  1. Adam shine.

  2. Adam Shine.

  3. Wait.

  4. Do we cut a song out today?

  5. Did we cut a song out?

  6. No, we were just praying a

  7. long time in the entryway.

  8. Sorry about that.

  9. Hey, uh.

  10. Super excited as we get into 2026

  11. because, uh, this Let Him Shine Podcast

  12. stuff that we talked about last week.

  13. Uh.

  14. I didn't realize it until like Friday,

  15. but evidently the stuff we were practicing

  16. and like trial running was actually live.

  17. Thank you very much Thomas.

  18. Appreciate that.

  19. So if you wanna see like behind the

  20. scenes awkward podcasting, check it out.

  21. But, uh, there's some really cool stuff

  22. that we're getting compiled and a lot

  23. of people who, uh, are on our list of

  24. conversations that we want to have to

  25. share the story of what God's doing.

  26. And, and I'm really excited because

  27. I feel like God has really set

  28. the stage for 2026 to be a year.

  29. Where you shine for him wherever you're

  30. at, whatever you're doing, that you

  31. are a reflection of Jesus, not my

  32. churches or my friends are, or this

  33. dude at my churches or this gal at

  34. my church in my small group, but that

  35. you are a light that shines for Jesus.

  36. And one of the things that we like

  37. to do, kind of as a fun end of year

  38. thing and maybe a beginning of the

  39. year, uh, is kind of hear from some

  40. of the different guys on staff.

  41. Last year we did a fun thing where

  42. we all tried to preach at one time

  43. and that was a epic fun event.

  44. Um, and with some scheduling stuff

  45. and some different things, I thought

  46. maybe we'd do sort of like a first word

  47. of the year, and yet God just seemed

  48. to keep reconfiguring all of that.

  49. And so where we've kind of landed

  50. is that over the course of the next

  51. several weeks, instead of trying to

  52. do some creative, crazy stuff, I'm

  53. actually gonna give the opportunity to

  54. a number of our different staff guys.

  55. To come and share with the

  56. church and to shine the light of

  57. what God's doing in their life.

  58. Maybe it's a word, maybe it's a

  59. concept, a challenge, a vision

  60. that God's been putting in their

  61. heart to share with all of us.

  62. And so we're gonna get to hear from a

  63. number of different people instead of

  64. like all trying to fight over the mic one

  65. Sunday, they're all gonna get their own.

  66. Sunday Rusty's going to Nicaragua to

  67. preach for like a week, so when he comes

  68. back, I anticipate it'll be Spanish.

  69. So that'll be a really

  70. exciting one not to miss.

  71. Uh, but this morning.

  72. Against all my better judgment.

  73. This is a Tim Tebow jersey, by the way.

  74. I'm only supporting him, not the

  75. Jags, but against all my better

  76. judgment, I wanna invite Tom Tro our

  77. children's pastor to sneak up here.

  78. Who is the, yeah,

  79. Tom is the only other resident

  80. Jags fan in this church.

  81. And uh, yeah, just so you know, we all

  82. need to be praying for the Jags this

  83. year because the Colts aren't in it.

  84. And if the Jags could win and get

  85. Josiah's that monkey off his back, I don't

  86. have to cheer for the Jags ever again.

  87. And we can just let it go.

  88. So please be in prayer over that.

  89. But Tom, I don't think you

  90. were gonna talk about the Jags.

  91. Probably far more important stuff.

  92. So this Well, I can, no, no, you're good.

  93. I, I can talk about the Jags.

  94. Let me reinforce that you're not going to

  95. be talking about the Jags this morning.

  96. Um, I, I appreciate the invite, Andy.

  97. Alright buddy.

  98. It's all yours.

  99. All right, well good

  100. morning church family.

  101. You guys got me today.

  102. Um, let me first let you

  103. know I'm excited to be here.

  104. Um, I'm happy you guys are all here.

  105. Um, like Andy said, he gave us

  106. a, a word to put on our heart.

