-
turn with me to the book of Genesis, chapter one, and let's see how far we can go with this passage in a moment.
-
Genesis chapter one I don't know what.
-
When is the last time you read through Genesis chapter one?
-
No, it's about creation.
-
Maybe it's a while, and so I was debating Pastor Edith, whether I should read the whole passage.
-
It has 31 verses.
-
Yes, and I feel like reading the whole passage because I believe many people may not have read Genesis chapter one in a long while.
-
And this is what it says in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
-
The earth was without form and void and darkness was on the face of the deep and the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
-
Then God said let there be light.
-
And there was light.
-
And God saw the light, that it was good, and God divided the light from darkness.
-
God called the light day and the darkness he called night.
-
So the evening and the morning were the first day.
-
Then God said let there be a farmament in the midst of the waters and let it divide the waters from the waters.
-
Thus God made the farmament and divided the waters which were under the farmament from the waters which were above the farmament.
-
And it was so, and God called the farmament heaven.
-
God called the farmament heaven.
-
So the evening and the morning were the second day.
-
Then God said let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place and let the dry land appear.
-
And it was so, and God called the dry land earth, and the gathering together of the waters he called seas.
-
And God saw that it was good Verse 11,.
-
Then God said let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself on the earth.
-
And it was so.
-
And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself, according to its kind.
-
And God saw that it was good.
-
So the evening and the morning were the third day.
-
Then God said let there be lights in the farmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night, and let them be for signs and seasons and for days and years, and let them be for lights in the farmament of the heavens to give light on the earth.
-
And it was so.
-
Then God made two great lights, the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night.
-
He made the stars also.
-
God set them in the farmament of the heavens to give light on earth and to rule over the day and over the night and to divide the light from the darkness.
-
And God saw that it was good.
-
So the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
-
Then God said let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures and let birds fly above the earth, across the face of the farmament of the heavens.
-
So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters are bounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind.
-
And God saw that it was good.
-
And God blessed them, saying be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters in the heavens and let birds multiply on earth.
-
So the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
-
I hope you're still with me now we're on the sixth day.
-
Then God said let the earth bring forth the living creatures according to its kind, kettle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind.
-
And it was so.
-
And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, kettle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind.
-
And God saw that it was good.
-
Then God said let us make man in our image, according to our likeness.
-
Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air and over the kettle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.
-
So God created man in his own image.
-
In the image of God, he created a male and female.
-
He created them.
-
Then God blessed them.
-
And God said to them be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it.
-
Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
-
And God said see, I have given you every harp that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed To you.
-
It shall be for food Also to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air and to everything that creeps on the earth in which there is life.
-
I have given every green harp for food.
-
And it was so.
-
Then God saw everything that he had made and indeed it was very good.
-
So the evening and the morning, war the sixth day.
-
Did you follow through with me?
-
Very interesting passage, just talking about creation.
-
I don't know what is that.
-
When is the last time you read through Genesis, chapter one, and just see God at the beginning and what God is doing?
-
And it is from this passage that we are going to draw today's lessons on the subject exercising kingdom authority.
-
Exercising kingdom authority, and that is our theme this particular month.
-
Remember that our theme for the year is the year of the Lord's uplifted open door and we can see it here, and our theme for this particular month is open door declarations uplifted kingdom authority.
-
Quickly, in terms of definition, what is authority?
-
Authority is having dominion, and I think you've heard such a word in the passage that we read today.
-
Having dominion, it is having ability, it is having power, right With which to cause things to happen.
-
I also checked out and it says it is power or right to give orders, to make decisions and to enforce their obedience.
-
So it is the power or the right to give orders.
-
That is authority, but also not only to give orders, but also to make decisions and the ability to also cause or enforce obedience.
-
Now it is important for authority to be legitimate.
-
It is important for authority to be legitimate and what gives legitimacy to authority?
-
It is the source of authority that gives legitimacy to authority.
