Fas today.
-
Good morning everyone, Thanks for your prayers, Thank you for
-
your presence in this place. Good morning online. It's a
-
privilege to stand here. And I thank God for the
-
grace Father, in the name of Jesus. This is the
-
day you have made and it's me You've chosen to
-
speak today. And I thank you Holy Spirit for your help,
-
for your grace. Pray that you feel your word that
-
I can bless us and save souls, even Jesus' name.
-
Amen.
-
So the title of my message today is action in
-
your Faith random It. Christian Fellowship is running a series
-
of my story, his story Evangels, so I'm trying. I
-
tried to gather the word around that theme as it
-
was given to me by Pastor Dave. With this story,
-
because it becomes your story, then it becomes God's story
-
or thinking of making it God's story, and I thought, no, no,
-
it starts with you. So those of you who don't
-
know me, I'll just tell you a little bit about myself.
-
My name is Juliet Nagia, born and raised in Ugandayeh
-
So I came in the UK about thirty four years
-
ago and when I came over, life wasn't rosy. So
-
I encountered so many issues.
-
Here and there.
-
Firstly, I was born again at the edge of eleven,
-
and my mom stopped me from going to church because
-
the bone agains stayed in church in Uganda forever. And
-
I came late and I wasn't doing my homework, so
-
she said, no, no, no, I'm not gonna have that.
-
You're grounded.
-
So eventually I lost my zeal at that time. I
-
was so hot for God at eleven years and I
-
lost it, but still believed in God. It never leaves you.
-
We just sang he never leaves you. No, he catches you,
-
he brings you back. So whilst I was in UK,
-
I encountered issues, as I've already said, and I had
-
a friend who used to tell me come to church,
-
we can pray for you. And I considered the issues
-
as if God didn't love me. Yes I know there
-
is God, Yes I know he lost Most of you
-
have had this, but I'm saying it for the benefit
-
of introduction and to those who don't know me that much.
-
So my eventually I said to myself, I'm gonna go
-
to church with his friend and just let her off,
-
stop her from asking me to go to charge, you know.
-
So I reached there and it was for me. Actually,
-
God just grabbed me back. He catches you back like
-
we were singing. He felt he captured all the years
-
that he'd lost me, and he filled me with overwhelming love.
-
I can't name it. So I went in with the
-
baggage of hats and pains.
-
I was on.
-
Depression, depression. I was so depressed at the time, But
-
by the time I came out, I was made. I
-
had been made all within one hour and a half.
-
My life was just turned upside down. I was doing
-
three jobs at the time and going to college at
-
the same time.
-
You can imagine how busy it was.
-
So whilst I was looking for messages to share, I
-
think in this short time that one is given to
-
share a message, God has pressed it on my hat
-
to address the issues that we are changed, we are
-
facing in this generation which no time.
-
I got no time.
-
Yeah, everything you run, you run, you eat, running, you
-
lie down running and all that. So about three months
-
ago I was driving to work, I mean to church,
-
and I was grumbling, kind of having a conversation with
-
God to say, the people, you know, the people who
-
don't believe in God have got plenty of time, But
-
what's about us? You know, we work Manday Friday like
-
in my position, and then Saturday's always something Friday, there's
-
always something Saturday Sunday church. And I'm going, God, how
-
are we gonna be in tune with you with this
-
running around? These guys have got wekend to chill, do
-
whatever they want. So I didn't hear back right at
-
the church, didn't hear back from God. Then about two
-
weeks ago, God brought me this scripture. I was doing
-
something and he brought about the scripture of Look ten
-
about Ma Martha and Mary, and of course, you know,
-
we know Martha worked hard and Mary was sitting at
-
Jesus' feet, and I.
-
Said, yeah, yeah, yeah. So then he brought it back.
-
And I said, now I'm gonna get the Bible to
-
read that properly. And it said because of time, I'm
-
not going to read so much. He says, what I
-
got into this one was Martha invited Jesus at his house.
-
So Jesus was a visitor, bit that he was the lord,
-
but he was he came in the capacity over visitor,
-
didn't he So he comes in, sits down Mary's Martha's
-
mother does that, Sorry, sister does the same thing he
-
would do. Martha is cookie. I got to keep company
-
with a visitor.
