  1. Apologies for being late. We had no idea that they

  2. closed the M three at junction four.

  3. Some of you know that.

  4. Well, we found ourselves kind of oh, they're going to

  5. shut the junction at number four. No, they wouldn't do

  6. that on a Sunday morning. And we found ourselves in

  7. a queue of traffic and rang Dave as soon as

  8. we possibly could to let him know that we might

  9. be a little late. And so we've been sitting in

  10. traffic for about an hour and a quarter hour and

  11. twenty minutes. What should have taken us ten or fifteen

  12. minutes took us an hour and fifteen minutes. But great

  13. to be with you here in Eggham, running mead for

  14. you don't know how glad we were to see the sign.

  15. We had to come up on the A thirty. So

  16. we're coming through all these places and I said, oh,

  17. bag Shot when we hit bag Shot, because there was

  18. a big snarl up at bag Shot because of all

  19. the extra traffic. And then I said, oh, it's soon,

  20. it's soon, and then no, no, not yet, not yet, soon.

  21. Soon soon.

  22. We came down the hill and I said I recognized this,

  23. and came to the little roundabout and we were here,

  24. so it's really good to be with you and in

  25. this place. Last time we came, you just moved here.

  26. I think first or second week that you were in

  27. Setu am I on.

  28. Things.

  29. I can't move about too much. Where's the Oh you're there?

  30. Oh okay, so you can follow me?

  31. Yeah?

  32. Good and yeah to all those watching, listening, hearing on

  33. camera externally, bless you. Thanks for joining us. Yeah, and

  34. we were just commenting that two years ago when we

  35. came here, I spoke on the River of God and

  36. somebody from Peru, I think it was somebody listening anyway

  37. on the external camera sent a word to Dave that

  38. we were going to come to a bend in the

  39. river and there was a change of It was a

  40. sign that there was a change of direction coming. And

  41. the last two years we've been on a journey of redirection.

  42. We've come to the bend of the river and it's

  43. going to result in us moving from where we are

  44. in Southampton up to the Essex coast, up to Frinton

  45. Wharton area on the North Essex coast, which is very

  46. much our routes. We've had a real time of redirection

  47. from the Lord and he's spoken to us so clearly

  48. prophetically that it's extraordinary. And when we first got that word,

  49. we laughed, we thought, yeah, come on, not now we're

  50. in our mid seventies, and yes it is. We're on

  51. the move and seeking to follow the Lord where he's

  52. sending us.

  53. So what have I got on my heart today?

  54. Well, I just believe that we are getting ready for

  55. a serious move of the Holy Spirit. I believe God

  56. is visiting our nation already, and we're beginning to see

  57. the signs of life and growth. We're beginning to see salvation.

  58. We're beginning to see people calling on the name of

  59. the Lord. The Bible Society, who are a very conservative

  60. organization and very into facts and integrity and honesty, they

  61. commissioned a survey to be done by you gov. And

  62. you gov are a secular poll organization who do all

  63. the stuff on the general elections and things like that,

  64. and are recognized and known to be an authentic company.

  65. And they were commissioned to investigate what's happening in people

  66. visiting church in the UK. They did a survey in

  67. nineteen not nineteen nineteen, twenty nineteen, I'm really not that old.

  68. They did a survey in twenty nineteen and last year

  69. twenty fourteen twenty twenty four, they did another survey, so

  70. all right, I'll get in the flow as I come

  71. back to Earth after traveling, and they came up with

  72. the most remarkable statistics, and the Bible Society produced a

  73. document of the findings and they've headed it up as

  74. a quiet revival, that there is a revival going on.

  75. There is a move of the Spirit happening in our day,

  76. in our generation, in our nation. Church attendance between twenty

  77. nineteen and twenty twenty four went up from six percent

  78. to thirteen percent. That is significant growth. That's more than

  79. double the number of people going to church now that

  80. were in twenty nineteen. That's before COVID. There are extraordinary

  81. statistics concerning young men, young men between the ages of

  82. eighteen and twenty four. In nineteen, there were four percent

  83. of eighteen to twenty four's attending church. There are now

  84. sixteen percent of eighteen to twenty four young men attending church.

