I thank God for that great moment of worship.

We've all given it all to Jesus.

Let's appreciate these teams, the guys up there, thank you and the ones on camera, and also the ones who are following this service online around here like Pastor Ambrose says, with zero up baby, and also around the world.

Let's give them just a round of applause.

We have others in the pavilion and others downstairs, our parents' room and the overflow spaces, and we appreciate that we are one big family and the Lord has truly blessed us.

Alaska suggests it for a moment, just a moment, before we read God's Word.

And this moment allows me to tell you that Pastor Ambrose is in the house and we appreciate that he has taken a deserved leave and also he has had time to prepare a theme vision for the year 2024.

And, for want of being his mouthpiece, I would rather he gets here.

Let's put our hands together and really have him get here.

Let's keep clapping until he gets here.

Tell your neighbor you're looking good, better than last time I saw you, and tomorrow you will shine in Jesus' name.

Meta meta, sparkle, sparkle, shiny, shiny, nice of streets.

Pastor Simon, thank you for your leadership while I was away and some of you thought I've been away for so long I thought it was just about three weeks no, it is more than three weeks, but during that time the Lord was able to give me the theme vision for 2024.

That's completed.

I've already written it.

Now it is just a matter of going through it during the Shepherds Forum.

We'll be able to get time now to release it to the leaders who will be coming so that they can begin to pray for the next couple of months as we prepare for that theme, vision 2024.

This year has been an awesome year, god telling us that we are world changers.

And being world changers also gave me an opportunity to travel quite a bit.

Last week, sunday, pastor Simon attended a service, a multinational service that is pastored by one of our young people, barak, and I was just blessed being in that service and just seeing what God can do using people from Parqui, touching the world.

Look at your neighbor and tell your neighbor you are an empowered world changer.

And if you don't believe it, tell them.

And if you don't believe it, I don't care.

Yeah, just tell them.

They are world changers.

You are a world changer and really I saw that happen.

And I want you to know that Parqui is known in many, many places out there and that is why, when you come to the service, make sure that you're smiling when the camera reaches you.

There is somebody somewhere who is watching and you might get married to that person.

So be, just, just be a lot.

You never know what God is able to do.

So Martha and I, we really appreciate.

We were in Dubai where we had a conference of just women.

This was a women's conference, international Association of Women Ministers and they had asked me to come and speak to them about the Christian and the marketplace, and I want you to know that God is really reaching out in the marketplace, and especially when, like Pastor Simon and this month, we're talking about empowered strategies.

Daniel was that person in the marketplace making a difference, and I want to let you know that Parqui is making a difference across this globe.

Why don't we give God a big hand and bless him.

So I'm glad to be back, pastor Simon, and I know that as we reconnect, god is going to show himself mighty, mighty, mighty Amen.

Family is a value that we cherish and we hold very dearly.

I'll ask us to stand.

We are reading from the book of Daniel, chapter five.

Like Cassina reminded us, this is a month of empowered strategies, spirit led excellence, and under the theme of empowered strategies, I'm going to emphasize spirit led excellence.

So the title of the message actually spirit led excellence.

Daniel, chapter five, from verse five, niv version of the Bible up to verse 16.

The Bible says the following Suddenly, the fingers of a human hand appeared and wrote on the plaster of the wall near the lampstand in the royal palace.

The king watched their hand as it wrote, His first hand pale and he was so frightened that his legs became weak and his knees were knocking.

That's interesting.

The king summoned the enchantess, astrologers and diviners.

Then he said to this wise man of Babylon whoever reads this writing and tells me what it means will be clothed in papo and have a gold chain placed around his neck and he will be made the third highest ruler in the kingdom.

Then all the king's wise men came in, but they could not read the writing or tell the king what it meant.

So King Belshazzar became even more terrified and his face grew more pale.

His nobles were buffered.

The queen, hearing the voices of the king and his nobles, came into the banquet hall.

May the king live forever.

She said don't be alarmed, don't look so pale.

Now this is another part here to underline.

There is a man in your kingdom who has a spirit of the holy gods in him.

In the time of your father he was found to have insight and intelligence and wisdom like that of the gods.

Your father, king Nebuchadnezzar, appointed him chief of the magicians, enchantors, astrologers and diviners.

