  1. Dear God, I just pray that these words, talking about your timeline, that will encourage us and just show that everything is happening the way you want, Lord.

  2. Thank you. Amen.

  3. Just over three kilometers from our house sits one of the few remaining statues of Sir John A. MacDonald.

  4. Due to revisionist view of our first Prime Minister, most of his statues have been destroyed or put into storage.

  5. This view of history looks at his role in the Native school situation of the time and not of his accomplishments of uniting the country from coast to coast.

  6. There's a lot of this type of historical revision that goes on with leaders from the past who don't fit today's politically correct narrative.

  7. There are many that want to change history so as to deny what happened yesterday.

  8. This is just as true for the history of the Bible.

  9. From the substitution of evolution for the history of creation to questioning parts of Jewish history,

  10. the denial that David was a king to even questioning if Christ was a real person by some.

  11. Unfortunately, a lot of people that attend more progressive churches fall into this group.

  12. Not only do they want to allegorize everything in the Bible,

  13. but when it comes to the future event, it makes little sense to them.

  14. Fortunately for us, Jesus, who is the Word of God, John 1.1,

  15. knew what he was talking about, inspiring men to write the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.

  16. For Christ, everything, everything is historical in a historical form since he sees the end from the beginning.

  17. God sees everything.

  18. He's before all things and he is all things.

  19. Today I want to look at the six time periods described in the Bible

  20. and the significant events that mark the divide.

  21. God is gracious to us that he tells us and warns us of past and future events

  22. with the aspiration that all people will come to a real faith in him

  23. and not face eternal judgment.

  24. 27% of the Bible is prophetical, including the birth, life, and death of Jesus.

  25. Much is still to occur in the world time frame.

  26. Starting with Genesis chapter 1, we have God declaring that he alone is responsible

    Genesis 1 chapter mention

  27. for every physical thing that we experience in this world,

  28. from the ground and air to plants and animals and sun and moon.

  29. He claims to have placed the stars in the sky.

  30. Without the constellations, it would have been exceedingly hard to navigate long distances in the past.

  31. Also, the change of location in the sky helps us track seasonal time frame.

  32. Another thing that's happened lately to verify the stars,

  33. does anyone remember or looked at and known about the James Webb telescope that's there?

  34. It's proven that the Big Bang Theory is bogus.

  35. I love that.

  36. You see way back that there should not be galaxies 10 times bigger than the Milky Way that are mature.

  37. Anyways, with the fall of man, Eve being deceived by Satan, eating from the tree of knowledge,

  38. and Adam, who also chose to eat that fruit and face the reality of death,

  39. we now have both spiritual and physical death.

  40. Things spiraled down quickly as Cain killed Abel in a raging fit of jealousy.

  41. Abel offered to God an acceptable sacrifice while Cain did not.

  42. As time progressed, the appearance of the Nephilim events turned totally evil.

  43. These Nephilim are fallen angels who rejected God and have followed the lies of Satan.

  44. Whether they possessed man or had physical relations with women on their own, the result was evil.

  45. Many theologians feel that when the flood happened, that these demons were cast into hell to be released during the tribulation

  46. since there were no people or animals to possess other than Noah, his family, and the animals on the ark.

  47. Think of it.

  48. When Jesus freed a demon-possessed man, he sent the demons into 3,000 pigs

  49. because the demons did not want to be cast into hell.

  50. They pleaded not to go to hell.

  51. So that's the end of period one.

  52. Period two starts with Noah's flood,

  53. which is verified by the stratification of massive layers of different types of mud, rock,

  54. found all over the earth.

  55. It's not just the Grand Canyon, but it's in Europe, it's in Asia, it's in Australia.

  56. Massive amounts of mud, 1,000-foot layers that are stratification.

  57. And that's not just a local little thing.

  58. 1,000 feet of mud is a massive amount.

  59. These formations are laid parallel to each other with no sign of erosion between the layers.

  60. Think of the Grand Canyon.

  61. If the deposit took millions of years to form,

  62. there would be indications of gullies and hills in the layers.

  63. They wouldn't be parallel.

  64. There'd be stratification all through it.

  65. And vertical, petrified trees could be found in some deposits.

  66. Also, it is possible to find pliable tissue in many fossil bones.

  67. 65 million years should be enough time to dry up any bone marrow.

