  2. where we are focused on glorifying God, spreading the

  3. gospel, and making disciples of Jesus Christ right here in the

  4. heart of Greenville, SC. Each week we bring you a life

  5. changing word from our Senior Pastor, Pastor Matthew D Long

  6. Junior, or one of our anointed guest speakers.

  7. We pray this message strengthens your faith, deepens your

  8. understanding, and empowers you to elevate in every area of your

  9. life. Let's join the service already

  10. Acts chapter 27, Let's start at verse #31.

    Acts 27 chapter mention

  11. And Paul said to the centurion and to the soldiers, Except

  12. these abide in the ship, you cannot be saved.

  13. Verse 32 Then the soldiers cut off the ropes of the boat, and

  14. let her fall off. 33 And while the day was coming on, Paul the

  15. apostle besought them all to take me, saying, This day is the

  16. 14th day that you have tarried and continued fasting, having

  17. taken nothing. Wherefore I pray you to take

  18. some meat, for this is for your health, for there shall not a

  19. hair fall from the head of any of you. 35 And when he had thus

  20. spoken, he took bread and gave thanks to God in presence of

  21. them all. And when he hadn't broken it, he

  22. began to eat. 36 Then were they all of good cheer?

  23. Help me out, somebody say Good cheer, good cheer, good cheer.

  24. And they also took some meat. 37 And we were all in the ship. 203

  25. score and 16 souls. And when they had eaten enough,

  26. they lightened the ship, and cast off the wheat into the sea.

  27. And when it was day, they knew not the land, but they

  28. discovered a certain Creek with a shore into the which they were

  29. minded, if it were possible to thrust in the ship.

  30. Verse 40. Here's where I really want to

  31. be. And then they had taken up the

  32. anchors. They committed themselves unto

  33. the sea, and loosen the rooter bands, and hoist up the main

  34. sail to the wind, and made towards shore. 41 And falling

  35. into a place where two seas met, they ran the ship aground, and

  36. the four parts stuck fast and remained unmovable.

  37. But the hinder part, the hanged part, was broken with the

  38. violence of the waves. 42 And the soldiers Council was to kill

  39. the prisoners. Any of them should swim out and

  40. escape. 43 But this interior, and willing to say Paul, kept

  41. them from their purpose, and commanded that they that which

  42. could swim should cast themselves first into the sea

  43. and get to the land. 44 and the rest, the rest, the rest, some

  44. on boards and some unbroken pieces of the ship.

  45. And so it came to pass that they escaped all safe to land the

  46. word of God for the people of God.

  47. Thanks be unto God. I just want to jump in for a few

  48. moments into the ship and I'm going to preach from the

  49. thought. Somehow I made it.

  50. OK, I don't like your response. Help me.

  51. I'll turn to a neighbor. Say neighbor, somehow I made it.

  52. Somehow I made it. My dear brothers and sisters,

  53. life has a way of taking you into storms.

  54. Storms you didn't schedule Sister Shirley matter of fact,

  55. mother Gordine seasons you didn't see coming and battles

  56. you didn't even volunteer for. But somehow, somehow, somehow,

  57. Sister Shay, somehow by the grace of God, you, me, I, us, we

  58. uses, we're still here. Not because life was easy, not

  59. because the journey was smooth as the penny, not because the

  60. ship held everything together, but simply this.

  61. The testimony is like this. I made it because everything

  62. worked out. I made it because God carried me

  63. through what fell upon my dear brothers and sisters.

  64. That's where we find ourselves in between the black and white

  65. pages of the book before you and a moment of time and a season in

  66. the sailboat that seemed to be falling apart.

  67. Let's read it together. Acts chapter 27 verse #41 You

    Acts 27 chapter mention

  68. got your Bible? Jump on board.

  69. I feel like rolling just a little bit.

  70. It says I'm falling into a place where two seas met.

  71. They ran the ship aground. Let me stop right there.

  72. The text teaches us 3 movements to which I think we all should

  73. look at a three lessons, should I say.

  74. Such a shame. The very first lesson for your

  75. notes, Mother Spurgeon. Good to see you today.

  76. Is it broke? But that's where God began.

  77. I said to Shelly, he didn't like my first point.

  78. I'm I'm going to say it again. I'm going to say it again for

  79. the person online. I said it broke.

