  1. That seems hard to believe. My figuring is correct that it's

  2. been six years since I've been the congregation here at plans

  3. road that would make Joey about five and Serena about three the

  4. last time we're here. But I believe that's right, so

  5. good to be here and it's so good to see the family of God at this

  6. place. I received a I was having a

  7. visit by phone with a sister the other day and told her about our

  8. plans to come here. And she asked me how the

  9. congregation was doing and I said well, you know what, I

  10. think the congregation here at plans road is one of the hottest

  11. places in the Brotherhood not that.

  12. You're the biggest congregation but that you're working, you're

  13. growing, you're growing spiritually and you're growing

  14. numerically and so it's exciting to be here.

  15. Sometimes I go to a meeting not knowing how it's all going to

  16. go, but Confident this week with your enthusiasm and your

  17. interest in spiritual things, your interest for the Lost,

  18. they're going to have a great meeting.

  19. I'm certainly going to do my best to do my part in presenting

  20. the word of God to you clearly and forcefully in a way, you can

  21. understand it. Our text this morning, we're

  22. going to take from Revelation chapter 22.

    Revelation 22 chapter mention

  23. We're going to read just one verse and that'll suffice for

  24. our introduction. This morning, revelation 22

    Revelation 22:17

  25. verse 17 later. In our lesson, we'll be talking

  26. Quite a bit from Ezekiel. The 37th chapter one of the most

  27. fascinating chapters to me in all the Bible.

  28. Revelation 22 verse 17. And the spirit and the bride,

    Revelation 22:17

  29. say come, and let him who hears say come and let him who

  30. thirsts, come whoever desires. Let him take the Water of Life

  31. freely. You've heard it said you can't,

  32. you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.

  33. And as a good friend of mine used to say, but you can make

  34. him thirsty. And that's what we want to do

  35. this morning. We want to make you thirsty for

  36. the Water of Life, you know. There are a lot of areas in

  37. which the idea of being all wet is used to express something -

  38. something that you want to avoid.

  39. It's a derogatory or derisive term.

  40. Term. Describing one who is completely

  41. mistaken. All wet is used in England to

  42. describe someone who's weak or unassertive or indecisive.

  43. In Texas where I grew up, there were wet counties and those were

  44. counties, where alcohol was consumed freely and sold without

  45. any, any hindrances that all and then there were dry counties and

  46. the dry counties were the places that you thought was the best

  47. place to live, but in the context of our lesson this

  48. morning, what we want to avoid is being dry.

  49. Want to go to The Living Water. We want the Living Water welling

  50. up within our hearts and in our lives.

  51. This morning. When asked the question, we want

  52. to explore the question we want. I want you to explore the

  53. question. Are you dry?

  54. As you go through the New Testament and learn more about

  55. God's will and you study about the illustrations, the imagery

  56. the symbols, the analogies that you see in the Scriptures, it

  57. appears as if in creation God already had in mind.

  58. The analogies that he would use in the comparisons that he would

  59. use because they fit so beautifully.

  60. And they are so powerful. And the one that we're noticing

  61. this morning is certainly no exception.

  62. Want to give a little background, a little bit more

  63. background than I usually do too.

  64. The analogy that the the symbol that we're going to be looking

  65. at a very material symbol, but one that carries such spiritual

  66. weight and is used. So in so many places in the old,

  67. and as well as the New Testament, we're going to be

  68. talking about this morning is zekiel and drive Bones from

  69. Ezekiel chapter 37, but I want to set this up by noticing how

    Ezekiel 37 chapter mention

  70. God through creation and the critical ongoing need of all,

  71. living things 4. Water sets up so beautifully,

  72. the compelling picture. There, it's amazing.

  73. How many processes on Earth, require water, but we want to

  74. talk for just a couple minutes about our need as human beings.

  75. Are you aware today that 75% of Americans with all that we have

  76. with all of our wealth? Walk around dehydrated and 37%

  77. of Americans. The Thirst mechanism is so weak

  78. that it is often mistaken for Hunger.

  79. Even mild. Dehydration will slow down one's

  80. metabolism as much as 3%. One glass of water will shut

  81. down midnight. Hunger pangs for almost 100% of

  82. the dieters, studied in the University of Washington study.