  68. Even to find fossilized bones, the annals would have to be covered with mud almost instantly.

  69. This is the time period of the Jews being God's chosen people.

  70. This started with God choosing Abraham to set out from Haran to the land that became Israel.

  71. Noah was still alive for 58 years while Abraham was living in the Ur of the Chaldeans.

  72. So there was an overlap from Noah to Abraham, 58 years.

  73. So Abraham could have known the story of the flood firsthand from his predecessor.

  74. When Isaac's family entered Egypt to escape a famine and lived under Joseph's care,

  75. there were about 70 people.

  76. 430 years later, to the day, they left Egypt, a nation.

  77. Israel was a nation of 2 million, with Moses leading them.

  78. During the 40 years of wandering in the desert,

  79. Moses wrote the first five books of the Old Testament.

  80. These are the historical records and books of the law that Jews were to live by.

  81. God also ordered Moses to build a portable meeting tent for him with two rooms separated by a heavy curtain.

  82. In the tent was the Holy of Holies that housed the Ark of the Covenant,

  83. which was a golden covered box, a little bigger than a two-drawer filing cabinet.

  84. On top of the Ark sat two figures of angels.

  85. This is where man would meet God once a year with the blood of a sacrificed animal.

  86. The outer holy room contained gold candles, a table for bread, and another for incense.

  87. The tent of meeting was surrounded by a large curtain courtyard.

  88. Inside this area were the priests offered the animal sacrifices

  89. and grain offerings that God required for the five types of sacrifices

  90. to atone for the people's sin.

  91. There's five different types of sacrifices.

  92. These are pictures of Christ.

  93. We see that sin could only be corrected for by the loss of life of an animal

  94. and its blood sprinkled on the altar.

  95. It is through the Old Testament law that we see how the murder of Jesus

  96. paid the price that we would have to pay on our own.

  97. So these are, at the time, the Jews didn't really get it.

  98. But hindsight, we look at the death of Christ and we see how that was a fulfillment of the requirements.

  99. God's chosen people were constantly rebellious.

  100. Even while Moses led the nation through the desert for 40 years,

  101. they would complain about food, water.

  102. They even made golden statues of calves while Moses was on the mountain meeting with God.

  103. After David, a man after God's own heart, the nation drifted into idolatry.

  104. And that's where we had our Sunday school lesson this morning,

  105. including the sacrifice of their own children to Molech and the worship of all gods.

  106. The pinnacle of Israel's history was the reign of Solomon who built the first temple.

  107. After this, God raised prophets to warn the people, which they rejected and often killed.

  108. After much warning, God would send other nations to attack and destroy Israel,

  109. leaving just a remnant to carry on in Israel.

  110. Babylon under Nebuchadnezzar was the most famous.

  111. Daniel interpreted his dream about the coming kingdoms.

  112. Interestingly, from this time on, Israel ceased to be a nation

  113. and was always occupied by other nations.

  114. Rome was in power when Jesus was born.

  115. And even you think, oh yeah, Israel was a nation.

  116. No, they were occupied.

  117. They were never, there was always, there's always been Jews in Israel,

  118. but they were never a nation again.

  119. Then, period three, the Gentile age.

  120. We are in the Gentile age.

  121. Christ's birth, life, and death fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies.

  122. From being born of a virgin in Bethlehem to riding on a donkey,

  123. his death on the cross was foretold in Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53, 4 to 9.

  124. Isaiah 53.

  125. Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows.

  126. Yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him and afflicted.

  127. But he was pierced for our transgression.

  128. He was crushed for our iniquities.

  129. Punishment that brought us peace was upon him.

  130. And by his wounds we are healed.

  131. We all, like sheep, have gone astray.

  132. Each of us has turned to his own way.

  133. And the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

  134. He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth.

  135. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearer is silent.

  136. So he did not open his mouth.

  137. By oppression and judgment he was taken away.

  138. And who can speak of his descendants?

  139. For he was cut off from the land of the living.

  140. For the transgressions of any people he was stricken.

  141. He was assigned a grave with the wicked and with the rich in his death.

  142. Though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth.

  143. Interestingly, Jews will not read chapter 53.

  144. It's too exactly what was told.

  145. With the death of Christ came the end of the time of Israel being the center of God's focus.

  146. At the moment of Christ's death, the heavy curtain that separated the holy place from the holy of holies in the tabernacle,

  147. built by Herod, were ripped in two, from top to bottom.

