-
Our scripture reading comes from second chronicles, chapter 20.
2 Chronicles 20 chapter mention
-
And we are reading verse 20 to verse 30.
-
Second chronicles, chapter 20, verse 20 to 30.
-
This is the month of empowered strategies and it is a spirit, a producing spirit, led excellence and we shall be focusing on Daniel by and large.
-
But for today, the Lord put in my heart that we should enter the month of October, november and December with a shout of praise.
-
That's what the Lord put in my heart and that's why, yes, we can give a hand to the Lord, and so I order praise by this sermon and I pray also that God will fill our lips with praise, hallelujah.
-
Now it says the following second chronicles, chapter 20 from verse 20, we call it the 2020 of second chronicles.
2 Chronicles 20 chapter mention
-
Early in the morning, they left for the desert of Tikor.
-
As they set out, jehoshaphat student said listen to me, judah and the people of Jerusalem.
-
Have faith in the Lord, your God, and you will be upheld.
-
That's very important.
-
Have faith in his prophets and you will be successful.
-
After consulting the people, jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as he went out at the head of the army, saying give thanks to the Lord for his love and yours forever.
-
Listen to this in verse 22.
-
As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Amon and Moab and Mount Sia who were invading Judah.
-
They were defeated.
-
The Amonites and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Sia to destroy and annihilate them.
-
After they finished slaughtering the men from Sia, they helped to destroy one another.
-
This is what praise does.
-
When the men of Judah came to the place that overlooks the desert and looked towards the vast army, they saw only dead bodies lying on the ground.
-
No one had escaped.
-
So Jehoshaphat and his men went to carry off plunder, and they found among them a great amount of equipment and clothing and also articles of value more than they could take away.
-
There was so much plunder that it took three days to collect it.
-
On the fourth day, they assembled in the valley of Beraka, where they praised the Lord.
-
This is why it is called the valley of Beraka to this day.
-
Then, led by Jehoshaphat, all the men of Judah and Jerusalem returned joyfully to Jerusalem, for the Lord had given them cost to rejoice.
-
And I want to say God is going to give you cost to rejoice.
-
Hallelujah Over their enemies.
-
They entered Jerusalem and went to the temple of the Lord with hops and liars and trumpets, and after I share the word, we shall blow the shofar today, as we enter the gates of this last quarter of the year.
-
The fear of the Lord, the fear of God, came on all the surrounding kingdoms when they heard how the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel and the kingdom of Jehoshaphat was at peace, for his God had given him rest on every side.
-
May I declare that God will give you peace and rest from every side.
-
Father, in Jesus' name, I want to thank you for the power that is in your word.
-
Thank you for this text I have just read and, lord, even as I bring it over, I serve it to your people.
-
I know it is food for the soul.
-
I pray that, god, you would use me, lord, cause us to receive it with joy and thanksgiving.
-
And, lord, thank you for all who have come today in Parson.
-
We thank you for the children, the youth who are also meeting in their sanctuaries, and also thank you for the ones who are following this service, and we know there are many from around the world.
-
Wherever they are gathered following this service, my Lord, I release a blessing in their direction.
-
May we all receive your word.
-
In Jesus' name.
-
We pray and we all say amen.
-
We may have our seats.
-
There is one family that asked me to say thanks to the congregation for supporting them during the bereavement of their father.
-
These are the Muitas, the Botelas and the Mugambis.
-
Their father was come.
-
I really have seen one of the children from that family sitting somewhere here.
-
Also, the El Gio Maracue.
-
What John Deacon announced that initiative.
-
We have a tent outside this way and there is a banner.
-
Please pass by there to get more information on how we can engage.
-
We are making a lot of progress and Pastor Maschina will come one of these days to give us a testimony.
-
Praise the strategy that prevails.
-
Second Chronicles, chapter 20, from verse 20 to verse 30.
2 Chronicles 20 chapter mention
-
Praise the strategy that prevails, and there are three areas we're going to look at Praise that magnifies God over the situation, praise that invites God into the situation.
-
And praise that overcomes the enemy, magnifies God over the situation, invites God into the situation and overcomes the enemy.
-
This is the strategy that we have just read here.
-
I would guarantee by this someone today and indicate that the sum is a strategy that actually works.
-
So, first of all, this is praise that magnifies God over the situation.
-
We all know that a strategy is a plan of action designed to achieve a desired goal, and a strategy positions us in a place where we end up fulfilling our purpose.
-
That is a good strategy.