-
That's what you do.
-
And then suddenly Martha comes to the Lord, who is
-
a visitor. Don't you care that sitting here? And can
-
you tell her to come and help me? And I said, ah,
-
this is what you're trying to say. So then God
-
told me this, he says, Martha, Mary. I mean Martha
-
was the owner of the house.
-
Jesus is a visitor.
-
She could have just come and told Mary, Mary, come,
-
let's first serve this and we can both sit together
-
listen to the Master. But she just accused Jesus. Yeah,
-
like we all do. You look at the problem, you
-
don't actually aggress it, you know. So then on top
-
of that, Jesus brought me back to my own salvation.
-
So when as I told you, I was doing three
-
jobs and going to college, and when I came on fire,
-
this moment when I got reborn again, when Jesus brought
-
me back, what happened? I said to myself, the love
-
for God was overflowing. There is nothing that mattered, not
-
the three jobs anything. So they told me we meet
-
on Wednesdays and Sundays. And I was going to a
-
church in London. Imagine. So I said to myself, God,
-
you know what, I can't afford to not come on Wednesday.
-
I can't afford not to come on Sunday. Well I'm
-
going to do I'm going to trust you to trash
-
these jobs, keep the job that doesn't need me to
-
be away from church. And I took a leap of
-
faith to do that. So whilst I did that, what
-
did God do? At the time the jobs? I was
-
struggling with jobs still, and God gave me a major job,
-
big job that paid me all the man I could
-
have got from the three jobs. And I had plenty
-
of job. All of you know that these jobs I
-
didn't know how to do. I didn't know. I never
-
had never used Eunuchs ever gave me a job, senior job.
-
I was going to use Eunichs to run this job.
-
And when they gave me when I went for the interview,
-
of course they wouldn't have given me the job if
-
they interviewed me. As we sat the boardroom, going in
-
a boardroom, Juliet, going in this boardroom, what's going on?
-
What the agency is doing to me. So I sat
-
there cuttling it. That is the waste of my time. Anyway,
-
as we're about to start, the interview, director is called
-
to another meeting and instead of saying reschedule the appointment,
-
what did he do? He said to that people hand
-
over the job to her. Can you imagine it? So
-
they handed me that job. Somebody tried to tell me
-
what to write. I didn't even know what I was writing.
-
I was only pretending that I knew what I was writing.
-
It was in my heart. I setled it wasn't It's
-
not for me time. So I went back, deciding whether
-
I should even bother going because they're not gonna keep
-
me anyway. And I went anyway because I was afraid
-
the agency would never send me again. So I went
-
found two guys there. One was from Nigeria. Both of
-
them were Nigerians. So they saw me a little bit
-
kind of tense stuff, and they asked me, can we
-
help you? Do you know what you're doing? I said
-
I do, but no I could do with some help.
-
So one of them was born again, the other wasn't. Anyway,
-
long story shirt. They helped me, but for months I
-
used to run to the answerphone to get a message
-
that tells me do not come back. I quickly bought
-
books for unique dummy books to run to learn eunichs.
-
That's what I did.
-
Eventually got the hang of it and they kept me
-
and I got money, good money, which I bought a plan.
-
I mortgaged the flat and because I was on fire
-
with God. God had then told me to start an
-
orphanage in u Ganda. We had a fight there for
-
a bit of time. No, Lord, I don't know. I
-
don't have any love. You know, my dad was killed
-
before I was born. You know, Mom kept me at Granny's.
-
What love have I got to give anyone? Then eventually
-
I said, Lord, if you if you want me to
-
do this, then help me.
-
Then that job came about.
-
So what is in this message is that you prior
-
We are in a world that is very busy. It's
-
never gonna stop, it's just going to increase. What is
-
our priority? Your God was telling me, when you trust
-
your jobs, what did I do for you? You're complaining
-
about no time prioritize the time of given you life
-
to manage.
-
So you need to take your life to lay hold up.
-
What you're doing, sorry what you're doing, and then choose
-
what's important and recline with me. So when you recline
-
with God, God makes the way. God makes you look beautiful,
-
so you look good on God afterwards, when you're listening
-
to God's directing your path. But when you're running around
-
and ending up at night midnight before you pray and
-
you're so tired, then you start saying, I'll pray tomorrow,
-
same thing, tomorrow, same thing the other day.
