Sermon
Aleph Tau - Alpha Omega - Our New Beginning

-
Dear Father God, we are grateful that every one of
-
us has a beginning. But you don't want us to
-
ever end. You want us to be eternal algorithms, beings
-
that go on and on and on for all eternity,
-
with a God that never dies. Bless us as we
-
focus on what it means to be in Christ as
-
the Alpha and the Omega, the Aliph, and the Tau
-
are new beginning in Jesus' name. Amen, how many of
-
you like secrets? Now? There is a secret encoded in
-
the very first verse of the Bible that most Christians
-
read right over because they do not know Hebrew and
-
they miss the significance of that first verse. We're into
-
uncovering secrets. The Bible says, the secret things belong to God,
-
but the things that He has revealed belonged to us
-
and our children. Let's dig deep. This secret will be
-
affirmed by the great prophet Isaiah and the prophet On
-
in the book Relation, and Jesus himself in the last
-
chapter in the book Revelation. It is awesome. It has
-
everything to do with who Jesus is, who God is
-
in our lives. The first book of the Bible was
-
not written in English. Does anybody know what language? The
-
Torah was written in the Hebrew language exactly? Genesis one
-
one begins with God a beginning that God created, and
-
Chapter one introduces light and life at the dawn of time.
-
In fact, the Gospel of John starts by going back
-
to Genesis to show that Jesus is our new Genesis.
-
Creation in Genesis starts with God in the darkness like
-
the most holy place of the Hebrew sanctuary, and we
-
move out of the inner sanctum of God's presence in
-
the darkness to a world that he created out of chaos,
-
till finally there are beings on the dry land that
-
are His children, and we enter into a relationship with God.
-
Because God is not satisfied to live in eternal darkness,
-
He must shine as light to give life and light
-
and relationship. God is at the beginning, God is in
-
the middle, and God is at the end. We discover
-
God's relationship to time in this very verse. But more importantly,
-
God is with us. He's not just the God of
-
the past and the future. The most important quality of
-
God's character is that God lives right now with us
-
on the timeline of our life existence. So we can
-
know him. The God who is life and love is
-
more than just a friend. In Jenesis one to one,
-
and we often emphasize the fact that God is closed.
-
He's our friend. This is good, but friends, he has
-
to be more than that to meet our needs. God
-
is the beginning and God is the end. God is overall,
-
through all, and in all, or we can never have
-
a relationship with him. In the Hebrew language, God is
-
the Allah and the tao, the first and the last
-
letters of the Hebrew alphabet. In the Greek, God is
-
the alpha and the omega the first and last letters
-
of the Greek alphabet. We would say A and z,
-
which means God is the beginning and God is the
-
end and friends, God is in the middle. In Genesis
-
one to one, the Bible enters us, introduces us to
-
God and to time. Brace sheet Barrah elaheim atasha madam
-
behe beth aritz. I always butchered Sephardic pronunciation in seminary
-
because I'm a visual learner. The very first letter in
-
the Hebrew Bible is bait translated in and that letter
-
bait literally means house. Now wrap your head around us.
-
Before there was a was, before there was a beginning.
-
God was our house in the darkness of a vast eternative. Moses,
-
who wrote this very verses of an inspiration only spirit
-
in Psalm's nineties, says, thou, o, Lord, hast been our
-
dwelling place in all generations. God is our house. The
-
very first letter of the Hebrew Bible brings us to sanctuary.
-
It brings us to God. When you go to the
-
Book Revelation, it says they need no temple for the
-
Lord God Almighty in the Lamb are its temple. Now,
-
some people doubt the divinity of Christ. How can Christ
-
be the temple if he is not divine? You hear me,
-
He is the temple in the book Revelation, which means
-
He is divine, a divine being. You have been our
-
dwelling place in all generations. Friends, God was our beginning.
-
Paul says in Acts seventeen twenty eight that in Him
-
we move and live and have our being because God
-
is our house. The Book of Hebrews, in the second
-
verse of the first chapter. Early in the Epistles, the
-
Holy Spirit reveals that Christ made the eons, that He
-
is the expressed image of the Father, that the light
-
of God's glory emanates from the Father, and that light
-
that is eternally connected to God is Jesus Christ, and
-
he created the eons. The Greek word eon means time ages.
-
Einstein called this space time. The universe we live in
-
is a matrix of space and time as a single fabric.
-
Christ created space time. I once heard a theologian claim
-
that God is trapped in time and he has to be.