  148. This ended the need for people to come and offer animal sacrifices for their sins.

  149. Christ's human death and the shedding of the blood is the atonement that was required.

  150. All the Old Testament sacrifices were just a down payment for sin for Israelites who believed in God.

  151. Today, we are no less sinners, but by believing that Christ died for us,

  152. we can attain salvation from eternal death.

  153. Ephesians chapter 2, 8 to 10 is just a very short picture of this.

    Ephesians 2 chapter mention

  154. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves.

  155. It is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.

  156. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

  157. So very clearly, I'm not getting to heaven because I'm such a good person.

  158. I give to the poor, I feed this, I'm that and this.

  159. It's only by the grace of God through faith in Jesus.

  160. But God does prepare things for us to do for the way we live and everything.

  161. So doing good is not a requirement to get to heaven, but it is a requirement for how we are to live.

  162. In the explanation, grace started in the Garden of Eden when God allowed Adam and Eve to live.

  163. Grace continued through Moses as he was saved from the flood.

  164. Grace continues to us since believing allows us to live in heaven through faith.

  165. The present church age is when God has expanded his offer of salvation to everyone who will believe.

  166. Not just the Jews, but to everyone.

  167. So this is our offer.

  168. We are the ones grafted into the olive tree.

  169. Josh talked about that a few months ago, about being grafted into the tree, and that is us.

  170. God foreknows who would believe, but it's still our choice to accept the offer of eternal life.

  171. Over the last thousand years, God's church has been instrumental in events on earth.

  172. It's not that the people are perfect, but God uses people.

  173. A few examples of how the believers have had input into things and events is constitution of many countries.

  174. Most notably has been how the United States Constitution was heavily influenced by God's word.

  175. Another is, in England, William Wilberforce was active in politics for 45 years.

  176. As a believer, he worked for over 25 years to have slavery abolished.

  177. Finally, in 1807, England did so.

  178. He also worked to improve conditions in factories and other workplace conditions.

  179. So here was a believer who worked to get slavery abolished in England.

  180. Then, you can look to modern medicine and how it's inspiration from believers who risked their lives during the European plagues, caring for others.

  181. So people, even though they knew that the plague was active, and they didn't understand it,

  182. but they knew that to go care for something, somebody, could be deadly.

  183. So these were believers who would do that.

  184. Florence Nightingale is credited with the start of modern nursing.

  185. During the Crimean War, she nursed the British wounded at Skirtini, Turkey.

  186. Later on, she helped start nursing schools in England.

  187. There are many famous scientists who were Christian believers.

  188. Isaac Newton, Robert Boyle, Michael Faraday, Louis Pasteur, Galileo Galilei.

  189. There are many believers who had great contribution to our knowledge.

  190. Without the influence of Christian believers, the world would be a different place.

  191. So God placed exceptional wisdom and insight into these men.

  192. As we look at the world, we can see this time period is coming to a close.

  193. God's word forecasts that rough times are ahead.

  194. One of the biggest predictors is the nation Israel.

  195. So, like I said, over 2,500 years ago, it ceased being nation as it was occupied by various nations.

  196. The latest before it became a nation was Turkey.

  197. And then it was part of the British Empire from about 1900 on.

  198. In Isaiah 66, God asks,

  199. Can a country be born in a day or a nation be brought forth in a moment?

  200. Only once.

  201. May 14, 1948, this happened.

  202. Israel again became a nation.

  203. The next day, it was at war with all of its neighbors.

  204. And as you read the book of Revelation, it is written about the nation Israel.

  205. Not the revisionist view that this is the church under persecution.

  206. Israel never ceased being God's chosen people.

  207. So there's many churches that teach, as you read all the persecution that goes,

  208. all the bad things that are happening in Revelation,

  209. that that's churches.

  210. It's Israel.

  211. And that Jerusalem is the place where the temple will be built.

  212. Matthew 24, we read how the apostle asked Jesus about the end of the age.

  213. Verses 4 to 8 describes the transition to the next period.

  214. So this is before the tribulation, but at the end of the times right now.

  215. Jesus answered,

  216. Watch out that no one deceives you, for many will come in my name,

  217. claiming I am the Christ, and will deceive many.

  218. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed.

  219. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.

  220. Nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom.

  221. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.

  222. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

  223. So this is God's warning before the tribulation,

  224. that things are going to go downhill.

  225. So these verses describe the transition to the next period.

  226. At this point, before the tribulations,

  227. many believe that the true church of believers will be raptured

  228. to be with Christ in the twinkling of an eye.

