I want us to read now the word.

Shall we stand?

We are reading from Matthew, chapter 8, verse 5 to 13, talking about this month open door design.

Matthew 8:5–13

Tell your neighbor open door design.

The particular topic today is uplifted kingdom blueprint.

That's what we are talking about.

I want to bring back to your attention.

But this is the story of the centurion in the Bible.

I read from verse 5.

When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him asking for help.

Tell your neighbor.

It is good to ask for help, lord.

He said.

My servant lies at home, paralyzed, suffering terribly.

Jesus said to him shall I come and heal him?

The centurion replied Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof, but just say the word and my servant will be healed.

For I myself am a man and authority which soldiers under me.

I tell this one go and he goes, and that one come and he comes.

I say to my servant do this, and he does it.

When Jesus had this, he was amazed and say to those following him truly, I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith.

I say to you that many will come from the east and the west and will take their places that the feast with Abraham, isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven, but the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Then Jesus said to the centurion go, let it be done just as you believed it would.

And his servant was healed that moment.

This is God's word, and God's people said amen, please be seated in God's presence.

Shall we pray, father, we bless your word.

The Bible says that man shall not leave by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

Holy Spirit, settle our spirits that we may hear what the Spirit is saying to the church.

Dear Lord, people may have come with various needs.

Others are scared, others are fearful.

There may be others who have been disappointed and there may be others who have been discouraged.

Regardless of the situation that they have faced during this past week, they have come into your presence, they have come to receive your word.

And so, holy Spirit, speak to us, speak to us right where we are.

Lord, we thank you for those who have connected with us online, we thank you for those in the pavilion and we celebrate your goodness in our medics, because this word is coming forth in your power.

Thank you for the visitors who are among us and we bless them as they fellowship with us today.

We give you all the glory, we give you all the praise.

Now, lord, speak to us and we know it shall be well, and God's people said amen, amen.

As I prepare to speak, let's, let's again thank God for protection.

I'm saying let's thank God for protection.

We want to appreciate our one of our members, the CS Murkomen, who was involved in this helicopter crash.

But they came out well.

Murkomen, I know you're sitting somewhere here and we just want to appreciate God's protection over your life and over those, those who are with you.

We don't, we don't take that for granted, and the fact that he came to to the service, it's a, it's just a thanksgiving, and your honorable God bless you Big time.

Why don't we give God a big hand for that?

Tell your neighbor uplifted kingdom blueprint.

Now, three things we are going to talk about.

Number one Dominion Mandate, wealth Mandate and Honor Mandate.

I want you to remember those words Dominion Mandate, wealth Mandate, honor Mandate.

We have a mandate, uplifted kingdom blueprint.

The word blueprint basically means a plan.

Tell your neighbor, god has a plan and it is a good plan.

Now, tell your neighbor, looking at you, I see God's plan and it is a good plan, hallelujah.

Let me read this verse.

The Bible says in Psalms 139 this is David speaking around verse 14.

This is what he says about what God is doing and God's plan.

It says this praise, I praise you because I am what Just say it.

Say it one more time Now.

Some of us are more fearfully made than are wonderfully made.

But I want to tell you this all of us are fearfully and wonderfully made the way.

When you look at people, when you look at what they can do, when you look at the way they think and how they maneuver and how they create things, we begin to sit back and says God is a creator and he has created us fearfully and wonderfully.

Let me finish that statement.

He says your works are wonderful.

Tell your neighbor, you are wonderful.

And then he says I know that full well, because some people don't know that.

I pray that you know that you're wonderful.

I pray that you know you're wonderful.

I am saying you're wonderful.

I am saying you're wonderful.

If nobody told you you're wonderful.

Pastor Ambrose is saying you're wonderful.

Pastor Simon, every time we stand here and look around here, we just see God's variety.

Thank you, jesus, our God's variety of creation.

Buanas, if you will Look at the next verse, my frame was not hidden from you.

When I was made in the secret place.

When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body.

All the days ordained for me were written in your book.

Can you imagine?

Before one of them came to be, god planned for you?

God had a blueprint.

