  1. So we're going to gather around the word. Now, Simon's going to come

  2. and share with us. We're in our series around the Kingdom, the last

  3. one on the Kingdom. So let me pray, and then Simon's going to

  4. come and share with us. Father, we're hungry for your word today,

  5. or if there's one thing we need, it's a word from you. And

  6. so Father speak to us. As Simons laid down time and prepared and listened,

  7. Father, I pray the Lord you'd bless him multiply the time that he's

  8. given. Lord God, give back to him with strength and with purpose and

  9. with blessing. Lord God, and Father, as we listen, let our

  10. ears be open, our hearts be ready in Jesus' name, Amen, Simon

  11. Funny. So the title of this this measures this morning is a righteousness,

  12. peace, joy in the Holy Holy Ghost. That's the Kingdom of God.

  13. So let's pray show we do welcome you this this morning. Please take what

  14. I've got here and what I've got in here and release it to build up

  15. other people, though, who are going to listen to it here, go

  16. to it later. I'm going to online in Jesus name. And so a

  17. very familiar scripture is Matthew six, nine through ten. I'm reading from the

  18. New King James version of the Bible. You can see the light, and

  19. if you can see it, okay, in this manner, therefore, pray

  20. our Father in heaven, hallow would be your name, Your Kingdom come,

  21. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. And just a

  22. very familiar scripture, very familiar scripture. Whether you've been any any church,

  23. you've been to a few, and if you're in church, you probably know

  24. those first sentence of the model prayer you should recorded in Matthew six. And

  25. today we're going to have a look. We're going to do a build a

  26. bit of a foundation before talk about what we need to talk about this morning.

  27. I think it's important to note this is a model player that Jesus is

  28. praying, and after he hallows his father, helloed be your name m hm,

  29. he says, your Kingdom come, you all will be done on earth

  30. as it is in heaven. So we could say your Kingdom come, You'll

  31. be done on earth as it is in heaven. In my life, in

  32. your life, we could even say your Kingdom come, Your perfect will be

  33. done in earth as it is in heaven because God's will is perfect. God

  34. is without flaw, is without spot, is without wrinkle. He is perfect.

  35. So it could say, your Kingdom Come, You're perfectly done in earth

  36. as it in heaven, over my life, over your life, over my

  37. family, over this nation. We have the ability and we have the authority

  38. to declare this in Jesus' name, over our family, over our lives,

  39. and over our nation, and to believe for a manifestation of the Kingdom of

  40. God on earth as it is in heaven. You know licenses of choices,

  41. and sometimes we can make the right choice, sometimes we can make the wrong

  42. choices. If we pray this prayer, your Kingdom Come, You're perfect well

  43. being on earth and on earth as it is in Heaven, over our lives.

  44. That allows the Holy Spirit to work in our lives and position and to

  45. align us in God's perfect will for us. Even if we make a mistake,

  46. God can correct that mistake after we've also repented and put us in the

  47. right position so that we are fulfilling His perfect will on earth as it is

  48. in heaven. Things in life happen doesn't mean that God negates his perfect will

  49. for our lives. Jeremiah one five says, before I formed you in the

  50. womb, I knew you before you were born. I sanctified you, I

  51. ordained you. In this case, Jeremiah was a prophet to the nations.

  52. Okay, we could say, before I formed and put your name in there,

  53. I knew you before you were born. I sanctified you, I ordained

  54. you as a dot dot dot. Whatever gods are darned you to do,

  55. this is, this is, this is. God is a god of plan.

  56. God is the God of purpose. Doesn't do things randomly. M hm.

  57. You could say, is the master planner, He's the master tactician.

  58. It's something to work out. He does another plan, another plan. You

  59. know. He is infinite in his planning skills to grow that way. So

  60. God as a plan for you which he wants you to fulfill. And the

  61. doorway for that plan is to enter into the Kingdom of God. H m

  62. h m HM. Romans eight to ten says, but what does it say.

