Hello and welcome to the McDonald Road

7th Adventist Church. Thank you so much

for joining us as part of our online

church family. I hope that you are

blessed by the music and the message

that we share with you today. We're so

glad once again that you are part of our

online church. No matter where you're

worshiping from, we're so glad that you

are able to worship with us here in

McDonald Road. And if you're in the

area, we would love for you to join us

in person. We have worship services at

8:50 a.m. and at 11:30 a.m. every

Sabbath here at the McDonald Road

Church. Once again, welcome to church.

So glad that you're here to worship with

us.

I want to say happy Sabbath to each and

every single one of you. I even have a

chance to see some people that I live

close to, but I I don't get to see them

very often. Um, I want to send greetings

again from Adventist World Radio from uh

our new president, uh, Pastor Jim

Howard. He doesn't like it when we call

him Elder. He said it makes him feel

old. So, I want to send greetings from

Pastor Jim Howard, our president at

Adventist World Radio, along with Vice

President Cammy Uman. We have lots of

stuff out in the foyer. Feel free to

take as much of it as you want. Um, I

want to thank Bill and his wife for

being out there and and helping with

some of the presentations.

Um, now typically I'm just going to be

honest with you, I'm used to going to

four different churches and preaching

four different messages. I don't just

preach the same one at each church I go

to. And so I'm not used to this

preaching the the same message thing.

And I've been sitting here praying and I

thought, well, God, we'll just do the

same thing we've always done. Amen. So,

I want to talk to you under the subject

of the best days are yet to come. The

best days are yet to come. Same

scripture. Same scripture. So, um, if

you weren't here this morning, you can

watch the sermon this morning, too, cuz

it's different. Amen.

I'll say amen for you then.

Let's go ahead and uh have a quick word

of prayer and and dive into the text.

Father in heaven,

fill me up now.

Empty me of the frailty of the preacher

standing here and fill me with your Holy

Spirit, dear Lord. Strengthen me and

guide me as I speak. Help me to speak

your words and yours only. For we pray

it in Jesus name. Let everyone say amen.

>> And amen. Scripture is the same. And the

is Matthew 28 16 to 20. And turn with

me. And the Bible reads, "And then the

11 disciples went away into Galilee into

a mountain where Jesus had appointed for

them. And when they saw him, they

worshiped him, but some what?

>> Doubted. And then Jesus came and spoke

to them, saying, "All authority has been

given to me to heaven and on earth. Go

therefore and make disciples of all the

nations, baptizing them in the name of

the Father and of the Son and of the

Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe

all things that I have commanded you.

And lo, I am with you always, even

until the end of the age. Even until the

end of the age. I think it's interesting

here, and a lot of us pastors see this.

We love this. Verse 17. I pointed this

out in the first service. I want to

point this out here. It says that that

when they saw him, they worshiped him,

but some doubted him. But I love what he

says. He says, "Lo, I am with you

always, even until the end of the age."

So it doesn't matter the things that

you've been struggling with. I don't

care what struggles you're coming into

the church today with. I don't care what

you're dealing with here at McDonald

Road because I'm going to be with you

always, even until the end of the age.

I'm going to be with you no matter what.

Have you ever been in a difficult

situation before?

Well, I have. My wife and I have been in

difficult situations. We have been in

districts where it was nothing but zero

people and full of mold.

Nobody there, not one person in the in a

pew

in a church full of mold.

It's kind of like our lives, I suppose.

When I left that district,

those churches were full of people.

I remember one church, they said,

"You'll be lucky to have 10 people ever

show up at this church." There were

about 40 to 50. The other church pastor,

they said, "There you'll be lucky to

have five ever attend here."

There were 70.

God does things that you and I can't

see.

And today I want to talk to you under

the subject of the best days are yet to

come. Because in Matthew 28, the Bible

says that the 11 disciples went away in

Galilee on a mountain where now remember

how many gathered? It was about 500 they

say. And these were not hateful

Pharisees. These were not backbiting

scribes. These were not the careless

crowd, the people who gathered, but they

were the followers.

They saw him.

They worshiped him.

But some of them doubted him.

Do you ever doubt Jesus?

Do you doubt the power that is in the

name of Jesus?

I've been there. I was there a month

ago. I was sitting in a hotel room in

Torurro, Uganda, wondering why am I here

a week and a half early if we're not

going to start the meetings? And I could

be home with my wife. I can be home with

my family. And and here I am stuck

all alone

just with the people that I met a few

years ago.