-
The source of authority matters, and why is it important?
-
Because of two reasons I want to suggest.
-
One is because authority can be questioned.
-
Authority can be questioned.
-
Hence the reason why it is important for authority to be legitimate, to be legit.
-
We know that Jesus' own authority was questioned.
-
If you look at Mark, chapter 11, verse 27, down to verse 33, you can note that down these guys come to Jesus and they ask Him by whose authority?
-
The teachers of the law and the elders came to Him and they asked Him by what authority are you doing these things?
-
They asked and who gave you authority to do these things?
-
So it is important to be walking around with legitimate authority because it can be questioned.
-
I walk around with legitimate authority as the maturity pastor of Parklands Baptist Church and so wherever I go, if somebody questions me, I have legitimacy because there is a source.
-
Now, if you go out there and call yourself the maturity pastor of Parkland's Baptist Church, if you land in trouble, you will be in serious trouble because of legitimacy, because the question that you will be asked who gave you that authority?
-
The source, in fact.
-
Jesus goes on to make an argument with these teachers of the law and the Pharisees and he tells them, in answering this question, he asked them who's?
-
From whom is John's baptism?
-
He says.
-
Jesus replied I will ask you one question.
-
Answer me and I will tell you by what authority I am doing these things.
-
And what question did he ask them?
-
John's baptism, was it from heaven or of human origin?
-
Legitimacy it's a legitimacy question about the authority of John's baptism.
-
And these guys had a quick kankunji, they reasoned together.
-
They were teachers of the law and they made an argument.
-
They said if we tell him it was from God, then he will ask us because it is legitimate, why didn't we then accept it?
-
But then if we also tell him that it is from man, because it is not true, it is not from man then the people will be upon us.
-
Legitimacy.
-
And so they came to him and said, oh, we don't know.
-
And then Jesus said well, if you don't know, I will also not tell you where I derive my authority.
-
The legitimacy question is very important when it comes to authority.
-
But secondly, why is it important for authority to be legitimate, it's because authority can also be illegitimate.
-
You can have false authority, you can have authority that is not legit, and that is why, then, it is important that we talk about the legitimacy of authority.
-
You remember, some time back, a police officer who had worked and even gone up the ranks of the police force, and the fellow was not a police officer.
-
I think he's still in jail because and yet, he had arrested the people.
-
He had done all manner of things that police officers do, but his authority was illegitimate.
-
Let me tell you that illegitimate authority does not take you far.
-
It is soon discovered, and even worse still when it is discovered by your enemies and your biggest enemy, and the case in point is in the book of Acts, chapter 19, verse 11 to 16.
-
We have Paul doing miraculous, performing miraculous signs.
-
The Bible says that even his aprons and handkerchiefs because of legitimate authority, people will touch them and they are healed because he was operating under legitimate authority.
-
Then some fellows called the sons of Skeva.
-
They decided let us try this thing.
-
It is working.
-
And instead of even trying with people who are sick or trying with people who had some smaller problems, they decided to try with the demon possessed fellows, illegitimate authority, working into the enemy's territory.
-
And the Bible says when they started casting out the demons and saying come out in the name of Jesus, whom Paul preaches, the demons responded.
-
And I can imagine the demons responding.
-
They must.
-
First of all, they must have laughed.
-
They were rolling on the floor.
-
Rolling on the floor, it was such a serious joke to them.
-
You know, it's like somebody like me just walking to the road there and I try to stop vehicles.
-
People will just be laughing at me.
-
They may not do what this guy's, this demons did.
-
So the Bible says that they said you know Paul.
-
We know Paul possesses legitimate authority.
-
Jesus, we know he possesses legitimate authority, but who are you?
-
Maybe the demons must have used the word hell in the question, so you can use it.
-
Let me not use it here.
-
So that's their language, isn't it?
-
Their language is hellish.
-
So they must have used hell in asking who are you.