-
Now, the strategy given by Prophet Jihaziel to the nation of Israel at this time is not a strategy that we would quickly, if we were sitting around a board meeting and you have a prophet at the corner, a spirit field prophet called Jihaziel, and this month we're going to be talking about spirit led excellence, that is, listening to the Holy Spirit, and he's also say it somewhere have faith in his prophets.
-
That prophet is actually mentioned in verse 14.
-
Then the spirit of the Lord came on Jihaziel, son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeho, the son of Matania, a Levite and a descendant of Asif.
-
As he stood in the assembly, he said and today God's spirit is speaking.
-
Listen, king Jehoshaphat.
-
And God is speaking to somebody here saying listen, listen, king Jehoshaphat, and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem, this is what the Lord says to you do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army, for the battle is not yours but God's tomorrow, march down against them.
-
They will be climbing and this guy, jehaziel, is actually prophesying and there's a visitation of the Holy Spirit upon him.
-
And it's no longer Jehaziel speaking by the spirit of God, and he's speaking to a people who are actually surrounded by vicious armies and he is giving them a strategy.
-
And I said, sometimes in our board meetings we discuss everything else, we come up with all kinds of strategy, except the strategy that will give us victory, the strategy that actually comes from the Lord.
-
And praise is not a prescription that we would quickly, quickly jump on to, especially when we are under pressure and they are deadlines and there are all these kind of issues that are surrounding us.
-
Praise is not a prescription we would quickly jump on to, but I want to thank God for kings like Jehoshaphat, for CEOs, for leaders, for fathers and mothers in homes who will listen when they hear the voice of a prophecy through their child who is saying mom and dad, listen, listen.
-
And then they start to speak and what they say is not conventional wisdom, it is not conventional strategy, it is what you call a kingdom strategy, is a strategy which has come not from the horizontals bow down, but actually directly from from above, and I want to thank God for churches and families and communities.
-
That will take time, especially when under pressure, to ask what is God saying, and even if it takes being silent before the Lord and you say we are going to be silent until the Lord speaks.
-
If he's going to take that, then don't be afraid of silence, even if it takes five minutes because in that particular context, then the voice of the Lord will speak and God gives a prescription and he gives a strategy.
-
And let me say today, as we start this month, and we are looking at empowered strategies, empowered by the Holy Spirit, god's strategies always work.
-
Why?
-
Because the physical is backed by the spiritual and oftentimes we are seeing the great army but we don't know that there is a spirit that needs to be broken behind that army.
-
And once that spirit is broken behind that army, then this army becomes powerless.
-
Actually it gets confused, and so praise is a spiritual weapon and it's also a kingdom strategy.
-
And Prophet Jahazel gives that prescription to Jahoshaphat, the king, and the king adopts it and begins to proclaim it and, as you see in that text, he begins to, you know, to direct, and so magnifies God over the situation, from verse one to twelve in the chronicles passage we just read.
-
After this, the Moabites and the Ammonites, with some of the Mennonites, or Mennonites, came to wage war against Jahoshaphat.
-
Some people came and told Jahoshaphat a vast army is coming against you from Idom, from the other side of the Dead Sea.
-
It is ready, it's already in, has a zone, tamar, that is Engedi alarmed Jahoshaphat.
-
This verse three resolved to inquire of the Lord and I thank God of that to about that.
-
And he proclaimed the first for all Judah.
-
The people of Judah came together to seek help from the Lord.
-
Indeed, they came from every town in Judah to seek him.
-
Then Jahoshaphat stood up in the assembly of Judah and Jerusalem, at the temple of the Lord, in front of the new courtier, and say Lord, and listen now how he begins to magnify the Lord.
-
This is from Jahoshaphat, the king, lord, the God of our ancestors.
-
And the moment we start magnifying the Lord, our eyes shift from the problem and they start seeing the beauty of the glory of God.
-
Lord, god of our ancestors, are you not the God who is in heaven?
-
You rule over all the kingdoms of the nations.
-
Power and might are in your hand and no one can withstand you.
-
Our God, did you not drive out the inhabitants of this land before your people, israel, and give it over it for ever to the descendants of Abraham, your friend?
-
They have lived in it and have built in it a sanctuary for your name, saying if calamity comes upon us, whether the sword of judgment or plague or famine, we will stand in your presence, before this temple that bears your name, and we'll cry out to you in our distress and you will hear and save us.
-
Right there he's recalling, actually, 2nd Chronicles, 7, verse 14, that says if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then God says I will hear from heaven, I'll forgive their sins and I'll heal their land.