-
The week ends.
-
Stress comes in and because you're not with God, stress
-
will overwhelm you. Yeah, but if you're with God, nobody
-
can't stress you. He will always tell you do this,
-
go here, and you go there and you end up
-
with your father, which is most important. So that's free
-
of charge for this busy world. So now I'll go
-
to his story. That's how he changed me. And his story.
-
Now I want to go into.
-
Scriptures a bit. Hebrew's eleven. My story is about action
-
in your faith. Everything I was talking about was a
-
matter of faith. God gives us faith, and when he
-
calls us, he gives us faith.
-
He pulls us his love out.
-
To us, doesn't he At that time we are on
-
fire I believe that you've experienced this. When you first
-
get born again, you sow love God. And eventually what
-
happens the cares of the world, the business of the world,
-
little by little chips you away, doesn't it. Yeah, so
-
Hebrew says. Hebrew's eleven says, we know this. But he
-
says faith is the substance of things hoped for the
-
evidence of things not stem Hebrew's eleven, verse six says,
-
without faith, it's impossible please him. For he who comes
-
to God must believe that He is there is the
-
rewarder of those who diligently seek him. We also know that,
-
he says, it's written that faith comes by hearing and
-
hearing the word of God. So, like I was saying,
-
if you're not creating time to hear the word of God,
-
faith is gonna cheap away, little by little. Yes, So
-
we don't want to go there. He prestend that Height says,
-
now the just shall live by faith. But if anyone
-
draws back, my soul has no pleasure in him. So
-
where are you? God is saying, if you draw back,
-
how do we draw back? Not deliberately? Little by little
-
by the business and the cares of the world. So
-
God's story, we believer, starts with acceptance of the Lord
-
Jesus as Lord, and say there by faith salvation is
-
a free gift, but we have to receive it and
-
we have to act on it and find ways into
-
this kingdom that we were not taught as little people.
-
So Second Corinthians five seventeen says, therefore, if anyone is
-
in Christ is a new creation, all things have passed away. Behold,
-
things are new now. All things are of God, who
-
has reconciled us to himself through Jesus and has given
-
us the minister of reconciliation. Yes, he saves us. He
-
gives us the ministry of reconciliation. So when we get aboard,
-
when we get born again, to let that old is gone.
-
Your body stays the same, but inside you're quickened like
-
I was quakeened, like you were quackened. Yes, I believe
-
you've had this. So we need to con seeing you
-
in that vibe, and that's when we're gonna find the master.
-
That's when we're gonna find our way. So God promises
-
us in John fourteen twenty three that.
-
If anyone Jesus says, if anyone.
-
Loves me, he will keep my word, and my father
-
will love him and will come to him and make
-
a home with him.
-
God has made his home with us.
-
But how do you live with somebody who doesn't give
-
you a cup of tea, who doesn't give you dinner.
-
How it's ridiculous. So think about it. Let's imagine God
-
and the Lord, the Trinity is stat in your house,
-
the three of them.
-
They have come, but you're passing by.
-
You're gonna do your laundry, you're gonna go to work,
-
you're gonna go shopping. And then before he says, oh, Lord,
-
see you tomorrow, I'm a bit tired.
-
So that's what we do sometimes.
-
So the promise is conditional, he says, if you love him.
-
We want to say we are born again, saved once
-
forever's sake, But he says it's conditional.
-
You have to love him.
-
Otherwise he can't be in your house if you if
-
no attention for him. So the first time we get
-
born again, of course we're excited, and we work excited.
-
We tell our family about Jesus. Before you know it,
-
the bills come, the job is lost, sister is dead,
-
something has happened, Like Peter, Jesus says, come walk on
-
the water. So that's where Jesus tells us when we
-
both get born again, he's actually telling us the same story.
-
Come come, then.
-
We look, well, take our eyes off Jesus and this
-
fire begins to go down. The fire I had then
-
is not the fire I have. That's why I'm telling
-
this story. And I wasn't gonna talk about this, but
-
God has impressed this on me. Yeah, so when we
-
take the eyes off of Jesus, I even forget that
-
he gave me everything with one job only. And now
-
I'm stressing here and there and I'm crying for this
-
and that.
