Yeah, and everybody what exactly? Yeah, mhm. So follow on the
-
message broken book restored. Today we're going to talk about be made hole,
-
be made hole. So I'll just welcome the Holy Spirit and then we'll get
-
on Holy bit. We are welcome you this morning. Please fill this place
-
with your person and with your presence. Please speak to the people online and
-
the people here this morning and the people later in the name, and you
-
welcome in the spread. So the scriptures today are all taken from the new
-
King James version. That's just because the way the Holy Spirit led me,
-
and as a as a reason behind that, the U King James version doesn't
-
touch it now as the amplified. Because the Lord wanted to express to us
-
today three words not like the three words you look on the internet, but
-
you could use our supposed opinion. The three words are be made oh,
-
be made hope, and he wants to convey to us today feel this time
-
have together wholeness. That's nothing missing, nothing broken mind, body, soul,
-
spirit, So nothing missing, nothing broken mind, body, soul and
-
spirit, so total wholeness. She has only carried our sins, but the
-
also carried our sicknesses and our diseases. We receive forgiveness by faith, and
-
we receive wholeness the same way. So I thought it was quite apt that
-
we call this message to be made whole. So the Lord wants gives an
-
opportunity today to minister his grace to us. So stay focused, listen to
-
what he's saying. Listen to me, Listen to what he's saying, and
-
receive what he has for you. It's not about me, it's about the
-
work of the Holystpit. So listen and received from him. Okay, it's
-
being going through a number of scriptures, and then at the end of the
-
end of the preach, we're going to have the time of ministry invitation for
-
that people want to be prayed for. If you do, bye, If
-
you don't, Bye, no pressure. It's what the Hospit's doing with you
-
as a person. You know. John five five to nine in the King
-
James version talk us about the guy was healed at the pool, and a
-
certain man was there which had an infirmity thirty eight years. When Jesus saw
-
him, lie, I knew that he had now been a long time in
-
that case. He said to him, will you be made hope, Will
-
you be made hope. The impotent man's said, or answered him, Sir,
-
I have no man when the water is troubled to put me into the
-
pool. But while I am coming, another steps down before me. Jesus
-
said to him, rise up, rise, take your bed and walk,
-
And immediately the man was made Hope. Immediately the man was made Hope,
-
I took up his bed and walked. On the same day it was the
-
Sabbath. So notice this man had been in this condition for thirty eight years,
-
and she has asked him, do you want to be made, Hope?
-
What would you say? What would you say? He reverted to type
-
and just told you is about why he wasn't made Hope. What his problem
-
was is his deal? You put that cassette, take all that message in
-
his MP three file ever want to use nowadays. And he just ratted doff
-
why he hadn't been made Hope. We need to stop focusing on the problem,
-
the situation, the circumstance, the infirmity. We need to focus on
-
our God. Mm hmm. The Williams has behold, I am the Lord
-
that God both less. Is there anything to hearten me? If that man
-
had known who was asking him the question I'm sure his response would have been
-
different. Mhm. Notice Jesus didn't argue with him or empathize with him.
-
He told him what to do. Take up your bed and walk. Jesus
-
spoke the word of faith. The power of God hit that man and he
-
got up and he walked. We need to respond by faith. Yes,
-
if you want to receive anything from God. When you prayed that prayer all
-
those years ago, or maybe recently, when you recognize that you needed a
-
God, he didn't know you didn't go or did it work? Is it
-
real? God came into our lives. It's the same with healing, same
-
with wholeness. You go believe. It's not a junk a leap of faith.
-
It's believing. She has said, only believe. Mm hmm. So
-
this morning, and look at the number of instances where Jesus made people home.