-
And then, in verse the next, verse 15, he says that I will listen verse 15 now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place.
-
I have chosen and consecrated this temple so that my name may be there forever.
-
My eyes and my heart will always be there.
-
So he's recalling that.
-
In verse 9 he says if calamity comes upon us, whether the sword or judgment, or plague or famine, we will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your name and will cry out to you in our distress and you will hear us and save us.
-
But now here are men and yeah, thank God, he says men.
-
Here are men.
-
These are ordinary people from Amun, moab and Monsia, whose territory you would not allow Israel to invade when they came from Egypt, so they turned away from them and did not destroy them.
-
See how they are repaying us by coming to drive us out of the possession you gave us as an inheritance, our God, will you not judge them?
-
For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us.
-
We'd not know what to do.
-
But I like that last statement there.
-
But our eyes are on you and I want somebody to say but my eyes are on you.
-
This praise that magnifies God over the situation is that praise that shifts the eyes from the situation and looks fully in the glory of the Lord.
-
You know there's a song we're seeing and let me see if I remember this song turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in his wonderful face and the things of this life will grow strangely dim in the light of his glory and grace.
-
And I believe I'm speaking to somebody here and I say you may be having a debt that is looking like a big mountain yeah, a big mountain.
-
I'm speaking to somebody when I say today, shift your eyes from that mountain of debt and look at the provider.
-
Philippians 419 says my God shall do a supply all your needs according to his riches, in glory by Christ Jesus.
-
So when you shift your eyes and you look at him, then you see the one who is your provider.
-
Maybe your eyes have been fixed on a person or your job you know, or probably your connections.
-
God is saying this kind of praise, this strategy that prevails, is the one that shifts the eyes from the situation of the circumstances and causes them to move and look at God and the fullness of his glory.
-
When is the last time you celebrated God through his attributes?
-
Have you ever sat down and listed?
-
One time I sat, I listed 50 attributes of God and remember I have various leprecha tear about the alphabet of praise, from A to Z God, you're amazing.
-
Be, god, you're beautiful.
-
See, god you're caring.
-
D God you're a darling.
-
E God you're everlasting.
-
F God you're faithful.
-
G God you're good.
-
And then what?
-
H God you're holy.
-
And you can go on.
-
By the time you get to 26 just on the alphabet.
-
Now you start topping up and I quickly put up 50, 50 of them and I tell you there is nothing as uplifting as when you shift your eyes from the problem and you begin to praise God.
-
When your child is sick, you can focus on the sickness of the child.
-
You can even go and get a doctor's report and you start splitting hairs about it and the details of how serious this sickness is, and you can get locked in a prison because your emotions, your mind, your spirit, everything locked in this kind of prison that is called fear, called anxiety, called discouragement, you know, called defeat and called failure.
-
But I want to say I'm giving us a prescription here that sets us free.
-
Praise can deliver and it can deliver somebody from the pit, it doesn't matter how deep that pit is.
-
And so today, if it's a relationship, a marriage, your children, whatever it is, a situation, I'm encouraging you to shift your eyes from that problem, from that problem, and begin to look at God and describe the beauty of his splendor.
-
That is what Jehoshaphat the king is actually doing.
-
Remember, the whole nation is looking up to you, up to him.
-
But this man decides to turn to the Lord and he begins to describe how the Lord looks like.
-
One time David was at Ziklag and he had lost everything.
-
First, samuel, chapter 30, from verse 3 to 8, and he simply turned to the Lord.
-
That is David, another leader.
-
It says this from verse 3, david and his men reached Ziklag.
-
They found it destroyed by fire and their wives and sons and daughters taken captive.
-
So David and his men wept aloud until they had no strength left to weep.
-
David's two wives had been captured, ahinoam of Jezreel and Abigael, the widow of Nabaal of Camel.
-
David was greatly distressed because the men were talking of stoning him.
-
Each one was bitter in the spirit because of his sons and daughters, but David found strength in the Lord, his God.
-
Then look at this.
-
Then David said to Abiada, the priest, the son of Ahimelek, bring me the effort.
-
Abiada brought it to him and David inquired of the Lord shall I pursue this raiding party?
-
Will I overtake them, passow them?
-
He answered you will certainly overtake them and succeed in the rescue.
-
And the story goes on.
-
David simply shifted from.
-
At first we were looking at the burnt out homes.
-
Their families were all gone.
-
They didn't know where they were.
-
They were all crying bitterly, this man.