And I didn't know what to do.

So I got on my hands and knees and I

prayed and I said, 'Lord,

use me how you want to use me. Do what

you want to do because you're the one

who brought me here to Toruro.

So I'm not here to do what DW wants to

do, but I'm here to do whatever it is

that you brought me here to do. So,

Father, whatever it is, I'm asking

that you do it.

Sometimes I think we doubt God too much.

Sometimes I think we want to look at at

things in in the the human perspective

and and I like to put my glasses on when

I I think of the Holy Spirit because I

like to look through the lens of the

Holy Spirit because

God's ways are not our ways.

We see things in a different light. Just

like my first district, you're not going

to have more than five or 10 people. But

we left and how many were there? More

than 100 between two churches.

Between four churches, you're looking

maybe at 150. God grew those churches.

God didn't put a stamp on what could be

done and what couldn't be done. Are you

following me?

>> We have to quit doubting what God can do

in our work.

We have to quit doubting what God can do

in our lives.

I've seen God perform some miracles. And

a lot of times, I think sometimes uh we

look at people and and we want to kind

of just put them in this box and and

say, "Oh, this person has only been

sober for 8 to 10 years, but uh what

does that matter

if the Holy Spirit is in them? What does

that matter if the Holy Spirit is

leading them?"

You know, the disciples, they were were

were a rough bunch, weren't they? You

know, they were basically a bunch of

gangbangers. They were they were a bunch

of thugs. That's what they were. The

disciples were. And here, my first point

to my message is this. The call of God

is to advancement.

And it will always have people who doubt

you.

It will always have people who doubt it

could be done. And it's amazing that

some people saw, some worshiped, and

other people saw, and some doubted. God

has and will give you and I the vision.

And mark my words, there will be

doubters who are going to say it can't

be done. We're going to do evangelism

here. It's going to be the same thing

that's always happened. And we're not

going to baptize anybody.

Right there. You've already marked it

with your human selves all over it.

You've already written it off before the

Holy Spirit can do anything there.

Why do we do this to ourselves?

goals are almost always doubted by those

on the inside.

It's not the naysayers from the outside.

It's it's not them. It's us.

It's us. We need to worry.

Not about being

encouraged so much and discouraged. You

see, God doesn't call you and I just to

service. He doesn't call us just to

maintain the organization. He calls us

to grow it. He calls us to do

extraordinary things. That's why the

best are yet to come.

So, it is us

who needs to be encouraged. Brothers and

sisters, God didn't call you and I to do

things that are safe. He called us to do

things

not that are lowrisk things or

politically safe things or the things

that will make no waves. No, no, no.

What God has called you and I to do, God

is calling his leaders and he is calling

you and I to change the world.

If you don't want to make any waves,

then you are in the wrong business, my

friends.

God has called all of us to make changes

through the name of Jesus Christ.

>> And it can be done. You see, God calls

his leaders to to be the change agents.

And when they saw him, they worshiped

him. and some doubted. But if I'm

casting a vision and I have no doubters,

then the vision I'm casting is not bold

enough. Are you following the pastor

this morning?

If I cast a vision and it not at least

one person is doubting me, then I

believe that there's a problem. Because

as I have read my Bible, when God calls

leaders to do the unthinkable, to do the

unimaginable,

God calls consecrated leaders, they are

called to do what the unconsecrated

believers believe cannot be done.

All right, I said it too fast. Let me

say it this way.

As I have read my Bible, I believe God

calls leaders to do the unimaginable.

God calls us consecrated leaders and we

are called to do what the unconsecrated

believer believes cannot be done.

Are you following me? When God called

Noah, how many believed that it was

going to rain?

120 years. And for 20 years, this guy is

preaching and he has no children.

And those children didn't even have

wives yet.

Can you imagine preaching for 20 years?

And I I asked myself the same thing.

Dear Lord, why am I here in Toro so

early? I could have went the next week

because there was work that needed to be

done.

But we want to look at things through

our human lens instead of the Holy

Spirit's lens. Amen.

Brothers and sisters, we have been

called

like Joseph.

He dreamed and his own brothers doubted

him. When Moses came to deliver the

children of Israel from Egypt, the

doubters said that it couldn't be done.

When Gideon had 300 men against the

hundreds of thousands, the doubters came

out of the woodwork. Brothers and

sisters, when David stood up against

Goliath, even his own brothers

doubted him.

