  1. As we've gone through the first chapter of Jonah,

  2. as it stood out to you

  3. how it seems everyone on the ship but Jonah

  4. have shown signs of spiritual interest,

  5. even moral goodness,

  6. except Jonah, more than Jonah.

  7. For example, when the storm struck,

  8. what did everybody on the ship besides Jonah do?

  9. They prayed.

  10. Jonah slept.

  11. He never prayed.

  12. They showed signs of a troubled conscience.

  13. Those sailors, pagans,

  14. they were worried they might have offended one of their gods

  15. and we know they were not real but they thought they were

  16. and when that storm struck,

  17. they were afraid they might have offended one of their gods

  18. and he was going to get them.

  19. That's one of the reasons why they prayed.

  20. But that didn't do any good so they cast lots

  21. and God worked through that to single Jonah out.

  22. My point here is they showed signs of a troubled conscience

  23. but Jonah didn't.

  24. Jonah showed signs of having a calloused conscience,

  25. a hard heart.

  26. He showed no interest in the one true God that he did know.

  27. He's God's prophet.

  28. He showed no interest,

  29. at least recorded in chapter one,

  30. about his own relationship with God.

  31. The sailors even showed concern for Jonah,

  32. a stranger,

  33. that the lot revealed he was the cause of the trouble.

  34. But they showed concern for Jonah

  35. by trying to save his life

  36. even when Jonah told him himself,

  37. if you want the storm to stop,

  38. throw me overboard.

  39. But Jonah didn't show any concern

  40. for anyone on the ship

  41. until God revealed that he was the cause of the storm

  42. and only then did Jonah tell them

  43. they could save their lives by throwing him overboard.

  44. Now, the contrast I'm trying to show is

  45. these sailors,

  46. if you just read chapter one of Jonah

  47. and go by how their conduct,

  48. well, there's a whole lot more to admire

  49. in these sailors

  50. than there is in Jonah.

  51. Now, I want you to think with me for a minute.

  52. What made these sailors show

  53. such spiritual interest

  54. and even moral goodness?

  55. Well, two things,

  56. two things on your outline in Roman numerals,

  57. God's natural law and common grace.

  58. I want us to think about these two things tonight

  59. and I want us to see how they explain

  60. why most people in this world are religious.

  61. Most people in this world are religious.

  62. And most people in this world have

  63. what we'd call an innate sense of right and wrong.

  64. We don't all, no one does everything

  65. that we know to be right

  66. and avoids, shuns doing everything

  67. we know to be wrong,

  68. but there is within people

  69. this innate understanding

  70. of basic right and wrong

  71. or even what we might call morality.

  72. Let's pray and let's look at it.

  73. Dear God,

  74. help us tonight

  75. to see

  76. your hand

  77. everywhere in this world

  78. as we look

  79. at these concepts

  80. of natural law

  81. and how they're revealed in Scripture

  82. and common grace

  83. and how it's seen.

  84. Help us, Father,

  85. to open our eyes

  86. to just the way you work

  87. in every dimension

  88. of our lives.

  89. in the people around us,

  90. in the things

  91. that are happening.

  92. And Lord,

  93. help us to learn

  94. to recognize the good

  95. and be appreciative

  96. to praise you

  97. and thank you

  98. and recognize

  99. that a lot of things

  100. come to us

  101. through your common grace.

  102. And Lord,

  103. help us to be thankful

  104. for people,

  105. even unbelievers,

  106. through whom you work

  107. to bless our world

  108. and bless our individual lives.

  109. In Jesus' name we pray.

  110. Amen.

  111. I've been looking forward

  112. to doing this

  113. at some point

  114. as we've been going through

  115. Romans or

  116. Jonah chapter 1.

    Jonah 1 chapter mention

  117. So tonight's tonight.

  118. Natural law.

  119. Most Christian writers

  120. who write about ethics

  121. point to natural law

  122. to explain

  123. why most people

  124. have a basic understanding

  125. of right and wrong.

  126. The sailors

  127. on Jonah's ship

  128. probably had never heard

  129. of the Ten Commandments.

  130. Things like

  131. you shall not murder.

  132. Yet they clearly

  133. demonstrate

  134. a commitment

  135. to the sanctity

  136. of human life

  137. by not throwing

  138. Jonah overboard

  139. when they were told

  140. he's the cause

  141. of the storm

  142. and he's the solution

  143. to the storm,

  144. to its ending.