-
Now my eyes are down.
-
To the water like Peter instead of looking at the master.
-
Can we If you're online and this is good for you.
-
Anytime you can call Jesus into your heart, he takes
-
an acceptance. You can call on the Jesus where you
-
are and it's everywhere, and he will come into your heart.
-
And if you want to know more, email us. Details
-
will be on our website soon. So let's take our
-
eyes off of these things.
-
The world.
-
The devil comes to still kill and destroys what he's
-
doing quietly, You know that if he can't stop your praying,
-
he'll give you work to do.
-
Yes, okay, today I want to trulate.
-
I want us to check our hearts and make necessary adjustments.
-
So how do we do this? Are you? What? Where
-
are you? Where's your hat?
-
In regards to God's call upon your love, upon your life?
-
Where are you? Only you know where you are? Only
-
I know where I am. But God is the most
-
important thing we need. He is the only thing we need.
-
Everything else will be added to us, as he says
-
in Matthew six thirty three. First sik the Kingdom of
-
God and all his righteousness, and all these things you
-
seek after God will pour them to you.
-
And he really does. If only we put him, you
-
can't deceive God.
-
Unfortunately, I can sit find Pastor Dave and put on
-
a cheerful face. When I'm inside I'm crying.
-
But God knows.
-
So don't waste putting on a preykfast before God.
-
So how can we change? How can we be revived?
-
How can we get back on to our If you
-
not see have written it's a combination of faith that
-
comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God,
-
and then we apply that with favorite prayer. You don't
-
need allnight. It has to be favoring. You could do
-
it for five but coming from your heart and the
-
IMMAs of one's self in the Word of God and
-
the meditation of it. Yes, and the first thing is
-
a routine. We have to pray favoritely, seriously. We have
-
to make prayer, fasting, immasion in the Word as a
-
daily thing, not like every day, but as part of
-
our spiritual life and growth. Yes, the absence and worship.
-
God loves to be worshiped. You know that time I'm
-
talking about, I had a song going in my hat
-
and prayer going in my hat twenty four seven. I
-
woke up with the song. Whether I was in a meeting,
-
whether I was in work, that was a mandatory thing
-
in my heart. But as we look down off of Jesus,
-
then the song goes deemer and demer and dimmer till
-
there is normal song. So how that's the way to
-
rekined ourselves. Let's purpose, Let us purpose to go back
-
to God. Times are getting harder. Let's go to the
-
Master and we repent. Say Lord, I'd forgotten where you
-
got me, But now I'm coming back to the heart
-
of worship. Holy Spirit, help me come back to you,
-
help me come back to that passion, the love. Whey,
-
I didn't care whether I ate or not as long
-
as I was with you. Yeah, And let's pray the
-
Holy Spirit to lead us. And the Holy Spirit will
-
lead us. He will comfort us, he will show us
-
which you want to do first. But you know, also
-
prayer can be canbersome. We talk about prayer many times.
-
We go to prayer meetings until we start praying and
-
the words disappear until we want to pray and we
-
don't know what to pray about. Yes, this is common
-
to me sometimes, so well, how do we do this?
-
Prayer is a necessity and it's got to be favorent.
-
Jesus told us. It showed us a way to pray.
-
That prayer seems simple, but it's so powerful. And I'm
-
only just going to talk about one word or two
-
from that prayer.
-
It says, our Father in Heaven, halload be your name.
-
Hallord be your name, Father in Heaven, hallord be the name.
-
I looked up that word hallowed be your name and
-
found a few meanings. He says your name be hallowd
-
means your name be separated from everything else in the world.
-
Your name is so high up there compared to none.
-
Your name is so great it framed the world. If
-
only I can know you, my father, the world will
-
be damed. Yes, so, Father, I love you. I thank
-
you that you're my father. Hallord be your name. In
-
my businesses. I want to do this, But Hallord be
-
your name. Your kingdom't come, Your kingdom' come. Kingdom has
-
already come, by the way in Christ Jesus Ha, Lord,
-
the kingdom has come, but it seems far away sometimes
-
you know, it can feel far away. But the kingdom
-
has come. So you say, whatever I'm going through is
-
in your hands, Daddy. I'm hurting, I'm needing this, but
-
it's all in your hand. You framed everything. What can
-
you not give me? What can't you do for me?