  63. The word is near you in your mouth and in your heart, the

  64. word of faith which we preach that if you confess with your mouth believe in

  65. your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

  66. It all starts with that connection, that initial connection, and then the

  67. plan rolls forward. So you haven't connected with Jesus today, there's an opportunity

  68. to connect with him by do it. You believe in your heart, confessed

  69. with your mouth, that Jesus is the Lord. Ask him to take your

  70. life and use it. I'm sure God can use your life and my life

  71. as something more than we have planned by ourselves. If you roll your life

  72. into his hands, then the journey begins and Jeremiah one and verse five can

  73. become a reality in your life. He may not call you to be a

  74. prophet to the nations. It doesn't matter what he calls you to do.

  75. What matters is that you do what He has planned and purposed for you.

  76. Ephesians one four through to six, and the New King James Versions says,

  77. this is Paul speaking just as He chose you before the foundation of the world.

  78. Notice, just as He chose you, that's you and me before the

  79. foundation of the world, that we should behold it and without blame before him

  80. in love, having predestined us to the adoption of sons by Jesus Christ to

  81. himself according to the good pleasure of his will, to the praise and the

  82. glory of His grace by which he made us acceptable in the beloved. So

  83. notice he chose us before the foundation of the world. He predestined us in

  84. the words plan and purpose. Plan and purpose. God is the plan and

  85. purpose for you. When you pray your kingdom cut your perfect will. We

  86. do on earth, and this is in heaven over your life that aligns you

  87. with His plan and his purpose. We're only here for one hundred and twenty

  88. years if you don't die of something, so we need to make the time

  89. count. He turns it a long time. One hundred and twenty yards is

  90. nothing. Jian one seven twelve says in him we have the redemption, or

  91. have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches

  92. of his grace, which he made to a bound towards us in all wisdom

  93. and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of his will, according

  94. to his good pleasure, which he purposed in himself, that in the dispensation

  95. of the fullness of time, he might gather together in all in one all

  96. things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth.

  97. Notice, which are in heaven and which are on earth in Him. In

  98. Him we also have obtained an inheritance, been predestined according to the purpose of

  99. Him who works all things according to the council of his Will, that we

  100. who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory. That's

  101. if Agian's one seven to twelve. Notice he predestined according to the purpose of

  102. Him who works all things in awe to the council of his Will, as

  103. a plan and a purpose. Nothing just happens, Nothing just happens. He

  104. knew us before the foundation of the world. Hm. That's step one,

  105. that square one. That's where it all starts for everybody. That's the beginning

  106. in Jesus, at the beginning of the word, and the word was God,

  107. which is correct. But each individual has a starting point, and our

  108. starting point is when we accept Him and we enter into this glorious plan that

  109. it has for us. He's designed a way for us to live as we

  110. fulfill his plan, as to fulfill his purpose, as to fulfill his design

  111. for our lives. He designed a way for us to live. And the

  112. Bible says that God's ways our ways, and we need to align ourselves with

  113. God's ways. Of doing things and being right. God wants us to succeed

  114. on every level of life, spiritually, physically, financially, socially, emotionally.

  115. God succeed in those areas of our lives, but we need to align

  116. ourselves with His plans and his purposes. It is not a pick and mix

  117. and them as a kid go into the halfpenny news agents where you could pick

  118. a little mouth, we could pick something else. You picked and mix and

  119. you spend I don't know five pence which you've got a big batter sweet of

  120. fivepence. It's not a pick a mix. In the Kingdom of God,

  121. it's all or nothing. God's not pick a mix God when it comes to

  122. plan and purpose. So today we want we want to touch on three significant

  123. things in the Christian work. One of which we've actually touched on already was

  124. a bit of a foundation. Paul speaking in Romans seventeen about fourteen and verse

  125. seventeen, sorry new King James version, he was addressing an issue in the

  126. church about eating and drinking and not called your brother or your sister to sin.

  127. At the end of that discourse he said, for the Kingdom of God,

  128. it's not a matter of eating and drinking of righteousness, peace and enjoying

  129. the Holy Spirit. The Kingdom of God is not a matter of eating or

  130. drinking of righteousness, peace and enjoying the Holy Spirit. So he just wade

  131. some scriptures in the Ephesians and Jeremiah which point to righteousness. Righteousness is right

  132. standing with God. So we're righteous. We're in right standing with God.