He did this because Daniel, whom the king called Belshazzar, was found to have a keen mind and knowledge and understanding, and also the ability to interpret dreams, explain riddles and solve difficult problems.

Call for Daniel and he will tell you what the writing means.

So Daniel was brought before the king and the king said to him are you, daniel, one of the exiles my father, the king, brought from Judah?

I have heard that the spirit of the gods is in you and that you have insight, intelligence and outstanding wisdom.

The wise men and enchanters were brought before me to read this writing and tell me what it means, but they could not explain it.

And now, in verse 16, now I have heard that you are able to give interpretations and to solve difficult problems.

If you can read this writing and tell me what it means, you'll be clothed in papo and have a gold chain placed around your neck and you will be made the third highest ruler in the kingdom.

This is God's word.

Let's pray, father in heaven.

I thank you for the reading of the word and also now we commit ourselves, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, even for the unfolding and the explaining of the word.

My God, I pray that you may use this moment to lead us to another level of understanding, excellence that is driven by the Holy Spirit, and so use me, lord, to communicate this, using Daniel as a character.

In Jesus' name, we pray and God's people say we may have our seats Spirit led.

Excellence Inspired by the text.

I just read, daniel, chapter 5, verse 5 to 16.

Daniel 5:5–16

And three areas I would like us to focus on excellence noticed, excellence recruited, excellence deployed.

Let me repeat those three things Excellence noticed, excellence recruited, excellence deployed.

I start with the first one excellence noticed.

And this notice was granted or given by the queen in the presence of the king.

And I just want to read what this queen actually said In Daniel, chapter 5, verse 8 to verse 12, reading again from the passage the Bible says then all the king's wise men came in, but they could not read the writing or tell the king what it meant.

Daniel 5:8

Now this writing that was on the wall is actually found later in verse 25.

It simply says this is an inscription that was written mene, mene, tekel, parsin.

So they could not read the writing or tell the king what it meant.

So King Belshazzar became even more terrified and his face grew more pale.

His nobles were baffled.

The queen, hearing the voices of the king, and his nobles, came into the banquet.

May the king live forever.

She said don't be alarmed, don't look so pale.

Now, vice-eleven the one I said needs underlining there is a man in your kingdom who has the spirit let me just say, the spirit of excellence in him.

In the time of your father, he was found to have insight and intelligence and wisdom, like that of the gods.

Your father, king Nebuchadnezzar, appointed him chief of the magicians, enchantress, astrologers, diviners, and then, in verse 12, he did this because Daniel, whom the king called Belshazzar, was found to have a keen mind and knowledge and understanding and all the ability to interpret dreams, explain, read those, solve problems.

Call for Daniel, the king's aid, and he will tell you the queen's aid, and he will tell you what the writing means.

The Holy Spirit is able to make you shine.

The Holy Spirit he made Daniel shine in his time.

He's able to make you shine in our time and when there's all darkness all around and there's a little light in the darkness now, that light can be seen from very, very, very far, and I thank God that Daniel was noticed by the queen and I prophesy that somebody will be noticed here, hallelujah.

For a long time you have not been a person of note, but the Holy Spirit is able to put substance.

The Holy Spirit is able to make you a person of note and that is why I'm saying, by today's service and by the altar that I raise here, every covering that had been over your life, that cost you not to be noticed, is now formally, officially being lifted.

Is somebody receiving what I'm saying?

Daniel moment does come, but Daniel moment and the propulsion of Daniel to the space that he will occupy has been orchestrated by the Holy Spirit, and God is able to make you a distinguished person.

You know God nature.

How do we receive the God nature?

We receive the God nature through the Holy Spirit, and when the Holy Spirit comes into our lives, we are no longer the same.

We actually assume the God nature, and so, in the scriptures that I just read, I'm simply saying that it is time to be noticed and somebody else will testify on your behalf and given that challenge your problem or situation in your workplace, in your business, in your family and also in the neighborhood, even neighborhoods where we live.

Sometimes there are security problems and people wonder who will emerge and make a difference here.

People stay in their houses, somehow they can't cluster.

But you know, god brings up someone who is able to move the weight and cause people to come together around an issue and actually sort it out.

And God is always moving and working in problem areas and challenge areas and by his spirit he's always ready to get into somebody who will stand up and say I'm going to provide leadership here and I'm going to make a difference.

You have been in that background, at the back of the line.

I am saying your time to be noticed has come.