  145. Look at it.

  146. From Jonah 1

    Jonah 1:12

  147. verses 12 and 13.

  148. He said to them,

  149. Pick me up

  150. and hurl me

  151. into the sea

  152. then the sea

  153. will quiet down

  154. for you

  155. for I know

  156. it's because of me

  157. that this great tempest

  158. has come upon you.

  159. Nevertheless,

  160. the men rode hard

  161. to get back

  162. to dry land

  163. but they could not

  164. for the sea

  165. grew more

  166. and more

  167. tempestuous

  168. against them.

  169. It was only

  170. when they saw

  171. we've got no choice.

  172. we either throw

  173. him overboard

  174. or die

  175. that they did it

  176. but

  177. they demonstrate

  178. a good understanding

  179. of the sacredness

  180. of human life.

  181. Look at it.

  182. Even in the prayer

  183. even when they know

  184. we've got to do this

  185. look at it.

  186. Therefore they called out

  187. to the Lord,

  188. O Lord,

  189. let us not perish

  190. for this man's life

  191. lay not on us

  192. innocent blood

  193. for you, O Lord,

  194. have done it

  195. as done

  196. as it pleased you.

  197. As I said last Sunday,

  198. this may indicate

  199. that these men

  200. were already

  201. under conviction

  202. by God

  203. as he was working

  204. to save them

  205. as it turns out

  206. at the end.

  207. But even if that's true,

  208. they still show

  209. a God-given

  210. natural awareness

  211. that life

  212. is sacred.

  213. The reformer,

  214. John Calvin,

  215. explains the actions

  216. of these sailors

  217. as an example

  218. of natural law.

  219. Look at what he says there.

  220. Now I haven't numbered

  221. or anything

  222. but you can follow along

  223. when you're outlined

  224. the scriptures

  225. and the quotes.

  226. He says,

  227. there is by nature

  228. implanted in all

  229. an abhorrence

  230. of cruelty.

  231. Though these men

  232. had never known

  233. the doctrine of the law,

  234. they were yet

  235. so taught by nature

  236. that they knew

  237. that the blood of man

  238. is dear and precious

  239. in the sight of God.

  240. Now I want you

  241. to look on this,

  242. on your sheet.

  243. The Bible clearly

  244. teaches this idea

  245. of natural law

  246. in many places.

  247. Some of the clearest

  248. statements are in

  249. Romans chapter 1

    Romans 1 chapter mention

  250. and 2.

  251. Look at Romans 2 first.

  252. God has written

  253. his law

  254. on people's hearts.

  255. Paul is writing,

  256. he says,

  257. for when the Gentiles

  258. who do not have the law

  259. by nature

  260. do what the law requires,

  261. they are a law

  262. to themselves.

  263. Even though they

  264. do not have the law,

  265. they show that the work

  266. of the law

  267. is written

  268. on their hearts

  269. while their conscience

  270. also bears witness

  271. and their conflicting

  272. thoughts accuse

  273. or even excuse them.

  274. The point here is

  275. God's put his law

  276. on people's hearts.

  277. They have a basic,

  278. innate sense

  279. of right and wrong

  280. which at the end

  281. of all this discussion,

  282. Paul is saying,

  283. which is another reason

  284. why everybody

  285. who sins

  286. is condemned

  287. in their sin

  288. and rightly judged

  289. by God

  290. because we violate

  291. our own conscience

  292. when we do

  293. what we know

  294. is wrong

  295. or don't do

  296. what we know

  297. is right.

  298. The next one

  299. in Romans 1,

  300. 19 and 20,

  301. God has given people

  302. a natural awareness

  303. of himself

  304. which is often

  305. called natural revelation

  306. or general revelation.

  307. He says,

  308. for what can be known

  309. about God

  310. is plain to them

  311. because God

  312. has shown it to them

  313. for his invisible

  314. attributes,

  315. namely his eternal power

  316. and divine nature

  317. have been clearly

  318. perceived

  319. ever since the creation

  320. of the world

  321. and the things

  322. that have been made

  323. so that they are

  324. without excuse.

  325. God has made himself

  326. known

  327. through nature,

  328. through his creation.

  329. Everybody

  330. has this sense

  331. there is a creator.