-
Hebrews said, Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
-
He doesn't change. So Jesus is still doing what he did. We
-
just need to be an efficient to receive what it has for us. In
-
American football, that's something called a receiver who catches the ball. There's God
-
been the right place at the right time to catch that ball. Who standing
-
out like this with his arms folded being going to have that ball in his
-
eye needs to be on the ball when it comes he gets it. We
-
need to have an eye on Jesus, who was the author and finish out
-
of our faith, went to catch what he's got for us. This morning
-
m h called Luke Kate, which is the account of the one with the
-
issue of blood. Then it rolls into the account of Jiarrus and his daughter
-
something from Luke chapter eight. And a woman having an issue of blood twelve
-
years, which I spent all her living important physicians neither could be healed of
-
any came behind him and touched the border of his garments, and immediately her
-
blood staunched or dried up. And Jesus said, who touched me? When
-
all denied, Peter and there that were with him, said, Master,
-
the multitude throng you and press you, and you say who touched me?
-
Jesus said, Sunday has touched me, for I perceived that virtue or power
-
has gone out of me. And when the woman saw that she was not
-
hid or hidden, she came trembling and falling down before him. She declared
-
to him before everyone had the course of why she touched him and how she
-
had been immediately healed. Jesus said to her, be of good comfort.
-
Your faith has made you hope. Go in peace. Your faith has made
-
you hope. Noticed that women risked everything in the culture of the time.
-
You were allowed to go into society. When you issue of blood, you
-
consider them clean. She could have been stoned. She set her mind.
-
She set her heart on one thing. She wanted to be made home.
-
She tried the doctors. It didn't work in this instance. Medical scientist is
-
exceptional. However, Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever.
-
It doesn't stop God hearing your body. God doesn't hear your body.
-
Go and see the doctor. They'll fix your body. But back in this
-
day medicine was not advanced. But today God will heal your body. God
-
will make you hope. God stay untacked. She pressed through the crowd,
-
and she touched the hem of his garments. Mark five twenty eight to twenty
-
nine says she said, if I may touch but his clothes, I shall
-
behopd. She said, if I may touch but his clothes, I shall
-
behold and straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt
-
in the body that she was healed of that plague. This lady pressed in
-
and made a demand on the anointed that was in Jesus' life. That's why
-
I said, why is that virtue of virtue and power gone out to me?
-
And today we need to press in and receive wholeness from the Lord.
-
When you're listening online now or listening later, you need to press in and
-
receive wholeness from God. God is a spirit. There's no difference in the
-
spirit. Doesn't matter if you're here in Egham or to the side of the
-
world. It doesn't matter. What matters is that you engage with the Holy
-
Spirit and allow him to minister his grace. Allow him to minister his homeness
-
to you. It doesn't matter where you are. It doesn't matter. Jesus
-
the same, yesterday, today and forever Hebrews thirteen and verse eight. He's
-
still making people home. Yes, mind, body, soul, spirit.
-
Yes, God wants us to be a whole, not just in one air
-
of allies. There's no point looking good, and you've got a mental problem
-
looking good. You've got a physic pallem. People can't see. God wants
-
us home. That's not to be so walk away. Oh look, I
-
hope it's so that it can be a witness to those people around us that
-
there is a living God who heals, there's a living God who forgives,
-
there's a living God that cleanses, that there's a living God that can make
-
a difference in everybody's life. Let's continue reading from Luke Gate and pick up
-
the story of su Yeah, so we know that before the lady of this
-
ship book came, it's spoken to Jesus and asked him to ask him to
-
go with him to his house to pray for his daughter. So Giros was
-
alsously made up. He was he was the rules and the god gets poked.
-
He just thought, y'h okay, she's gonna come and pray for my
-
little girl. And then all this thing kicked off with the lady thissue of
-
blood and he's waiting. He's standing there waiting, watching this, and then
-
Suddy came to him and said, your daughter is dead. Trouble not the
-
Master. Notice Jesus' response, fear not only believe, and she shall be
-
made. Fear not only believe, and she shall be made home. Jesus
-
is not moved by our circumstances. She is not moved by what we think.