Hallelujah, your time has come and this is what we are talking about.

The spirit led excellence.

Your time has actually come.

Now, something about the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is a carrier of heaven's blueprints.

He's also the carrier of heaven's strategies.

He's also the carrier of heaven's plans and schedules.

And so, just in terms of prayer under tonight, this afternoon and you say I've been at the back line, but, preacher, the preacher today is saying that there is one who carries, can download, actually can actually download the whole package regarding destiny and regarding this situation, whatever problem is that might be there.

The preacher is saying there is one and his name in the.

His name is the Holy Spirit.

I mean, as I speak right now, you are there.

You know you can say Holy Spirit in, dwell me, fill me to the overflow, because in the coming week and the coming weeks God is raising you by this sermon to be a solution provider, and I'm seeing somebody will not shun or run away from problems but will be able to engage them, you know, to engage them, being able to believe and trust that God is able to bring a difference.

Africa's problems are many, but the problems of Africa therefore provide an opportunity for people to rise.

In this church you know the verse we always say.

I believe most of us have memorized Isaiah 60, verse 1.

Isaiah 60:1

It says what Arise and shine, for your light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen up on you.

Do you know what verse 2 says?

It just go to the verse 2.

We can read it together.

See, the darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.

Then, verse 3 nations will come to your light and kings to the brightness of your doom.

Now, that is a consequence of God's spotlight and light upon a person through the Holy Spirit, and you don't have to struggle.

God picks you from the back line and it actually brings you to into the front and, regardless of the darkness that is all around, he's able to cause someone to rise, to rise and stand out.

And so the queen said there is a man here, there is a challenge.

The king is kind of shaking, the knees are knocking, he has turned pale.

His advisors, who are magicians, are astrologers, geysers, you know, star geysers, diviners, magicians, among others, and these were his counselors.

He has exhausted the list.

He has called from this end of the empire to the other end of the empire, the finest that were known.

But suddenly no solution was coming.

But this lady shows up, the queen, and he said I know a man, there is a man and let me say Pastor Ambrose, that in Parklands, but this church, there is a man and there is a woman who is going to provide these solutions, who is going to crack the mystery, who is going to bring revelation, who is going to be bring understanding and who is going to bring insight and is going to bring wisdom in this myriad of problems and challenges that seem to dot our path.

And that's what I'm saying.

There is a man and there is a woman, and I thank God for young people, because Daniel started off as a very young man.

Of course, he was out there for quite a long time and there was king Nebuchadnezzar during his time.

There was king Bechaza Bechaza, the one who is in chapter five, during his time.

There was king Darius, if you go to chapter six, and there is king Cyrus towards the end of that chapter.

But in all this season, there is a certain light and a star that is consistent and shines ever more brightly.

And I'm saying here, young people from Parklands Baptist Church, the ones online and the ones here listening to me this is your hour, this is your time, and your star shall shine ever more brightly.

Let's appreciate all the young people who are here.

Do we need somebody to lead music?

There is a woman, there is a man.

Whatever problem, the Lord raises a commensurate solution provider, and that's what we see in this particular text.

So, first of all, excellence, noticed Excellence cannot be ignored.

There is no way you're going to ignore it.

And so the queen actually notices this excellence, of course, in Ruth, chapter 2, verse 8,.

Ruth 2:8

This is a story of Ruth, if you remember the Moabites, who comes back from Moab with her mother-in-law called Naomi, and she is introduced into a new world, that's Jerusalem and the Jewish nation.

And somehow this lady from that kind of background ends up rising.

When they come back with the mother-in-law, naomi, she says don't call me Naomi, call me Mara, because life has dealt me a bitter blow.

She's coming back with nothing.

She's looking really bad, she's lost everything.

In fact, her life can be summed up as ashes and all that she brings back are ashes.

And she's coming back with this lady called Ruth and somehow she had an excellent spirit.

And there is no way you can ignore someone like this.

And I'm saying to somebody here despite your particular circumstances and arrangements, you are going to rise.

You are going to rise, hallelujah.

What does it say in verse 8, ruth, chapter 2, beginning from verse 8, so bohasei to Ruth, my daughter, listen to me, don't go and glean in another field and don't go away from here.

Ruth 2 · chapter mention

Stay here with me, with the women who work for me, watch the field where the men are harvesting and follow along after the women.