  133. Right. But what does that mean. It's what we accepted Jesus into our

  134. lives. God's righteous is imputed to us. All our sin, all that

  135. shame is removed, and we are seen as righteous. And if we sin,

  136. one young one nicely, If you sin, confess your sin and forgive

  137. your seeing plenty from all on righteousness. We have a mechanism if you make

  138. a mistake to walk in God's righteousness. So God sees as pure, perfect,

  139. awesome. How do you see yourself? Do you see yourself as God

  140. sees you? In righteous? Righteous, in rights standing with God? How

  141. do you see yourself? Today's going to touch on three things. Righteous is

  142. the first thing. How we see ourselves. You know, if you've been

  143. reading the Bible for a long time, you can read the scripture. You

  144. can you can skate over the scripture, as you can skate over the depth

  145. I've read some scripture. There's a lot of depth in some of the scripture

  146. I've just read, which you can spend hours on the times not allowed to

  147. do that. But how do you see yourself as you sit and reflect?

  148. How do you see yourself? Do you see yourself as God sees you?

  149. You sees as righteous in rights standing with him. Jesus been predestined, is

  150. adopted, the sons of God, adopted into the family. And as you

  151. have the same rights and the same privileges as Jesus, you have the same

  152. rights and the same privileges that Jesus. You've been adopted. Does it mean

  153. here second class, you're the second or the third or force, and you

  154. have the same privileges mm Peason one five says, having been predestined, having

  155. predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ himself according to the good pleasure

  156. of his will, God's will, God's kingdom come, God's perfect will be

  157. done. Was for you to be predestined, for you to be adopted into

  158. the kingdom. This is foundational. This is where I've got to go.

  159. ROMs Tenthron, Sorry, fourteen seventeen says Kingdom of God. It's not a

  160. matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and enjoy and the

  161. Holy Spirit. So when we enter the Kingdom of God, when we walk

  162. through that door, we're righteous, we made righteous at step one. How

  163. do you see yourself? Do you see yourself righteous? I don't mean self

  164. rise. Do you see yourself as God sees you? Sometimes you read something

  165. but don't believe what we read and see ourselves as something else. Today we're

  166. going to get into the substance that plenty you the substance. Some people don't

  167. even move past step one. They enter into a relationship with Jesus and they

  168. stop at step one. Certainly they are a rich saved by grace. Don't

  169. understand that they're adopted into the family to stop at step one. God never

  170. designed his plan and purpose to stop at step one. He designed his plan

  171. of perps to move through to greater things. Salvation is a miracle of God.

  172. But there's more to the life in the Kingdom. And just accepting Jesus

  173. and going to church on a Sunday. Nothing wrong with that, but it's

  174. step one. The King of God is not a matter of eating and drinking,

  175. but of righteousness, peace and enjoying the Holy Spirit. These other two

  176. elements, peace and joy are just the fundamentals I go on to live in

  177. to get these foundations right, give you this outlook, a different perspective on

  178. your life. So what about peace? Jesus in John fourteen twenty seven said

  179. to his disciples, peace, I leave with you my peace I give to

  180. you. Not that the world gives. Do I give to you. But

  181. now you're happy, troubled need let it be afraid. Peace. I'll leave

  182. with you my peace I give to you. That's for us. That's why,

  183. everone who believes, have you received his peace in the fullness that he

  184. intended to give it? Have you received his piece in the fullness the intended

  185. to give it? Again? We can all read this. It's one thing

  186. to receive, it's nothing to receive. Fire up up a nice gift,

  187. a little bow on it, and hand it to my wife. I know

  188. she's going to receive that gift. And I know she's going to rip open

  189. the paper. She's not going to put it on the shelf and leave it

  190. for six weeks. She's not going to put on the shadowlere for six minutes.

  191. She's going to receive that gift. Jesus gifted us his peace. Have

  192. you ripped open that box? Have you acquired his peace? And do you

  193. live in his piece? Thought us about the piece which transcends or understanding Philippians

  194. four six. Through an irony we enter the substance here this morning. Fundamentally,

  195. it's about living in the in the fundamentals of the Christian walk, which

  196. are one of these is peace. So where are you with your peace?