  80. But that's where God began. Look, look, look, look, look,

  81. look at the text. Look at the text.

  82. Acts chapter 27, verse 41 a look simple until you sit with it.

    Acts 27:41

  83. It looks simple until you pray through it.

  84. It even looks simple until you wrestle with it.

  85. And then suddenly the verse opens up with so much meeting

  86. shape because the ship didn't break in calm water, it broke

  87. where 2 seeds met. That's not just geography,

  88. that's really the study of God or theology in motion because

  89. this is the place of collision, where currents clash and crash,

  90. where life pulls in two directions at once.

  91. The text says Acts chapter 27, verse 41 and falling into a

    Acts 27:41

  92. place, a place, a place where two seas met 2 seas met Monday.

  93. Brothers and sisters, I want to let you know that breaking does

  94. not happen anywhere. Breaking happens where God

  95. allows. OK, I'm going to make sure you

  96. still in the room with me. I said breaking does not happen

  97. anywhere, but breaking happens where God allows.

  98. There is a place, yeah, where purpose meets pressure,

  99. recalling meets meets cost and where faith meets fatigue.

  100. And that that there's even a place where forward progress

  101. meets resistance. Come here.

  102. You had, like you never had any resistance before.

  103. But I want to let you know that this isn't random breaking, but

  104. look at the text. It's really orchestrated

  105. breaking, some breaking. Some breaking would have killed

  106. them in the deep, but God let it happen near the shore.

  107. My dear brothers and sisters, please understand that the

  108. breaking is discomforting, but breaking position them.

  109. And for some of us, as we have sat through here and you've

  110. thought about whether or not to give your testimony for 2025,

  111. the truth of the matter is you was going through in your mind

  112. about some of the breakings, some of the breakings that that

  113. actually felt discomforting but positioned you differently.

  114. And I'm going to let you know that God allowed this ship to

  115. break in a place where survival was still possible.

  116. I said God allowed the ship to break in a place where survival

  117. was still possible. And God does not always allow,

  118. He does not always save the ship.

  119. Sometimes He allows what carries us to break so he can mature.

  120. But He is forming in US. I think I better work through

  121. here. The breaking point is not the

  122. end. It is often the birth place of

  123. becoming. Help me out.

  124. Turn to your neighbor and say neighbor.

  125. I don't like the voice. Say neighbor, you're becoming.

  126. You are becoming. And, and I know you see wrinkles

  127. on your face right now, but you're becoming.

  128. And I know you still don't see commas in your bank account, but

  129. you're becoming. And I know you still got some

  130. sleepless nights, but you're becoming.

  131. I know you still got the same clothes from 1945, but you're

  132. becoming I want to let you know that you're becoming you're

  133. becoming you're becoming you're becoming and the text says here

  134. and that's chapter 27, verse 41 and verse 40.

  135. I'm sorry verse 41 that they ran the ship aground.

  136. They ran the ship aground. That's forward motion.

  137. Check this out Mother Thornerson.

  138. It stopped that that's that's momentum frozen and what's once

  139. carried the could not carry them anymore.

  140. The text says the ship ran the ground.

  141. Let me drop some revelation on you real quick.

  142. When you said in this text you realized that God didn't fail

  143. them, He redirected them. This was an abandonment.

  144. This was divine interruption because sometimes God will let

  145. the vessel break so that the people he is forming will not.

  146. Hallelujah. OK, you don't like my little

  147. point. It's all right that it's not

  148. human shrimp. This is really God's sovereignty

  149. because to run aground means to be lodged into resistance.

  150. It means to be forced into steelness.

  151. It means to be pressed into a stop by out side force.

  152. My dear brothers and sisters, if you want to be honest to

  153. yourself, it's all cool. I'll be honest out loud. 2025

  154. felt like I had ran the ground, felt like I had found myself

  155. harbored in resistance and and forced into a steel place.

  156. And stop not by my. Own desire, but by outside

  157. force. And it's because of that, my new

  158. brothers and sisters, I think it is.

  159. It is only fair to share with you that it wasn't an accidental

  160. pause. The text really teaches us that

  161. it was divinely, divinely, divinely the ship arrested in

  162. motion. Let me pour this in your teeth

  163. so you can sip on this while you think about this message.