Some of us may have strayed from it, but let me tell you this God will still fulfill his purpose in your life.

Jeremiah 29, 11 says this about God's plan, god's blueprint for us.

For I know what the plans I have for you Declare as Lord.

I know God knows.

God knows Plans to do what To prosper you.

You know, sometimes some people just think that God created you to kill you.

God did not create to kill you.

It is that thief who comes to do what To kill, steal and destroy.

No, god wants to prosper you.

Look at your neighbor.

Tell your neighbor.

You may not look like prosperity right now, but you're going to prosper.

You are created to prosper, hallelujah.

Yeah, let me tell you this you are a.

You're blessed for.

I know the plans I have for you.

Declare the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to do what To harm you.

Plans to give you hope and a future.

Then you will call on me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you.

You will seek me and find me.

When you seek me with some of your heart, will, all your heart, then he says I will be found by you.

God is not playing hide and seek.

God wants to be found by you.

But what do you need to do?

You need to seek, you need to seek.

You will be found.

One time, martha lost her ID Hallelujah and she really wanted to go to the bank and do something with it.

Now she told me, ambrose, we better find that ID.

Let me tell you this have you ever searched for something in the house?

I'm telling you, I didn't find it.

But in the process, as I was looking for things and I was also cleaning the wardrobes, cleaning this and that, and then I stopped and I said, by the way, I cannot do between all this work and nothing is happening.

So I started praying.

I said, father, in the name of Jesus, I declare that ID to come forth.

In the name of Jesus, I'm telling you, I spoke to the bedroom.

Come forth.

Are you under the pillow?

Come forth.

Are you under the mattress?

Come forth.

I'm telling you, I decreed and I declared and I searched.

Let me tell you this I did not find it, but I believe the Bible says seek and you shall find later.

Mother just had to go to the bank using her passport and she traveled, like I told you, she's in Angola right now.

Just tell your neighbor, don't be envious, but we know you with hangouts, and that was a couple of weeks ago.

But let me tell you this today our house help came and said Ambrose, I have found the ID In my head.

I said where she said mother had given her and she had put it in her purse.

I said, boiling, you have been searching all this time and you are the one who has this ID.

But she had it and she didn't.

She had forgotten it and she had put it somewhere and today it came to the surface.

Let me tell you this seek, you shall find, decreate, it will come to pass.

I have a testimony.

May you have a testimony?

Come on, somebody better give God a big hand, amen.

So when mother comes back, they fly back tomorrow she'll have her ID.

Let me tell you this Jesus left heaven looking for you and he searched and searched and searched and he died on that cross and he said it is finished.

2000 years later he found you.

Tell your neighbor God is a God of desire.

God wants you to find him.

God is looking for us, but God also wants you to find him and he said you shall seek me and you shall search for me with all your heart and you shall do what you shall find me.

God is a God of plan.

He has a blueprint, he has a plan.

Look at this verse in Romans 8, 28.

The Bible says that all things work together.

For what?

For good.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

So it doesn't matter what you're going through.

God already knew you many, many years before you entered this planet.

God did not know you the day you were born.

The Bible says before I formed you in your mother's womb, I did work.

I knew you.

So some things don't take God by surprise.

Let me tell you this Before that, that which, which which doctor showed up in your village and put a cast on you, god already had blessed you 2,000 years ago, hallelujah.

And that cast cannot land on you.

God is a good God.

Look at your neighbor.

Tell your neighbor I'm here because God is a good God.

And so let me tell you this the centurion who came to Jesus had been planned for, and Jesus came at the right time for him, because the Romans and the Roman Empire invaded Palestine in 63 BC, 60 years before Jesus was born.

The Romans were in Palestine.

They took over that region because it was a very strategic place, because, for Simon, in Palestine you have an opportunity to go to three continents to the north, to Europe, to the east, to Asia, and to the south, to Africa.

And that is why Palestine is a very key and a very important place.

And the Romans Strategically took over Palestine because there they could engage the entire world.

But you see, god had planned for them.

There are no governments that come into this world that God did not plan for.

They are four superpowers that were in the Bible Before Jesus came.

