  1. Amen, the title of my sermon this evening is Pushovers.

  2. And really, if you wanna have a more elaborate title,

  3. just be men who will not say no.

  4. Men who will not say no.

  5. And unfortunately we see this as kind of being

  6. an example at the beginning of Adam,

  7. hearkening under the voice of his wife.

  8. Look again at verse 17, the Bible says,

  9. and unto Adam he said,

  10. because thou hast hearkened under the voice of thy wife

  11. and hast eaten of the tree of which I commanded thee,

  12. saying thou shalt not eat of it.

  13. Cursed is the ground for thy sake,

  14. in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life.

  15. Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee,

  16. and thou shalt eat the herb of the field,

  17. and the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread

  18. till thou return to the ground for out of it

  19. was thou taken for dust thou art

  20. and the dust shalt thou return.

  21. So according to the Bible, Adam was very clearly instructed

  22. by God not to eat of the tree

  23. in the midst of the garden,

  24. which was the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

  25. And he knew that it was wrong,

  26. he knows that he shouldn't do it,

  27. yet his wife entices him.

  28. The Bible makes it clear his wife gave to him.

  29. Look at verse six, it says,

  30. and when the woman saw that the tree was good for food

  31. and that it was pleasant to the eyes

  32. and a tree to be desired to make one wife,

  33. she took of the fruit thereof and did eat

  34. and noticed this and gave also

  35. under a husband with her and he did eat.

  36. Now in verse six, it doesn't really explain

  37. what this looks like.

  38. We don't know what was said,

  39. but according to the text, something was said

  40. because notice in verse number 17,

  41. Adam had hearkened under the voice of his wife.

  42. So in some way she said something to him,

  43. whatever she said, we don't know,

  44. but essentially he listens to his wife

  45. and goes against God's commandment

  46. and does what he knows is wrong.

  47. And really he should have said no.

  48. He should have not allowed himself to eat

  49. of the fruit of the tree.

  50. Of course, I don't believe he should have allowed

  51. his wife even to have eaten of the tree.

  52. So you know, there's another layer there,

  53. but for sure he should have not allowed this.

  54. He should have not have gone along with his wife.

  55. And this is a biblical principle that the husband

  56. is in some cases supposed to tell his wife, no.

  57. Now if you read a verse prior,

  58. Lewis in verse 16, under the woman he said,

  59. I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception.

  60. In sorrow thou shalt bring forth children

  61. and thy desire shall be to thy husband.

  62. And notice this, and he shall rule over thee.

  63. So part of this Genesis creation is that the man

  64. is to have rule over his wife.

  65. Why is he wanting him to rule over her?

  66. Well, partly the Bible describes later

  67. is that the man was not deceived,

  68. but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

  69. And so the man is to enforce God's law for him and his family

  70. and to have rules and to rule over his wife.

  71. And that would be including saying no.

  72. Now in today's society, in today's culture,

  73. just basically what I've said already is highly offensive.

  74. But let me rest assured I will be way more offensive

  75. throughout the sermon, okay?

  76. Go to Ephesians chapter five,

  77. go to Ephesians chapter five,

  78. because you know, frankly speaking,

  79. I don't really care what society thinks,

  80. I just care whatever the Bible says.

  81. And you know, men should not be pushovers.

  82. And we're in a society and a culture today that's bad

  83. because men won't say no.

  84. And they won't say no to their wives

  85. and they won't say no to women in general.

  86. And so there's a lot of pushovers in society.

  87. And point one is that husbands and men

  88. need to not be a pushover.

  89. And they need to tell their wives no.

  90. If their wife makes a mistake, they need to correct her.

  91. If the wife is in error,

  92. they need to rule over her.

  93. That men need to say no to their wives

  94. and not allow them to do certain things.

  95. And if they make mistakes to correct the issue.

  96. You know, you can't, no one is gonna be perfect.

  97. You know, it's not like men are perfect either, okay?

  98. And of course men in many cases get corrected.

  99. They get corrected by their bosses.

  100. They get corrected by society.

  101. They get corrected by their pastor.

  102. They get corrected by the world.

  103. They can get corrected by law enforcement.

  104. It's not like men don't have accountability as well.

  105. We all typically have our own form of accountability.

  106. Our own places where we're told no

  107. and we have to submit as well.

  108. But in the home, the husband is to be the one in charge

  109. and he's the one to tell the wife no.

  110. And so we need this in society.

  111. We need men to rule their houses.

  112. Look at Ephesians 5, verse 23,

    Ephesians 5:23

  113. for husband is the head of the wife.

  114. Even as Christ is the head of the church.

  115. Do you think it's okay for Christ to tell the church no?

  116. It's called thou shalt not.

  117. It's like all over the Bible.

  118. God has no problem telling us no.

  119. So then in the same and like manner men should have

  120. thou shalt not for his household and for his family

  121. and obviously gently correcting them

  122. and at times even giving chastisement

  123. or punishment in some way he sees fit.

  124. You know, the Bible makes it clear

  125. that the Christ is the head of the church

  126. just like the husband is the head of the wife.

  127. Many of this gonna have to be rules

  128. and you're gonna have to say no at times

  129. and we need men to say no.

  130. You know, your wife is gonna screw up.

  131. That's just facts of life.

  132. And you have to say no.

  133. There are many, it's like a joke today.

  134. And I don't like it.

  135. I'm just gonna be honest with you.

  136. There's a joke today that oh, my wife's never been wrong.

  137. Lie, she has been wrong.

  138. And there are times when the husband has to say,

  139. hey, you're wrong.

  140. You know, you don't wanna live in a world

  141. in a society where men can never say

  142. to their wife that they're wrong.

  143. Can never say no.

  144. Now, let's just be honest about it.

  145. If a man tries to rule his house,

  146. if a man tries to exert authority,

  147. there'll probably be fights every once in a while.

  148. It's like, why is there fights in a marriage?

  149. Okay, well, number one is cause you like each other.

  150. I'm gonna just be honest.

  151. You don't fight with people you don't like,

  152. you just leave, okay?

  153. You fight cause you like each other.

  154. And the second thing is,

  155. is because there's typically a husband

  156. telling his wife no.

  157. You know, these couples that say I never fight,

  158. well, it's possible if you don't like each other

  159. or you do whatever your wife says every single time.

  160. That's pretty much the only way to not have fighting

  161. because the reality is there's gonna be conflict.

  162. There's gonna be no,

  163. there's gonna be things that you don't like.

  164. And as a result, there's gonna be some tension.

  165. There's gonna be some conflict.

  166. You know, it doesn't bother me when couples fight.

  167. You know, it's actually in some cases

  168. more healthy than a couple that never fights.

  169. Just because in some cases,

  170. you're kind of wondering like what's really going on

  171. in that particular context.

  172. Because if you're around another center

  173. for any length of time,

  174. you get irritated with each other.

  175. You get annoyed by each other.

  176. You're gonna rub each other wrong.

  177. You're gonna have problems.

  178. You're gonna have conflicts.

  179. That's just life.

  180. You know, you can have the honeymoon phase,

  181. but the honeymoon ends, okay?

  182. And we all get it.

  183. You may not even got all the way through the honeymoon.

  184. Okay?

  185. But at the end of the day,

  186. you know, there's gonna be tension.

  187. There's gonna be escalation.

  188. And you know what?

  189. We need men that are gonna say no

  190. and they're gonna rule their house.

  191. They're gonna be the head of their wife.

  192. And notice Christ is the savior of the body

  193. in the same way that husbands are trying

  194. to save their wives from danger

  195. from problems by telling them no.

  196. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ

  197. to let the wives beat his own husbands,

  198. notice this in everything.

  199. Husbands love your wives,

  200. even as Christ also loved the church

  201. and gave himself for it.

  202. No, again, the Bible's kind of trying

  203. to use two different things

  204. to really illustrate what it should look like.

  205. Yeah, you rule over your wife

  206. and yeah, you have rules

  207. and yeah, you're trying to guide her and instruct her

  208. and it could even have consequences.

  209. But at the same time, you're supposed to be loving her

  210. and you're supposed to care for her

  211. and you're supposed to treat her as your own body.

  212. You're supposed to nourish it and cherish it

  213. as you would your own flesh,

  214. as the Bible describes this kind

  215. of situation, but it's like yeah,

  216. I can discipline my body.

  217. What is that?

  218. It's just not eating everything I want.

  219. I mean, hopefully most people exercise some discipline,

  220. some self-control over their body

  221. and let me explain something to you.

  222. Not eating can hurt.

  223. Exercise can have some pain associated with it.

  224. You know, just different aspects

  225. of self-control over your body, grooming.

  226. All the different aspects

  227. that come to taking care of your body.

  228. But you know, you don't groom yourself

  229. because you hate yourself,

  230. you groom yourself because you love yourself.

  231. You take care of your body because you love your flesh

  232. and because you love your body

  233. and you want to take good care of it.

  234. You want to be healthy

  235. and in the same manner, this is how marriage should be,

  236. that what you're doing is you're trying

  237. to take care of your wife

  238. and you're trying to nourish your wife

  239. and you cherish your wife.

  240. You think she's very special.

  241. You don't want to harm her.

  242. You don't want to injure her.

  243. You don't want to do anything

  244. that would be like a negative consequence

  245. in a long-term situation.

  246. You're only doing things that are good for them ultimately

  247. and you would never want to cause

  248. something that's going to be a permanent injury.

  249. You know, skipping a meal

  250. is not going to cause a permanent injury, right?

  251. It may be uncomfortable.

  252. So it's like telling your wife, no,

  253. isn't going to be the reason why your marriage failed.

  254. Okay?

  255. But you know what?

  256. Never telling her no

  257. could be a reason why your marriage could fail

  258. in the same way that never telling your body no

  259. and just eating until you just,

  260. you can't even physically do it anymore,

  261. could harm the body long-term.

  262. It could have negative consequences.

  263. So we have to use the illustrations

  264. the Bible are illustrating here for us to understand it.

  265. Notice even cleaning ourselves.

  266. Look at verse 26,

  267. that he might sanctify and cleanse it

  268. with the washing of water by the word.

  269. Why do we take showers?

  270. It's because we love our body

  271. and we don't like the smell of our body

  272. when it's not washed.

  273. It can smell gross.

  274. And the same way that a relationship

  275. that's never being cleaned up,

  276. that's never being essentially a wife

  277. and a husband relationship

  278. where the husband's never correcting his wife,

  279. you're going to smell that body odor.

  280. Okay?

  281. And I'm not saying literally,

  282. I'm saying by this metaphor,

  283. it's going to kind of stink.