  197. Are you living conness consistently in God's peace? Or you are you like a

  198. holy roll over up and down, up and down, up and down?

  199. Where one minute in God's peace? Next minute you're down here? To be

  200. doing now up here and down here, up here and down here. Do

  201. not let your heart be trouble me. Let it neither, let it be

  202. afraid, stop the eyes help to agitated and disturbing itself, to be fearful,

  203. intimidated, chyldie unset trust in God, trust also in me. Do

  204. not let yourselves. We have a choice, don't we We have a choice

  205. about what we take in, and we have a choice of what we put

  206. out today. Our message to talk about these fundamentals and to currently encourage us

  207. to walk in his peace so that nothing moves us. Jesus went to the

  208. cross the first day, Scorge and sa his back was like torn, see

  209. his flesh sees bone. And he carried across, put big nails to his

  210. hand. Was probably about I don't know, twenty five mil to an inch

  211. thick nails to his hands. On his feet, he was still in peace.

  212. That is the piece that he's talking about. The piece that's say,

  213. to any circumstance, any situation, without you being fearful or worried. Today,

  214. go once to remind us about walking in that piece. Yeah, you

  215. read, if you read the news or you watch the news. How have

  216. you do it nowadays? You've got a smartphone. The world is a very

  217. fast changing place with the cod variance and so forth. When there's people are

  218. dying every day. H God wants as believers to walk in his peace.

  219. It's appears so that can be a witness to those people around us. They

  220. so you're walking in peace regardsless circumstances. It begins a conversation. Do pros

  221. Christmas? That's where the mana Jesus was born. People need to understand there

  222. is peace there is hope. It's not in the world, it's in Him.

  223. So if you're hopeless, it's time to accept Jesus. If you've messed

  224. up, if you've gone the wrong way, if you knew Jesus, then

  225. he's had to go and do your own thing. God can take you where

  226. you are and put you where you need to be and take away all fear

  227. or doubt or unbelievable with his peace. Once you turned back to him.

  228. M h, it's time to walk consistently in peace. And that takes a

  229. quality decision. It takes a surrendering of self, takes a minidgement of thoughts,

  230. takes imagine of our mouth. Things that actually worth something take time,

  231. don't they. Things are actually works. They take time, take efforts.

  232. Once you, once you, once you've learned how to walk, you can

  233. walk consistently. When you're a little baby, walk for the first time.

  234. They get up and they walk, and they fall flat on their face,

  235. and they get up again, and they waddle around and they walk for after

  236. a while, they have to walk properly or of his parallel. So what

  237. we're seeing, the naturally seen, the kingdom spiritual speaker might before that that

  238. God will pick us up until we can walk consistently, so he will hold

  239. his hand to be more mature. He wants us to walk in his peace,

  240. not in and out, but he wants to be consistent in this time,

  241. in this season, and God employed, he wants us to walk consistently

  242. in his peace. So Romans fourteen seventeen. The Kingdom of God not a

  243. matter of eating or drinking, but righteousness, peace, and enjoy in the

  244. Holy Nos. So what about joy. Let's be clear, this is a

  245. natural joy. Oh I'm joyful. It's not natural joy. I mean,

  246. who says that. I don't know. It's joy in the Holy Spirit.

  247. It's a joy that has no limits. It's a joy that's not dependent upon

  248. circumstances. It's a joy that's freely given. It's a joy that nobody can

  249. take away. Galatians five twenty two says, but the fruit of the Spirit

  250. is love, joy, peace, patience, long suffering, kindness, goodness,

  251. benevolence, faithfulness, self control. That's not me, yore King James

  252. version. By the way, that's the amphibat. It's time to walk enjoy.

  253. It's time to walk enjoy. But to walk enjoy, you've got to

  254. receive joy, and joy comes from the Holy Spirit. Remember spirits on earth

  255. using the Father in heaven soosps God's agent on the earth. It's time to

  256. receive his joy. That's a joy that fills and overflows to other people.