The first one was the Babylonians, nebuchadnezzar.

The second one were the Pajones, that was Darius, the third one was the Greeks and the fourth one were the Romans, and and they had different things they needed to do.

Babylon came to basically put certain laws in place.

The Pajones came to show their strength, the Greeks came to give their language.

The Romans came to set the roads and communication lines across that entire world.

Then Jesus was born.

At that time, and the Bible says, though the Romans invaded Palestine in 63 BC, the kingdom of God invaded the world when Jesus was born.

Hallelujah.

And God had a purpose.

The Bible says this in Isaiah, chapter 9, verse 6, about that Kingdom that invaded the earth and the king would come.

Isaiah 9:6

Yes, romans had Caesar, but the kingdom has the king of kings and the Lord of Lords.

The Bible says, for to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders, and he will be called wonderful counselor, mighty God, everlasting father, the priests of peace, of the greatness of his government and peace.

They will be worth no end.

He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness.

From that time on and forever, the zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.

Let me tell you this there's nothing the devil can do in your life.

God is still going to accomplish his purpose in your life, in Jesus name.

He will accomplish and that is why he has a blueprint.

God doesn't work Because of circumstances, because circumstances shift and change.

Rulers come and go, situations are this way this one day, but his blueprint is intact.

I'm saying his blueprint is intact and and you're part of that plan, and part of that plan is for you and for God to reveal Himself that there is a dominion mandate, and that's why he brought the centurion, the centurion we.

With all his power, with all his ability.

He had a servant who was helpless and dying, paralyzed, could not move.

There was nothing the centurion could do.

The centurion needed to go to another government that could do things for for him, and so he found Jesus.

I pray that in Jesus name, those watching us online and who are here, there's a government and King.

Jesus is the king and I'm telling you Jesus, I'm the way, the truth in the life.

No man comes, the father, but my me.

But Jesus wanted to reveal to this centurion the dominion mandate.

In other words, all of us have been designed to rain.

Tell your neighbor you are designed to rain.

Tell your neighbor you are not designed to live under the circumstances.

Tell your neighbor you're supposed to be above the circumstances, hallelujah.

The Bible says in the book of Genesis, chapter 1, verse 26, again talking about mankind.

Genesis 1:26

We keep repeating this because this is God's blueprint.

Then God said let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock, over all wild animals and over all the creatures that move On the ground.

So God created mankind in his own image.

In the image of God, he created them, male and female.

He created them.

God blessed them and and said to them be fruitful, increase the number, fill the earth and subdue it, rule over the fish Of the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground Verse 31 of that chapter.

When God finished, seeing what he had done, he said God saw all that he had made and it was what.

That includes you.

I'm saying that includes you.

You are designed to rain, you're designed to rule.

You're designed to have dominion, hallelujah.

Tell your neighbor you have dominion In Jesus name, hallelujah.

So, even with this situation, this need there are many needs that come To God, but God says I have dominion.

I have dominion.

Listen to how Jesus Responded to this centurion.

I'm reading verse 5 in chapter 8, verse 5, sorry, verse 7, very quickly, verse 7 Jesus said to him Shall I come and heal him.

Now, this is an IV.

I like it when it says in the new king James how Jesus responded.

In the new king James he says this and Jesus said to him I will come and He'll hear that is a person who has dominion, I will come and heal him.

Jesus did not start thinking twice, you know, he didn't think twice because, let me tell you this, pastor, simon Matthew is written in a very interesting way because from chapter 1 to chapter 4, he's talking about the arrival of the kingdom, matthew.

Matthew 1 · chapter mention

Chapter 1 to verse 4 the arrival of the kingdom, matthew.

Matthew 5 · chapter mention

Chapter 5 To verse 7, he's talking about the message of the kingdom.

And that is why in chapter 5 you have the beatitudes blessed at the meek, blessed at these ones, blessed at those ones and he's talked about the kingdom and how the kingdom operates.

If somebody slaps you on your left, give them what, which some people don't like the message of the kingdom.

He says in that message you're the light of the world, you're the salt of the earth, the message of the kingdom.