  164. Sometimes God doesn't ask you to slow down, He makes the ship

  165. stop so your soul can breathe. OK, OK, OK, you, you might, you

  166. might have been like one of the persons on the ship and found

  167. yourself and thinking the ground stopped you, but God really was

  168. protecting you from going further on momentum without

  169. maturity. OK, if I can take a short TV

  170. commercial break, I need to call your attention.

  171. Because some of us were moving fast but not healing deeply,

  172. accomplishing publicly, unraveling privately, successful

  173. outwardly yet slipping silently. But yet God is saying to you and

  174. me today, I love you too much to let you keep keep succeeding by

  175. silently suffering. So he let the ship, he let the

  176. vessel run aground so that your soul could come up for air.

  177. And if I could be vulnerable and honest, my generation learned to

  178. survive. John on emotional autopilot,

  179. Greg on on silent strain. Sister Chris even on unspoken

  180. burnout. Sister Jackie on smiling while

  181. slipping. Because we were taught to just

  182. push through it. OK.

  183. Thank you, Sir. Ain't got no help.

  184. No help. I've been no help out there.

  185. I mean, we we we will talk. We will talk.

  186. We will talk to just handle it. We will talk.

  187. Don't show your weakness. But my dear brothers and

  188. sisters, listen to me real quick.

  189. Strength without healing isn't strength.

  190. It's survival on delay. I think that's so good.

  191. I better say it for my own self. I said strength without healing

  192. isn't strength, it's survival on the lane.

  193. And sometimes God let something break you, not to expose you,

  194. but to heal you. Sometimes God let's break into

  195. occur not to shame you, but to reshape you.

  196. Sometimes God allows the break and not to end your calling, but

  197. to stabilize your becoming. And my dear brothers and

  198. sisters, because of that it pays to keep your Bible open because

  199. the text never says they broke. The text says the ship broke.

  200. I think your neighbor's trying to go to sleep on me as I try to

  201. get out of this message. Help me out.

  202. Turn to neighbor. Say neighbor, the ship broke.

  203. The ship broke. The text never says they broke.

  204. Only the ship broke. No, it's not New Year's Eve, but

  205. it is purpose. Even.

  206. I need you to realize God don't lie.

  207. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I said God don't lie.

  208. Matter of fact, I know you try to talk in the text, but I need

  209. your voice a little bit. God will let external systems

  210. fail to protect the internal work he is forming in you.

  211. Come here, come here. Jobs may collapse, plans may

  212. shift. Yeah, resources may even dry up.

  213. Relationships may end, but the people of God will remain the

  214. ship. The ship was never the source.

  215. God was. I need to remind you.

  216. I need to remind you that breaking removes certainty and

  217. breaking removes predictability and even breaking removes

  218. something some of us struggle with call control.

  219. Breaking does teach us that we were never in control.

  220. Come here, that we were really carried by grace.

  221. I got to get out this first point, but do know that breaking

  222. is not cruelty. Breaking is sanctification.

  223. Come here hymn rider, I feel like I need that old red Baptist

  224. hymnal for a second hold to be kept by Jesus.

  225. Lord at thy feet. I thought I would be Nothing,

  226. nothing, nothing thou shall be. All in all, help me out.

  227. Peek into the text one more time because I feel like the sky is

  228. opening up. Peek into the text with your

  229. imagination. Can't catch you here the way

  230. roaring can't catch you here, Mother Gordine, the wood

  231. cracking, Who said to share the splinters of the wood flying?

  232. But God does not shout, Brother Roseman.

  233. There's no Thunder. No, there's no announcement.

  234. No, there's no intervention. No, only the Providence of God

  235. at work. Come here.

  236. I know you said Providence. Big word.

  237. Help me out. Providence means the provincial.

  238. I'm sorry. The protective care of God.

  239. Yeah, let me say it this way. Only the protective care of God

  240. at work. I guess I better give you

  241. something else for your notes if you're online.

  242. In person. Sometimes God speaks through

  243. outcomes more than through explanations, preach Matthew D

  244. Long, Junior. I said sometimes God.

  245. He speaks to outcomes more than explanations.

  246. He doesn't always explain the break.

  247. He reveals himself inside, minding brothers and sisters.

  248. The truth of the matter is, if the ship stayed intact, they

  249. would have clung to what was familiar, but breaking forced

  250. them to release. Breaking into their idols.

