  1. Okay, now, it's true, isn't it, that there are areas of the Christian faith, there are elements of the Christian religion that we do not consider as we should in the 21st century church.

  2. So there are areas of the Christian faith, elements of the Christian religion that we do not focus on perhaps as we should.

  3. Areas that we don't get due consideration and time.

  4. For example, if we focused on the predicament of the lost perhaps as we should, that would maybe tell in the way that we witnessed and our evangelistic zeal, wouldn't it?

  5. Or if we focused on the holiness of God as we should, I think that would tell maybe in increase of more fervent repentance from sin.

  6. So there are areas that we don't focus on as we should.

  7. But perhaps chief amongst these overlooked essentials is the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

  8. Do you not agree?

  9. I think it was said of the early church that they thought more about the Lord's return than they did about their own lives and their own death.

  10. I wonder if that could be said for us in here.

  11. Isn't it true perhaps that Christ's return has maybe been pushed onto the back burner of the modern church, of the contemporary church?

  12. Well in our short time this afternoon, what I hope we can do is just consider one or two elements about the return, the perusia, the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

  13. Before we do that, before we get to the text, I think maybe we've got to say one or two things just about the different interpretations that people might have of Mark chapter 13.

    Mark 13 chapter mention

  14. Because it's certainly the case that some people, some scholars, they see that what Jesus is doing in Mark 13,

  15. is he is actually thinking only about the fall of Jerusalem in AD 17.

  16. Now do you see where they're getting?

  17. Do you see their point?

  18. They're saying that when Jesus in this chapter, when he talks about increased persecution in the church,

  19. when he talks about apostasy and things like that,

  20. that really all he's got in mind is the time leading up to the fall of the temple in the first century.

  21. So you've got that quite significant understanding of Mark 13.

  22. So you've got that.

  23. You've also got something else.

  24. Because quite a few people think Mark 13 is just really, what we say, higgledy, piggledy.

  25. That's what my mum would say anyway, higgledy, piggledy.

  26. A bit over, all over the place.

  27. A bit disjointed.

  28. So they will see that what Jesus is doing.

  29. Yes, in some places he's talking about the fall of the temple.

  30. Maybe something.

  31. In other parts he is talking about his return.

  32. And their interpretation is he's just jumping from one thing to the other.

  33. He's just all over the place.

  34. There's no sort of coherent kind of thinking or coherent thought going on.

  35. So that's another interpretation.

  36. Now, to be honest with you, I don't think either of those interpretations does justice to Mark 13.

  37. What I think is happening here is that really our Lord has both of those things.

  38. Few.

  39. Do you see what I'm saying?

  40. That yes, at this moment he is preparing his disciples for the coming fall of Jerusalem.

  41. Do you know what else he's doing?

  42. He's using that event, the fall of the temple, really as a symbol or a kind of paradigm of the end of the age.

  43. And when we've been looking at this in our congregation in the centre of London,

  44. I think I've said the same thing at every single service, in every single sermon.

  45. But really here in front of you what Jesus is doing is he's looking through that fall of the temple, fall of Jerusalem,

  46. and he's looking through it to the time where he will return.

  47. Return on the clouds.

  48. And as we look at this very short section from verse 28 onwards just now,

  49. I think what we'll see from our Lord, what we'll learn from our Lord,

  50. are two important lessons about the second coming.

  51. So it's not, I remember going to a meeting like this once in Edinburgh,

  52. and the guy stood up and he said, well, I'm going to be short, but I do want to cover 11 points.

  53. So basically, it won't be like that, I promise you, I promise you.

  54. Two important lessons we learn from the Lord.

  55. But each of those points has a necessary required response from you and from me.

  56. So what do we have?

  57. What's the first lesson we've got here?

  58. Well, first of all, I think we learn from verse 28 onwards that the return of Christ is imminent.

  59. Okay, you got it?

  60. The return of Christ, the return of our Lord is imminent.

  61. Now we know, don't we as Christians, that in Scripture,

  62. our God loves to teach us using nature.

  63. Isn't that the case throughout the Bible?

  64. He uses, very often our Lord uses natural, nature metaphors,

  65. metaphors taken from nature.

  66. I'm sure you could cite some examples of that, couldn't you?

  67. Let's go for the salt of the earth,

  68. or maybe of when Israel is spoken of as a vineyard.