The good thing about David is is David

had to have a giant killing mentality.

And I believe that when you and I can

learn to have a giant killing mentality,

then we can see changes in the things we

are doing

as a church family.

Because you are not just some church.

You are the McDonald Road 7th Day

Adventist Church. You drive by this

place, you know it's here.

You don't have one service, but you have

two services

and several Sabbath schools.

We have been called to go beyond the

four walls that we have here to tell

others about Jesus.

God has given us a vision to that we

should not run from. A vision not

because we have doubters. It's time to

move forward.

It's time to forge ahead

because even when there are people who

doubt,

God's got your back. Amen.

You know, the very first time I went to

Toruro was on my birthday in 200 and 24

or three and and we were told this is a

difficult place in Uganda to do ministry

and you're not going to baptize much

here. In fact, we we did a meeting the

last week I was there. It was at Bugama

University. They said, "You'll be lucky

to have five baptized at that

university."

But praise God, we saw 50 give their

lives to Jesus

>> because somebody stood boldly

for an entire week, pouring their heart

out, allowing the Holy Spirit to use

them in a way that maybe somebody else

wouldn't.

McDonald Road.

When are we gonna have a third service?

When are we going to get outside of this

box?

When are we going to go tell it on the

mountain here in Tennessee that Jesus

Christ has been born? Jesus Christ has

been born and he has died. He was

buried. He was resurrected. He was

ascended and now it's time for the rest

of us to go out and tell somebody about

that same Jesus.

>> Is that something that you're willing to

do?

>> You know, organizationally Jesus left

the disciples and he left things in in a

disarray. In fact, Jewish services had

been turned upside down. In fact, the

holy place where the presence of God

dwelled and the curtain was torn from

the top to the bottom. And you could see

now uh when you couldn't see anymore.

And the Pharisees who were the religious

leaders who were the brethren in the day

they had been exposed as liars and

cheaters and murderers.

And the second in command, the person

that the people would have made the

president

was Judas.

In fact, our cousin tells us that that

he was one of the best speakers of the

bunch.

There was no money. There was no

president. They didn't have houses of

worship. And this was the condition that

Galilee

was left in.

When you look at his response to the

doubters, you know what he says to those

who are doubting that it can't be done?

He doesn't say anything about their

doubt. Instead, Jesus says, "All power

is given unto me in heaven and in the

earth." He does not acknowledge the

doubt. INSTEAD, HE SAYS, "I'M going to

be with you always,

even until the end of the age." So, I

don't care what kind of doubt you got. I

don't care if you doubt if I can help

you pay your bills on time. I don't care

if you doubt if I can help you with your

problems at home or with your problem

children. But the fact of the matter is,

it does not matter because through your

doubt, I'm going to be with you always,

even until the end of the age. Come on,

somebody.

That was Jesus.

And that's why I love this passage

because in the Greek and Jesus uses this

word for power and there are two words

translated and and and we know this and

and we see that there is is his words

one that is translated and it means

powered as inherent anything in itself.

But Jesus doesn't just use um dynamite

here. He uses a different word. And the

translation literally means

authority.

What Jesus is saying to his doubters and

to everybody else

is to listen. All authority is given. Do

you see the difference?

One is like dynamite, right? You have

the power to act. You have the power to

do. Like in Acts 1:8, when you say you

Acts 1:8

shall receive power after the Holy Ghost

has come upon you, that's this word. And

that's a word that we get dynamite from.

And dynamite changes things, doesn't it?

But he said, "You're going to have to p

have the power to change things. then

you're going to be a stick of dynamite.

But the other type of power came from

one who has authority.

The devil has power but he gets power

from the ones who have authority. Jesus

says you are speaking to the one who

gives power to everybody.

So what Jesus is saying and this is my

second point for today and I had not

intended to preach this today but the

second point is that the call of God

comes with power to perform what he has

called you and I to do.

Said it too fast. I'll say it again. The

call of God comes with the power to

perform what he has called all of us

to do.

Are you willing to step out in that

faith to go out and to tell somebody

about Jesus? Because he calls you and I

his brothers and sisters. And today in

spite of all the doubters in the house,

what Jesus is saying here is he says not

some power has been given unto me.

Instead he says that all power

has been given unto me. And Jesus places

this important statement there. He says

listen I'm addressing your doubt. And he

says, "What I want you to do is to look

at my power.