-
And before these guys could respond because of illegitimate authority, the demons were on them.
-
The story says that they left naked.
-
Therefore, the source of authority is very important and the source of authorities must be in such a way that the source possesses the authority to confer authority.
-
That is the legitimacy of the source.
-
All right, you know you can be carrying around with yourself a letter that doesn't carry the authority of the right person.
-
It will take you nowhere.
-
The person conferring and this is a simple lesson that you need to learn.
-
Anytime you have a documentation, you need to know does this person possess the authority to confer that authority?
-
If the person doesn't, then that authority becomes illegitimate.
-
So what is kingdom authority?
-
Kingdom authority can be defined as God given authority.
-
Therefore, the source of this authority is God.
-
1 Chronicles, chapter 19, verse 11, talks about God and says you are is the kingdom.
-
1 Chronicles he put the rest of men under.
-
Is it 1 Chronicles or 2 Chronicles?
-
Look at 2 Chronicles, chapter 20.
2 Chronicles 20 chapter mention
-
No, it's 1 Chronicles 29.
-
Sorry, 29 verse 11.
-
1 Chronicles, 29 verse 11.
-
This is what the Bible says in 1 Chronicles you are, oh Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
-
Yours, lord, is the kingdom and therefore kingdom authority.
-
The source of kingdom authority is God himself, and that gives that authority legitimacy.
-
How do we connect to this authority?
-
This kingdom authority is given on the account of Jesus Christ, and so Jesus is our connection to this kingdom authority.
-
John, chapter 1, verse 12, tells us as many as believed in him, those who received him, he gave them the right to become children of God and therefore through Christ we get connection to this kingdom authority.
-
This kingdom authority is given through the Holy Spirit and therefore the Holy Spirit is the channel by which we receive and activate kingdom authority.
-
Acts.
-
Chapter 1, verse 8, tells us you shall receive power when.
-
When shall you receive power?
-
You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you.
-
That's when you shall receive power.
-
And it is only when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, because you have become a child of God, that then the power of the kingdom is released to you.
-
But this kingdom authority also is given to kingdom citizens.
-
You know, I can only exercise Kenyan authority.
-
I cannot go to Rwanda and decide to behave like a Kenyan in Rwanda, I hear.
-
In Rwanda you cannot throw papers and litter everywhere.
-
It is unfortunate that in Kenya you can actually eat your mandazi and you just throw the paper outside.
-
Now, if you take that behavior to Rwanda, I am just warning you that we will have to ship bread and soda and milk to you because of where you will be.
-
So kingdom authority has a jurisdiction, and the jurisdiction is that kingdom authority is given to kingdom citizens.
-
So are you a citizen of the kingdom?
-
That is the question.
-
For you to claim kingdom authority, the Bible says in Philippians 3, verse 20, where our citizenship is in heaven, and that gives us the connection and confers us to be recipients of this kingdom authority.
-
So now that we have kingdom authority, then, as agents, what are we supposed to do?
-
Our responsibility, then, is to exercise kingdom authority.
-
Our responsibility is not to pray for kingdom authority.
-
Our responsibility is not to praise kingdom authority.
-
Our responsibility, as agents of kingdom authority is to exercise that authority wherever the Lord has called us, and therefore there are things that God expects you to do because you have the authority.
-
You don't start calling him, you do, you cost them to happen.
-
Because you have the power, you have the authority.
-
I will just narrow down to one way of exercising kingdom authority that we can draw from the passage that we read.
-
One way of exercising kingdom authority is through our words, is through our words.
-
What we say carries with it authority, and that's why, for example, as the maturity pastor.
-
If I say something now, I will say I can't start claiming here I'm speaking like a resident, I have spoken.
-
I cannot separate myself and say now I'm speaking as the pastor and now I am speaking as me.
-
There will be confusion, because words carry with them authority, and that's why you find it very confusing when people who have been given authority, leaders who have been given authority, speak recklessly.