-
But suddenly a thought hit him.
-
I can turn to the Lord.
-
I can turn from looking at this situation and actually turn to the Lord.
-
In Numbers, chapter 13, verse 30 to verse 33, they went, the spies to spy the land, and then they are bringing a report back in Numbers, chapter 13.
Numbers 13:30 Numbers 13 chapter mention
-
If I could have verse 30 to verse 33, then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said we should go up and take possession of the land, for we certainly can do it.
-
But the man who had gone up with him said we can't attack those people.
-
They are stronger than we are.
-
And they spread among Israelites about report about the land they had explored.
-
They said the land we explored diverse those living in it, all the people we saw there are of great size.
-
We saw the Nephilim there.
-
Descendants of Anna come from Nephilim.
-
We seemed like I find the last part very interesting we seemed like grasshopers in our own eyes and we looked the same to them.
-
That night, because of that statement it released a whole cry of discouragement.
-
All the members of the community raised their voices and wept aloud.
-
Let me say the opposite of praise is complaining, and complaining fixes its eyes on the problem and also the ability of man.
-
So you look at the problem, you find you can't really do a thing about it and then you go on with a complaining party.
-
However, two of those spies, joshua and Caleb, looked at the people and they said we have a mighty God, we have a great God.
-
We shall take this land.
-
So today I'm encouraging us to turn our eyes from the situation into the glory of God.
-
Let us declare the greatness of God.
-
Just simply declare the greatness of God.
-
Are you following online and you're in hospital?
-
And, by the way, as I say this, we've received an opening for us, every Tuesday for two hours, to be at Agakhan Hospital, and this church will be going to Agakhan Hospital every Tuesday for two hours.
-
That have been opened up in Chaplaincy, and this week we were there and we thank God for the ministry.
-
And so, if you are in hospital there, I just want you for a moment to shift your focus on the situation around you the situation around you, the medication, the disease itself and simply shift your eyes to the greatness of God and right now, even as I'm speaking, begin to declare the greatness of God.
-
God is good, god is mighty, god is wonderful.
-
And if you know the names of God Jehovah Jireh, jehovah Rafa, jehovah Sikhenu El Shaddai, elohim El Rui and if you know the names of God, just begin to proclaim them.
-
Proclaim the name of Jesus.
-
He's a savior, he's a Messiah, he's a mighty God, he's a mighty counselor.
-
Just begin to speak about the splendor and the glory and the goodness of God.
-
Magnify God over the situation and you'll find the situation becomes very small against our mighty God.
-
Secondly, invite God into the situation In verse 13 to verse 21,.
-
This is how the scripture goes on to say in the same passage all the men of Judah, with their wives and children and little ones, stood there before the Lord.
-
Then the spirit of the Lord came on Jahazel, son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeho, the son of Mataneah Alivite and descendant of Asaph.
-
As he stood in the assembly, he said listen, king Jeho Shaffar and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem.
-
This is what the Lord says.
-
Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army, for the battle is not yours, the battle is the Lord.
-
I say to somebody here the battle is not yours, the battle is the Lord's.
-
Tomorrow, much down against them, they will be climbing up by the path of these and you will find them at the end of the gorge in the desert of Jericho.
-
You will not have to fight this battle.
-
Take up your positions, stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you Judah and Jerusalem.
-
Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged.
-
Go out to face them tomorrow and the Lord will be with you.
-
Jeho Shaffar bowed down with his face to the ground and all the people of Judah and Jerusalem fell down in worship before the Lord.
-
Then some Levites from the Kohathites and Kohathites stood up and praised the Lord, the God of Israel, with a loud voice.
-
Early in the morning they left for the desert of Tekoa.
-
As they set out, jeho Shaffar students say listen to me, judah and people of Jerusalem have faith in your Lord, god and his prophets.
-
Remember Jehazil had just given a word.
-
So he's saying listen to the word of the prophet Jehazil and you will be successful.
-
After consulting the people, jehazaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying give thanks to the Lord for his love and do us forever.
-
Invite God into the situation and let God be God.
-
In fact, some step.
-
20, verse 7, says some trust in chariot, others trust in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord.
-
Ask God to come in that situation and let him come as God Then step out, in other words, create a way for God, and you say God, take over.
-
Let me tell you, a strategy of praise is not an easy one.
-
It's not easy to accept, but the king says what the prophet has said is what we shall use.
-
The battle is not ours and we shall let the choir go ahead of us.
-
We want the Lord to go ahead of us and fight this battle.
