M money. So the title of this word this morning is a promise light

of the world. So they were going to speak about light. Light dispels

darkness, It brings clarity, it makes things clearer. Yeah. The first

thing God said in the Bible, let there be light Genesis one three,

the Hebrew of something like light be light was. God's words carry power.

They're alive, and they further power, active, optim and the drive and

effective, which is Hebrews. For I'm reminded of as our fifty five and

can put up their day often. So shall I word be that goes forth

out of my mouth? It shall not return to me void, but it

shall accomplish that which I please, and have prospibate being wearing too, I

for a witness, to bear witness of the light, that all through him

might believe. He was not the light, but he was sent to their

witness of the light that was the true light, which gives light to every

man. Coming into the world. He was in the world and those made

through him, and the world did not know him. He came to his

own, and his own did not receive him. But as many as receive

him to them. He gave the right to become the children of God to

those who believe in His name, who were born not of blood, nor

of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but

of God. And the Word became flesh and welcome manners. And we beheld

his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, for

the grace and truth. John bore witness of him and cried out, saying,

this was he of whom I said, He who comes after me is

preferred before me, for he was before me. And of his fullness we

have all received. And grace, for grace fellow was given through Moses,

but grace and truth came to Jesus Christ. No one has seen God at

any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the

Father, has declared him. It's a lot of that scripture to spend our

data on that, couldn't we In the beginning was the Word, when the

word of God in the Word was God, Jesus God in the beginning,

when God, creative light, Jesus was there. Yeah, all things were

made through him. All things were made through Jesus, including light. In

Jesus life He's a light of men. Yeah, and that light began to

shine in darkness two thousand years ago, but prophesied by Isaiah before that,

and we had a manifestation of that light come on that in a minute.

Going back to Isaac Asia six, he was a light that shines in darkness.

John came to their winness of the light. If you're in darkness today,

you can move from darkness to light. But as many as received him

to them, he gave the right to become the children of God. To

those who believe in his name. You can believe today you can move from

Jesus is the light of the world. You'll put light in your life.

He moved from darkness to light. It's Christmas time. Do not be

alone. Receive Jesus as your Lord. And as you save him, open

your heart in receive him. The word became flesh and dwelt and honors.

Jesus came into the world that we have life. Just some all those hiddens

and songs and so very nice, all very Christmas Eve, you know.

But there's a truth today that Lord wants to convey to us. Jesus is

the light of this world. John eight twelve says I am the light of

the world. He who follows me shall not walk in darkness that have the

light of life. Seve one hundred and nineteen one hundred and five says,

your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

The word a lamp and light is light to Hebrew work for all worked me

as awe. This one's name actually as well, funny enough, so God's

word brings light to our path, to our feet. The written word,

the spoken of God's word brings light. That light is inside each one of

us who believe God has depotited in us. John nine five says I am

as long as I'm with you in the world, I am the light of

the world, or something like that. Jesus the light of the world.

I'm going to recognize that we are that light. I think it's Matthew five.

It's the look on that there day. I don't know, but I

haven't Matthew five and verse fourteen says you are the light of the world.

A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. No do they

light a lamp and put it under a bushel or a basket, put on

the lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good

works and glorify your Father in heaven. God said Jesus the light of the

world. And he said that in John eight twelve, John ninety five,

I sir had nine. Then he turned to his disciple and said, you

are the light of the world. You are the light of the world.

Come back to the nature in the scripture, m I've been crucified in Christ.

It's no longer I will live. But Christ lives in me and the

life, and I live in the flesh. I live by faithness of the

God who loved me and gave himself for me Arsculations two twenty. At this

Christmas time, God wants us to shine our light. It's our body,

but it's his life. He wants that life to shine through us to those

around us. You know, sometimes you have to say anything to anybody.

If your light is shining, people are drawn to you. People are drawn

to the light. People don't just it's like it's like a fly to a

light, and they're just drawn to the light. It's not about us,

these fleshly bodies. It's about the deposit which is inside us. I've been

crucified with Christ. It's no longer I who live. That Christ lives in

me and the light I now live. I live by faiths from the God

who lost me and gave himself for me. You are the light of the

world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden, nor

do they light a lamp. But under the basket, do not hide your

light. Do not hide your light, either today, tomorrow or the rest

of the earth. The presence of Jesus, the presence of the Holy Spirit,

is within us. The more we surrender to the light, the bright

of that light shines through us. Connections to twenty live that Christ lived in

me, the life I know the Father, find fates and the God.

They loved me and gain themselfs for me. God wants our light to shine

this Christmas. It's got to spend time with friends, and it's been a

fad with family. That's so important mhm. However, the light of God

needs to shine through us. We are the light of the world. We

are the light of the world. You are the light of the world.