I have told the men not to lay a hand on you and, whenever you are thirsty, go and get a drink from the water.

The water just the men are filled, but some of us, I feel like.

At that point that's where bohasei starts having feelings for Ruth.

Although he's not really ovat about it, it's kind of kovat, yeah.

So he's kind of giving very interesting instructions.

Right there At this, she bowed down with her face to the ground.

This is a very nice book to read, by the way.

It's a short one, very nice.

She asked him why have I found such favor in your eyes that you notice me?

Ah, your hour to be noticed has come.

Hallelujah, glory to God.

I don't know, is it for some reason?

You say that people should smile?

Yeah, because on the other side people are watching and they're looking at the screen.

They have nothing else except the screen, the guys who are watching online and you never know the beeline, somebody on the other side.

You're not seeing them, but they are seeing you and they actually notice you and they notice the smile.

And then they determine I'm looking, I'm going to look for that girl and that young man and he's looking cool.

But you say you guys are looking cool.

Hallelujah, you're really looking good, I mean looking wonderful and rule the surprise that she is being noticed.

But I want to say that God's program includes you are being noticed and therefore God has not forgotten you.

You might think so, but I'm declaring that this month, even as we look at empowered strategies and we're looking at spirit led excellence, it is the month for the cover to be removed and for you to come of age.

It is a month for you to break through.

It is a month for you to rise.

Whatever was over your life trying to frustrate your rising is now, by this announcement, formally broken and annihilated and actually removed and it is thrown into the trash bins of life, never to wake up again, never to come in your path.

Because God has determined that Daniel must rise and Daniel will rise through the gate of being noticed.

And that's where the whole theater, or the whole thing, actually begins.

In Matthew, chapter five, of course, verse 13, the Bible says something very instructive are from verse 13.

Matthew, chapter five, from verse 13, and again it's a passage you are familiar with.

You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?

It is no longer good for anything except be thrown out and trampled under food.

Now notice verse 14,.

You are the light of the world.

I want somebody to say I am the light of the world.

A town built yeah, let's keep going.

Yeah, I am a town.

A town built, a hill.

I can't be heard and you know this is something you can proclaim over your children.

You lay a hand on your child and you're saying I decree and declare you are the light of the world and I am putting in you a solution, provision, an idea, a creative thing, and somehow in your line of life it shall manifest.

And you're prophesying over a child.

Then it goes on to say neither do people do what Light a lamp and put it under a bowl.

Instead, they put it on its turn and it gives light to everyone in the house.

This is the year of empowered world changes and it is helpful to say now, my light is on the table.

Let's say together and it shall light up my world.

So I believe and I'm convinced I have this conviction everybody has a gift.

I said it the other Sunday everyone is talented and nobody's an accident.

I have that conviction and this is a conviction that makes me reach out to young people, mentor them, coach them, engage them and invest hours upon hours with young people in our city, in our country, for the sake of Africa.

So excellence, notice.

But secondly, excellence recruited.

So excellence is not just supposed to be an exhibit in some museum, some place, or it's not meant to be in a certain home, in a room, in a bedroom, just to stay there the whole day in a dark space.

I visited one time a family in Germany, in Berlin, germany, and they had this young man who, would you know, I just just stay in the dark space spending his time, you know, in this dark space.

And I believe that is not God's plan, neither is it God's intention that excellence remains unrecruited.

And I know the tragedy of our continent is we haven't recruited.

Excellence is all over this continent, here, south Africa, and you can give a story concerning every part of this continent Zimbabwe, where you come from, cameroon, where my brother is from.

You know Cameroon and you come round like this you come this way this is Kenya.

You come to the home of Africa, right here.

Excellence is waiting to be recruited and I want to say that God will not pass you by, god will pick on you, and I want to say somebody to say I'm being recruited right now.

Yes, yes, yes, it's happening.

And you know the things we actually speak.

They go into our future and begin to switch on and activate and work things in a very miraculous way.

And so excellence is not just for exhibit, excellence is for recruitment, but is also for engagement.

You know, and so you find in Daniel, chapter five, in the passage verse 13 to verse 17, I say is the following so Daniel was brought before the king.

Let me say, your gift and talent will bring you before kings.

And the king said to him are you Daniel?

They will even refer to you by your first name and you'll be surprised.

They know your profile before you get there because you've been noticed.