  69. You see the idea, nature being prominent.

  70. Now you'll see that that is how Jesus begins.

  71. If you look at your Bible in verse 28,

  72. he tells you and I to learn from,

  73. do you see what it is?

  74. It's a fig tree.

  75. I don't know how familiar you are friends with fig trees.

  76. My wife and I, we've got a fig tree just a couple of doors down.

  77. One of our neighbours has one,

  78. so it kind of makes a little bit of sense to me.

  79. But even if you have never even in your entire life seen a fig tree,

  80. the message here is not difficult.

  81. So you understand this,

  82. that in the Middle East,

  83. the fig tree was very, very unusual

  84. in how it bore fruit and bore leaves.

  85. A lot of the trees in the Middle East,

  86. they begin to bud in early spring.

  87. Others in the Middle East, of course,

  88. were evergreen trees.

  89. There's the fig trees, they're thin.

  90. You see, it's different entirely

  91. because the fig tree,

  92. they begin to bud just before the summer arrived.

  93. Just as the summer was on the horizon.

  94. Now you see, do you,

  95. that's what Jesus sent us here.

  96. He's saying just as people can look at a fig tree,

  97. they look at it and they say,

  98. yes, we can know for sure that summer is at hand.

  99. Jesus, he is saying,

  100. if you look at the world,

  101. and if you see the signs that he's mentioned

  102. in this portion of scripture,

  103. if you see in the world,

  104. increased persecution, apostasy,

  105. what do we know?

  106. What do we know?

  107. We know that the summer,

  108. we know that one great event

  109. is on the horizon,

  110. it is at hand.

  111. Now, what is the obvious question

  112. we've got to answer then?

  113. If Jesus is saying,

  114. if you see this in the world,

  115. there's one great event.

  116. What's the obvious question we've got to answer?

  117. What is this great event he's talking about here?

  118. Well, I think, to be honest with you,

  119. primarily Jesus is talking about

  120. the fall of Jerusalem.

  121. If you've got your Bible,

  122. if you look at verse 30,

  123. see what he says.

  124. He says,

  125. he looks at the disciples,

  126. they're sitting in the night of all this,

  127. and he says to them,

  128. this generation.

  129. Do you see that?

  130. This generation will not pass away

  131. until all of these things have happened.

  132. So I think primarily,

  133. he is talking about the fall of the temple.

  134. But hang on a second.

  135. What did we just say?

  136. We said that in this chapter,

  137. Jesus very often is looking beyond the immediate.

  138. So I think this is also what Jesus is saying.

  139. He's speaking to us.

  140. He's saying,

  141. this generation,

  142. the one in which we inhabit,

  143. this present age,

  144. these last days,

  145. they will not pass away

  146. until we see some of these things happen.

  147. All of these things happen.

  148. And when we understand that,

  149. I wonder if we all in here just now

  150. hear the message from God.

  151. I think it's just four words.

  152. I think he's saying to us,

  153. the end is nigh.

  154. Simply, I think that is it.

  155. But let's be frank about things.

  156. That since you and I live in the last days,

  157. do you know what's true for us?

  158. The end,

  159. the return of the Lord Jesus Christ,

  160. it's always nigh.

  161. Do you understand?

  162. The return for us in the last days,

  163. the return of Christ is always nigh,

  164. always imminent.

  165. Now, let me pose to you a question.

  166. How else, as Christians,

  167. do we know that Christ's return

  168. is at hand?

  169. Isn't it true that we know

  170. that that is the case

  171. because Christ's return

  172. is just one part

  173. of a greater

  174. redemptive event?

  175. Isn't that the case?

  176. I mean, how much do you think about

  177. Christ's return?

  178. Do you think of it

  179. as a sort of separate entity?

  180. Do you think about it

  181. as a separate event?

  182. It's not like that.

  183. Do you see that it is one part

  184. of a greater redemptive act

  185. of God that includes

  186. Jesus' life

  187. and his death

  188. and his resurrection?

  189. It's a sin.

  190. It is one part of a whole.

  191. In fact, let me try

  192. and explain it like this.

  193. For years in this country,

  194. if you were in school

  195. and in a science class,

  196. invariably you would be given

  197. the same scientific experiment to do.

