

a week and a half maybe two weeks of

food left and then I'm going to be in

the same boat.

And that morning 5:00 while I was

praying and asking God for help. 10:00

that morning a farmer phoned me and he

said, "Listen, I need somebody else's

number." And I was asking him and he

said, "Well, I'm I I want to put my farm

out for people to to lease in the

future, but I they cannot lease it now

because there's no water."

And I and I was like, "God, are you

opening a way for me?" So I said to the

guy, I said, "Can I come and look at the

farm?" And he said, "Yeah, sure. But I

have no water." So I walked onto the

farm. The grass was standing this high.

It was about 2,800 acres of grass. Man,

there was so much food. And I was

standing there and I was looking at

that. And he said, "Peter, I have five

ponds, but the the the dam walls or the

pond walls broke, so there's no water in

that." And while I was standing there, I

phoned a guy that had a bulldozer, a

friend of mine. I said, "Listen, I'm

standing on this farm. There's five dams

that's broken. Uh, I need help. Can you

send a bulldozer?" He says, "Peter,

sure." He says, "My bulldozer is you,

you won't believe it, but the bulldozer

is just next door. I'll have it there

tomorrow." So the next day, the

bulldozer pulled in. In four days, they

fixed the five dams, all the cracks. big

D7 pulled in there and closed all their

gaps in the damn wall. By day five, they

all called it a freak storm in that

neighborhood. They said it was a freak

flood. The neighbors had a quarter of

inch. On that only on that farm, we had

4 in of flash flood. Of the five dams,

four was overflowing and number five was

half full. We moved all our cattle and

all our sheep to that farm and God made