-
We should not be moved by our circumstances. We should not be moved
-
by what we think. Our circumstance can be obstacles from receiving what God has
-
for us. Don't allow your circumstances to be an obstacle to receiving from what
-
God has for you. When he came into the house, he suffered no
-
man to go in, all right, nobody, nobody else has only went
-
in the room apart from Peter and James, John, and the man and
-
his mother, and his and his and his wife. I'm all wept and
-
bewailed her, but he said, we not. She is not dead but
-
sleeps. And they laughed him. Just go and knowing that she was dead,
-
And he put them out. He's put them out because God is faith.
-
God is faith, and faith and doubt. Faith and belief do not
-
make us like oil and water. He said. If it's rained outside and
-
you're walking along the road, you see the paint where some car has stopped
-
and it's spilled some petrol ads on the on the road, you see that
-
they sort of shine and separate on it. God is a faith person of
-
faith being what we're going to call it, and he operates by faith,
-
and we are caught to operate by faith. So he knew those people out
-
of that place for faith could be manifest. You can't be foot in both
-
camps. You've got to add a defeat in the camp of faith, not
-
in the camp of doubt and unbelieved. You either believe what God says or
-
you don't. It's that definitive. So Jesus removed the people from the room.
-
They took the little girl's hand and said, arise, and the spirit
-
came in her, and she arose, and they said, give us something
-
to eat. Her parents were astonished. The Bible says we charged them not
-
to say anything. Nothing is impossible for God. Matthew on the Scriptures in
-
the Matthew nineteen twenty six says, with God, all things are possible.
-
I think its paraphrase the last piece of it. With God, all things
-
are possible. We just need to meet his conditions. We need to believe.
-
So Matthew fourteen thirty six through thirty thirty four through thirty six talks about
-
Jesus going to Gatana at so, picking up from verse thirty four, he
-
says, And when they were gone over, they came into the land often
-
rat And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent
-
out into all the country around about and brought to him all who were diseased,
-
and besought him that they might touch the hem of his garments. And
-
as many as touched were made perfectly hope. As many as touched and made
-
perfectly hope. So as soon as Jesus arrived, anybody who had any issues
-
was notified, and they all came together. They all came m I said
-
earlier. Jesus is the same yesterday today, and Trevor, Jesus is here.
-
We carry his presence in these earthen vessels. Who carries a ninety and
-
the earth and vessels we're just bless shared with our work the coup may I
-
bled just how it works. Yeah, isn't it interesting when in the age
-
that Jesus was there, they dropped everything and came all that that's critical says.
-
And as mayors touched him were made perfectly hole, perfectly hope. M
-
hm h m. They were a candidate for a miracle. H m hm.
-
They met his conditions, They touched the hem of his garment and they
-
were made home. The question this morning is for those but this applies to
-
do you want to be made home? Do you want to make Is there
-
something in your life or something in a family member? If you want to
-
stand in property, follow you want them to be made at home. If
-
that's the case, Jesus asked me to after we finished the preach in bat
-
from prop for prayer. There's no power. He knows, the power of
-
God, power of the Holy Spirit. Are you a candidate or do you
-
know some as a candidate for a miracle today? It's not the work of
-
a man, it's the work of the Holy Spirit. Do you want to
-
be made home? Mark ten forty six talks about Bartim Mace. I'm should
-
we all know the story of Barti Mace If you want to some disclose it.
-
He had to draw pictures of Bartimers, et cetera. You know,
-
it's a very well known account. So when the read a bit of that
-
kind, have a chatter about that, he is able to take it.
-
And they came to Jericho. And as he went out of Jericho with his
-
disciples, a great number of people blind Bartie Mayus, the son of Simius,
-
sat by the highway side begging, and when he heard that it was
-
Jesus Nadabert, he began to cry out, saying, Jesus, son of
-
David, have mercy on me. And then he said to him to hold
-
his peace. But he cried out the more, son of David, have
-
mercy on me. And Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called.