  85. The statistics are astounding. Numbers of people are turning to Christ,

  86. particularly younger people, particularly students and people who are would

  87. be termed as young adults. There is also a very

  88. significant move going on amongst the eleven to sixteen year olds,

  89. But they didn't do a survey on that. If they had,

  90. I think it would have been even more surprising, because

  91. we are hearing and seeing of extraordinary salvations and experiencing

  92. it in our own situation. Young men and young women

  93. having encounters with Jesus that changing their lives. I had

  94. my sister in law visit for the week, so my

  95. wife and her sister ganged up on me and I

  96. went through a most awful time of persecution. But my

  97. sister in law goes to an evangelical church that has

  98. been getting smaller and smaller for the last number of years.

  99. I think they are between ten and twelve people, maybe

  100. fifteen on a good day, mainly older people. Nothing happened

  101. for years and years. They do a lot of stuff,

  102. but you know, they worked really hard, but it seemed

  103. very little. One of the lady's sons had an encounter

  104. with God at university, came back from university just a

  105. couple of weeks ago, turned up on their Sunday morning

  106. gathering with eight of his friends. Eight Suddenly, eighteen to

  107. twenty four year olds turn up in this small evangel

  108. little church. And these young men are full of questions

  109. and open to God, and three of them, in the

  110. first visit committed their life to Christ. So there is

  111. this thing happening around us, not very far from here.

  112. The other side of London, in East London, one of

  113. the HTB churches in Hackney called together a night of

  114. prayer for young people and seven am at seven pm

  115. till seven am on a on a Friday night, two

  116. thousand young people gathered together in Saint Luke's in Hackney,

  117. and during that evening there was an outpouring of the

  118. Holy Spirit, the likes of which we read in Acts

  119. chapter two, and young people were impacted by a powerful

  120. manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Numbers of young people weeping,

  121. falling on their faces, surrendering their lives to Christ, being

  122. filled with the Holy Spirit, God working and moving powerfully

  123. in their lives. Why am I telling you this well,

  124. because they're all signs of what God is doing. A

  125. mate of mine planted a church in Milton Keynes in

  126. nineteen eighty six. I was there at the beginning of

  127. this church plant and I want to tell you that

  128. there were not any more people in that first those

  129. first gatherings in Milton Keene, Keynes, than there are here

  130. in this place this morning. A few weeks ago they

  131. held a baptismal service and for the first time as

  132. a church, they broke through the thousand mark. Nineteen eighty six,

  133. small group of people twoy twenty five broke through the

  134. thousand mark. They had five services, They went to five services,

  135. and they baptized forty people on one Sunday, forty people.

  136. Another friend of mine leaves a church in Cambridge. Just

  137. a few weeks ago they baptized thirty five.

  138. Guy called Steve Campbell.

  139. They baptized thirty five on one Sunday morning. These statistics

  140. are not just kind of unusual. They are very significant

  141. and they're a sign of what God is doing for

  142. us in our nation. We're living in days when God

  143. is moving. Things are happening that are really significant. We

  144. had a baptismal service just a few weeks ago and

  145. we baptized a young woman. Well she's young to me,

  146. she's probably what mid to late thirties. Her background has

  147. been awful. She's from a dysfunctional background. She ended up

  148. in an abusive relationship. The guy left, she was left

  149. with a child, a son and eventually couldn't cope. Turned

  150. to drink first, then to drugs, the usual kind of pattern.

  151. Found herselves in an absolute mess, and tried to take

  152. her own life. So she was sectioned and the child

  153. was taken from her and placed into care.

  154. In hospital. She cried out to God.

  155. Somewhere in her past she'd heard the gospel, and she

  156. cried out to God, said, Jesus saved me, so at

  157. the end of herself, she's tried to take her own life.

  158. She came out of the hospital and met rather extraordinarily,

  159. but God has a way of putting people together a

  160. couple from our church, an older couple, and they took

  161. her on and began to work with her and help

  162. her and encourage her, and she made a full blown

  163. commitment to follow Jesus. She was delivered and set free

  164. from drugs and from drink, and she stood up and

  165. gave her testimony as she was baptized just a few

  166. weeks ago, and then she said, please pray for me.

  167. I'm going to court to try and get my son back.

  168. And since that happened a few weeks ago, they've given

  169. her a sun back.