  229. Others believe that this will happen at the halfway point,

  230. at the three and a half years of the tribulation.

  231. And yet others believe that the church will live here on earth,

  232. but will be protected from God's wrath.

  233. So there are numerous views as to what happens.

  234. I prefer the rapture, that God will spare us.

  235. He tells the church of the Philippians that they are weak,

  236. but he will protect them from the wrath to come.

  237. But that's, you know, like, just like so many things,

  238. it's not absolutely clear, so there can be debate.

  239. One thing is for certain, during the tribulation,

  240. there will be much deception.

  241. People's view of God will be clouded,

  242. not wanting to accept him as God.

  243. We are also told that things wind down,

  244. that believers will be persecuted for the Christian stand we take.

  245. Look around.

  246. Here's a few examples.

  247. A student at a Catholic church in Ontario is expelled

  248. and then arrested for declaring in class

  249. that God made only two genders.

  250. In Saskatoon, naked men parading around for hours

  251. in various women's changing rooms at public pools.

  252. Think of 30 years ago, would that have happened?

  253. I don't think so.

  254. Topless women also prancing around at public pools.

  255. Because they're men.

  256. Political parties not allowing people to be candidates

  257. if they have a pro-life belief.

  258. Pastors being arrested for demonstrating against drag queens

  259. reading to young children in public libraries.

  260. These are all happening in Canada,

  261. and to object is now viewed as hate.

  262. Now we look at earthquakes, famines, wars, deception, persecution.

  263. These are all forecast because Jesus lovingly

  264. is warning us of the consequences of rejecting him.

  265. Period 4.

  266. We go to Revelation chapter 6.

    Revelation 6 chapter mention

  267. Revelation chapter 6 is the start of the description

    Revelation 6 chapter mention

  268. of the tribulation period.

  269. I'll just read verses 1 to 8.

  270. I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals.

  271. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a loud voice,

  272. a voice like thunder,

  273. Come, I looked.

  274. And there before me was a white horse.

  275. Its riders held a bow, and he was given a crown,

  276. and he rode out as a conqueror, bent on conquest.

  277. When the Lamb opened the second seal,

  278. I heard the second living creature say,

  279. Come.

  280. Then another horse came out, a fiery red one.

  281. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth

  282. and make men slay each other to give them.

  283. To him was given a large sword.

  284. When the Lamb opened the third seal,

  285. I heard the third living creature say,

  286. Come.

  287. I looked, and there before me was a black horse.

  288. Its rider was a pair of scales in his hand.

  289. Then I heard what sounded like a voice

  290. among the four living creatures say,

  291. A quart of wheat for a day's wages,

  292. and three quarts of barley for a day's wage,

  293. and do not damage the oil and the wine.

  294. Then when the Lamb opened the fourth seal,

  295. I heard the voice of the living creature say,

  296. Come.

  297. I looked, and there before me was a pale horse.

  298. Its rider was named Death and Hades,

  299. and Hades was following close behind him.

  300. They were given power over a fourth of the earth

  301. to kill by sword, famine, and plague,

  302. and by the wild beasts of the earth.

  303. In this description,

  304. the rider is Satan,

  305. mimicking Jesus,

  306. as we will look at in chapter 19.

  307. So Satan comes on a white horse,

  308. as portrayed,

  309. he is a leader of certain stature,

  310. so he will deceive.

  311. So Satan always tries to mimic Christ.

  312. There are many ideas about the timing

  313. before the tribulation starts,

  314. but there's no doubt that when Satan appears,

  315. the clock starts kicking down,

  316. the seven-year countdown.

  317. This will be the most horrific time on earth.

  318. Right away,

  319. two billion people die horrendous deaths.

  320. Any person who becomes a believer will be murdered,

  321. but will have eternal life through Jesus,

  322. so that anyone who doesn't have the mark forecast

  323. in the middle will be killed

  324. because they don't follow the beast.

  325. The mark of the beast

  326. will identify everyone without it.

  327. No one can buy or sell anything.

  328. This mark seems not to only identify,

  329. but affects the intellect of the people,

  330. stopping them from looking to God.

  331. You know, it's interesting.

  332. In Australia,

  333. it is coming soon

  334. that your cell phone

  335. will be your identification and banking machine,

  336. nullifying the need for the use of cash.