One of the exiles my father, the king, brought before Judah.

I have heard that the spirit of the gods is in you and that you have insight.

Now listen to that insight intelligence, outstanding wisdom.

The wise men and enchanters were brought before me to read this, this writing, and tell me what it means, but they could not explain it.

Now I have heard that you're able to give interpretations and to solve difficult problems.

If you can read this writing and tell me what it means.

You'll be clothed in purple this is the offer and have a gold chain placed around your neck and you will be made the third highest ruler in the kingdom.

Let me say the spirit of elevation is here, because the spirit of excellence not only does he download the blueprint of heaven in an individual, and also the strategies of the kingdom and the plans of the kingdom that same spirit is able to position you and give you a platform where you can actually optimize your, your life and your calling.

Some of us are working in jobs that are really are utilizing only kiddo go of our potential.

But because we need money, because I must have money to pay my, my bills at the house, a transport and food and clothing, I enter this routine and cycle of serving this master but functioning at probably only 20.

But 80 percent is unrecruited and you find a lot of people very restless and not happy.

But our God is our God of elevation and he's able to take you to that place, like for Daniel now the third in the tire, that is the whole empire God is able to lift you up by the power of the spirit of excellence and actually get you to that docket that you never, ever really imagined.

The other Sunday I talked about things you have never really thought about or even imagined.

God has it for you and God is saying I am preparing, I'm presenting an elevator just at your steps, there and now, in the spiritual, if you can visualize it and you see the elevator of the Holy Spirit that is run by a Holy Spirit motor, if you can actually visualize it and in the spirit you actually step there, god is saying I am taking you all the way out.

Is somebody receiving what I'm saying?

The Holy Spirit elevator and God is able to raise you to levels you never, ever thought about or even imagined.

And so you find Daniel is recruited and the King himself is involved.

He already have a profile ahead of time.

It is not quite an interview, it is a walkover, because already the testimony has reached there and the King is prepared ahead of time and all he's saying I have heard.

I know these other guys have not done it, but this candidate is a candidate we have been waiting for for a long time and this candidate is going to do the job and therefore declare the candidate is engaged.

Now, if you're here and you've been applying for jobs, god is coming through.

Let me tell you number 10 is a number of the next level, and I'm decreeing a season of the next level.

Pastor Amros, you wrote the numbers digits one, two, three, up to nine, and then 10, you start double, double.

I'm decreeing and declaring here, together with Pastor Amros, we have entered the season of double double.

Is somebody receiving it?

Then give a hand to the Lord.

Amen, amen, amen.

Daniel, an exile who doesn't seem to deserve, suddenly rises to the highest, highest levels, and that is what God has in store for us.

Therefore, don't hold back that excellence, don't keep it within a museum.

We have come to a place where, boldly and confidently, I must exhibit who I am.

I must bring it out and I bring it to the platforms, global platform.

This is the year of world changes and when I begin to say, the gift and talent I have shall be consumed, not just in Kenya and you prophesy over your life, it shall be consumed all over the world.

Not long ago, first half, second half of the year, we talked about passports and my brother, elenios, the name who supported the 40 passports.

I was almost pointing you out.

One of us, hallelujah.

One of us said I'm supporting 40.

And you know, pastor Edith, you're in that committee, plus Pastor Maxi and Pastor Andrew and JJ I think JJ, you're in the other one or scholarships, and they've already done a very, very good job.

The passports, and you know, even this morning after the service, I had several people saying Pastor Edith is unbelievable, not only the passport, I have a visa, this week I'm going, next week I'm going.

And it is just going like that.

When prophets prophesy, you better believe, you better connect, you better engage.

When this month is declared empower, strategy, spirit enabled, excellence, take it, put it in your life, in your children's life, just mount it there.

And when we say that the character is done, you'll study him this way, the other way and everything, and have a notebook.

That's what I do on my bedside In the middle of the night.

I will wake up, read and then start jotting.

I get very excited.

It's very, very exciting.

Begin to connect with what is being said.

And so, therefore, not only are you noticed, it is not just noticed for exhibit or a museum, it is for deployment.

And God is saying I have a platform for you and it is way up there.

Believe in yourself, believe in me and take it as this prophet is speaking and you say that is mine in Jesus name, that is mine in Jesus name.

Let's give a hand clap to the Lord.

Glory to God.