-
Hell Lord, be your name be exhorted, be margin filed,
-
our king of glory.
-
Yeah, so then you start with that.
-
The Lord says, everything is We are the sheep of
-
his We are the past ship of his pasture. He
-
created us and everything. We are the sheep of his pasture.
-
So what else?
-
Abide with him? Stay with him, cleave to him. If
-
you die with him, die with him. After all, is
-
the one going to take you to heaven? Yeah, if
-
your boat thinks, is the one going to take you
-
out of the boat. So what is fasting? We first
-
we withdraw from food. But it's not only withdrawing from food.
-
It's a matter of your purposing to say, God, I
-
want to seek you, I want more of you.
-
Then you withdraw from food. Then you first.
-
If you first without praying and studying and immassing yourself
-
in the world and keeping quiet, listen, then firsting may
-
be hunger strike kind of thing, and the business of
-
this world causes us to be in that state you're firsting.
-
They call into meetings, you find a sobbing customer, complaints, blood, blood,
-
ever ending. So if you're not careful, you may end
-
up fasting all day without any time with God. But
-
if you ask the Holy Spirit, that fire can keep.
-
The song of worship can continue in you as you
-
meet with people. Because you have that relationship with God.
-
The word can come to you that says say this
-
or say that, and God will do what and God
-
will continue to minister you. Yeah, God wants us to
-
praise Him with our hearts. Because of time, I'm kind
-
of rushing through and I want this to say this
-
very important thing here Ephesian two six. Please hear me,
-
children of God, we need whilst we are praying. We
-
need some techniques, techniques to pray. And here's my catch
-
of this. And he says, and God raised us up
-
with Christ. This is in Collosian, It's in various parts
-
of the Bible, but I picked this little bit. Says,
-
and God raised us up with Christ and sited us
-
with Him in heavenly realm, in Christ Jesus or heavenly places.
-
How are we seated there? Have you thought about that?
-
We need to take our calling as children of God
-
and believe the word for what it says.
-
He says we are seated with him.
-
Colossians talks about how we are baptized in His death
-
and raised with him. That's where in heavenly places.
-
So, as a believer, how is it? How can you
-
be in heavenly places?
-
Yeah, it's difficult for anyone to comprehend. But yeah, being
-
in the spirit, you can't be in heavenly places.
-
Yeah. So we live in.
-
A practical generation where everything is to be tested and proved.
-
I believe that Scripture teaches us to surrender to God
-
by faith, and we see ourselves where we are sated
-
with God in heavenly places, in Christ Jesus. This means
-
the same thing I was talking about. Take your eyes
-
of the world, of the problems, and by faith see
-
yourself in Christ. God Jesus says, they come and live
-
in us. So that means somehow heaven is here, isn't it.
-
They've come and made their home with us. So look
-
down when that's why when we pray, we bend, we
-
bend our heads to look down.
-
I think too, basically to look here.
-
So it means that identify, lose yourself from the world,
-
from the cares of the world, from what is hurting you,
-
and focus on God and see yourself in heavenly places.
-
See yourself as if the world is down here. It's
-
an imagination you imagine, but that's what the world is saying.
-
By faith, we're gonna sit there. And when you sit
-
up there, then you pray. You're praying, you visualize yourself
-
that you're sitting with God, the Father, the Son, the
-
Holy Spirit, and you're with him. You're gonna hear what
-
he's saying, and you will be able to hear if
-
you allow it. Time, God will start speaking to you,
-
and then as a believer and follow of Jesus, you
-
then start doing what is said to you to do.
-
So from there he says, He's given us authority. Yeah,
-
it's given. He's given us authority. But that authority you
-
can't just run into it. You need to walk into
-
it somehow.
-
Yeah.
-
And Roman says, I beseech you there for brethren, by
-
the masses of God, that to present your bodies living sacrifice,
-
holy acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And
-
do not be confirmed to this world, but be transformed
-
by the renewing of your mind, and that you may
-
prove that which is that good and acceptable and perfect
-
will of God. So this means again a surrender, give yourself.