-
It creates a lot of confusion.
-
Have we not seen that in our government sometimes Another government somebody wakes up in the morning and says this, and then another one in the evening says this, because now we don't know whom do we follow.
-
Words carry with them authority, and therefore it is very important then that, as kingdom citizens, as agents of kingdom authority, that we make good use of our words.
-
That's why the Bible says let your yes be yes and your no be no.
-
It should not be yes, no, no, yes, because it gives a position, a kingdom position.
-
From the passage we have read, we see God exercising our kingdom authority through words, by speaking, and there are three things that we can carry from that passage.
-
Number one words create, words create.
-
What this means is that words bring that which was not into being.
-
They bring things that were not into existence.
-
And when we look at the passage, this is what the Bible says verse three, genesis, chapter one.
-
Then God said verse six.
-
Then God said if you can go with me, verse three.
-
Then God said all right.
-
Verse six.
-
Then God said verse nine.
-
Then God said verse 11, then God said verse 14.
-
Then God said verse 20, then God said verse 24, then God said Verse 26,.
-
Then God said verse 28,.
-
Then God said verse 29,.
-
God said and what did God say Let there be light?
-
In verse three.
-
And what happened when God said let there be light?
-
Was there light before God said let there be light?
-
Maybe we can check again.
-
Let's check together Verse one the Bible says in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
-
And verse two the earth was without form and void and darkness.
-
What was present?
-
And then God said let there be, and you can go.
-
Verse six verse six.
-
Then God said let there be a farmament in the midst of the waters and let it divide the waters from the waters.
-
What happened in verse seven?
-
There was a farmament.
-
Words create.
-
And the big question that you need to ask yourself today is how do you use your words?
-
What do you say about yourself?
-
Because what you say, what you pronounce, comes into existence when you say you know, I am a fool.
-
You, immediately before you, said that you are not a fool.
-
You are probably considered one of the wisest men or women.
-
But the moment you proclaim yourself to be a fool, immediately you start working a fool.
-
Paul says I can do all things.
-
Does he say some things?
-
He says I can do all things.
-
What do you say about yourself?
-
I am wise, I am loved, I am cherished.
-
There are people who say nobody loves me.
-
And immediately nobody loves you.
-
You say you know, now, I have given up, I'll never get married.
-
And immediately any other date that was coming around, it closes because you've already declared your status.
-
The Bible says let the weak say I am.
-
Who is supposed to be saying they are strong?
-
It is the strong and mighty.
-
But the Bible says let the weak say I am strong.
-
What does Gideon say about himself?
-
He says I am the smallest, I am nothing.
-
But what does God say about him?
-
He says you are a mighty man of valor.
-
And by God saying that Gideon is a mighty man of valor, he becomes a mighty man of valor.
-
Because what creates?
-
If you meet somebody and you tell them I hate you, hate rate just starts springing.
-
You go, try tell someone else and make sure it is not somebody you can land in trouble with.
-
Just tell somebody I love you and see how this thing works.
-
Love just starts oozing out.
-
It was not there, but it just starts doing what Oozing out because you have created it.
-
So if you are dating somebody and you have never made that pronouncement that I love you, you guys are just having a conversation you are just having, you are just walking around together, you are just having something.
-
The day you say I love you, now love will start building and brewing around you.
-
Otherwise, until then it is a sister and a brother, a workmate, a colleague, and it goes on and on.
-
That's why somebody tells you after many years because somebody else came around and said I love you.
-
Then you say but I thought we were having something.
-
There was not something because it was never created, it never existed.
-
Somebody else showed up and did what Created it Alafu, uka, tokoa.
-
Then you know what this person just said I thought we were in a Bible study, talking of Bible studies.
-
That is where I got my wife.
-
Our Bible studies are good.
-
If you are not in one, you better join one.
-
And as we were studying the Word of God, I created it and said you lady, you are, there is something.