And the more you look at my power,

the more your doubt will disappear."

Did you catch it? The more you look at

my power, the more your doubt

will disappear.

My brothers and sisters, we start in the

wrong place. And that's why we are

afraid of where we're going in this

life.

When Jesus says, "All power is given

unto me." When you start at verse 18, it

gives you power and it gives you courage

to go to verse 19. Right? Go ye

therefore, which is the third point. In

other words, we have no choice. When you

accept the call to be a disciple,

we have no choice but to go. The command

of Christ is imperative.

It's to go.

Go and make disciples of all the

nations. That's why I was on my knees in

an empty hotel room in Teroro where

nobody was showing up to the meetings

because the money didn't show up on

time.

But God knew what he was doing

because God had been preparing his

people.

and we baptize hundreds in an area where

we were told we'd be lucky to baptize 50

to 100.

God's ways are not our ways.

God's ways are bigger than our ways. And

the call of God is to go to all with all

power and authority. This call is not

the call of God to the church. It is the

call of God to every single person in

the church.

Did you catch that? This call isn't just

to the pastors. It's to all of us. And

if we all were going out and telling

somebody about Jesus, each of us could

bring at least one person with us to

church every week. Are you following me?

And if we would continue to do this, we

wouldn't have a 42% net loss rate in the

7-day Adventist church.

What are we going to do to change it?

What are we going to do to make it make

sense? There are too many people in this

world who want to say, "Let's do this or

let's do that."

It's time that we get on our knees and

say, "God, what are we going to do to

make a change?

What are we going to do to grow this

church?"

That's my my wife and I did in Point

Pleasant, West Virginia, where we were

told it couldn't be done.

We were told, "You will never ever do

anything here. you will never grow this

church.

That's when God comes in and says, "I'm

going to give you the power to do

anything

possible."

And God grew those churches. The Holy

Spirit grew those churches. I'm wrapping

up. I'm wrapping up. My brothers and

sisters, we have been called to go out

into all the world.

We have been called

to bring people to the foot of the

cross.

We have been called to go and tell

somebody about Jesus. Not just the

pastors, not just the elders, not just

the children of the pastors, not just

the wives of the pastors, but we have

all been called to go tell somebody

about Jesus.

For we all must go out into all the

world and then the end will come. Amen.

>> In the first sermon, I told them about

this young little boy.

His name was Dan.

He was 13 years old.

His

father died and his m mother abandoned

him in Kenya

and he made his way onto a truck onto

the back of a trailer and as he made his

way onto that trailer they slowly made

it

because this is a border town. Okay,

you're on the border of Uganda right

here.

and he made his way to eastern Uganda,

a 13-year-old boy on the streets

with another 30 or 40 children.

They were on the streets, folks.

And this is what God wanted me to see.

It wasn't about the people we were

looking to baptize and the people we had

been doing Bible studies with,

but it was about getting these young

people off the street

and into homes.

God performed a miracle that we didn't

see because we were looking through our

human perspective instead of the Holy

Spirit's perspective.

I don't have to look at that any longer.

I don't have to look through things in a

human perspective anymore because I have

the Holy Spirit up in me. And when I've

got the Holy Spirit in me, it doesn't

make me sinless, but I start sinning

less.

I stop doing the things I shouldn't be

doing. I stop saying the things I

shouldn't be saying anymore and I start

doing what God has called me to do. What

has God called you to do?

Each day this young man Dan would show

up and I would give him 2,000 Ugandan

shillings. That's a $188

or a$150.

And it was enough to feed him and his

few friends.

And on Friday evening, he said, ' Do you

mind if I take this and use it to buy

medication for my friends and I?

We said, 'Absolutely, go ahead, use it.

And I was going to bring extra money the

next morning for Sabbath for him, but I

forgot it because I'm not used to

carrying money on me on Sabbath.

I'm just used to carrying an emergency

card.

I preached

about how I got proof that every single

sinner in this room can get the glory.

And that young man walked up to me

and I'm digging looking for money, but I

didn't have any. All I had was his card.

And I'm thinking we're going to have to

go back to the hotel. and he looks up at

me and he's crying and he says, "Pastor,

I don't want any money."

He says, "Pastor, I want to be a part of

that group of people you were talking

about in Revelation 7. When you said

that there would be a group of people, a

multitude that nobody could number

standing on a sea of glass, he says, "I

want to be born again."