-
I mean, he got up there and he said, you know,
-
you know the council, and I see you. Those early
-
Christians didn't have a clue what they were talking about.
-
I've figured it out, you know, I've come along centuries later.
-
I believe that God cannot escape time. He has to
-
be in time, or else he couldn't be a loving God. Well,
-
that's an imposition, a superposition of his own philosophy onto
-
the nature of God. In its nonsense. Friends, God is
-
in time. Yes, that makes him Yahweh, a personal covenant
-
keeping God. But God is overall, through all, and in
-
all or. He is not the potentate of time. He's
-
not the pantecrator, as the book Revelation describes him, the
-
one who holds all things petecrator God must be powerful
-
as well as personal. God must be beyond us in
-
a sense for God to be with us. And it
-
matters if God is so imminent that God cannot be
-
powerful at the same time we miss we miss the
-
mix that heals us. You see, it's not just a
-
personal God who saves us. If God doesn't have the
-
power to give us a future, he can't save us.
-
So God must be awesome. Paul says in Hebrews one
-
three that Jesus created the eons of time space time.
-
What does that mean? That means before there was a
-
what there was Jesus before time can start ticking. Before
-
time is relevant. Christ was in the darkness of eternity
-
with his father God. They were one. Christ created space time.
-
That means there that we come to a savior who
-
has the beginning in the end wrapped up in his
-
nature in an awesome way. In John one one, Jesus
-
is the Word of God, who was God with God
-
in the beginning. In our ka hein Halla Goss in
-
the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,
-
and the Word was God. And Jesus is the Word
-
that was made flesh and dwelt among us. The Greek
-
says he tappernacled among us. He was the sanctuary of
-
God in human flesh. God with us Immanuel and Proverbs
-
Eightjesus was the wisdom of God who was poured out
-
as the light of God's presence that emanates from an
-
ancient eternity. The Bible says he danced before the presence
-
of the Lord. In the Hebrew language, he was daily
-
delighting before God in the presence of the sons of men,
-
always his delight to minister to the created order of
-
beings that are God's children. In Genesis one one, the
-
phrase translated in the beginning God is an awesome start
-
for the Bible, but paradoxically it can really be translated
-
in two ways. No one is sure which one of
-
these two ways is intended, unless both are somehow intended
-
in some kind of superposition of information in the brilliant
-
plan of God. Sometimes we don't have to pick between
-
two good ideas. We can embrace them both. In Genesis.
-
If Genesis one one is translated in the beginning God,
-
as we see in our most of our translations, then
-
the focus is on an absolute beginning God. He starts
-
the thing going, but Genesis one one can also be
-
translated as a temporal clause, meaning when God began to create.
-
In both cases, God is at the beginning, and God
-
is the creator of the heavens and the earth. So
-
you start with God, no matter how you'll interpret in
-
Jenesis one one. Now, in Jesus one one, we have
-
two subtle grammatical markers that appear as two Hebrew letters
-
together that suggest that God is greater than time. I mean,
-
many Christians have picked up on this, many Bible students.
-
I would like to draw your attention to those two
-
letters you see there on the screen, the oliph and
-
the taw. It's the direct object marker in the Hebrew language.
-
It occurs twice in verse one. It occurs in relationship
-
to the heavens. It occurs again in relationship to the earth.
-
Ali tau oli tao. The Hebrew direct object marker. Here
-
that we see, the letter all of is the first
-
letter in the Hebrew alphabet. So say it with me,
-
ol if all off. Now we're gonna talking about ollives
-
like the kind you eat. You got to get an
-
f sound at olif you got it, And that's the
-
that's like our a. It's the very first letter in
-
their alphabet. Now, the letter tao is the last last
-
letter in the Hebrew alphabet. Would you say it with me? Tao?
-
So olif tao. That's the direct object marker in the
-
Hebrew language. It gives the idea of transition from the
-
past to something concrete. It anchors it. It's not true.
-
In fact, this expression is not translated in any translations.
-
They'd leave it out because it's awkward. It simply points
-
to the object of the verb. The expression of olif
-
and tau in the Hebrew way of saying the beginning
-
and the end. You have it right there in Jenesis
-
one twice olive tau, all of tau. It would be
-
the equivalent of alpha and omega, the first and the
-
last in the book Revelation. Alpha is the first letter
-
of the Greek alphabet. Omega is the last letter of
-
the Greek alphabet. So they could express time as oliph
-
and tao, Alpha and omega. Now, why don't you help
-
me with that, olif tao. It's Hebrew alpha omega is
-
Greek beginning and end like A and Z in our alphabet.