  83. Yeah, we won't drink enough water.

  84. A lack of water is the number one trigger of daytime fatigue,

  85. preliminary Research indicates that 8 to 10 glasses of water a

  86. day. Could significantly, he's back

  87. and joint pain for up to eighty percent of those who suffer with

  88. those ailments. I'm here, 2% drop and body

  89. water. Can trigger fuzzy, short term,

  90. memory trouble with basic math and difficulty focusing on the

  91. computer screen, or the printed page.

  92. And we don't drink enough water. Drinking five glasses of water,

  93. daily decreases, the risk of colon cancer by 45%.

  94. It can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79% and one is 50

  95. percent less likely to develop bladder cancer.

  96. If they'll do something as simple as drink, five glasses of

  97. water, Funny about us, isn't it? Even though we are aware of the

  98. great physical need that we have for water.

  99. And we're aware of the physical benefits of water.

  100. Many of us will stubbornly go through our lives.

  101. Maybe our entire lives refusing, to increase our water

  102. consumption. We're not going to drink more

  103. water. We're not going to do it doesn't

  104. matter what it means or what the benefits might be.

  105. And you know what? As we're going to see.

  106. That's true spiritually, too. We need, we know we need the

  107. Living Water to be what we need to be. but we avoided We don't

  108. get enough dehydration symptoms generally become noticeable,

  109. after two percent of one's normal water.

  110. Volume has been lost. And initially, of course, when

  111. experiences thirst and discomfort, then eventually,

  112. there is a loss of appetite and dry skin athletes may suffer a

  113. loss of performance of up to 50% with dehydration.

  114. They may experience flushing low endurance, rapid heart rates and

  115. elevated body temperature, and then a rapid onset of fatigue

  116. symptoms becoming increasingly severe with greater what water

  117. loss, once heart and respiratory rates.

  118. Begin to increase the body, temperature continues to rise.

  119. Because of decreased sweating at around five to six percent water

  120. loss. One might become groggy or

  121. extremely sleepy experience headaches, dizziness nausea

  122. seizures fainting. Sunken eyes and may feel

  123. tingling in one's limbs with 10 to 15% fluid loss, muscles

  124. become spastic, Shin skin, May shrivel and wrinkle Vision made

  125. them and then delirium sets in losses.

  126. Greater than 15% are usually fatal.

  127. Judge Lynch of the Massachusetts Supreme, Judicial Court, argued

  128. that death by dehydration was cruel and violent.

  129. In his opinion, in a 1986 case reminds me of Psalm 22, reminds

  130. me of the was a prophecy of the crucifixion.

  131. Some of the things that Jesus experienced, remember what he

  132. said on the cross at one point. I thirst.

  133. This is part of what made? What Jesus went through.

  134. So agonizing and so cruel. That reminds me of Psalm 22, but

  135. listen to this, the process of death by dehydration part of

  136. what happened to Jesus, the mouth dries out and becomes

  137. caked, or coated with thick material.

  138. The lips become parched and cracked the tongue swells and

  139. might crack the eyes recede back into their orbits and the cheeks

  140. become Hollow. The lining of the nose May Crack

  141. and cause the nose to bleed. The skin will hang loose on the

  142. body and become dry and scaling. The bladder will Burn the

  143. stomach lining dries out in the sufferer will experience dry

  144. heaves. And perhaps vomiting the body

  145. temperature becomes very high, the brain cells dry out causing

  146. convulsions, the respiratory tract will dry out and the thick

  147. secretions that would result could plug the lungs and cause

  148. death. At some point, within five days

  149. to three weeks. The major organs, including the

  150. lungs heart, and brain would give out and the patient died.

  151. No one normally lives more than about five or six days without

  152. water. Rather, lengthy discussion on

  153. water and our need for water, and the effects of not having

  154. water, I think it's important. Are you thirsty yet?

