  1. Today, we're going to talk about the home.

  2. Do you have a home? and you know, when we talk about

  3. the home, we're not talking about the house where the

  4. members of the home leave, we're talking about the people that

  5. conform a family, A marriage. A son parents.

  6. A vomity. We're going to talk about the

  7. home today. And you have a home.

  8. Praise the Lord. Do your best to keep that home

  9. as strong and as Christian as possible.

  10. Do your best make a team practice unity.

  11. Pull the burden and the same direction.

  12. B1 B1 B2. You your wife your children and

  13. be one all together with God. Then you're going to have a

  14. home. You have that home, enjoy it.

  15. Enjoy it. If you don't well listen.

  16. What we're going to study. Perhaps your kid, you can build

  17. a home, a Christian Home, strong form.

  18. So we're going to talk for a few minutes about A home.

  19. The basis for lesson is pounding, Joshua chapter 24

    Joshua 24:14

  20. verses 14 and 15. We're going to talk about what

  21. Joshua said as for me and my house.

  22. And you know the rest of that purse isn't it?

  23. Well we're going to talk about that, that home, Joshua 24, 14

  24. and 15 says now therefore fear the lord serve him in sincerity.

  25. And in truth him put away the gods, which your father's Serve

  26. on the other side of the river in Egypt, serve the Lord and He

  27. feet seemed evil to you to serve the Lord choose, for yourself

  28. this day, whom you will serve whether the gods which your

  29. father's serve that. We're on the other side of the

  30. river of the Gods of the amorites in whose land you

  31. dwell. But us for me, very important.

  32. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

  33. Please pay attention to the underlined words in order to

  34. have her home. Always think not only about you

  35. you and your house. Thank you brother, you and your

  36. wife and your children all together, okay.

  37. But in order to serve the Lord you need to fear the lord serve

  38. him in sincerity. And in truth then you're going

  39. to serve the Lord. Then you're going to serve the

  40. Lord you and your household. That's the only way this, this

  41. works, many Christians, many Christians do not see their

  42. homes as sacred as sacred as the church.

  43. They have undervalue and underestimated, God's

  44. perspective, a love for the home.

  45. Listen God began human existence with a marriage.

  46. And we a home. The first community that God

  47. established was the family. He had a relationship with men

  48. in the context of the family before the establishment of the

  49. church. The Israelites did not have a

  50. formal place of worship until the Tabernacle of Moses before

  51. this. The place of worship was the

  52. home in all worship was the record and lead by the head of

  53. the home, the husband, and the father Deuteronomy chapter 6

  54. verses 66 through 4 through 9 says Hear o Israel, the Lord Our

  55. God. The Lord is one.

  56. You shall love the Lord, your God with all your heart, with

  57. all your soul and with all your strength.

  58. And these words, which I command you today, shall be your heart,

  59. you shall teach them diligently to your children in shock.

  60. Pop pop them. When you sit at your house when

  61. you walk, by the way, when you lay down and when you rise up,

  62. you shall bind them as a sign on your in and they shall be as

  63. frontlets between your eyes, you shall write them on the doors

  64. doorpost of your house and on your Gates.

  65. We need to teach any time to our children.

  66. But you know, you cannot teach them effectively, if you do not

  67. give the right and proper example.

  68. This is so important, our children, learns the best, three

  69. more effective ways for children to learn Christian Life.

  70. His number one, by example, number two, by example and

  71. number three. By example, there is no other

  72. way. You can teach them about God, in

  73. all what God wants that, they wanted to see you.

  74. They want to see Jesus and you father and mother does.

  75. He only way that you are going to be effective as parent so you

  76. cannot pass on something that you do not have.

  77. Look, what is underlined? And these words which I command

  78. you today shall be in your heart.

  79. We parents kept to have all these the will of God, then our

  80. hearts leaving them daily have home, you know.