-
And they called a blind man, saying to him, be of good comfort.
-
Rise. He has called you, and he cast away his garment,
-
rose and came to Jesus. And Jesus answered and said to him, what
-
will that I should? What will you? What do you want to do
-
for your base? Paraphrase it, What do you want to do for you?
-
A blind man said to him Lord, that I might receive my sight,
-
And he said to him, go your way. Your faith has made
-
your hope. And immediately he received his sight and followed. Jesus noticed in
-
the scripture, when Bartimas knew that Jesus coming, he was vocal. He
-
pressed in not the one of the issue of blood. He pressed, in
-
m you're planned. You couldn't see if he's up to Jesus and grabbing because
-
any where he's going. But you pressed him. Yeah, and we need
-
to press him this morning. Notice she's as said to him, what do
-
you want me to do for you? What you want to do with you?
-
Now that might be quite obvious mhm. But faith is a fact,
-
and faith's an that you confessed with your mouth, believe in your heart.
-
So he wanted him to engage. He wanted him to confess what he wanted
-
to believe in his heart to receive what he had been him. Yes,
-
Jesus well knew what he wanted. Bartima has pressed him. He got to
-
Jesus, the source of wholeness. Mm hmmm, and he was made home.
-
These scriptures been reading talk about about the physical body, but nowadays we
-
are did other a lot of issues that way, there's a lot of mental
-
issues in the world where people have a lot of mental issues. Are psychiatrists,
-
Christian psychiatrists as well as mental piciatrists who work to help people. Jesus
-
wants you to be whole. It's not just physically, not just spiritually,
-
but mentally and emotional. Let's not limit God today. Let's not limit God
-
what God can do. M Jesus said, only believe, Only believe.
-
Luke seventeen, verse twelve through nineteen talked about the leopards of being cleansed.
-
Back in the day there was no cure for leprosy, and now we have
-
today. Bitch just dropped off. And as he entered into a certain village,
-
they met him ten lepers, ten men that were leopards. We stood
-
afar off, and they lift up their voice and said to Jesus, Master,
-
have mercy on us. And when you saw them, he said to
-
them, go show yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass.
-
As they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he
-
saw that he was healed, turned back and with a loud voice glorified God,
-
filed down in his face at his feet, giving him thanks. And
-
he was a Samaritan. And Jesus answered, answering, said whether not ten
-
cleansed? Mm hmm, Well, but where are the nine? They are
-
not found that return to give glory save the stranger. And there's a Samaritan.
-
And he said to them, arise, go your way. Your faith
-
has made your hope. Your faith has made your hope. Believing by faith,
-
receiving wholeness are connected. I can notice that too difficult to pick out
-
the scripture, but there's a connection. Lefterds are waiting for. They want
-
him to make them hole when Jesus sent them to the priests. That's in
-
relation to the Particus thirteen and verse fourteen, where you went to the priests
-
with an offering when you've been cleansed from leprosy, or when you were clear
-
of leprosy, and then I said you could back into starting. You're okay
-
to rock and roll. Jesus told them to go before, so they were
-
on the way to see the priests before they were pleansed. Faith is a
-
fact, but faith is an act. They acted and what he said.
-
They knew what Jesus was, They knew what he could do for them.
-
He had a reputation. God has a reputation. Behold, I am the
-
Lord. I've got the old flesh. Is there anything to hap of me?
-
We go nothing due Jesus. But apart from this, this, this,
-
this, and this, nothing is too hard for God. We need
-
to get our mindset corrected sometimes to receive from him. Leprosy symbolic of sin
-
sink and hold us down. So just stop us from receiving from God.
-
We need to be hold on every hour of our lives. Let's look at
-
a New Testament, Acts three one through four. This is about the lame
-
man in the temple. I think it's a gate called beautiful. Now Peter
-
and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being
-
the ninth hower, and a certain man, lame from his mother's womb,
-
was carried. But they laid daily at the gate of the temple, which
-
is called beautiful. To ask arms of them that entered the temple. Who,
-
seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked arms,
-
And Peter, fastening his eyes on him with John, said look on us.