-
They allowed the Lord to go ahead of him, they invited him into the battle.
-
Oftentimes, this is where it's difficult, allowing God to be God in a situation.
-
And you say, lord, my business seems to be going down, but I magnify your name, I glorify you for who you are.
-
But now, lord, I invite you to be the marketing manager and to be the strategy manager.
-
I invite you to provide leadership in this business and this company.
-
That is where it's very, very difficult, and sometimes we think it's by being present in those offices every day that victory comes.
-
Sometimes a victory will come when you are not present and you go on a praise retreat and you say, god, I'm not going to be in that office For the next three days, I will not be in that office For the next three days and I am going to the mountain, I am going to a place just to lift your name and God, I want you to be the manager and the leader of that project.
-
You practice that.
-
Come back to me as a pastor and tell me whether it works or it doesn't work.
-
A lot of challenges we are facing is that we are holding on to things and we are fighting the battle and we are not letting go.
-
One time, some time back, I shared this statement Let go or you go.
-
You let go or you go.
-
You've been trying to fight it.
-
God is standing here and he's saying my son and my daughter, just give me a chance, allow me to do this battle, declare that ceasefire for a week.
-
And you say I'm not going to speak a word back to this person who has really been attacking me.
-
I'm not going to speak a word to them.
-
And you pull out and even when they are speaking, they don't know you have released the battle, they don't know you have actually allowed God to be God in that situation.
-
And you say my God, this fight, I totally release it to you.
-
And you know, jahaziel, simply say it prays, enter a space of praise, because if you just release without getting connected to God, who is mighty, and you keep saying God, your real, shall die in this situation and I declare your power.
-
I declare your power.
-
Efficiency 3.20 says God is able to do exitingly, abundantly, above all that we can ask or even imagine.
-
Matthew 19, verse 26, says with men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
-
Am I speaking to somebody here and I'm saying you've been fighting a battle and you've been a tit 24-7.
-
Even when you're sleeping through your thought process, you have actually been a tit.
-
Am I speaking to somebody when I say it is time to let go?
-
It is time to let go.
-
You have shifted your eyes to the Lord, but as you do so, invite him to take over.
-
So you are at the place of praise, but you have actively invited by prayer, invited God into the battle zone and you have said this is no longer my battle, my God, this is your battle and I tell you this is a great strategy because immediately it gives you peace.
-
That passes all understanding.
-
Some of these diseases that we are taking to hospitals and paying a lot of money are diseases that will be healed through the prescription of praise.
-
Yesterday I conducted a wedding here and I gave a prescription and Dr Kaopa in marriage.
-
Alex, maybe you have had me give this prescription.
-
When I say kiss the bride, you may kiss the bride.
-
And then I stood, actually stood here as a young couple.
-
The young man was 27, the boy was, I think, at the girl, 25 or there about, and I gave this prescription in present.
-
The parents were sitting here and I said the two of you, this is a prescription from a spiritual doctor, hallelujah.
-
And today the spiritual doctor is giving the praise prescription.
-
I told them kiss each other in the morning, kiss each other at lunchtime and kiss each other in the evening.
-
Three times a day.
-
Kiss your spouse and tell me whether that marriage will not work.
-
Spiritual prescription three times.
-
And I said ministry of touch, we must never, never, never leave it.
-
I mean walk away from it.
-
We live in the digital age and it's possible to text each other from different rooms, but God wants us to get very, very close.
-
There's one time I preached and I said we should reduce the size of our beds.
-
Remember, instead of six by six, reduce it to two and a half, no three.
-
Reduce that bed to three by six so that, whichever way you turn, you're still in touch with one another.
-
That ministry of touch you must never lose it.
-
And so the spiritual doctor is giving in the, in line with the ministry of touch, a prescription One in the morning, one at lunchtime, one in the evening, three times a day.
-
And tell me whether that marriage will not last and you probably might need to give.
-
These are suggestions.
-
Take up this suggestion.
-
Your bed is too big.
-
Reduce it instead of from seven or six, seven by seven, six by six, make it three by six and, if possible, look for a bed which is two and a half by six, because that's the only way can be near each other.
-
And if you try to get away from the other one, you fall this side or you fall the other side.
-
You wake up, you get back to the bed.
-
Hallelujah, hallelujah.
-
And so divine prescriptions when it is given and you're saying release, let go, that office will run.
-
You know that organization will run.
-
Just simply take off, invite the Lord.