  170. Because this woman has been so restored.

  171. Hey, we're living in days when God is doing extraordinary things.

  172. Why do I tell you all that?

  173. Because I want to encourage you. You know, I really do.

  174. By the way, if you didn't know, and I'm sure

  175. you do. I've written a number of books, and this

  176. is the first book I wrote. If you look at

  177. the front of this book, it says it was written

  178. in two thousand and seventeen. And I wrote this in

  179. two thousand and seventeen. And I had a series of

  180. dreams in twoenty and fourteen, that's eleven years ago, and

  181. all of them are about a move of the Holy Spirit.

  182. But I want to read one particular dream to you

  183. that I had eleven years ago. First of all, to

  184. underline the fact that God is speaking and that what

  185. we're experiencing now has not just come out of the

  186. bluers as you're experiencing yourself. You've got this clear prophetic word.

  187. And to encourage you that God does speak today in

  188. the ways that is always speak spoken, and he spoke

  189. through dreams right in the book of Genesis, and he

  190. still is now in these lives days. So I had

  191. this dream concerning a church i'd been involved with on

  192. the South coast. So I'm in this dream. I'm watching

  193. this dream. I was with the church in the usual

  194. Sunday morning meeting when someone I heard a voice, suggested

  195. that the Lord wanted us to take his presence out

  196. onto the street. We concurred, and in the next scene,

  197. we were gathered in a circle worshiping on the pavement

  198. in the same way as if we were in the

  199. church building. There was a very real sense of the

  200. presence of God as we sang and praised together. I

  201. noticed five or six young people break into the circle

  202. and moved towards Several of the young people in the church.

  203. They called them out by name, so they obviously knew them,

  204. and they asked what was going on. They said, this

  205. is there's something really significant happening here that was making

  206. an impression on them. One of them was a young man,

  207. interestingly dressed and displaying some metal piercings and one or

  208. two tattoos on his body. I felt constrained to address him.

  209. Feeling inspired with a sense of prophetic inspiration, I moved

  210. towards him and said, God loves you, is interested in

  211. your life. He knows all about you and your struggles

  212. and circumstances.

  213. At this, the.

  214. Young man's eyes filled with tears, and he asked me

  215. how I knew that. I continued to encourage him with

  216. prophetic encouragements that God was interested in breaking into his

  217. life and revealing himself to this young man. I invited

  218. him to commit his life to the Lord Jesus, to

  219. which he has sented enthusiastically. This is a dream I'm

  220. seeing all this. I invited one of the young people

  221. of the church who knew the young man, to lead

  222. him in a prayer of repentance. I turned away and

  223. had a conversation with the Lord. It went something like this, Lord,

  224. what's going on. I've done this stuff for years, knocking

  225. on doors, stopping people on the streets, and have seen

  226. so little in terms of response. Yet this young man

  227. opened up so easily and willingly. I felt the Lord say,

  228. it's a new season. I felt the Lord say, it's

  229. a new season. And the difference is my presence. I

  230. realized again that the purpose of the anointing is for

  231. the lost and broken. It's a new season. That's what

  232. God said to me ten years ago. Young people or

  233. would turn to the Lord open up to God suddenly

  234. and easily, and after all these years of working hard

  235. and struggling and striving to get any kind of breakthrough,

  236. that we were living in days or we would see

  237. days when there would be a new season. That was

  238. twenty and seventeen. I wrote that here we are twenty

  239. twenty five.

  240. That's what's happening. People coming to the Lord.

  241. And of course all of that takes me back to

  242. Acts chapter two. All of that takes me back to

  243. the initial outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the birth

  244. of the church, and that we are in the process

  245. of expecting and believing for a new, fresh, sudden and

  246. wonderful invasion of Holy Spirit, life and activity. I like

  247. the word invasion. Yeah, God invading our communities, God invading

  248. our societies, God invading our homes, God invading our lives.

  249. One of the other statistics from that report is that

  250. Bible sales since ninete. Since you say I'm living in

  251. the past, I'm a really old Codia. You know, since

  252. twenty twenty, twenty nineteen to twenty twenty four, Bible sales

  253. went up eighty seven percent.

  254. Eighty seven percent.

  255. You see, without us doing anything, people are reading the Bible.

  256. The world we live in the chaos of COVID and

  257. the emptiness that elect the anxiety and fear. People were

  258. hoping to find it in politics, or in business or

  259. in whatever, but.