Finally, excellence deployed, not just recruited, but also now taken out there to make a difference.

In Daniel 5, verse 29, the Bible says the following Then, at Belshazzar's command, daniel was clothed in papo, a gold chain was placed around his neck and he was proclaimed the third highest ruler in the kingdom.

Daniel 5:29

That is what you call position.

But then there is an impact.

Chapter 6, verse 25 to 28,.

Then King Darius wrote to all the nations and peoples of every language in all the earth this is everywhere.

World changer, here, may you prosper greatly.

I issue a decree that in every part of my kingdom people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel.

I should hear an amen In the hallelujah there, for he is the living God and he endures forever.

His kingdom will not be destroyed.

His dominion will never end.

He rescues and he saves.

He performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth.

He has rescued David and Daniel from the power of the lions.

So Daniel prospered during the reign of Darius and the reign of Cyrus.

The Passion, as I told you there are four kings Nebuchadnezzar, belshazzar, darius and Cyrus.

This guy becomes an icon, cutting across all those seasons and those tenures.

Remember, babylon was a very oppressive culture, very colonizing.

Any young person would survive.

But because Daniel had convictions and had a value system, he was able to draw a line, even in terms of food and wine, and bowing to that golden image.

And this guy has come from far and eventually he is here.

He's got values and he's got commitments and convictions and on the basis of this, he will not bow.

Now the kings of this world are the ones to bow to the God of Daniel.

The reason why Daniel is stable, daniel is consistent, daniel is predictable regarding prayer, regarding his intake of the word, why his wisdom is growing, his insight and knowledge and understanding, is because of his divine connection and he wouldn't bow.

And eventually the nation bows and the nation is represented here by the king who is giving a decree made the forces of darkness bow in the name of Jesus Christ, when the sons and daughters of the king are revealed in that home, in that family.

Those challenges are being standing and they have been menacing for a long time.

Because you are there, god is saying they are going to bow, those challenges are going to yield and they are going to give way.

As the sons and daughters rise, there will be solutions.

I said in the first service that's even something like cancer that we discuss as a very difficult issue.

Would you believe somebody from Parkland Baptist Church will solve the cancer problem?

Are you hearing this prophet?

And maybe somewhere here?

Yeah, somebody believe it in what I'm saying?

Yeah, somewhere here, somebody here, one of our children and the Lord raising them to be able to solve some of these very chronic and traditional problems that we've had for a long time.

And suddenly the Lord solves that problem.

So Daniel rises and the many, many take care partial suddenly becomes child stuff.

I mean, when you read it, he just brings it out and is able to solve that problem and because of that God is glorified.

Let me say that God will elevate you for his glory, and the purpose that he raises you to the next level is so that his name may be known and so that he may be glorified, and so, for his own sake, then he will promote you and then he will raise you to the next place that you may solve those problems that they haven't solved for a long time, whether in the legal field, the medical field, the traffic sector, the traffic jams here.

And we talk about Nairobi County government and we, you know we are that government and those issues and those challenges and those problems that we see on a daily basis are an invitation for us to demonstrate spirit led excellence.

So people look at that and they look at the solution and they say there must be the God of now, the God of this young man, all of you.

Can you imagine the CEO saying the God of this young man or this young lady who has solved this problem?

He has called everybody in the organization and he's saying now you have to follow and believe in this God and I don't want to see any other gods in this place.

Can you imagine God is raising us for such an end that your platform, maybe your pulpit it's called your pulpit, where you serve becomes the place, that upon which the glory of God shall descend, in that sub-sector, in that pocket, in that area, that the light of God, the glory of God, comes shining and then darkness is pushed out out of the margins.

In our families, in our businesses, in our careers, in our school system, we hear all kinds of crazy things in some of the schools, and this darkness needs to be pushed backwards.

God is going to use a teacher in that school.

God is going to use, maybe, a kitchen guy who provides the meals in that school.

God needs everyone.

God actually needs everyone, and therefore excellence needs to be deployed not just in numbers but also in terms of capacity.

God has given everybody a strength, and that strength needs to be released, and released in totality, and so the problems, like I said earlier, that show up in our world become an invitation for the church to make a difference.

And so the church was not meant for Sunday.

Sunday is a time of just coming.

We fellowship, we sing together, we encourage one another.

It's also a time to know one another, fellowship.