  155. Go with me to Ezekiel chapter 37.

    Ezekiel 37 chapter mention

  156. Keeping this in mind. When it comes to physical

  157. dehydration, one of the greatest one of the greatest dangers

  158. about dehydration is that people are often unaware when they

  159. become dehydrated and you probably heard this said to, if

  160. you wait till you get thirsty to start drinking water, you're

  161. probably already dehydrated. Keep that in mind because that's

  162. what happens to us, spiritually. Before we know it, we are

  163. spiritually dehydrated. And we're in danger, and the

  164. devil has got as it were his hand around our throat and we're

  165. not aware of it. Ezekiel 37.

  166. Read with me this very interesting.

  167. Fascinating Passage. The hand of the Lord Came Upon

  168. me and brought me out in the spirit of the Lord and said me

  169. out in the midst of the valley. And it was full of Bones.

  170. Imagine that this this massive ossuary above-ground graveyard

  171. if you please. Can you imagine as a preacher?

  172. What is God doing with me? Taking me to this place, whether

  173. it's in Vision or actual a real-life place or some

  174. discussion over that God's taking you there.

  175. But it's giving me the creeps. What am I?

  176. What am I here for? What are we doing?

  177. God. Read on verse two, then he

  178. caused me to pass by them all around.

  179. And behold there were very many in the open Valley and indeed

  180. they were very dry. So it didn't just take the

  181. preacher. The prophet to this valley of

  182. dry, bones and said, look at it, but he has him walk all around.

  183. These bones and has him noticed that they're dry and they're not

  184. just dry, they're very dry. Verse 3.

  185. And he said to me, son of man. Can these bones live?

  186. I imagine Ezekiel be like most of us.

  187. He doesn't know what's going on. He doesn't understand and maybe

  188. doesn't know exactly what the right answer is.

  189. So I answered O Lord God you know, verse 4.

  190. Again he said to me prophesy to these bones.

  191. So first he's he's taking his equal to this place and he's had

  192. him walk all around these bones. Yes, Lord I see they're dry and

  193. they're very dry. But now he wants the preacher to

  194. preach to the dry bones but like any man of faith and strange

  195. having a request is this is he's going to preach, he's going to

  196. preach exactly what God tells him to preach.

  197. He's going to preach the word. And say to them old dry bones,

  198. hear the word of the Lord, thus says, the Lord God of these

  199. bones. Surely, I will cause breath to

  200. enter into you and you shall live.

  201. I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon.

  202. You cover you with skin and put breath in you and you shall

  203. live. Then you shall know that I am

  204. the Lord. Quickly on the messages, we get

  205. in this story is that God could bring the spiritually dead to

  206. life talking about is will see shortly.

  207. These are God's people but God's people can dry up and need to be

  208. brought back to life and God can do that.

  209. The Sadducees you remember supposed to believe in God

  210. supposed to believe in the Old Testament?

  211. They denied that God could bring the dead back to life, but it's

  212. quite clear here. Oh, yes.

  213. God can do this. So, I prophesied as I was

  214. commanded and as I prophesied there was a noise and suddenly a

  215. rattling and the bones came together, bone to bone.

  216. I see here, also the idea of division and, and within the

  217. body, things being healed in a bringing together.

  218. Indeed, as I look the sinews, and the flesh come upon them and

  219. the skin covered them over, but there was no breath in them.

  220. The bodies had flesh, they had muscle, but they weren't alive.

  221. Also, he said to me, prophesy to the breath prophesy, son of man.

  222. And say to the breath, thus says, the Lord God come from the

  223. Four Winds o breath and breathe on these slain that they may

  224. live. So, I prophesied, as he

  225. commanded me and breath came into them and they lived and

  226. stood upon their feet, an exceedingly, great Army.

  227. This suggests to me. what God can do with so little And with

  228. something that seems so weak and so powerless it suggests to me

  229. potential and it suggests to me the potential Within Me and the

  230. potential within you and the potential within us all of us

  231. together. We can be like a great Army.

  232. And God can do that through your weakness and through my

  233. weakness. He did it here with just a pile

  234. of dry bones verse 11, then he said to me, son of man, these

  235. bones are the whole house of Israel.

  236. That's right. That's God's people, these

  237. represent and this story represents the people of God.