My brothers and sisters, I wasn't there

to do what I wanted to do. I wasn't

there for for followup to something I

had done two years ago. I was there to

do what God had called me to do this

time.

So, the question I have for each of you

today is, what is God calling you to do

this time? I know what we've done in the

past and sometimes it doesn't work,

but what is God calling us to do now?

God is using Adventist World Radio to

bring many souls all around the world

home to Jesus.

And I want to go home. Don't you? I'm

sick of this world. I'm sick of living

in sin.

I'm tired of it.

God is calling you and I

to go out of this church

and to call his people home.

What is getting in the way of you doing

what the Holy Spirit is calling you to

do, brothers and sisters?

And those of us who don't live here in

Tennessee, we've got to go home and

we've got to do the same thing in our

churches.

We have to do the same thing in our

areas.

You know, I may not have my own church

that I pastor anymore, but I have a

church that I attend and I go out and I

do Bible studies during the week.

So what's your excuse?

What's our excuse?

It's time that we all do our part.

Because when we work together

in unison,

that power together becomes the

authority that Jesus gives so that we

can go tell somebody about Jesus.

Now, I know some of you, you might not

like this type of preaching. And that's

okay.

You're not going to like every preacher.

It's not about the preacher. It's about

the Holy Spirit getting you into gear.

Amen.

>> It's about the Holy Spirit shifting you

and pivoting you in such a way where you

will stop doing what is normal, where

you will stop doing what is just okay

for you to do and you will start going

out of your comfort zone and helping

others find Jesus.

Now, I don't know about you,

but I'm tired

and I want to go home and I'm going to

go to Maryland today. I'm going to go

home.

But that's not the home I'm talking

about.

I'm ready for Jesus to come in the

clouds.

I'm ready for the dead in Christ to

rise. I'm ready to see my dad again.

I'm ready to see my loved ones again.

I'm ready to see your loved ones again.

So that you and I can get off this old

ball of mud and we can finally go home.

Come on, somebody.

God is calling you and I

to do what many can't do.

In Acts 1:8, the word of God says this,

Acts 1:8

"But you shall receive power when the

Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you

shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem

and in all of Judea and Samaria and to

the end of the earth."

Brothers and sisters, God had called me

to Uganda

to get those kids off the street.

And you know what? I go back and I do it

all again.

Right now, the kids, some of them are

back in schools,

some of them are going to trade schools

where they are learning how to weld.

Well, what are we doing?

What are we doing here at McDonald Road?

Are we just walking driving past the

building and having church and then

going home? Or are we going out into the

community and telling others about

Jesus?

Cuz I'm going to tell you what, I don't

get on the airplane till 7:00 and I'm

willing to go witness.

Is there anybody else that wants to go

do some witnessing today? Come on,

somebody.

Brothers and sisters, we don't have much

time left. Jesus is coming soon.

And it's time that we get busy and we

quit being doubters

and we start being team players.

Your pastor needs help.

The church leadership needs help. They

can't do it without you. That's why

Christ didn't just call the leaders, BUT

HE CALLED EVERYONE.

They worshiped him, but some doubted.

And lo, I will be with you always, even

until the end of the age.

I don't know about you,

but I want to follow that Jesus. I want

to go out these doors.

I want to take what glow tracks I have

and I want to go give them out downtown.

I want to pray for people. I want to

tell them about the Jesus I know. I want

to give them my card so they have my

phone number. I want to pray with them.

Tell them I will pray for whatever they

need. But when are we going to get busy?

But I'm sure everybody here has plans,

right?

We always have plans. But we can do it

this week or we can do it next week.

Brothers and sisters,

what if this is the last day on earth?

If today is the last day on earth,

then I want to spend it telling somebody

about Jesus Christ. I want to spend it

telling somebody about the person who

got me off of drugs and alcohol.

A person who got me away from sin. He

didn't make me sinless, but I started to

sin less. Come on, somebody. You know

who I'm talking about. because I'm

talking about you too. And praise God, I

got proof because in Revelation 7 and

verse 8, we are given one of the most

beautiful verses.

Again, I wasn't preaching this today.

And it says here,

verse 9, sorry. And after these things,

I looked, and behold, a great multitude,

which no one could number, of all

nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues,

standing before the throne and before

the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with

palm branches in their hands, and crying

out with a loud voice,

saying, "Salvation

belongs to our God who sits on the

throne."