  260. It ain't there.

  261. In fact, the only place they're going to find it

  262. is in Jesus. And of course the day that we're

  263. living in is a day when people are empty. There's

  264. a vacuum, and I believe as people cry out to God,

  265. we're going to see a new move of the Holy Spirit.

  266. And here in Acts chapter two, what time do you

  267. normally finish, by the way our past?

  268. Is that?

  269. All right?

  270. Half past? Yeah? Everybody, be all right till our past?

  271. Yeah, okay, all right, I'll finished by hard past, promise,

  272. all right, okay. On the day of Peddicost, the Holy

  273. Spirit's poured out and there's this wonderful move of the

  274. Holy Spirit. And I've read it so much without to

  275. learn it. I know the scripture. You know. They were

  276. all together in one place, and suddenly there was a

  277. sound from heaven as of a rushing, mighty wind, and

  278. it filled the place where they were sitting, and there

  279. appeared on their heads flames of fire, and they were

  280. all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak

  281. with other tongues as the Spirit gave them the ability.

  282. So they had this powerfully encounter with the Holy Spirit,

  283. the results of which meant that they went out into

  284. the marketplace, well out into the temple courts anyway, and

  285. they were speaking in languages they'd never learned. These were

  286. ignorant fishermen. Peter was a fisherman. I guess he'd left

  287. school at eleven or twelve or something and started fishing

  288. at thirteen. When he became a man. He'd never had

  289. a lesson in French or Spanish, law or Telugu are

  290. any other language. And here they are speaking in at

  291. least fourteen languages. There are fourteen nations mentioned there, people

  292. from Africa, people from Asia, people from Europe. And they

  293. look in at one another and going, we're hearing them

  294. speak in our own languages, the wonderful works of God.

  295. It says they were astonished, They were amazed. And then

  296. he says they were astonished again because this was so extraordinary,

  297. this supernatural release of God's word in.

  298. Their own languages.

  299. And Peter gets up and preaches, and he tells them

  300. about Jesus. He tells them what Jesus has done.

  301. Are? They cry out.

  302. He doesn't have to say, right, would you all like

  303. to bow your heads and close your eyes? And maybe

  304. somebody here would like to give their lives to Jesus.

  305. Perhaps you'd like to raise your heads. No, while he's

  306. still speaking, it said, they cry out to him, and

  307. they say, what should we do?

  308. In response to this? The Holy Spirit has touched their

  309. lives so powerfully. What should we do? They say?

  310. And Peter says in Acts two thirty eight and thirty nine,

  311. he says, repent and be baptized, and you shall receive

  312. the gift of the Holy Spirit. This promise is to you,

  313. your children, and to every future generation everyone whom the

  314. Lord our God will call.

  315. You realize what that means, do you?

  316. It means that that word from Peter is relevant for

  317. us here today, that here in twenty twenty five in

  318. Egham is this Egham or running meed.

  319. Puno? All right? In both Eggerman and running me.

  320. This scripture is relevant for every individual that Peter wants

  321. us all to experience what he experienced. What happened to

  322. him in Acts two is available and open for every

  323. single one whom the Lord our God shall call. Has

  324. God called any of you as he called you to salvation,

  325. put your hand up. If he's called you to salvation,

  326. all right, then he's called you.

  327. So this is for you.

  328. God wants you to know a powerful personal encounter with

  329. the Holy Spirit, because this is so important for us

  330. at this time. We can't build the church, we can't

  331. see the purposes of God fulfilled, even the prophetic words fulfilled,

  332. if we personally are not filled with the Holy Spirit.

  333. I find it fascinating the way Jesus spoke to the

  334. disciples at the end of Matthew's Gospel Matthew twenty eight nineteen,

  335. Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in

  336. the name of the Father and the Son and the

  337. Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I've

  338. taught you. Mark's Gospel, Go and preach the gospel. Go

  339. into all the world and preach the gospel. John's Gospel,

  340. John twenty twenty one. As the Father sent me, so

  341. I send you. Luke's Gospel, Chapter twenty four, verse forty nine. Wait,

  342. pardon wait. In the King James version, he says, tarry

  343. ye ha. That's a good old English word, isn't it. Tarry,

  344. I'll just tarry a while, Yeah, tarry, ye, Wait, don't go,

  345. he says, go, go, go. But then in Luke he says,

  346. don't go. But because the same go who wrote Luke

  347. wrote Acts. Luke wrote Acts, and in the first chapter

  348. of Acts. We understand why the weight was included at

  349. the end of Luke twenty four because in Acts one,

  350. verse eight, Jesus said to them, ha, you shall receive

  351. power after that the Holy Spirit has come upon you,

  352. that you may be witnesses unto me. In other words,

  353. don't go why until you receive it says power from

  354. on high, until you are filled with the Holy Spirit.