  284. It's going to kind of be smelly

  285. and it's going to be off-putting to other people around.

  286. What does body odor do?

  287. Everybody smells it and it smells bad

  288. and it's off-putting.

  289. In the same way that a wife

  290. that's just mouthing off about her husband,

  291. criticizing her husband and open,

  292. just being obnoxious,

  293. won't listen to her husband,

  294. doesn't respect her husband's opinion.

  295. You know, that's just really off-putting.

  296. It makes you feel uncomfortable.

  297. I mean, if you've ever been around a couple

  298. and then the wife just runs her mouth

  299. to her husband in front of y'all,

  300. you're just kind of like, whoa,

  301. like, I'll just go over here.

  302. You know, I don't want to be around.

  303. It's just, it's weird.

  304. It's gross.

  305. And in the same way, you know,

  306. sometimes you have to say like,

  307. hey, no, don't say that.

  308. That's not appropriate.

  309. You're not allowed to talk to me that way.

  310. You know, this is a healthy marriage.

  311. Says that he might present it to himself

  312. a glorious church not having spot

  313. or wrinkle or any such thing,

  314. but that it should be holy and without blemish.

  315. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies.

  316. He that loveeth his wife,

  317. loveeth himself for no man

  318. ever yet hated his own flesh,

  319. but nourished it than cherished it,

  320. even as the Lord of the church,

  321. for he were members of his body

  322. and of his flesh and of his bones.

  323. For this cause shall a man leave father and mother

  324. until he joineth in his wife

  325. and they too shall be one flesh.

  326. So again, you know,

  327. this is a great passage about marriage,

  328. but notice that the emphasis is

  329. on the husband being the head,

  330. on the husband washing his wife with the word

  331. and basically being in charge,

  332. trying to clean up himself and her

  333. with the word of God, with the Bible,

  334. having rules.

  335. This is what creates a healthy marriage.

  336. Just like washing creates a healthy body.

  337. You know, washing yourself with the word

  338. creates a healthy marriage,

  339. creates a healthy environment for society.

  340. Why is it that we have a world that's screwed up

  341. is that men won't correct their wives,

  342. men won't basically tell their wives no,

  343. that men just harken on the voice of their wives

  344. and do things that are sinful and against God's word.

  345. And we have a major, a major crisis of feminism

  346. in this country.

  347. Major.

  348. This is not minor, folks.

  349. There is a woman who had murdered three of her children

  350. and we have hundreds of thousands,

  351. if not millions of women

  352. going online empathizing with the situation,

  353. acting like it's kind of normal,

  354. acting like it's kind of reasonable,

  355. acting like having children is somehow a negative thing.

  356. And it's just, it's insane.

  357. It's insane.

  358. Our country's lost its mind.

  359. We have women in virtually every position

  360. in our government right now.

  361. We have women, law enforcement,

  362. which is just nonsensical, if you ask me.

  363. And again, policing the streets.

  364. I get it if you just have a woman on the phone

  365. or you have a woman for a specific triage unit.

  366. Hey, I'm not gonna throw stones,

  367. but we have women policing the streets,

  368. which is nonsense, folks.

  369. We have women in the military.

  370. We've lowered standards in Marine Corps

  371. and in other departments of the military

  372. just so women can be in those positions.

  373. We have DEI, we have all kinds of women in the workforce

  374. and so much adultery in America.

  375. This is not a minor problem.

  376. This is a major problem.

  377. And it's because men will not just say no to their wives.

  378. We have women pastors.

  379. We have women that are running churches.

  380. We have women that are just out of control in society

  381. and we need men to say no and not be a pushover.

  382. Look, we're literally here because of this situation

  383. because Adam didn't tell his wife, no.

  384. You wanna go back to the beginning problems of mankind?

  385. It's this, a man harkening under the voice of his wife.

  386. That's what the Bible records is the first transgression.

  387. Why would I think that the devil went to a different

  388. playbook when it's just been so effective so far?

  389. And again, this is a major issue.

  390. We'll go to Titus chapter two, since we're really close

  391. and we'll just revisit a few verses this evening

  392. that we read this morning as well.

  393. Titus chapter two, look at verse number three.

  394. The Bible says, the aged women likewise

  395. that they be in behavior, look at verse four

  396. that they may teach the young women to be sober

  397. to love their husbands, to love their children.

  398. Verse five to be discreet, chase keepers at home.

  399. Notice this good obedient to their own husband.

  400. So on one side, the Bible says husbands rule your wives.

  401. It says be the head.

  402. It says they should be subject.

  403. On the other side, it's saying hey, be subject,

  404. be good, be obedient.

  405. So again, from every angle,

  406. the Bible is saying the exact same narrative consistently.

  407. How is a wife to be obedient to her husband

  408. if he doesn't have rules, if he doesn't tell her no,

  409. then you're not even giving her an opportunity

  410. to be obedient.

  411. We have to have men that are willing to say no.

  412. And again, saying no out of love,

  413. saying no because they nourish and cherish their wives,

  414. saying no because they want to protect their wives,

  415. saying no because they want good things for their wives,

  416. obviously.

  417. We're not saying just saying no

  418. because you're mean-spirited or a jerk.

  419. And I get that.

  420. And of course, this is what people do is they'll say,

  421. oh, so you're saying these mean-jerk losers

  422. can just trash their wives, absolutely not.

  423. You know, we're in a fundamental Baptist church.

  424. I don't think we're hanging out

  425. with a bunch of derelict drug addicts

  426. that are just these mean gangbangers

  427. that are asking their wives to commit crimes or something.

  428. Like, why are we going to these weird hypotheticals

  429. that don't even exist anyways?

  430. You know, those type of people are so far

  431. from anything in the Bible right now

  432. that I'm not really worried about their scenario.

  433. You know what I'm worried about?

  434. I'm worried about your scenario

  435. and a normal, healthy marriage of people

  436. that are going to church three times a week

  437. reading a King James Bible,

  438. you having the courage and the boldest

  439. to just say to your wife, no, occasionally, right?

  440. Because it's good for her because you know it's right.

  441. Because you know that's what the Bible says.

  442. Go to Proverbs 31, go to Proverbs 31.

  443. Now again, this is scary.

  444. This is scary to women because they just think like,

  445. oh man, you know, if my husband tells me no,

  446. I'm going to miss out.

  447. Miss out on what exactly?

  448. Miss out on the fruit that God said not to eat?

  449. Miss out on all the extra pain

  450. that was going to come with childbirth?

  451. Because that's what you missed out on.

  452. According to the Bible,

  453. you would have not had as bad a pregnancy

  454. by listening to your husband

  455. and just not eating of the fruit.

  456. By eating of the fruit,

  457. now your pregnancy's way worse.

  458. I mean, that's just the Bible.

  459. He said he's going to multiply

  460. thy sorrow and conception.

  461. I didn't write that, God said that.

  462. And God said that was a punishment

  463. for not doing what the husband said.

  464. So am I supposed to then randomly believe

  465. that it'd be different

  466. that in future decisions when a husband says no,

  467. it wouldn't be possibly protecting a wife

  468. from literal pain, from other anguish,

  469. from other sorrows, from financial ruin,

  470. from all kinds of other issues, you know?

  471. There's a reason why women should harken

  472. under their husband, because they're looking out for them,

  473. because they love them,

  474. because they want to do good under them, okay?

  475. Proverbs chapter 31, look at verse 12,

    Proverbs 31 chapter mention

  476. the Bible says she will do him good

  477. and not evil all the days of her life.

  478. You know, this is the ideal woman.

  479. And as a parent, we give rules to our children

  480. so that they'll obey us from an ideal perspective.

  481. But we understand they're never gonna be perfect, okay?

  482. But we should still hold them to a perfect standard.

  483. I expect my children to obey me.

  484. I'm not saying like, it's okay to disobey me.

  485. It's okay to be bad.

  486. I know they will be bad,

  487. and I know they will disobey me,

  488. but then when they do, I'm saying,

  489. hey, you should be punished, you're holding the standard.

  490. Seriously, women are never gonna be this standard

  491. of always perfect, I get it,

  492. but shouldn't we try to hold our wives to this standard?

  493. So what I'm saying is when she's not good,

  494. shouldn't we say, hey, you should be good.

  495. When she's not doing you good all the days of her life,

  496. she's doing you evil, can't you say, hey,

  497. you're supposed to do good to me today, not evil to me,

  498. and tell her that she should be different.

  499. Tell her she should act this way.

  500. Give her some instruction.

  501. And you know what, when a woman does her husband evil,

  502. you know what the husband should say?

  503. You're not supposed to do that.

  504. You need to correct it, you need to fix it.

  505. That's what he should do.

  506. He shouldn't just allow his wife to do him evil,

  507. disrespect him, do things that are contrary to him.

  508. She should only do him good, only speak positive of him.

  509. Look at verse 26, she opened her mouth with wisdom,

  510. and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

  511. You notice, this is what the woman should be like.

  512. She should be speaking with wisdom.

  513. She should make sure that what she's saying is kind,

  514. is positive.

  515. She's not tearing down her husband.

  516. She's not trashing her husband.

  517. You know, women, if you have a complaint

  518. to your husband, you need to tell your husband

  519. and God, that's it.

  520. You should not be going around trashing your husband,

  521. talking negatively about your husband.

  522. You know, what should be the ideal

  523. is that you have the law of kindness on your tongue,

  524. and when you open your mouth about your husband,

  525. it is to what?

  526. It is to praise him, to lift him up,

  527. and hey, if there's not much to say,

  528. well then just, I guess you have to be quiet.

  529. But you know, at the end of the day,

  530. you shouldn't be going around criticizing your husband,

  531. tearing down your husband,

  532. speaking negatively about your husband,

  533. and look, this happens.

  534. This happens where women go around

  535. complaining about how they don't have money,

  536. or complaining about what their husband does,

  537. or complaining about the husband's attitude,

  538. or complaining of this and that.

  539. It's just like, you know what?

  540. That's inappropriate.

  541. That's not comely, that's not seemly,

  542. it's not meat, it's not what's right.

  543. She should only be opening her mouth

  544. to say positive things about her husband.

  545. Go to Proverbs 9, go backwards to Proverbs 9.

  546. So yeah, a couple more verses on this.

  547. We're just, I'm just showing you a lot of Bible.

  548. I hope you like Bible.

  549. Proverbs 9, look at verse one.

  550. The Bible says wisdom have build at her house,

  551. she have hewn out her seven pillars.

  552. Now, this is kind of like a personification of wisdom

  553. and is describing it in a female sense.