-
Then these diseases I was talking about that are taking us to hospitals depression, alasas, high blood pressure, loss of memory, I think all these growing older faster than you need to, hallelujah, all these challenges that are going to minimize a nice prescription, the praise prescription.
-
Yeah, you hand over.
-
It includes a hand over and so magnifies.
-
The Lord hands over the problem to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.
-
But I must go to the third one here.
-
On this praise, praise, the strategy that prevails, overcomes the enemy.
-
Overcomes the enemy.
-
In the book of Chronicles, 20, from verse 22 to verse 30.
-
As they began to sing and praise the Lord, certain bushes are against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seer who are invading Judah.
-
And the war defeated, the Ammonites and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Seer to destroy and annihilate them.
-
After they finished slaughtering the men from Seer, they helped to destroy one another.
-
When the men of Judah came to the place that overlooks the desert and looked towards the first army, they saw only dead bodies lying on the ground.
-
No one had escaped.
-
So Jehoshaphat and his men went to carry off their plunder, and they found among them a great amount of equipment and clothing and also articles of value, more than they could take away.
-
There was so much plunder that it took three days to collect it.
-
On the fourth day, they assembled in the valley of Beraka, where they praise the Lord.
-
This is why it is called the valley of Beraka to this day.
-
Then, led by Jehoshaphat, all the men of Judah and Jerusalem returned joyfully to Jerusalem, for the Lord had given them cost to rejoice over their enemies.
-
They entered Jerusalem and went to the temple of the Lord with hops and liars and trumpets.
-
The fear of the Lord came on all the surrounding kingdoms when they heard how the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel and the kingdom of Jehoshaphat was at peace, for his God had given him rest on every side.
-
Because of the praise prescription I decree and declare, you shall receive rest and peace like you have never known before.
-
That is praise away.
-
The peace and rest you need is only praise away, and that is what I'm saying.
-
May God fill our lips with praise Even when we go around.
-
As we praise God, let's also learn to appreciate everything that is around us, and that is thanksgiving what the Lord has done.
-
You look at the natural world and you begin to appreciate what is there instead of complaining.
-
Appreciate what the Lord has put there.
-
That becomes medicine.
-
It's medicine to the soul.
-
You look at people from different backgrounds.
-
Just bless the Lord when you go to a traffic jam, thank God, and let me not if I put it this way you may misunderstand me that I like traffic jams.
-
The thing, though traffic jams afford me an opportunity Hallelujah to begin to pray and to begin to thank God, but the moment I don't do that, I can really complain.
-
You know, in the traffic jam, yeah, look at this guy, he's looking good.
-
Look at those children, they are really wonderful.
-
I have a chance inside the traffic jam to really appreciate the people this way and appreciate people on the other side.
-
When you hit a pothole, how do you respond?
-
You're driving and you hit a pothole.
-
Some people curse, and some of those curse words are words that I will not even say here.
-
You know, but what God wants is hallelujah.
-
If you know you just hit a pothole, you say, oh, hallelujah, glory to God.
-
You are disarming the enemy, because if you go the other way, you create a platform for the enemy, and if you allow the devil to put a workshop inside your spirit, oh, he does, he can really do wonders.
-
And then, on the basis of that, you get angry.
-
You get more angry as you're driving, more angry, more angry.
-
By the time you get to the office, you are really upset, and if you are the CEO, you are shouting at everybody and people are saying and I know there are CEOs here people are saying both girls, you are the coolant, so this coming, we call the bosses and all of you are bosses Wherever the Lord has put you.
-
Let us have praise Hallelujah and when you go meet your team, begin by just thanking in your heart.
-
Just praise the Lord for everyone that God has given them life.
-
They are part of that organization.
-
They have different gifts and strengths.
-
You just begin to bless the Lord and I tell you that even your leadership will be like the leadership of Jehoshaphat.
-
There is a problem the CEO is coming back and is giving a very unconventional strategy.
-
There is a problem the father of the family has come back and is giving an unconventional strategy, or the mother of that family, or the child who is coming from school.
-
There is so much homework.
-
I say let's praise God first.
-
Daddy and mommy, there is so much homework.
-
We need to delve into this and begin to resolve it.
-
You know, with my daughter she's the last one has just joined the university to do medicine and the first part they deal with anatomy, physiology, things like that, and so I would drop her at the mortuary and come back.
-
Then they were dealing with the limb and cutting and all that.
-
And so when I went to pick her, I realized she's kind of down and I asked what is this that you're doing?
-
You say, dad, you know we've started dissection and today I was cutting, looking at tissue.