  337. So these things are getting closer

  338. that, yeah, you think,

  339. well, this is all,

  340. you know, how is it?

  341. But we do have the technology

  342. that 100 years ago

  343. and even 50 years ago

  344. was only dreamed of.

  345. Now we have the technology,

  346. and in the future,

  347. it could be something as simple

  348. as a chip in your arm.

  349. So you won't,

  350. cash is worthless.

  351. Now, during this period,

  352. during the period of the tribulation,

  353. after Satan comes,

  354. there are three titles

  355. with seven events each.

  356. The seals

  357. starts in Revelation 6.

  358. There's Antichrist,

  359. then there's war, famine, and death.

  360. Death,

  361. a quarter of the population destroyed.

  362. Earth and heaven are shaken.

  363. The 144,000 are sealed,

  364. and they're from the nations of Israel.

  365. Each tribe is named

  366. as 12,000

  367. from each of the 12 tribes,

  368. and there's half an hour

  369. of silence in heaven.

  370. Next is the trumpets

  371. in Revelations 8, 9, and 11.

  372. A third of the trees

  373. and grass are destroyed.

  374. A third of the sea life

  375. and ships are destroyed.

  376. A third of the fresh water

  377. is poisoned.

  378. Went through to the sun and moon

  379. and stars are darkened.

  380. Stars are darkened.

  381. Demonic locusts.

  382. Demonic locusts.

  383. And then there's four demons released

  384. and 200 million troops

  385. on the move.

  386. Finally,

  387. the bowls.

  388. Each one gets worse

  389. and worse and worse.

  390. Revelation 15 and 16.

  391. Boils.

  392. So people will suffer with boils.

  393. All sea life is destroyed.

  394. All water is poisoned.

  395. Scorching sun.

  396. Deep darkness.

  397. Rebellious mankind curses God,

  398. and the Euphrates river dries up

  399. for the Battle of Armageddon.

  400. Worldwide earthquakes,

  401. and Babylon is destroyed,

  402. and with huge,

  403. there's huge hailstorms.

  404. Hundred pound hailstorms.

  405. Hailstorms.

  406. I'd like to read chapter 9.

  407. Revelation chapter 9.

    Revelation 9 chapter mention

  408. The fifth angel

  409. sounded his trumpet,

  410. and I saw a star that had fallen

  411. from the sky to the earth.

  412. The star was given the key

  413. to the shaft of the abyss.

  414. When he opened the abyss,

  415. smoke rose like smoke

  416. from a giant furnace.

  417. The sun and the sky

  418. were darkened by the smoke

  419. from the abyss.

  420. And out of the smoke,

  421. locusts came down upon the earth

  422. and were given power

  423. like that of scorpions

  424. of the earth.

  425. They were told not to harm

  426. the grass of the earth

  427. or the plants or trees,

  428. but only those people

  429. who did not have the seal of God

  430. on their forehead.

  431. They were not given power

  432. to kill them,

  433. but only to torture them

  434. for five months.

  435. And the agony they suffered

  436. was like that of a sting

  437. of a scorpion

  438. when it strikes a man.

  439. During those days,

  440. men will seek death,

  441. but will not find it.

  442. They will long to die,

  443. but death will elude them.

  444. And it also describes

  445. the different plagues

  446. that are going to come.

  447. And then,

  448. verse,

  449. God always warned the Israelites.

  450. He allowed them to be,

  451. He allowed them to be slaughtered

  452. and taken to Babylonia

  453. and Assyria.

  454. He warned them,

  455. turn away from your worthless idols.

  456. Repent,

  457. turn to me.

  458. He warned them

  459. for hundreds of years.

  460. And when they refused,

  461. they suffered.

  462. They were killed

  463. because they would not

  464. turn away from the

  465. Moloch.

  466. And, you know,

  467. as we talked a little bit

  468. in Sunday school this morning,

  469. Moloch

  470. was a detestable God

  471. where the people

  472. would sacrifice.

  473. They would put

  474. their children,

  475. their babies,

  476. on this altar

  477. and burn them up.

  478. So God told them

  479. to change.

  480. So after all these,

  481. so this warning

  482. about the,

  483. the warning about the,

  484. you know,

  485. the locusts

  486. and everything,

  487. verses 20

  488. and 21 say,

  489. the rest of mankind

  490. that was not killed

  491. by the plagues

  492. still did not repent

  493. of the works

  494. of their hands.