  332. Things just don't happen.

  333. There had to be

  334. a cause.

  335. Wayne Grudem

  336. does a good job

  337. of explaining

  338. the Bible's teaching

  339. about natural law.

  340. He says,

  341. I must affirm

  342. that people can indeed

  343. know something

  344. of God's moral laws

  345. apart from the Bible.

  346. Even without

  347. the specific moral

  348. teachings of the Bible,

  349. human beings

  350. have consciences

  351. that give them

  352. an inward sense

  353. of right and wrong.

  354. In addition,

  355. people are able

  356. to observe

  357. the way many

  358. other people act

  359. and the way

  360. everything functions

  361. in the world

  362. and then they can

  363. reason

  364. about those observations

  365. and draw conclusions

  366. about human nature

  367. and about the right

  368. and wrong actions

  369. that are appropriate

  370. to human nature.

  371. The set of moral

  372. conclusions resulting

  373. from this type of study

  374. is known as

  375. natural law.

  376. Things we see,

  377. things we observe,

  378. we can reason.

  379. Now,

  380. he's not saying

  381. and certainly

  382. the Bible doesn't talk

  383. about our perceptions,

  384. our reasonings

  385. are infallible.

  386. that sometimes

  387. lead us to the wrong

  388. conclusion.

  389. But nonetheless,

  390. there's some things

  391. that we just observe,

  392. we see how it works,

  393. how it doesn't work,

  394. we can figure things out.

  395. That's a God-given ability.

  396. Now,

  397. what these scriptures

  398. in Grudem describe

  399. about natural law

  400. and natural revelation

  401. explain why

  402. most unbelievers,

  403. like the sailors

  404. there in Jonah 1,

  405. why most people

  406. demonstrate

  407. some kind of interest

  408. in religion,

  409. people are religious

  410. and an ability

  411. to act morally good

  412. at times.

  413. When unbelievers

  414. act in such good ways,

  415. we need to understand

  416. and think about it

  417. in a positive way,

  418. they are following

  419. their God-given

  420. inclinations.

  421. That's a God-given

  422. gift to everyone,

  423. including us.

  424. What God has done

  425. through natural law,

  426. through our conscience,

  427. through an awareness

  428. of His presence

  429. through nature,

  430. that's what keeps people

  431. from being any worse

  432. than they are.

  433. That gives order

  434. to society.

  435. Even in prisons.

  436. People are not as bad

  437. as they could possibly be.

  438. You know,

  439. what was it,

  440. last year,

  441. year before last,

  442. the riots

  443. at Bishopville

  444. when about nine

  445. or eleven men

  446. were killed,

  447. they just went wild.

  448. Why doesn't that

  449. happen every day?

  450. God has put

  451. restraints

  452. within

  453. most people,

  454. even in the worst

  455. environments.

  456. that is God's

  457. working,

  458. that is God's

  459. grace.

  460. And we need

  461. to be thankful

  462. to God

  463. and we need

  464. to be thankful

  465. for unbelievers

  466. who treat us

  467. like these sailors

  468. treated Jonah.

  469. They're blessings

  470. to everyone.

  471. But natural law

  472. and natural revelation

  473. are not sufficient

  474. to save anyone.

  475. It's as good

  476. what God has done

  477. in this world,

  478. this general revelation.

  479. this doing something

  480. within people,

  481. putting it on your heart,

  482. putting it on your conscience

  483. about right and wrong.

  484. But it's not

  485. what leads people

  486. to salvation.

  487. God's general

  488. revelation of Himself

  489. in nature

  490. makes people aware

  491. that He's real,

  492. that He's there,

  493. but people don't

  494. naturally submit

  495. to and worship

  496. Him as their creator.

  497. Look at Romans 1,

  498. the next verse,

  499. 21 through 23.

  500. Fallen sinful people

  501. naturally choose

  502. to worship

  503. some aspect

  504. of creation

  505. rather than

  506. the creator.

  507. He says,

  508. For although they knew God,

  509. they did not honor Him

  510. as God

  511. or give thanks to Him,

  512. but became futile

  513. in their thinking

  514. and their foolish hearts

  515. were darkened.

  516. Claiming to be wise,

  517. they became fools

  518. and exchanged

  519. the glory

  520. of the immortal God

  521. for images

  522. resembling mortal man

  523. and birds

  524. and animals

  525. and creeping things.