  238. They weren't like they were supposed to be.

  239. They weren't living. Like they were supposed to be

  240. God, wasn't the center of their lives.

  241. Oh, they were God's people. They were the chosen people but

  242. they weren't living like it. They were so caught up in the

  243. things around them, the world that to God, they were like dry

  244. bones. They indeed, say, our bones are

  245. dry. Our hope is lost and we

  246. ourselves are cut off. They were discouraged, they were

  247. downtrodden. They were depressed.

  248. No wonder they had straight away from the Lord therefore prophesy

  249. and say to them. Thus says the Lord God, behold

  250. on my people, I will open your Graves and cause you to come up

  251. from your Graves and bring you into the land of Israel.

  252. Then you shall know that I am the Lord.

  253. When I have opened your Graves on my people and brought you up

  254. from In your Graves. Listen here, verse 14.

  255. Certainly speaking about what's going to happen through Jesus,

  256. in the New Testament, I will put my spirit in you and you shall

  257. live. I will place you in your own

  258. land, and you shall know that I, the Lord have spoken it and

  259. performed it says the Lord. What a beautiful passage power.

  260. There's power in that inspirational, isn't it?

  261. This morning brother sister, are you?

  262. Dry. I'm asking myself.

  263. I need to ask myself. We need to ask ourselves about

  264. that from time to time. How are we doing spiritually?

  265. I'm not talking about some superficial check, we do that

  266. sometimes. We need to do a complete

  267. physical on our spiritual selves.

  268. Call it a spiritual if you will, but we need to do it when you

  269. take a deep look inside, we need to take a close look at where

  270. we're at and in which direction we're going.

  271. As one man, put it it's important where you are today

  272. and it is and it's great that you're here at the house of the

  273. Lord. It's important where you are but

  274. it's more important. What's more important is the

  275. direction in which you were headed, where you go, are you

  276. dry this morning again? One of the greatest dangers of

  277. dehydration is that people are often unaware that they are

  278. becoming dehydrated and you could be dehydrated this morning

  279. spiritually dying. And not be aware of what is

  280. happening. Or adversary, Satan wants to

  281. fill you up with the saltwater of sin, the lust of the eyes,

  282. the lust of the Flesh and the pride of life.

  283. He wants to suck the life, spiritual it right out of you.

  284. And some Christians today and maybe some that are here today

  285. are allowing the Devil to do just that the devil wants you to

  286. become so self-absorbed. And all this world has to offer

  287. that. You forget about what really

  288. matters and then to you neglect, who and what you should be

  289. focused on this morning. There may be Christians in this

  290. room who were just like that pile of dry bones.

  291. And when God looks at you, He sees nothing but dry bones,

  292. bones that are very dry. What are some of the symptoms?

  293. if you have dry bones this morning, there's your life seem

  294. empty. Hopeless dry has your

  295. relationship with God. Dried up your relationship with

  296. your brothers and sisters. How is that?

  297. This morning? That's a symptom.

  298. If you don't see your brothers and sisters during the week, if

  299. you don't talk to them, if you don't communicate with them, if

  300. you don't have a relationship with them, it's a symptom, your

  301. bones are going dry, you're becoming dehydrated if you're

  302. dry it. Maybe because you haven't been

  303. to the Fountain lately, you may be suffering from dryness and

  304. spiritual stagnation, your spiritual life, may be as dry.

  305. And lifeless as the Sahara Desert, you may be suffering

  306. from From emptiness and spiritual dehydration.

  307. And what I'm asking you this morning is when was the last

  308. time that you and your private life in your prayer closet, so,

  309. to speak poured out, your heart to God In Prayer, Not just going

  310. through the rituals not just saying that same recorded prayer

  311. that you've got memorized. But I mean, pouring out your

  312. heart to God not just going through the motions But your

  313. heart was totally centered on the Beauty and the benefits of

  314. talking to God in prayer and of what he's done for you and for

  315. your family through Jesus Christ.

  316. If it's been a while, no wonder, you feel dry, no wonder, you

  317. feel empty people of Israel. The house of Israel knew that

  318. something was wrong. They just didn't know what to do

  319. to fix it. They'd become nothing more than

  320. just a pile of dry bones. They were just a bunch of

  321. spiritual skeletons up, a big pile of skulls and crossbones.