-
The body is not yours, We are not our own,
-
we are his. So whether we are going to cook,
-
whether we are going to work, we of course we
-
need to pay bills and all these things. Surrender, wake
-
up and surrender yourself, whether you choose, I think we
-
will raise up alters. This teaching is not about ords.
-
But you raise yourself up to a position where it
-
is you and Him alone, nothing else. Yes, you've got
-
these issues, but what matters is him, and then you
-
surrender and you give your lifestyle to God.
-
We need to raise up these ters.
-
Corporately as a church, as an individual in your house.
-
You have to have your own place with God, and
-
then maybe with family, then with church. Yeah, and that's
-
what is saying. A pleasing sacrifice. When you listen to
-
God and do what he says to you, you worship
-
him and call him our bad daddy. You're offering yourself
-
as a word, as a sacrifice to him.
-
Yeah.
-
We need to pray without ceasing regularly, and God is
-
expecting us actually to intercede for the world. But the
-
body of Christ is we are busy winging with the world.
-
When you meet us in the crowd of the world,
-
you may not tell the difference between Juliet and my workmates.
-
We are moaning about the boss, we are pressure at
-
work and all these things. But God is saying, come on,
-
given you authority, Given your authority, you work in love,
-
display my way to the world.
-
We need to be.
-
Sitting together, coming to pray in agreement. But what do
-
we do when we come to pray these days? The
-
targets of the devil is to cause Christians to sit
-
in one place, and they don't agree. I'm saying, let's
-
pray about this. Another I'm saying, no, that's not right
-
in their art. Another and he saying, oh, And if
-
they bear, say what? Then argument comes, and instead of agreeing,
-
you're actually divided. By the time you come out, What
-
have you achieved? He says, If I need two of you,
-
let me read Jeremiah a bit, Jeremiah one ninety ten.
-
Then the Lord puts forth his hand and touched my mouth.
-
And the Lord said to me, behold, I put my
-
words in your mouth. See, I've said this day, I've
-
said this day. This is a bit of not writing well.
-
I didn't write it well here, And I've said this day.
-
I've set you over the nations, over the kingdoms. Do
-
you know that as a believer, one believer, team of
-
believers is set us over the nations. That's our responsibility
-
to step in Jesus' way. Yeah, and to root out
-
and to pull down, to destroy and throw down.
-
Once we've done that, what are we rooting out? In justice?
-
We are rooting out the things we see that are
-
not correct. We come and agree together, and we root
-
them out in the name of Jesus. And once we've
-
done this, then we know we've done that, and then
-
we plant we build. What are we building? The Kingdom
-
of God, the Truth of God.
-
Lord.
-
We want peace in this city. We want peace in Egan.
-
We want people to come to the knowledge of Christ.
-
We want people to wake up to know you'r their God.
-
We are declaring your kingdom coming homes which are have
-
not known you. Yeah, and that's what we are planting.
-
The authority is given to us. But if we are
-
working with the world, how can we have You need
-
to be convinced and persuaded to say a word that
-
will touch heaven, that will connect with Heaven to come
-
to pass. But if I'm just walking in like a
-
bus stop and thank God this and that, answers may
-
not come. And many times we are praying and not
-
seeing answers. That's why we need to come together. And
-
the sad story here is that if we have one
-
brother or one sister who is on fire and they
-
come in and they tell us something and we are
-
tearing that down, then what will happen One sister to
-
one hundred people, one brother to one hundred people.
-
Simon is on fire.
-
Pick On Simon here he comes in he twice to
-
share the fire, and the ninety nine are kind of cold.
-
Whatever he brings goes down.
-
But in the end Simon will lose the fire again
-
and who will win Satan.
-
And the world.
-
Do continue bringing in things we don't want because we
-
are not taking our position. Yeah, In Matthew sixteen says,
-
and I'll give you the case of the kingdom. And
-
whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven.
-
Whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
-
So let us follow the Holy Spirit leading to bind
-
the strong holds. But we need to be where seated
-
in heavenly places. My main focus here is until we
-
learn to get to sit in heavenly places where grace flows,
-
where we get the stirring, where we get our faith
-
that we know that we know God is gonna do this.