  107. Um, uh, maybe God put on our hearts,

  108. but we actually have a, uh, it's

  109. kind of a switching of a generations

  110. there in the children's ministry.

  111. So I've been kind of wrestling with

  112. this myself anyways, of, Lord, what,

  113. what are we gonna teach the kids here?

  114. Um, and as I kind of went through

  115. it and then Andy, Andy approached me

  116. about it, my word was pretty immediate.

  117. Um, but then as I wrestled with what

  118. that might be for the rest of us, and

  119. even myself included, I found this to be.

  120. A big place for me.

  121. But, so the word I choose

  122. for you guys, for us to all

  123. explore together is foundation.

  124. Um, and of course we all, you know,

  125. foundations are important, right?

  126. I mean, there's, uh, there's not

  127. much that can't be said that we

  128. don't already know about foundations.

  129. We build on foundations.

  130. Um, Ken Ham with, uh, Ansy and

  131. Genesis, he, he takes the Bible and

  132. he says he defends the foundation

  133. of the Bible, genesis, right?

  134. Because the rest of.

  135. God's word is built upon Genesis.

  136. So, and I think it's important

  137. for us as Christians to really

  138. look at our foundation, right?

  139. What does that look like?

  140. Of course, we build upon

  141. the rock of Jesus Christ.

  142. But more importantly, I, I, the

  143. verse, the passage I chose for

  144. you guys, for us to kind of, uh.

  145. Explore together comes from Ephesians.

  146. If you guys got your Bibles, if

  147. you guys wanna flip 'em open.

  148. We're gonna go to Ephesians

  149. two 18 through 22.

  150. Uh, we're gonna jump around a little bit,

  151. but we're gonna stay in the New Testament.

  152. We'll start in Ephesians, jump

  153. to John A. Little bit and we'll

  154. wrap it up, uh, probably in uh

  155. Corinthians and maybe Galatians.

  156. But, uh, Ephesians 8 2 18 through 22.

  157. Um, it's kind of a lot

  158. up here, but this is, uh.

  159. It's a good one for us.

  160. Sorry guys.

  161. I'm gonna get to where I can read

  162. it straight from the scripture

  163. instead of the screen if I may.

  164. All right.

  165. Ephesians two 18.

  166. For through him Jesus Christ, we both

  167. have access in one spirit to the Father.

  168. So then you are no longer strangers

  169. and aliens, but you are fellow

  170. citizens with the saints and members

  171. of the household of God, built on the

  172. foundation of the apostles and prophets.

  173. Christ Jesus himself, being the

  174. cornerstone and whom the whole

  175. structure being joined together

  176. grows into a holy temple in the Lord.

  177. In Him, you also are being built

  178. together into a dwelling place

  179. for God by the Spirit, right?

  180. So in the beginning here, in the first,

  181. uh, the first part of that, we'll

  182. just break this down a little bit.

  183. Through him, we now have access in

  184. one spirit to the Father, right?

  185. We know what Jesus Christ did.

  186. For us in laying his life down.

  187. No one took it from him.

  188. Jesus Christ laid his life

  189. down and picked it up.

  190. Three days later, we have access

  191. in one spirit to the Father.

  192. We have a relationship right with

  193. Jesus Christ and God the father.

  194. It, it's no longer the, the same

  195. God of the Old Testament, the

  196. God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

  197. He still exists today.

  198. Our access to God changed.

  199. Our access to God.

  200. Came through now comes

  201. through Jesus Christ.

  202. In a relationship with Jesus, with God as,

  203. as our Father, we're able to pray to him.

  204. Abba Father, right?

  205. It continues in Ephesians two 19.

  206. So then you are no longer strangers and

  207. aliens, but you're a fellow citizens with

  208. the saints and members of the household.

  209. Hold of God.

  210. The household of God is who, right?

  211. The is Israelites.

  212. God's chosen people.

  213. Were the Israelite people.

  214. This is important because God grants us.

  215. What?

  216. He gives us a new identity.

  217. We're no longer Gentiles.

  218. We're no longer outside.

  219. The scripture says we're grafted in.

  220. We can't be separated from

  221. the family of God anymore.