  554. So I think you could take an extrapolation in this

  555. and say, this is kind of like how women

  556. should be in the household as well,

  557. is that they would be building their house.

  558. And again, notice in this context,

  559. wisdom is building the house, right?

  560. It's doing good in the house,

  561. but it's like a positive, edifying.

  562. Edifying is to build up, it's a building house.

  563. You can take this literally, metaphorically.

  564. I don't care which way you take it, it's right.

  565. Okay?

  566. But that contrasted in verse 13 to the foolish woman,

  567. a foolish woman is clamorous,

  568. she is simple and no with nothing.

  569. For she's sitting at the door of her house

  570. on a seat in the high places of the city.

  571. So it's like one woman's building her house.

  572. She's like focused on working on her house

  573. and doing stuff to build up her house.

  574. The other woman is just sitting outside,

  575. just elevating herself and really

  576. just being a loud, obnoxious person.

  577. I mean, that's just what the text is saying.

  578. What is clamorous?

  579. Making a loud and confused noise.

  580. It's just a loud, it's clamorous, okay?

  581. And why confused?

  582. Well, think about it.

  583. What is this woman?

  584. She's simple.

  585. And again, that just means that she's lacking education,

  586. lacking knowledge, lacking wisdom, lacking information.

  587. Like she doesn't really know anything,

  588. but she just wants to hear herself talk.

  589. So she's just, she's elevating herself

  590. into a position of status.

  591. She's elevating herself to where,

  592. hey, I want everybody to hear what I have to say.

  593. I mean, look, she's sitting in a seat,

  594. according to the Bible,

  595. she's sitting at the door of her house

  596. on a seat in the high places of the city.

  597. It's like, she's really elevating herself

  598. and really trying to get her voice out there,

  599. but she doesn't really know anything.

  600. She doesn't really have,

  601. she's not adding to the conversation.

  602. She's not benefiting anybody from hearing her talk.

  603. She's just making a loud, obnoxious sound that's confusing.

  604. Why is it confusing?

  605. Because she doesn't even know what she's saying.

  606. She's contradicting herself.

  607. She's saying things that are just contrary to the Bible.

  608. She's saying things that have already been proven false

  609. by just history, facts, math, whatever.

  610. She's just saying stuff

  611. and she's just like, this isn't real.

  612. She's, I mean, this is basically a woman

  613. expounding the Flat Earth theory, okay?

  614. What would be a woman like this?

  615. I don't know, like Candace Owens.

  616. Just getting up and look, she just gets up there

  617. and she just blabs and just says nonsense.

  618. She says things that are provably false.

  619. She gets up and just says things that are contradictory

  620. and it's like, she's just not highly educated.

  621. She's just not well-versed in a lot of subjects

  622. that she constantly gives an opinion on.

  623. Now maybe she's educated in some subjects

  624. and hey, if you're really educated in a certain area,

  625. talk about it.

  626. But you know what?

  627. I've noticed with her, she'll get up

  628. and she'll just talk about things

  629. she has no idea what she's talking about.

  630. And look, does she have degrees in science?

  631. Does she have degrees and astronomy and stuff like this

  632. that she can intelligently speak about

  633. the shape of the earth?

  634. You know what, just shut up then.

  635. Why are you getting up and expounding

  636. this type of things?

  637. And look, it really embodies her so well

  638. because even when she got up, she's like,

  639. I'm not saying the earth is flat.

  640. I'm just saying it's really interesting.

  641. I'm just saying we should kinda look into it

  642. and just confusing.

  643. It's like, so are you for it?

  644. Are you not for it?

  645. Do you believe it?

  646. Do you not believe it?

  647. Does it make sense?

  648. Does it not make sense?

  649. And again, this is just, some people,

  650. they just turn on the camera

  651. because they just wanna hear themselves talk.

  652. And it's saying, this is what the foolish woman is like.

  653. Okay?

  654. And you know what a husband should do?

  655. He should turn off the camera.

  656. He should say, no!

  657. You're embarrassing me!

  658. Look, I can't imagine how embarrassed I would be

  659. if my wife got and made a video

  660. and said that she was thinking about the flat earth theory.

  661. She's reading books on the flat earth theory

  662. and thinking it's really interesting and really engaging.

  663. And she was like, hey, I was trying to laugh

  664. about how stupid people are.

  665. And so I was reading this book

  666. about how stupid flat earthers are.

  667. Okay, maybe.

  668. But even then, it's just like, it's just silly.

  669. It's a foolish woman getting up,

  670. just expounding this kind of stuff.

  671. And, you know, men should be telling their women,

  672. hey, if you don't know what you're talking about,

  673. just shut up.

  674. That's mean.

  675. You know, you just think, yeah,

  676. I think that women should shut up

  677. if they don't know what they're talking about.

  678. Go to Proverbs chapter 25, go to Proverbs 25.

    Proverbs 25 chapter mention

  679. Foolish women getting up and just blabbing

  680. and just saying whatever.

  681. The Bible says in Proverbs 25, look at verse 28,

  682. he that at no rule over his own spirit

  683. is like a city that has broken down without walls.

  684. You know, we should control ourselves.

  685. And if, as men, we are to control ourselves,

  686. the Bible says we're supposed to treat our wife

  687. as our own body, meaning you need

  688. to control your wife as well.

  689. And you need to have rule over that.

  690. Otherwise, you're like a city that's broken down

  691. and without walls, meaning it's uncontrollable,

  692. it's wild, you never know what's gonna happen.

  693. It's, you're not protected.

  694. What is the point of having walls?

  695. It's to keep things out.

  696. That's it.

  697. That's the reason.

  698. Why do you have a gate?

  699. It's to keep things out.

  700. That's the reason for the most part.

  701. I mean, you could argue that in some cases

  702. you keep some things in, like a dog or a prisoner,

  703. but for the most part, walls for a city

  704. is to keep things out of the city.

  705. By and large, it's not to keep things in the city, okay?

  706. And so what are you trying to do?

  707. You're trying to have rules to keep things out

  708. of your life and to stop things from happening

  709. and prevent things from happening.

  710. Go to Job two, go to Job two.

  711. I'm just going to lots of verses

  712. before I make some application here,

  713. but I think it's super clear that husbands

  714. need to tell their wives no,

  715. and men need to tell women no in certain contexts,

  716. and I'm just making a biblical case for it.

  717. And one of those ways is telling women

  718. to sometimes just shut up about something, okay?

  719. And to stop embarrassing yourself,

  720. stop embarrassing your husband,

  721. stop embarrassing your family.

  722. Now, if it doesn't Job two, look at verse nine,

  723. then said his wife unto him,

  724. dost thou still retain thine integrity?

  725. Curse God and die!

  726. But he said unto her,

  727. thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh.

  728. What shall we receive good at the hand of God

  729. and shall we not receive evil?

  730. And all this did not Job sin with his lips.

  731. Did you notice Job corrected his wife

  732. and he did not sin?

  733. So the Bible says,

  734. he's like, hey, you sound like a stupid woman.

  735. And the Bible says he didn't sin.

  736. Now she might not have agreed with that.

  737. How dare you talk to me like that?

  738. He said, hey, you sound like one of these stupid women.

  739. You sound like a foolish woman.

  740. You're talking like a heathen,

  741. you're talking like an unbeliever.

  742. You're saying something dumb here.

  743. And you know what?

  744. Occasionally, occasionally it might be right

  745. for a husband to get up and say,

  746. hey, you sounded like a stupid feminist

  747. when you said that.

  748. You sounded like a dumb broad,

  749. you sounded like an unbeliever.

  750. You sounded like a stupid woman.

  751. Don't talk like that.

  752. Because it's embarrassing.

  753. It's embarrassing, it's wrong.

  754. You're giving bad advice here.

  755. You're giving bad counsel.

  756. You're causing people to go against the things of God.

  757. And you know what?

  758. You're wrong.

  759. And you know what?

  760. That is reality.

  761. Go to Esther chapter one.

  762. You know, we could just go,

  763. I could preach the whole sermon on this point,

  764. but I'm gonna kind of wrap up this point in Esther,

  765. but here's the thing.

  766. And Kings talking about Ahab,

  767. it says, but there was none like an Ahab

  768. which did sell himself to work wickedness

  769. in the sight of the Lord,

  770. whom Jezebel, his wife stirred up.

  771. The Bible says one of the worst guys in the Bible,

  772. one of the worst kings in the Bible,

  773. the reason why it was so bad is because his wife

  774. and because his wife stirred him up,

  775. meaning he should have told his wife, no.

  776. There should have been times in Ahab's life

  777. where he told Jezebel, no.

  778. Solomon, the Bible says about him,

  779. he had 700 wives, princes and 300 concubines

  780. and his wives turned away his heart.

  781. He should have told some of those wives, no.

  782. In fact, he should have said no to wives at that point.

  783. Like, at some point you just say no to wives, okay?

  784. Solomon had a problem saying no.

  785. Let's just be honest.

  786. And notice, he has a problem saying no

  787. to just collecting wives like Pokemon or something.

  788. He's like, I gotta catch them all.

  789. That's basically his attitude.

  790. But here's the thing.

  791. If he's in that same category,

  792. and I'm able to say no,

  793. isn't he also gonna be similar?

  794. And then when his wives come to him,

  795. he can't say no either.

  796. And I mean, it's Solomon.

  797. I mean, Solomon's the king.

  798. He has every right.

  799. No one can criticize him in a sense.

  800. Like, there's a man, like there's no man

  801. that's gonna speak down to him.

  802. He's the king.

  803. He can tell his wife, no, but he can't.

  804. And you know, it's sad that we have men

  805. in positions of authority and power

  806. and they can't tell their wives no.

  807. They're the pastor of the church

  808. and they can't tell their wife no.

  809. They're the president and they can't tell a woman no.

  810. You know, they're a high ranking CEO.

  811. They're a deacon.

  812. They're whatever and they can't tell their wife no.

  813. It's embarrassing.

  814. Look at Esther chapter one, verse 15.

  815. What shall we do under the queen Vashti according

  816. to the law because she have not performed

  817. the commandment of the king of hazardous

  818. by the Chamberlains.

  819. So we have a wife that disobeys her husband.

  820. She doesn't do what her husband says.

  821. Verse 16, and Mimukin answered,

  822. before the king and the prince is Vashti,

  823. the queen has not done wrong to the king only,

  824. but also to all the princes and to all the people

  825. that are in all the provinces of the king of hazardous.

  826. For this deed of the queen shall come abroad

  827. unto all women so that they shall despise

  828. their husbands in their eyes when it shall be reported.

  829. The king of hazardous commanded Vashti the queen

  830. to be brought in before him, but she came not.