  495. They did not stop

  496. worshipping demons

  497. and idols of gold,

  498. silver,

  499. bronze,

  500. stone,

  501. and wood.

  502. Idols that cannot see

  503. or hear

  504. or walk.

  505. Nor did they repent

  506. of their murderers,

  507. their magic arts,

  508. which could mean drugs,

  509. their sexual immorality

  510. or their thefts.

  511. So the people

  512. did not repent.

  513. God warns us

  514. through the book

  515. of Revelation,

  516. this is coming

  517. to be,

  518. to repent,

  519. to change your ways

  520. and if you don't,

  521. you will face

  522. the wrath of God.

  523. So the tribulation

  524. ends in chapters

  525. 19,

  526. 11,

  527. and I'll just

  528. quickly read a bit

  529. there.

  530. I saw,

  531. and this is

  532. when the tribulation,

  533. because there's always

  534. a distinct marker.

  535. I saw heaven open

  536. and there before me

  537. was a white horse,

  538. again a white horse,

  539. whose rider is called

  540. Faithful and True.

  541. With justice

  542. he judges

  543. and makes war.

  544. His eyes are like

  545. blazing fire

  546. and on his head

  547. were many crowns.

  548. He has a name

  549. written on him

  550. that no one

  551. but he himself knows.

  552. He is dripped

  553. in a robe

  554. dipped in blood

  555. and his name

  556. is the word of God.

  557. The armies of heaven

  558. were following him,

  559. riding on white horses

  560. and dressed in fine linen,

  561. white and clean.

  562. Out of his mouth

  563. came a sharp sword

  564. with which to strike

  565. down the nations.

  566. He will rule them

  567. with an iron scepter.

  568. He treads the winepress

  569. of the fury

  570. of the wrath

  571. of God Almighty

  572. and on his robe

  573. and on his thigh

  574. he has written the name

  575. King of Kings

  576. and Lord of Lords.

  577. All right.

  578. Yes.

  579. So that's Jesus.

  580. That is the end

  581. of the tribulation.

  582. And then I,

  583. at the end of the thousand years

  584. in chapter 20,

  585. and I saw an angel

  586. coming down out of heaven

  587. having the key

  588. to the abyss

  589. and holding in his hand

  590. a great chain.

  591. He seized the dragon,

  592. that ancient serpent

  593. who is the devil

  594. or Satan

  595. and bound him

  596. for a thousand years.

  597. He threw him

  598. into the abyss

  599. and locked and sealed

  600. it over him

  601. to keep him

  602. from deceiving the nations

  603. for more than,

  604. for any more

  605. until the thousand years

  606. was ended.

  607. After this,

  608. he may be set free

  609. for a short time.

  610. So that's the end

  611. of the tribulation period,

  612. the start

  613. of the thousand years.

  614. Isaiah describes

  615. a peaceful time.

  616. Infants will play

  617. near the holes

  618. of the cobra

  619. and young children

  620. will put their hands

  621. into the viper's nest.

  622. No harm done.

  623. Isaiah 65,

  624. 19 to 25.

  625. This is incredible.

  626. Like this is not,

  627. this doesn't describe heaven.

  628. This doesn't describe

  629. the world

  630. as we know it today.

  631. This describes

  632. a special period.

  633. And I will rejoice

  634. over Jerusalem

  635. and take delight

  636. in my people.

  637. The sound of weeping

  638. and of crying

  639. will be heard in it

  640. no more.

  641. Never again

  642. will there be in it

  643. an infant who lives

  644. but a few days

  645. or an old man

  646. who does not live

  647. out his years.

  648. He who dies

  649. at a hundred

  650. will be thought of

  651. as a mere youth.

  652. That's not happening today.

  653. He who fails

  654. to reach a hundred

  655. will be considered

  656. accursed.

  657. They will build houses

  658. and dwell in them.

  659. They will plant vineyards

  660. and eat their fruit.

  661. No longer

  662. will they build houses

  663. and others live in them

  664. or plant and eat

  665. and others eat.

  666. For as the day

  667. of a tree

  668. so will be the days

  669. of my people.

  670. My chosen ones

  671. will long enjoy

  672. the works of their hands.

  673. They will not toil

  674. in vain

  675. or bear children

  676. doomed to misfortune.

  677. They will be a people

  678. blessed by the Lord

  679. they and their descendants

  680. with them.