  222. We're part of his household.

  223. We are sons and daughters.

  224. Jesus says, and that's a

  225. pretty important piece.

  226. This is all foundational

  227. stuff, so continuing on in

  228. him, you are also being built.

  229. Into a dwelling place for God by

  230. the Spirit and the rest of that.

  231. The rest of that passage is really

  232. the whole Christian foundation, right?

  233. What we build upon.

  234. But I'll, this is important because

  235. this is where I kind of wanna

  236. camp out a little bit in him.

  237. You are also being built together into

  238. a dwelling place for God by the spirit.

  239. Part of that new identity God gives us,

  240. as now sons and daughters in the household

  241. of God is we become the Holy temple.

  242. We become the dwelling place for the

  243. Holy Spirit to work in our lives.

  244. We become a place for the Holy

  245. Spirit to speak truth to us.

  246. Scripture calls the Holy Spirit,

  247. our comforter, our helper.

  248. And I, I, I just don't want you, I don't

  249. want us all to sleep on this stuff, right?

  250. Because foundations are important.

  251. You know, we look at this

  252. and what is that ready for?

  253. Foundation, a big, beautiful

  254. foundation is, uh, is great,

  255. but it's ready to be built upon.

  256. So the words of Jesus Christ.

  257. And he's, he, he told us, and we'll flip

  258. to John, John 15, 14, 15 through 17.

  259. This is, this is what ge, this is how

  260. we're building on that foundation, guys.

  261. Um, for if you love me, you will

  262. keep my commandments and I'll ask

  263. the father, and he will give you

  264. another helper to be with you forever.

  265. Even the spirit of truth whom the

  266. world cannot receive because it

  267. neither sees him nor knows him.

  268. You know him for he dwells

  269. with you and will be with you

  270. if you're here and you don't,

  271. this doesn't make sense.

  272. This is a pretty big piece.

  273. This is part that makes

  274. our identity different.

  275. A life outside of Jesus Christ

  276. is a life void of the Holy

  277. Spirit leading in your life.

  278. A life outside of Jesus Christ is a life

  279. void of the fullness that God has for you.

  280. Pretty, this is pretty important.

  281. Jesus absolutely fulfilled the law.

  282. He didn't abolish it.

  283. He asked us to keep his commandments

  284. and he gives us this promise

  285. that he will send another he'll.

  286. He will ask the Father and the God will

  287. grant us the helper, the Holy Spirit.

  288. He dwells within us.

  289. We get the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

  290. And that may not make sense

  291. to a lot of people, but uh, to

  292. Christians, it, it, it should.

  293. It should.

  294. We, we have the indwelling

  295. of the Holy Spirit.

  296. He can guide us.

  297. We have the opportunity to be filled

  298. with the Holy Spirit, but we walk

  299. around as, as the holy temple of God.

  300. That's what kind of separates us

  301. and make us, makes us different.

  302. Yes, we have Jesus Christ, but

  303. guys, we're the Holy Temple.

  304. People look at us and part of the things

  305. they see differently is, is that the Holy

  306. Spirit should be working in our lives.

  307. We should, we should allow us, but more

  308. importantly, the reason God grants us,

  309. the Holy Spirit, Jesus specifically tells

  310. us as well a little bit further in John

  311. 16, I still have many more things to

  312. say to you, but you cannot bear them.

  313. Now when the spirit of truth comes.

  314. He will guide you into all the truth

  315. for He will not speak on his own

  316. authority, but whatever he hears,

  317. he will speak and he will declare

  318. to you the things that are to come.

  319. And we all know at the

  320. end what is to come right?

  321. The return of Jesus Christ, our

  322. Lord and Savior, and the Holy

  323. Spirit brings glory to Jesus Christ.

  324. So absolutely the Holy Spirit is preparing

  325. us for the return of Jesus Christ, and

  326. he declares to us that he will come.