And then in chapter 8 he starts talking about the impact of the kingdom.

Chapter 8, chapter 9 and chapter 10 he begins to tell how this kingdom impacts our world.

And that is why in chapter 8 he begins by meeting a man with leprosy before he made a centurion, leprosy.

And the problem in that situation was this.

But second, it is that people thought Jesus had come but he was not willing to do anything about their problems.

They were not willing Because the Romans were not willing, caesar was not willing.

These people had been oppressed for 60 years.

Their children had seen Romans walking the streets every day and the Jews were helpless.

Then Jesus shows up and he says the spirit of the Lord has anointed me and they felt helpless.

So Jesus begins to demonstrate that he's willing.

So in chapter 8, verse 1, before the centurion this is what the Bible says about the man with leprosy.

It says verse 1, matthew 8 1 very quickly this to give you a background when Jesus came down From the mountainside, large crowds followed him.

A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said Lord, if you're what, if you're willing, you can make me clean.

Listen to the response.

That's the next verse.

Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man and what did he say?

I'm willing.

Let me tell you this, the kingdom is willing, god is willing to come your way.

I'm willing.

He said be clean.

Immediately he was cleansed of his leprosy.

And that is then Jesus said to him see that, you don't tell anyone, but go, show yourself to the priests and other, just go back.

Let me finish that show yourself to the priest and offer the gift Moses commanded as a testimony to them.

And that is when I in chapter verse 5, when Jesus had entered Kapanawum, a centurion came to him asking for help, and you have heard the story then over 7.

Then Jesus said to him shall I come and heal him?

Tell me, I want to tell you this.

He was willing, I Will come, I will come.

But even Jesus said I will come, listen to other guy, says.

The centurion replied Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof.

But Jesus, but just say the word and my servant will be healed.

And then he said something else which I'm coming to right now.

But I want to tell you this God has given us dominion.

Be willing to use it.

I'm saying be willing to use you.

God has given you grace, use it.

God has given you an anointing.

Use it, be willing.

Jesus had an anointing, he used it.

Use your dominion.

Use your dominion.

Use your dominion.

I'm saying use your dominion.

But I want to say this in passing man should not have dominion over women.

Now, why is it the women who responded?

I Needed the men to respond.

The Bible is clear tell your neighbor, there is a design, there's a blueprint In the new king James.

Give me that verse one more time.

This was just to help some, some people here.

Genesis 1 26 see the blueprint from the beginning With with a world full of domestic violence where a man can come and slap a woman, kick her when she's down and at that time she's pregnant Beat her and beat the hell out of her and speed on her.

Let me tell you this when I see some of those clips like that, I just stop watching.

I can't watch that.

A man should not do that.

A man should not do that.

I'm saying a man should not do that.

Your wife can trigger anger in your life, because some women know how to poke you and you're trying to hold yourself.

Let me tell you this when your anger erupts, go outside the house and kick any tree that is around and then come back.

Hello, look at the Bible.

Then God said let us make man in our image, according to our likeness.

Now listen to this.

This is important.

Let them have dominion over what.

Thank you, jesus, that's where your dominion is Over fish and over and over.

Now that's where Nhamma Choma comes in, over the cattle of the field, over all the earth and over every creeping thing, those two things that run around.

Over those things you have dominion.

Then look at verse 27.

So God created man in his own image.

In the image of God, he created him Male and female.

He created them.

Then God blessed who them and God said to who them be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and submit and have what, have what.

Who is supposed to have dominion?

Who is them.

Thank you, jesus.

Come on, you better give God a big hand.

Hello.

But you saw, domestic violence sometimes is the other way around, where it is the man who is on the floor and the woman is beating him up.

So whichever violence, even against children.

That is extreme.

It should not be.

It should not be.

Those hands are to bless, not to beat Somebody.

Better, give God a big hand, bless the name of Jesus, hallelujah.

We have been given dominion.

We were brought here to reign Dominion over what.

Let me read another verse Romans 6, 14.

The Bible says this this is dominion.

The Bible says this foreseen shall not have what Dominion over you, for you are not under the law, but under grace.