  251. Breaking. Close the season that they would

  252. have never closed all by themselves.

  253. Come here, come here. I'm not done yet, my dear

  254. brothers and sisters. That's why God will break what

  255. you were never meant to build your identity on.

  256. And some of us are struggling, struggling even though it's a

  257. new year because we have built our identity on ships,

  258. friendships, relationships. We build our identity.

  259. On all of these types of ships, the ship was a resource, not a

  260. refuge. God breaks false refuges.

  261. So we discover the God who truly carries us.

  262. That's why. And that's why you must be

  263. careful what you label certain seasons of your life.

  264. I'm not a fact be all that time. Be careful, but we call a

  265. setback. Let me add a little bit more to

  266. it. Stop calling it a set back when

  267. God really was protecting you. The truth of the matter is you

  268. weren't stuck. You were being kept from

  269. becoming great Too fast and rise too slow.

  270. OK, You don't like it? I found some help in the Bible.

  271. Come here, Joseph. Joseph had a dream, but God

  272. blocked the throne. Come here, David.

  273. David was anointed, but God sent him to a cave.

  274. Moses, I think we need your help.

  275. In the room. Moses was called, but God hid

  276. him. Him, the wilderness, because

  277. unformed character is a dangerous success.

  278. And sometimes God isn't delaying you, He is saving your future

  279. from the version of you that wasn't ready yet.

  280. I've been here too long. I've been here too long.

  281. But the break is where God begins.

  282. It's when God begins. A matter of fact breaking has

  283. always been a part of God's redemptive process.

  284. Can I add a little bit more before I take it away?

  285. I could get in but tell you that he broke his jars and light came

  286. out. The woman would tell you that

  287. she broke the alabaster box and worship filled the room.

  288. The disciples would tell you that the bread was broken on the

  289. heel and the multitude was fed in a desert.

  290. Jesus was he will holler in front of your face that he was

  291. broken and the world was saved in the hands of God.

  292. Breaking never destroys value, it transforms purpose.

  293. Monday, brothers and sisters, I want to let you know that I

  294. experienced this one time in college.

  295. I was serving as a music minister about 40 minutes away

  296. from my college storm. Worship was rebuilding,

  297. musicians were coming back of the singers were singing.

  298. We were having momentum in the music ministry department.

  299. And then, right in the middle of obedience, being a college

  300. student, guess what, Sister Ella, My car died.

  301. Now, now, now, now, now. If if you don't, if you've never

  302. been a college student, you've been, you've never been able to

  303. understand this. But but to a college student,

  304. your car is everything. You know when you've been,

  305. you've been confounded to a college campus.

  306. And then you finally have a mode of of a vehicle, a device to get

  307. you off, get you out. My car died.

  308. My car dies, mayor and I didn't have a backup.

  309. I didn't I didn't I didn't have any convenience.

  310. I didn't have any options. But but but I did pray Lord,

  311. Lord, why, why? Why let it break now?

  312. It didn't break before I got here.

  313. Why? Why let it break now?

  314. But it was later I learned that God wasn't weakening me while I

  315. was in college, but God was deepening my dependence on Him.

  316. He wasn't attacking my calling even though I was trying to work

  317. in the church. He was maturing my calling.

  318. And I got to let you know that the ship broke.

  319. But God began, He began something in me.

  320. He began something to me that the breaking could not stop.

  321. And that's why the very first movement of this text is

  322. important. This first lesson is important

  323. to realize that it broke, but that's really where God begins.

  324. I better move on. I didn't got much time left on

  325. the clock. Acts chapter 27 verse 41

    Acts 27:41

  326. continues reading as such and says and falling into a place

  327. where two seas met. They ran the ship aground.

  328. Look now and the four part stuck fans and remained unmovable, but

  329. the Honda part was broken with the violence of the waves.

  330. My name, brothers and sisters, the very second lesson of this

  331. text or movement for your notes is it failed, but that's where

  332. God finished what he started. But I'm saying that's good right

  333. there. I said it failed, but that's

  334. where God finished what he started.

  335. Other than the front. The front of the ship stuck.

  336. Fast forward, momentum seized and the pack of the ship broke

  337. apart. That the structure failed.

  338. The system collapsed. What once worked now no longer

  339. worked anymore. But the text never says the

  340. people failed. Look at the text it only says

  341. the ship did digging house. And this is not coincidence

  342. because sometimes God allows a thing to fail so he's working

  343. you can't succeed. Y'all don't like my preach?