-
The prophet Isaiah understood this and under the inspiration of
-
the Holy Spirit. He revealed to us that God the
-
Father and his son Jesus are both together, the beginning
-
and the end, that they are one, and that they
-
are separate, but as one Isaiah forty four to six.
-
That says the Lord, the King of Israel. And then
-
you see the word end. Everybody with me, and he
-
is reading. So two the Lord of hosts. Now look
-
at this. The King of Israel is called the Lord.
-
How is that spelled in the Bible? Help me with it?
-
Capital L, capital oh, capital R, capital D. Does that
-
anybody know what that means? When it's all capital letters
-
for Lord? It's the personal name for God. It's Yahweh
-
or Jehovah. This is the sacred name that God gave
-
at Sinai for who he is. Now notice that the
-
King of Israel is Jehovah Yahweh. But and his redeemer,
-
the Lord of Host. Now how is Lord's spell for
-
the redeemer capital L, capital oh, capital R, capital D.
-
What does that mean? You just said it Jehovah Yahweh.
-
So not just the King of Israel is Jehovah Yahweh.
-
Who else is Jehovahyahweh? The Lord of Host, who is
-
the Redeemer. Now on Mount Sinai. In Exdus twenty four,
-
God as Yahweh is speaking to Moses. He says, come
-
up to Yahweh on the mountain. He doesn't say, come
-
up to me. You see, the Father and the Son
-
as Yahweh, were at Mount Sinai when the ten Commandments
-
was spoken and brought to us. The Father and the
-
Son gave us the word of God. And Christ is
-
the word of God. Who is Yahweh God. This is
-
why John one one will say, in the beginning was
-
the Word, and the Word was with God, and the
-
Word was God. And in Genesis fifteen one amazing verse.
-
My revised Dianner version leaves out the verb, but it reads,
-
and the Word of the Lord came to Abram in
-
a vision, saying speaking the Word was alive. John says
-
in him was life, and the life was the light
-
of men. The life eight shines in the darkness, and
-
the darkness has not overcome it. So we have two
-
Yahwehs that are one, because how do we know that?
-
Look a look at the verse. Together. They say I
-
am the first and I am the last. They don't
-
say we, They say I am the first, and I
-
am the last. Besides me, there is no God. Now,
-
the ancient Jews understood this. The ancient Jewish rabbis at
-
the time of Christ understood correctly that there are two
-
great powers in heaven, the Father and the Son of
-
Man and Daniel seven, and that when Christ claimed to
-
be the son of Man, when he claimed divine progrenives,
-
they said, you make yourself equal to God and John five.
-
Because you're claiming to be the son of God. They
-
knew that if you were the son of God, you
-
were Yahweh God, his redeemer. That was understood ancient Judaism.
-
Now we live in a time where people think they're smart.
-
They come up with good ideas. They think about how
-
the Trinity is a crazy notion. Friends, it is incompatible
-
with verse six to believe that Jesus is anything less
-
than our redeemer, Who is Jehovah Yahweh God. Let me
-
ask you this question. Can you be saved by a
-
created being? Can God demonstrate his love to us by
-
giving a created being to die for us? Would that
-
really be a demonstration of his love. God commends his
-
love toward us in that he gave us God Paul
-
says God was in Christ reconciling the world and too
-
himself in the love triangle, the holy bond of the Godhead,
-
the three heavenly worthies, as the Spirit of Prophecy calls them,
-
and other things. They were knitted together in the nature,
-
whereby they would say, I am the first and I
-
am the last, not we. And that's why Jesus said,
-
I and the Father are one. So don't ever let
-
anybody rip Christ away from the unity of God the Father,
-
and thereby destroy your relationship with Jesus as God who
-
can save you from your sins. Now Here, God is
-
both the God of our certain past and the God
-
of our uncertain future. I am the first and the last.
-
Besides me, there is no God. God spans the ages
-
into a good tomorrow and a welcome eternity in which
-
the Spirit and the bride say, come and taste the
-
word water of eternity that is sweet with God. Now,
-
Jesus says, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
-
You remember that now the Hebrew word for truth is emmit,
-
not aunt emma, but emmit. Won't you say it with me?
-
Emmitt e me e t emmit. Now the First, the
-
very first Hebrew consonant which makes up that word is
-
the Oliph, like the Alpha, the beginning letter of the
-
Hebrew alphabet. The very life last letter of truth is Tao.