  327. But more importantly,

  328. it's the guiding, right?

  329. What does a guide do?

  330. Does a guide point you in the

  331. direction and say, good luck out there.

  332. I think you'll be okay.

  333. That guide walks with you.

  334. He wants to show you the

  335. Cho choices you should make.

  336. He wants to guide you along into a

  337. deeper relationship with, with, with

  338. God the Father, through Jesus Christ.

  339. That's why, for foundational, foundational

  340. stuff, this is, this is an important piece

  341. I want us all to remember when we invite

  342. a relationship with Jesus Christ, when

  343. we accept Him as our Lord and Savior.

  344. We're granted the indwelling

  345. of the Holy Spirit.

  346. We become not just sons and

  347. daughters, but the Holy Temple.

  348. And we walk around this world and we

  349. have, we have interactions with people

  350. and every single one of 'em, we, we have

  351. the opportunity ask the Holy Spirit, holy

  352. Spirit, gimme the words of Jesus Christ.

  353. What would you say to this person?

  354. Lord, how should I act in this moment?

  355. The guiding is important, but

  356. it's also what good is the

  357. guide if we don't listen to it?

  358. Right.

  359. I mean, Jesus Christ had more He wanted to

  360. say to us, we couldn't, we can't bear him.

  361. So as we, he walks us through this

  362. relationship with God the Father,

  363. as, as we take each step, we may not

  364. know what we're doing, but we know

  365. this next step, the Holy Spirit.

  366. Okay, I see.

  367. You want me to do this?

  368. You know, I mean, I, I

  369. operate a small business.

  370. I'll tell you what, I don't

  371. know what tomorrow brings.

  372. I don't know what the next day

  373. brings, but I know who holds it.

  374. And I know who guides it.

  375. I don't know the people I might do fix

  376. dents for, but I trust that God's bringing

  377. them in front of me and I do what I

  378. can to maybe just broach the subject of

  379. Jesus Christ with them some way, somehow.

  380. And see, see what happens with that.

  381. I mean, every, everywhere God

  382. has, this is an opportunity to

  383. serve Jesus Christ everywhere.

  384. We're in every conversation.

  385. We're in every, every moment of our day.

  386. We have an opportunity to

  387. let the Holy Spirit lead us.

  388. Uh, pastor on staff, Scott,

  389. once years ago, shared with us.

  390. We make, the average person

  391. makes 33,000 decisions a day.

  392. What would that look like if just

  393. a fraction of them were given

  394. to the Holy Spirit to guide us?

  395. What would it look like if in

  396. conversations we kind of slowed down

  397. and kind of put ourselves to the

  398. side, put our emotions to the side

  399. and ask the Holy Spirit to lead this?

  400. And then to continue on, I'm gonna

  401. go to Second Corinthians six 10.

  402. Um.

  403. Sorry, six 16 and, uh, and this is

  404. actually Paul Paul's telling the

  405. Church of Corin, the Church of Corin.

  406. One thing the Church of

  407. Corinth did well was love.

  408. You know, they, they, they,

  409. they loved, they, they didn't

  410. have a problem with that.

  411. And what's what's also important is

  412. actually, you know, in the Old Testament,

  413. I think it was a hundred times the Holy

  414. Spirit's mentioned, and Paul alone.

  415. His letters mentioned the Holy Spirit

  416. over a hundred and some odd times.

  417. Just, just that alone.

  418. So, I mean, don't sleep on

  419. the Holy Spirit in what he's,

  420. what he's doing in our lives.

  421. Either guys.

  422. 'cause it's, it's pretty important.

  423. And Paul reminds the Church of Core

  424. in, in verses six 16 through 18,

  425. what agreement has the Temple of

  426. God with idols for we are the temple

  427. of the Living God as God said.

  428. And he actually quotes

  429. from the prophet Ezekiel.

  430. So this is actually he.

  431. He uses the actual words God gave a

  432. prophet to remind the church of Corinth.