  355. And if we're going to make the most of this day,

  356. if we're going to see what is it the words

  357. a harvest of a tsunami of souls, that we need

  358. to be people who are ready, people who are filled

  359. with the Holy Spirit, people who have opened their lives

  360. up to God. People who have said, God, come take

  361. hold of my life, fill me with your spirit. People

  362. who are listening for the voice of God. People who

  363. understand the gifts of the Holy Spirit. People who know

  364. that they're ready to be used by God and willing

  365. and available for God.

  366. To take hold of them.

  367. Because that connection, that joining together of a spirit filled

  368. people and the purposes of God and the prophetic word

  369. is absolutely essential.

  370. You know.

  371. In this, in this uh out pouring of the Spirit

  372. in Acts two, there is this wonderful sense of inclusiveness

  373. and h and a wonderful sense of an openness. As

  374. God speaks through the Peter, you know, he says, this

  375. is that which is spoken of by the prophet Joel,

  376. that God says in the Last Days. And Peter quotes

  377. what Joel said in chapter two of his of his

  378. prophetic book in the Old Testament. And he spoke there

  379. quite openly about about what was going to happen, ha,

  380. And he spoke about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

  381. He spoke about the fact that all the barriers would

  382. be down, that everybody would include be included. I love

  383. this because it was fresh and new and dynamic.

  384. He said.

  385. In the Last Days, God says, I'll pour forth of

  386. my spirit on all mankind, and your sons and your

  387. daughters will prophesy. This was revolutionary. Daughters had never been

  388. included before. Suddenly, in this outpouring of the spirit, the

  389. gender barrier disappears. Ladies, young ladies, old ladies, and everything

  390. in between.

  391. Ha. God has included all of us.

  392. He doesn't just say young men women either, not just daughters.

  393. Later on it says, and on my servants, both men

  394. and women, I will pour out of my spirit and

  395. they will prophesy. Ladies, have you prophesied yet? Have you

  396. moved in the prophetics?

  397. Oh?

  398. No, that we'll leave that to Dave and the elders

  399. and one or two others. You to prophesy, You to

  400. speak to people the word of the Lord. You to

  401. just as I did in that dream, go up to

  402. that young man and just open his life up with

  403. a simple word of knowledge, and his eyes filled with

  404. tears and he surrenders his life to Jesus.

  405. Huh.

  406. God's doing that all over the country, all over the place.

  407. God wants to fill you with the Holy Spirit and

  408. for you to become a communicator of the divine will,

  409. of the divine mind, of the prophetic word. And even

  410. the old codgers are not left out. I think I'm

  411. the oldest old boy here. There might be someone older

  412. than me, but I think I'm merely the oldest.

  413. If not.

  414. And it talks about old men dreaming dreams.

  415. Well, I did, and I do.

  416. I had a dream this week that I believe was

  417. significant as well. But God's still speaking to us through us.

  418. And I'm believing God to fill me with His spirit

  419. in a greater measure in this new season, that I

  420. might be effective and fruitful, that I might prophesy, I

  421. might communicate something of God through words and knowledge, through

  422. words of wisdom, through being used by God in healing

  423. and miracles and actions of faith. I believe God wants

  424. to do that. So age is not a barrier, social class, education,

  425. none of those things matter. As I mentioned, I love

  426. the way Peter says this. He says, even on my

  427. bond servants, both men and women, that was the lowest,

  428. all right, So even on the lowest, least educated, least

  429. capable people. Haha, God's going to pour out your spirit.

  430. So it's no excuse you say, well, I'm dumb, I

  431. never got any GCSEs, or I'm no good at anything.

  432. It doesn't matter to who's.

  433. Ha ha, Because God says I'll pour out my spirit

  434. on all flesh, and it's inclusive men and women, old

  435. and young.