  198. So perhaps if you were educated

  199. in the United Kingdom,

  200. perhaps it is the case

  201. that you've done

  202. this very science experiment.

  203. And if you're a scientist,

  204. you will have to excuse

  205. if the details are a little bit rough.

  206. But what happens

  207. is that you would take

  208. hydrogen peroxide

  209. like it is.

  210. Do you remember this?

  211. And you would add it

  212. to a black solution

  213. and the solution was

  214. iodine and starch.

  215. Now if you do that,

  216. hydrogen peroxide

  217. to iodine and starch,

  218. what happens?

  219. What happens?

  220. Not very much happens.

  221. There's this strange

  222. kind of delay.

  223. You add it to the solution

  224. and you have to wait a while

  225. to look at the beacon

  226. and wait before eventually,

  227. immediately,

  228. because of the chemicals involved,

  229. that black solution

  230. all of a sudden

  231. turns bright blue.

  232. And you see,

  233. that's what we are

  234. dealing with here.

  235. Do you understand?

  236. That because Christ's

  237. resurrection and ascension

  238. has been added

  239. to his perfect life,

  240. his righteousness,

  241. and his death,

  242. what's happening today?

  243. Like, spiritually speaking,

  244. what are we doing as Christians?

  245. Do you see what we're doing?

  246. We're staring at the beaker.

  247. Do you see,

  248. we're waiting.

  249. There's this delay.

  250. We're waiting

  251. before the inevitable happens

  252. that Christ Jesus

  253. returns to this earth.

  254. Do you see?

  255. Christ Jesus,

  256. his return is

  257. always imminent.

  258. It's always imminent

  259. for you

  260. and for me.

  261. So,

  262. tell you what,

  263. let me

  264. bring this

  265. to your door

  266. just now.

  267. Let me ask you

  268. what sounds like

  269. a really

  270. wishy,

  271. washy question,

  272. but it's not.

  273. But I say to you

  274. that Christ's return

  275. is near.

  276. And I say to you

  277. that the Lord Jesus Christ

  278. could return

  279. this year.

  280. As a Christian,

  281. how do you feel

  282. about that?

  283. That Christ

  284. could return

  285. this year.

  286. Is there a sense,

  287. perhaps,

  288. of anxiety

  289. a little bit

  290. with that?

  291. Do you wonder

  292. about your service,

  293. your work,

  294. in the church?

  295. Is there,

  296. perhaps,

  297. even a sense

  298. of fear,

  299. maybe,

  300. that builds up?

  301. So,

  302. if you're a Christian,

  303. you need not fear

  304. because did you notice

  305. what Jesus says here

  306. to calm your nerves

  307. and calm your heart?

  308. Have a look at

  309. his verse 31.

  310. What he says,

  311. he says,

  312. the end is coming.

  313. It's for sure.

  314. He says,

  315. the heavens and the earth

  316. are going to pass away.

  317. But what does he say to you?

  318. He says that his word

  319. is not going to pass away.

  320. You see what that is?

  321. That there,

  322. that's your security.

  323. The fig tree

  324. might begin to bud.

  325. Summer

  326. might be at hand.

  327. What do you know?

  328. What do I know?

  329. We know that the gospel,

  330. we know that the word of God,

  331. we know that the incarnate

  332. word of God

  333. will endure.

  334. We know that Christ,

  335. our friends,

  336. all who are in him,

  337. we are going to outlive

  338. this present age.

  339. Isn't that,

  340. isn't that encouragement?

  341. Isn't that a beautiful thing

  342. that there might well be

  343. a nearness

  344. to the Prusia?

  345. There is.

  346. But on that final day

  347. if you're in Christ Jesus,

  348. there's going to find,

  349. you're going to find refuge

  350. under the protective wings

  351. of your God.

  352. So you see here

  353. that the return

  354. of Jesus

  355. is at hand

  356. and is imminent.

  357. Now the second thing,

  358. he said two things,

  359. and the second thing

  360. we also see here

  361. is that the timing

  362. of the return of Christ,

  363. the timing of it

  364. is unknown.

  365. I don't know

  366. where you are

  367. with scripture,

  368. I don't know

  369. where you sit

  370. theologically,

  371. you know,

  372. if there was,

  373. if there is,

  374. or was with you

  375. any doubt

  376. that Christ

  377. in Mark 13

  378. is thinking

  379. of his return,

  380. I think that doubt

  381. has to evaporate,

  382. it has to be eradicated

  383. by what Jesus

  384. goes on to say

  385. in that kind of

  386. new section.