  344. It's OK, I'm a preach to me. I said sometimes God allows a

  345. thing to fail, so he's working. You can't succeed.

  346. I need you to catch this revelation.

  347. Failure wasn't the end, it was God finishing a season.

  348. Some things don't fall apart because they were wrong.

  349. They fall apart because God finished his purpose than them.

  350. I, I, I, I think I need to share that with you one more time

  351. because 2025 was hard for some of us.

  352. We lost some people, we lost some places, we lost some

  353. things, we lost some access. But I want you to know that some

  354. things don't fall apart because they were wrong.

  355. They fall apart because God finished his purpose in them.

  356. I think I need to slide this one more time into your little

  357. teacup because we will be stuck in grief.

  358. I'm a God trying to move us to a new glory because we keep crying

  359. about the ship that's broken when God's saying, look, I'm

  360. keeping your life. There are moments when God says

  361. the assignment is complete. The vehicle is no longer

  362. necessary. OK, you don't like me.

  363. I get it. Mother Donaldson, I got Bible

  364. come here Philippians chapter one verse 6 he who begun a good

  365. work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

  366. That means God is not committed to the structure.

  367. God is committed to the work inside of you.

  368. Boy, that's real good. I said God is not committed to

  369. the structure. God is committed to the work

  370. inside you look at the text. The ship was temporary, but the

  371. people were eternal. The ship was temporary, but the

  372. purpose was eternal. So God let the vessel fail

  373. because the mission inside them had already been fulfilled.

  374. Help me climb into the side, into the sky.

  375. Turn to your neighbor real quick and say, neighbor, God is

  376. committed to you. I don't think your neighbor

  377. believed you. They didn't respond, right?

  378. Turn back to your neighbor again.

  379. Say, hey neighbor, God is committed to you, God is

  380. committed to you, God is committed to you.

  381. On the very first Sunday of 2026, I need you to know that

  382. God is committed to good God. He's committed to you.

  383. Who? Abraham left her right because

  384. God was committed to him. And Joseph lost the coat, not

  385. because the calling, but because God had finished the season.

  386. Come here. Jonah's ship had failed because

  387. obedience could only rise when following God.

  388. Elijah Brooke had dried up so that faith could move forward.

  389. And then you know what happened with Jesus is on the cross, the

  390. veil, and the temple tour because redemption had advanced.

  391. For God is committed. He's committed to you.

  392. He's committed to you the same the same Paul in this text

  393. related rights in Second Corinthians chapter 4 verse 89,

  394. he says we are troubled on every side, yet not distressed.

  395. I better skip a little bit, He says.

  396. Cast down but not destroyed. My dear brothers and sisters,

  397. please know that structures may fail, systems may collapse, but

  398. purpose survives. I'm reminded of a story of a

  399. friend told me. He took what looked like the

  400. greatest opportunity of his life.

  401. He had relocated, he sacrificed, and he built with excellence and

  402. integrity. He restored unbroken

  403. organization in another state. He went there to rebuild morale,

  404. to raise leaders, and poured himself out faithfully to all he

  405. served. And just when fruit began to

  406. appear, the support he had shifted that.

  407. The climate change, the tone change, the room change.

  408. He wasn't celebrated anymore. He kept getting sidelined.

  409. Sidelined by the boss. Sidelined by the boss's boss.

  410. And one night, sitting alone in his car, he prayed through

  411. tears. Lord, did I fail or did

  412. something around me fail? He told me that the spirit had

  413. respite. To him, no, you didn't fail.

  414. The season fulfilled its purpose.

  415. But I wanted to grow in you. I have now completed and he said

  416. something to me that I don't want you to forget, he said, but

  417. I thought was failure was actually God finishing something

  418. in me. OK, you, you missed it, but it's

  419. OK. Go back to YouTube and hit

  420. rewind. I got to move on.

  421. But but I, I, I need you to know.

  422. I need you to know that the boat did its job.

  423. The ship did its job, The vessel did its job.

  424. Come here. But the boat was never your

  425. destiny. I think I've got some witnesses

  426. who know. You build ministries that

  427. shifted. You stood on doorposts that

  428. shifted. You work jobs that close.