Yes, where if you go, whoever sees you, we'll see His light

if you're surrendered on walking in the love of God. This Christmas and tomorrow

and after John and John. When January comes to how all the New Year's

resolutions? Your New Year's resolution should be it's my body, but it's His

life, A life by our living, added by faithness and of God who

loved me and gave himself for me. It should be how can I die

to self and be alive to Christ? That should be a new Year's resolution.

God wants us to take a step A step, change change gear channel

people you're taking with you before you go? How elive you them to touch

and impact before you go? Oh? How many? I'm not going to

God. It's my body, but it's his life. Yeah, So what

what you're going to do to make a difference, it's not what you say,

it's who you are. It's about the surrendered life. Mm hmm.

I rained played the prayer last last week was also my son. How do

you know that? Mm hmm. It's so only through us to that surrendered

life, that brokenness that God comes through about one of the Alabassadors throughout the

Alabassadors in Shaw and the perfumes, the fragrance. I don't do perfume,

but I've been to lots of department stores and the perfume bits those on the

downstairs and got a walk through it. And as a technical word, it

stinks. It stinks, and you get through it and you go somewhere else

and then it gets in the back of your throat. It's really unpleasant,

but it stinks and it's there and it lingers. I said that to say

this, Jesus is the fragrance. He is the perfume that pervades us.

If you, if your body, if you, if you, if you're

broken inside, that fragrance comes out, the fragrance of Jesus. And they've

ever smelled the hole this person. Sometimes it turns up. There's a smell.

It's start to smell of the annointing. And if you know that smells

like it, he turns up when there's a smell. There's a fragrance.

We need to let the fragrance of Jesus, yeah forbade surround wherever we go,

so that it's it's it's it's a fair it's a pleasant fragrance from my

experience, so that it didn't get the back of the throat. Might everden

in other places. But we need to have such a fragnance of Jesus that

people's lives are changed. It's not the work of a man. This is

the work of the Holy Spirit. You can't create this, you can't buy

it, you can't bottle it. Mm hmmm. Fire for it is the

God. For it is the God who commanded life to shine out of darkness.

Who are shown in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of

the glory of the face of Jesus Christ. We have this treasure in earth

and mettles, that the excellence of the power may be of God and none

of us, that saved two Printhians for six to seven. We have this

treasure in earth and vessels. I we have the clay, this treasure,

this light was so shine through us people to change people's lights. H He's

not the work of a man. It's the work of the whisper. Mm

hmmm. So where do you want to be? Where are you in all

Spirit. Let's sure look for after we came out of the willness experience,

came out in the power. God wants us to walk in the Holy Spirit

and let our life shine. M hm h. It's time to look at

In bitter but where we are? H one needs to change about then?

A few years ago we were we moved from the standard light bulbs to

the led ones, you know, not the not the ones that look like

Crystal's coming down, but the normal light bulbs with the LED in to save

some brass money. And some of those lights really shine, not like the

old ones, which were like tubes used to come on some glow for a

bit and then get brighter and brighter and right these ones you just press the

button or whatever and the light and it's really bright light that if experience that

too, But I house is not brightened out. I'm saving money, which

is good with the energy price as you know it is. We need to

shine like those new bulbs. What you need to change in your life?

What any change in my life so that we are illuminating to our our our

utmost as are gone. You're the light of the world. A city that's

sets on the hill. Can I be hidden, nor do they light along

it? Can put it under a busk, a basket, but on a

lampstand that it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your

light so shine before men, that they may see your good works from the

glory that you're far up your father in heaven. What do we need to

do differently? What, Justine, do we need to make Let's not throw

the baby out with the bath water. What Justine, do we need to

make? God's all the bad adjustments, adjustments and adjustments so that we die

to self and are live to Christ and that life shines to us. So

today we have that treasure in earth and vessels. It's heaven deposit given to

again. We are the light of the world in Matthew five and fourteen.

If we don't shine, who's going to shine? If we don't go,

who's going to go? M m hm. Remember it's not the work of

a man. You can't whip this up. It's not you know. You

don't go down to w a smith or wish their books. So we go

to buy a book and go. That's how we do it. There lots

of books out there, how to lose way, how to do this hard

to do, but there's only one book. That's the Word of God.

He's the living Word. He lives in us. So it's Christmas time.

Letting your light shine m hm. And you can prepare to go into next

year consider what you need to change with all this for consider. I can

put your how can your light can shine in this world? M hmmm.

So let's pray. Now we're at this, Fathers, it is really welcome

you, oh the pray that our lights would shine. It shows all we

need to do differently so that our liesuld lies shine more brightly. It shows

what justus we need to make in our lives to be that light that's our

workplace, in our home, in our family, in the supermarket, wherever

we go. In the name of Jesus. If you haven't received Jesus,

I remind you again He is the light of the world. It's not a

time to be alone. If you're broken, you can heal him. To

feel it physically, spiritually, emotionally, God can heal him. Open your

heart in him, Give your life from your key been into his keeping.