  387. You see what he says

  388. in verse 32,

  389. he speaks of

  390. that day.

  391. It might seem

  392. like an ordinary

  393. phrase to us,

  394. but actually

  395. it's a technical phrase

  396. that the prophets

  397. would use

  398. in Old Testament

  399. scripture,

  400. that day

  401. was a technical phrase

  402. to speak of

  403. the day of the Lord,

  404. the coming

  405. of the Lord.

  406. So what do we know?

  407. We know for sure

  408. Christ is thinking

  409. of the end of the age.

  410. I wonder

  411. when

  412. Paul read

  413. this out earlier on,

  414. did you

  415. notice

  416. the main theme

  417. of this second section

  418. here?

  419. let me

  420. spell it out

  421. and underline it.

  422. It is,

  423. friends,

  424. the hiddenness

  425. of the timing

  426. of Christ's return.

  427. Or maybe

  428. you would allow

  429. this.

  430. The main theme

  431. here is the

  432. unknowability

  433. of exactly

  434. when it is

  435. that our Lord

  436. and Saviour

  437. is going to return.

  438. Because we get

  439. verse 32,

  440. what does he say?

  441. He says it

  442. simply as

  443. it is possible.

  444. He says,

  445. no one knows.

  446. And that's

  447. something he repeats.

  448. No one knows.

  449. No one knows.

  450. It's something

  451. that he extends out

  452. because he says,

  453. no one knows.

  454. Look what he says.

  455. He says,

  456. no one knows.

  457. The disciples don't know.

  458. And he says,

  459. the angels don't know.

  460. Now,

  461. I've come along

  462. as Paul kindly

  463. invited me

  464. to come along here.

  465. I wasn't sure

  466. really what

  467. was going to happen.

  468. But I'm delighted

  469. to be here.

  470. And I can say

  471. you look like

  472. a well-read

  473. and alert

  474. and attentive

  475. group of people.

  476. So I'm sure

  477. of this.

  478. As Paul read it out,

  479. I'm sure

  480. that you saw

  481. that in front of us

  482. just now

  483. we have one

  484. of the most

  485. arresting,

  486. startling truths

  487. in all of the Bible.

  488. Did you see it?

  489. Look,

  490. verse 32.

  491. Who does Jesus

  492. add to the mix?

  493. He says,

  494. no one knows

  495. when he sets

  496. a return.

  497. He says,

  498. the disciples don't know.

  499. He says,

  500. the angels don't know.

  501. Look who does that?

  502. He sits

  503. in the mouth

  504. of all of the disciples

  505. and he says,

  506. and I,

  507. I don't know.

  508. Isn't that a nice thing?

  509. Isn't it quite a

  510. startling thing?

  511. You know,

  512. this is the Lord Jesus

  513. we're dealing with

  514. and he's saying,

  515. I don't know

  516. the age of the age,

  517. I don't know

  518. the time scale

  519. or the timing of it all.

  520. I do think

  521. that could be

  522. confusing for us.

  523. So let's deal

  524. with just a couple

  525. of things here.

  526. First of all,

  527. let's ask him,

  528. if Jesus Christ

  529. doesn't know

  530. the time of the

  531. end of the earth,

  532. can we truly

  533. regard him as God?

  534. Can we?

  535. Like,

  536. you see the question

  537. in fact,

  538. you know,

  539. is it not the same

  540. question that

  541. the church was

  542. embroiled in

  543. and the Aryan

  544. controversy

  545. in the fourth century?

  546. You know,

  547. people were saying,

  548. they were pointing

  549. to this verse,

  550. they were saying,

  551. Jesus says,

  552. I don't know

  553. when I'm set to return,

  554. I don't know

  555. the end of the age.

  556. So people were saying,

  557. can he be defined?

  558. I mean,

  559. does this here

  560. not suggest

  561. that he is beneath God?

  562. Does this not suggest

  563. that he is subordinate

  564. to God?

  565. How would you answer that?

  566. I'll tell you this,

  567. I love the way

  568. that we can answer that.

  569. Oh,

  570. do all we need to do?

  571. All we need to do

  572. is point back

  573. to the very last

  574. thing he said.