  831. Likewise shall the ladies of Persia and media

  832. say this day unto all the king's princes

  833. which have heard the deed of the queen.

  834. Thus shall there arise too much contempt and wrath.

  835. So again, what you can learn from this is that

  836. the men in the Middle East never have a woman problem.

  837. Just kidding, it's a joke, all right?

  838. But what you can learn from this is that

  839. by principle, a woman in a position of recognition,

  840. of status, her actions will obviously

  841. affect a lot of other people.

  842. Why is it important for the aged women to be in behavior?

  843. Because in many cases the younger women

  844. will follow in like suit.

  845. And so this is an example of how the queen,

  846. if the queen can disrespect her husband,

  847. if the queen can go against her husband,

  848. if the queen can say, I can do whatever I want,

  849. well then how much more every other lady

  850. is gonna follow like suit and do the same to their husbands.

  851. And notice it's kind of like saying,

  852. whatever she does, everybody's gonna do.

  853. But even more importantly, notice this,

  854. it's whatever King Ahasuerus does, everyone will do.

  855. Pay attention to the story.

  856. It is not whatever Vashti does that everyone will do.

  857. It's how King Ahasuerus reacts that everyone will do.

  858. And they said, hey, what are we gonna do to her?

  859. Because if you just let her do whatever she wants

  860. and walk all over you and you're pushed over,

  861. then every single guy will be pushed over by his wife.

  862. Too much wrath, too much contempt.

  863. And he's like, hey, if you put her in her place,

  864. well then we'll keep society together again.

  865. And so we need men that will not allow their wives

  866. to push them over, but will say no.

  867. Again, I'm not recommending his solution here.

  868. I'm not recommending,

  869. because he puts his wife away and marries another, all right?

  870. I'm not recommending that.

  871. I'm not saying that's the right thing.

  872. And you have to understand the spiritual picture here

  873. of God's replacing Israel

  874. with New Testament Christianity and Christians, okay?

  875. That's why he allows for this story.

  876. But the principle is still a biblical principle

  877. that, hey, whatever the man does,

  878. by example, a leader, in many cases,

  879. other people fall like suit.

  880. So it's very important when a wife

  881. does something against her husband that,

  882. hey, he puts her in his place, he corrects her.

  883. You know, the Bible says for whom the Lord loveth,

  884. he corrected, even as a father, the son whom he delights.

  885. You know, God corrects us because he loves us.

  886. And a husband should correct his wife

  887. because he loves her, okay?

  888. Now, let's recap some of the things

  889. that we uncovered.

  890. Eve was wrong, he knew it, but he did it anyways.

  891. That's being a pushover.

  892. Adam was not deceived, but he surrendered.

  893. You know, love will listen,

  894. but sometimes the headship or the leader will refuse.

  895. Job did not curse God as his wife prescribed.

  896. He told her no.

  897. And you know what?

  898. Job was better than Adam in that instance

  899. in the sense that he has said,

  900. hey, you're talking like a foolish woman

  901. and he corrected his wife,

  902. just like Adam just said, hey, this is not right.

  903. Do not eat of the tree and I'm not gonna eat with you.

  904. Ahab is an example of someone who allowed his wife

  905. to stir him up and push him over

  906. and cause him to do all kinds of evil,

  907. Solomon as well, turning his heart away

  908. from the things of God.

  909. You know, ruling is having rules for your house

  910. and at the end of the day, you know, husbands

  911. need to be the ones who are deciding

  912. what church you're gonna go to.

  913. I do not believe, women should not be dragging

  914. their husbands to church.

  915. And of course, if we allowed women to pick

  916. what churches and what pastors we would have,

  917. well, it's gonna be doom.

  918. And you know, you go to the non-denom

  919. and it's like, oh, there's so many women at this church.

  920. Yeah, because it's the non-denom.

  921. Okay, it's not that men hate church.

  922. There's this idea that women are more spiritual than men.

  923. And again, historically it is accurate

  924. that there's been often in many cases

  925. more women in church than men.

  926. It's, I mean, even in American history.

  927. But I would argue that it's because the men

  928. are allowing their wives to drag them to bad churches.

  929. Because in cases where you have a good church,

  930. you almost see the exact opposite

  931. where you have more men than women in a ratio,

  932. whereas you have these weak, watered-down, lame churches,

  933. the woman-to-man ratio is off the charts.

  934. And so we need men to be the ones

  935. that are deciding what church to go to.

  936. Women should go to the church of their husband's choice.

  937. The only exception I'd put in that is,

  938. hey, if your husband's not saved

  939. or trying to take you to church that has the wrong gospel,

  940. I believe a wife has the right

  941. to still go to the right church, okay?

  942. But if he's taking you to a church

  943. that's got right in the gospel and serving God,

  944. you go to the church with your husband,

  945. you're not supposed to be the spiritual leader.

  946. Another thing, if your wife is soft on Lindsey Clancy,

  947. you need to correct that.

  948. Do not allow that to go unchecked.

  949. You need to have serious conversations with your wife.

  950. That's right.

  951. And you need to have constant conversations with your wife

  952. to reassure her why that is wrong,

  953. why that is not normal,

  954. why that is not natural,

  955. to encourage her to be protective of those kids.

  956. If she needs help from you,

  957. figure out a way to help her,

  958. but do not allow,

  959. if she feels sympathetic or empathetic

  960. towards this freak, disgusting, vile reprobate,

  961. you do not allow that to go unchecked.

  962. You need to deal with that issue.

  963. And you tell her it's no,

  964. it is not right to be empathetic towards this person.

  965. No, it is not right to feel like it's,

  966. it's okay for her to get off.

  967. You need to believe she needs the death penalty

  968. and you need to love your children.

  969. And you need to realize that what she did is wicked as hell,

  970. not excusing it.

  971. If you are dating a woman that is soft on this issue,

  972. you probably need to just immediately

  973. break the relationship and tell her no.

  974. I mean, it's the mother or children.

  975. I'll tell you, one of the number one requirements

  976. for me when dating was how my wife felt about children

  977. and how good of a mother she would be.

  978. And you know, that was one of the main things I saw in her

  979. and I knew about her and she's a great mother

  980. and she loves children.

  981. That's one of the reasons why I love her so much

  982. is I love how much she loves children.

  983. A woman that thinks it's even kind of rational

  984. to murder her own children is someone that has problems,

  985. serious problems.

  986. I mean, if you could get away from her and pray for her

  987. and she changes her mind completely, okay,

  988. but do not marry a woman that is confused on this issue.

  989. If you're already married, you're stuck.

  990. So you gotta fix the problem.

  991. But if you're not married, and I've heard,

  992. people have literally canceled weddings.

  993. And you know what, I can't blame them.

  994. If I had my wife that I'm about to marry

  995. is saying that it kind of makes sense

  996. or we need to defend Lindsey Clancy or whatever,

  997. any of this nonsense, I would totally

  998. break off the relationship immediately.

  999. That is not acceptable, that is not normal.

1000. That is a demonic spirit and you need to say no to that.

1001. It's a feminist issue that we have in our country.

1002. Hey, you know what, you need to correct your wife

1003. when she's out of bounds on issues.

1004. When it comes to obviously the Lindsey Clancy issue,

1005. you know, we as men and as a society need to tell her no

1006. and say that what she did was wrong.

  1007. Insanity plea, no.

  1008. No.

  1009. Death penalty, yes.

  1010. No mercy, no grace.

1011. You killed your kids, bye.

1012. We just need to tell her no.

1013. And we need to tell all the women that are out there,

1014. you know, screaming and yelling to go home

1015. and you're not allowed to even be here, get away.

1016. And all the women that are wanting to commit abortion,

1017. we need to tell them no.

1018. And all the women that are trying to vote,

1019. I'm saying no, all right.

1020. You know what, hey, I'll just keep going.

1021. I'll go all the way back to the 1800s.

  1022. They're like, we're not going back.

  1023. Well, I'll try, okay.

1024. So that's where I would take you.

1025. It's like, oh, I want third wave feminism.

1026. No, I want zero wave, okay?

  1027. Zero of it.

1028. And it's like, oh, well, you're just so mean and impressive.

1029. No, no, you don't understand.

1030. If we go back to first wave,

1031. then we'll go to second, third, fourth

1032. and we'll be back where we were.

1033. And we'll just keep going back to where we were.

1034. There's no such thing as like,

1035. let's just stay on second wave or something.

1036. And at the end of the day,

1037. that's why we're in the mess that we're in.

1038. In fact, the only way to even get communism

1039. is to have all these ways of feminism

1040. and to allow women to vote

1041. and allow to tear down the society

1042. and allow marriage to become the train wreck

1043. that it is and to have rampant fornication

1044. and adultery in our society

1045. and to have women that are willing

1046. to literally murder their own children

1047. and having women defend this kind of nonsense.

1048. That's what can lead to an actual communist revolution.

1049. If you didn't have those things,

1050. we'd be so far away from it that it's not possible.

1051. You know, that's the scary thing.

1052. I mean, look at Mexico as an example.

1053. I mean, they're headed down a dark path, folks.

1054. And it's real, there's nothing stopping America

1055. or another country like ours becoming communists.

1056. You know, I know you think

1057. that you're not gonna be communists,

1058. but there's nothing in the Bible.

1059. There's nothing in in times of Bible prophecy.

1060. There's nothing saying that we won't become communists.

1061. Now, God willing, it won't.

  1062. I don't believe we have to.

1063. And I sure as heck, we'll fight against it.

1064. But I'm just telling you, you know what?

1065. The more we allow women to tell us what to do,

1066. the faster you get into communism.

  1067. That's right.

1068. And you know, let me explain something to you.

1069. Once communism's enrolled and it's rolled out

1070. and it's in full force, women aren't in charge.

  1071. Nope.

1072. There's no women leading the communist train, okay?

1073. They were dragging you there

1074. and they're gonna drop you off and everybody's doomed, okay?

1075. That's why you tell her, no.

  1076. She doesn't want communism.

1077. She doesn't realize it, but she doesn't want it, okay?

  1078. It's like, she doesn't want Islam.

1079. Like, why are women okay with Islam

  1080. coming into our country?

1081. And do you really think you want Islam?

1082. Do you really want Sharia law?

1083. Do you really think you want a Muslim man

1084. to take care of you?

  1085. It's insanity, folks, okay?

  1086. Our world's lost, it's mine.

1087. Sometimes women need to be protected from themselves, okay?

1088. And protected from their bad ideas

1089. and from their empathy for the devil,

1090. their empathy for the serpent.