  433. I will make my dwelling among them

  434. and walk among them, and I will be

  435. their God and they shall be my people.

  436. Therefore, go out from their mist

  437. and be separate from them, says the

  438. Lord, and touch no unclean thing.

  439. Then I will welcome you and I will be a

  440. father to you, and you shall be sons and

  441. daughters to me as the Lord Almighty.

  442. And then he caps us off and he

  443. lets, he lets the church CORs know.

  444. And immediately in the next chapter,

  445. since we have these promises, beloved,

  446. let us cleanse ourselves from every

  447. defilement of body and spirit, bringing

  448. holiness to completion in the fear of God.

  449. Now the fear of God.

  450. I mean, some of you may, this may be

  451. redundant, but obviously, um, some, for

  452. those who aren't here, the fear of God

  453. is translated from a certain word, and

  454. I won't, I won't try to do an injustice

  455. to try to say it, but it actually also

  456. translates that fear of God translates

  457. to what some of us might already know.

  458. It translates to the word, see if

  459. it gets up there, reverence, right?

  460. Our holiness comes to completion

  461. in reverence in Jesus Christ.

  462. When we first accept Jesus Christ as our

  463. Lord and Savior, that is a very act of

  464. what Reverence, right reverence in our

  465. life for Jesus Christ and God the Father,

  466. starts at the very beginning of accepting

  467. Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

  468. So I first and foremost, guys, if,

  469. if you're here today and you have no

  470. idea what any of this is, foundations

  471. not even building on the proper

  472. foundations, please, I, I invite you

  473. into a relationship with Jesus Christ.

  474. Uh, even if you take the untangible

  475. eternity out of it, God's gotta design for

  476. you in your life on this side of eternity.

  477. That's full, that's complete, and

  478. it's full of joy with Jesus Christ.

  479. And not only that, guys, you get

  480. the help or you get the indwelling

  481. of God himself and the Holy Spirit

  482. to guide you through your life.

  483. And that's what it is.

  484. Everything starts with reverence.

  485. Everything finishes with reverence In our

  486. life, the foundation of our life is built.

  487. The foundation is built with the

  488. labor, um, of reverence, right?

  489. That's what we put into it.

  490. We have to have reverence

  491. for Jesus Christ.

  492. We have to have reverence for God.

  493. But more importantly, in all our

  494. decisions we make daily and everything

  495. we decide and try to do of ourselves,

  496. if it's outside the the Holy Spirit's

  497. guiding and leading, it's probably

  498. gonna end with disappointment.

  499. Guys.

  500. Unfortunately, it's probably

  501. gonna end with a lack of

  502. fullness that you were hoping for

  503. on this side.

  504. Eternity on this side of eternity.

  505. A life with Jesus Christ is full.

  506. He's got things he

  507. wants to share with you.

  508. Scripture told us, God, Jesus Christ had

  509. more to share with us, but we can't bear

  510. them in our walk, in our daily walk, in

  511. our daily reverence to Jesus Christ in

  512. our daily prayer time, Jesus gives us, he

  513. gives us our word, he gives us the Bible.

  514. That's what we fill

  515. ourselves up with, right?

  516. That's what the Holy Spirit can

  517. use to remind us of the God's

  518. word, but it's the reverence.

  519. That's where it all starts.

  520. 'cause it is that reverence is the

  521. labor that builds our foundation.

  522. Our reverence for Jesus

  523. Christ is what leads us into a

  524. deeper relationship with him.

  525. Our reverence for God the father, is what

  526. allows us to put ourselves to the side and

  527. allows the Holy Spirit to lead us through

  528. what Jesus Christ has shared with us.

  529. And it's our.

  530. It's our flesh or it's our spirit, right?

  531. Galatians five 16 says, but if I, but

  532. I say walk by the spirit and you will

  533. not gratify the desires of the flesh

  534. for the desires of the flesh are against

  535. the spirit and the desires of the spirit

  536. are against the flesh for these are

  537. opposed to each other, this one or the

  538. other guys, and those 33,000 decisions

  539. we get to make every day, we can choose

  540. Jesus Christ, or we can choose ourself.

  541. We can choose to stand on the foundation

  542. of the apostles and the prophets with

  543. Jesus Christ as our cornerstone, or

  544. we can maybe stand on this foundation.