  81. At home. Is sometimes the place where we

  82. do not practice Christianity, nobody is seeing us are brothers

  83. and sisters. Are not there.

  84. So sometimes in the home, we don't practice Christianity in

  85. our relationship. That we have at home so we need

  86. to First have these things. The will of God in our hearts.

  87. Okay? When you leave those, then

  88. you're gonna teach the children, they going to get it then go to

  89. make sense and they're going to learn it and apply it, okay?

  90. That's the only way. That this works.

  91. So it is so important to realize this Sometimes Christians can

  92. replace the home with the time when we get together as a church

  93. to worship. God.

  94. For many Christians and their families.

  95. All the spirituality this exercise in church all prayers

  96. is or a church or teaching is in charge and not in the home.

  97. That is completely wrong. Completely wrong.

  98. And some Christian homes. There has been an abdication of

  99. responsibility. For Godly leadership family,

  100. service and spiritual discipleship.

  101. How do we experience genuine divine blessing in our home?

  102. What can we do to follow? God pattern for the home?

  103. Well, that's what we're going to study to this morning.

  104. So please pay close, attention, close attention.

  105. Choose to make your home. He's home.

  106. He's done. My home is his home.

  107. So remember choose to make our home.

  108. He is whole, that's what Joshua Joshua to choose.

  109. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

  110. Joshua made a choice for his home.

  111. His choice was for his household to serve.

  112. A God, only to worship him and offer a daily sacrifice at bomb,

  113. not only something boarding, Sunday evening, and Wednesdays.

  114. No, no, that whole we are a Living Sacrifice.

  115. A daily basis every were all the time including home, Romans

    Romans 12:1

  116. 12:1. And 2 tells us this very, very

  117. clear, regardless of the choices of others, yahshua's wife, and

  118. children knew which way he would lead them.

  119. The challenges of Joshua's, they are not less than those will

  120. live among today. We have to choose to leave a con

  121. according to God's design for our homes and Families.

  122. Jacob like Joshua also made a clear decision for the spiritual

  123. direction of his family. It says and Jacob said to his

  124. household and to all who were with thee with him, put away the

  125. foreign gods that are among you purify yourself, and change your

  126. garments. Then let us arise and go up the

  127. better and I will make an offer. They're to God who answer me and

  128. the day of my distress and can be with me and the way, which I

  129. I kept gone. He's my home.

  130. She's home. That's a very important

  131. question. He's my home.

  132. She is his home. Well, the answer to this

  133. question. Or to answer this question is

  134. not enough saying. Yes, of course, you know, the

  135. whole holthaus that died several years ago.

  136. No, no, that, that does not. That does not answer the

  137. question. Now, don't tell me I attained

  138. to, you know, to the worship Services, Sunday morning, and

  139. start something evening and middle which services.

  140. So yes, yes, my form is his Well, note that does not the

  141. right answer yet. We started the Bible.

  142. We give money to the contribution to spread the

  143. gospel. Well, let me tell you something.

  144. To answer. This question is deeper than

  145. these. It involves that Jesus could be

  146. the center in the life of all the members of that family. that

  147. all decisions made and that home where according to what Jesus

  148. says That when you have visitors, they can see Jesus.

  149. The dark place in your home. So it is so important to realize

  150. how deep this question is, and of course, the answer is not

  151. easy, but you and I can have a home and we can answer.

  152. Yes, my home is his home. We're going to study some

  153. principles that could really help us to make my home.

  154. His home to make your home, his home.

  155. That's why we are here. That's why I choose to share

  156. with this. Some thoughts about the home, Do

  157. we behave at home as we behave before services?

  158. And after services, with all our brothers and sisters?

  159. You know, one time in one thing, you just beating one name who

  160. was in charge of the meeting introduced on McCord.

  161. And he said, you know, I know that this brother that he going

  162. to stand before us to preach tonight and Start talking about,

  163. don't like War, beautiful things about him.