  429. You stayed faithful in seasons that broke beneath you.

  430. But through every loss, every transition, every broken

  431. structure, God kept your faith. Come here, my mom.

  432. I hear you right now. She will jump in right there and

  433. she will say just another day that the Lord has kept me.

  434. She was saying He has kept me from all evil with my mind

  435. stayed on Him. Just another day that the Lord

  436. has kept me And, and if you can be honest, many of us can

  437. testify today that programs ended, but the purpose kept

  438. living in me because the truth of the matter is it didn't fail

  439. to destroy you. It failed because God finished

  440. his work in that place. Come here.

  441. I know, I know we have attachment issues to ships.

  442. And I'm trying to help you get unstuck because the chapter

  443. closed, but the calling continued.

  444. The ship broke, but God continued.

  445. Something in your spirit I failure, failure, failure in the

  446. text. Since the housing was not their

  447. funeral, but failure really was the doorway to survival.

  448. I'm sorry. That was good to me because the

  449. failure of the ship became the stage for God's deliverance.

  450. What failed around them positioned what God was about to

  451. do through them. If the ship failed and we still

  452. survived, then survival must be a miracle of God.

  453. I got to get out of here. I got to get out of here.

  454. But it's for that reason to keep on journeying into the text.

  455. The text reads in Acts chapter 27, verse 43.

    Acts 27:43

  456. But the centurion willing to say Paul kept them from the purpose,

  457. and commanded that they which could swim should cast

  458. themselves first into the sea and get to land.

  459. Verse 44, it says, And the rest, some on boards and some unbroken

  460. pieces, but pieces of the ship. And so it came to pass that they

  461. are escaped, escaped to the land.

  462. My brothers and sisters, I got to get out of here.

  463. But my last point for you today that you need to understand is

  464. that it shattered. But that's where God saved my

  465. life. I said it shattered, but that's

  466. when God saved my life. The ship didn't carry them the

  467. way they planned, but the pieces still carried them by the hand

  468. of God. The vessel shattered, yeah, but

  469. God did not waste the fragments. And for somebody listening

  470. online and in person, this isn't just Paul's storm, but this is

  471. somebody else's life story. Because some of us are not

  472. surviving our whole plans, but we're surviving on what's love

  473. and God is still caring us. I got to let this know.

  474. I got to let it be known today. But the person whose dream

  475. didn't unfold the way you imagined.

  476. For the person who find themself in the family that didn't stay

  477. together like you hope. For the one whose career shifted

  478. out from under you. For the one who lost resources,

  479. relationships, and even support. Even for the one who had to keep

  480. going about something broke beneath you.

  481. I got to let you know that you're still standing.

  482. I'm sorry, I'm done. Y'all have a happy new year.

  483. I said you're still standing. You didn't make it on the ship

  484. of certainty, but you made it on the pieces of faith God refused

  485. to let sink. Because God, God will never let

  486. you, but never let you fail. Hell let up what's around.

  487. You fail before he allows you to fail.

  488. Because God, I said God, God is committed to you.

  489. I got to get on out of here now. But they didn't lie to the sore.

  490. They clung to it. They didn't even sail in

  491. trumpet. No, they survived in trust.

  492. And that's where many of us are living right now.

  493. We're not gliding in 2020 26 but we're holding on and believe in

  494. God day and night. believe in God night and day.

  495. And that's not a weakness. No, help me, I'm up in the sky.

  496. Let's go for real. That's faith and depression.

  497. Here's the revelation for you. But wholeness doesn't activate

  498. the supernatural, but surrenders and brokenness does.

  499. I said surrenders and brokenness does.

  500. I said surrenders and brokenness does.

  501. I said surrenders and brokenness does.

  502. You can act all hard as you want.

  503. You can act all tough as you want, but if you want the Lord

  504. and this year we're in right now, they're going to have to

  505. have a broken and strike spirit. I've got to go now, but I'm so

  506. glad y'all, that when they stop depending on the ship, God

  507. carried them. He carried them on the pieces.

  508. He carried them on the pieces. He carried them on the pieces.

  509. I said he carried them on the pieces.

  510. Some of us right now are only surviving on the pieces.

  511. You thought the ship was going to carry you, but allow precious

  512. memories or how they linger carry you on.