1091. It's like, don't talk to the serpent.

1092. The serpent's not gonna help you.

1093. The serpent doesn't want what's best for you, okay?

1094. Now, I'm gonna read a couple posts as well

1095. that kind of illustrate and undermine

1096. some of the points that I'm,

1097. or not undermine, but really illustrate, I guess,

1098. the points that I'm trying to articulate here,

1099. but there was a post by a guy named Matt Wallace.

1100. Now, I'll be honest with you, I'm not a fan of Matt Wallace.

1101. I've brought him up many times.

  1102. I've said that I don't really like him

1103. and nothing's changed about that, okay?

1104. But at the end of the day, it's not that a Catholic

1105. can't every once in a while say the right thing, okay?

1106. Now, this is something that Matt Wallace said

  1107. in some post online.

  1108. Just gonna read it.

1109. A lot of people aren't gonna wanna hear this,

1110. but much of the, quote, depression that parents

1111. and not just moms suffer after childbirth

1112. is due not so much to hormones,

1113. but to the fact that children, especially babies,

1114. are demanding and difficult and require us

1115. to subordinate our own needs and desires for their sake.

1116. The more selfish you are,

1117. the more of an adjustment it's going to be.

1118. Now, again, obviously we could quibble

1119. over the fact of what is depression,

1120. how much is much in some of these terms or whatever,

1121. but in general, I'm like,

1122. I can't really argue with this statement

1123. and I think that our selfish culture is very selfish.

  1124. We have a very me-centered society,

1125. people are lovers of their own selves.

1126. I mean, that's what the Bible says.

1127. I mean, the Bible just says like any and times

  1128. it's gonna be a rampant expansion

1129. of people being lovers of their own selves

  1130. without natural affection,

1131. which again, if you're not a lover yourself

1132. and you're full of natural affection,

1133. you're really not gonna be complaining

1134. about your children very much.

1135. And you know, for people that even ever struggle

1136. about child or lost children,

1137. like they just have so much more appreciation

1138. for their children and just the fact of having a child

1139. that it's just kind of unfathomable

1140. to have people complaining about the child that they just got.

1141. I mean, can you imagine Hannah complaining

1142. about children after she's been barren for so long?

1143. You know, it's just kind of nonsense, it's silly,

1144. but obviously in a self-centered egotistical society

1145. where people are getting pregnant out of wedlock,

1146. having a child of them seems awful and a burden

1147. and a consequence and a punishment and all this stuff.

1148. So then they basically try to demonize children.

  1149. They demonize these ideas

1150. and they act like being a mom is terrible.

1151. Just like I illustrated in my sermon this morning,

1152. I'll repeat again, a mom coming out of a furniture store

1153. so that she was gonna sooner drive her family off of a cliff

1154. than take them to a ferris wheel.

  1155. Like what?

1156. And again, this isn't even hyperbole in the sense

1157. that there are women who have done this nonsense.

1158. There people have done this kind of horrific,

1159. horrible stuff, which is not a normal thought.

1160. We should act, we should stop pretending

  1161. like that's normal.

1162. It's normal for women to be emotional.

1163. It's normal for women to cry for no reason.

1164. It's normal for women to be upset over some minor thing

1165. that really doesn't matter at the end of the day.

1166. It's not normal for women to think

  1167. about murdering their children.

1168. And I will never pretend like that is normal.

1169. It is possible for women to feel sad.

1170. It's normal for men and women to feel depressed.

1171. And of course, statistically speaking,

1172. most women, after giving birth for a short duration,

1173. experience what's called baby blues.

1174. This is different, though, than depression itself.

1175. This is considered a different diagnosis.

1176. And again, the baby blues would just be simply the fact

1177. that when you feel sad, because of normal reasons

1178. of being sad, you're more sad than you would normally be.

1179. Whatever, you spilled a little bit of coffee or something

1180. and it's like normally you would just be like,

1181. oh, bummer, but it's like literally

1182. like you lost a child or something.

1183. You're so sad or whatever.

1184. And it's like, okay, that was an extreme emotional reaction.

1185. Like, you broke down and cried over some spilled milk

1186. and normally it's just like no big deal, clean it up

1187. because, hey, your body's trying to regulate.

1188. You have more hormones than you would normally have.

  1189. We get that.

  1190. That's normal.

  1191. But you know what?

1192. You're not gonna spill a little bit of coffee or anything.

1193. Like, I should now murder my children.

1194. And then blame that on being postpartum

1195. or being, hey, having given child recently.

  1196. This is not normal.

1197. This is not reality, okay?

1198. Now again, I also wanna make this clear.

  1199. Matt's post didn't say postpartum.

1200. It didn't identify only women.

1201. It said parents, not just moms.

1202. He said, I think there's a lot of dudes that are selfish.

1203. And then, you know, people claim depression or whatever.

1204. Now, someone responded to this particular post.

  1205. It was Cassandra McMurtry,

1206. who is the wife of Tommy McMurtry.

1207. And I just wanna illustrate some things that she said

1208. in response to this particular post

1209. because it's just, it's gross what she said

1210. and it was disrespectful to her husband.

1211. And you know, again, in this particular post of Matt,

1212. while she claims that she doesn't like it,

1213. she disagrees with it, she thinks that Matt

  1214. doesn't know what he's talking about

1215. because he's never actually been a woman.

  1216. Really?

  1217. Okay.

1218. Did he make like a whole documentary about that?

1219. Yeah, I get it, okay.

1220. But at the end of the day, like, you know,

1221. I think that men can still speak on these issues

1222. regardless of how many births they've had, okay?

1223. And we get it, we're at a net zero, all right?

1224. But at the end of the day, like,

1225. this was one of the comments that she made

  1226. about Matt Wallace's post.

1227. Maybe men should just keep silent

1228. about things they know nothing about,

  1229. maybe just maybe.

1230. Now, I want to reiterate what he said.

1231. He said that much of the depression that parents

1232. and not just moms suffer after childbirth, okay?

1233. Here's the thing, Matt Wallace has six children.

1234. How can Matt Wallace not speak about

1235. what it's like to be a parent having children?

1236. And not only that, Matt Wallace has two sets of twins,

1237. which I'll just be honest with you,

1238. I've never had twins, but from everybody's experience,

1239. having twins is way harder than just having one

1240. as far as emotionally, the pregnancy.

1241. I mean, just having one baby screaming is enough.

  1242. I can't imagine it being duplicated.

1243. I can't imagine just like, what do you do?

1244. Like, I don't know, it seems a little bit intimidating.

1245. So I think I could see a parent having six children,

1246. two sets of twins that maybe they know what it's like

  1247. to have children.

1248. Maybe they know what it's like to have hard nights

  1249. and sleepless nights.

1250. I mean, if you are a parent for the first time,

1251. you're gonna have nights where you don't sleep very much.

1252. You're gonna have that sleep deprivation cycle potentially.

1253. Even men, yes, we go through it too.

1254. And yeah, I don't have the same hormones as my wife.

  1255. That'll never happen.

  1256. But you know what?

1257. I can still go through low points

1258. or have the sleep deprivation or have these issues.

  1259. But you know what?

1260. At no point are either of us thinking like,

1261. hey, let's murder the children.

1262. Hey, let's do this kind of nonsense.

  1263. That's silly.

1264. That's not even what a normal person would do.

1265. I would argue that when you're having a hormone spike,

1266. it's just taking who you are

1267. and making it a little bit exaggerated.

1268. So if you're happy, you're just really happy.

  1269. If you're sad, you're really sad.

  1270. If you're angry, you're really angry.

1271. If you're selfish, you're even more selfish, right?

1272. Just whatever you're like on hormones going crazy,

1273. you're typically just a little bit more of that.

  1274. But you know what?

  1275. If you're a non-murderer,

  1276. you're gonna continue having non-murder thoughts.

1277. If you are a murderous person,

1278. well, then maybe they're gonna be even more exaggerated.

1279. But let me tell you something.

1280. It's coming from an evil heart of murder.

1281. It's not coming out of nowhere, okay?

1282. It's evil people doing evil things.

1283. And again, obviously taking drugs

1284. can have the same effect.

1285. Drugs don't really make you a completely different person

1286. in general, but what it will do

1287. is it will take away your inhibitions.

1288. It will take some of your good judgment away.

1289. It'll cause you to act without morals

1290. and without a moral framework.

1291. And in some cases, it can cause you to do things

  1292. that you're unaware of.

1293. Maybe you're just not really in your capacity.

1294. But it's not gonna just make you

  1295. a completely different person.

1296. It's not gonna make me a Muslim.

  1297. Taking drugs.

1298. And look, I'll be honest with you.

1299. I know people that have,

  1300. they're smoking marijuana regularly.

  1301. I've never done it,

1302. but they were smoking marijuana regularly

  1303. and they were saying,

1304. oh, that caused me to be a pedophile

  1305. and literally molest somebody.

1306. And I'm like, bro, that's not how it works.

1307. Okay, you might have been like,

1308. hey, let's go to all sorts and get a burrito at midnight.

1309. You might have like slept in

1310. or you might have slept in weird clothes

1311. or slept in a weird place

1312. or you might have done something stupid.

1313. You might have accidentally injured yourself

  1314. with heavy machinery.

1315. You might have done something weird.

1316. But you know what, you're not gonna do,

  1317. you're not gonna become a pedophile.

  1318. It's not like, oops, I took drugs, now I'm a pedophile.

1319. Oops, it's like this Alex Jones thing

1320. where he says that they turn frogs gay

  1321. with chemicals or something.

1322. And I've heard people say,

1323. this is the explanation for dudes too.

1324. Look, you can pump me with every chemical you want

1325. and I'll never be a faggot, okay?

1326. Let me just make that clear.

1327. All right, because it's not how it works.

1328. And look, I get that people on these mind altering drugs

1329. can sleepwalk and do harmful things

1330. that they're kind of unaware of.

  1331. But you know what,

1332. they're not doing premeditated murder.

  1333. It's not happening.

1334. Now, maybe if they were already premeditating on it,

1335. it could encourage them and lower the inhibitions to do it.

1336. But let me tell you something that they,

1337. somewhere in that heart, they were already wanting to do that.

1338. I don't believe this for one second.

1339. You can believe whatever you want.

1340. But you came in and said, fast Baptist church, right?

1341. Here's another thing that she said

  1342. is that she said,

1343. to say that much of the depression

1344. of the postpartum period is due to selfishness

1345. is rejecting the entire biology and makeup of a woman.

1346. Now, again, I'm not gonna comment too much on this

  1347. because frankly speaking,

1348. his post didn't even bring up postpartum, okay?