  526. And He's just,

  527. that's just a representative list.

  528. He could talk about

  529. and exchange

  530. the glory

  531. of the immortal God

  532. for images

  533. resembling

  534. technology

  535. or whatever else

  536. you want to

  537. put in there

  538. for today.

  539. Paul's point

  540. in Romans 1

  541. is to show

  542. that all people

  543. reject the true God.

  544. All people

  545. live for themselves

  546. and all people

  547. deserve the harmful

  548. effects of sin

  549. that result

  550. and Paul

  551. talks about

  552. a lot of that

  553. if you read

  554. the rest of

  555. Romans chapter 1.

    Romans 1 chapter mention

  556. The sailors

  557. on Jonah's ship

  558. have many

  559. positive qualities,

  560. but they're still

  561. sinners in need

  562. of a Savior.

  563. They have rejected

  564. the true revelation

  565. of God

  566. that He gave

  567. in nature.

  568. And they're not

  569. worshiping the Creator.

  570. They're calling

  571. on their false gods,

  572. the many,

  573. everything they've

  574. heard of probably.

  575. No doubt

  576. in that storm

  577. they were calling

  578. on gods

  579. of wind

  580. and water

  581. and all this

  582. kind of stuff.

  583. They,

  584. they act,

  585. give them their due,

  586. they act better

  587. than God's man

  588. Jonah

  589. in chapter 1.

  590. But in spite

  591. of all these

  592. good things

  593. I've said,

  594. they are still

  595. in need

  596. of God's salvation

  597. because they are

  598. spiritually dead

  599. in their spiritual,

  600. in their sinful condition.

  601. Now here's where

  602. I want us to get

  603. more personal.

  604. That applies

  605. to our morally

  606. good family members

  607. and friends

  608. who do not have

  609. a relationship

  610. with Christ.

  611. You may know

  612. in your family,

  613. in your immediate

  614. family,

  615. you may have

  616. some good friends

  617. that are not

  618. Christians,

  619. but they are

  620. good moral people

  621. in a general way.

  622. Maybe better

  623. than you.

  624. I mean,

  625. you're honest.

  626. They're just

  627. better than you.

  628. And you think,

  629. aren't they good

  630. enough?

  631. And the Bible

  632. is real clear.

  633. No,

  634. they're not.

  635. We're all

  636. sinners by nature

  637. and by choice.

  638. Even the best

  639. of people.

  640. We all

  641. come into this

  642. world.

  643. We don't,

  644. nothing happens.

  645. We come into this

  646. world spiritually

  647. dead and separated

  648. from God.

  649. Paul explains

  650. the reality

  651. of every person

  652. born into this

  653. world from Romans

  654. 1, 18 through

  655. chapter 3,

  656. verse 20.

  657. I want you to

  658. look at the

  659. beginning part of

  660. Romans 3,

    Romans 3:9

  661. verse 9.

  662. He says,

  663. For we have

  664. already charged

  665. that all,

  666. both Jews and

  667. Greeks,

  668. are under sin.

  669. That's what he's

  670. been talking about

  671. from 1, 18 to

  672. that point.

  673. As it is written,

  674. none is righteous,

  675. no, not one.

  676. No one understands.

  677. No one seeks for

  678. God.

  679. All have turned

  680. aside.

  681. Together they have

  682. become worthless.

  683. No one does good,

  684. not even one.

  685. Not your good

  686. friend.

  687. Not your family

  688. member.

  689. Not you.

  690. Not me.

  691. In and of

  692. ourselves.

  693. In terms of

  694. fulfilling God's

  695. commandments.

  696. Then in verse 20,

  697. For by works of the

  698. law, no human being

  699. will be justified in

  700. his sight, since

  701. through the law

  702. comes knowledge of

  703. sin.

  704. There are many

  705. benefits of natural

  706. law, of what God

  707. has done that we've

  708. been looking at.

  709. But it's not

  710. sufficient to save

  711. or control human

  712. behavior.

  713. Let's look now at

  714. this idea of common

  715. grace.

  716. We can describe the

  717. virtue of the sailors

  718. on the ship with

  719. Jonah as an example

  720. of God's common

  721. grace.