-
So that's aleph Thal like Alpha and Omega the beginning
-
to the end. But we have a letter in the
-
middle which is a men, and the men in the
-
middle means water. Now what does the water represent in
-
the Bible? Holy Spirit. So don't leave the Holy Spirit
-
out of the truth. Paul calls him the Spirit of Truth.
-
Samwiched between Alpha and Omega alephant Tau is the Holy Spirit.
-
The Holy Spirit flows from Christ. The Holy Spirit is
-
glued to the Godhead, the unseen person of the Godhead,
-
whereby we cannot see his personality, but we feel his
-
presence is just as much God as the other two.
-
And so we see the mystery of these things so
-
beautifully wrapped in this. In this dark age of old
-
sin and suffering, we're often afraid of the future. We
-
can grasp, but there's a beginning, But what is it
-
going to be like at the end? Will I survive?
-
Will I survive death? Will I have a future? Fear
-
sets in why because we don't see what God sees.
-
But God sees the end from the beginning. God is
-
the Aleph and the towel, the beginning and the end,
-
the Alpha and the Omega. Our new beginning is God,
-
because God was our first beginning. Verse eight, God says, actually,
-
let me read verse seven, who is like me? Let
-
him proclaim it, Let him declare and set it forth
-
before me? Who is announce from of old the things
-
to come? Let them tell us what it? Yet it
-
is to be? Because God lives in the future. He
-
is the God of the living in the future, Jesus
-
told those secular Sadducees. Because God has the grasp on
-
the future, he can help us in our todays to
-
get there. Friends, you don't have to know your future.
-
You don't have to figure out your life plan. You
-
just have to walk with God and you're gonna be
-
all right. See who's like me? Now Go to verse
-
fear not nor be afraid now, Jesus would say this often.
-
Don't be afraid? Have I not told you from of
-
old and declared it? And you are my witnesses? Is
-
there a God besides me? There is no rock I
-
know not any now, Dear heart. I don't know about you,
-
but I strivele I strive for stability in my life.
-
I want to make sure my life works and it
-
doesn't come on glued. Are you in that camp? I
-
don't like it when forces attack me, try to rip
-
things out from under my feet, produce instability. But God
-
is saying, look, you don't know the future. I know
-
the future. I am the oleph and the towel, the
-
beginning of the end, the aphin the omega. I got
-
it figured out for you. I am there and a
-
good future for you. If you don't let go of me,
-
I will get you there. That's what he's saying. I
-
am the rock stable. God has evil and leash. God
-
has fire reserved for the devil and his angels. God
-
is a heaven for you in Christ. God controls space, time,
-
He controls the fabric of eternity. And God is alive
-
in the future, drawing us to him and a good
-
future with him, a future we cannot see without his help.
-
You remember that Sadducees who thought they would trip up Jesus.
-
They didn't believe in angels, they didn't believe in a
-
future resurrection, they didn't believe in the Bible except the
-
five Books of Moses. They were secular, progressive helen Us
-
who had abandoned the authority the word of God. And
-
they thought they trapped Jesus. They said, by the way,
-
you know the leveret law Moses gave us that if
-
a man marries and he dies, the next of kin
-
can marry the wife. And so she had seven husbands
-
legally in the law of Moses. After the death. In
-
the resurrection, who will she be married to? You? Remember
-
that question? Now? Christ here Christ in her acts with that.
-
He says, you know, you guys, really aren't that smart.
-
He says, you air and that you do not know
-
the scriptures or the power of God. And he said,
-
he says this. He says, in the Resurrection, they neither
-
give nor take in marriage. They are in the Greek
-
hissy Onngolai, like an Asosceles triangle, equal to the angels
-
the crisis, saying, in the Resurrection we become part of
-
the Divine council. In Psalms eighty two, we become part
-
of the inner circle of the angelic brethren. We are
-
uploaded in a more magnificent way than we have experienced
-
here but then he says, this, have you never read
-
the text of the bush well, the burning bush back
-
in Moses the Torah. Of course they prided themselves in
-
being Torah experts, law of Moses experts. He says, where
-
God said to Moses, it's in It's in Exodus three.
-
I am the gods of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and
-
Jesus said this God is not the God is dead,
-
but of the living. Now, Jesus wasn't saying they were
-
alive at that point in time. Jesus is saying that
-
God is in the future. And because God is in
-
the future, they are alive to him. And that's what
-
he said. They are alive to him. See, when someone dies,
-
they don't die and go straight to Heaven. They die
-
and go to the future resurrection. But guess who's the tall,
-
Guess who's the omega? Guess who's in our future? God
-
is there. He's not trapped by time that he has created.