  513. I gotta go. I gotta.

  514. Go now because the text tells us that when they release what

  515. failed, Grace declares that they escaped all safe to land your

  516. neighbors sleep. I don't know what's wrong with

  517. them I. Said and they escaped all.

  518. Safe to land. It must have been the breakfast.

  519. That's what it was. Help me out, I said, and they

  520. escaped all Escaped heartache, escaped

  521. headache, escaped persecution, escaped disease, escaped

  522. disappointment and all y'all. Don't like this word?

  523. I said all of them. Help me preach Deke I'm.

  524. Trying to go somewhere, I said. All, all into the land.

  525. I gotta go for real. Now, but I need you to.

  526. Know that God may not preserve the structure, but God will

  527. preserve your life. Let me break what you trusted.

  528. But God. God.

  529. Yeah. Yeah, real mind.

  530. He won't break his promise. You may lose predictability, but

  531. you will not lose God's presence.

  532. You may come out different, but you will.

  533. at the text. The truth of the matter is the

  534. only reason we're going to make it, the only reason we're going

  535. to survive the storm, the only reason the breaking isn't going

  536. to bury you is because somebody else it was broken.

  537. So you can survive your breaking.

  538. I got to go to because the first Sunday.

  539. But you do know on a hill far, far away stood on rugged cross

  540. the. Emblem of.

  541. Suffering and shame. How I love.

  542. That old rugged cross. You know why?

  543. Because there was not that cross at the.

  544. Gross, Raff, When you go home today, I just

  545. want you to walk in your house and say somehow I made it.

  546. When you get up in the morning to fix your toe, Somehow I made

  547. it. It wasn't what I thought it was

  548. going to be, but somehow I made it.

  549. I don't see it in my bank account but somehow I made it.

  550. I don't feel the love like I want but somehow I made it. made

  551. it. Who made it?

  552. Sure. The matter.

  553. Check this out. They were those on the ship who

  554. were not believers. They they they weren't, but they

  555. made it. They made it because Paul was on

  556. the ship. I feel like running.

  557. I told John I wanted to dance today because because I I need

  558. you to know that this year that there are some people in your

  559. family and some people in your family who are not safe.

  560. But you know what? They're going to make it too.

  561. Why? Because you on the ship. to make

  562. it because you on the ship, because God knows he won't let

  563. you fail. It's only some people who still

  564. floating. They they, they, they think it's

  565. all the other stuff they got going on, but they, they, they

  566. still bouncing and what should be swallowing them up only

  567. because she was on the ship. And I want to let you know that

  568. no matter what you do this year, don't you lose your testimony.

  569. Don't you lose sight. It ain't nobody giving you a

  570. stimulus. It ain't nobody giving you no

  571. snaps, Ain't nobody snapping you Hallelujah.

  572. But, but, but, but it's the goodness of the law that's going

  573. to keep you and keep us in 2026. And whatever you do, don't you

  574. lose your praise. I'm going to tell you whatever,

  575. don't you? I don't care if you ain't got no

  576. lone fan whatever, don't you lose your praise.

  577. If all you got is a foot, then you better tap that foot because

  578. all 2026 praise is going to get you through it.

  579. I said, oh, your praise is going to get you through it because if

  580. you don't praise, you're going to get stuck in the ship that's

  581. already broken. So what you you might just get

  582. hit and praise them, because if they had not been for the Lord

  583. on my side, I'm a stop.

  584. I'm at my time for real. I'm at my time for real.

  585. Whatever you do, you better give him a brace.

  586. I don't care if you got to be in the in the house in the mirror

  587. and you got to practice your little pitter pad.

  588. You got practice your pitter pad at the house because I'm telling

  589. you, it's not the stuff I hear that's going to get you.

  590. It's going to be what you got at the house.

  591. It's going to be what you got because the enemy ain't going to

  592. fight you in here. He going to fight you as soon as

  593. you hit that parking lot and you take your phone off but do not

  594. disturb and those those text messages start rolling back

  595. those phone calls start rolling back, but it's going to be

  596. praised. That's going to keep that's

  597. going to keep you. It's going to keep you.

  598. I got to stop. You may not know Jesus in the

  599. free partner of your sin. I want you to know him for

  600. yourself. It's real simple.

  601. You can stay right there because I got to get out of here.

  602. together. If you received that word

  603. somehow I made it. Thank you for tuning in to the