-
I think there is something, some love from me for you is coming, and today I have a wife.
-
I'm not sure whether I went to Catalonia because God has already given you the kingdom authority to do what To create At the end, I am seeking the face of God.
-
What are you seeking the face of God about?
-
Just walk forth and create, because you have the kingdom authority to create.
-
But now time does not allow us.
-
What do you say about your family?
-
Whatever you say about your family, you create.
-
What do you say about your future?
-
I have met people who say I miss you.
-
You know that statement I miss you and immediately darkness just covers you.
-
There is nothing you can see, because when you say that you have already created blindness, that was not there.
-
The question you need to ask yourself is what are you seeing?
-
I am seeing a great future For this man who is standing here tonight.
-
I am seeing a great future.
-
I am seeing a bright future and on your behalf.
-
I am also seeing a bright future.
-
I am seeing blessedness.
-
You don't seem to believe it, but I am seeing it.
-
I am seeing breakthrough.
-
Now you can turn it to yourself.
-
Don't wait for the pastor to see it for you.
-
See it for yourself.
-
If you don't have a mirror, go today and buy a mirror, bless it before yourself and speak to that image.
-
You see there.
-
Tell that image.
-
You have no choice.
-
You must experience God's breakthroughs.
-
You have no choice.
-
You must experience God's power.
-
You have no choice.
-
You must experience God's love.
-
You have no choice.
-
God has good plans for you.
-
It doesn't matter the circumstances.
-
Now Create it.
-
I have met people, sometimes even among you, here.
-
Here I mean congregation.
-
You know, pastor, I want you to come and bless my business.
-
It is just like a small business.
-
Yeah, you know, it is just like a.
-
You know you want it to sound like humility.
-
It doesn't sound humility, it is a creation of smallness.
-
Say, pastor, I have a business, come and dedicate it.
-
It is growing in Jesus' name.
-
So why are we blessing small businesses then?
-
Why must we invoke all the heavenly authority and power on small things?
-
Are we together?
-
But you can speak to it and say this is my business.
-
And the moment you start seeing it as a big business, you will start thinking big, you will start growing it, you will start making a difference with it.
-
But as long as you see it small, it remains the size of what you see.
-
Do you remember these guys who went to spy the land and they brought a bad report?
-
They said oh, I'm telling you, we looked like grasshoppers in their eyes.
-
Now, that was not a report from these guys the giants.
-
They, the giants, had not even mentioned anywhere.
-
Hey, you guys are looking like grasshoppers in our eyes.
-
No, they had not.
-
And then they said even in their own thoughts, we knew we are grasshoppers.
-
How did they enter their thoughts?
-
So what create?
-
You create by what you say.
-
Give me a few minutes so that I can conclude this.
-
You create what you say by saying but secondly, words designate.
-
Not only do words designate, but not only do words create, but words also designate.
-
And what does this mean?
-
They establish, they operationalize, they give legitimacy, they empower, they give status.
-
You establish by naming.
-
You establish by naming Verse five.
-
The Bible tells us about God.
-
What did God do in verse five?
-
This is what the Bible says.
-
God called the light.
-
What Day?
-
Before it was just a hovering light, but now God designates it and that is why there is no confusion.
-
There is no light at night because it was designated to operate in the day.
-
The day you will find light at night, most likely you are not on earth, because on earth the light has been designated for the day.
-
He called that light day and then the darkness.
-
He called what Night?
-
But also verse 8,.
-
So God has operationalized that light so that it can operate as day.
-
He has operationalized darkness so that darkness can now operate as night.
-
He has designated, he has established.
-
But then the Bible says in verse 8, let's see verse 8, where is verse 8,?
-
What does it say?
-
Okay, and God called the firmament heaven.
-
Alright, so he created the firmament.
-
And then now he did what he designated it, he operationalized it, he called it, he named it and from that day it became heaven.
-
What does verse 10 say?