  322. The devil had his mark on them and they never even knew what

  323. was going on. They got to the point where they

  324. weren't doing anything because they couldn't do anything.

  325. How is it with you today? Have you dried up

  326. evangelistically? Meeting starts today.

  327. There, maybe even somebody here. Who'd forgot.

  328. There was even a meeting going on this week.

  329. That happens a couple times, maybe more in a congregation.

  330. This should be one of the highlights of our year because

  331. the church this this shining bright light this light house.

  332. If you please that keeps the light shining throughout the

  333. year is now focused on this week.

  334. For these eight days, we are going to shine the light

  335. brighter and in a more concentrated fashion than we

  336. have done. Everybody needs to be a part of

  337. that. But you can be a part of that,

  338. what you've been thinking about the last week and last few

  339. weeks, I know some of you because I've heard from you,

  340. this is the highlight of the month.

  341. One of the highlights of this season is getting ready for this

  342. meeting. Going to talk to people been

  343. talking to people about the meeting, going to invite people

  344. going to bring people to the meeting.

  345. Those people back then they couldn't Influence People.

  346. They couldn't even influence their own children because they

  347. were just a big pile of calcified clubs exposed for all

  348. to see. And if it's been a while, since

  349. you poured out, your heart and prayer.

  350. And if you're not praying without ceasing and you you were

  351. dry. You are dehydrated, whether you

  352. know it or not, you need to go to the rock.

  353. You need some Living Water. How do you know if your dry?

  354. How do you know if you're spiritually dehydrated Check

  355. what you're doing. when you're not working, and when you're not

  356. sleeping, If you're working over those 50 or 60 hours a week,

  357. you're probably working too much.

  358. Where's the Lord fit in to your time?

  359. What are you doing during your what we call sometimes free

  360. time? So many Christians are just

  361. wandering and stumbling about in a desert of selfishness and

  362. slothfulness, why are we growing in some congregation?

  363. You've been growing here, but you could probably grow more.

  364. If more people were on fire, like they should be and many

  365. congregation. There are members of the Lord's

  366. Church who wouldn't attend a regular weekly Bible study.

  367. If the Apostle Paul was there to conduct it.

  368. That's dry. That's dry, brother, that's dry

  369. sister, and in most congregations, there are

  370. Christians. So, busy going about With other

  371. things in life. So busy gorging themselves,

  372. spiritually, speaking on the carbonated caffeinated, corn

  373. syrup e, colas of this world that they can't make time for

  374. any more than just a sip or two of Living Water on Sunday

  375. morning brother sister. If that's you, you're dry, you

  376. need to do something about that, you're dehydrating yourself

  377. spiritually. When you look in the mirror this

  378. morning, You probably look the same way you did last week last

  379. year, but there may be a different you today than there

  380. was last year or a few years ago you're changing on the outside.

  381. You may look the same but your soul is shrinking, it shriveling

  382. up because you've not had the Living Water.

  383. You're not getting to the Living Water.

  384. Like you need to. You need to go to the well.

  385. You better get back to the well soon before.

  386. It's too late. While he can make your dry bones

  387. live. How many people here today?

  388. Have been saying, you know what? I really need to start reading

  389. the Bible every day. How many times that happened

  390. during a meeting? Or maybe a cyst?

  391. Maybe a brother has a shared with you from the pulpit and

  392. probably, you know, when you start reading the Bible daily

  393. and you say yeah you know that's right and you start up and you

  394. go for a week or two or maybe three weeks and you go back to

  395. the same old self. We need to stick with it.

  396. There's some things that you knew, you know, you need to be

  397. doing you to get at it. You stay with it.

  398. You stay keep feeding yourself, feeling yourself.

  399. With the Water of Life. There's somebody here.

  400. Maybe today. Who's been saying, you know, one

  401. of these days. How do you obey the gospel?

  402. I need to get my sins washed away.

  403. I need to get in the water but you've been putting it off.

  404. You take care of that, you take care of that today, there's

  405. probably somebody here that in some other way, there's some

  406. things going on in your life that are wrong that you need to

  407. fix and you know, you need to fix them.

  408. You just say well I'm going to take care of that one of these

  409. days. Days.