  545. Maybe we've decided to build up from

  546. maybe words we've heard, things we've

  547. seen that awesome quote that guy said,

  548. it's Jesus Christ or the world.

  549. That, that's, that's the foundational

  550. decision, the foundation for us to,

  551. that I want us to focus on that the

  552. building of our foundation, sorry,

  553. is what I want us to focus on.

  554. And the reverence, right?

  555. I I if, if we're here today, if

  556. we don't know what reverence looks

  557. like in our life, what are we,

  558. what are we filling our lives with?

  559. And I'll say this, that is the

  560. only thing I kind of wrote here,

  561. but guys we're the holy temple.

  562. The we're the temple, the Holy Spirit

  563. dwells in and operates in our life from

  564. our temple is solely in our control.

  565. What are we subjecting him to?

  566. Is there worship and praise for God

  567. the father filling its chambers?

  568. Do we have the Holy Spirit of God hanging

  569. out with impurities and sinful thoughts?

  570. Is our temple filled with selfish

  571. desires, strung across like

  572. dirty clothes in the bedroom?

  573. Do we fill the temple of God with his

  574. scriptures that we might, that we might

  575. give the Holy Spirit what he needs to

  576. hear to properly lead us to a deeper

  577. relationship with God the Father?

  578. Do we hold our temple fit for

  579. Jesus Christ to enter and be proud?

  580. This is the foundation.

  581. A great temple of God can work in.

  582. Grace does abound, but I offer that

  583. the strength of our connection.

  584. Relies on our commitment to building

  585. our lives on the living word of God

  586. Almighty through the example of Jesus

  587. Christ, so that the Holy Spirit may

  588. properly work in leading our lives through

  589. the process of sanct sanctification

  590. on this side of Eternity's journey.

  591. So my challenge for you guys is this.

  592. Since we have the Spirit, guys, let

  593. us keep in step with the spirit.

  594. I ask that this week you guys

  595. maybe try to find a space.

  596. Maybe it's a morning,

  597. maybe it's an evening.

  598. Maybe it's the middle of your day, but I

  599. ask you to invite the Holy Spirits leading

  600. into your thoughts, maybe into your time.

  601. Maybe dedicate a space that you

  602. would normally bend on yourself.

  603. To sit down at the table and open up

  604. the scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit

  605. to prompt where he might say to you,

  606. if you're here today, not sure

  607. what your foundation looks like.

  608. Maybe you realize there's some

  609. cracks in your foundation.

  610. Maybe there's some things

  611. you need to shore up.

  612. Guys, I invite you guys all please,

  613. we'll take a little moment of prayer

  614. as we just examine our hearts,

  615. as we examine our foundation.

  616. And the structure of our temple and the

  617. contents of our temple that we ask the

  618. Holy Spirit be, be with us and dwell

  619. amongst us, dwell in our thoughts,

  620. lead our thoughts, lead our prayer

  621. time, and as we hear these words of

  622. this, the first verse of this song,

  623. if that be our prayer,

  624. and then be it, be so.

  625. But guys, I just.

  626. I just asked.

  627. As we look at the start of this year,

  628. as we look into this 2026, I asked you

  629. just, let's start with our foundation.

  630. Let's examine our foundation.

  631. Let's examine what we're building, the

  632. labor we're putting into our foundation,

  633. if we're putting any labor into it

  634. at all, because there definitely is

  635. some room for us to put in some work.

  636. Jesus Christ absolutely asked

  637. us to keep his commandments.

  638. He says in the Sermon on the Mount,

  639. if those will build, he, sorry.

  640. He says, on the Sermon on the

  641. Mount, you build your rock.

  642. You those who build the those who

  643. listen, who obey my commandments

  644. are, it's like a man who wise, man

  645. who builds his house upon the rock.