  681. Before they call

  682. I will answer.

  683. While they are still speaking

  684. I will hear.

  685. The wolf and the lamb

  686. will feed together.

  687. The lion will each draw

  688. like the ox.

  689. Thus will be

  690. the serpent's food.

  691. They will neither harm

  692. nor destroy

  693. in all my mountains

  694. says the Lord.

  695. So this is a period

  696. of absolute

  697. perfect peace.

  698. There will be humans

  699. on earth

  700. that can die.

  701. Not believers

  702. who have gone to heaven

  703. but they will have children.

  704. Those that are there

  705. during the thousand years

  706. will have children.

  707. Those children

  708. still have to have

  709. the,

  710. make the choice

  711. to decide

  712. because

  713. again

  714. Revelations

    Revelation 20 chapter mention

  715. chapter 20

  716. chapter 20

  717. 7

  718. to 15

  719. are some of the most

  720. terrifying

  721. verses

  722. in the Bible.

  723. This is the end

  724. of the tribulation.

  725. Again I can say

  726. there is a distinct

  727. marker

  728. and this is the

  729. distinct marker.

  730. So

  731. when I saw

  732. a great

  733. white throne

  734. and him

  735. who was seated

  736. on it

  737. earth and sky

  738. fled from his presence

  739. and there was no

  740. place for them.

  741. I saw the dead

  742. great and small

  743. standing before

  744. the throne

  745. and the books

  746. were opened.

  747. Another book

  748. was opened

  749. which is

  750. the book of life.

  751. The dead

  752. were judged

  753. according to

  754. what they had done

  755. as recorded

  756. in the books.

  757. The sea

  758. gave up the dead

  759. and there was

  760. in it

  761. and death

  762. and Hades

  763. gave up the dead

  764. that were in them

  765. and each person

  766. was judged

  767. according to

  768. what they had done.

  769. Then death

  770. and Hades

  771. were thrown

  772. into the lake

  773. of fire.

  774. The lake

  775. of fire

  776. is the second

  777. death.

  778. If anyone's

  779. name was not

  780. found written

  781. in the book

  782. of life

  783. he was thrown

  784. into the lake

  785. of fire.

  786. So that's

  787. a promise.