-
Then she told me she went to the upper leg and used medical terms, but when I pushed her she told me what exactly it was.
-
It sounds a nice word so I wouldn't go there.
-
They were cutting, cutting, cutting.
-
And I said my daughter, she's called precious.
-
I told her, every time you in that situation, begin to praise the Lord, because if you really focus on this thing, it's too heavy, yeah, it is too heavy on you and it's going to crush you.
-
Joe Hoshifa Focuses the whole nation and I pray for leaders of nations.
-
And if our president ends up listening to this message Because I know you come online some of the times I'm also prescribing the Joe Hoshifa principle over the nation of Kenya.
-
With the economy looking the way it is, the fuel prices have reached.
-
How much is it right now?
-
Yeah, 200, and some, in fact, people are not even talking.
-
They just Set of internalizing even.
-
Can you imagine at the desk of a president what he has to face from every side.
-
There are all these al-Shabaab in Bonnie, all these kind of things everywhere.
-
I suggest to you this prescription, head of state that your hoshifa principle Get to a room and just begin to praise the Lord, and God will send his army and Ambushments upon the enemy and all these things that we have been struggling with.
-
The Lord will sort them out.
-
I see the economy getting healed.
-
Somebody seeing with me this prophet here sees a economy healed in Jesus name.
-
This servant of God sees your business rising.
-
This servant of God sees your career moving to the next level.
-
I see jobs coming in your direction.
-
May I repeat the prophecy like jihaziel, filled by the spirit, in second chronicles, he began to speak to the king.
-
I'm speaking to God's people.
-
I said it before, I say it again a time is coming and it is coming faster than you know.
-
We have five jobs will pursue you.
-
I'm saying five plus five jobs will pursue you and you are the one who will be rejecting jobs and Deciding I will take this one and not the other one.
-
I know, even in Nigeria, my brother, yeah, our nations, yeah, nations of Africa.
-
What has been said concerning Africa?
-
I'm reversing it in Jesus name Because, as we begin to praise, god sets ambush men against all these issues that have plagued us for Generations historical issues, plus so many other issues that you cannot handle.
-
And let me tell you, the enemies Discomfited and destroyed.
-
I began by saying behind every physical war there is a spiritual reality and dimension, and that is why we need to get the kingdom Strategies for dealing with the matters that look here and now.
-
Everyday issues, psycho, repeated issues you keep dropping a glass every other week, it breaks, another week it breaks another week, it breaks you every week is a psycho.
-
You keep tripping yourself.
-
Is this person becoming spacious?
-
Not at all.
-
What I'm saying is a reality that.
-
But in the beef behind the physical is a spiritual and there are strategies and Prescriptions that deal with the spiritual that in the physical you cannot handle.
-
And so if you continue working in the physical trying to solve something, lean to the spiritual, you will work for generations and it will pass from grandfather to Father to son trying to solve it in the physical until one child will rise up and no, like David when he was facing Goliath and he said you come to me with spear and javelin and sword.
-
You know, first king 17, verse 45.
-
But I come against you in the name of the Lord, the God Almighty.
-
And by that statement David released the battle to the Lord.
-
Then he took an ordinary stone.
-
He just released it.
-
God took over it hit Goliath as strategy, kingdom strategy that is.
-
You cannot explain.
-
You know.
-
Goliath came down and a whole nation was actually delivered.
-
I am giving us a prescription.
-
This is the first of October.
-
It's the 10th month of the year.
-
We shall go to 11 and 12.
-
We are entering the last quarter.
-
We are entering this Last quarter with praise.
-
I'll ask the team to start coming because I want us to sing one song of praise.
-
We are entering this last quarter with praise and that prescription I give us, I guarantee you, mountains will go level, strongholds will be uprooted, roads will be made straight.
-
All the things that have been raised up against you are coming flat.
-
Those challenges that you face in life, god is taking over.
-
Your strength is limited.
-
Don't try any fire in your own strength.
-
You'll not make it.
-
The cry chapter 4 says is not by power, no by my, but by my spirit.
-
You make it, says the Lord.
-
The resources of Israel were very little.
-
They are facing three vicious armies, three big armies, little resources, but they had their God.
-
You can have your God, but not turn to him.
-
So I'm encouraging us.
-
We know our God, jehovah, and he is mighty.
-
Turn to him.
-
Is somebody hearing me?
-
He magnified him.
-
Invite him in that battle and then sit back and see the deliverance of the Lord.
-
God is coming through.