In other words, we need to have dominion over what Overseen.

The Bible says this in Romans 8, verse 31.

Romans 8:31

You're more than a conqueror, by the way.

You have dominion.

What, then, shall we say to these things?

If God is for us, who can be he who did not spare his own son but delivered him out for us all?

How shall he not, with him, also freely give us all things?

Who shall bring a charge against God's elect?

It is God who justifies.

Who is he who condemns?

It is Christ who died, and the Father of the Moe is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us, as it is written for your sake.

We are killed all day long.

We are counted as sheep for the slaughter, yet, yet, yet, yet.

In all these circumstances, yet yet yet Finish the sentence Amen, in all these things, we are more than conquerors, through him who loved us.

And then he said this, for I am persuaded that neither death, no life, no angels, no principalities, no powers, no things present, no things to come, no things, no height, no depth, nor any other created thing shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord.

Amen.

You are created to reign, you are created to be creative and to subdue this earth in Jesus' name.

So let no man rule another, of another man, let no pastor rule over his congregants.

Hallelujah, the Bible says don't load it over people, like the world does.

Instead, serve people, for the Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve.

You know, there's one time I saw a clip, a very interesting clip, that the pastor of this church, you know, left the car and then he was carried by four members on their shoulders into the church until where he sat, and that this pastor cannot step on the ground.

He has to step on other people to move around, which membership allows those kinds of things?

Because that pastor is crazy, including the members.

Hello, if pastor Simon ever asks you lie down so that I can walk over you and of course you know very well, pastor Simon will not do that Pastors of Perkland's Baptist will not do that, because we know better, in Jesus' name, we know better.

It doesn't show you that you have more anointing, more grace to do those kinds of things to other people.

Remember, your mandate for dominion is over what Fish?

And that's why the Saint Paul liked to eat fish a lot.

Let me tell you this the scripture is very clear.

The Bible is clear.

When we have this domestic violence, we have violence in places of work.

It shouldn't be.

It shouldn't be.

And if there are those who have done it here in Perky, you know we forgive you.

We just release you in Jesus' name, because sometimes it happens, it happens.

I remember one time a couple came to see me and this lady had a broken arm and they had just come from hospital.

The husband is the one who beat her up and took her to hospital with a broken arm, and then the wife said I'm leaving you and he said what should I do if for you not to go?

She said you have to go to Pastambros and see Pastambros with me.

That's what brought the gentleman into my office.

And so, as I was talking to them and asking them when you, what is wrong?

Yeah, you just walk up and beat your wife like that.

When what happened?

He said she's the one who started.

She started pinging me.

When what did she do?

She started saying things you know.

And before this guy knew, he says I didn't know what had happened.

I just became so upset.

Before I knew it, the windows were broken, the TV was broken and my wife was on the floor with a broken arm.

I took her to hospital and brought her up.

I don't know what happened.

I told him that is called rage.

I asked him have you ever seen that rage anywhere before?

He said I saw it in my father and my father used to beat up my mom.

Then I asked the woman now why are you ping, ping, ping, ping this person?

She says my mother is always shouting at my father.

But the funny thing is the mother of this lady, when the father is ping, ping, ping the dad, the dad is very calm, the dad is fine.

He takes it On the other side, this guy, the father.

Now, when the mother is hitting on this guy, he interrupts and beats up the mother.

Now that two now meet and the lady is trying to do what the mother does, but he's doing it to a father who saw the father react.

Long story short, when they got that picture, they were on their knees and they started praying.

They just went on their knees together and they looked at each other and just said forgive me.

And I prayed for them, prayed for that spirit of rage to come out, that they'll be restored, and I thank God.

God did a new thing.

God did a new thing.

May God do a new thing in your life.

And I'm not just talking about rage, I'm not talking about abuse.

I'm not talking about there are so many other things.

Let me tell you this God has given you dominion to do what is right to live, right to forgive, to love, to bless.

Jesus said I will come, I will come, I will come.

Tell your neighbor Jesus is coming.

You know what Jesus said.