  410. You need to turn that one of these days into today.

  411. You need to come to the Fountain.

  412. You need to come for The Living, Water need to stop playing games

  413. with God, and get to the Fountain.

  414. Let's go back to our text verse 2.

  415. Back to Ezekiel, 37 verse 2. Then he caused me to pass by

    Ezekiel 37:2

  416. them all around. And behold there were very many

  417. in the open Valley. And indeed, they were very dry.

  418. I get the idea here that when we're dry that we discuss God,

  419. we disappoint God, we upset God, we disappoint, Jesus verse 3,

  420. And he said to me, son of man can these bones live?

  421. So I answered O Lord God, you know.

  422. The preachers optimistic. If God says, these bones are

  423. going to live, he believes it, but from where he look, he's

  424. looking these bones are awful, dry, you know, God you tell me,

  425. It's our job as leaders and teachers spiritual leaders as in

  426. our homes, father's to be optimistic and to be positive

  427. and stretch forward and reach forward.

  428. Ephesians 3 verse 21 says that you're able to do exceedingly,

    Ephesians 3:21

  429. God is able to do in you exceedingly, abundantly above

  430. all that we ask or think. Are you weak today?

  431. God wants you, strong Ephesians 6, verse 12.

    Ephesians 6:12

  432. He didn't want you to be a Christian wants to be a strong

  433. Christian, and he can make you a strong Christian.

  434. If you let him Why are you so dry today?

  435. If you're dry, you have a dead marriage.

  436. Is your marriage dying? God doesn't want it that way.

  437. You know, the world is overrun with divorce adultery divorce,

  438. remarriage and divorce, and remarriage and divorce.

  439. And remarriage, that's not God's way.

  440. But sometimes in our homes, we think we're, okay?

  441. As long as we're still married, But a relationship is dying or

  442. dead. That's not God's way either,

  443. that's not the way God ever intended for it to be.

  444. And if that's the way it is in your marriage, your bones are

  445. dry. Need to go to the well, What

  446. about your relationships within the body?

  447. Some people, some people say, well, I just don't feel like I'm

  448. a part. I feel like I've kind of been

  449. pushed out to the edge. I don't feel like I'm a member

  450. of the body. And sometimes when I watch and

  451. when I listen to way people, behave and interact with their

  452. brothers and sisters, I'm not surprised the way they feel that

  453. way. Need to go to the well, Matthew

    Matthew 7:12

  454. 7 verse 12, The Golden Rule. Do you treat your brother the

  455. way you want to be treated? You talk to them, your sister,

  456. the way you want them to talk to you, sometimes.

  457. We don't, no wonder our relationships are dying.

  458. If you don't want others to be hypercritical of you, if you

  459. don't want others to be backbiting about you or on, you

  460. don't do that to them. How are you treating other

  461. people? Do you just use people, or do

  462. you really care? If you invest your lives in

  463. other people, do you support them?

  464. Do you help them? If not, you're dry, it's not

  465. what Jesus wants out of you. God looks down, he sees dry

  466. bones and he's disappointed and he's disgusting.

  467. Go to the well are you cuddling sin this morning, is there some

  468. begetting sin that like a blood sucking leech is sucking the

  469. life right out of you? I can kill a marriage, it can

  470. kill any relationship with your brother or sister, you need to

  471. repent if that's you this morning.

  472. You need to repent of your dry, bone ways and come to the

  473. fountain. Know this.

  474. It's Disobedience that creates dissing.

  475. You feel like you're distant from God.

  476. You feel like he's not really with you.

  477. It's Disobedience somewhere in your life, distance creates

  478. dryness and drifting and backsliding.

  479. If you're dry this morning, it may very well be because there's

  480. too much distance between you and God.

  481. You got to get the sin out, you got to get the sin out of your

  482. life and Let Jesus come in. Most dead bones will rise.

  483. We all have dry moments, but if you're living in the valley of

  484. dry bones, if you've lost the joy of your salvation, if

  485. dryness is the rule and rejoicing is the exception, it's

  486. probably because their sin somewhere in your life, maybe

  487. there's a relationship that, you know, you need to do something

  488. to fix and you've not done it. You've been stubborn, you've

  489. been proud. I like the way Tony Evans

  490. elaborated on this idea. He says Pluto is the ninth

  491. planet from the sun and it's cold on Pluto.