  788. When Christ

  789. comes

  790. is there

  791. the

  792. there's a

  793. big battle

  794. that happens

  795. and God

  796. just

  797. with the

  798. word of

  799. his mouth

  800. ends

  801. the battle

  802. all the

  803. forces

  804. against

  805. him

  806. so

  807. these

  808. are

  809. people

  810. that

  811. were born

  812. during the

  813. thousand years

  814. who rebelled

  815. he will

  816. destroy them

  817. and then

  818. the judgment

  819. so

  820. it's

  821. promised

  822. that if

  823. anyone's

  824. name

  825. was not

  826. found

  827. written

  828. in the

  829. book

  830. of life

  831. he was

  832. thrown

  833. into

  834. the lake

  835. of fire

  836. the lake

  837. of fire

  838. never ends

  839. it's

  840. not

  841. quenchable

  842. it's

  843. yeah

  844. so I

  845. was thinking

  846. you know

  847. people think

  848. well I'm

  849. just going to

  850. go there

  851. and I'll

  852. be with

  853. all my

  854. friends

  855. hell will

  856. be a

  857. wonderful

  858. place

  859. we'll

  860. party

  861. all the

  862. time

  863. not so

  864. much

  865. an

  866. example

  867. of what

  868. hell

  869. could be

  870. like

  871. if you

  872. think

  873. of

  874. Lazarus

  875. and the

  876. rich

  877. man

  878. Lazarus

  879. died

  880. he lived

  881. a miserable

  882. life

  883. and the

  884. dogs

  885. licked

  886. his

  887. wounds

  888. and the

  889. rich

  890. man

  891. had all

  892. his

  893. wonderful

  894. stuff

  895. but

  896. Lazarus

  897. with

  898. Abraham

  899. and there

  900. was a

  901. huge

  902. you couldn't

  903. go across

  904. this gully

  905. or gap

  906. between

  907. where

  908. Lazarus

  909. was

  910. and where

  911. the rich

  912. man

  913. was

  914. and this

  915. is likely

  916. how hell

  917. will be

  918. so the

  919. rich man

  920. was alone

  921. he

  922. was

  923. tormented

  924. unbelievably

  925. he begged

  926. for a drop

  927. of water

  928. on his

  929. tongue

  930. and there

  931. was no

  932. nothing

  933. that could

  934. give him

  935. any

  936. peace

  937. so this

  938. is how

  939. hell

  940. will be

  941. alone

  942. there is

  943. no

  944. there is

  945. no partying

  946. with friends

  947. you are

  948. all by

  949. yourself

  950. sulfur

  951. in the

  952. eyes

  953. if you

  954. have ever

  955. had a

  956. speck of

  957. sulfur

  958. in your

  959. eyes

  960. there is

  961. not much

  962. more

  963. oh

  964. that's

  965. just

  966. horrible

  967. flames

  968. unquenchable

  969. thirst

  970. no

  971. relief

  972. from pain

  973. people

  974. go into

  975. heaven

  976. we have

  977. perfect

  978. bodies

  979. we have

  980. no pain

  981. we live

  982. forever

  983. there is

  984. no relief

  985. from pain

  986. and the

  987. worst part

  988. for

  989. eternity

  990. hell

  991. Romans 6

  992. 23

  993. for the

  994. wages of

  995. sin is

  996. death

  997. but the

  998. gift of

  999. God is

  1000. eternal

  1001. life

  1002. then we

  1003. turn to

  1004. chapter 21

  1005. 1 to 5

  1006. heaven

  1007. so after

  1008. after that

  1009. dividing mark

  1010. then we look

  1011. at heaven

  1012. then I saw

  1013. a new heaven

  1014. and a new

  1015. earth

  1016. for the

  1017. first heaven

  1018. and the

  1019. first earth

  1020. had passed

  1021. away and

  1022. there was

  1023. no longer

  1024. any sea

  1025. I saw

  1026. the holy

  1027. city

  1028. the new

  1029. Jerusalem

  1030. coming down

  1031. out of

  1032. heaven

  1033. from God

  1034. prepared

  1035. as a bride

  1036. beautifully

  1037. dressed for

  1038. her husband

  1039. and I heard

  1040. a loud voice

  1041. from the

  1042. throng

  1043. saying

  1044. now the

  1045. dwelling of

  1046. God is

  1047. with men

  1048. and he

  1049. will live

  1050. with them

  1051. they will

  1052. be his

  1053. people

  1054. and God

  1055. himself

  1056. will be

  1057. with them

  1058. and there

  1059. will be

  1060. their God

  1061. and he

  1062. will wipe

  1063. away

  1064. every tear

  1065. from their

  1066. eyes

  1067. there will

  1068. be no

  1069. more death

  1070. or mourning

  1071. or crying

  1072. or pain

  1073. for the

  1074. old order

  1075. of things

  1076. has passed

  1077. away

  1078. he who was

  1079. seated on

  1080. the throne

  1081. said

  1082. I am

  1083. making

  1084. everything

  1085. new

  1086. then he

  1087. said

  1088. write this

  1089. down

  1090. for these

  1091. words

  1092. are trustworthy

  1093. so that's

  1094. that's what

  1095. we have to

  1096. look for

  1097. heaven

  1098. is

  1099. we're

  1100. with God

  1101. there's

  1102. everything

  1103. to look

  1104. forward

  1105. to

  1106. you know

  1107. and

  1108. you know

  1109. as we

  1110. live our

  1111. lives

  1112. just

  1113. just

  1114. saying a

  1115. few

  1116. a few

  1117. words

  1118. isn't

  1119. enough

  1120. we have

  1121. to live

  1122. the life

  1123. and

  1124. the three

  1125. chapter book

  1126. of Titus

  1127. gives a

  1128. very clear

  1129. description

  1130. on how to

  1131. live the

  1132. Christian life

  1133. once

  1134. salvation

  1135. is accepted

  1136. so there's

  1137. expectations

  1138. God definitely

  1139. gives us

  1140. expectations

  1141. works to

  1142. live by

  1143. in

  1144. revelations

  1145. 1 8

  1146. Jesus said

  1147. I am the

  1148. alpha and

  1149. the omega

  1150. who is

  1151. and who

  1152. was

  1153. and who

  1154. is to

  1155. come

  1156. the almighty

  1157. this statement

  1158. assures us

  1159. that we have

  1160. the guarantee

  1161. that these

  1162. six periods

  1163. did happen

  1164. and will

  1165. happen in

  1166. the future

  1167. this

  1168. is our

  1169. hope of

  1170. salvation

  1171. thank you