1349. But why does a woman get to get the ability

1350. to just get up and say,

1351. men shouldn't even talk about postpartum or depression

1352. or childbirth or any of these issues?

1353. Like, that's not what the Bible says.

1354. Genesis three, we already read,

1355. it said that God was gonna multiply the star on conception.

1356. That's God talking about pregnancy.

1357. Go to John 16, if you would, go to John chapter 16.

    John 16 chapter mention

1358. Let's see what the Bible says on these things.

1359. Now, in a separate video,

1360. she also put out talking about just this Lindsey Clancy issue

1361. and just this kind of somewhat related topic

1362. is that she said, hey, I've always been

  1363. for traditional gender roles.

1364. I'm all for the husband being the provider and protector.

1365. My husband's been the sole provider

1366. and he's been our protector.

1367. She also said that she's not a feminist.

  1368. Okay, that's fine.

1369. Like, all those things are good,

1370. but you know what, you can't have your cake

  1371. and eat it too.

1372. You can't say, hey, I want my husband

1373. to be the sole provider.

1374. Take care of me, protect me and all these things.

1375. But then simultaneously, and say you're not a feminist.

  1376. Well, then simultaneously,

1377. championing for women to have equal rights,

1378. for women to basically be able to speak

1379. on any issue that they want,

1380. tell men to shut up.

  1381. Like, that's incompatible.

  1382. That's contradiction.

1383. That's a woman sitting herself up in a high place

1384. in the city just making a clamorous sound.

  1385. Here's another quote.

1386. So if we are to knowledging

1387. that postpartum hormones exist and they do,

1388. I have always acknowledged that.

1389. And that is why I think men need to just shut up about it

1390. because they've never been through it.

  1391. They've never acknowledged it.

  1392. What?

1393. So men have never acknowledged this?

1394. What are you talking about?

1395. And it's silly and stupid to even try to pretend

  1396. like they don't exist.

  1397. Who's pretending like they don't exist?

  1398. Yeah.

1399. It doesn't mean that you're not in control

1400. of how you act when you go through these things,

1401. but men also need to realize that they do exist.

1402. Well, okay, honey, let me explain something to you.

  1403. Men understand they exist.

  1404. Right, right.

1405. I guarantee every man that's ever been married

1406. realized that their wife can be hormonal.

1407. I'm just gonna tell you, I have a sneaking suspicion

1408. that they've all realized that women can be hormonal,

  1409. all right?

1410. And I guarantee after childbirth,

  1411. they realize something's different.

  1412. Okay.

1413. Whether they could spell it or not,

1414. they knew what postpartum is, honey.

  1415. Okay.

1416. Silly, they've never acknowledged it.

1417. What are you talking about?

  1418. Okay.

1419. Then she said, quote, my husband has never even tried

1420. to talk about women's issues because he has no idea

1421. and he knows he has no idea.

1422. Who's telling him he doesn't know about it?

1423. You know, it's like, good night.

1424. It's just, you know what this is?

  1425. It's disrespectful.

  1426. It's disrespectful to say,

1427. my husband's not allowed to talk about postpartum.

1428. My husband's not allowed to talk about pregnancy.

1429. My husband's not allowed to talk about hormones.

1430. My husband's not allowed to have an opinion in this area.

1431. You know, that's disrespectful to men.

1432. It's disrespectful to her husband.

  1433. And you know what?

1434. Her husband should say no, you're not allowed to say that.

  1435. Look at John 16, verse 21.

    John 16:21

1436. Here's the Lord Jesus Christ talking about women.

  1437. Look at John 16, verse 21.

    John 16:21

1438. A woman when she is in travail has sorrow.

1439. How dare he, you know, talk about women's issues.

  1440. Because their hours come.

1441. But as soon as she is delivered to the child,

1442. she remembers no more the anguish for joy

1443. that a man is born in the world.

1444. How dare he say what my experience is gonna be like

  1445. when I give birth?

  1446. He doesn't know me.

1447. He doesn't know my experience.

1448. How dare he say that I'm supposed to feel better

  1449. after childbirth?

  1450. Because I didn't feel better.

1451. You know, he doesn't know that I have PPD.

1452. Well, that's Jesus saying that,

1453. hey, a lot of times women feel better

1454. after they give birth because it's real.

1455. Now again, is this saying that she's not gonna experience

1456. postpartum depression or postpartum issues

1457. or baby blues or all this other stuff

  1458. in the weeks after?

1459. No, but you know what?

1460. This is a guy talking about women's issues.

1461. Let's go to Leviticus chapter 12 for a moment

    Leviticus 12 chapter mention

1462. and see if the Bible talks about women's issues or not.

1463. And if men talk about women's issues or not.

1464. You know, at first time of the chapter two,

1465. the Bible says that she should be saved in childbearing.

1466. That's men talking about, hey, you know what?

1467. You need honey, you need another pregnancy.

  1468. That's what you need.

1469. You need another birth, you need another child.

  1470. Well, how dare he?

  1471. He doesn't know how I feel.

  1472. He doesn't know what I experience.

1473. I get that we can never experience it.

1474. But you know, I don't have to experience something

1475. to have rules and laws about it.

  1476. Yeah, right.

1477. You know, experience can be a good teacher.

  1478. But you know what?

1479. Not experiencing things can also be a good teacher.

1480. Do you think it's fair for me to get up

1481. and say don't do drugs when I've never done drugs?

1482. Well, you don't know what it's like, Pastor Shelley.

  1483. How do you know?

  1484. You've never smoked marijuana.

1485. How do you know what it's like?

  1486. I don't.

  1487. But don't do it.

  1488. Yeah, right.

1489. I've never done LSD, you know?

  1490. There's a lot of things I've never done.

1491. I've never eaten Indian food, okay?

1492. Now again, people are telling me it's awesome.

  1493. Go for it.

  1494. You know what?

  1495. I love you, brother.

1496. But you know, at the end of the day,

1497. I could choose whatever I'm gonna do

  1498. and whatever I like.

1499. You know, at the end of the day,

1500. it doesn't matter what, you know,

1501. experiences you go through or not.

  1502. You know what's right?

  1503. The Bible.

1504. Because, you know, I could be wrong about an experience,

1505. but I can't be wrong about what the Bible's saying.

1506. I can be wrong about a personal opinion.

1507. I can't be wrong about what the Bible's saying.

1508. And look, the Bible talks about women's issues

  1509. and these particular issues.

  1510. And here's the thing.

1511. As a husband, you know,

1512. we're gonna experience all the same things

  1513. just from our viewpoint.

1514. Shouldn't we be able to speak about it

1515. from our viewpoint and what we've seen

1516. and what we've gone through?

1517. Let alone, let me explain something to you.

1518. If you're gonna say men can't talk about these issues,

1519. so you're telling me that no male doctors

1520. can ever see a woman patient ever again

1521. on any of these issues?

1522. Are you saying that men can't pass any laws

  1523. regarding abortion?

1524. Because that's what the feminist agenda is.

1525. You don't know what it's like to have a child.

1526. You don't know what it's like to give birth.

  1527. Therefore, you cannot legislate

1528. whether abortion is legal or not.

1529. You can't decide what kind of medications

  1530. we can be on.

1531. You can't decide what pills we can take.

1532. That is the number one feminist talking point

1533. of today's culture is to say my body, my choice

1534. and say men can't tell me and they can't legislate

1535. and they can't do whatever.

1536. I mean, that's the whole talking point.

1537. Why do you have your wife getting up

1538. and speaking like a feminist?

1539. Speaking like a foolish woman.

  1540. Should tell her no.

1541. Instead of her telling you

1542. that you're not allowed to talk about it,

1543. you should say she's not allowed to talk about it.

1544. That's what should be happening.

1545. Leviticus chapter 12, look at verse number one.

    Leviticus 12 chapter mention

1546. And the Lord's speaking to Moses,

1547. saying, speaking of the children of Israel,

1548. saying of a woman have conceived seed

1549. and born a man child,

1550. then she shall be unclean seven days.

1551. According to the days of the separation

1552. for her infirmity, she shall be unclean.

1553. And the eighth day of the flesh

1554. of his foreskin shall be circumcised.

1555. And she shall then continue

1556. in the blood of her purifying three and 30 days.

1557. She shall touch no howl thing

1558. nor come into the sanctuary

1559. until the days of her purifying be fulfilled.

1560. But if she bear a maid child,

1561. then she shall be unclean two weeks as in her separation

  1562. and she shall continue

1563. in the blood of her purifying three score and six days.

1564. The priest is literally prescribing how long

1565. and what you're gonna do after your birth.

1566. This is like your postpartum care by the priest,

1567. by the man of God.

1568. Oh, women, men shouldn't talk about this.

  1569. Men have no opinion.

1570. They're not allowed to talk about these issues.

1571. I mean, the Bible has the priest literally prescribing

1572. how long they're gonna do things,

1573. what they're purifying is gonna be like,

  1574. what they're ritual.

1575. Look, is it saying to the men are getting up

1576. and say what it's like in the experience?

  1577. No, of course not.

1578. But it's silly to say men cannot speak on these issues

1579. or to say, hey, men can't have an opinion on these issues.

1580. Men should be able to have an opinion on every issue.

  1581. And you know what?

1582. If those posts and those videos stay up,

1583. then Tommy has already chosen

1584. who speaks for their household.

1585. And any man who continues to accept that,

1586. that he knows nothing and stays silent

1587. has surrendered the headship of his household.

  1588. And you know what?

  1589. It's wicked and it's being a pushover

1590. and we shouldn't have men that are pushovers.

1591. I will not allow my wife to get up

1592. and publicly humiliate me, publicly disrespect me,

1593. publicly do these things and not correct it.

1594. And look, if a pastor's wife does something

  1595. that's inappropriate or makes a mistake,

1596. hey, fix it and move on, okay?

1597. But do not allow it to go like a vasty situation

1598. and then just all this contempt

1599. and all this stuff arise

1600. where all the wives and the church are gonna say,

1601. you can't talk to me about this issue.

  1602. You don't know.

1603. You better not talk about it.

  1604. How dare you?

1605. Men need to just shut up.

1606. You just sound like a rabid feminist.

  1607. Yeah, yeah.

1608. Now, go over to 1st Corinthians 10.

1609. I'm just gonna make two points quickly beyond this,

1610. but number one, we need men to tell wives no.

1611. That's the most important issue.

1612. Number two, we need Christian universities

1613. to not sell Islamic meat.

1614. Yeah, Baylor University here in Texas

1615. is now creating a dining option on their campus

1616. for Halal meat to accommodate radical Muslims.

