  1. Welcome to Commission Thursday, where we believe that every believer is a light, every believer is a salt, every believer is Christ and Berserter and every believer is the carrier of message of good news.

  2. Turn with me.

  3. In the book of Matthew, chapter 5, verse 13 from the amplified version, the scripture says you are the salt of the earth.

    Matthew 5:13

  4. But if the salt has lost its taste or purpose, how can it be made salty?

  5. It is no longer good for anything but to be thrown out and walked on by people when the woke way are wet and slippery.

  6. I know this is one of the vast that most of us relate with, and there is a quote I came across that says that for you to be able to transform the world, you must understand the world.

  7. It's so unfortunate that some of us were trying to transform the world that we do not even understand.

  8. We don't understand the principles of the world, we don't understand the ways of the world, we don't understand even the energy or the wisdom of the world.

  9. So it becomes a challenge for us to be the salt of this earth.

  10. So for us to be effective and to transform this world, we need three pointers.

  11. Number one we must teach the world.

  12. Number two we must touch lives.

  13. And number three transform destinies.

  14. So for us, teaching the world.

  15. We need to teach the world because everything in this world exists by the word of God.

  16. The scripture began by saying that in the beginning God spoke.

  17. So out of the words that came out, the ones that came out of God gave life to every that we see today.

  18. The word of God is the foundation of everything and that's why he says that all these things will fade away by the word of God will stand.

  19. The system will fade away, the structure will fade away, authority will fade away, but the word of God will stand.

  20. God has called us to be the salt of this earth and for salt to be effective in this generation, we must be anchored in the word of God, we must meditate in the word of God, we must see the result of the word of God being revealed in each and every day of our lives.

  21. Number two we must touch lives.

  22. How do we touch lives?

  23. It's us getting out of our comfort zone, the things that we do for ourselves, and go to the spaces of people.

  24. For us to touch lives of people, we must touch their heart and, as the body of Christ, we must understand the science of touching the heart of people, because that's where transformation begins and, finally, it's transforming destiny.

  25. One of the assignments that we have as a church is to transform destiny of people.

  26. Even those people who are in the church some of them are still groping out, finding their purpose.

  27. It is our responsibility to align them to that which God has destined for them and for those people who are still lost in the dark world.

  28. It is our responsibility to go in this world and reach out to them, because one assignment that we have is to transform every destiny.

  29. The scripture says that until every tongue will confess and will live a life further than the calling is when we will experience the second coming of Jesus Christ.

  30. So if we want to see the second coming of Jesus Christ, let's arise as the body of Christ and amplify the first coming.

  31. Let's amplify the love of God and bring people to this realization In every place God has planted us, because this is our assignment to transform this world.

  32. Be blessed.