-
Let's see verse 10,.
-
I am about to finish verse 10.
-
I'm not sure I'm about to finish, but I'm about to finish verse 10.
-
And God called the dry land, earth and the gathering together of the waters he called sea.
-
Before that they were just waters gathered in a place and another section without water.
-
But now God names, it Says now, from today you are earth and from today you are sea.
-
It's very interesting that then, you know, adam exercises this authority almost immediately.
-
We are told in chapter 2, verse 19 and 20, now the Lord God formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky.
-
He brought them to man to see man.
-
Here is Adam to see what he would name them.
-
So all the animals were just animals.
-
They were just walking around without any designation, they were a pack of animals.
-
But then God causes them to pass before Adam and the Bible says whatever Adam called them, that became their name.
-
So if a lion, for example, was walking like a giraffe and then it passed before Adam and he called it lion, immediately it changed its walking style and started roaring like a lion.
-
So when you see a man walking like a lady and wanting to be a lady, there is some confusion somewhere, because that is not their designation, because what God said when he created them?
-
He called one male and then called the other female.
-
One looked like this and another one was well fashioned.
-
Now, that's the difference between men and women.
-
Men just look like this, but ladies are well.
-
So when you're not well fashioned, they pay to.
-
Why would you want to start wanting to look like a well-fashioned person?
-
Just walk like a man.
-
That is what makes you handsome.
-
And when you are well-fashioned as a lady, why do you want to look like a lady?
-
Just walk like a lady.
-
That is what makes you beautiful, because you are designated Kingdom authority.
-
God is exercising kingdom authority and it doesn't matter whether you use science, whether you use geography.
-
You will never change what God has designated.
-
So he called.
-
But there is something else.
-
The Bible says in that verse 20 that among all the animals there is none he designated as a helper.
-
I don't know whether you see that.
-
You know, whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.
-
So the man gave names to all livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.
-
But for Adam no suitable helper was found.
-
He never called the dog his helper.
-
He never called the lion his helper.
-
He never designated the cat his helper.
-
Yet in another verse, you remember, I talked about dating.
-
So God creates this woman in verse 22.
-
Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man and he brought her to the man.
-
The man said these are the most romantic words ever.
-
Said.
-
He said now, this is born of my bones and flesh.
-
Of my flesh.
-
She shall be called woman, for she was taken out of man.
-
Now Adam designates.
-
So these other ones can stay in the wild, but this one is personal.
-
I designate this one to be mine.
-
The others, god, we can share, but this one is mine.
-
Kingdom, authority, words designate.
-
And so some questions for us today.
-
What names have you given to your circumstances?
-
I've met people who say, ah, parsi, this one, I have tried everything, it can never change.
-
I can assure you it will never change.
-
But the day you say enough is enough, this is going to change.
-
You create, you designate, you remove it out of status.
-
I am glad on WhatsApp we have this thing called status.
-
You have seen that thing called status.
-
Why are you looking at me as though I'm not supposed to be?
-
On WhatsApp, I also upload my status.
-
But, parsi, there is something very interesting about it.
-
It warns you that these status will do what.
-
Is it expire?
-
Which word does it use?
-
Disappear.
-
So he says these status will disappear after 24?
-
.
-
I am here to tell you that status is not permanent.
-
God can change your life around.
-
Just the way you change your status In the morning it was tears In the evening, you can change it to joy and celebration because of kingdom authority.
-
What names have you given to your plans?
-
Well, I am just putting this together, but I don't know whether it will succeed.
-
What names have you given your battles?
-
Well, I'm not sure whether this one I can win.
-
What names have you given to God?
-
The names that you give to your God.
-
That is who he becomes to you.
-
Is he Elohim?
-
Is he Jehovah Jairai?
-
Is he Jehovah Shama?
-
Is he Jehovah Nisi?
-
Is he Jehovah Rafa?
-
Who is God to you?
-
What name have you given him?