He said I will come, I will bless, I will restore, I will declare, I will save, I will forgive, I will uplift, I will prosper, I will settle, I will enlarge, I will protect, I will answer.

All those are positive things.

I pray that this month of marches we are marching into a miracle, that you will do the right thing.

You will do the right thing, but let me tell this very quickly this centurion.

The Bible says about wealth.

Let me go to the wealth mandate very quickly.

Tell your neighbor there is wealth.

In other words, jesus is not just saying I will come, he's also saying I will provide.

I will provide.

Jesus had an answer.

Let me read Matthew, chapter 5, chapter 8, verse 5 and 6.

Matthew 5 · chapter mention

There was a need and Jesus had the solution.

Very quickly.

Let me read that when Jesus had entered Kepanama, a centurion came asking for help.

Yes, he had a need, but guess what?

Jesus had the solution.

I'm saying, regardless of what it is, jesus has your solution.

He's full of wealth.

He's full of wealth.

The Bible says in Him are all the treasures of heaven packed up in Him, and he will meet you at your point of need.

Now let me read chapter 8, around verse 16.

See what the Bible says, verse 14.

The Bible says this that Jesus met many people.

When Jesus came into Peter's house, he saw Peter's mother in law lying in bed with a fever.

He touched her and the fever left.

If anybody is having a fever, I pray that in Jesus' name it will go now.

I'm saying it will go now.

He touched her hand and the fever left and she got up and began to wait on them.

When evening came, many who were demon possessed were brought to him and he drove out the spirits with a word.

And I like that.

With what A word?

You know, for us Christians, because these days we don't cast demons with a word, we cast demons with many words, many words.

We create drama.

Somebody has a demon and instead of just telling the demon, come out in Jesus' name, instead of talking to that demon to come out, we start drama.

We cast demons with many words.

Ten minutes later you have not cast the demon out, the one who was so scared, who was being attacked, who was being killed.

He was being attacked by the demon.

Tell your neighbour that drama is not for you.

You have dominion, hallelujah.

So as Christians, we are an amazing breed.

Jesus, just cast them with what One word come out, gone, come out, gone.

One time I tried casting out a demon from a girl from four, and those days I did not know how to cast demons.

So this girl, we went to her house.

She was removing her clothes, she was just trying to do all kinds of crazy things.

But I went there as a man of God.

Tell your name M-O-G.

Hallelujah, man of God, not after my demon, katika Jean Allah.

So when I met this girl, pastor Simon, the girl was not manifesting, she was very calm, she was quiet.

So I realized there's no problem here.

So I just started talking to her.

She said how are you doing?

What is happening?

And she just talked to me nicely.

Then suddenly she started shifting, shifting.

So I held her hand and I said calm down.

And she started pushing me, started pulling me, and then I decided to pray and I made a big mistake.

I prayed with my eyes closed.

I said Father, in the name of Jesus.

This girl woke me up with a slap.

I just said the anointing left and the anger came in and I was about to beat that girl.

Tell your neighbor to my picture, to me.

You know when that anger was coming in.

And I just said God, god, god, please help me.

But you know you open a scar too.

So I calmed down.

I said let's stand up.

Let's stand up, let's pray, let's sing.

I started saying let's sing and I was not praying for her, I was praying for myself.

Father, cover me, cover me, cover me, lord, with the blood, cover me.

That was a day and a half, but I'm telling you, at the end of that night we had cast that demon out.

But I've learned a lot since then.

I don't let demons distract me.

I look at them straight.

I don't get no drama, one sphere.

So tell your neighbor Jesus cast the demons with a white and, by the way, not too many people have demons, by the way, not every problem has a demon.

Some problems are just human.

She, that was our too.

But there are some that are demons and we know them when we see them.

But Jesus came with so much wealth.

I came to set the captives free.

I came to open the prison doors.

His wealth came for us.

Wonderful counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father, prince of Peace, your wealth is in Jesus.

And that day the centurion went home after Jesus deposited healing in that child.

But I want to wrap this up in Jesus' name.

Tell your neighbor you are designed to reign Concerning wealth.

You are designed to prosper.