  646. Sorry.

  647. The kids are actually, we're gonna be

  648. going through the Sermon on the mountain

  649. next month, so shout out to moms and dads.

  650. You kids are gonna be walking through

  651. the, the Sermon on the mountain.

  652. We're gonna actually end on

  653. this, uh, parable that God,

  654. that Jesus Christ gives us in.

  655. Uh.

  656. In the Sermon of the Mount of

  657. building our house on the rock.

  658. So, but obeying Jesus's commandments,

  659. seeking God's word, laying it on our

  660. heart that we might put it into practice.

  661. It all starts with reverence.

  662. It all starts with trusting who God

  663. is, believing who God is, who Jesus

  664. Christ is, and what he did in our life.

  665. So, so as I just asked

  666. this, we will bow our heads.

  667. I'm gonna pray.

  668. And, uh, just ask the Holy Spirit.

  669. Just examine our hearts

  670. and see where we're at.

  671. Lord Heavenly Father, thank you.

  672. Thank you for Jesus Christ.

  673. God thank you and what he did

  674. that we're able to come to you as

  675. sons and daughters as to a father.

  676. Lord God, we thank you

  677. for the Holy Spirit.

  678. We thank you for the

  679. indwelling of Him in our life.

  680. Jesus Christ, please come.

  681. Holy Spirit, fill our hearts,

  682. guide our steps, guide our words.

  683. Help us lay our flesh down and

  684. help us choose you and our leading

  685. Holy Spirit.

  686. You are our comforter.

  687. You are our helper.

  688. You.

  689. And God, for those of

  690. us that don't know you,

  691. Jesus Christ, we ask you to come.

  692. We thank you for what you've done.

  693. We thank you for laying your life down

  694. and picking it up three days later.

  695. You are our Lord, our Savior,

  696. the atonement of our sin.

  697. Help us have reverence for you in

  698. this life, in this day and this hour.

  699. Right here in this moment, God.

  700. And in this year, we look at

  701. help us examine our foundations,

  702. help us shore us up, shore them up.

  703. Help the strength of our connection of

  704. our holy temple that we're building may

  705. be a proper place, a proper dwelling

  706. place for the Holy Spirit to work in.

  707. Thank you for all these people here.

  708. Thank you for your.

  709. Your congregation.

  710. God, thank you for this church family.

  711. I wouldn't be where I am in my own

  712. walk if it weren't for the guiding of

  713. all of this family and Holy Spirit,

  714. thank you for your guiding in my life

  715. that my might be prepared, that we

  716. all might be prepared for the return

  717. of Jesus Christ and all his glory

  718. and ask us to just open our hearts.

  719. God.

  720. And help us be vessels for you that we

  721. might be a light in this broken, dark

  722. world pouring your love out on amongst

  723. people that may not even know it.

  724. And I pray all this in the

  725. precious name of Jesus Christ.

  726. Amen.

  727. So guys, since we live by the Spirit,

  728. let us keep in step with the Spirit.

  729. My challenge for you today.

  730. Invite the Holy Spirits leading.

  731. Maybe in a conversation, maybe in just

  732. your own personal time when you're

  733. cruising around, driving, there's all

  734. kinds of ways to supplement, swap out.

  735. Maybe listen to that music,

  736. put some scripture on.

  737. Um, I should have put 'em up there.

  738. But, uh, there's all kinds of great apps

  739. that you guys, there's, there's, uh.

  740. If you guys, uh, there's

  741. an app called Streetlights.

  742. I recommend downloading that.

  743. It's actually the Bible to spoken word.

  744. It's kind of over some music, but that's

  745. a great way to supplement when you're

  746. cruising around, driving instead of

  747. listening to music or, or something else.

  748. Put that one on.

  749. Put the scriptures on.

  750. Find a way to supplement your

  751. time and invite the Holy Spirits

  752. leading in, in, in your week.

  753. God bless you and have

  754. a great day in the Lord.