  1617. Wow.

  1618. What?

1619. It's a news article just came out.

1620. Baylor, which was started as a Baptist college,

1621. a Baptist university, and it brands itself

1622. as trying to bring Baptist in and Christians.

1623. It's gone broader, of course, over time

1624. because they always have to compromise some.

1625. Now, bring in the Muslims.

1626. Not only bring in the Muslims,

1627. we're not even gonna try to evangelize you.

1628. We'll feed you your meat that's offered in sacrifice

1629. and slaughter to Allah, which is a false God,

1630. which is contrary to the literal Bible.

  1631. This is wicked.

  1632. This is crazy.

1633. You know what you just say?

  1634. No!

  1635. Yeah, that's right.

1636. Oh, Muslims want you to accommodate their special request

1637. of meat sacrifice to their false God.

1638. That should be an easy no.

1639. In fact, it should be a hell no, if you ask me.

  1640. What in the world?

1641. First Corinthians chapter 10, look at verse 20.

    1 Corinthians 10 chapter mention

1642. But I say that the things of the Gentiles sacrifice,

1643. they sacrifice to devils and not to God.

1644. And I would not that you should have fellowship with devils.

1645. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord

1646. and the cup of devils.

1647. You cannot be retakers of the Lord's table

1648. and of the table of devils.

1649. Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy?

1650. Are we stronger than He?

1651. All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient.

1652. All things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

1653. Let no man seek his own, but every man and other man's wealth.

1654. What's over a soul in the shambles that eat,

1655. asking no question for a conscience sake?

1656. For the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.

1657. If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast

1658. and you be disposed to go,

1659. what's over a soul before you eat,

1660. asking no question for a conscience sake?

1661. But if any man, say unto you,

1662. this is offered, and sacrifice unto idols.

1663. Eat not for his sake that showed it,

  1664. and for conscience sake,

1665. for the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.

1666. Conscience, I say, not thine own,

1667. but of the other, for why is my liberty judged

  1668. of another man's conscience?

1669. So what is he saying here?

1670. He's saying, look, if a Muslim says,

1671. hey, eat this meat with me and sacrifice to Allah,

  1672. I'm gonna say, no!

  1673. Why? For his conscience.

1674. To say, hey, this is a false God

1675. and I will not partake with you

1676. and eating meat to a false God.

1677. You need to realize, you need to convert

  1678. and become a Christian.

  1679. Yeah, amen.

1680. Now look, if a Christian eats meat, sacrifice unto Allah,

1681. and they don't know about it, it can't harm them.

1682. It has no, there's nothing,

1683. nothing about the meat changes biologically.

1684. Okay, it's not transubstantiation up here, okay?

1685. It's not turning into Allah's, you know,

1686. blood or something like that.

  1687. It's not turning into Allah's body

1688. because he's not even real, number one.

1689. Number two, even if he was real, it's not changing,

1690. but it's not real, it's not changing,

1691. it's still the exact same meat, the same chemistry,

  1692. the same biology, everything.

1693. But here's the thing, there's a spiritual connotation to it.

1694. And God will judge the person

1695. who is eating meat, sacrifice unto idols,

  1696. knowingly doing so, okay?

1697. You can unknowingly eat it all day long, no problem,

  1698. what the Bible says.

1699. So it's like, if I go over to Jafar's house

1700. or whatever and he giving me tacos,

1701. I'm just gonna eat them.

1702. It's literally, the Bible think, don't even ask.

1703. It says, don't ask, just eat it, okay?

  1704. Don't ask, don't tell, all right?

1705. This is the applied to the Muslim food.

1706. But here's the thing, if they say this has been sacrificed,

1707. this is halal, what is halal?

1708. It's basically they took the animal,

1709. it has to meet certain cleanliness standards.

1710. Then they basically point the head towards Mecca

1711. and they have to slit the throat of the animal

1712. while pronouncing a blessing in the name of Allah

1713. and then it's considered halal, okay?

1714. So it has to be ritually killed in this spiritual way.

1715. And again, I've watched the videos.

1716. They have slaughterhouses where they have

1717. a Islamic priest or whatever,

1718. someone sanctioned by their mosque or whatever,

1719. they're reciting their prayers to Allah

1720. while they slaughter the animals

1721. to make sure that they meet their halal standards.

1722. That's what halal meat is, okay?

  1723. It's not kosher, it's halal.

1724. Halalala, that's the kind of meat that they have, all right?

1725. Of course, it's a jihad, sacrifice or whatever, right?

  1726. But here's the thing, I won't eat it.

1727. Now again, maybe I've eaten it and I didn't know,

1728. but I would never eat it on purpose.

1729. And you know what, Christians should not eat this

1730. and Christians should refuse this and bailer.

1731. Everybody that's an alum of bailer or gives money to them

1732. should say I'm refusing to support you or fund you

1733. until you shut this down.

  1734. That is wicked.

1735. It is evil for bailer to sit here

1736. and to capitulate to a false God, to Islam, to Allah.

1737. I mean, just say no.

1738. We need Christians to say no, not be a pushover.

1739. And of course, why are they a pushover for money?

  1740. I guarantee it.

  1741. Govahut Leviticus chapter 20,

    Leviticus 20 chapter mention

1742. if you would, Leviticus chapter 20.

    Leviticus 20 chapter mention

1743. Here's the last point I'm gonna make

1744. in it's another pushover, it's Jeff Owens.

1745. Now, Jeff Owens was a pastor that was the president

  1746. of Hiles Anderson College.

1747. He was employed on staff, I believe,

1748. for First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana for a while.

1749. And he preached a sermon in the past called Struck Blind.

1750. It was a great sermon.

1751. I really like the sermon.

1752. Obviously, in some cases, what he has said

1753. could be interpreted poorly or misconstrued by the media.

1754. And of course that's what they did.

1755. But, you know, in general, I just like the sermon.

1756. I love the sermon, I love what he said.

1757. He said a lot of things that need to be said.

1758. And I'm just gonna read lots of quotes

1759. from his sermon, all right?

1760. So, if you didn't hear it, you get to hear it right now,

  1761. all right?

1762. But he was preaching on Genesis 19 and Judges 19

1763. and just Romans one and all that subject.

1764. And he said, in talking about Sodom,

  1765. talking about Genesis 19,

1766. the place was full of homosexuality

1767. and people living like animals and living like beasts.

1768. And they could not find those 10 people.

1769. The homosexuals said, we want those angels.

1770. And they were trying to knock the door down

1771. to commit a wicked act with them.

1772. That's how vile the city was.

1773. The Bible says, at that moment, God came

1774. and he struck those men blind.

  1775. Why?

1776. Because that's vile and it's wicked and it's reprobate.

  1777. Yeah, yeah.

1778. That's why I like the sermon, all right?

  1779. And just for reference,

1780. this is before the new IMB ever existed, all right?

1781. When the queer tried to get to Lot's family,

  1782. God struck them blind

1783. and for God to take somebody's side away,

1784. it must be, it's a very vile sin.

1785. Genesis 19 is not a youthful mistake.

1786. God did that, do not take that back.

1787. Do not take that back.

1788. This is a quote from the sermon, all right?

1789. Then he also said, in America,

1790. we need to stop burning flags and start burning fags.

1791. He says about time somebody said what needs to be said,

  1792. it's vile, it's reprobate,

1793. and AIDS is a curse sent from God.

  1794. It's a curse sent from God.

1795. You say, well, you shouldn't say that.

1796. Well, you don't say it, I will, it's my turn.

1797. I'm loving this sermon, I'm just telling you, okay?

1798. He said, we need to hunt a home a week.

1799. We do, you hear that?

1800. Straighten it up, just put it on television, brother.

1801. Put it on television and put them back in the closet.

1802. The reason they came out of the closet,

1803. because there weren't enough men on the other side

1804. of the closet to keep them in.

  1805. You'd be a man you wouldn't have,

1806. we wouldn't have that problem.

1807. You know, we should just take them all out

1808. and shoot them with a scattered shotgun.

1809. You say, well, you ought to love one another.

1810. I do most of the time, but you know me,

1811. he's gotta get it off my chest.

1812. If we shot them all with a scattered shotgun,

1813. I could see the TV cameras.

1814. Mr. Owens, what happened here?

1815. Look at all those spots all over them.

1816. I'd say, yeah, they died of chicken pox.

1817. Now, he preaches, I believe in the 90s.

  1818. Okay, this is a 90s sermon.

1819. Again, you have to understand something.

1820. At First Baptist Church, we're talking about

1821. thousands of people in the audience.

  1822. Thousands of people.

1823. You listen to this sermon,

1824. there is just roars and funders of the crowd

1825. screaming, amen, hooping, hollering, yelling.

1826. I mean, it is just on fire.

1827. Then in 2010, nearly 15 years ago,

  1828. I preached a sermon that promoted

  1829. physically hurting gay people.

1830. I was young, stupid, and immature.

1831. I didn't even hold to the belief of hurting people

1832. when I wrongfully made those comments.

1833. If I could retract those words, I certainly would.

1834. I wrongly represented both God and myself.

1835. I truly believe that God is a God of love.

1836. I no longer preach like that,

1837. and I purposely teach and train others

1838. to preach and behave properly as well.

1839. The hurtful words in that sermon tape

1840. were raced many years ago and somehow have resurfaced.

1841. You know how they resurfaced

1842. by being sold on his website?

1843. This is strange, you know, how it has resurfaced.

  1844. Wild.

1845. But you know, it's sad to see a guy

1846. preach like that on the issue and then take it back.

1847. And of course there's pressure.

  1848. But you know what?

1849. When the media says, hey, do you take back your words?

1850. You know what you say?

  1851. No!

  1852. You just say no.

1853. You say go to hell.

  1854. That's what you say.

1855. You don't sit here and say like,

1856. oh, I didn't want to hurt gay people.

1857. I mean, if anything, if you felt it necessary

1858. to say look, they're faggots,

  1859. they're reprobate, they're disgusting,

1860. and I meant the government should take them out

1861. and shoot them with a scatter shotgun,

  1862. then go for it.

1863. If you want to make a slight correction,

  1864. I'll stand with you.

  1865. But you know what?

1866. You don't take back your words.

  1867. You don't compromise.

1868. You don't just let the media push you over.

1869. And of course the same guy that gets pushed over

1870. by the media and pushed over by the faggots

1871. and changes his rhetoric on this

1872. is the same guy that, well, now he stepped down

1873. and he's divorced his wife.