  722. Look, here's two

  723. definitions from

  724. Wayne Grudem and

  725. Timothy Keller.

  726. Common grace is the

  727. grace of God by which

  728. he gives people

  729. innumerable blessings

  730. that are not a part

  731. of salvation.

  732. Keller says the

  733. doctrine of common

  734. grace is the

  735. teaching that God

  736. bestows gifts of

  737. wisdom, moral

  738. insight, goodness,

  739. and beauty across

  740. humanity regardless of

  741. race or religious

  742. belief.

  743. And this is what,

  744. this is found in

  745. scripture in just

  746. simple ways.

  747. Look at what Jesus

  748. said in the Sermon on

  749. the Mount.

  750. He said, but I say to

  751. you, love your enemies

  752. and pray for those who

  753. persecute you so that

  754. you may be sons of

  755. your Father who is in

  756. heaven for he makes

  757. his son rise on the

  758. evil and on the good

  759. and sends rain on the

  760. just and on the

  761. unjust.

  762. God shows his common

  763. grace to all people,

  764. the good and the bad

  765. and those in between.

  766. Paul said something

  767. similar in a sermon to

  768. Gentiles in Acts 14.

  769. He said, in past

  770. generations he allowed

  771. all nations to walk in

  772. their own ways.

  773. Talking about God.

  774. Yet he did not leave

  775. himself without witness

  776. for he did good by

  777. giving you rains from

  778. heaven and fruitful

  779. seasons, satisfying your

  780. hearts with food and

  781. gladness.

  782. God's common grace.

  783. It's everywhere.

  784. Tim Keller uses James

  785. 117 to elaborate on

  786. this idea.

  787. I think he does a

  788. great job.

  789. James 117 says, for

  790. every good and perfect

  791. gift is from above,

  792. coming down from the

  793. Father of the heavenly

  794. lights.

  795. He goes on to say,

  796. that is, God is

  797. ultimately enabling

  798. every act, listen to

  799. this, every act of

  800. goodness, wisdom,

  801. justice, and beauty,

  802. no matter who does it.

  803. Isaiah 45.1 speaks of

  804. Cyrus, a pagan king

  805. whom God anoints and

  806. uses for world

  807. leadership.

  808. Isaiah 28.23-29 tells

  809. us that when a farmer

  810. is fruitful, it is God

  811. who has been teaching

  812. him to do so.

  813. That means that all

  814. good and great artistic

  815. expressions, skillful

  816. farming, effective

  817. governments, and scientific

  818. advances are God's

  819. gifts to the human

  820. race.

  821. They are undeserved,

  822. gifts of God's mercy

  823. and grace that are also

  824. common.

  825. That is, they are

  826. distributed to any and

  827. all.

  828. There is no indication

  829. that the monarch or the

  830. farmer mentioned in

  831. Isaiah embraced God by

  832. faith.

  833. Now, I want to emphasize

  834. this next sentence.

  835. Common grace does not

  836. regenerate the heart,

  837. save the soul, or create a

  838. personal covenant

  839. relationship with God.

  840. Understand.

  841. Yet, without it, the

  842. world would be an

  843. intolerable place to

  844. live.

  845. It is wonderful

  846. expression of God's love

  847. to all people.

  848. The eyes of all look to

  849. you, this is Psalm 145,

  850. and you give them their

  851. food in due season.

  852. You open your hand, you

  853. satisfy the desire of

  854. every living thing.

  855. All of our lives, we have

  856. seen evidence of God's

  857. common grace in big ways,

  858. well-known ways, and in

  859. more personal ways.

  860. The New York City

  861. firefighters and

  862. policemen who raced up the

  863. stairway of the Twin Towers

  864. on September the 11th, 2001,

  865. they raced up those stairways

  866. to save countless lives,

  867. knowing that in all

  868. likelihood they would lose

  869. their own in the process.

  870. The dedicated men and women

  871. in the emergency room,

  872. at Cannon, Easley, St. Francis,

  873. General, Greenville Memorial,

  874. these people in the ER,

  875. when we or our family

  876. members are rushed there

  877. with serious, life-threatening

  878. emergencies, that's God's

  879. grace, God's common grace

  880. in action.

  881. All the people in all these

  882. emergency rooms are not

  883. Christians.

  884. All the people who went up

  885. those steps at the World

  886. Trade Center were not

  887. Christians.

  888. Maybe most of them were not,

  889. but they did, and they do

  890. today, much good that we

  891. profit from.