-
Do you speak a word and you know by all
-
means this word is gonna happen heavenly places? Can we
-
go there today? Heavenly places we need? That's if anything
-
that you get out of this, Let's learn this thing.
-
Let's praise God. Let's allow God.
-
We cannot use his kingdom when there's no room for
-
God in our lives.
-
That is not right, is it? Now?
-
We have to have that relationship, that tangible relationship that
-
I know Letty will give me something if I ask,
-
because I know how that match. Yes, it's the kind
-
of thing. So we need to be in that spirit
-
from the heavenly places to be able to have a
-
rama ward, an active faith where you're persuaded that what
-
you're saying will happen. I'm almost three, three says, but
-
how are they going to walk together unless they agree?
-
It's not possible. It's not possible.
-
So I'm cutting my teaching short because of time. I
-
can't see time right here, But I think it's about
-
time that I conclude with Ephesians six. On top of
-
being in heavenly places, Ephesian six tend to tend to
-
the end. Maybe he says, finally, when you've done all
-
these things, finally, bravery, be strong in the Lord and
-
in the power of his might. Put on the whole
-
arm of God, that you may be able to stand
-
against the wiles of the devil. In other words, if
-
you have not, the devil will defeat you. We don't
-
want to talk about the devil. The devil but is
-
at large is always at hand to still kill every
-
room we live, for him is ready to take it,
-
to still kill destroy. So he says, be strong, be
-
strong in the Lord, the wild of the devil, even
-
in church. There there if we don't keep our God,
-
if we don't stay in God, Satan doesn't fear anyone.
-
I had a sister saying she had a dream. Well,
-
Satan said he's not afraid of Christians, and that really
-
rabbed me the wrong way.
-
I said, how dare he does that?
-
So if you're going, if you are not in faith,
-
you cannot effectively say the devil go, And he goes,
-
and he knows that you're afraid. He knows that you
-
don't mean it. He's a spirit as well as God
-
is a spirit. Yes, So unfortunately today's believers have opinions.
-
This is the problem again, opinions, interpretations of this thing.
-
I don't believe that. I don't do that. No, no,
-
and I won't do that. Then' Satan he's saying, yes,
-
I got you all. He's dancing. So he says, finally,
-
brethren in the Lord. Yeah, And then he says, for
-
we do not rest against flesh and blood. When body says,
-
there is no devil here is saying there is a devil.
-
Yeah, we rest again. We'd rest or.
-
Not against flesh and blood, but again his powers against
-
rulers of darkness of this age, against speak your hosts
-
of wickedness in heavenly places. So he says, put on
-
the whole arm of God. It is easy to say
-
you believe, but doing these things is not easy. Verse
-
fourteen says, stand there for having guarded your west with truth,
-
so you always make sure you're truthful in whatever you're doing,
-
having put on the breastlet of righteousness, having shured your
-
feet with the preparation of the Gospel of peace. Above all,
-
taking the shield of faith, Jesus took the field of
-
faith that when the devil tempted him after forty days,
-
he was ready to say, It's written, man shall not
-
live on bread alone. It's written, you cannot tempt God.
-
It's written you'll serve the Lord only.
-
Yes.
-
So that's where that's what we are supposed to do.
-
Be rather in and out of season to challenge the
-
devil when he starts saying these kind of things. So
-
if we can build together like aur a church, the
-
world can be transformed. I'm calling upon our lovely church, OURSEF.
-
You've been friends forever. I do love you, OURSEF. But
-
let's try and build together the things. Let's not just
-
talk about them. Let's build together. Let's come into agreement
-
with the well. The word of God says, this is it.
-
Let's believe it. Let's do it. Let's give God an
-
opportunity to make us look good when he's on us.
-
When you'd say the right thing, when he lets hands
-
on the sick and they get healed.
-
Who looks good?
-
You? Or people will not see God written all over
-
your face, but they will see Christ in you, the
-
hope of glory. So are you ready? I will end
-
up now. I had a lot to say, but thank
-
you for listening, and God bless you.
-
Yeah.