-
God is delivering you out of that difficult situation.
-
You thought it couldn't be sorted out.
-
This preacher is saying it's gonna be sorted out this week, between now and next Sunday.
-
God is moving in the miraculous, in a way Unconventional in the life of somebody listening to me.
-
Are you receiving it?
-
Yeah, he's moving in an unconventional way and God is going to give you a miracle.
-
In that situation.
-
God is making away his opening doors and those gates of bronze.
-
He has the key of David, revelation 38.
-
He says I hold the key of David.
-
I'm opening that door in a way no man can shut.
-
Just simply begin to turn to the Lord, praise him.
-
Just simply praise him this week.
-
Take a retreat if you can, and you say I'm quitting trying and fighting this battle.
-
I want the Lord to take over and God will able to fight a battle of 20 years in the courts.
-
20 years in the courts.
-
God can sort it out in one week.
-
Are you hearing what I'm saying?
-
God can sort it out in one week, whatever that challenges you have faced for so long.
-
Oh Jesus, oh glory to God.
-
God is sorting it out in one Week.
-
Let me say this less than a week.
-
This afternoon I'm talking about this afternoon.
-
This afternoon, this afternoon, the spirit of the Lord came upon jahaziel.
-
The spirit of the Lord has come upon me and I am saying to us today Let go, let God be, just allow him that situation, let him handle that situation.
-
And the way you do it is by praise.
-
Look at his glory and his attributes, begin to worship him, walk away from the issue.
-
Let God take over, and then you will see what the hand of God is able to do.
-
And so today, as we sing I know it by now you have a song we could sing is Josh around with the chauffeur?
-
My is not arrived and has to blow the chauffeur also?
-
Maybe we'll just do the song.
-
So today, as we do this song, let us release the battle.
-
Let go, let go.
-
I am seeing somebody's mind relieved, rest and peace, emotions receiving rest and peace, your body relaxing.
-
I see you eating food and swallowing it and I see the metabolism working a right once again.
-
I see constipation go.
-
I see Alsace go, hallelujah.
-
I see depression going.
-
I see anxiety going.
-
I See diseases taking off.
-
I see that pain that has plagued you stress related pain in your muscles somewhere I see taking off.
-
We are about to praise, you are about to thank the Lord, and as we do so, let us use this time I'm raising an altar of praise the Jehochefart principle.
-
Jehoziel, by the spirit of God, leads the man of God, the leader, to do the right thing.
-
I, the servant of God, I have spoken the same things.
-
Jehoziel told you how sheffa and Jehochefart followed the instructions and the Lord took over.
-
God is going to fight your battles.
-
We are going to sing this song.
-
Which one is this yeah, all the other gods, hallelujah, let's hope you and as we do this praise, we are magnifying the Lord by this song Holy Spirit, take over, holy Spirit, take over.
-
Holy Spirit, take over.
-
Release that battle, release it fully to the Lord.
-
And I declare to each one of us You'll see a week like you have never seen before.
-
God is coming through.
-
God is coming through.
-
God is coming through.
-
God is coming through.
-
Hallelujah, let's go for it.
-
Oh, oh, oh, but you are.
-
You are the most I got.
-
There is none that I can't get out of.
-
Oh, the other God, the other God.
-
There are the works of man.
-
Oh, but you are, you are the most I get.
-
There is none that I can't get out of.
-
Anyway, then, you are the most I get.
-
There is none that I can't get out of.
-
Also, you are the most I get.
-
There is none that I can't get out of.
-
Also, you are the most I get, that you are the most I get.
-
There is none that I can't get out of.
-
Glory to God.
-
We have released the shout of victory.
-
God has thundered, and so this week is taken care of.
-
In Jesus' name.
-
Glory to God, glory to God.
-
I want us to say together Heavenly Father, I now release everything into your hands, for the battle is not mine, the battle is yours.
-
Now, take over, fight the battles, give me peace and rest, give me victory.
-
Now, lead me from miracle to miracle.
-
In Jesus' name, let's give another hand to the Lord.
-
Glory to His name, amen, amen.
-
Glory to God, thank you, thank you.
-
Thank you, jesus, amen.
-
And so you are blessed on Monday, blessed on Tuesday, blessed on Wednesday, blessed on Thursday, blessed on Friday, blessed this coming Saturday.
-
Sunday, you come with testimonies in Jesus' name, amen, glory to God, and I am in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit Be with us now and forevermore.
-
Amen.
-
Have a great afternoon, god bless.