It's a time to also be commissioned.

The real work is on Monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday.

That's where the opportunity actually lies After the first service we commissioned during the first service.

The El Gio Maracue team is a big team that is going counselors, missioners, stakeholders from different sectors of our society and they are going, beginning today, to El Gio Maracue to be on the ground, and Pastor Ambrose will be there on Thursday to sign the MOU that we are having with El Gio Maracue as a pilot and a sample exit space of our impact as a church, with a prayer that the El Gio Maracue situation is replicated across the whole of Kenya, and I thank God that we were able to commission a team that's already left.

After that I got an interview just here at the fountain with family television and family radio, and I was there with JJ and answering questions why are you going that direction?

What exactly do you want to do?

You know the church has been called to function in the marketplace in real time and also solving real time problems.

Pastor Ambrose has gone around quite a bit different countries solving those problems and praying those prayers.

I am living on Wednesday for Chicago and from Chicago maybe California, the North Carolina, texas, then New York and et cetera.

But as I go from place to place I am praying a prayer that may every altar break.

As this airplane is going, like this, altars are coming down, hallelujah.

As I land, like this, the kingdom light and that you know, dimension comes there as I am taken to my hotel or wherever I'm going to stay.

Things are just happening around there as I move from place to place.

So it's not really a joyride.

It's not an end in itself.

Being a narrow plane should not be an end in itself.

And I can use that opportunity, you know, to release the glory of God even in that place.

And God, by the prophetic dimension of this year, world changes.

Somehow has really opened doors and gates and let me tell you, our people are going everywhere in the world and if you don't have a pass of my friend, get your passport, bring it here, lay a hand.

Visas in the spiritual.

I opened two passports here in the morning.

Imagine it may have looked foolish, dickon Joe, I was stamping visas like this just here.

I was just reading like this those two passports.

God works with childlike faith and it is done and I know those visas are going to come and those people will end up in those spaces and one day I'll visit and they'll remind me in those countries that, pastor, you remember that day you preached on spirit-led excellence and you talked about some of these faith dynamics that promote us into new platforms and cause us to function at new, optimized levels that we never functioned before.

And so this month, as we think about spirit-led excellence, god is simply saying, because I'm coming to a place of prayer, that excellence comes through the Holy Spirit, and he's saying I am willing to work with you, in and through you, and make that difference that you so desire.

I did it for Daniel, I'm doing it for you right now, in this country, and in a couple of years I'm going to make this very obvious as I raise you to those levels that I have ordained for you.

And so today, as we come to the place of prayer, number one, it is a prayer to remove the obstruction so that you're noticed.

Number two, it is a prayer to say I am a recruit.

Yes, it is me, lord, and I'm going to be the solution to that problem.

And number three, it's a prayer of commission to say, as I go out there, I am going to do that which the Lord has put in my heart.

And let me tell you, when we do these things, then all of a sudden, the world around us begins to change, and so, for some of us, I can see the amount of the levels of change that are going to happen because of all of us, and also the ones of online.

And the Daniels are now being released, the Estas and the roots are being released, and God is saying wherever I'm going to put you, I'm going to use you.

I'll give you a national value, a continental value, a citywide value, and I'm going to use you greatly, you know greatly.

In the spaces where I'm leading you Right now, as I'm speaking here, I'm praying the gates in the south to open, the gates in the north to open, the gates in the east to open, the gates in the west to open, and I'm praying that you and I will be the ones to go through those gates.

And our children and the children you can give a hand to the Lord, children of our children, they shall go through these gates and, like I said last Sunday, the future is good.

This month is going to be great and the rest of the quarter.

We are finishing strong, remember what I say.

And so we are finishing strong and we shall enter the year 2024 shouting like pastaid and screaming I like the way you do it.

Yeah, I'm saying God has done it, god has done it.

So those strings under data, I declare you will do well.

Those doing KCSE, you'll do well.

Those doing grade six, if some are here, you'll do well.

Those in the universities, you're going to do well.

The doors have been opened and God has made a way.

Now we embrace the spirit Lead excellence.

Let's all stand up as we pray together.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you that we can celebrate Daniel as a character this month of October.

Lord, I thank you for the lessons that we are able to glean from the story of his life, and I know that, even as we reflect on Daniel, you're also raising Daniels and roots and esters from whence we shall be able to glean lessons, individuals who are here and also following online, who leave a legacy and from whose life we shall be able to glean lessons and instructions.