And it belongs to the lamb. Come on,

somebody. It belongs to Jesus.

>> So even though we are a bunch of

doubters,

we can still go out and do the work that

Jesus is calling us to do. Amen.

>> I feel bad for the people who told me

they were hungry an hour and 15 minutes

ago.

>> Brothers and sisters, we don't have

time.

The time is urgent.

This is a 911 emergency.

So, how many people are with me?

How many people are down to start

telling others about Jesus?

Maybe you're busy today,

then make plans tomorrow,

but tomorrow's not promised.

Are you all ready to share the gospel?

Because we are commanded to go.

And who's he going to send? He's going

to send us. But he can only send us if

we are willing to go.

So that's my question for you today, my

brothers and sisters. Are you willing to

go

and tell somebody

about Jesus Christ?

Are you willing to each one of you reach

one? If that's you and you want to agree

with the pastor today, then I'm going to

ask that you just stand with me now

as we say yes, Jesus. Yes, Lord. Yes. To

your will and to your way.

Brothers and sisters, there's going to

come a day

when we won't have the opportunity to

tell people about Jesus anymore.

We don't have to go to Africa to tell

others about Jesus. We can do it right

here at McDonald Road, Tennessee. We can

do it in Chattanooga.

We can do it on Rocky Top. You'll always

be home sweet home to me. Good old Rocky

Top. Rocky Top, Tennessee.

That's what we need to be singing about

heaven. And we need to be telling the

people that Jesus is coming soon and he

loves them.

So that's my call for you today.

And for the rest of you, I know you had

an evangelism series. I heard

maybe there's somebody who needs to be

baptized.

If there's someone who would like to

come forward who's in baptismal classes

right now

or maybe needs to be rebaptized,

if that's you, I'm going to ask that you

just go ahead and come forward.

Maybe you've already been there before.

That's okay.

They have three and a half pastors here.

They told me I I see five and a half

pastors. So, we have plenty of pastors

here and plenty of church leadership,

but some doubted.

I don't want to be among the doubters.

If there's anybody who'd like to come

forward who would like to be baptized,

just go ahead and come forward right

now.

And I want to have a special prayer with

you as we close.

And we'll stay here until the one comes

down because I know that there's one

here.

Maybe there's one watching online on

YouTube that's ready to make that

decision.

You don't have to be embarrassed because

we're all here with you.

And if you're not going to come down,

you need to be praying that somebody's

going to come down here and make that

decision for Jesus today.

Father in heaven,

I know there's somebody here who wants

to give their life fully to you.

Father, I know there is someone here

who doesn't want to be among the

doubters,

but wants to be among those who will go

out and tell somebody about Jesus.

Father, my prayer today as yet you will

forgive us in the places where we have

failed you

and strengthen us in those areas.

Lord, if somebody didn't feel

comfortable to come to be baptized, I

pray they will come up to one of the

pastors or elders after the service

because the best days are yet to come.

Father, we love you so much and we

praise your holy name for what you are

doing for us on this world,

but we're ready to go home. So take us

home, Lord.

And we will give you all the praise,

honor, and glory for we pray all these

things in Jesus precious name. Let

everyone say amen.

>> Amen.

>> And amen.

You know, last night we came together

and we talked about what God is doing

around the world.

And we continued that same thing today.

And I told you all during the first

service, it wouldn't look like the

second service.

There's room for this church to grow.

>> We need to grow in God's love.

And in God's grace,

>> amen,

>> we need to quit putting a stamp on

people, making a decision about who they

are when you don't even know them when

they walk in the door. We got to love

everyone. Amen.

>> We got to learn to start loving everyone

because we don't know

when that last day is going to be. We

don't know when that last moment's going

to be. We don't know when that last hour

is going to be. I want to go home.

>> And I'm not talking about my earthly

home. I want to go to heaven.

>> Father in heaven, as we close now, I

pray for your Holy Spirit to guide us

out of this place. Lord, I pray that we

can be like the early pioneers of the

church,

the ones who knew Jesus was coming soon.

Father, we know you are coming.

And we know that it's time

that we sound the battle cry, that we

lift up the trumpet and loud let it ring

because Jesus is coming again. Lord,

forgive us where we have failed you.

and direct us in the areas

you'd like us to do better. For we pray

it in Jesus' name. Let all those who

believe say amen and amen.