  436. Ha.

  437. And race is not an issue either. I don't know

  438. if you've read the list in Acts chapter two, but

  439. fourteen different nations are mentioned, and they're from Asia.

  440. Anyone from Asia here? No Asians?

  441. Yeah yeah, Asians wonderful Yeah. And Africa oh yeah, well

  442. as Africans were there on the dire pendic cast. And Europeans.

  443. Any Europeans, Yeah, yeah, they were there on the diapendycast

  444. as well. No Americans. Unfortunately it's the only place not mentioned.

  445. They found it. Yeah. Ah. God includes.

  446. Everybody from every nation, of every age, of both genders,

  447. of all social classes. Of course, we need clever people

  448. and we need ordinary people.

  449. And God takes hold of both. I love it.

  450. God takes hold of Peter, who was a fisherman and

  451. probably didn't know his tables, and he takes hold of Paul,

  452. who's educated in the best university in the land. And

  453. he needs both, and he needs all, and he needs you,

  454. and he needs me to.

  455. Open our lives up to him.

  456. Because that's the challenge, friends, that's the challenge today. That's

  457. the challenge for me, that's the challenge for you. Because

  458. the end of the day, what's it all for? Where's

  459. it gone?

  460. No? The next one? No, twenty one?

  461. Yeah, miracles happening, extraordinary events next verse, and it shall

  462. come to pass. Whoever calls on the name of the Lord,

  463. shall we saved. What's it all for? Why is God moving?

  464. Why is all this happening? What's this quiet revival? What's

  465. going on? Well, what's this new season about? This new

  466. season is about people coming into a relationship with Jesus.

  467. This new season is about people who don't yet know

  468. Jesus calling on the name of the Lord. This new

  469. season is about people who've been closed up opening up

  470. to the Lord, you know. And it is about seasons.

  471. You know.

  472. God puts seasons in place for reason, for purpose. You know,

  473. when he created the world, he puts seasons in place.

  474. And we can't do without any of them. We need

  475. the winter and the spring, and the summer and the autumn,

  476. and we need those seasons. And all of the seasons

  477. work towards the harvest.

  478. It's all for the harvest.

  479. So even the winter, when things are tough and not

  480. much is happening, there's a lot going on in preparation.

  481. And in the spring when you see very little, there's

  482. work going on. And in the in the summer, things

  483. come to fullness and to harvest.

  484. In the early.

  485. Autumn, and then the process begins again. And I believe

  486. we're coming in to a season of harvest. That's what

  487. God showed me ten eleven years ago in that dream.

  488. It's a new season. Yeah.

  489. You know when Paul was talking to the young man

  490. Timothy into Timothy four, and he's calling him to serve

  491. God and into ministry. And he said to Timothy, preach

  492. the word in season. That was good? Who said that?

  493. Who said out of season? Well done? Yeah? In season?

  494. Out of season we've been. We've been preaching out of season.

  495. We've been because we're told to, because we need to go,

  496. we need to share the gospel, and we've been doing that.