  492. It's so cold because it's so far from the Sun s un Distance makes

  493. us cold Mercury is so hot because it's so close to the

  494. Sun. Our distance to the Sun.

  495. Affects our temperature and that's true.

  496. Also spiritually, the closer you are to the Sun.

  497. S 0n, the warmer you become How warmer you, how warm are you

  498. toward the members of the family of God, that's an indication of

  499. how close you are to the Sun. The question, we're asking this

  500. morning is, do you have the living water?

  501. Do you have Jesus? And are you feeling yourself up

  502. with Jesus Christ? His word?

  503. His will and his ways. If not brother or sister, you

  504. are spiritually, spiritually, dehydrated, your dry, your dry

  505. bones. And that's not what God wants

  506. you to be, but you don't have to be that way.

  507. You don't have to die, you can come to Jesus Christ.

  508. There's a happy. Ending to the story, no matter.

  509. How dry you are, no matter how dehydrated you are, no matter

  510. how deep you are in the valley of dry bones, or how long you've

  511. been there, God can bring you back.

  512. God could put flesh on you, spiritually speaking.

  513. He can put the breath back in. You, he can set you on higher

  514. ground and you can go back to the Fountain.

  515. If you just decide that you will listen to John 4 verse 14, Jesus

    John 4:14

  516. speaking. But whoever drinks of the water

  517. that I shall give him will never thirst.

  518. But the water that I shall give him will become a fountain of

  519. water springing up. And everlasting God.

  520. God wants for you to have the Abundant Life, The Good Life.

  521. If that's not the way your life is.

  522. If you're dry. Because you need to go to the

  523. Fountain. You need to go to the well,

  524. Something else you're talking about, dryness dehydration,

  525. there are people today pulpits in this city on televisions and

  526. on radio stations. Who are dehydrating The Plan of

  527. Salvation taking the water right out of the Plan of Salvation.

  528. You know what? That's like.

  529. You know how effective that is? And taking care of sin.

  530. I'll tell you how effective that is.

  531. That's like you going home today and you putting in a load of

  532. laundry and do your washing machine and you unhooking the

  533. water. What's gonna happen?

  534. You know, how to get those stains out.

  535. And when you take water out of the Plan of Salvation, you can

  536. be sure you're not going to get the stains of sin out of your

  537. life. That's what's going on in the

  538. world today, that won't work. You got to put the water in

  539. Jesus said in John 3 verse 5 except a man be born of water

    John 3:5

  540. and of the spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of heaven.

  541. There's water in the plant can any man forbid water.

  542. See here is water. What doth hinder me to be

  543. baptized? There's water in the Plan of

  544. Salvation. So if you have per ticket per

  545. taken of one of these plans of Salvation that is taken the

  546. water out. That's no good.

  547. The stain of sin is still there. Need to go to the fountain.

  548. Need to go to the water. You'd have your sins washed away

  549. and the watery grave of baptism. Even the Apostle Paul had to go

  550. that route and Acts 22:16. He was told and now why tarriest

    Acts 22:16

  551. thou arise and be baptized and wash away?

  552. Your sins? Calling on the name of the Lord

  553. if you're dry this morning. Maybe because You're still not a

  554. Christian. You tried to get saved at some

  555. point in your life, but somebody took the water out, put the

  556. water in, then you get in the water wash.

  557. Those sins away, gotta put the Flesh on those bones.

  558. Put the breath in your life. You can be alive and you can

  559. serve God and you can please God and you can stay At the

  560. fountain, there's someone here this morning who straight away

  561. from God. Who's left, the fold won't you

  562. come back? Get the sin out of your life?

  563. If you've never become a Christian, you've tried some

  564. kind of substitute or shortcut Plan of Salvation, come to the

  565. water. The water, the spirit and the

  566. blood. The Bible says, in first John

  567. five or six through eight, the water spirit and the blood.

  568. These are the three witness they'll bear testimony to your

  569. salvation. We thank you for listening to