-
He knows that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are alive in
-
the future because it is a reality to him. A friend,
-
I don't want to get too deep into theology. I'm
-
not into theology. I mean the Bible exo Jesus. But
-
there's really no difference between absolute foreknowledge and being in
-
the future indistinguishable. The two are the same. God controls
-
time and space. Before there was it was, there was
-
God and Christ created time and space. Friends, God is
-
alive in the future, drawing us to him a good future,
-
a future we cannot see without his help. In the
-
Book of Revelation, God the Father quotes Isaiah forty four
-
to six, and he applies this verse directly to himself
-
as the alph in the Omega Revelation one eight. This
-
right here is God the Father. I am, though what
-
what does it say? I am the Alpha? And the
-
Omega says the Lord who is and who was, who
-
is to come, the Almighty the Pentecrator. I hold everything
-
in my hands. That's what the word almighty is. In
-
Greek turn A Revelation twenty one five to seven, the
-
Father is speaking, and he who set upon the throne said, behold,
-
I make all things new. And he said, write this,
-
for these words are trustworthy and true. I mean, don't
-
let people tell you your Bible's nonsense so you can't
-
trust it. In the Book Revelation, God said, as these
-
words are trustworthy, and true. Verse six, He said to me,
-
it is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega,
-
the beginning in the end to the thirsty. I will
-
give from the fountain of the water of life without payment.
-
He who conquers shall have this heritage, and I will
-
be as God, and he shall be my son. How
-
many of you liked that kind of a future. You're
-
looking forward to having a relations of God sitting with
-
God on his throne, as it says in Revelation three,
-
right where Christ died, will be where the throne of
-
God is planet. I can prove that from the Bible
-
that will be the center of the universe. The river
-
of life will flow from it, just like water flowed
-
from Jesus' side on Calbary's cross. And there God the
-
Father will be our father, and he'll wrap his eternal
-
arms around us and will learn the old old story
-
of how he got us into eternity through the gift
-
of Jesus. Trans God the Father is a personal, powerful
-
God who is our father if we choose his name,
-
his law, his character in the acceptance of Jesus Christ.
-
But God the Father is not the only one who
-
is the Alpha and the Omega. Don't think for a
-
minute he's the only one. We have a redeemer. How
-
mean of you're grateful. We have a redeemer. We have
-
a redeemer who is God Almighty. Also who is the
-
Alpha and the Omega, the Aleph and the Tau, the
-
beginning of the end. Jesus himself speaks in Revelation twenty
-
two twelve to fourteen, because Jesus is equal to God
-
as God, I and the Father are one. Revelation twenty
-
two twelve. Behold, I am coming soon. Now who's speaking there?
-
It's obvious. Second coming, Who's coming? Jesus comes. Behold, I'm
-
coming soon, bringing my recompense to repay everyone for what
-
he has done. Next verse, I am the Alpha and
-
the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning of
-
the end. That's Christ speaking, So don't let anyone tell
-
you he's anything less than Yahweh God, the beginning of
-
the end, the alph and the Mega, the Oliph and
-
the towel God, the Father, God, the Son, tied to
-
the hip from all eternity in the love dance that
-
is deedy that we cannot grasp. But it is true.
-
Christ is God, and friends, it's not a created being
-
hanging on the cross atoning for our sins. It is
-
God in Christ atoning for our sins. Now, what kind
-
of future do we have? Blessed are those who washed
-
the robes? Boy, I want to wash my robe. I
-
was up to three am last night. I have to
-
confess it. You have a night where you just can't
-
go to sleep. Not on we have one hon of
-
soul over there. The rest of it, you have a
-
couple more. And you ever feel like you just need
-
to get things right with God and pour it up
-
to him. And oh, I took till three am to
-
do that last night. So Lord, I decided and since
-
I couldn't sleep, I would translate second Chronicles in the Hebrew.
-
I got like four or five chapters translated as I
-
was praying, and it was just really good stuff for me. Now, look,
-
we have to wash our robes in the blood of
-
the Lamb. To get there, we have to have Jesus
-
the gospel. But look at the outcome. Blessed, which means
-
happy are those who wash the robes. Now this translation,
-
that's the oldest Greek reading. It can also be translated
-
based on the majority text. Blessed are those who keep
-
the commandments. Both are true. You don't have to pick
-
between which translation is the best. They both are good.