-
Kingdom Authority.
-
What name have you given to your tomorrow?
-
Is it going to be a better day?
-
Is it going to be a bright day?
-
Is it going?
-
You know, I have had people who say I have tried everything.
-
I don't know whether you have met such people.
-
I have tried everything.
-
And the moment you bring an idea that they have not tried, what is their default response?
-
They say I don't think it will work, because what is the status they have designated for themselves?
-
I have tried everything, but finally, words bless, words bless.
-
Verse 22, the Bible tells us.
-
And God blessed them.
-
Saying God blessed them, exercised kingdom authority.
-
In verse 22, by blessing them Right.
-
And then in verse 28, again, the Bible tells us God exercising kingdom authority by blessing them.
-
Then God blessed them and God said to them be fruitful and multiply.
-
What is God in essence doing in this particular passage?
-
As he blesses, god is now enhancing capacity.
-
He is affirming, he is now elevating them to operate from a different realm.
-
He's setting them apart for dominion, for fruitfulness.
-
They cannot just operate like anything else.
-
He is bestowing an impartation.
-
You attract kingdom resources, you transfer abilities and capacity when you bless.
-
Therefore, you accelerate by blessing, and quickly.
-
Three things that you can do under blessing.
-
One, learn to bless everything that concerns your life.
-
Learn to bless your job.
-
Learn to bless your house.
-
Learn to bless your ideas.
-
Learn to bless your plans.
-
Learn to bless your relationships.
-
Learn to bless.
-
Don't wait for somebody else to bless, because you are an agent of the kingdom.
-
Exercise kingdom authority by blessing.
-
I bless my children, I bless my wife, I bless the work of my hands, I bless my house, I bless my car, I bless every.
-
I bless my future, I bless my clothes.
-
Efficiency of the universe 3 tells us that God is a bless they give us the source of kingdom.
-
Authority is a bless.
-
From today, become a bless and see what will happen in your life.
-
But secondly, attract God's blessings through obedience.
-
Walk in obedience.
-
Many times we read Eutronomy, chapter 28, the whole of it, and miss out on verse one and two, because that is the engine.
-
It says if you fully obey the Lord, your God and carefully follow all his commands, I give you today the Lord, your God will set you high above all nations on earth.
-
Attract blessings through obedience.
-
What does verse 15 say?
-
You know now.
-
God enumerates all those blessings and then, in verse 15, this is what he tells the children of Israel.
-
However, if you do not obey the Lord, your God and do not carefully follow all his commandments and decrees, I am giving you today all these causes.
-
And then, all the way to around, verse 65, or they are about all.
-
Those says they will follow you.
-
They are numerals.
-
But when you obey those few blessings, turn your life around but finally revoke every curse.
-
By prayer or faith you can revoke anything you think is a curse in your life by prayer.
-
Don't say I'm cursed.
-
If any such a thought crosses your mind and you think you are cursed, you have kingdom authority to revoke every curse in your life.
-
Don't even wait for somebody else to come and revoke.
-
You have kingdom authority.
-
The Bible says of Jabez in 1 Chronicles, chapter 4, verse 10.
-
It says that Jabez cried out to God of Israel and he said oh, that you will bless me and enlarge my territory, let your hand be with me and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.
-
And because of kingdom authority, what did God do?
-
The Bible says God granted his request.
-
God has been waiting to grant your request because you are a legitimate citizen of the kingdom.
-
Walk out today of this service.
-
Use your words to create, use your words to designate, use your words to bless and allow all the resources of the kingdom to be your portion, in Jesus' name, and I will make the grace of our Lord, jesus Christ, and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you now and forevermore.
-
Amen.
-
You are blessed to be a blessing.
-
You are blessed and empowered by kingdom authority.
-
May you walk out there in confidence and turn things around, because kingdom authority is your portion and you are a legitimate agent of that kingdom.
-
In Jesus' name Amen.