  1874. It's just sad.

  1875. And you know what?

1876. It's an embarrassment that we have fundamental Baptist

1877. getting up and saying I'll never divorce,

1878. I'll never leave my wife, you know?

1879. And then of course divorce.

1880. Saying hey, we should literally burn flags at the stake.

  1881. Okay.

1882. Saying you know, and just constantly saying like

1883. you know what you're saying and I should say it

1884. and be like, I didn't even mean it when I said it.

1885. What are you talking about?

1886. But how can you, who gets up

1887. and says things they don't even mean?

  1888. Right.

  1889. Riling the base.

1890. Is it the same as the passage to get up

1891. and say I've never fought with my wife?

  1892. That's a lie too, isn't it?

  1893. It's a lot of lies unfortunately

1894. in fundamental Baptist churches today.

  1895. And it's sad, it's embarrassing.

1896. And let me say something.

1897. Look, any pastor that divorces his wife

1898. should be publicly called out.

1899. I'm sorry if you don't like that.

1900. But you know, if you put yourself in a position

1901. of being a pastor and you do something like that,

1902. you should be called out.

1903. I've had so many people get mad at me for posting that.

1904. I posted it and I just said, hey, this guy stepped down.

  1905. I didn't really editorialize at all.

1906. I just simply made the, I just said statement of fact.

1907. Step down, divorce his wife

1908. and he is famously taken back as words on the sodomites.

1909. And look, I think it's the same type of person.

1910. A person that's pushed over to the media

1911. probably pushed over to his wife.

1912. Hey, you need to say to your wife, no.

1913. You see to the fags, no.

1914. We just need men to say no again.

  1915. Say no.

1916. Say no to your kids.

  1917. Say no.

1918. Hey, if a Muslim's asking you to make them

1919. their meal to their false God, say no.

  1920. Yeah.

1921. If faggots are saying, do you really think

1922. we should put the death?

1923. You're like, yes, and I'm not taking it back.

1924. And you know, if your wife publicly humiliates you

1925. and says that you don't know what you're talking about

1926. and says you should just shut up to the whole world,

1927. you should say no to her.

1928. Like this shouldn't even be,

1929. this shouldn't even be like hard.

  1930. This is easy stuff.

1931. If my wife makes a video tomorrow saying

1932. my husband doesn't know what he's talking about

1933. and needs to just shut up,

1934. well then I'm gonna take that video down.

1935. I'm just gonna be honest with you.

1936. By hook or by crook.

1937. I can figure out a way to get that down.

1938. You know what I mean?

1939. I can take a way to retract that.

1940. I can take a way to say this isn't right.

1941. I think we're safe that we're never gonna cater

1942. a halal barbecue meal here.

1943. Okay, this is not gonna happen.

1944. We're not gonna try and invite Muslims here

  1945. through halal meat.

1946. Now look, if one of them wants to come

1947. and hear what we have to say about them

1948. and wants to hear what we say about Muhammad

1949. being a pedophile and their garbage religion,

  1950. bring them in.

1951. And hey, if we have people that are empathetic towards fags,

1952. we'll bring them in and we'll scare them

1953. with the word faggot all day long, okay?

1954. We're not gonna let the fags come in though.

1955. It's like, hey, do you let fags come to your church?

  1956. No, it's that clear.

1957. You know the old IB, they don't have that opinion.

1958. I mean the same church that got up and screamed

1959. or they're gonna burn them and hunt them down

1960. is the same church bringing them in now.

1961. How embarrassing would it be if in 15 years from now

1962. we're bringing faggots into this church?

  1963. Think about that.

1964. We're not talking about a hypothetical here, folks.

1965. We're not talking about hyperbole here.

1966. And you know where it started?

1967. It started with a stupid Bible college saying,

1968. we are not allowed to use the word fag anymore.

  1969. It's like, oh, I don't like pastors

1970. saying fags, sometimes visitors get uncomfortable.

1971. They were gonna get uncomfortable no matter what.

1972. They got uncomfortable just in the announcements, okay?

1973. Let alone me preaching, okay?

1974. And look, I get that I don't have to be

1975. as offensive as I am sometimes.

1976. I get that my personal opinions

1977. rub people the wrong way sometimes

1978. and I try to scale that back as much as I can.

1979. But at the end of the day, for the most part

1980. people are upset because of what the Bible says.

1981. And you know what, I'm not gonna apologize

  1982. for the Bible.

1983. I'll apologize for my actions

1984. but I won't apologize for what the Bible says.

1985. And we should not take it back.

1986. And you know what, I am not gonna divorce my wife

1987. and if God forbid a weird universe happened

1988. and I did, you can rub my nose in as much as you want, okay?

1989. Because you know what, we need Baptist pastors

1990. to be ashamed and embarrassed and not go down that path.

1991. And we need to stop encouraging people to do this

1992. because when the pastor divorces

1993. everybody else divorces with them

1994. and it's just, it's like a green light to this nonsense

1995. and it's weird how they divorce

1996. and then they just pastor another church

1997. or they keep preaching or they have weird situations

1998. happen with their family or people are knowing

  1999. that there's a weird adulterous situations

2000. or they shuffle them around and move them to other churches.

2001. I mean this stuff is happening all the time, it's gross.

2002. And people will always get mad at the new IP

2003. and they'll be like, oh, you guys always have issues

2004. and look at the problems

2005. and look at the people that are called out.

2006. Yeah, you know what, I'd rather call people out

2007. than keep shuffling them around.

  2008. What do you want?

2009. You can't have your cake you needed to.

2010. Well, how dare you keep calling out

  2011. Cassandra and Merchant?

2012. Well, how dare her keep having stupid opinions?

2013. And look, I feel like she's on a trajectory

2014. to become like, she's trying to be like

2015. the next Candice or whatever.

2016. I think that Mrs. Infinite Bad Takes is just getting started

  2017. folks, okay?

2018. And so buckle up, Buttercup,

2019. because I'm here to continue to say no.

2020. Because you know what, as my job,

2021. it's important to call things out

2022. and you know what, I think these people

2023. are more dangerous than the Candizoans

2024. because with Candizoans you don't even take it serious.

2025. With these it's like, oh, but they're a fundamental

2026. Baptist and oh, they say they're not a feminist

2027. and oh, they say they have traditional values

2028. while she trashes her husband.

2029. Well, and again, I didn't have, for a sake of time,

2030. I'm not gonna elaborate on this too much,

2031. but she literally advocated that it'd be

2032. a more viable option than what Lindsey Clancy did

2033. to just abandon her children at home, literally.

2034. She said, hey, if you're just having

2035. a depressive episode or you're feeling bad,

2036. why don't you just put your kids in a safe place,

2037. literally abandon them, abandon them,

2038. text your husband and say, I'm done.

  2039. This is psychotic.

  2040. It's illegal, number one.

2041. Don't try this at home.

2042. You try this, you could get arrested,

2043. you try this, you could get CPS

2044. to take your kids away from you.

2045. You do this, it's a literal crime,

2046. and of course they could die from something

2047. so stupid and reckless and insane.

  2048. It's literally insane.

2049. Any woman that would say something like this,

2050. she's getting up and she's putting it,

2051. she's like sandwiching it with reasonable ideas

2052. to make it almost seem like it's palatable.

2053. It's like, no, never do this.

  2054. Never commit a crime.

2055. Just because something could be technically worse

2056. doesn't mean the alternative is okay.

2057. It's like, we're not trying to figure out

2058. which sin is the lesser sin

2059. so that we can do that option.

  2060. It's just you don't sin.

  2061. You don't commit crimes.

2062. You don't do something that's wrong or evil.

  2063. And you know what?

2064. She's just planting ideas into women's minds

2065. that this is kind of cool or normal.

  2066. Look, I'm not joking.

2067. There are women that will hear this kind of stuff

2068. and they will literally do weird things.

  2069. They'll make bad decisions.

2070. They will just run away

2071. or do something foolish with their kids

2072. or just lie about their husband.

2073. Just do weird stuff to get away

2074. because they just feel sad or something.

2075. Look, if you feel sad,

2076. if you're having a hard time with pregnancy

  2077. or childbirth, whatever,

2078. talk to your husband about it, okay?

2079. Do not just randomly surprise him

2080. with some text of you going insane, okay?

2081. You talk to him, ask him for help,

2082. ask him to do whatever you need.

2083. You know, to be communicated to him.

2084. Hey, husbands, help your wives,

2085. love your wives, do good unto them.

  2086. But you know what?

2087. Do not hurt your child.

2088. Do not ever leave your child.

  2089. It is illegal.

  2090. It is a crime.

  2091. It's a felony to leave a child in a car

  2092. for like five minutes.

2093. If you leave a child in the car alone, unattended,

2094. and the vehicle's not running especially,

2095. it is like a felony offense, okay?

2096. Do not ever do this.

2097. Do not ever leave your children unattended like that.

2098. Don't leave them unattended near a swimming pool.

  2099. Don't leave them unattended.

2100. You know, this idea of a safe room,

2101. there's no house that has a safe room, okay?

2102. For babies and toddlers, everything's a hazard, okay?

  2103. This is crazy, okay?

  2104. It's an oxymoron.

2105. And look, if you're listening to this woman,

  2106. you know what?

2107. You're just risking yourself to get infected

2108. with all kinds of stupid ideas.

2109. She needs to be unplugged, okay?

2110. And I'm not saying like die, okay?

  2111. Don't hear me wrong.

2112. I'm just saying good night.

2113. I'm saying like, someone needs to shut down

2114. the YouTube videos of trashing her husband, all right?

2115. Sorry, I had to make that real clear.

  2116. Good night.

2117. And look, I don't wish evil upon her.

2118. I just wish that her husband would just tell her no.

2119. And I think that would be good for her, okay?

2120. And it'd be good for society

2121. and women wouldn't get bad ideas.

  2122. Let's close in prayer.

2123. Thank you Heavenly Father so much for the word of God.

2124. Thank you so much for giving us authority structure.

2125. I pray that we'd have men that are willing to say no,

2126. that we'd have men that are willing

2127. to just not capitulate to their wives

2128. that are not gonna just be compromisers,

  2129. not gonna be pushovers.

2130. I pray that we would actually have Christians

2131. that are actually promoting Christianity and not Islam

2132. and would say no to false religion.

2133. I pray that you would give some backbone

2134. to Christians in this country again.

2135. I pray that you would just help men

2136. to realize how disgusting and evil and vile faggots are

2137. and that they could just be warned from them.

2138. And I pray that you would help

2139. Baptist pastors in this country,

2140. just the few that stand to just be a good example.

2141. We need some good examples in this country.

2142. We need men to love their wives.

2143. We need men to be faithful to their wives

2144. and not divorce their wife.

2145. I pray that you would just help this church

2146. to be a good example in such a dark world.

2147. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