  164. Well, when don't make, or came to the pulpit, say, I appreciate

  165. what these young, you know, I appreciate, you know, like that,

  166. you know, I appreciate the way my, my brother introduced me.

  167. You know, that's what he said, you know?

  168. But I think he needs to talk to my wife first and that's exactly

  169. right. Because sometimes we are so nice

  170. and if I'm lying, let me know after Services.

  171. Sometimes we are so nice with everybody at church.

  172. Well, you know, our sister said, wow, what a husband has my

  173. sister. So and so he's, you know, he's

  174. so kind and, you know, Paula I did.

  175. What happened at school? Is it the same thing or

  176. different like this, you know, you know, well, it's very, very

  177. important, very important because sometimes we can't

  178. deceive other people very easily because they do not live with us

  179. at home. So we need to be very careful.

  180. Because sometimes when people you know our brothers and

  181. sisters are around us, we act one way but they are not we are

  182. and different way. No, we need to be Christians

  183. everywhere, including our homes. This is so so important God

  184. teaches us that we have to seek and how thetic Sheep with God in

  185. our home, always in our home, always always.

  186. If we if we do that or homes will be blessed really blessed

  187. because the presence of God going to be there.

  188. His glory going to be there. His Blessing going to be there.

  189. He correction. Going to be there, he's

  190. protection. Going to be there so yes it is

  191. very convenient to do what he says at home.

  192. Living in such a way brings blessings to our homes.

  193. Burning battery. When Okay.

  194. Okay, look what he says in Psalm 128 blessed.

  195. Is everyone who fears? The Lord, who walks in his ways.

  196. When you eat the labor of your hands, you shall be happy and it

  197. shall be well with you. Your wife shall be like a

  198. fruitful Vine and the Very heart of your house.

  199. Your children like, Olive plants, all around your table.

  200. The whole does, shall the maybe play Guess who?

  201. Fears the Lord? The Lord bless you out of Sion

  202. and made. You see the good of Jerusalem at

  203. the day. All days of your life.

  204. Yes Mei Mei. You see your children's

  205. children. Wow.

  206. You have grandchildren tie him. Wow.

  207. Sometimes I teasing my one said, I don't know why.

  208. We don't have grandchildren instead of children you know

  209. because wow. And take everything, you have

  210. good things. Well, grandchildren, take from

  211. us, those good things that we have, it's just amazing to enjoy

  212. Grand grandchildren. See you going to be blessed if

  213. you make your whom he is home. Very very important.

  214. Another thing. Welcome his presence.

  215. Our homes. It's not the same, you know,

  216. that God is omnipresent. Okay, so he's watching you, you

  217. know, at your home, he watching us and our homes, okay?

  218. But, you know, we're not talking about his omnipresence, we're

  219. talking about. Hmm, welcome, welcome him in our

  220. homes, inviting him to be part of our daily lives.

  221. This is something Okay. Look what it says in second,

  222. Samuel chapter 6 verse 9 through 11.

  223. Hmm, David was afraid of the Lord that day.

  224. He said, how can the Ark of the Lord come to me.

  225. So David would not move the Ark of the Lord with him into the

  226. city of David. But David took it aside into the

  227. house of beaded, don't they eat tight?

  228. The Ark of the Lord remain in the house of beaded on the heat.

  229. I trim three months and the Lord blessed, or being it all and all

  230. his household. And the Lord bless that family.

  231. Because the Ark of the Covenant was in that house, three months.

  232. For three months, the most awesome symbol of God's presence

  233. was hidden in that home. The Ark of the Covenant was the

  234. most sacred Oracle in all Israel history.

  235. The most powerful powerful object on the face of the Earth.

  236. The ark was the focal point on that home.

  237. I am certain Beyond doubt that the ark change the way they

  238. leave and that and that house. Yes.