  892. We all have unbelieving

  893. people in our lives that

  894. we're thankful for.

  895. We all have had unbelieving

  896. doctors, teachers, coaches,

  897. neighbors, maybe even parents

  898. or grandparents, that God

  899. used to bless us in countless

  900. ways.

  901. That was God's common grace.

  902. Whenever we benefit from such

  903. virtue, nobility, and

  904. unbelievers, we need to thank God

  905. because it's coming from Him.

  906. It's a part of His common

  907. grace.

  908. And we also need to thank those

  909. people.

  910. We can make it even more

  911. personal right now if we think

  912. about it.

  913. In this room, there's a lot of

  914. people on medication,

  915. keeping your blood pressure in

  916. check, keeping your arteries

  917. flowing.

  918. We've got people on medication for

  919. all kinds of things.

  920. I'm talking about good things

  921. right now.

  922. Most likely, most of the people

  923. involved in the research of

  924. those drugs, the development of

  925. those drugs, the distribution of

  926. those drugs, were not Christians.

  927. But you're reaping the benefits of

  928. that stuff right now that flows

  929. through your body.

  930. That's God's common grace.

  931. It's everywhere.

  932. And we need to acknowledge it.

  933. And we need to be thankful.

  934. And we as Christians, we need to be

  935. challenged to respond to what we

  936. have received, God's special saving

  937. grace in our own lives.

  938. When we see this in everybody else,

  939. we need to look at it as, well, I've

  940. received God's special saving grace.

  941. So I, of all people, need to be more

  942. thankful and cooperate with God as

  943. He works in our lives to enable us to

  944. be more godly, more Christ-like, more

  945. loving, need, meeting of other people.

  946. What do you think?

  947. Any thoughts on this stuff?

  948. Yeah.

  949. Yeah.

  950. It's, I mean, it's just amazed me.

  951. I've read Jonah.

  952. I've heard the story all my life when I

  953. was a kid like you did.

  954. I've read it a bunch of times.

  955. I preached through it one time a long

  956. time ago.

  957. But I've just read through Jonah 1 and

  958. just thought about that.

  959. The good guys in Jonah 1 are the

  960. sailors, the pagans.

  961. Everything about them shines brighter,

  962. than anything about Jonah in chapter 1.

  963. And all you can rack that up to, all you

  964. can do is ask God's example of God's

  965. natural law at work in them.

  966. God's common grace.

  967. God's common grace.

  968. But then when you start thinking about it, we

  969. benefit from God's common grace every day of our lives.

  970. And I think that's just another thing to thank Him for.

  971. And I think it can help us be more appreciative of

  972. unbelievers and the things they do for us.

  973. I'll be real honest with you.

  974. If I start having chest pains tonight and I go to the

  975. emergency room, I'm not going to ask and I'm not going to

  976. care if they're Christians.

  977. I don't care if they're atheists or Muslims or Hindus or what

  978. not, if they can do something to prevent me from having a

  979. heart attack, I'm going to thank God and I'm going to thank

  980. them.

  981. Aren't you?

  982. Everything.

  983. Everything.

  984. Yeah.

  985. Yeah.

  986. Yeah.

  987. We don't, we're going to have to have crooked sticks that we

  988. hope draw some straight lines, aren't we?

  989. And that's what common grace is.

  990. In fact, I read something somebody said about some of the

  991. things in Jonah.

  992. That's just a good example of God using crooked sticks to draw

  993. straight lines.

  994. And we see it everywhere.

  995. And we need to be thankful and we don't need to sit on the

  996. sidelines like that.

  997. I lost some respect for some Christian leaders who sat on the

  998. sideline and said, well, we just weren't going to vote this

  999. last time because they didn't like Trump or Hillary.

1000. I didn't like either one of them, but I voted for the, what I

1001. thought was the lesser of two evils because one of them is

  1002. going to be president.

1003. So I think we just can't stick your head in the sand.

1004. You got to recognize God's in control of it all.

1005. And God works through awful people.

  1006. Always has, always will.

1007. And just be thankful for what he does and look to him and pray

  1008. that he'll change people.

1009. Pray that he'll work good from bad.

1010. Dogsong of faut singe gay

  1011. Means E weather

  1013. is a

  1015. than