  257. God want people to see your peace, God, and see God wants people

  258. to see your joy because we are His hands and we are his feet.

  259. God can do himself, That's how he found them, purposed it. He

  260. wants you to be his hands and me to be his hands and his feet.

  261. So it's time to get with the weal of sin, all that dodgy

  262. stuff. It's trying to surrender to the Lord and receive his joy, receive

  263. his peace, and allow the Holy Spirit to manifest his person and his presence

  264. through your life. What it's down the supermarket, down down Tesco's or Saintsburys,

  265. whichever supermarket you go to, which other country you're in, Well,

  266. it's in your workplace. We're a dying sin filled the world. But we

  267. are His light, we are his sobd we are his hands and we are

  268. his feet. And it's time to allow the person and the presence of the

  269. Holy Spirit to work in our lives, to change our environment, to change

  270. the environment around us and to touch people's lives. And we do that by

  271. allowing the Hosbit to walk through it with his love, with his joy,

  272. with this peace h name I tends to the joy of the Lord is your

  273. strength. That's the characters of good. Joy gives your strength, gives your

  274. strength to overcomes that. We are overcomers in Christ, Jesus. I've talked

  275. about peace. I've talked about joy. Doesn't mean they're not challenges. There

  276. are. That's a joy and the peace, and no they can take away

  277. because Jesus died to give us these things. Like I said step one,

  278. we're adopted, were in the family. So these things are given to us,

  279. not dangled them taken away. They're given to you. It's a case

  280. of recognizing what's been given to us, appropriating what's been given to us,

  281. living with what's being given to us, not living below what God has expected,

  282. not having a million pounds in the bank and living on as a pauper.

  283. Your spiritual account is full. We need to start making some deposits and

  284. withdrawal. Sorry, O. Father wants her to live in the fullness of

  285. his joy and his peace. He wants that to be evident to others.

  286. So the question is what change do we need to make so we ad consistently

  287. living this way, not just dipping in and out, in out, shaking

  288. all about. And that's a song. We're going to be doing that.

  289. We want to be consistent. So I'm going to at this message now and

  290. I'm going to pray, well, they prayed for a measures of salvation,

  291. for the people to re see salvation, and then to pray that the host

  292. house, each one of us individually be consistent in our peace, in our

  293. joy work. There's degrees of peace and there's degrees of joy. It just

  294. depends how far you want to go, depends how you want to live.

  295. That's nothing to do with me. That's a personal discussion between you and him.

  296. Just depends where you want to be. You can have everything or you

  297. can have something. Imagine the wedge of cheese. You like cheese, but

  298. the real narratives at the bottom, and they get the big chunk of it

  299. on the end. As much as you like. She gives a question of

  300. choice. Mhm. God's not going to say you can have that much.

  301. You remember, you are part of the family. Family, You've got some

  302. of this house. And if if you go to you go to your mother

  303. or your father's house, you don't say, oh cat that son, cat

  304. of that daughter. It's what you want. I've made you this. It's

  305. not only I have that foot crumb over there. It's all ready for her.

  306. Granny's been baking, or your mother's been baking. It's all there isn't

  307. it all laid out and you can have whatever you like. God's the saying

  308. we need to take, receive. It's no work for take, take receive

  309. what God has for us. Tell me pray, Father, playing the name

  310. of Jesus, that you would help us to receive and then walk in the

  311. fullness of your peace. I have your joy, not only through this period

  312. of Babo and through the Christmas, but consistently so that we can be a

  313. light. We can be a beacon to those people around us who have no

  314. peace, will have no joy. I have no relationship with you. In

  315. Jesus name, prey for those people who have backslidden and walked away, I

  316. pray you joy these people backwards to come back to step one, received forgiveness

  317. through one John one nine and choose to walk with you again back into your

  318. peace. Back into your joy in Jesus name. H m hmm. Thank

  319. you, Simon, thank you for that word. I was reminded as he

  320. was sharing with us that we hear the angels come and they say peace be

  321. on earth and goodwill. We reminded as the Christmas story, peace on Earth,