-
They may have right to the Tree of life, and
-
they may enter the city by the gates. Revelation twenty
-
two fourteen. I want to go in the front door.
-
You want to go in the front door. You don't
-
get in the front door without washing your robe, without
-
Jesus Christ in your life. When Christ died on the cross, friends,
-
Christ became the God forsaken God in atonement for our sins.
-
My God, my God. Who was he talking to, not
-
just the Father my God, the Father, my God, the
-
Holy Spirit? Why have yous either one forsaken me? I
-
am broken from you? In atonement, the God of eternity
-
lost his son in time to save us for an
-
eternity we could never have without him. Time was cracked
-
at Calvary, God was wounded in time that God had
-
was ripped to pieces in the atonement of our sins,
-
as God's hatred of sin was in an awful conflict
-
with his love for Christ, and Christ was offered up
-
in the eternal Spirit accurd Hebrews nine. The Trinity was
-
being ripped to shreds as they dealt with every sin,
-
every evil we've ever committed as gods, in a way
-
we will never understand. The Alpha and the omega was
-
ripped apart, revealing the glory that is inside the wound
-
of God. In time, the prophet says, from his hands
-
the light was seen the glory. The Hebrew letter Oliph
-
was written to look like an ox olif tao. Now
-
what do you mean think of an ox? What is
-
it symbolized to you? Help me? U ox represents strength
-
and the Look at the towel and proto synactic script,
-
what does it look like? The ox and the cross?
-
The strength of God that got him through Gassemite Calvary
-
to the cross, the beginning and the end. The strength
-
of God created the universe. The Cross of Christ saved
-
the universe. Oliph tow and yet his end is our beginning.
-
The tow is the cross. Jesus understood the truth of
-
Oliph and the towel that is the cross, at the
-
very end of his suffering on the c as darkness
-
lifted from the cross, he saw at last that God
-
will make all things new. Somehow, this evil experience of
-
sin and suffering will one day end because the towel
-
that is the cross has brought all things back. At
-
the cross, the divine nature that is inside of Jesus
-
absorbed all our sins and suffering, and it was funneled
-
through his human nature. God ended sin in Jesus on
-
the cross the towel, and it all bled out inside
-
of him in atonement for us. Don't let anyone ever
-
convince you that Christ did not need to die for
-
our sins. That awful idea will set people up to
-
stand before God without a robe of righteousness in the
-
judgment day. I don't know about you. My sins are awful.
-
Are you in that camp? Are you okay? He died
-
for my awful sins had to happen. Paul says that
-
Christ died for our sins in accordance to the scriptures.
-
He was buried, he was raised, he says in Romans
-
four twenty five, for our justification, our acceptance. When God
-
created the world the dawn of time, Moses records that
-
he finished his work and he rested. On the seventh Day.
-
Adam and Eve were at home in Eden for the
-
first time in the beginning on the seventh day, with
-
God's the Covenant Day, the word seven. He remains oath,
-
the oath covenant day. And when Jesus died on the
-
cross is the second atom. Jesus was more than Adam
-
could ever hope to be. Christ died as the creator
-
of space time, and he cried out, it is finished,
-
so we could have a future in which the past
-
of our failed sins is far behind, and the tale
-
that is the end is earned and owned. And we
-
have an attorney because of the cross, the Cross of Christ.
-
You know, Ezekiel nine, the writer's incorn. As they're trying
-
to put a mark on the forehead of those who
-
will be saved from destruction, like the mark of the beast.
-
It's the towel, the symbol of the cross that goes
-
on the forehead. Friend is the Oliph, and the towel,
-
the alpha and the omega, the ox and the cross.
-
Jesus took the dawn of time all the power of God.
-
He dragged it down to the end of time, and
-
he wrapped them all in his heart, in time, in love,
-
in atonement, as he stretched out his hands to embrace humanity,
-
and he said, it is finished. The towel, it is finished. Omega,
-
you don't have to earn heaven. I have bought heaven
-
for you. I have a tone for every sin from
-
Adam to the end. I have finished the work Father,
-
that you have given me to do. Hebrews says he
-
sat down at the right hand of God because he
-
got it done. Friends, when Jesus bowed his head and
-
died on the towel that is the cross, we were
-
home and Eden again. Dear heart, Jesus is the Oliph,
-
and the towel the Alpha and the Omega our new beginning.
-
Thank God for the towel that is the cross.