And so, god, thank you for Daniel and thank you for the spirit led excellence that he manifested and demonstrated in Babylon, a nation or an empire that was very colonizing, that was full of idols, that sought to change the identity of individuals, that was very, very patronizing.

Lord, thank you that, even in that context, you are able to raise a person for yourself, namely Daniel.

And God, raise him and raise him, and raise him through the tires and levels to the third most powerful position within the whole empire.

And so, my God, even as we've considered Daniel, we also now personalize it and we give our lives to you and we pray my God, this life belongs to you.

It's always belong to you.

We give it to you and we pray this prayer.

Lord, do with this lives of ours as you so wish.

Our prayer is that, holy Spirit, you come upon us afresh and that we will not struggle in terms of excellence.

It shall not be a struggle.

It shall be the work of the Holy Spirit and this excellence, at the end of it, is a glory of God that shall manifest in the working place, in the homes, in the cities, in Kenya and across Africa.

It shall turn into glory of God shining forth with justice, with economies rising Lord, with things working out from the southern tip of Africa to the northern tip of Africa, to the eastern tip of Africa, to the western tip of Africa.

My God, that man, that woman you're looking for to be able to achieve this kingdom objective for Africa is right here.

And that's why, lord, as I pray today, I've raised that altar, the altar that brings us to the place of being noticed, and in Jesus' name, I remove every cover, every cover that has caused somebody here not to be noticed.

You've been working in that organization for far too long, and it's been probably 15 years.

They have never noticed you, they have bypassed you.

Listen to this preacher.

Today, that cover is removed and you shall be noticed Very, very quickly.

Somebody will testify about you and within no time, that promotion is coming.

In the name of Jesus Christ, my God, thank you.

Thank you so much, hallelujah.

Thank you and Father, I pray that this month, as we have a harvest of being noticed, whether it's issues, marriage, whether it's issues of a building you have built and has no tenants now it's noticed and people are coming in droves, whether it's a restaurant you set up and people are just passing by.

Lord, even as we enter that space of being noticed, we are also engaging as recruits in your kingdom and saying, my God, we are engaging, just like Daniel, engaged to be able to resolve mysteries.

And, father, we pray that, even as we engaged, we shall be able to provide these solutions and we shall be fully deployed for impact.

And so, even as I pray, you have a chance and I thank God for all the young people of Africa who are listening to me.

You have a chance.

Daniel was a young man, david was a young man, ruth was a young woman, esther was a young woman.

All these were just for the young man, 17 years old, the children and the youth of Africa.

According to this preacher, it is your time, it is your hour, the doors are open, the gates are open.

God has anointed you, god has prepared you, god has put excellence in your life.

Rise up like Daniel and say draw a line of conviction, a line of values.

Say I will not eat the king's enriched food and I will not drink the king's wine.

I rather eat vegetables and water, because I know the author of my life is able to raise me to two excellence.

And as a young person, commit yourself afresh because God is raising young people to be solutions for the problems in Africa and God is giving our young people great platforms and God is coming through.

And so if you're a young person following online, following in this service, in the pavilion, in the overflow area, this is your altar now.

Now say Lord, here I am, now take my life, use me to crack the mysteries and the challenges and the problems of our day and season.

And God, use me for your glory.

And right now, holy Spirit, come upon that young person who has prayed that prayer and from this service, you can carry them in your wings and God use them greatly for your glory.

And so, father, we thank you so much for this message today and we pray that, as we commission this kind of excellence, that we shall stand out everywhere we shall go from here, and therefore, let me declare something you are blessed on Monday, you're blessed on Tuesday, you're blessed on Wednesday, you're blessed on Thursday, you're blessed on Friday, you're blessed on Saturday.

On next Sunday, you're coming with a testimony in Jesus name.

Testimony in Jesus name Hallelujah, hallelujah Time to the person next to you.

Tell them you're shining, like Pastor Ambrose tells us yeah, you're truly shining.

I'm shining for God's glory, and you'll shine in the marketplace as you go out after this.

May that glory be carried everywhere we end up going.

The ashes will be leading us out.

I hope they are ready.

Cassina, you had said something the ashes will be leading us.

Maybe you need to say that.

Then I'll lead us in the grace.