-
I'll look at us. And Peter said, silver and gold I have
-
not, and there's not He's not carrying this silver our gold. But such
-
as I have I give you. Such as I have I give you in
-
the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Rise up and walk. And he
-
took him by the right hand and lifted him up. And immediately his feet
-
and uncle bones received strength, and he, leaping up, stood and walked,
-
walked and entered the temple with them, walking, leaping and praising God,
-
and all the people saw him walking and praising God. If we're rolling
-
a little bit further, so asks for six through ten. All this had
-
kicked off, and obvious see the the temple police want to better description.
-
I got hold of them and took them to the high priests. Verse four
-
six through ten says and I asked the high priest, and Cayphus, and
-
John and Alexander, as many as were of the kindred of the high priests
-
were gathered together in Jerusalem. And when they had set them in the midst,
-
they asked, by what power or by what name have you done this?
-
By what power? And by what name have you done this? Peter
-
filled with the Holy girl, Us said to them, you, rulers of
-
the people and else of Israel, if we this day be examined of the
-
good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he has made hope
-
m hm. Being known to you all and to all the people of Israel,
-
that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified,
-
whom God raised from the dead, even by him, does this man stand
-
here before you? Hope m hm, m hm hm Jesus. Okay,
-
it's still making people whole today. Yeah, he said, go in my
-
name. Come. Yeah, you cast our devils, you heal the sick,
-
you raised it dead, and it's happening. It is happening. Peter,
-
moved by the Holy Spirit, grab that man's hand and gave him what
-
he had. There's a slight diversion from my seventh pend of the mind,
-
the same anointing that some Peter is on us because the Holy Spirit lives within
-
us. He said, go in my name. We need to be ready
-
to go. We need to ready to be that man, be that woman
-
who can bring homeless to somebody. Today it's about people receiving homeless. God
-
wants us hope. That gives a message to the world. I mean to
-
turn around to give what we've been given homeless. It's one thing to receive
-
wholeness today, nothing to give what God God's put in you. Remember,
-
it's not the work of a man. It's the work of the homeless.
-
For He wants us a whole hope, nothing missing, nothing broken through Jesus.
-
So today, whether we're listening online, whether we're listening in this building,
-
we're going to listen to it later. Like I said earlier, God
-
wants me to give an invitation. Those people want to see a wholeness in
-
their bodies or home for Sunday in their family. It's what about me,
-
It's about the Holy Spirit. So when they may, if you're in this
-
building, I'd like to come forward, We'll pray for you. Before that,
-
Let's pray for the people who are online those into this later. Like
-
I said, John four twenty four says God is a spirit for the words.
-
Wherever you are, he is with you. So when I pray for
-
the people online there, when the people is in later, when you'd like
-
to come forward to salmon, johnity want to come up with a the list
-
of please. So if you're listening online or listening later and you have a
-
need for wholeness, well that's physically, spiritually, financially, socially, emotionally,
-
is need of holeness in your life. God is a spirit. God
-
is with you. Now. I'm going to pray, prayer and trust God
-
to minister his grace to you of wholeness. So the name of I believe
-
of God's healing anointing of wholeness into your physical body or that of a loved
-
one in Jesus name, total homeness, mind, body, soul, spirit,
-
in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, please feel
-
free to drop us a line and tell us what God has done for you.
-
And it's not the work of a man's the work of the Holy Spirit.
-
So for the people in the room here this morning who will want to
-
receive from God, Yeah, if you want to come up, that's fine,
-
no pressure, It's entirely up to you God. God set this up.
-
I certainly didn't. Hm. So as you seen this, this song,
-
please come up, we'll pray if you then will wrap? Is that
-
okay? H m hm m m hm m m m m m m hmmmm.
