September Theme Vision Week 5: Nurturing Dreams: A Spiritual Approach to Birthing New Visions

Shalom and greetings.

I greet you all in the name of Jesus Christ, buona asifiwe.

My name is Pastor Andrew Mashina and I bring to you all the meditation word this very morning, the last day of the month of September, the month of birthing, and I believe that this is something that has been birthed during this season that God has enabled us to see and to have.

So I'm delighted to bring to you the word in the book of Isaiah 66.

And I will read 66 from verse 7.

It says Before she was in labor, she gave birth.

Before her pain came upon her, she delivered a son.

Who has had such a thing, who has seen such things?

Shall a lad be born in one day.

Shall a nation be brought forth in one moment.

For as soon as Zion was in labor, she brought forth her children.

Shall I bring to the point of birth and not cause to bring forth, says the Lord.

Shall I, who cause to bring forth, shut the womb, says your God.

So verse 10 says rejoicejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for all for her.

All you who love her, rejoice with her in joy.

That may that you may be, you may and be satisfied from her consoling breath.

I'm here to tell and to say the season that we are coming to an end, the season of bathing.

Now it is the number of bathing, I believe, this Sunday, because we have invested in prayer by faith in Christ Jesus.

Some of you have birthed one child, some of you have birthed twins, triplets, name them, different ideas and visions that God gave unto you.

But there's more beyond that.

When a mother goes to maternity or goes to labor and gives birth to a child, it doesn to labor and gives birth to a child.

It doesn't end there.

That's where actually work starts.

That mother has to nurse that child, has to make sure that child is well fed.

You cannot be able to procrastinate and say I'll feed my child after two days.

It's a daily, it's an hourly, it's a minute to minute.

That mother takes care of that child and therefore, whatever God has enabled us to birth and to see in the delivery room, there's work.

Now that is expected of us.

So that may we not strangle.

And therefore my message is birthing and nurturing to maturity.

Build birthing, nurturing to maturity, that idea, that scholarship that came.

Don't just celebrate the scholarship that came.

Nurture that scholarship to maturity.

Don't just celebrate the wedding.

That's where the work that came.

Nurture that scholarship to maturity.

Don't just celebrate the wedding.

That's where the work starts.

Now.

Work out your salvation with fear and trepidation, that's what the word says.

So work out that marriage to the old.

See yourself in old age, 50 years together as a couple.

Don't just say now we had a wedding and now that's there.

That's where work comes.

You have just joined school, work hard to graduate.

There's a race set for each and every one of us and therefore there are several things that hinder a child or a vision to maturity.

Therefore, after birthing and what are those Several factors that hinder to that?

One is lack of faith, and we talk about unbelief.

And what have you and Jesus talked about it in Matthew 13, 5-8.

Fear and intimidation.

Some of us are led by fear.

You are wondering now, how do I raise this child?

And you have seen it even in our society A woman births a child and throws that child in a dustbin Because there are fear and doubt.

How will I raise this child?

Some of you were qualified to go to university, but you are wondering where will I raise this child?

Some of you were qualified to go to university, but you're wondering where will I get fees to go and do medicine, to go and do that course that I really desired.

Don't be led by fear and doubt.

Others are led by what Laziness and procrastination.

You cannot say that I will feed my child after two days.

It's a consistency, hour to hour, that a mother takes child.

You may have to make sure she is well fed, the temperatures.

You know all those taking the child to the clinic and what have you.

May I say, whatever God has enabled us to birth in the season that we are into, we have now to work out that, to bring it to maturity.

So that's what God has given unto us.

Is it a business idea?

Yes, what is the next step for me?

Is it to register?

Is it to start an office, to rent an office?

What is it that God has given you and has helped you to birth in the season that you have come to?

I am reminded in the book of 1st Kings we have this couple, or rather not couple, two ladies who approach Solomon In 1st Kings, chapter 3 from verse 16.

It says Then two prostitutes came to the king and stood before him.

Then one woman said O my Lord, this woman and I live in the same house and I gave birth to a child While she was in the house.

Then, on that day after I gave birth, this woman also gave birth and we were alone.

There was no one else with us in the house.

Then, on that day after I gave birth, this woman also gave birth and we were alone.

There was no one else with us in the house.

Only we two were in the house and this woman's son died in the night because she lay on him.

Are you sleeping?

Are you lying on what God has helped you to bathe?

By doing what?

By being ignorant, by being lack of an understanding, by not adjusting your mentality or your understanding that now I'm a mother?

I'm a mother.

I need to wake up at night to check on myself, but you're sleeping like just the way you were sick.

I am here to remind us that there's an assignment, there's a rule that is expected of us, based on what God has helped us to birth.

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, as we get into this season now, in the last quarter of the year 2024, what God has helped us to birth, may we nurture it to maturity.

May we nurture it to maturity.

May we not be ragged.

Invest in prayer, invest in all aspects.

Invest in your faith.

Invest in all aspects.

Invest in your faith, invest in research, invest in all angles.

Don't be lacking, don't relax in all this.

Get the right counsel.

Some of you are influenced by bad counsel.

They tell you no, the child is now your mother, you no longer be hanging out with me.

Blah, blah, blah, no.

Get the right counsel and be able to nurture your child, or what God has given unto you, to maturity.

My dear brothers and sisters, I bring you this message as we meditate on it, as we reflect on it.

May we not lie Like the prostitute who slept on her child and the child died.

Don't kill what God has helped you to birth and then come into the pastor and say Pastor, you know what I wanted.

If God has given you a marriage, a husband, take care of that marriage.

Take care of each other.

Don't just celebrate after the wedding and that's it.

No, see the future.

See 50 years down the line, together as a couple.

So work out that body that God has given unto you and has helped you.

If it's a business idea, if it's a scholarship, it's whichever area God has opened for you.

Whatever you are trusting God for Now we have been calling for people to have passport.

Yes, see now how good we are, nation that's now taking care, that's nurturing, that's.

You don't just say now I'm waiting for someone just to call me and go, no, work out and see that you nurture that to maturity.

And therefore, today, as we reflect on that all day, and this month that we are coming into, may God help us to see and what we have birthed will come to maturity.