  575. What did he say?

  576. Heaven

  577. and earth

  578. are going to pass away.

  579. My words are not

  580. going to pass away.

  581. Now what would every single Jew

  582. have known?

  583. They would have known

  584. that that was an implied

  585. claim of divinity.

  586. They would have known

  587. that phrase.

  588. Heaven and earth

  589. can pass away

  590. my words

  591. and not pass away.

  592. They would have known

  593. that was Jesus

  594. claiming it to be God.

  595. Because what did

  596. every Jew know?

  597. What did they know?

  598. They knew

  599. that only God's word

  600. endured.

  601. Friends,

  602. you know Isaiah 40

    Isaiah 40:8

  603. verse 8,

  604. don't you?

  605. The grass withers

  606. and the flowers fall.

  607. But how do you go on?

  608. But the word of our God

  609. stands for everything.

  610. Do you see it?

  611. And whatever this lack

  612. of knowledge about the end

  613. tells us,

  614. it does not tell us

  615. that Jesus was worse

  616. than God,

  617. does it?

  618. He has just claimed

  619. full,

  620. perfect divinity

  621. in the previous phase.

  622. But that then leads on

  623. to the second issue.

  624. Friends,

  625. aren't you asking

  626. why is it

  627. that Jesus

  628. doesn't know?

  629. Aren't you asking

  630. that when you read this?

  631. Why is the timing,

  632. the knowledge

  633. of the timing

  634. of the end

  635. of the earth,

  636. why is it

  637. the preserve

  638. of the Father?

  639. Why does the Son

  640. not know?

  641. And I think,

  642. honestly friends,

  643. the answer to that,

  644. I should send you

  645. and me just now

  646. to our knees

  647. wonderment,

  648. maybe,

  649. certainly worship

  650. because I think

  651. in that lack

  652. of knowledge,

  653. see the extent

  654. of what Jesus

  655. Christ has done

  656. for you.

  657. How do you think

  658. about your salvation?

  659. What do you think

  660. about the atonement?

  661. Do you think

  662. God has just done

  663. a little thing,

  664. there's nothing

  665. to God,

  666. this great redemptive

  667. work.

  668. Do you think

  669. Christ has done

  670. just a small thing

  671. for you?

  672. See there,

  673. come on.

  674. See there,

  675. the extent

  676. of the incarnation,

  677. the magnitude

  678. of the self-entering,

  679. consider this,

  680. that to win

  681. your soul,

  682. Christ has

  683. dressed himself

  684. in ignorance.

  685. Isn't that

  686. what you've got here?

  687. That in order

  688. to become

  689. a sufficient

  690. sacrifice

  691. for human sin,

  692. what has Jesus

  693. done?

  694. Do you see

  695. what he's done?

  696. He has added

  697. to his divine

  698. knowledge,

  699. what?

  700. human

  701. unenlightenment.

  702. Isn't that

  703. a stunning thing?

  704. The son

  705. knew not

  706. the time

  707. of his own

  708. return and

  709. why?

  710. It was all

  711. for you.

  712. It was all

  713. to win

  714. your soul

  715. from hell.

  716. Now,

  717. what did I say?

  718. At the start,

  719. I said that there

  720. would be two

  721. points and

  722. two required

  723. responses.

  724. We've seen the

  725. first required

  726. response.

  727. We are surely

  728. to rejoice.

  729. Christ.

  730. What's the second

  731. required response?

  732. We don't know

  733. when Christ

  734. is returning.

  735. We know it's

  736. near.

  737. We don't know

  738. what's the

  739. required response.

  740. Thankfully,

  741. praise God,

  742. Jesus makes it

  743. so clear.

  744. In fact,

  745. I think I can

  746. say this to you.

  747. I honestly

  748. think in his

  749. word,

  750. God is shouting

  751. the required

  752. response at

  753. you.

  754. He is

  755. screaming it

  756. at you today.

  757. Look at

  758. verse 33

  759. to see it.

  760. What does

  761. Jesus say?

  762. He says,

  763. you don't

  764. know when I'm

  765. coming back,

  766. so be on

  767. your guard.

  768. And friend,

  769. do you understand

  770. what I mean by

  771. God shouting

  772. it at you?