  239. Well, let me tell you something. If you want them, God to you

  240. home, he's going to stay there and he doing bite him and he

  241. stays there. You live in trying to change

  242. forever. Your home is going to change

  243. forever, no doubt about it, no doubt about it every day for

  244. three months. They were aware that God was

  245. leaving with them lodging and their large when God's presence

  246. is welcome. A home is truly blessed.

  247. That's when you hell a home that's when you have a Christian

  248. Home, strong home because the presence of God is in your home,

  249. The Ark of the Covenant. Really brought so many blessings

  250. to, or beat it on heat. Remind them daily, have God's

  251. presence and goodness. His faithfulness promises power

  252. and Glory or else you can ask for you.

  253. Don't need anything else. He God, if God is in your room

  254. you do not need anybody else. but if he's not no matter how

  255. many are nothing happens. Nothing.

  256. Nothing happens. Inside the Ark of the Covenant

  257. were three items. The two stones of the law given

  258. to Moses a jar or manner, from Israel, Wilderness, wandering,

  259. and Aaron's budding stuff. Those three things were in the

  260. Ark of the Covenant. according to my humble perspective, I

  261. believe these three things have a representation in our homes

  262. and we need we need to have these three things in our homes

  263. today in order in order to welcome God in our home.

  264. The two stone tablets of the law given to Moses.

  265. To my humble perspective. I said already.

  266. Represent God's word in our homes.

  267. So we need we need to have God's word in our homes, okay?

  268. A jar of manna from Israel Wilderness.

  269. Wandering represent God's provision in our homes.

  270. And let me tell you, Aaron's body staff.

  271. Represent God or day, leadership in our homes.

  272. Those three things. We need to have them in our

  273. homes. In order to welcome God to our

  274. homes, In his house, God was acknowledged by value and

  275. treasure. Jacob says, I will make an

  276. author, they're there to God, like yahshua, same thing like

  277. Edom obvio, like a Beat It Down. So, think about this.

  278. I said if you if you have if you have a home enjoy it and do your

  279. best to keep that home in bad, God to you home do or work hard

  280. so that you home. Be his home. if you need to

  281. build, The home, well, built and Ark of Salvation.

  282. And in, in your, in your home, look what it says in Hebrews,

  283. 11:7 by faith, Noah being divinely warned of Things.

  284. Not Seen, not yet seen moved with Godly fear prepared, an ark

  285. for, for the saving of his household, by which he commanded

  286. the world and became her. Of the righteousness, which is

  287. according to Faith, Noah did did all he could to save his family.

  288. You know, for me, he is the most effective preacher that ever

  289. exist. Even though he fail, preaching

  290. to the whole world, he convenes. Nobody How come he was the most

  291. effective creature on the earth? Well he convinced his wife, he

  292. convinced his children. Kickin beans.

  293. His daughters in law. 8, people, you cannot be more effective

  294. than this, you know, Brethren. I go preach the word all the way

  295. to Argentina. Chile, Colombia, Venezuela Cuba,

  296. Mexico, Spain. But that doesn't mean nothing.

  297. That does not mean nothing. You know why?

  298. Because if I don't do my work, my job at home, All those

  299. traveling and preaching this like trash.

  300. He said home, where you prove who you are and to whom you

  301. serve. He said home where you prove

  302. that you are a follower of Jesus Christ in a child of God is at

  303. home. Never forget that.

  304. So we need to build an Ark of Salvation in our homes.

  305. Noah did not prove the children and wife and daughter should

  306. know a come push them to go into the ark but he provide a way to

  307. escape that's only does the only thing that we can do.

  308. Okay. How by our example and teaching

  309. them. About God and His glory.

  310. Exalt God in you home all the time.

  311. Hmm. First Corinthians 10:31 says

    1 Corinthians 10:31

  312. therefore whether you eat or drink or whatever you do do all

  313. to the glory of God we talked about that on Friday, right?

  314. Well, now we add practice these in your home.

  315. See, not only outside of your home, you practice that in your

  316. home, and that going to make a great difference.