  497. But it's been out of season. But we're coming into season. Friends,

  498. And I say, I complain to the Lord in that dream.

  499. It was very vivid to me. I'm saying, Lord, we

  500. worked really hard for years, and you know we've had

  501. these conversations. We've done all this outreach and evangelism. Who

  502. haven't seen anything. And I just go up to this guy,

  503. speak to him for two minutes. His eyes filled with tears,

  504. and he wants to commit his life to you. And

  505. he's like, God, what's going on I I've been waiting. No,

  506. it's a new season. It's a harvest season. God wants

  507. to give us a tsunami of souls. They had a

  508. tsunami of souls at the end of Peter's preaching in

  509. Acts two.

  510. Did you know that? Well?

  511. I think three thousand in one blow is a pretty

  512. good tsunami, don't you. Three thousand people make a commitment

  513. to give their lives to Jesus, surrender to him in

  514. response to these spirit filled men and women who share

  515. the truth about Jesus, who speak in other tongues and

  516. are used in the miraculous expression of God's word that

  517. grabs people's attention. And I believe with their friends, and

  518. I believe we need to be ready because I believe

  519. God He's going to do that. You know, huh. I

  520. play the piano badly. I don't know if you remember

  521. Les Dawson. Some of you are some too young. Well,

  522. I play the piano like Les Dawson. No, I'm a

  523. little bit better than that, but I don't display my

  524. powers publicly. But the kids brought me a piano about

  525. five years ago, ten years ago for my birthday, which

  526. was a real blessing. I haven't played for years, and

  527. just began to play it. And I played through the

  528. old hymn book. I love the old hymns, you know,

  529. my childhood, my young adult, my first fifteen years in ministry,

  530. the Redemption hymnal was my kind of I had my

  531. Bible and my Black Bible and a Black Redemption HYMNOI,

  532. you know, took it to every meeting and I played

  533. through the hymns. And last Saturday morning, I sat down

  534. and I got to the gospel section. There's some great

  535. old gospel hymns written by people like Fanny Crosby and

  536. others whatever, and I played this hymn just as I

  537. am without one plea but that your blood was shed

  538. for me, and that Thou bidst me come to thee

  539. O Lamb of God, I come. And I played it

  540. a few times and I began to sing it, and

  541. the presence of God came on me, and God was

  542. there with me as I sang O Lamb of God,

  543. I Come. And for me it was a moment, a

  544. moment of encounter, and I said to God, God, I want.

  545. To be part of what you're doing right now. I

  546. come so him.

  547. We usually associate with Billy Graham and people coming and

  548. giving their lives to Christ. But it was more than

  549. that for me at that moment. It was about me saying, God,

  550. I want to be filled with your spirit. God, I

  551. want to know you in a deeper, more intimate way. Lord,

  552. I commit my to you to your purposes. One of

  553. the reasons we're moving is because God has called us

  554. to go to be part of a network of churches

  555. that are really open to God and seeing some really

  556. good things happening. And we believe God wants us to

  557. be part of that and add to the harvest that

  558. they're seeing in that place. And because in our hearts

  559. we long to see a move of the Holy Spirit. Cool,

  560. I ain't got that long. I don't know how long.

  561. I'm believe in at least ten years, but who knows

  562. how long I might have, But I long to be

  563. part of a move of the Spirit. In the nineteen

  564. eighties we saw God move. I was part of a

  565. church that grew from mid thirties to just under three

  566. hundred in about four years. We saw God do some

  567. wonderful things over in Essex in thorough God did some

  568. extraordin things. There's people, number of people in ministry around

  569. the country that God took hold of. At that time,

  570. my wife led a women's ministry, saw something like forty

  571. or fifty women come to Christ over a period of

  572. eighteen months. I mean, we just saw God doing some

  573. extraordinary things. We didn't pray for people to be filled

  574. with the Holy Spirit. They came into the atmosphere of

  575. His presence and they just encountered God. They got saved.

  576. And we had a young girl from a really difficult,

  577. dysfunctional background. She came in, sixteen year old. She got

  578. saved on the Sunday. We had a prayer gathering on

  579. a Tuesday. She said, can I come? I said, course

  580. she can. So she came and she sat next to me.

  581. In this prayer meeting. We're singing the first song, and

  582. after the first song, we're singing praises to God and

  583. singing in other tongues. And this sixteen year old kid

  584. who's just been saved.

  585. On the Sunday and away in tongues.

  586. So after the canon, I said, when were you filled

  587. with the spirit?

  588. He said, oh, is that what happened?

  589. She said, I was just worshiping Jesus and I love

  590. him so much, and I just felt this language come,

  591. and I just began to speak in languages I've never learned,

  592. the praises of God, you know, been part of something

  593. like that, but it didn't reach its full potential. In

  594. the nineties, there was that move of the spirit that

  595. was kind of associated with Toronto. Lots of really good

  596. things happening and people encountering Jesus, and there were some

  597. remarkable prophecies about this going out on the streets and whatever.

  598. But it never did go out on the streets. You

  599. know why, because we kept coming back and asking for more,

  600. and so we just came back for more, and what

  601. God meant to touch the nation and whatever turned into

  602. a self indulgence seeking a personal blessing.

  603. I really believe that. And here we are again. Here

  604. we are again.

  605. And the churches that are gonna reaper tsunami of souls

  606. are those who come and say, Ho, Lamb of God,

  607. I come. I give myself to you to be part

  608. of what you're doing. That's my message this morning. I've

  609. done so all right. Yeah, let's just praise, shall we?

  610. Yeah, yeah,