  773. Understand that

  774. five times in

  775. that little

  776. section,

  777. Jesus repeats

  778. the same thing.

  779. Five times.

  780. He says,

  781. be on your

  782. guard,

  783. stay awake,

  784. be alert.

  785. Then right at

  786. the end,

  787. do you notice?

  788. He extends

  789. out.

  790. He says,

  791. everyone stay

  792. alert,

  793. stay awake.

  794. Then he even

  795. gives us a

  796. parable.

  797. He compares

  798. you to a

  799. doorkeeper who

  800. has to watch

  801. out for his

  802. master's return.

  803. I'm asking

  804. you,

  805. do you hear

  806. the message

  807. that God is

  808. screaming at

  809. us this

  810. afternoon?

  811. Do you hear

  812. what it is?

  813. We don't know

  814. when Christ is

  815. set to return.

  816. We know

  817. he's at

  818. house,

  819. so what do

  820. we do?

  821. We've got

  822. to be ready.

  823. That's it.

  824. We've got to

  825. be waiting.

  826. We've got to

  827. be prepared

  828. for this.

  829. So,

  830. I'll end

  831. with two

  832. questions and

  833. we're done.

  834. first of

  835. all,

  836. if you're a

  837. Christian

  838. here,

  839. are you

  840. asleep?

  841. Is that

  842. an adequate

  843. description

  844. of your

  845. spiritual life

  846. just now?

  847. Like,

  848. if you are

  849. true to

  850. yourself,

  851. is it the

  852. case that

  853. you are

  854. unenthused

  855. about Jesus?

  856. Unenthused

  857. about the

  858. gospel?

  859. Are you

  860. uninvolved

  861. in the

  862. service of

  863. Christ's

  864. church?

  865. Are you

  866. spiritually

  867. asleep?

  868. You surely

  869. see what

  870. God is

  871. saying.

  872. He's

  873. saying,

  874. this is

  875. an urgent

  876. matter

  877. here.

  878. Friends,

  879. I call you,

  880. I do not

  881. know you,

  882. but surely

  883. you see here

  884. the message,

  885. we've got to

  886. rise up out

  887. of our

  888. slumber.

  889. And we

  890. rise up to

  891. prayer,

  892. we rise up

  893. to service,

  894. we rise up

  895. to actually

  896. telling these

  897. few people on

  898. the street

  899. this wonderful

  900. message of

  901. what Christ

  902. has done

  903. for us.

  904. Because I

  905. have to

  906. warn you,

  907. you and

  908. I,

  909. we don't

  910. want to be

  911. asleep when

  912. our Lord

  913. returns.

  914. And then

  915. we close with

  916. the second of

  917. those questions,

  918. and that's

  919. maybe for

  920. you,

  921. if you have

  922. yet to bow

  923. the knee to

  924. the Lord

  925. Jesus Christ.

  926. Friends,

  927. if you are

  928. yet to submit

  929. to him,

  930. here's the

  931. question for

  932. you.

  933. Are you

  934. ready

  935. for this

  936. event?

  937. You know,

  938. I think,

  939. as well as

  940. I do,

  941. that time,

  942. life,

  943. opportunity is

  944. short,

  945. and Christ

  946. Jesus is

  947. coming back.

  948. So I am

  949. asking,

  950. are you

  951. ready to

  952. meet

  953. God?

  954. Friends,

  955. if not,

  956. surely maybe

  957. today even

  958. is the time

  959. where you

  960. waking up,

  961. and you

  962. waking up

  963. to eternal

  964. life,

  965. you maybe

  966. see in

  967. scripture

  968. something of

  969. what Christ

  970. has done

  971. for you,

  972. something of

  973. his glory,

  974. and even

  975. today,

  976. you turn

  977. from your

  978. sin,

  979. you repent,

  980. and you

  981. believe in

  982. the Lord

  983. of glory.

  984. Friends,

  985. when we

  986. read Mark

    Mark 13 chapter mention

  987. chapter 13,

  988. surely it's

  989. the case that

  990. actually for

  991. all of us,

  992. we all have

  993. the same

  994. fervent prayer,

  995. don't we?

  996. What would

  997. that be?

  998. It would

  999. be,

  1000. Maranatha,

  1001. come,

  1002. come,

  1003. Lord Jesus,

  1004. and come

  1005. quickly.

  1006. Let's pray.