  317. Hmm, example, christlikeness your home, Paul said imitate me.

  318. Just as I also imitate Christ. We can that door children, he

  319. meet, Amy. He may take mom, as we imitate

  320. Christ, that's the only way this works.

  321. He encouraged faithfulness and your home.

  322. They need to see you serving Faithfully to God.

  323. You cannot deceive your children.

  324. Try try to deceive your children.

  325. Know you can't. They know us.

  326. From top to bottom. He knows who we are.

  327. You want to know? What aleus is talk to Jacob.

  328. Caring, whatever they say. That's exactly right.

  329. No matter what you see in me or what I tell, you know what they

  330. tell about Elias. That's exactly right.

  331. It does you truth So be faithful to God had home in your

  332. relationship with your wife. We did children.

  333. Then they going to be faithful, be faithful until death and I

  334. will give you the Crown of Life be faithful until death at home.

  335. Her home all the time, you can add at home.

  336. Instruct your children and guide your wife and God's ways in you

  337. home. Yes, that is our responsibility.

  338. That's her head of the whole. We aren't the spiritual guidance

  339. guide in our homes. We Men That's what the Bible

  340. says. That's what Joshua said.

  341. Efficient for our 64 says. And you fathers do not provoke

  342. your children to wrath but bring them up in the training and

  343. admonition of the Lord, they need you so badly.

  344. They need you every day and every aspect of their lives.

  345. Be the right example, live for Jesus.

  346. Love discipline. Damn.

  347. And Teach them the way to heaven.

  348. Established Godly values in your home.

  349. Look Philippians 4:8, says, finally Brethren, whatever

    Philippians 4:8

  350. things are true. Whatever things are noble,

  351. whatever things are, just whatever things are pure,

  352. whatever things are, lovely, whatever.

  353. Things are of good report if there is any virtue, and if

  354. there is anything praiseworthy, meditate on these things,

  355. practice all this and you're home. when you do that, you you

  356. going to have A Christian home and strong strong home.

  357. Barry sees several short conclusion.

  358. We learned how important the home and family are for God.

  359. Godparent for the home and the family, we learned his

  360. principles for blessing. For blessing and the home and

  361. the family. I hope and pray that these

  362. thoughts could really help us to build a home.

  363. Make you home to be his home. Welcome God to you home and be

  364. prepare to enjoy all the blessings that he wants to give

  365. in your home. Do you have a home?

  366. If you have a home, congratulations, enjoy that

  367. home. Do your best to keep it close to

  368. God. If You Dance, God's God's word

  369. has the direction? How you can build a home?

  370. They're our brothers here who can help you with the Bible, to

  371. teach you how to build a Christian and strong strong

  372. home. This is the lesson for this

  373. morning. I hope and pray that this

  374. thoughts could really help us, too.

  375. Keep a home. If you have it, if not build, a

  376. home will a home. If anybody in the audience

  377. hasn't obeyed, the gospel told yet.

  378. Today is the day of salvation. That's what it says in 2nd

  379. Corinthians chapter 6 and verse 2.

  380. Today is the day of salvation. You want to save your soul if

  381. you want to have a home in heaven.

  382. If you want to have an abundant life, you know, this evening,

  383. we're gonna study, how you can achieve an abundant life.

  384. Three little things that you have to practice and then you're

  385. going to have an abundant life in at the end everlasting life

  386. in heaven, okay. So if you want to became become

  387. a Christian, a child of God and receive all kind of spiritual

  388. blessing, You need to obey A Simple Plan of Salvation.

  389. You need to hear the word of God.

  390. Romans 10:17, you need to believe that Christ is the Son

    Romans 10:17

  391. of God, John 3:16, repent of your sins as Luke 13, 1 through

    John 3:16

  392. 5 says you need to confess. That Christ is the Son of God,

  393. according to Romans, 10:9, and 10.
